This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this hotel The first time was 7 months ago The experience was much better when we were here September 2021, but this time has been ok too

The breakfast and coffee service had been downgraded significantly since last year to inedible, vending food that is not fresh at all So while the room was clean and comfortable we’ll look for a hotel that serves real breakfast for our next visit Additionally they eliminated the sundries area for a very small vending machine that appears to have not been restocked in quite a while We needed ban-aids, and the machine was out The desk clerk gave me one small one, that wasn’t sufficient for the need, so we had to uber out just to get ban-aids It’s the little things that make a hotel experience positive The staff was nice this time too; but not as nice and friendly as they were last year This hotel has clearly gone through a restructuring of management with an effort to save money The changes aren’t good and we won’t stay here again

No acknowledgement of being a ambassador level member, no information on breakfast or any of the other hotel amenities or even where the elevators are at I asked if I could have the parking fee waved as a courtesy (almost every Marriott has granted to wave the parking fee as a courtesy for being ambassador level) Receptionist was rude as I was explaining my request

I was not even offered my bonus arrival gift of points or a market item Definitely NOT the service I would expect from a Marriot On a good note, rooms are very nice, quiet and clean

The hotel was clean and spacious The bathroom is rather small for a suite but it’s manageable The restaurant was nice but it is only open for breakfast

Dinner can be served in the bar area or taken to your room The staff is amazing from the valet, to the front desk representative, to house cleaning I would definitely recommend this hotel for leisure or business

Robin McCoy

Compared to my experience at Hilton’s last property I stayed at, this was a far less pleasurable experience My room was never serviced, even when I asked for it to be The front desk during the day were cordial, but not friendly

I had to turn my water on and let it run for over five minutes to get hot water The restaurant was mediocre The best part of the team was the valet staff and the evening front desk team Bar staff were very helpful as well

Mary Ellen

When visiting family in Dallas, I stay at the Hilton Lincoln Center for convenience The rooms are fine; I appreciated that they now provide a refrigerator in the room It would be nice to have a microwave as well

For a pricey hotel, service is lacking I took my bags upnti my room and brought them down when I checked out unassisted The food served in the bar for dinner was good and typically priced I was disappointed with breakfast They no longer have an option to order from the menu You have to do the breakfast buffet The breakfast I had was poor: the eggs were cold and the bacon was burnt

Great hotel all the way around The hotel staff was courteous The building well taken care of and the elevator had a steady speed to it (can’t stand elevators that move slower than usual elevators and make a bunch of noise) Breakfast was provided every morning and had hot food

Eggs, bacon and potatoes every morning The actual hotel room was excellent with everything one would need except a microwave Hotels seem to be going away from those in rooms Only issue is the toilet and shower area being in so tight Hard for the door to have room to swing open if a person is in that area

Alexa Mcdaniel

Although the rooms where nice and spaciousFriendly staff and clean lobbyI have to give this establishment a 1 star rating

I am a very careful person when travelingWhen anyone travel the risk of any type of bugs or catching something due to negligence of the staff can happenFor me I walk away from this establishment with a severe case of ring wormI stayed for workI worked 12-13 hour days grabbed food(mainly drive through) and went straight back to the roomI am very disappointed from the caliber of this establishmentI have tried reaching out to someone with this issue, but can’t seem to get any responseThe point of this to be carful! Please make sure you staff is taking the proper steps to ensure your rooms are clean and safe for the next guest

I booked this hotel because Sam’s Club had a deal for it Saw that it was rated as a 3-star hotel And as far as 3-star hotels go

it’s one of them I really don’t know what to say about this place besides thatI booked this place for my family vacation for 2 days and 2 nights For some reason, hotel housekeeping staff never came to my room, not even to ask for more towels and sheets or to empty the plastic trash cans I’m quite befuddled on that It’s not that much of a trouble for me go downstairs and ask for some, but stillHalf of the electrical outlets did not work at all The broken outlets were, infuriating enough, were the most visible ones, so we had to place our electrical items in more inconvenient locations to charge them (ex behind the couch, under the bed counter, besides the bathroom sink)Despite me notifying the hotel that there were 5 people, the shampoo that was provided to us was no more the size of a small lipstick balm Had I not brought my own shampoo for this trip, it would not have been anywhere near the amount needed for 5 people Is that normal for all hotels? The breakfast was fine (lasted until 9 AM each morning) Nothing amazing, but just solidThere was a $50 security depositThere was a pool and an exercising room, neither of which I got to use during my stay, so I can’t make any comments toward those

We had a wonderful experience at The Cooper during Spring Break weekend Our room was extremely clean, spacious, and comfortable It was also so quiet and peaceful here

And everyone we encountered at the front desk or over the phone had excellent customer service I recommend staying here of you are really in need of a peaceful getaway

Samuel Nelson

Balance is present, persistent and accounted for at The Cooper Hotel The room was opulent, but not stuffy or busy Staff members are presentable, polite and professional, no hint of pretentiousness

The grounds, walking paths and ponds are gated, without the claustrophobic feel that can accompany fences Security is present, but not oppressive I stayed the evening of Sunday August the 21st 2022 This was the night of the heavy rainfall and flooding that hit Dallas in a substantial way The grounds of The Cooper Hotel have a proper system for handling events of this nature Water just collected in the river and flowed away At no time were the guests of The Cooper Hotel in harm’s way I heard that some parts of Dallas received upwards of 15 inches of rain in one event that evening I can confidently state that my stay, dropped my blood pressure The Cooper Hotel is a very special place

We happened upon this hotel when we were planning our New Years trip to Dallas through Expedia The Expedia price was a huge discount from their normal room charge and we didn’t know what to expect upon arrival The only downfall was they didn’t have the complimentary breakfast because of recent covid protocols

However, they did have the restaurant open if you wanted to order to go items for an additional fee (which appeared to be super affordable rates) When we first arrived, they had upgraded our room, which was SUPER But, we needed 2 beds, so they put us in another room Unfortunately that room had not been cleaned yet, so they moved us again The room was a bit smaller and didn’t have a fridge or microwave And yet even with all of this, you might be asking why I give 5 stars? The customer service received here was incredible The rooms were the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in There was a clean smell, not like cleaning products, but just clean You felt clean when you entered the rooms and the beds were so comfortable! The personal hygiene products offered were good quality, and smelled amazing The tub was super roomy and the robes offered were super soft The Starbucks coffee and Tazo flavored tea was very nice in the mornings It was very nice to drink out of actual glassware instead of paper cups! The foyer was super open and decorated nicely for the holidays They were super nice to allow us to add another night to our stay and even charged us the Expedia rate There was a super nice walking trail, swimming pool, and fitness room There were geese and ducks wandering around freely on the property We will definitely check out this hotel for our future stays in the DFW area!

We arrived on a Thursday and they did not have 2 queens so substitutes our room for 1 king and a pull out bed We are rewards members too Not a big deal, usually they are decent

The pull out couch was awful- I am not picky, but you can feel the springs through the mattress I even added 3 blankets on top and that was not enough It was so uncomfortable The vent in our room squeeked all night Also the water pressure was terrible (3rd floor) and I don’t even like hard pressure showers Also there was a tippet dog that barked for over and hour one night (11:56pm)The hotel staff was friendly and the hotel was cleanVery disappointed in my experience here

Perfect hotel This Residence Inn is attached to the AC Hotel and the two hotels share some of their amenities, including a lobby The lobby of the AC hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant to enter the hotel from

Much nicer than a typical Residence Inn The Residence Inn rooms are furnished in a very modern and functional way It was really enjoyable to stay for 4 nights The staff was warm, responsive, and accommodating The location seemed a bit odd at first glance, but was actually incredibly convenient, just a short walk away from a target, a massage parlor, the galleria itself and many excellent restaurants I had a few friends come over to visit for an hour or two each, and they always managed to find free street parking when they dropped by The soundproofing was good and the bed was very comfortable It was rainy the last two days of my stay and the outdoor fire pits were so cute and pleasant amongst the downpour Only constructive feedback I have is that it would be great if the hotel had umbrellas to lend out to guests Definitely my new favorite place to stay in Dallas!!

Clean Affordable stay fairly close to townDallas like all Texas cities has a lot of sprawl, but Addison is located 15 min from downtown and close to a ton of great eating and shopping Made for the perfect place for a short 2 day stay

This courtyard seemed to have a recent lobby renovation which is clean, spacious, and modern Checkin was efficient with a friendly staff and minimal wait Parking is a bit spread out as this property doesn’t have many floors but plenty of entrances to get inRooms were very spacious but your typical courtyard basic fare Beds were comfortable enough, bathroom was a good size, and furniture seemed to be in good condition Not much of a view except the interior courtyard which had a nice sitting area and poolGym was very nicely sized though, wifi worked fine, and nothing was broken Definitely a good budget stay

Riko Stakz

Keys for multiple visitors rooms were not working due to a system issue They encouraged you to stick the trash can in the door for placement

while there are other occupants nearby I stayed at this location due to liking the location the first visit I had I had to have front desk clerks come to let me in my room until a key was prepared everytime I came back in from running errands I had to stop at the front desk to have someone let me in my room or tell me they aren’t sure why the kids made aren’t still workingthe elevator seems to not exist o The left side of the building I had to use the stairs to bring in my luggage and access them throughout my 3 night stay During my stay I informed the front clerk my tv cable was not working had to tell another rep the same and it was not fixed my whole stay never received new towels as a courtesy during my stay real issues with fake concerns behind it very nice location but the experience was horrible this go around

Hungry Sparrow

Nice hotel it was super clean the common area was well maintained and the staff was super friendly The person at the bar knew what she was doing and made a great old-fashioned The bistro had a made to order breakfast and there’s also a Starbucks in the lobby

Everybody was super friendly and accommodating They did have some sort of church service going on in the conference room that was extremely loud for a few hours but they concluded it around 9:00 pm it was clearly heard in my room and the hallway Other than that it was a great stay, comfortable beds, clean rooms and good water pressure

We were supposed to get two presidential suites with titanium rewards and they only gave us one, after promised, because the other one wasn’t ready

When we got to our “Basic” bedroom we found roaches and told the staff and didn’t do anything about itAt breakfast time the server was very rude to everyone, which I totally understand because he was the only one working but it wasn’t the right way to treat clients

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected However, there were a few disappointments during our stay

The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding The situation made me feel as though I was at fault Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Brandi

Was less than impressed during my recent stay First of all, everywhere in the hotel is warm The lobby, the rooms, the restaurant

I feel like I couldn’t cool down and it’s only May Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work either You have to manually turn it on? I’ve never seen that before The coffee bar is only open until 11 during the week and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner I was turned away at breakfast when there were people still clearly seated and eating It was 9:45 If you’re thirsty between the hours of the restaurants being closed, good luck getting something to drink (or eat) There are no vending machines and no where to get drinks/food The restaurant smells like an old bowling alley and the sheets smell old and musty The one drink I had at the bar was good, and the dinner menu looked good, but since I didn’t order cannot attest to taste

Hotel is fine if it’s your last resort to stay somewhere Staff and polices are pretty horrific As a diamond member I get breakfast for free each morning at Hilton Garden Inn’s but not at this hotel for whatever reason

I ask the front desk for my breakfast vouchers and they told me they just don’t do that at this hotel for diamond members but I could use $20 towards breakfast or the pantry since I was staying 2 nights Would have been nice to know that before booking…I then spent $24 at the pantry on Saturday night I go to checkout Sunday morning and my bill is $14 for food I told them it should be $4 as I spent my $20 towards the pantry They then tell me I have to use $10 on night 1 and $10 on night 2 as it can’t be combined for the stay Would have been nice to know that before I checked out! I told the front desk I stayed at a Waldorf and when I had food and beverage credit they allowed me to use it all on one day, so how was I suppose to know it couldn’t all be used at once Their response was “this is just our policy” They should probably communicate that at any point The staff poorly communicated everything during my stay Definitely wouldn’t have booked this hotel if I knew this Many things in life aren’t certain, but I can assure you I certainly won’t be returning to this property

Courtney Kalb

I had a room that was not as clean as I would have liked staying at a Hilton hotel – and thankfully I left a review and the staff fixed my room while I was gone for the day They also left some snacks for me and a note letting me know I could contact the manager if I needed anything else I appreciate the customer service and the staff working to make my stay better

I will definitely be back again and appreciate the hospitality and care

Clayton Cummings

This was our 3rd stay here, and possibly our last Nice, clean rooms But they no longer replace towels, linen or toiletries unless you put in a request

There is no discount for this either The whole place smelled like sewage and we were never given an explanation for it 4 days, same stench Elevators sounded like they were falling apart Last day there, 1 of them was out of orderStaff were friendly, but not like most places Check-in involved asking for my ID, inserting my card for incidentals, and her handing me my room keys while saying “elevators are over here” Check out was “Checking out? Thank you”That was all we got this time Actually a bit disappointed in the hospitality Could have saved a good bit of money for that, or stayed in a more welcoming hotel, like The Staybridge

WARNING UNSAFE PARKING LOT: There are people stealing catalytic converters from vehicles parked at this hotelWe were victims this morning Totally ruined our plans and day

We filed a police report Parts are at least 5-6 weeks back ordered We had to rent a car to get home We will need to return when vehicle is fixed We WON’T be using this hotel againAs for the hotel itself, beside the UNSAFE PARKING LOTNice and new Modern feel Very spacious suitesLove they are pet friendly, but high fee Complimentary breakfast is better than Holiday Inn, IMORoom had trouble keeping temperature, but that’s not uncommon for many hotels Beds were a bit too soft for me And of course your typical horrible hotel pillows They really aren’t pillows if they have absolutely no support

TA VEY

I was a little nervous because of the person who was a victim of catalytic converter theft However, I took the chance The workers were very polite

The room was very spacious(2 queen bed suite with kitchen) Housekeeping was very prompt I wish breakfast was open til at least 10 during weekday, but hey🤷🏾‍♀️ The location was very convenient Lots of nearby stores, including Walmart Quiet area No complaints

This review is long overdue from our stay in January and I’ve forgotten the names of the staff who served us during our stay They were amazing and very friendly and catered to our needs We decided to have a small B-day sleepover here for my son’s 10th birthday since Covid cases had spiked a tad bit

Our stay was everything that I had hoped it would be for my son and he and my nephews had an amazing time We were able to reserve a 1-hr time slot for the pool just for ourselves After swimming, the staff provided the boys with a basketball to play at the courtyard The room was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed! We got a chance to enjoy the complimentary breakfast the next morning and it was great Thanks so much!!

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean There were two full bathrooms in our room which meant I didn’t have to share with my husband 😂 We had nice view from our living room window where the room itself was extra spacious with a large couch (with pullout sofa bed) and desk

We also had access to the “Club” for a complimentary continental breakfast, snacks and drinks My two favorite things was 1 It is connected to the Galleria Mall and 2 The bathroom attached to the bedroom 😂 Front desk staff was friendly and courteous 10/10 will be staying here again!

When I arrived I couldn’t find parking to check in, you have to park in the underground garage unless you are paying for valet which means you you have a pretty good walk to get into the hotel When I arrived the front desk staff didn’t greet me with the same enthusiasm that I get from other Marriott hotels of the same caliber, not a huge deal but something noticeable if you travel alot and stay in hotels frequently When I got my room key I had to wait about 10min to use the elevator as many of them were broken

Then the elevator I got on wouldn’t take my card (nor that of four other people) so I had to wait for ten other people to get off to go back down Finally after 15min I made it to my room just to discover it had not been cleaned This is a four star hotel that charged $300 a night! It took me another 10min to get back downstairs because of the elevator to ask for a different room which wasn’t even the same type of room I booked My price didn’t change either I had a dinner that I needed to get ready for and this put me way behind schedule not mention throwing off my mental state in what was supposed to be a celebratory occasionIf you are needing a space to host large groups and want to be a near a mall and restaurants this is probably a good place for you The entrance to the hotel is also the entrance to the mall so you will be walking in with your bags alongside a crowd of shoppers If you are a traveler or a business person who needs comfort, efficiency and are used to outstanding customer service for your loyalty with the Marriott brand this may not be the best choice Maybe I came on the wrong day but my experience was not at all good

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of my favorites in the area

I have been coming here for a long time If you stay for a few days you for sure will love it I’m sure!Just Perfect! From the moment we valet parked to reaching the front desk, the valet and front desk staff were both very very inviting, friendly and informative She asked if this was our first stay which it was and than began to give us all the helpful hints and layout of the hotel The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated Our room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and up to date in design

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedGood hotel, but the best part about it is its staff! Leo who helped us check in was super friendly and courteous He tried his best to accommodate us to stay closer to other family members And we had some good conversations Best hotel staff I ever met Thank you Leo!

We were disappointed with our stay The room was definitely not clean There was still food from the previous guest in the fridge, hair all over the counter in the bathroom and idek what splattered on the bathroom mirror

The beds were uncomfortable and small It seemed as though the elevators were not all working so traveling up and down took some time We would have taken the stairs but we were on the ninth floor It appears as though maintenance is not being done regularly as the ninth floor hallway had peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, broken outlets and bugs in lights It just wasn’t what I’d expect from a four star hotel and was definitely not worth the money we paid It did have some positive takeaways The lobby was beautiful, the pool was great and the staff were extremely friendly Would I stay again? Probably not

Management and staff here are always polite and helpful Overall, the hotel is clean Like many Embassy’s the style is starting to show some age, but the wear and tear is not yet evident here

I spent a night in one of the Pure enhanced experience rooms to try it out versus one of the standard suites I usually stay in The room had an air purification device in the living room It was quiet and the air did feel and smell clean The device puts out a little heat, so adjust your A/C accordingly The rest of the room had some cleanliness upgrade info posted in the bathroom (water filter on shower) and various other places throughout Sheets and pillows were crisp and clean, stated to be hypoallergenic I like to sleep in a cool room (67-68) and the A/C kept up fine Only knocking the room down a bit due to it being a bit dated

The happy hour bartender was a nice guy He’s has been working here for over 20 years, wow! The lady making the omelettes during breakfast really does an excellent job I don’t know how the heck she memorizes 5 omelette orders and cooks at the same time

And lastly, I was impressed with the extremely kind nature of a girl named Simone who worked the late night desk shift She went above and beyond to provide kind words and encouragement after a tough day These are the kind of people you want working at your establishment!! On the flip side, I didn’t have hot water for my shower half the time I was here for and I was never told that breakfast ended earlier on weekdays, which left me paying to go out on our last day here Without these little issues, it would have made for a great experience and 5 stars, but definitely fell short this time Overall, I’d come back and hopefully these minor things would be improved

Pet friendly The rooms were immaculate and the atmosphere is a whole Vibe! They offer complimentary drinks from 5-7;30pm and there omelette bar and complimentary breakfast last until 10:30 that’s 30 minutes before check out! First time I ever experienced this Top Tier Service

From Check- In with Dantè who was professional and personable and I’m sure Check out will be great also! This won’t be my last time

We very much enjoyed our stay here while on a business trip to Carrollton, Texas The hotel is clean and although our room was not spacious, it was new and sparkling clean The bed is dressed in white sheets, white down blanket and white coverlet; perfectly fresh and comfortable

Temperature was very easy to control in the room The desk area was well lit for those of us who need to work from the room during business stays The sofa fit the room and was curved — not a typical “old school” couch We appreciated the attention to design detail Front desk personnel greeted us warmly and offered helpful assistance We ate two nights at the lobby restaurant and enjoyed our food and drink Shout out to head chef JOSE, not only our delicious eats, but also for stopping out to greet us in person We enjoyed chatting with him immensely and he added a lot to our stay Stop by, if not for a nightly stay, for a steak or salmon and glass of wine We’ll be back!

I have been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I’m sure!Best Marriott ever! I could swim in my bed is was just so comfortable The only weird thing I could probably say is that the gym over looks the pool I felt kinda weird being watched while swimming but that’s just me Otherwise no complaints, great location next to all the Korean shopping centers

I really enjoyed this hotel The rooms were clean and I can tell it looks updated I really liked the layout of the king bedroom type – the bed’s headboard is against the bathroom wall, instead of the wall that’s adjacent to another guest’s room

That was a smart idea It was a great stay, and I plan on staying here again if I come back to Carrollton

Great stay 8 days at the hotel I had one concern and the manager answered very quickly with a responseThe staff is very nice and greet you

The front desk was very nicely staffed Sometimes the door wouldn’t open with the iPhone app but not big deal I had a back up card Hotel was clean and the elevators seem to be working better than in former yearsOver all, a great stay

We stayed here for a dance competition and convention It was the weekend the ice and snow storm shut Dallas down The hotel was in no way prepared to handle the amount of people that needed to eat at the hotel

People waited 3-4 hours for their food By the time food came it was time for the next meal There was absolutely no where to park I know miracles are real because I got a decent spot 1x out of the 1,000x i parked the car Lastly, there were only 10 luggage racks for the whole hotel So that meant I had to make literally 5 trips to bring stuff in and 5 trips to get stuff out I even came down to front desk Sunday morning at 5:30 to get a luggage cart They were already out! My daughter did have fun, but she wasn’t the one dragging all our stuff in and out, parking the car, or stressed about the food wait time, her hunger had passed until around midnight Then she was hungry, but I would have had better luck foraging for berries and nuts then trying to order food

I’ve stayed here three times, and never had issues staying here The staff was friendly and the room sizes are a nice size It is in a very good location, and accessibility is important to me when booking a hotel

As a travel agent location, room size, and accessibility are essential to my clients when booking rooms for them The price for the stay was decent, that’s important as well

Sydney Denney

Nice rooms and really good food in the lobby So convenient that they have a Starbucks menu, too! I was confused about the room service because they told me my room would be serviced every day (which I personally don’t prefer) but it was only serviced on day 4 of my 5 day stay Some of my coworkers got service once and others none

Pretty inconsistent, but it’d be great to give guests the choice

Davlyn Davis

My experience was wonderful, the hotel staff was great! One staff member in particular, Ashley on the evening shift, has excellent customer service skills I watched her with every person that came in, that her beautiful smile and her bubbly personality never changed! Thank you and it made my stay very enjoyable and I will come again ! D Davis

This Hotel is a very beautiful one located around downtown in Dallas It’s spacious and have a nice ambiance The swimming pool is an exciting place too

It has a ball room that can be used for event and other rooms that can be used for a training or group activity There is an escalator and elevator The kitchen service is also greatthe rooms are super clean with a large window to view Because the hotel is a high rise, you will enjoy the view from your roomit’s beautiful There is a valet parking but I feel it’s too expensive per night for $21-$23😕 You can do a self parking behind the building

kaylin ascherl

This hotel has the BEST service I’ve ever received, the people are amazing Cleanliness, location is decent depending on where you are trying to go All types of amenities

& Beautiful One thing to keep in mind You have to pay to park in their garage which is a bit difficult to get back and forth to, especially with bags – IF you do not get a good spot So – pay a bit less for garage (not sure if charges daily or each time in/out as you use your key card or ease of valet & text to get your car rolled up in 5 minutes

Niecy Cameron

I’ve stayed here a few times but the last time I came it was very strange Lots of people who didn’t have a room was there and they don’t have security and their cameras don’t work There was an incident and staff wanted no parts in trying to help

Valet is really nice and friendly There is free parking across the street and across the street from Benihana Nice location and a 20 floor hotel Restaurant and bar in the lobby Breakfast is buffet style and the food is good The dining staff are nice but definitely are more kind to certain people

Rooms were nice, but standard Unfortunately, no microwave to heat up leftovers and mini fridge was pretty mini Staff was nice and the little shop next the front desk had a good selection of drinks, snacks and necessities to choose from

They do sell alcoholic beverages from a mini fridge behind the front desk if you don’t want to get a drink from the bar Pool area was nice, lots of seating areas, but pool was a little on the smaller side Overall, nice hotel, would consider staying here again

Brian Range

The bed was hard We had a suite and the room was not at all what we had expected It hadn’t been dusted either

So it makes me wonder if it was even sanitized Was very disappointed that there was no microwave! Was very inconvenientthe shower pressure was awful I did enjoy the bar and restaurant service Al the bartender was amazing and if I was to come back it’d be because of his customer service Thank you Al! Breakfast was good as well but was disappointed there was no pancakes or waffles on buffet I’ve never been to a hotel breakfast that didn’t have them just like the microwave situation, for the price of the room and it being a suite it should have a microwave! I will definitely consider staying somewhere else

Tameshia Wilson Gumbs

Currently in my room and this place never disappoint me I love everything about it Indeed, there are additional costs when parking in certain spaces as well as having a great breakfast

But it is an option if you want it You can pass up that option and just get a room without those perks for a lesser rate The restaurant in the hotel is really good and comfortable just like the rooms This is my 3rd stay and I look forward to many more stays as we travel up this way frequently for my daughter’s ice skating lessons
