Maybe it is not in the best part of town, also not the worst, but the property itself is new and very nice The staff has been great! Breakfast is a typical Marriott breakfast Not bad, not great but it does the job

Thankfully the coffee is not openly Starbucks which we don’t like The view in our room is nice, overlooking the lake It’s quiet and there is a nice walking path outside There is a so-called pool that is small but good for soaking The gym, like many others, is mostly treadmills with some free weights It does the job well enough Very convenient location and we’ll stay here again if in the area

Robin Stuart

First of all, the staff was amazing here We had come into town early for a memorial service Thought I would call and just ask if there was any way to get an early check in so we could get ready for the service, they were so nice and able to give us a room

We had already paid and booked early, so this was so nice The room was super comfy and the bed was like a cloud, after a long emotional day it was perfect Nice breakfast in the morning, fridge, coffee and microwave in the room, nice pool area, although we didn’t use it Thank you to all the staff, we will stay here again and again

Jeff Jolly

For the most part this is a good hotel But it did have some issues The beds were stiff and my wife and I couldn’t sleep well on them

Over all the room was nice and clean, they had both down and poly filled pillows, and a nice bathroom The only other issue was the breakfast There wasn’t much of one and the coffee and creamer selections were terrible So I had to take a star off for the uncomfortable beds and the lacking breakfast Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!

We were a little nervous when we saw it was a 1 star motel, but it is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed The rooms are cute, will maintained and CLEAN The owner was friendly and welcoming, super helpful offering to give us the inside scoop on the local restaurants, attractions and anything else we may need

The little touches in every room are an extra pleasant surprise, such as fresh flowers, rolling dining chairs, the origami like folded towels, and making sure the room is cooling off before we even arrive You don’t get service or accommodations like this at many of the chains

Dan McGuire

Total hidden gemOther than maybe the lack of “curb appeal”, this place is impeccably clean, well maintained & stocked, very cute inside, and run by the nicest people I’ve met in a while It’s also surprisingly quiet for being right off the road (once “rush hour” traffic subsides)

Towels, toiletries, and even fresh coffee in the room were all above and beyond (and not the cheap, single serve pucks of charred coffee groundsI’ve honestly stayed in dirtier Marriotts, less-inviting Best Westerns, and Hiltons with less amenities in the rooms than this little speak-easy of a motelWill definitely stay again if we’re ever back in town!

The place at a quick glance is nice and I would stay there again however I do notice the fine details and especially when I pay almost 200 for a night Things like the room door that closes on its own and it should however a elderly person could get knocked over from the force or not be able to even open it They door have milk and cookies in the evening for a snack and that’s a nice touch

I tried to exit out the lobby after 11 pm and to my surprise couldn’t because the automatic doors were off and the door was locked so I ended up exiting from the end of the building, now I understand why they may have to do this however what if the was a fire and I was trying to exit I might not have been able to think about the other exit The rooms look recently remodeled however things need touched up every now and then and I will post photos of things All the staff was pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was a touch above other places but not by much The lobby was nicely decorated but the animals need to be dusted The property was quite and there were no homeless people in the bushes so that’s nice Over all a nice place to stay I just thought it was over priced about 2500

Susan Hermosillo

We always stay at Best Westerns whenever possible This is a nice location We only stayed for one night but wish we could have stayed longer

The reception staff were very friendly and informative The lobby has lots of natural light, a large fireplace and trophy animals displayed Breakfast was typical BW buffet style with lots of options

Jeff Bearden

Staff was very friendly, but for $200 I would’ve hoped for better amenities in the room The fridge was missing a leg or something, the microwave was ancient, the toilet leaked and had to loudly refill itself every 30 minutes or so, and the shower was just a high powered stream of water More likely then not never coming back, definitely won’t be recommending it to friends

It is impossible for a hotel that does not offer housekeeping during a 3-day stay to get anything greater than three stars But unfortunately, this hotel is not just cutting corners on housekeeping They’re not keeping the pool or the hot tub clean

Over my 3-day stay I watched the hot tub get progressively more and more filthyThe room was reasonably comfortable The air conditioning worked but it was noisy The bathtub was a bit worn and dated The staff were reasonably friendly and helpful

Rye Angel

Can’t hook up to the internet with PS4 or switch

Even with Ethernet cord Walls are paper thin, hopefully the room next to yours isn’t loud There is a laundry amenity it takes quarters Bring soap The attendant at the front was nice and helpful Full parking lot after 7pm Have to park way out or in the comfort inns parking

Bryce

The staff are very friendly and helpful with good recommendations for the area The rooms are alright The fitness room is solid

Thin walls as mentioned in other reviews, you can always hear people talking in adjacent rooms/halls Loud elevator and loud outdoor traffic Honestly just very noisy all aroundThe breakfast is delicious however the fact you cannot self serve is excruciatingly annoying The area where guests can normally grab food is blocked off by tables and you have to relay your desired items to the staff The workers do their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner, but it’s a clunky and unnecessary system

Made a last-minute reservation for a Double Queen Deluxe room as we were passing through Klamath Falls for 8/1-8/2, 2022 Check-in was very quick; the staff member on duty when we arrived around 11pm welcomed us, and we were able to get our room quicklyOn arriving at our room, we were very pleased with the size of the room and the quality of the furniture

The place had been pretty well remodeled recently and we were happy with the accommodations I especially appreciated the large TV and table! The only issue here was that we noticed there was a bit of an odor when we entered To try to clear it, we turned on the AC, but it turned out that this odor was coming from the AC unit and it made the smell even more pronounced As it was late at night, and the hotel looked to be pretty well fully booked in any case, we didn’t bring it up with the office until the next morningThe free breakfast was excellent! The waffle maker was popular, and the eggs and sausage were better than I’d expected for a smaller hotel On checking out, I let the gal in the office know about the smell issue She was very apologetic and wrote it down for the maintenance crew to handleOn the whole, we were happy with our stay here! I’d definitely consider staying here again if I pass through Klamath Falls again

This is your best option for an overnight stay in Klamath falls Motel-style accommodations with clean rooms and pleasant staff The family suites have two full size beds plus an extra bedroom with a king size bed

We appreciate that they welcomed our pet The rooms are small and a little dated, but not important to us The bed wasn’t the best, but we’re picky

The place is pretty noisy We could hear every step upstairs and the loud late night conversations in the lobby and dining area all night long When we tried to see if somebody at the front desk would help with the noise, nobody could be found We spent two nights, but didn’t get any sleep The location is great with quick access to hiking in the area We probably will seek alternative accommodations next time

Jenna Schaser

The pictures online and the outside of the hotel are misleading It looks a lot nicer than it really is The room was very dated

The first room we went to smelled like smoke, so we moved to a new one The pullout bed mattress was horrendous My 5 year old complained about springs stabbing him The breakfast was minimal (cold cereal, toast, oatmeal, eggs, waffle, sausage) but tasted good, so we were satisfied with it

We pulled in here late at night after a long day on the road The beds were comfortable However the toilet wouldn’t work

It flooded the bathroom and we had a mess We called the front deck and they said there was nothing they could do until morning So the beds are nice, but you might have to put up with some other issues I definitely would recommend staying at another hotel

Amy M.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting There is a bug infestation in the hallway by the stairs/elevator The hall light by the exit door is full of insects

Our room had a graveyard of bugs in the windowsill and on top of the ac unit, that we noticed in the morning Asked to be refunded for our second night, so we could stay somewhere cleaner and they refused Didn’t even send someone to clean up the hundred or so green bugs (Guessing baby grasshoppers) There were also some alive grasshoppers hopping around So gross If we hadn’t already paid close to 200 dollars for this room, we would have went somewhere else The pool and hot tub had a nasty film on them as well(observed from the hallway) Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here Stay away

Lisa Gilmore

A good place to stay The sheets are so soft, they have soft and firm pillows to choose from The bathroom should have been cleaned a little better

The breakfast was seriously disappointing If you stay and order delivery from Abby’s Legendary pizza the pictures are the Ceasar salad and cheese pizza Save your money go to Burger King across the street

This resort had it all, and even though I didn’t take advantage of all the amenities, I was impressed The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality The restaurant was open and their food was delicious and prepared well

I had breakfast and supper there a couple of nights and very much enjoyed my stay The staff was friendly and helpful I highly recommend!

Brandy Schrank

We have stayed here each year for about 10 years We had a less than satisfactory experience last year and had hesitated to make reservations again this year I’m not sure what changed but this place has done a complete turnaround!!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and truly made you feel like you were welcome!!! From our house rental to the restaurant to the wonderfully run market and beautiful grounds…

we loved our stay and will definitely return next year to hopefully the same genuine hospitality

Patty Anne

I’ll never go back I thought this was going to be a high end stay Our TV in our first room didn’t work and they were reticent to give us another room

Kids were running up and down the halls screaming from 7 am to 10 pm Our second room had a spider Worst of all the couples massage we reserved over 5 weeks prior was cancelled with no notice They never called us We went in prior to check in to verify the time and they lied and said they’d tried to contact us Same phone for 6 years, same provider, no phone issues No one was apologetic They were horrible! Don’t waste your time and money!
