We stay here when visiting family Sharron and Kyle are so accommodating to their guests! Our rooms are always clean along with the rest of the common areas in the hotel

thanks Gina! We needed some Ibuprofen one night and the young man at the front desk offered some up so we didn’t have to run out to get some A plus service from everyone we deal with We look forward to our next visits

Worst Hampton Inn experienceHad requested a room on the main floor in our reservation Not available

Room stunk – window was left open Window was so dirty (picture attached)Fridge didn’t workAC would turn on intermittently even when it was turned off manuallyIce machine was out of serviceNo hot water in the sink or shower ( evening when we arrived or next morning)Breakfast selection was terribleTried communicating with a manager – none on site (Hilton website – is not conducive to making a complaint Although we have received surveys in the past from our stays @ Hampton Inns – nothing was forthcoming this time)Although we have stayed at this location in the past – this was definitely a disappointment

Steve Garvin

Worst customer service EVER! The hotel general manager, or “top dog” (as he called himself) just hung up on me when I called to get the regional manager’s number to address my issue of leaving items in my hotel room closet, totally my fault I called to have them check the closet, the manager said nothing was found, you can call back tomorrow…no offer to take my name and number When I called a second time to get the regional’s number, I was told “Sir, you just misplaced your stuff” (I always misplace my suit for my sons wedding, a coat, two shirts and tie!)

He raised his voice as he assured me that all rooms and closets are thoroughly check after each customer…I said I know they don’t because my son and his family stayed in another room and had “used” bathroom towels piled up in their closet “Sir, you are questioning the integrity of my staff!” No, I replied, I just want the closet checked in room 211 “I am sure you just misplaced your items sir” I didn’t want to argue so I just asked again for the regional managers phone number…”we don’t give that out, there’s no way I am giving that to you…you would have to call corporate Okay, can I have that number? You can find it online…click He hung up on me…unbelievable! I wasn’t even going to complain to him about how his desk clerk the night we checked in could not figure out how to process an online reservation combined with an added night that we booked I did mention to the GM as a courtesy when we did check out that they needed to fix the faucet in our room…oh yea, those faucets are a horrible design he said, they spin and leak water all over the counter Exactly, I said…it’s a known issue, he replied Breakfast food and service was great, location is great, the leader of this hotel not Great at all, except in his mind You just lost a customer and actually made a very easy situation to address a BIG issue, because he didn’t know how to simply listen to a customer, address the concern without sarcasm, and find a resolution Now, I will voice my experience to everyone I know… family, fellow business travelers, etc I will now use this as a story in my business and training meetings across 5 surrounding states, including UT, of how NOT to solve a customer need/request Yes, Top Dog, you will be famous for this horrible interaction and how your condescending attitude has now made you a legend for the wrong reason I will insure that I do get to speak with your regional manager and let that person know what a poor GM they have hired and how that person has damaged the reputation of Hampton Inn! NOT a Top Dog in any sense of the word!

This is a pretty nice hotel located right in the middle of downtown Provo I stayed here for a conference in the convention center right across the street The location made it easy to get back and forth to/from the conference

The staff is very friendly and the rooms were pretty clean I had a lot of space in my room which had two beds and a large couch The room also had a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, and a sink The beds and pillows were pretty comfortable I was fortunate to have a room at the end of the hallway in the top floor in the south tower of the hotel which was nice and quiet and offered some decent views outside There was a nice little terrace down on the second floor where you could walk out and enjoy the weather

Jerry Kokesh

Excellent hotel in downtown Provo; modern large rooms Mountain view rooms make it easy to forget that you are in a metropolitan area Pretty standard but nice Marriott breakfast buffet

Really nice lobby area with lots of nice seating areas for a chat or just to relax a bit Free indoor parking a big plus Not a surprise but courteous, helpful staff Highly recommended!

Jennifer Jensen

Stayed overnight while attending a conference here Room was very nice The bed was more comfortable than other places I’ve stayed

Great air conditioning, good wifi, free parking, very clean All the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpfulThe only drawback to the stay was that breakfast was very expensive They have an on-site Cafe, but the prices were quite a bit higher than I felt was reasonable $11 for a small bowl of oatmeal and slice of toast Service was on the slow side, too We finally went to pay at the register because we couldn’t wait any longer for the checkThe conference rooms were nice, but the presenters did have several issues with the microphones The staff were quick to help, but issues cropped up both days

Excellent location with very polite & helpful employees There’s a workout room, pool, and a good assortment of hot & cold food offerings at the free breakfast buffet Just be sure to arrive early since the food goes quickly

The bed was comfortable and we loved the separate rooms for the shower and toilet The only downside is that the parking lot is shared with another hotel and it’s very difficult to find a place to park, especially after dark

Trisha Kaiser

Normally I love staying at a Springhill Suites, this place was the exception Upon my arrival I had to wait over an hour for a room I was told by the girl at the front desk the room was probably ready but the housekeeping staff wasn’t answering her

When I got checked into the room I realized the toilet was not working I called the front desk staff and she said they didn’t have maintenance staff available, and they had no rooms to switch me She recommended holding down the flush for 30 seconds I tried that and everything I could think of and the toilet still didn’t work Called back to the front desk and she said she would have to call her manager Finally got switched to another room This room the AC was not functioning, only the fan I found a bug in the bathroom, and the shower area was in desperate need of some deep cleaning I also attended an event at the conference rooms, those chairs were terribly stained All in all, not up to Marriott standards

Ron Johnston

Room was dirty Had to wet a towel to wipe 5 different stains off couch and brush off food that was laying on seat of couch Floor on front of TV had so much junk on it I could move it out of the way with my foot

Sink was basically plugged in bathroom Heat/Cool unit sounded like a train every time it kicked in at might Hotel was sold out apparently so no possibility of getting a different roomI could go on with many examples but maintenance was very poor and room was old and tired I feel totally overcharged for what I received Only good thing about the entire experience was the young lady who checked us in She was professional, pleasant well groomed and helpfulI expected a lot better because of previous experience with other Springhill Suites and Mariott properties

We had such a good experience overall The staff was incredibly kind and helpful – they always greeted me when I walked in and asked if there was anything they could get me Our rooms were nice and accommodated our group well

The workout equipment was great – much better than most 2-3* hotels I’ve been to Same can be said about the breakfast Overall we enjoy our stay very much

Mary Manuel

I have stayed in this brand hotel in the past This particular location is above and beyond what I have seenThe customer service was kind, courteous, and helpful

There is ample parking The breakfast (even at 9:00 when we came down) was delicious and had a wide variety of food The rooms are pristine Nicely laid out, beautifully decoratedIt was the perfect stop for us on our way from Colorado to California

Brenda Jones Sharpe

This hotel has nice rooms which I’d classify as Mid Tier My highest ranking of four stars for service was all about the employees Everyone I encountered was professional, personable and always polite

Everyone provided a genuine smile or an offer of assistance at every turn This hotel was clean and the cleaning staff took pride in ensuring it stayed that way I highly recommend it

We stayed one night Very clean room on the second floor It’s a new building so everything is in great condition

Check in was easy and fast My kids enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast Some options were cereal, oatmeal, pastries, eggs and sausage The only issue I had was having to pay for parking , $7/day There was nothing special about parking, not even covered/gated parking

Ariana Mas

Taylor and Lane are spectacular! They truly are the definition of customer care and what every front desk staff should strive to be I had a small issue but they were so helpful and put me at ease that all would be ok and it was thanks to their assistance One of the supervisor ladies was not so helpful or friendly

Probably one of those promotions for the amount of time with the company not based on merit because she acts like she does not have to do anything for anyone I’m just happy I did not have to deal with her much Overall my stay was wonderful I only had to deal with supervisor grumpy pants when I was leaving but it was very unprofessional of her to yell at my daughter Noone should ever yell at a child especially if he/she are not their ownBreakfast was great except for the last day the oven blew up so they did not have hot breakfast but the kitchen staff were so sweet and loaded us up on fruit and yogurtIf you are one of those who prefer a hotel within walking distance to a store or shops this is not it but it’s a short drive like 5 minutes to a 711 Rooms are beautiful spacious and modern Cleaning staff are generous with towels and kitchen supplies I was very happy wish I could have stayed longer Thank you Lane and Taylor!

Christine Myers

Might want to clean the vents in bathroom once in awhile They charge for parking

why??? I understand downtown hotels where parking is limited but here I don’t understand I was taking a shower and discovered the conditioner bottle was empty If you are a woman you understand how annoying it is not to be able to condition my hair The bottles are locked to the shower wall so I couldn’t even tip it upside down to get any little amount Mattress are not comfortable Breakfast was disappointing So at 7:15am breakfast items not being warm doesn’t make sense I understand at 9:50am why they might have gone coldThe positives are that the room was really large and it has a good kitchen

Good, not great We’ve been here a few times now The first times it seemed very noisy, as far as other guests

Our most recent visit we were on the top floor and right next to the elevators I was a little worried about noise from the mechanical room, but we never heard it This was definitely our quietest experience so farThe staff was always incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room was very clean The kitchenette is a nice touch at this hotel chain and came in handy with a baby using bottlesThe location is a little odd and isn’t accessible directly from a road, you have to drive to the back corner of a parking lot Otherwise the location is nice and quietThe breakfast is sub par I’ve had much better breakfasts at much cheaper hotels You’re basically restricted to either microwaved frozen breakfast sandwiches (I could only handle a few bites of mine), a waffle station, oatmeal, or typical cold hotel breakfast fare, and even then their selection of fruit was underwhelming, as were their other cold food offerings In an effort to be fancy and modern they laid out their breakfast area in a really confusing, counter intuitive way

Emily Coleman

I was reading the reviews before I booked a room here, not going to lie I was a little worried After saying for 3 days I was very surprised Everyone working was super friendly and very helpful

The room smelled really good throughout the entire trip, although the hallways did kinda smell like pot/cigarettes, if you’re in the hallway for a short period of time, it wasn’t really bothersome The room was decent, very big and had everything you need, BUT the room was kinda falling apart: wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, mildew was on ceiling, you can tell there was water damage also on the ceiling, and the bathroom hook was broken so when I placed my towel it fell off that seems like a lot of issues but it really wasn’t I didn’t mind it too much because everything else in the room made up for it I just figured I would leave it in a review so it is made aware The shower was perfect, nice water pressure and stays hot The pool was probably the best part about this hotel, the water was warm and I’m not sure what they use but it wasn’t chlorine which is amazing! I would recommend staying here because its a decent price for what you get

Fred CD

Very clean! Rooms are truly fully functional complete with a dishwasher a real refrigerator along with anything else you might need at of the kitchen including plates and forks Only drawbacks where when I checked in at midnight my keys did not work I was informed by the front desk guy that the key maker was not working so we did the digital key on my phone but that work sporadically Very unfriendly front desk girl as well when I came down the next morning to see if I could get a regular key I did not hear good morning did not see a smile on her face she actually looked like she didn’t want to be there

Breakfast ends at 9am which seems early compared to most hotels that the breakfast ends at 10 am

Jaimee Martinez (Turning_threads)

I really love staying here, beautiful rooms, mini fridge and microwave are always a plus as well I always get the best night of rest here, for a couple reason For one the beds are amazing and comfortable

For two the rooms are nice and quiet The only complaint I have is the digital key So many timed I was standing at the door trying the digital key 10-15 times before it works work, so frustrating

Brittany Skelly

Staff was super kind and attentive in all areas (front desk/café/room service) Rooms were very cozy and the view of the mountains was a treat The gym and pool were totally empty on the weekdays since the guests were mostly a working/business crowd

That’s an added bonus if you want to just hang out and relax on a Monday 🙂

Melissa Burns Mugisha

We stayed here recently, over February 12th-14th in a room with one king bed When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a man who was automatically suspicious of us We’re not sure why, but because of that, he was very rude and curt with us

Thankfully the customer support lady was much nicer The room was nice, but the bathroom didn’t have conditioner or lotion provided, which we chose not to say anything about because we didn’t want to deal with the rude check-in assistant again and were only staying for 2 nights We decided to go to the pool which was completely empty the entire weekend we were there As soon as we entered, it was obvious to us why The whole pool and hot tub area smelled strongly like sewage I reported it immediately on the first day but it didn’t get taken care of before we left, even though I’m almost certain it was a health hazard The day we left, the check-out time was at 12:00pm At around 10:30am, the housekeeping staff knocked on our door, waking us up, despite the do not disturb sign on our door and the required check-out time being later Overall, it’s not worth the price and I would never stay here again Marriot usually does such a good job, but the hotel does not live up to its rating

We made a same-day reservation and I was pleased with the whole experience Service was professional and pleasant, the room was clean with a big shower I liked the short distance from the freeway yet far enough to not hear any noise though our room was facing away

A great place to lodge if no need to have shops within a walking distance

Allen A.

This is definitely a 2 star hotel The rooms aren’t as updated as the pictures lead you to believe I could also hear my neighbors on either side, which doesn’t allow for privacy

The hotel amenities are nice and the lobby was well maintained The breakfast was ok Everything was basically processed food The eggs had too much liquid thoughThe staff were pretty friendly and approachable The housekeeping staff always greeted me in the hallway

Elle Pizzo

After hotelscom botched our reservation, LT and the Hyatt house team worked tirelessly to get us a room when they were completely booked at 12am You’d be hard pressed to find staff that care these days, and this is why I highly recommend this place

Breakfast was good, plenty of snacks were stocked, the room was clean and updated as well Thank you so much!!!

Hotel stay was good Staff were very friendly and responsive to address cobweb above bed upon arrival I stayed in room 215

Some issues that I found the hotel general manager and maintenance need to address are as follows:Bathroom sink has a very slow drainShower head is broken and is barely workingOutlets in all the lamps are very loose and do not hold device chargers very wellBathroom hand towel had yellow stains on itLamp shades are cracked and drainedI am hopeful the hotel management will be able to address the issues The hotel is pretty dated and would benefit from an upgrade to maintain the Hilton brand

Brenda Jones Sharpe

The room was OK, but a bit dated Ours had a fireplace which was a nice touch The breakfast was good and maintained well, and the staff were courteous and professional

Some of our neighbors were loud and the staff had to make an appearance several times, but that was not the fault of the hotel Overall I’d recommend it as a Mid tier Hotel

Shelli Thatcher

Came with family and our pet for a quick overnight stay They are pet friendly with a moderate priced non refundable deposit They beds were comfy and rooms have fridge and microwave

I advise you to use your Hilton honors and\or your AAA or AARP card for additional perks ie late check out Only downfall was room was slightly smaller than I expected Staff was amazing from check in to housekeeping Thanks for a comfortable night stay

My friend and I enjoyed our stay overall The room was dated but seemed clean enough When I needed more towels it was a challenge to communicate with the housekeepers

Milly in the kitchen helped me with the towels Her breakfast was also very well done, tasted good and well presented She was very dedicated to also cleaning the breakfast area

Karson Nelson

It was a pretty decent stay They could not find our reservation and so they put us in what I assume is their worst room (1 queen sized bed and no microwave) the night manager when we stayed was not friendly (neither was he rude) he was just indifferent The pool and hot tub were great

The breakfast was pretty good as well with many different options and no limit to how much you could get

Sarah Herr

Walking into the lobby, I noticed sparkling clean floors and nicely decorated Our room didn’t disappoint either-extremely clean and well maintained The staff was friendly and professional

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and professional The breakfast was hot, fresh and well stocked Definitely will stay here again when visiting Salt Lake!

We had the wonderful fortune of meeting Hailey while at this hotel Upon our check out, my daughter left her night guard and retainer in our room We noticed late that night, once we arrived home, that the retainers were missing

Haley and the other Hyatt Provo staff, took the time not only to keep track of such an important item, after housekeeping, but also shipped via priority mail, my daughters retainer, to our home Staying here, with such exceptional staff is more similar to staying with family rather than a hotel THE STAFF HERE AT THIS HOTEL ARE EXCEPTIONAL! Thank you Hyatt Provo, for helping us!PS: we also LOVED dining at the Station 22! EXCELLENT MAC AND CHEESE AND SALADS, as well as reasonably priced!!

Sheikh Rahman

I had good experience staying here The manager was extremely courteous and checked on us to know how was the stay and if we had any concern No complain about parking as I knew beforehand

Their parking should be available in July Till then paid parking in Marriott (10$) or a little far free parking Suite was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable

Eric Richard

Stay away from here Other reviews are not telling the truthNo parking

Prewrapped, basic breakfastFor the amount of money they charge, it should be way more convenient We literally had to WALK in the mud on a busy street a block away to park and get to our bags This isn’t your “normal” hotel experience The staff wasn’t overly helpful, almost as if it were your fault they have no parking Then breakfast was far below average It felt more like a quick grab at the gas station spot than it did a hotel breakfast I’ve gotten used to at other hotelsReally stay away from here Very bad experience

We were sorely disappointed with the offering here It may be due to Covid19 changes Most hotels just do a grab bag now days so it wasn’t just that at least, but the offerings were very poor compared to what I’ve experienced at every other Home 2 I’ve stayed at The pool towels were not stocked The room was clean so comfortable with great amenities Even though it wasn’t the best Home 2 we’ve stayed at I would still come again and still highly recommend them

The breakfast was honestly the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at any Hilton, Marriott, or IHG property The egg bowl was absolutely disgusting, I noticed a couple other guest who threw out the bowl as well being as it was one of the very few options being served that morning Very disappointing

Also I accidentally left a birthday card for my wife in the room along with a gift card inside the envelope, did they find it? Of course not The room is your standard Home 2 Suites, only issue was the breakfast Honestly I find it very hard to say I will be back to this exact property because of this It was that bad

We come to this hotel because we love it and every other time we’ve had a great experience Completely different story we experienced today Sunday morning at 8:30 AM 2/27/2022, we went to get the free breakfast and a cup of coffee

everything was empty, even the coffee machines, bowls etc Breakfast is from 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM we sat there waiting for a good 20 minutes and saw the lady that fills the food go look and see that the food was empty and just went back to the front desk where she was hanging out drinking coffee and continue to drink her coffee hanging out with the front desk worker Everyone down there was waiting for food Definitely makes you feel like they don’t care about their paying guests

The room was nice, clean and comfortable I stayed the previous night at their sister property next door The second night of my time in Orem, I stayed here, the room was more expensive and I had hopes for a better breakfast, but it was the same as the other less expensive property next door (not great, in my opinion)

If your stay is short, I would stay at the Fairfield If your stay is longer, this hotel has a kitchenette so you could prepare your own meals and save some money from having to eat out

3 stars for a very 3 star hotel Nice staff though Had to drag my shower curtain down to the front desk and also ask for bedding (none in room for the pull out

maybe a covid thing) Shower curtain was torn in half Kids very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were closed They sent us to another hotel’s pool across the lot who didn’t let us in

This room was spacious, clean, and well stocked of soaps, shampoos and other toiletries The outlets worked well and the trundle bed was a very comfortable couch in the room The TV was on a swivel and made it easy to see from the bed and the couch on the two sides of the room which had a small wall divider

The room was also well stocked with coffee makings and towels The breakfast in the mornings was served promptly and early They had juice, cereal, individual cartons of milk, packaged Belgian waffles, egg sausage muffins and fresh fruit The staff at the front desk was courteous and knowledgeable The parking lot was cramped in the front and dark in the back, it made it hard to find great parking The key return was easy at checkout In all a great stay for our wedding night

You can’t ask for a better location! This hotel is right next door to Thanksgiving Point and right across the freeway from the Traverse Mountain Outlets It’s only an exit away from IKEA and ten minutes or so from the Hale Center Theatre It was perfect for our weekend getaway! The whole place was so clean and well kept

The room had two beds plus a couch with a pull out trundle It comfortably slept our family of 5 The breakfast was abundant and well stocked They even had hot breakfast sandwiches and burritos available that were great to take and go My girls loved swimming in the indoor pool and hot tub There was even a little gazebo area outside for relaxing and reading I would definitely stay here again!

Casey Swain

Great place to stay and our family loved the continental breakfast Waffles, oatmeal, fruit, egg omelet, with milk and juice There was more but I’m unable to remember it all! The room was decent there a few things like the shower curtain rod was falling off

There was also a small pool and a small hot tub Don’t let the pictures fool you! They are pretty small! But they do have a small gym which is pretty good considering other hotels only have a treadmill and a mirror!

Sitting right across the road from traverse mountain outlets and strap tank brewery this has been one of the best hotels I gave stayed at in a while Staff was very helpful and friendly We had a small issue that maintenance came and fixed, he even asked if he wanted him to come back later or fix now so he wasn’t in our way

They have a pool, gym, conference rooms, free breakfast not just bagels and toast but eggs, potatoes, cereal, lots more The only complaint I have is the bed in our room was stiff, everyone else slept fine I would stay here again even if I had to drive 30+ minutes to get where I was going Great Job!!!

Horrible the only hotel I’ve stayed at that actively felt like they were looking for ways to rip you off1) their page on Hotels

com says “pet-friendly” my wife called to confirm that before check-in during check-in, the clerk noted the cat as she began checking my family in until a manager happened to walk by he saw the cat and said, “We don’t accept cats” after an hour of arguing, he finally let my family check in, which led to…2) sudden inexplicable mystery fees! on day two, the front desk called and said they forgot to charge us the cat deposit how odd that the cat was discussed with the manager for over an hour the day prior and not once did the manager mention this deposit it seems like a contradictory business practice, to charge a fee for something that you don’t allow in the building at all forgive me for thinking that the more likely explanation is that the management experienced a sudden bout of vindictiveness which is further evidenced by…3) the missing thousand dollars! we check this morning, expecting to find that the hotel returned the pet deposit to us they had not in fact, they helped themselves to another $1,000 and change oddly enough, the exact cost of our stay, times twothe front desk clerk initially said the first one was an authorization charge after we explained that, no, you don’t make an authorization charge by taking the cost of the stay and multiplying it by two, she shifted gears to, “it was an accident”imagine if the rest of us could use that excuse when we take a thousand dollars that doesn’t belong to us “oopsie daisy!,” you say to your employer “i didn’t mean to take my paycheck twice! accident!”if you HAVE to stay with this amateur hour operation, get an itemized receipt don’t let them rob you too

NICHOLLE CHRISTISON

Professional and friendly staff Very clean hallways and room (king size bed and couch) had no musty smells or outdated feels Excellently full pillows

Bathroom was very clean and no mold etcFree breakfast was better than expected Would 100% stay here again Very nice for the cost

Clean and the beds are so comfortable The most amazing part was the customer service we received from Kim W She was so polite and sweet

She went out of her way to get us our wedding rate and ensure we had a room to stay in if needed for a second night She remembered us at every pass and left us the kindest note I have never stayed somewhere so clean nor have I ever received this level of customer service Please tell her I will never forget her She made our trip memorable

Wish I could rate this 0In town for the week for work and they set me up in this hotel Everything was supposed to be covered and our travel department had been coordinating with the hotel on payment but when I got checked in they asked to swipe my card for incidentals and charged the whole week onto my credit and they had no idea who I should talk to or what I should do about the fact that it was chargedDuring my stay, my room was not cleaned despite me leaving off the do not disturb sign

On top of that, my company booked me for one more night during my stay, I called the front desk and they told me I needed to check out of my current room and move to another one so I had to pack up and take all of my luggage to work When I went to check back in they gave me my SAME ROOM so I completely packed up and lugged everything around for no reasonThe cherry on top was that when I finally got back into my room I was CHANGING and a man WITH A KEY unlocked my door and walked in The only explanation I was given was that they had a miscommunication and he thought the room was vacantI can understand booking and payment issues, I know I will be getting a refund onto my card now, but after all the terrible service and a man using a key to walk into my room while I had clearly checked in at the front desk, I have to speak upI worked with the same front desk woman through this entire process and her customer service was terrible She seemed extremely annoyed with me every time I spoke to her or asked her a question to the point that a coworker of mine pointed out that she was being rude and unhelpful This same coworker was booked at the hotel next to this one and said they received amazing service and loved their stay I will never book at this location again

Stopped here for the night Woman at front desk was nice got us checked in quickly and gave us directions to the car wash Room was a little small but well appointed, clean, and stylish

Shower instead of a tub which I love I would stay again and I would recommend this hotel I saw some other reviews complaining about the free breakfast It’s like that in the hotel industry Although I’ve not had breakfast here I would not bypass this hotel because it that We did not use wifi as we have mobile hotspots Thanks for a nice stay

We stayed in the Maui suite and really liked it Checking in was super easy and the room was nicely decorated There’s a lot of privacy and the whole experience was fun

The breakfast was good but came cold when we requested it at a later time, so I’d recommend getting it around 8 Although the suite was pretty cool, it had some things that needed fixing It took more than usual for both the bathroom sink and the shower to drain The toilet room was covered with a panel instead of a door We didn’t mind but we did notice the panel was a little difficult to fold Overall we had a good experience and would stay here again to try a different suite

Alex Condie

Our stay here was terrific! Each room is quite unique so my review only reflects staying in the Tahiti room The location is a little weird to find but when we arrived I was happy with being able to just key in the code and get straight into our room – no check in process whatsoever I really liked the theming of the room with real sand and the floor fish tank being nice touches

Bed was surprisingly comfortable (but the frame really needed some WD-40, so squeaky!) The breakfast was good and they were flexible on when to bring it The complementary snacks and movies in the hallway were nice as well This is specific to the Tahiti room but I didn’t realize there was no standing shower, just the tub and a short shower head wand It wasn’t really a problem but if we stayed for more than one night it would be a bit of a painOverall though, we had a wonderful time and will be back

Cole Jolley

My wife surprised me with a weekend getaway at 5th East Hall – Bed & Breakfast It was a ton of fun going into the Tahiti themed room and spending the evening thereWhat we enjoyed about the place:- We loved the theme and how they tied it into everything found within the room

Because of the Tahitian theme, there was actual sand in our room near the large tub- There were complementary snacks and a complementary breakfast, as long as we requested it which wasn’t bad- They had a small DVD selection that you could take a movie from to watch in your roomThe reason for taking off a star:- The bed The frame for it was beautiful and fit right into the theme It squeaked like no one’s business You move slightly and it would make a loud squeak Enjoying each other’s company made for a stressful time when our room was right next to the front desk Even sleeping in the bed was rough Didn’t get a restful night due to it making constant noisesWonderful place that we will visit again! Would recommend

I often stay at this property when in town for business The staff has been great since day one and treat me like family Our company booked a meeting room for a few days and had several team members staying on property

The entire stay went off without a hitch and Jeffrey was amazing and took great care of us He was always available and whenever we needed something he was there If you are in town I highly recommend this facility for hotel or meeting needs

Andres Sanchez

This place is incredible Every time I walk through that front door I’m greeted by amazing and professional individuals From day one the supervisor “Hope” was accommodating and could probably give a seminar on customer service

I’ve stayed at this specific hotel for about a month and Spencer at the front desk was able to answer every question about the area and point me in the right direction with confidence Overall I hope to come back to this hotel in the near future The employees make establishment a great place to stay and that is why I can confidently give this place 5 star rating
