My wife and I stayed here 20 years ago We went last Wednesday for our anniversary Hotel staff was great

View was great Bar was great Bed was very comfortable My only complaint would be I could not get the room as cold as I wanted it but I think we were facing the sun most of the day with the curtains open because of the great view!

Christopher Ferry

My wife surprised me with a last minute reservation to spend the night at Marriott Waterfront to celebrate a belated wedding anniversary The location is nice with a great view of the inner harbor The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Our room was modern and clean We were both very pleased with our stay and look forward to being able to visit again for an extended stay in the near future

Charles Cody

I had a very nice stay Everything was great I was in town for a concert at Pier 6 and the location of this hotel was perfect

The view from my room was greatThe only complaint was the elevator situation It was a nightmare every time I needed to use it Bad to the point that people were wagering money on when they would show up To be fair the hotel was packed when I was thereI had a nice stay and I’d definitely return

The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor Accommodations were plush and comfortable

There wasn’t much more that could be asked for To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression He is certainly an asset to that hotel The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views

Lindsay Williams

Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn’t the cleanest The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better

The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day Without Crystal’s help I can honestly say we wouldn’t have stayed Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family

My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for Friday to Monday and everything seemed fine We checked in between 9-10pm on February 18, 2022 with no problems So we proceeded to the room and everything seemed decent

So we took a shower to go out for awhile After getting something to eat and drink then return to the hotel about 1:30am only to find that our hotel door was WIDE OPENED with the deadbolt extended so the door could not close properly because of the extended deadbolt lock, so now anyone and everyone could enter and exit our room at their pleasure Thinking back as we were leaving our room to get something to eat 11:15pm that night, I noticed a couple of rooms down the hallway that was unsecured with the deadbolts extended so the doors couldn’t close all the way but I did not think much about those two unsecured rooms until we returned around 1:30am So Iimmediately go to the front desk to lodge MY COMPLAINT about the door being unsecured The hotel asked if anything was missing and nothing seemed to missing but I did leave several of my personal and business credit in my bag in the hotel room Now I’m extremely concerned about my personal and business financial security being compromised at this point A thief doesn’t need to physically have your cards but just take pictures of those cards and accounts Now at this point I’m trying get something resolved and I will have to notify all my financial institutions about what has occurred at this hotel We’ve now VERY VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS

I was so excited when I found this B&B so close to the Inner Harbor for a short weekend getaway with my fiancé so we could watch the Yankees play the OriolesBill and his wife were exceptional hosts We were greeted as we arrived and shown to our room which was the New York suite

We got a tour of the home and of the room and shown fun little things they’ve addedOur room was SO nice The bed was dangerous I couldn’t bring myself to get out of it! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, but then there was the bathroom I have never been so enthralled by a bathroom before There was a jacuzzi tub big enough for two and a double shower with beautiful stone walls I felt like I was staying in a luxury hotel but with a way better and less corporate feelWe also got breakfast and since it was a weekend we had the option for hot breakfast made to order I got French toast and my fiancé got scrambled eggs with bacon and hash browns The dining set up is lovely and the food was so good I’ve thought about coming back just for the French toastI cannot wait to stay here again and rave to all of my friends about the best place I’ve ever stayed

I booked this hotel for one night to enjoy the in-room hot tub with my gf Yes, the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, and everything seemed great until we had a really weird and awkward encounter with the owner, Bill

he showed me the smokers balcony when I was checking in and made it clear that guests could smoke there We got back to the hotel at around 10 PM after a night out in the city, and my gf had medical cannabis that she brought to smoke for herself We were smoking and chatting out on the “smokers balcony”, when Bill abruptly entered the balcony He demanded us to tell him what we were smoking and scolded us for smoking a single cannabis joint, and not letting him know in advance? Keep in mind that medical cannabis is legal in Maryland, and we were outside and alone on the smokers balcony that he showed me He continued to make unnecessary comments that felt discriminating We were left feeling so uncomfortable that we decided to pack our stuff and find another hotel for the night We did not feel comfortable sleeping there after the encounter with Bill, and I will not be booking or recommending this place Great location tho! Be safe

Ben Branch

Stayed in the San Francisco room for a night away to celebrate a birthday Room was enormous and very comfortable Bathroom very nice with a spacious, luxurious shower

Owners could not have been more accommodating and prepared a delicious breakfast A close walk to a lot of other great spots in the city Would recommend and would return

I was nervous about booking here due to some of the reviews I readbut I’m so glad I did

The hotel itself is located in the business district of MD, so it’s a fairly quiet area that’s tucked away There were a few eateries near by but like we all know the good stuff requires som travel (longest we had to travel was 20minutes) The lobby of the hotel looked like it was being worked on so I was super nervous about the room We were booked for a suite on the fourth floor and it was beautiful! We had a room at the end of the hall and it was directly across from the elevator so that made things ten times more better We couldn’t heard outside noises from the room and because of our location we felt safe in knowing that we wouldn’t have that much foot traffic near our door The room was very spacious and comfortable The carpets and room itself was clean The only problem we had was the tub retaining water, but the front desk quickly resolved the problem in less than 30minutes In all, the room was affordable and exceeded my expectations; I think we found our returning hotel for future visits!

Melissa Dutton

We stayed here with a school group and the service was excellent The staff was kind and helpful Tyrone, Lorenzo, and Wendell were our favorites

We appreciate you guys answering our questions and giving us directions The shuttle was quick to take us to restaurants and stores nearby We have had a great time Strongly recommend this hotel!

Sarah Caskey

Staff is super friendly and welcoming The hotel itself though is very dark same with the rooms, not a big deal but the perception of the lamp shades completely bent out of shape and position, cardboard stuffed between the fan I assume to keep it from rocking, burn holes in the furniture, hair in the towels Rough guests and/or poor attention to detail when maintaining

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022 I had a wonderful experience They took care of everything

My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I’ve never seen in a hotel The decor was classy The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

Peter Furdyna

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent We stayed the weekend of 02/04 – 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there

The entire hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room) Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was Truly a welcoming hotel The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well Insider tip, try the buffalo wings It’s tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you’ll get in Buffalo, NY Hats off to whoever executed those If you’re in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong

Kylie English

We had a great stay here Everyone was very very friendly We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing

Our room was on the 8th floor We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink Hotel was quiet at night There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool I liked them all Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again

We visit this location for a wedding this past Friday and loved it The food was great, the servers were amazing, and the view was breath taking One of the best parts of the evening for my fiance and me was chatting with a bar tender named Mark

He was very socialable and made the best drinks! He even went out of the way to make us a special drink we had never heard of Best drinks ever I hope to make it for us, as he gave step by step instructions to make it So if you are ever hear and want to try a great drink, Mark is your guy Thanks for a wonderful even Four Seasons!

I was married at the Four Seasons at Baltimore in September 2012 I continued to frequent the hotel 1 to 3 times a year, spending thousands of dollars each visit I have spent over $100,000 dollars at this hotel since 2012

On August 13, 2022 I did damage their “$4,000” TV I was told that I should pay to replace the TV We settled on $60000 dollars, after significant negotiations I can’t shake the sadness I feel with the result It feels very unfair I realize may have damaged the TV but I also know how much value Ive brought this company year over year I’m sad because it will be hard for me to come back to any Four Seasons hotel that puts profit above relationships I am fairly young in my vacation life with at least 40 years left of amazing opportunity That said, sadly it will not include the Four Seasons

Michele P

As expected, the hotel room (Lighthouse Suite 1511), the location, the concierge, spa, in-room & valet services were top notch The online booking process as well as navigating the app for quick chats with concierge (Thanks Michael for the flowers delivery & birthday cake!) were key to the experience which was to celebrate my partner’s birthday All of the staff including Damien were friendly & helpful, plus Moses was able to direct me to a barbershop app for a much needed haircut

Also, I’d like to thank the spa manager who mitigated a slight moment of displeasure when we were unable to take full benefit of all the spa services after a VIP couples appointment He assured us of access for the remainder of our stay, provided birthday champagne & truffle chocolates as well as entertainment ideas during our stay I also want to add a special mention of Ryan and Jasmine who performed our massages – absolutely outstanding, relaxing experience for us both Our room was impeccably cleaned, had great flow & views (bonus in earshot of concerts below), as well as comfortable bedding Lastly, we patronized both the Azumi & Bygone restaurants which also did not disappoint Dinner at Azumi was fabulous & the brunch buffet on Sunday at Bygone was an equally delicious feast & the perfect end to a thoroughly enjoyable getaway

Very easy to find and in a good location to get to stores and/or businesses It is a very nice hotel with a bar, restaurant, pool, fitness center and security in the lobby Staff were very friendly and helpful

The room were awesome! Very clean and even smelled clean Beds were so comfortable! The heated pool was great too The only thing about the pool is that they have a school that uses majority of the pool for swimming lessons which leaves a much smaller portion of the pool for hotel guest It was a little cramped with my 3 kids and I plus 2 other couples, but we made the best of it and still enjoyed ourselves I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return again!

In my book, Marriott is synonymous with great times and this has to be one of my favorite locations Minutes away from any activity or attraction on my list but not crowded together with a lot of other hotels thus causing a traffic nightmareThe staff was genuinely friendly, courteous, helpful

Absolutely amazing! (I know you should see this with all customer service but some places really miss the mark) There were some SNAFUs but the staff quickly resolved them and did all they could to be respectful and accommodatingThank you Marriott for helping make this year’s trip a success

Terrible experience I checked in for 1 night around 8pm and had to be transferred to 3 different rooms until I was in a proper hotel room The first room looking horrific with brown liquid dripping from the ceiling onto a plastic covered bed

The second room didn’t have working A/C, to which the front desk said it’s been broken for awhile Finally made it to the 3rd room around 11pm and it was in working order Not really the night I was looking for after a long days travel Highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel This was simply unacceptable and I will be taking my complaints to corporate

Sabriya Ali

I enjoy my stay very friendly customer service was fabulous and the energy was amazingKeep up the fabulous job Yet l think they need to loosen up on the dress code I enjoy seeing colors l feel as though we’re in a place of being yourself but with professorism

So as long as l can see colors it bright my day

Seth Burke

Front desk staff told us it was cheaper to go online and book however the online booking was very glitchy and we ended up having to have the front desk staff check us in The three people in the back were feet up chatting and didn’t seem too concerned with helping us out Also had a smashed screen outside our window that looked like it had been there for a while

Room was comfy overall

My bf and I came to town for the reggae festival and we’re very pleased with our stay at the revival The decor and atmosphere were on point and very homey/comfortable We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was phenomenal, had some coffee at the cafe, and were blown away by the speakeasy

The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom had a privacy space with the toilet and shower which is always a perk We loved the valet service (thanks Walter!) The security was also a comfort (room key to enter after hours and to go to certain levels of the hotel)We will be returning and highly recommend

The Elwoods

We have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore while visiting family and Hotel Revival is one of the best It is a gem of a hotel The historic building has been beautifully updated and decorated

The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable The room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the Washington Monument and park We had an amazing meal at Topside But what sets the hotel apart from others is their top notch staff – concierge, valet, housekeeper, bartender, waitstaff – everyone was so friendly and helpful We could not have had a better stay! Thanks Hotel Revival

Joe Dagosta

This hotel was probably the best hotel stay I have had in recent memory You can clearly tell that whoever redesigned this hotel put extensive thought into every single detail from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and the beautiful rooms The rooms here are absolutely massive, and I was surprised to find pour over coffee I the hotel room and some really nice teas

The bathroom was also huge, and the toiletries were great Everything was clean, and the room was pretty quiet at night I loved all the details in the room including the carpet, bedding, lighting, furniture — everything Even the restaurant space and the speakeasy had so many intricate details I 100% plan on staying here again if we find ourselves back in Baltimore

Perfect location for my needs The hotel needs work and quickly The phone in the room did not work! Couldn’t contact the front desk, so when we needed them we had to go down to the lobby! We had to ask 4-times to get body wash as the previous guests ripped the bottle of the wall in the shower

Awesome bartender! He was all by himself but kept up with everyone in a timely fashionLocation was very convenientThere was a wedding after party in one of the rooms It large l lasted well into the early morning hours The group was extremely loud; making it impossible to rest, sleep and relax! We called down to the lobby using our cell phones and they said there was nothing they could do as it was almost over and those guests were quiet That’s because management was in the lobby and not in the 3rd floor!!! Absurd

Jessica Pereira

At check-in, the gentleman was extremely nice and provided a warm welcome to Baltimore after a day of flight delays The hotel was nice with a clean lobby and nicely furnished room The bathroom left a little to be desired and the wall dispensers in the shower were broken off but it wasn’t a big deal

All in all, the actual stay would have been 4-5 stars, HOWEVER, when I arrived home from my business trip I found that I had been charged $108 and each of my colleagues staying at the same time had charges ranging from $90-210 with no reason or acknowledgment provided by the hotel at check out and itemized receipts never sent by email as promised I don’t know if they think that business travelers won’t be checking statements and that they can just throw random charges onto the room? Because of the shady nature of these additional charges and the time now spent on the phone with Marriott to dispute the charges, my company and our clients will be finding another hotel to use for our Baltimore travel needs

Brian Bittner

Spacious rooms with nice amenities The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read It’s definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling

The staff are cordial and very helpful The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars – just depends on when your stay is

Stayed here for 2021 Indigenous Peoples’ weekend with the missus, great hotel! Like that it’s right next to the highway just off the tunnel, so we were able to get on the road and hit areas north and south without any issues A fairly recent construction, so nothing was out of place at the time In walking distance to a few restaurants and bars for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! If you’re into cruise ships, hopefully you get a high enough room where you can see a docked ship on the weekends (generally Sundays)

All in all, 10/10 would stay here once again!

Kevin Chance

The lady at the front desk was super nice and attentive The lady at the bar seemed like she had better things to do that weren’t exactly customer serviceThe bathroom in my room is pretty gross

What you may not see in the picture is easy to clean hair and mold buildupThe glassware is nothing I’d drink from either Finger/lip prints all over itAlso, I’m not sure what deviant act required all the scotch tape on the ceiling but said deviant or at least housekeeping should have addressed this before I showed upIf you want “ultramodern” maybe this is your place If you want a properly cleaned room, noIt’s a shame because this seems like a cool little area

Chris Thomsen

Stayed one night prior to an 8 night cruise aboard RCCL’s Enchantment of the Seas Very convenient to cruise port and easy parking Upon check-in we were given a beautiful room with a view of the cruise port

Very comfortable bed and spacious room Hotel is located in a safe area with many good restaurants and a grocery store in close walking distance Will definitely stay here again for future cruises

TLDR – Great place to stay!Although we only stayed one night we feel the hotel was very accommodating We wanted a place to stay so we could get an early trip to the airport We got a great price to keep our vehicle for a couple days until we returned

Jackie, at the front desk, was extremely courteous and helpful to us The trip to and from the airport in ‘the cookie van’ was prompt and courteous The room was clean and modern The food we ordered from the restaurant in the evening was delicious and the service was greatsame with breakfast in the morning The cookies were a nice touch We’ll stay there again the next time we fly out of BWI

The front desk staff sit “too busy” on their personal phones and lie to people by saying that they don’t have water bottles for guests that pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality beds in rooms with very loud air conditioners and doors/walls through which you can hear every tone some one flushes or is talking Disrespectful staff 24/7 available to charge you $3/20oz water bottle The only great aspect of this experience was the wonderful daytime shuttle driver who is extremely kind and professional

The hotel smelled like gas Spoke with rude Kyle at the front desk about it He stated management was aware as this has been going on for weeks and they were not going to do anything about it

He brushed me off to speak with the next guest that walked up This is very dangerous for the guest and employees to be inThe next day (Sunday) I’m coming out of the bathroom naked and housing keeping is entering my room at 10am I went to the front desk and spoke with a man who stated he was the manager (did not want to provide his name to me) explained to him what happened and why are they entering my room at 10am if check out is not until 12pm He confirmed check out was at 12 and stated house keeping is short staffed I told him there was not an excuse as to why they were entering my room so early He apologized and asked if I wanted coffee or a cookie Like why would I want coffee or a cookie when I was just violated by entering a room we paid forOverall the room was nice! Doubletree needs to do better with their staff

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

First the goodThey had last minute availability My flight was delayed 4 hrs, I called the hotel before my flight took off and let them know we would be arriving at 1a and asked if they could setup the crib before we arrived

They did this and also left us extra bedding and blankets The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful  They provide a free 24/7 shuttle to/from BWI and Jack, the shuttle driver, was excellent Our room AC worked well in the summer heat and the bed and bedding were comfortable I absolutely LOVE their soft down pillows Breakfast options were very limited but I did enjoy the oatmeal (I was able to add butter, coconut flakes, shaved nuts and cinnamon) and coffeeThe badIts definitely the most rundown Hyatt Place I have been to Its an older building and the furnishings are very worn, dead bug in the light above the sink, moldy shower tile, carpets and furniture stained, etc  No outlets at the desk and the outlets by the TV near the desk didn’t work The outlet next to the bed was difficult to get to The blackout curtains didn’t quite cover the whole window so light poured in and woke me up at 7am

I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Linthicum MD a few weeks ago and the staff was exceptionally kind The young woman at the reception desk with the long hair and big glasses is an asset to the hotel It was very busy and the rooms were not ready but she handled everything with patience and kindness

The room was very nice and clean and the pillows are great! I will definitely stay there again!

I wish zero stars was an option because 1 star is too many The hotel stunk and smelled liked pot It was dirty and in disrepair

My daughter was threatened by another guest because she thought my daughter was “stalking her luggage cart” when in reality, my daughter was just trying to get the one and only other cart in the entire hotel which just happened to be down the hall past the threatening guest The carpet in our room was stained, the enamel in our tub was chipped, the sink did not drain, and everything looked like it was falling apart We booked for 4 guests and the room had glasses and towels for 2 guests Also the towels were awful They were old and worn out We tried to buy bottled water in the “shop” and we were told to go to 7-11 We paid over $200 for one night I feel like if the hotel doesn’t provide a reasonable representation of what they claim to offer they should have to refund your money since we can’t get a refund if we cancel too late Fair is fair Save your money and stay somewhere else

Every single person we interacted with (bellhop, valets, servers, bartenders, concierge, housekeeping) was professional, enthusiastic, and helpful By far the best experience I have ever had with hotel staff-I feel like every person truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfectThe building itself is beautiful-full of marble and ornate columns

I appreciate that a lot of attention was paid to historical details and maintaining the feel of the original buildingOur room was nicely decorated and very quiet We didn’t hear anyone in the halls and we barely heard any street noise The hotel gym was a lot bigger than I expected and well stocked with machines and equipmentWe will absolutely stay again next time we are in Baltimore!

Loved my stay here! Everyone was so kind and friendly Of course the hotel is amazing but the breakfast was the cherry on top ! I ordered the veggie eggs; and they were loaded with veggies! The sweet potato hash (words cannot describe) reminds me of my great granny’s cooking 🥲 fair price/ great portionsOnly thing upsetting: I woke up 3 am dehydrated and went to the mini bar to find lack of choices and drinks weren’t cold

(It was too cold to run out)

We discovered a bed bug problem in our luxury suite (one of the spa rooms) which we got refunded for, but it obviously ruined the stay Especially because they were fully booked that night and had no contingency plan for relocating us My partner and I stayed here one time before that and both times the hotel service was not great

No fault to them, they were super kind and did whatever they could for our check ins and the bed bug issue The problem was that we waited in long lines for a single person behind the desk who was also answering phones for the entire hotel They just seem chronically understaffed and scrambling to do things for everyone in a timely manner It gives me such mixed feelings because the rooms are awesome and those jetted tubs are amazing (they’re honestly the top reason we came back, along with the large windows that make the room feel even bigger than it already is) It’s such a cool and well-preserved historic building I’d just be cautious of these issues when deciding whether it would be worth the cost of your stay Oh and if you do stay there, make sure you check under the mattress for bed bugs!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, including two kids, and it was a great option for us The hotel was clean and the check-in was easy and smooth Everyone at the front and bell desks was friendly

Front desk gave my kids “golden tickets” good for a free item at the coffee shop, which made the kids feel special The hotel is directly across the street from Camden Yards and you cannot beat this location if you’re coming into town for a ball gameOur room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable and fit our four people The only available option when I booked was a room with two double beds We would have enjoyed bigger beds but for one night it was perfectly fineI booked a room with a ballpark view and it blew away my kids If you get a different room view there is a great spot on the fourth floor where you can look out into the ballparkThe pool is a lap pool and less than 4 feet deep at all spots It was enough for a short time with the kids to get some energy out but not big enough to spend an afternoon or any extended period of time

Great hotel! The experience was seamless from check in to check out It’s also really close to the harbor so it was neat to explore/walk around the neighborhoodThe rooms were large and clean

Many of them have an amazing view of the ballpark A few drawbacks though – the air conditioner was kinda on the weak side and the showerhead (or water pressure) can be improvedThe breakfast was only buffet style I wasn’t aware of this ahead of time and since we were pressed for time, we skipped it Thankfully, the lobby also had a grab-n-go cafe with breakfast sandwiches and drinks!Parking was also quite cheap for a downtown hotel So no complaints there! The garage was easy to navigate and there are more than enough spaces

S R

The mixed reviews made me a little nervous, but overall it was a great stay I booked some sort of special that came with a plush animal & never got it, so if you see that, don’t bother Room was nice, kids like the pool despite the filtration system needing a check as the water wasn’t a clear as it should be

There is a restaurant/bar area open that had a delicious breakfast & everyone that worked there was friendly I highly recommend using the app to check in & out of the hotel I did have to go to the front desk twice & both people working were nice & we received requested towels promptlyThe hotels located is awesome, walking distance to the Babe Ruth museum & directly across from Camden Yards
