Rooms need to be updated Furniture looks like it’s back from the 80’s Rooms are a little pricey compared to other more up to date, modern hotels

Breakfast and Location are great as it is down the street from AT&T Stadium and Six Flags Fiesta Texas Staff is very helpful Probably won’t stay here again but I guess you get what you pay for

Came to town for a concert This hotel is only a few miles away from the AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, right off the interstate The rooms and overall hotel do feel a little outdated, but it was very clean

Beds were nice and comfortable Fair price for the room We’d probably stay here again if we ever come back to the area

Ashlee Dahl

Had a great stay here! Traveled from Austin to see The Weeknd at the ATT center This hotel was right down the road from the stadium It was very clean

Front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and they even had a shuttle that took us to the stadium before and after the concert! Shuttle was driven by Meliza(sorry if spelt wrong!)-she was SO nice, seemed to really care about her passengers in the shuttle and helpful! I would absolutely stay here again! Everything was just so clean, and accommodating!

I would give no stars if I could Go somewhere else!!!!! This place is awful Talk about using old or fake pictures to show your establishment

We walked into a lady screaming at the front desk people She then told us that we were better off going somewhere else because they had 8 rooms and had found bed bugs in all 8 rooms I went up to our room to check but at that point we didn’t feel comfortable staying Honestly was not going to risk getting bit or worst taking those back to my own home We told them we were going to check out and asked for a refund since we weren’t staying The Assistant manager told us we couldn’t receive a refund I Asked to speak to his boss and he was also no help whatsoever I’ve never dealt with an issue and I’ve never been one to right a review but after Brandon treated me, I’ll Never spend another dollar at a Holiday INN I’m going to make sure and reach out to the BBB as well So unacceptable

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room They compare hundreds of hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you choose this place you won’t be let downConvenient location Comfortable beds Just missed the bottle water you would normally expect to find to fill up the coffee machine and also you can’t fully manage the curtains to cover the window so in the morning you do get a lot of light in works if you are an early bird

Shelly H84

This place has really gone down hill Young lady at check in was sweet but the room had a broken tile in bathroom, sticky unclean bathroom door, chair was ripped to shreds and just looked gross There was what looked like rust on the lamp, damage to table that was covered up and touched up with paint

Husband and I agreed this would be our last stay and would look for a better hotel to stay at

0 stars for customer service It’s night one I’m on the first floor

It is not quiet The guest have been loud in the lobby and you can hear it all The guest above me have been walking around since 10:00pm and it’s 1:21am Every step is like a loud banging on the ceiling I called the front desk hours ago to get a room change They said they were full and nothing could be done They would call the rooms that were making the noise I checked back and they said no one answered the phones so there is nothing they can do because they can’t leave the front desk The front desk person was not very helpful and seemed disconnected and not concerned at all Rooms are clean but if you are light sleeper and need quiet for the work day ahead this isn’t the spot Especially sense the reason you book a hotel is to sleep in the first place! Would NOT recommendUpdate: I spoke with a new front desk person in the morning and she moved me into a new room right away She apologized for the other person working the front desk who was unbothered by the whole situation I’m keeping it at a three because of someone is going to work the front desk they should be willing to help the customers The other person who was working probably needs more training Overall I’m happy with the new room It’s quieter If you want peace and quiet, don’t stay in the first floor near the lobby!

Lt. Wheeler

This is close to a five-star experience, except for when I got out of the elevator on the third floor there was no air conditioning and my spirits deflated by the time I got to my room There was supposed to be AC in the room, which the thermostat was not functional They had a window unit like the old days which made a lot of noise and took a little bit longer to cool off the room

Overall very clean and the staff were helpful One good thing is they offer breakfast in the morning

kristen zavala

Start with the positives: Hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and location is great The pizza place across the street is pretty good too Negatives: breakfast was horrible

Frozen prewrapped sandwich was half frozen They did have waffles but the line was really long because everything else was gross Negative specific to usdon’t get a room that ends in 18 The elevator is on the backside of the room but sounds like it’s on the inside Ran constantly and buzzed the room all night and the door sounded like a door slamming all night

We had a reunion of old high school friends in conjunction with the Big 12 baseball tournament Guest services hooked us up with great room rates, the process was easy Hotel is clean and neat, customer service at the front desk and restaurant was excellent

Rooms were nice size, comfortable and clean Will definitely come again

Austin Welch

The front desk and employees were very helpful and kind I would suggest this hotel to anyone staying in the area The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and welcoming

The room was slightly dirty, mostly older grime on the walls Otherwise everything was good, the bar had a decent selection and beer and alcohol and the food menu was basic but covered the normal foods you would order Eg Cheeseburger, nachos etc

Jennifer Delgado

I’m a Hilton diamond member so I always stay at Hilton when I travel I chose those specific location before looking to see how old it is, that being said it’s very dated The teal color couch in my room was very faded and the shower took forever to drain

The staff was nice as always and the restaurant/bar had amazing service and decent food too

Had a break in to my car Was checking out and the discovery meant we were stuck Had parked by a surveillance video that turns out “does not work”

Beware: if you value your vehicle, none of the cameras outside work The break in meant I have to stay in the area an extra day No help at all from front desk They were “full”, but did not even try to help me find another place to stay, did not help with the car situation, or suggest places I could reach out to, they basically left me on my own Oh, but they did give me two extra hours in the room, yet made it clear I had to be out when the time was up Thanks to a fantastic representative from Hilton Honors, found another hotel nearby that hosted us while we waited for a tow truck, and went out of their way to make sure we were safe and felt welcome Hampton Inn employees could not be bothered A lot of the problem could have been controlled if their outside cameras actually worked and they noticed when our car was being vandalized or could have given us video to share with the police I’m done with Hampton Inn This one, and any other of the brand, if this is how they treat their guests when there is a struggle

Kaja is the best receptionist I’ve ever encountered anywhere With all the issues that took place as far as the system going down Among other things

Kaja handled it all with poise She is amazing She handle the pressure like a champ She was able to keep everyone happy for the 4+ hrs it was down She really need to be a manager or even the GM She could train an amazing team Very professional She made our stay great

Bobby Davidson

This location was hugely helpful to our needs prior to arrival and during check in Very clean and very organized hotel; we will definitively stay there again We want to give a special thanks to Jesus Chavez

He was great and thinks outside the corporate box to make sure the guests are well taken care of Thank you very much, Jesus Chavez!

Terrible pillows We had an issue with the toilet, let the desk know but it didn’t get fixed in the 3 days we were there The pool area is beautiful (but seasonal the kids from Kansas hoped it would be open and heated)

The gym is a decent size if a little small for the size of the hotel it was completely full when I used it The bottle filler was wonderful The lack of cleaning supplies disappointing The 2 double beds are fully so these rooms will be snug for a family or 4 people, they’re fine for an individual (except the terrible flat feather pillows) the concierge suite is nice the hosts wonderful (wine and beer are charged to the room)

Michael Rodriguez

This is an excellent place to stay Everything was very clean The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, great pillows and a very large tv

The lobby is beautiful, very spacious with plenty of seats The workout room is better than what you get at most hotels with a free weight rack in addition to the usual treadmills and stationary bikes

Myra Ald

The hotel was decent The staff was very nice and helpful The bar was convenient

We checked in early and they had a room available so that was great! The room was hot all night The bed or the sheets smelled like urine The room had a smell to it as well The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it wasn’t bad Over all it was an ok stay

Good hotel Pros: Good location in Arlington, right by Putt Putt and the Parks mall Weight room is great and open 24/7, has good machines, dumb bells, and is really clean

Free breakfast including pancakes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and ham The lady who served breakfast was working her tail off and did a great job keeping everything full!Cons: maintenance could be improved Our mini fridge was on its last leg and they had no one there to fix it There also could have been a better chair in the room They also expect you to be out by 11 AM

Edward Pecikonis

The staff is great! Front desk staff is very friendly and professional And this place was very, very clean!! Which was a huge plus to meMy only two issues, and they weren’t bad, was the bed & pillows could have been a little more comfortable

Hence why 4 starsThank you for a nice stay

Absolutely avoid this hotel if at all possible I booked an accessible room two weeks in advance for a family vacation One of companions needed wheelchair accessible room

I stopped in today to just ensure that room was available and that we would have no difficulties around 3 Mrs Gutierrez, the GM on duty, assured me room would be available shortly She supposedly contacted housekeeping I told her we would return at 4:00, the guaranteed check in time The room was still not available and the young man working front desk was unapologetic I wanted assurance from him that I would be able to get checked in within an hour due to heat advisory and our guest’s need to rest His exact verbiage was “I don’t know what you are going to do, maybe by 9pm” Keep in mind the suite is already paid for We were left throwing our hands up, confused and upset over the treatment by one of IHG facilities I filed formal complaint with the company, however Mrs Gutierrez has not gotten into contact with me The young man verbalized that the hotel was understaffed and housekeeping is only performed once every five days upon request Please be aware of problems facing you if you choose to book with this Holiday Inn Express There are a lot of other hotels in area that look great, such as Hilton Garden Inn and a newer La Quinta, Marriott By the time I finished trying to get the employee to assist me, the hotel lobby was filled with angry guests At this point, they had all become rowdy and aggressive It was not a great experience and do not ever want to experience again Hope this helps someone 👍

Such wonderful and friendly staff Will, at the front desk in the evening/Night was incredible and helpful We hadn’t planned to stay here, but after the nightmare at the dump we originally booked, Will got us a room in the middle of the night, and was so kind

I can’t thank him and the entire staff at Hilton Garden Inn enough The hotel and rooms are nice and clean, bed and pillows are comfortable- everything was perfect Thank you all!

Rosie Martinez

The staff was awesome The hotel was clean The rooms were excellent condition

The pool and hot tub area was clean Overall it was great I had an issue that made me feel unsafe Especially since we had 2 girls with us Our last night at the hotel someone put a piece of black electric tape at the door peephole Thank God I never open the door to noone Told the front desk lady she was very surprised Glad nothing bad happened

Josh Whorton

It was a clean hotel with very nice staff and a convenient location Unfortunately it is a rough part of the city My locked truck was stolen on the third night of our stay from the hotel parking lot

I was told by the police officer that it happens all of the time, went to a chop shop most certainly There are no security cameras and no security staff, so stay here at your own risk If you do choose to stay here, don’t leave any valuables in your vehicle

We had 2 rooms here on 03/11/2022 & 03/12/2022The hotel is nice, clean, and the location was good for our needs The property is good (average) and ranks four stars

The reason that I gave them five stars is the staffEveryone that we dealt with at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful We had a tour of the A,T, & T Stadium so we requested a late checkout The staff was very accommodating In addition, our tour lasted a lot longer than we thought so we got back to the hotel to get our items from the 1 room but wanted to get a bite to eat before we moved to the next destination The staff offered to lock our suitcases in their office so we could go next door to eat without lugging all of our belongings They were also very friendly answering our questions about the area, etc during our time there

Michelle Lowe

Needed a room for two for one night From the moment we checked in, Chris treated us with first class service like we were lifelong regular VIPs! The beds were amazing! We both slept great In the morning we enjoyed the complementary breakfast which surpassed my expectations

Bacon, eggs and pancakes, mmmmm They also had the usual continental cereal, oatmeal fruit or yogurt but the hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise Now what really now has captured my loyalty with this hotel goes back to the service! What could have turned out to be an issue was quickly resolved and for that I am truly grateful Again, thank you Chris I failed to request a late check out and was rushing to leave but unfortunately we were still there when housekeeping arrived They were very understanding and made the awkwardness of it all not so awkward If I find I need a room in this area again, staying anywhere else is not an option I very highly recommend!

aaron 81006

Everyone I spoke with was really nice and helpful The rates were pretty high but my class had moved and I had to get a different hotel with just a few days notice I had to pay $600 for a two bed room for three nights

I just didn’t feel like it was a 200 dollar a night place The trash outside the front door was overflowing for two days and housekeeping didn’t come to my room the whole time I was there I wasn’t very happy with the breakfast either It looked like eggs from a jar and really cheap sausage I would have an easier time dealing with all of this for about 80 bucks a night Oh well Had to do it

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice Very clean Front desk ladies were very nice I will definitely be back Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club Heard it was nice

Catherine R.

FYI – There is no spa I really liked my jacuzzi suite The jacuzzi tub was huge! The only issue was the water kept draining and I kept having to refill the tub (waste of water)

The tub kept draining even though I had the stopper in it Because of that the jacuzzi jets would spray into my face essentially making me feel like I was drowning So, I had to soak in the tub without them on Still a great room though

Santino

Absolute the worst hotel experience ever! How does this have 4 star overall review here is mind blowingI was charged twice at the bar in which they refused to give refund stating it was a hold and would go away (it didn’t, had to dispute through bank)Restaurant and bar employees lacked menu knowledge and experience

I back to my hotel 2am with AC not working properly, the person working front desk was incompetent and could not get the keys to work to move me to another room Absolutely crazy! Ended up having to go to another hotel at 3 am Of course they didn’t give refund and had to dispute that aswellThis hotel is nice, just lacks qualified owner, manger and employees to run the place Do NOT stay here!

What a great experience at The Sanford House Inn! The hosts were kind, welcoming, and accommodating during our stay in the Bristol Cottage The cottage was decorated very nicely, clean, and had all the amenities we needed It was nice to walk around in the courtyard and secret garden while sipping on some wine

The courtyard also looked like a very nice location to hold an event Breakfast was a great way to start the day with ample seating, a rotating menu, and friendly service Also, we enjoyed the location as it was only a few blocks from a brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses Our schedule was a bit packed so we did not get a chance to try the services at the Spa

Rhonda Hughes

The overall experience could have been so much better if not for the individual quality of the services My husband bought me a full day package which was $400 + with gratuity and only two services were top notch and they were both provided by Margo She did an excellent job with massage and body scrub

I was happy with the chef’s preparation of a vegan lunch but I was not offered dessert and watched the neighboring couple have sorbet, chocolate cake and strawberries for dessert so I assumed I would be offered fruit or at least strawberries but I was not offered anythingThe pedicure room was not large enough for both technicians, so every time the other tech needed to get by , my service had to stop so the tech could get up and allow the other one to pass , including to go ” tinkle” which she announced loudly to her last clientThe other nail tech also audibly dominated the room , which was not conducive to relaxation and adjusted the room temperature to suit her because she was hot I mentioned twice afterwards that my legs were cold because of it, but was never acknowledgedMy husband had paid extra for ” hot rocks” that were actually only warm Serena did a nice manicure though and is super sweetThe facial was the biggest disappointment I’ve never had a tech put a mask on and tell me to find my happy place while they leave the room For half the price, I’ve either had them massage my neck, arms and or hands during masking and for $80 , very little was actually done No extractions although I asked about it and no massage other than cleansing My face isn’t exfoliated or hydrated Normally my face is glowing and super hydrated after a facial, so total waste of time and money on that !The environment was super nice if only the services were as good as they claim to be My husband is so upset

Beautiful Villa and feel at home stay Comfortable bed, great jacuzzi and the lay out was perfect Not too small not too big, you’ll want to stay another night

We had reservations for the restaurant but they let us have dinner to go in the villa which was great as they worked with us to make it happen The dinner was great as well as the cheese cake We really enjoyed our quiet and private stay Will definitely be back and highly recommend for a wknd get away from kids or a nice romantic evening to yourselves

Hope in the ceiling from obviously an old water leak poorly repaired Television was the size you would put in a child’s bedroom Bed as hard with many hotels with pillow tops

I read the reviews and now fear to leave my lap top and tablet needed for work in the room while I am out and about So now I feel I have to trust the security of our vehicle Parking lot dimly lit Read reviews and vehicles broken in so now what The pictures make the room large and I was disappointed in the size Hampton in Oklahoma City much nicer hands down Very disappointed for the price

On May 14, 2022, I booked four rooms at this hotel My family, who came from Tulsa, Oklahoma checked in two of them around 3pm Well, I arrived at the hotel around 6pm because my daughter was getting married at 7pm

Upon my arrival, I asked for the hotel keys of the remaining two rooms After the wedding, my family and I returned to the hotel and discovered that someone had been in one of the rooms But, the most alarming part was because I had the keys to that room thus no one else had excess to the room At first, I thought that it was just a mistake of the staff forgetting to clean the room but it wasn’t; and since there were no more rooms available, we checked out of the two rooms and demanded a refund The following morning, my sister stated that someone tried to enter her room but she had the lock bar on her door My niece, who also stayed at the hotel, was eating breakfast and overheard a hotel guess complain that someone had been in her room too Therefore, something very dangerous is going on at this particular hotel so my advice is avoid this hotel and stay at another Hilton Hotel

Check in went smooth Was unable to use my keyless entry on the app because it kept failing Room was great size

Ok, so the TV is difficult to change channels, was unable to figure out the remote My husband took a hot shower that evening, but I tried to shower in the morning with no hot water, just cool water, so no shower for me I also put a few sodas in the fridge and it wasn’t working either Little disappointed with Hampton inn Will not stay here again

The room was clean and the pool The hot tub was hot which is a good thing!! The pool area temperature was warm and my son loved it! The pool water was warm I felt like the bathroom was not clean enough

I seen hair in the tub, on a couple of towels and on the walls I like how it had a kitchen area and a refrigerator with ice in it This hotel was better than the Crown Plaza We went to six flags and we try to find a hotel with a indoor pool and a hot tub This hotel had a basketball court too The staff was nice

The front desk lady stopped me and I looked a little off but I came to take care of my kids here with the mother of my children I didn’t sleep here but I came to spend the day with my kids I wanted to grab some of their breakfast and she told me I can’t because I’m not staying there

It was a young black woman I never been treated this way by any employee from a hotel We come to lots of hotels and this never happens to me We are gonna swim if they have swimming pools So my question is now Can I go swimming qith my kids? I didn’t stay here so am I excluded from the swimming pool now? I have a gash on my forehead so I guess I look like trouble to her I don’t get it I feel so judged

shana kharineh

They have rodents need I say more And when it was brought up to the attention of the staff at the front desk His whole demeanor was basically what do you want me to do about it

Didn’t offer to get me a new room didn’t offer to come clear it out NothingThis whole stay was such a bust

The room was clean, beds are very comfortable Property is well maintainedHousekeeping does an awesome job

A language problem with Housekeeping but never failed to get a smile and friendly helloMandi, the bartender provides excellent serviceHonestly though the best part is Chelsea and Stacey at the front desk Friendly, outgoing, awesome people with great personalitiesSpent 5 days here and I’ll definitely stay here again

Mandy Cunningham

I stayed here for 9 nights The rooms are clean and the sheets and linens are high quality Beds are comfortable and pillows good

Bathroom drains were slowThe staff was friendly and helpfulThe restaurant was below average with a staff shortage and mediocre, over-priced dishes The bar drinks were also incredibly over-pricedThere is only 1 elevator and it often leaves you with a long wait I chose to use the stairs but I’ll warn you, they aren’t clean and the doors to each level are always ajar During a rain storm the stairwell was wet with ceiling leaksThe pool is nice and there are larger size beach towels, which I appreciated The exercise room is under equipped unless you only care for treadmills and an elliptical

Overall I am happy with the stay I stayed here on business Housekeeping has to be requested but the staff made me aware of this and I am okay with this

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable Breakfast is very good as well This is a minor thing, but I wasn’t provided any sort of complimentary water or a even a cookie upon check-in as a diamond member I stay in a lot of Hilton brand hotels and the complimentary water is provided standard across the board for any Hilton hotel, even at much lesser quality Hilton brands I feel like the front desk could be aware of their guests who are members They charged me for the water The rooms are quite noisy, the walls are thin and you can hear everything through the wall These are the only two reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 The staff however, is very nice The breakfast staff has been especially kind the whole stay The pool, restaurant and bar is all nice as well

We stayed in this hotel for almost a week It is nice, clean, modern look, rooms were good, bathroom was nice, great breakfast options and staff was very polite Pool was good and overall amenities were great

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the fact that in the lobby/dining area they had Newsmax channel on all day, every day It is a notorious, very biased network, with questionable sources and conspiracy theories on air I don’t know who thought that was a good idea to have, was it the management, a guest that complained and demanded it being on, I don’t know I was shocked to see that on at all times at a reputable hotel chain I get switching what is playing on tv day to day to please every flavor, but on at all times was odd I would think something more neutral would be on, generic local Channel 1, 2, 3, whatever it is, some light entertainment, comedy etc But this was definitely a turn off Other than that good hotel

I was in town for a business trip and chose this hotel as it was close to the location I would be working atThe hotel hasn’t been open very long so the rooms are clean Not signs or wear and tear

The desk area in room was great for getting work done and the couch gives a great option for relaxing without having to be in bedThe staff are friendly and helpfulThe pool appeared clean, although it was too cold to use And there is a nice fire pit and sitting area for enjoying time outdoorsThe location is convenient to highways, restaurants and shoppingI will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others

Great room, great service, but don’t expect your car to be there in the morningWe stayed one night at this hotel and had our truck stolen from the hotel parking lot It was caught on the hotel footage and everything

There was nothing we could have done to prevent this, but we now no longer have a vehicle and had to fly out of Dallas in order to return home The hotel manager mentioned that this has happened before but yet there is still no warning or prevention methods We will never stay here again

Vicky Dupree

I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the rooms aren’t the cleanest The young lady in the front was kind enough to go out her way to come change the sheets on my bed even though it wasn’t her job to do so Unlike the other gentleman that sometimes works the front all he does is sleep and brushed my needs off horrible customer service

Also the driver I had for the airport was kind and the young lady was very helpful to set that up for me I just wish I remembered their names

Not bad for this priceNo shadows for parking placeYou can not open even a little bit the windows

Breakfast you can forget about itBut bed is comfortable, rooms are clean and quietBathroom is big enoughWithout car, there are nothing close in

Fishing with Rip Van Winkle

Air conditioning could not get our room below 75 Hotel desk clerk was surly and rude We paid cash but were also charged on our card we reserved this room with

Room was reasonably clean but after spending our evening outside in 100+ weather it was difficult to sleep in a warm room Vending machines here were disapointing so bring your own There are better and cheaper hotels within a few minutes drive Will be booking elsewhere on our next visit

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel All of the staff gave us excellent care and service but I want to specifically mention the entire valet service – these young men were professional, courteous, and consistent with excellent service; and the staff member who greeted us each morning as we entered breakfast in the ballroom was a delight Her genuine smile and gracious greetings were a beautiful way to start the morning

As was the delicious breakfast and delicious coffee served in the ballroom It is a beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable accommodations Highly recommend!

Cool ambiance in the heart of Dallas sports Location was epic! Clean and friendly staff but also very strict about bringing alcohol in My roommate tried to bring in a six pack to enjoy and they made him put it back in his car

Restaurants were classy and came with a cost Bourbon selection was good Pool area was 10/10 except service was lacking Overall I definitely recommend this place

Diane Reynolds

If you are looking for a bargain, this isn’t the place for youWe stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday when there weren’t any sporting or entertainment events going on The hotel is very clean, the staff pleasant, our room faced the entertainment area (which I liked) and our floor had a baseball theme which was appropriate

It’s an easy walk to AT&T and Globe life stadiums It would be a blast to stay on game day when all the restaurants and bars are open but just know that it will be crowded and loud and you may not be able to sleep if you are facing the restaurant side or are on one of the lower floorsOn non-game days not all the restaurants in Texas Live! are open Overall, it’s just bar food, the service wasn’t the best and the food was meh The next day we ate at the hotel bar; the bartender was efficient and friendly, the food came out exactly right and the atmosphere and view was pleasantThey have a coffee shop in the lobby which serves breakfast, lunch and beautiful desserts; we did not partake either morning as the line to order was short but the person behind the counter had to take the order, ring you up & then prepare the beverage and food, one order at a timeThe property, landscaping and patio areas are well kept and provide a perfect setting for an evening stroll There were couples, singles and families walking around and it felt very safeThey have hook ups for electric cars in the parking garage across the street We parked our own car and walked across the street to the hotel, it was easy but we pack light
