My sister and I stayed at Vineyard Woods during our 3-day visit to Ohio’s Wine Country and had a wonderful experience The room was clean, they had a welcome basket with popcorn, coffee & chocolates, and all of the amenities were great The property is secluded, with a 0

75 mile walking trail which was so peaceful to walk on in the morning The big perk is that it’s within a 5-10 minute drive of multiple area wineries & attractions, so it’s close to everything! 10/10 recommend 🙂

So much to do within a short walk from the Bed & Breakfast! Wine bar, brewpub, casual and fine dining, chocolate shop, gifts, artisan shop, coffee roaster/shop The B&B was meticulously maintained and every detail was attended to to make our stay memorable! We even had heated towels for after our shower! Don’t miss the Belgian waffles for breakfast! The owners are wonderful!

One of, if not THE best KOA experiences we have had My wife and I love the camping cabins and the deluxe cabins are the way to goThis campground boasts with activities and fun stuff to do

The fishing pond(s) are well stocked if you know how to catch em! (nightcrawlers =])Many sites, but all with comfortable space between them, they offer tenting sites with covered deck areas that offer a second story to sit onSwimming pond looked clean and the trampoline well keptVery quiet and respectful campers, albeit on a MondayWe are coming back here and will tell everyone how fantastic this park is

Dan Spencer

We really liked our week here The grounds were maintained nicely and the amenities were great We really enjoyed the dog wash station, floating slide/trampoline in the swim pond and the stocked fishing pond

My 6yo son landed a 8# catfish on his first cast! Natural casing hot dogs, like Smith’sworked best for bait What sucked was our site A-6,7 and 8 are extremely steep and that area was very tight to park lg campers

Heather Van Sise

This place is so awesome Family get away- Check! Couple get away-Check! For a group of friends-Check! The staff was so nice, and by the way when I go camping I like a nice clean bathroom The cleaning staff did an amazing job keeping the bathrooms clean! Shower and toilet in the bathrooms!!!!! Ive don’t commercial cleaning and these ladies knocked it out of the park! Plus there’s a sink on the side of the bathrooms so you can clean your dishes! There’s a gift store/ store near the front of the camp and two pools to swim in

A covered pavilion for parties There’s a lot of RV sites and a few tent sites We had a nice secluded tent site A definite must go!

I did not have high expectations from a highway side hotel but this place pleasantly surprised me Very clean, well maintained and nice hotel The pool was clean and warm – so super fun for my 10 month old son and my husband and me

The king sized bed was super comfortable and the room was very nice too The complimentary breakfast was quite good too

Carol Josefek

When we got to the hotel, we requested a room at the top floor and back of hotel and the front desk was very accommodating Our room was nice and clean although decor was dated and there was a bathtub/shower combo Breakfast was fully stocked and person maintaining was friendly

There were scrambled eggs and bagels with cheese and bacon in the hot buffet and cinnamon waffles as well as yogurt and the usual breads, cereals and pastries We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Chris Chadwick

The two ladies at the front desk (for the life of me I cannot recall their names) were so kind during our stay From booking, to checking in or out, they were very helpful and informative They made sure our stay was pleasant and catered to our needs

I believe we had the Lakehouse suite which was just above the reception desk on the second floor Beautiful room, cozy, quaint, and a very nice view of Lake Erie I cannot commend them enough for their hospitality and customer service It was a very enjoyable experience We will definitely be returning

Tara Murphy

What a great little place that sits right on the lake Super personal and cozy experience Breakfast delivered to the room was perfect and tastey, especially for being complimentary

Spa massages were amazing and I would highly recommend We ate at the crossroads grill one evening and it was a delicious meal , well portioned, nice atmosphere, with great service Wethere in February and I can only imagine how beautiful the location is during the summer We will definitely be back

Lynn Y

We went for our anniversary which fell on a Monday We arrived Sunday night so we could enjoy a leisure breakfast which was custom ordered and delivered to our room (thank you COVID for social distancing) We took a short walk through town before our facials at the Spa

Oh so very nice We toured the covered bridges in the afternoon Our day was made every so special with having booked the Chef’s Experience with Randy at the Crosswinds Grill for dinner A four course meal and wine pairings that will forever be one our fondest memories It was April and we loved being there to enjoy the quietness of the off season

Our check in was quick and easy by Mary at the front desk She was friendly and welcoming The rooms we reserved were nice and clean

Breakfast was delicious Comfortable beds Everything was great except when it was around 5am in the morning the electricity went out!! I woke up from my sleep feeling the room was warm because the AC was off, so I noticed that it was no electricity and I couldn’t get back to sleep again We used our phone flashlight when we wanted to go to the bathroom!! You would think that a big hotel like the Holiday inn would’ve a back up generator but NO, we didn’t have electricity until 8am!!Overall, except for the electricity issue, it’s great hotel to stay for the night

sharon baker

The hotel is very near the highway yet it wasn’t noisy Fortunately I had looked on Google Maps or we would have missed the left turn road to go back to the Hotel Hopefully they will put out a sign soon

That was really the only negative Otherwise it was a very good experience The room was nice, the bed comfortable the air conditioning satisfactory with a fan that had the option of staying on which is my preference And the air conditioning kicking in did not make very much noise as they do in some units The bathroom had towel racks conveniently placed and the breakfast went until 10 on weekdays which we appreciate since we usually arrive late when we’re traveling and then don’t want to get up early to eat There was a good variety on the breakfast including a pancake maker which I thought was interesting and also Craisins raisins and nuts to put in the oatmeal All the employees that we interacted with were extremely Pleasant and helpful

Enrique Garcia

The Holiday Inn and the Hampton Inn here are essentially wedding hotels, which is why they seem to be more pricy than the rest of the area The Holiday Inn has better breakfast hours in the weekend (7-11!!) It’s not advertised, but there is a Tesla charge port in the parking lot(simply ask the front desk to power it on)

Rooms were very clean and they had extra essential items at the front desk in case you forgot them(razors, toothbrushes, etc) Beds were very comfortable and rooms were super clean as well I would totally stay here if you had a wedding to go in the area!

Very clean lobby, rooms, and common areas Decent hot meals for self-serve breakfast, including make-your-own pancakes that were really goodPool and rooms need attention

Rooms had been updated but touch up paint on previously painted doors made worse Mattress on pullout was poor, thin quality No service under 5-day stay, but staff accommodating with requests for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that were empty on arrival Also, supplied clean linens when askedNo safety bars in shower/tub area, which made it dangerous for my husband who slipped a bit in there I will see about handicap suite at next locationThis was a one-time stay for us, convenient to interstate and about 15 minutes to restaurants or 20 min to mall with theater Also, 15 minutes to Geneva on the Lake

Cheryl Seidensticker

Staff and accommodations were very good However, there was a desk light in the room that for some reason could not be turned off or unplugged which made it very difficult to sleep While checking out I was informed that this is a common complaint and doesn’t know the lights don’t turn off

Hopefully, this problem will be taken care of in the near future

First stay at a bed&breakfast Polly Harper inn was wonderful Note was left on door to check in at yellow house next door

Jeff greeted us and gave us all the information we needed and the key We were lucky enough to book the Polly Harper room This room is huge with a jacuzzi tub, breakfast nook and a private lookout at top of house Bed was so comfortable and never saw or heard the other guests until morning Only negative was electricity went out around 8:30 am Breakfast was already made and waiting for us downstairs in kitchen We ate the baked goods, which are very tasty and coffee and juice in our breakfast nook Took omelettes and bagels home to eat later since no electric to heat up Without asking we were refunded $40 for I’m assuming the inconvenience of the electric going out That was very generous We will certainly return next time staying overnight in wine country

Great weekend getaway Rooms were clean but a little dated, had a nice little patio to sit on, beds were really comfortable No microwave in room

Nice indoor/outdoor pool and hot tubs, although to many kids in the hot tubs Horizons restaurant had really good breakfast and lunch, did not eat dinner there The wine shuttle is a very convenient way to visit the local wineries without having to worry about driving, the shuttle drivers are very friendly and accommodating The Lodge grounds are beautiful and right on the Lake The main strip is about a 15 min walk

Great service by Sarah (the nerd) She made sure my bride and her bridesmaids were well taken care of during their stay and took the extra steps to ensure that they were able to stay in one of the rooms so we had somewhere to store our baggage until after the event The shuttle service made sure all our guests got safely back from our big day
