The overall experience was good The check-in staff was nice, friendly and welcoming Didn’t get the same vibe when I checked out though (different staff)

The bartender Jay was great The food at the bar was average but good sized portions The room was clean but some furniture had visible markings of being a bit old Even though the view wasn’t great, the room had a balcony No complimentary water in the room The fire place in the lobby was only for aesthetic purposes Didn’t try the breakfast as I checked out early in the morning

Patricia Bartee

Our team stayed here for tournament and our stay was terrible, this could be a nice facility, but the rooms and balconies are ran down, some need repairs and just a good deep cleaning, paint peeling, cracks in walls, carpet dirty, they didn’t have our rooms reserved like we had asked and checked repeatedly, they cancelled one of the reservations before a player and family could arrive even though it was held with a credit card and they were told when they would be arriving, then stated they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate them until next day so they had to stay in a parking lot of store across street for the night, they just did not care!! Our rooms were not cleaned, trash over flowing, or restocked after 5 days, dirty sheets on one bed, and asking daily multiple people, maids and front staff for this, but nothing was done, air conditioning was not working multiple days, they fixed it and it stopped again, everyone always made excuses or said they would fix things but it never happened, you would go back and ask again and they would say oh I’m sorry but nothing Just excuses, always passing the buck, even the managers You have to have key card access to park in parking garage as street parking due to homeless in area is not suggested, multiple times we could not get in or out and had to go have cards reset

One day our cards would not work to our rooms went to front desk and they stated oh we thought you checked out?? Absolutely no good communication between staff ever! Several days in after all the complaints from multiple parents we were told by a manger they would discount our stay by 2 days cost because they realized things had went so bad and not corrected time and time again They asked us to meet with the GM the next day to discuss all the concerns as they said they felt bad it had gotten so worse and not been addressed He was not concerned with the problems or addressing anything to make the last couple days of our stay better He would only consider taking half nights stay for one room off, even though we had 11 rooms of families that all paid good money to stay here and all had multiple problems And it wasn’t just us, other teams and families staying there had multiple complaints that were never addressed I would not stay here again and if you are a sports team just know they all stated multiple times they are just not set up to handle big groups or teams, so why do they contract with team sites for bookings?? Consider somewhere else

Lauren Newgard

We just stayed here for 3 nights and it was great The hotel was clean and very modern The hotel workers were phenomenal and super friendly

The hotel is located on a busy street but we were high enough up that the only traffic we heard was firetrucks going by The outside does have homeless people around but not as bad as many other reviews stated The hotel will take you to the train station that is near by otherwise it’s a short walk to a bus stop that will also take you there

I stayed here to be closer to my 6am flight It’s not the closest to the airport, but it is only about 15-20 minutes awayThe rooms are beautiful

Comfy bed, spacious, beautiful bathroomsThere is a busy little bar in the lobby with light menu items Best fries ever!!

Jordan Garrigan

I was nervous reading previous reviews, but this hotel went above and beyond expectations We had an incident late at night where the fire alarms went off and everyone evacuated the building Derek at the front desk was incredibly professional and provided more information and apologies for the inconvenience – and even coffee for every one the next morning

Rooms were clean, spacious, and the staff was the most helpful staff I have ever encountered Highly recommend to stay here

Mikayla Christerson

Can’t rave enough about this hotel! There’s been a few quirks here and there (like witnessing another guest just be downright rude to the front desk) but even through that the staff remained friendly, professional, and they are so attentive Rooms are clean, the hotel is nice and new, great rates, and I love chatting with the staff They do everything to make you feel at home! ❤️

Awesome spot to stay, 10 out of 10 They gave us a complimentary welcome drink, which was such a nice touch Had coffee available all day

The atrium is just absolutely gorgeous with plants, water features, string lights, and a barRooms were super comfy and the soaking tub was really relaxing I would come here again and again if I couldMy only suggestion to improve this hotel would be to offer more vegan options They need an oat milk or soy milk with the coffee station

Kalani Fogleman

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve for something different We were beyond impressed For barely $200, we had a huge, beautiful room

Huge comfortable bed, huge tub and bathroom, with a huge shower The restaurant didn’t expect so many people so was a little short staffed but they were pleasant and the food was great Quiet Whoever designed this hotel knew what they were doing! The front desk staff were welcoming and excellent Breakfast the next morning had omelets, cereal, pastries, sausage, bacon, waffles and was included in the room I have no idea why anyone would stay anywhere else when flying into Denver- I don’t know how the hotels near Woolley’s stay in business The prices are excellent for what you get Stay here and you won’t regret it, and I bet you will keep returning We will!

Every Employee in engaged with loves their job The food was amazing The room exceeded expectations

This was the second time I stayed here and I’m blown away at how incredible every detail was We all know since covid everything is just a little less and it’s just the way it is But to see a hospitality company exceed all expectations is rare and all most bring tears to my eyes I will be back Thank you to all the staff for making my stay special

I have been staying here for a long time If you choose this place you definitely won’t regret itThe stay was great! The location was a perfect spot in Denver that had many great restaurants around and was a short drive to other fun parts of Denver Staff were so friendly and helpful with every interaction Chelsea, a bartender went out of her way to provide great service and tell us the best spots around for the next part of our trip It was our honeymoon & Chelsea’s tips helped make it even more special!

Not sure what qualifies the hotel as 4 stars The bar is a bit over priced; although, the food is good The rooms are a bit dated

A/C didn’t really feel like it was pushing any cool air out Sound deadening within the rooms was practically non existent The mirror in the bathroom makes a screeching noise when powered on The tubs spout was disconnected from the wall Really it was nothing special and the room was one of the lesser impressive rooms I have stayed in Ie Just finished a stay in a local 2 star hotel, and it blew this room out of the parkLet me tell you where this Hotel did shine though Jonathan Abbot The guy is charismatic, personable, super helpful, smiley, cheerful, and was awesome to work with All the way around – damn good people Had I been in a position to, I would have attempted to recruit him on the spot One of the rare and far few between people that leave an impression For that alone, I gave 4 stars over the 2 I felt the facilities kind have deservedWith that said, thank you Jonathan for the tremendous experience

Hotel served its need, as it was clean, open spaced and near airport with shuttle All employees were super nice Disappointed in the breakfast & evening happy hour (very small choices); and bathroom sink it terribly designed (not the hotel’s fault)

Sink counter is extremely high and sink too far from front of counter One has to stand on toes and lean fully forward in order to use the sink itself properly – can’t see how shorter people or families with kids can use it w/o standing on a chair

Sameer Shroff

Very nice hotel Very good breakfast Great rooms, up to date, great tvs, spacious ,sleeping for 6 in our 1 bedroom suite

Minor issue is they only have evening reception on Wednesday now

Marcos “General UNO Man” Martinez

I had a reservation set by my company and i payed incidental A one time fee and the company would pay the rest I was charged daily until i froze my card and had to text my team lead and bank

No apology, no details on how it was mixed up If your company makes a reservation, based on my leads advice, you do not pay incidental or fees Not the best place but its doable

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This resort is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be disappointedConsidering this place was cheaper than some of the other options out there, I wasn’t sure what to expectBut I definitely didn’t expect to love it more than just about any other hotel we’ve ever stayed atThe breakfast each morning was so good! They had so much to choose fromThe room was very clean and the couch and bed were incredibly comfortable There was a regular pillow and a down pillow for every personI really can not think of a downside to this hotelSide note: No matter what their website says they do allow cats!

This used to be a nice hotel Full service with a concierge lounge Now it’s just an old hotel with no amenities

I stay here often but time to move on Every time I take a shower it goes between hot and cold and hot and cold while you’re in the shower They charge for parking, recently, even though it’s a big open lot with plenty of room They say it’s because now they have cameras and security but it’s just a big empty lot Popcorn ceilings Old decor So many hotels right in this immediate area The people who work here are very nice But I’d give this one a pass as there’s much nicer hotels in the immediate area It’s just old and not been kept up with It’s nothing special anymore And $12/day for parking is the final straw for me with no concierge lounge and no regular housekeeping

Heidi Richards

I gave a 3 star for one dud in the group I had traveled most the day Packing before I left home and brought stuff along with to pack cause I had just worked 7 days straight

So I was up late finishing up Wanted to shower but our room only had 2 towels with a double queen room 4 guest so towels were already used up by my sister and daughter My eyes were so red and sore I was so tired and my flight was leaving early in am So I went down stairs to ask front desk for more towels I stood there and he never once said how can I help you I ended up finally asking if I could get towels He didn’t even answer me I felt awkward and super tired my patience was thin I looked away briefly and some guy of the same ethnicity of the the man working front desk The front desk clerk was all about helping him I asked if I could get towels again He said one moment I never try to play the race cardBut clearly felt that me being white was an issue I was there first and was put off for 15 or more minI ended up walking to the elevators he and I made eye contact as I walked away He didn’t stop me He didn’t call room or hadn’t brought any up I was so mad I worked front desk in my town of commercial guest and railroaders It’s multitasking and taking care of guest needs or wants, never ignoring a guestBut I must say the women who worked earlier that day were wonderful and very nice The room was also nice

Receptionist were really nice and polite BUT there was a kitchen lady that’s was really rude at all times last Saturday I was waiting in line to make myself a waffle and when it was my turn she said “how many are u making there’s people waiting behind you” with a rude tone It felt that at times she was rushing us out When I was going to pour the waffle fix she took it from my hand without explanation

The room was clean but I was not happy after that incident happened

Jacob Pennington

Whoever cleaned my room before my check-in did a terrible job I literally found a dried up piece of pie crust the size of a nickel stuck to a plate that had been put away as clean in the cabinets It was much too large for any competent person to have not noticed

Now I’m left me with the uneasy feeling that everything else in my room is probably just as dirty as that disgusting plateEDIT: The cleaning people here also need to be taught to knock on doors before just entering people’s rooms with their master key My door was opened twice by staff without any kind of warning beforehand

I was rather excited to stay at this location, specifically because of the convenience of the airport shuttle and that I got a decent price for a 3 star hotel All that changed when I called for shuttle service and said they stop at midnight Which is when my flight arrived

It didn’t state anywhere on the site that there was very limited hours of operation I had already booked the trip which was non refundable , so I was SOL for that unfortunately To make it more disappointing I got upstairs to my unit to settle in at 1am with two small kids and came to find out there are no linens in the closet like it stated for the pullout sofa Keep in mind I’m on the 4th floor, tired with two kids full of luggage and call the front desk to ask where the blanket and linens are She stated they were down stairs 😑 I asked if someone would be able to bring up and she said it wouldn’t be for another 20 mins I said forget and all of us sleep on the bed I entered the bathroom which looked like it wasn’t completely clean considering that there was toothpaste and splash marks from obviously someone brushing their teeth There were only two worn out towels to shower with , which there are 3 of us So another hassle and inconvenience The bathroom fan was so damn noisy I wouldn’t run it cuz it was so bad The bathroom was so mediocre I couldn’t imagine why this place was considered 3 stars? The tennis court was a nice perk but not worth all the other trouble

While the room was fine, nothing special, it was the staff that made this a 5 star stay When I was unexpectedly stranded at the Denver Airport, my daughter made me a reservation here I called the front desk for directions to their shuttle and Camilla N

was simply wonderful – she stayed on the phone with me until I found the right spot for pickup and called the Shuttle Driver to have him look for me Both shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful The grab and go breakfast option for my early morning flight was great – lots of choices!

The room size for suite is moderate, perfect location if you have to catch morning flights for Denver airport It’s situated in the area all filled with multiple hotels Tru by Hilton is also adjoined

Quite vicinity, perfect rest place before catching your next flight This location is around 40-50 min away from University area or any other residential/shopping area

This hotel uses a shuttle without any markings for the hotel The dront desk didn’t tell me until I called a third time It took me two hours to go from the airport to the hotel

They close the kitchen over an hour early, so be prepared to eat at another hotel There is a couple hotel resteraunts fairly close by that are happy to serve you until their posted closing hours

I enjoy my stay at the TownePlaceSuites It is a comfortable and relaxing place to rest The overall staff is amazing with kindness and respect

They go beyond to make your stay excellent They also make sure you have everything you need to make you feel at home I would recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends that’s how much the service is appreciated and earned

Steph D

I completely agree with:”Don’t stay here, unless your vehicles have some kind of alarm systems My husband s company he works for has there employees staying here and has seen 9 vehicles broken into and stolen Marriott has a not responsible for theft signs and has no cameras or security and no care for vehicle theft

So if you stay bring your own security of some sort Sorry no star”My husband is there also for work and I came up to see him and trade vehicles with him, leaving him his truck The night before our son and I were going to leave- his truck was stolen! A few weeks prior another guys truck was stolen and a work truck for the company had its door lock popped out DON’T PARK IN THE BACK!!! After checking other hotel parking lots, it seems as if most of them have security cameras You’d think for the additional cost of parking and the knowledge of high auto theft in their property, they’d have outdoor security cameras and would be trying to do something to stop this

Daniel Lane

Easy access from the road, plenty of restaurants and places to shop nearby if needed There are a couple grills on the patio if you want to grill, our room also had a cooktop and large fridge The room was huge and easily accommodated our family of four

The property is very clean and the pool and fitness center are both nice Dumbells and 4-5 cardio machines in the fitness center and the pool goes to 4 1/2ft deep The breakfast was pretty decent, lots of hot options, cereal, bagels, and pastries Juices, coffee, and milk to drinkDefinitely would stop here again

I travel to the Denver area frequently and this is the hotel I choose to spent my nights at The rooms have always been clean and the staff is amazing I am positive that the staff doesn’t remember me but every time I check in they treat me like family

The pool and hot tub are one of the reasons I chose this hotel in the first place, and every time I visit I enjoy a swim in a clean environment The stay has always been peaceful and I would definitely recommend

Wendy Davies

My flight was cancelled so it was a short stay The rooms were clean and included a microwave and fridge Families were enjoying the pool

There was also an exercise room Coffee and tea were available in the lobby all the timeBreakfast was included and had a good variety of hot and cold items Nearby restaurants are walkable and offer a discount to guests

Sharon Carpenter

We stayed there overnight for my dogs vet appointment early the next morning You accepted my dog that was cool The pool and hot tub was nice

Now to the room We wanted 2 queen size beds if they were queen they were very very small, It was like sleeping on cardboard The water pressure is horrible and I’m assuming that’s why the shower was so unbelievably slippery due to the workers not being able to get cleaning chemicals out completely Ok for an overnight stay

This was the best hotel experience that I have had since the pandemic started! I am so appreciative of the Hilton property The room was so beautiful and spacious, the staff was very friendly, polite, and accommodating The breakfast was delicious and nutritious

The fitness center was clean and facing the outside windows which allowed for a beautiful, picturesque view, during my work outs Hopefully, with the progress in controlling the pandemic they can again provide water in the fitness center and open the indoor pool I really enjoyed this stay

J Stewart

We had a great stay here The hotel is new, and our room, 407, had a fantastic view of the mountains, as well as overlooking the parking lot Staff was very friendly

Very short walk to the light rail system Sliding bathroom door opens to entryway, NOT to living space! Great Mexican restaurant nearby, as well as others Not in an isolated hotel cluster — close to the action Plenty of FREE parking Would definitely recommend, and will stay here again

Destiny’s King

I will say that I’ve been to every Hotel around here and this is my first time at this location and I will say that it blows it’s neighbors of business of overnight accommodations and service out of the water The quality of the main room, the side room and as for my bedroom was essentially oozes elegance: very plush It is my belief that rather your here for overnight or an extended stay you will sit real comfortable and be pleased at the environment around you

I cannot forget the two superstars: that stood out the most the first star was Q who greeted me when I came in and was always a delight the duration of our time here The second star was Vanessa: patient, kind, and very helpful! You couldn’t ask for better team members really enjoy myself!

My husband’s truck was stolen during the night last weekend This post is about safety not accommodations The accommodations were fine

However, safety is a significant concern They readily admitted to having no functioning cameras other than the one in the front by the lobby The staff made sure to keep telling my husband that they’re not not liable I understand you can’t prevent everything but the fact that you had no functioning cameras tells tells me that it really isn’t a priority to do everything to keep your Customer safe Upon checking other hotels in the area we found out they have hired security detail they’re security detail because the crime and car theft has significantly risen in that area The Marriott can certainly afford to do this but hasn’t Let alone fix their non functioning cameras We are now out of a very valuable truck Because of the situation my husband had to stay another night They would not even comp him a room for the trouble They said the best they could do was give him $20 off

Joe Rottman

I stayed here “thanks” to a bunch of United delays It was a super convenient experience I booked the hotel online and had my mobile key in 15m

I didn’t need to go to the counter to check in or out It was very easy to get to the hotel, only 15m from the interstate and easy to find There were appropriate services, and the rooms were modern, spacious, and had great blackout curtains Overall, an A+ experience

Rooms were amazing! I have no complaints about those Beds were comfy, the property was quietBut there is NO COFFEE IN THE LOBBY!! and the Starbucks closes at 9:30am!?What in the world? This property is close to the airport, which means airline crews, travelers, etc and not coffee in the lobby is ridiculous!I have stayed at other properties by Marriott in this same area and they have coffee in the lobby for folks

This was my only complaintPlease update this Or keep Starbucks open longer!!

Really great staff Kevin and Jewell were really helpful and accommodating Would definitely stay here again

The hotels amenities are always nice and the rooms were pretty standard Our 17 month old did keep finding skittles and sour patch kids under the couch and in the room that were definitely not ours but other than that it was a perfect stayConvenient location across from Whole Foods and other shopping centersJP

Update to first review Spoke with Ryan (located at the hotel) and he went above and beyond to make it right He refunded our charge for the night, apologized, and had great customer service

Our interactions with Ryan have impressed us so much we would give it another chance and stay againIn addition to the first review I should have added these positives from our stayour room was clean and spacious Also the breakfast was good and the staff working the breakfast were great!

The hotel lobby is nicely renovated The rooms are trashy at best Toilets are wobbly and unstable

Bathtubs are worn and peeling and different colored The towels have pink stuff on them The lobby TVs were all out on Saturday and Sunday so no TV services and the front desk was not sure what was going on and advised it was a corporate problem They ran out of 1 of the 2 beers for happy hour then the next day ran out of the other There was 10 soccer teams there and we were advised our kids were knocking on 1 persons door and running and even showed camera phone picture of our kids walking on the other side of the hotel so magically they ran all the way across the hotel in 5 seconds and then were just walking at that point and only happened to 1 door Renee at the front desk wanted to single us out on multiple occasions for no valid reason and then decided to throw the employee who had been there for one month at us because she didn’t want to deal with it Homeless person out by the dumpster in the back which was a little concerning and even when he went in the building to steal some soaps and towels, didn’t appear to be an issue for them Would not recommend for sporting teams

We had a really nice (quick) stay here As long as you are not looking for a place with a swimming pool (this hotel has one, but is the size of two or three hot tubs), then you should be fine See picture I posted of the pool if you are curious

Our family was extremely happy with the variety and quality of the breakfast offerings Would definitely stay there again

Perfectly serviceable for an overnight stay Had all the hallmarks for Marriott hotel Rooms were clean and modern

Comfortable but not fancy I wasn’t wild about how the bathroom is separated But I suppose in an extended stay context it makes senseGreat stay at a great price

This hotel has seen better days The staff was friendly and professional, and the layout of my room was fine However, my gripe list is long:-Large stains on rugs in room, hallways, and elevators

-Brown and red mildew spots in shower-No maid service on second day Had to call to get it the next day Didn’t happen again, so I called again They still did not come, so I had no maid service during a four night stay even with calling the front desk and housekeeping (I had requested maid service on alternating days at online check in, rather than none, which is also a crock)-No facial tissues in the dispenser-Shampoo dispenser was pulled off of the shower wall Adhesive residue on the shower wall was evidence that other dispensers had also been there-Dim lighting in mirror over main sink and inadequate corner mirror over sink in water closet-There was a small package of antiseptic wipes by the bed, but they had obviously been opened I am not sure if they came from the hotel or the last occupant

I was surprised that the room only contained personal care items that can be found in any hotel I guess for the price of $400 a night I was expecting to be wowedThe staff were very friendly and accommodating

There was a guest who played music extremely loud at night time and security was very prompt in asking the guest to reduce the volumeThe convenience to the airport is wonderful which I believe accounts for the room price

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your resort They compare countless hotel sites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a very long time If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedWe stayed there at the end of a ski trip Perfect location since we a super early flight Restaurant was good Loved our room Loved the look of the hotel – clean modern lines Reminds me of some of the modern hotels in Europe we’ve stayed at

This location is not what I would expect from a 4-start Westin I’ve stayed at a Westin before and had a lovely experience Yes I had a hot shower and a clean room but I don’t pay Westin rates for the bare minimums

I did address my issues listed below with their internal review team and they said they would look into it, so hopefully they do In the meantime, this was my experience1 Three towels for two people and no towel hooks I’m happy to reuse a towel if I need an evening shower and one in the morning, but a place to hang it up to dry would be reasonable (review team said this was the standard amount of towels and I can always the call the front desk for more True, but from a 4-star hotel I don’t want to have to call for a dry towel)2 Also only 3 packets of coffee, two people I don’t have time to call and wait for an extra coffee to make its way up stairs before I leave for my flight Again, fine but not to a 4-star standard3 The bed sheets were worn out and didn’t fit the mattress Clean but looked messyAgain acceptable for a place to shower and sleep but I can pay half the price for the basics elsewhere We chose a 4 star Westin as an extra treat to ourselves before leaving for our honeymoon and we were sorely disappointed

Pretty good hotel, nice staff, good restaurants nearby I don’t really know what else to say, it’s a good hotel I recommend going

I like the feel of hotels because it’s like you are having a sleep over, but you get a mansion and you are having a sleep over with a ton of people But because of the people it is sometimes loud at night You can hear people through the walls and the air conditioning is SO loud But whatever Also I don’t think they clean the showers, I find hairs in them Well, whatever That’s my view on this hotel Is you read this entire review, good for you! Again, I still would recommend going here Anyways, review, over!

Was very disappointed in the room The use to be beautiful yellow chase was completely stained I threw the waffle blanket on it as soon as I check in

The breakfast was good Staff friendly But word of advice if your charging almost 200 a night b4 taxes I don’t want to see a chair covered in stains You had everything going for you but to me that’s just nasty You do one of two things when this happens Find fabric that’s close to the original Send a professional to clean them If not you throw it out and buy a new chair Room 113

Had a terrible experience with the foreign call that you have to go through when you call their number I got incorrect booking information and then they would not help me fix it I finally got them to transfer me to the physical front desk person at this location and he quickly transferred me to his manager who was helpful and kind in getting my situation fixed

While I give the customer service of the remote employees no stars, the staff at this location were pleasant to work with and able to fix my original booking issue

It was a great hotel The breakfast was excellent and ended up eating dinner there as well The lobby was inviting, the restaurant has a great menu, and there was a nice little fitness center

The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious I really enjoyed the large bathroom and shower A great stay overall We will be back!

The lady at the front desk was by far the best customer service I’ve ever had at a hotel and I’m in hotels at least 100 days a year She was warm friendly and I couldn’t help but feel like she was my best friend helping me out The room is outstanding and the tub

To die for Even though it’s close to one of the busiest streets in Colorado it’s very quiet and peaceful Thank you guys for a great stay!!
