Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel This web site will compare hundreds of hotel sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be let downExcellent service at the pool bar! The bartenders were very nice and friendly always happy to serve me and the wait staff was on top of it! Thanks for a great weekend and fun pool party! The music and DJ were awesome too!

Great location, helpful and welcoming staff Even on an evening where they were almost fully committed they were kind enough to indulge me and switch my suite to one which had great sentimental value, after losing my partner I greatly appreciative!!!Some of the corner suites offer great views of town lake

I also, if you’re able i also highly recommend watching the sun rise over the water It’s incredibly tranquil, peaceful and one of my cherished past times with my partner before his passing

Recently completed a 2 night stay here Fairly neutral experienceWe booked a “Spectacular Room, Guest room, 1 King” and that’s what we received at check in around 3PM

We asked if any upgrades were available, and they said they could put us in a “Cozy Corner” suite if we waited a few hours, but our assigned room was on a high floor and we didn’t want to wait so we stayed with the SpectacularDuring check in as a Titanium member, we were given a guitar pick key card which gave us 15% off (maybe 10%, I already forgot) food and any non-alcoholic drinks There was no mention of elite breakfast during check in, but reading posts above maybe there is elite breakfast? We noted coldness from the front desk associate- it felt very transactional and not too welcomingAfter checking the room out, the Spectacular room wasn’t much different than the entry level “Fabulous Room” I had last time I stayed, so I’d suggest saving your money The room was comfortable and had a great view of the river and the park I don’t think they use the same beds as other W properties- this one felt a bit firm around the edges and I didn’t sleep as well as I usually do at other W locations The shower took quite some time to get warm, ~1 minuteWe spent some time at the pool on our second day It’s starting to show its age, and a lack of care The chaise lounges were worn and many had torn fabric There were plenty of leaves, garbage, and cigarette butts on the pool deck too It really needs a thorough cleaning The pool itself was nice Service at the pool wasn’t great either There were three people working at the pool, and other than us there was a cabana with about six people We wanted food and drinks but after some time none of the staff checked on us so we went up to the bar and ordered After this they checked on us every ~20 minutesAfter checkout we realized we left a jacket in the room, and we were able to easily arrange it to be mailed back to us Sterling from the risk team was incredibly helpful with this!Overall the stay was fine, and I’d stay here again, but really wish they would clean up the pool area

Laura Mitchell

My sister and I had a wonderful experience at the Hilton! Great location in the city Room was very clean Beds were super comfortable and clean

Safety measures were in place such as card key needed to operate the elevators, closed gate to the parking garage and police monitored the hotel periodically Pool drinks were a bit pricey and pool water could have been a little clearer/cleaner Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

Chelsea Whitney

Lobby was beautiful, as were the conference rooms The rooms had comfortable beds and mine had a great view on the 10th floor Stayed for 3 nights and the Staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever I needed

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of the food That definitely could be improved At least the food they serve for conference guests Thank you for a great experience!

Cheyanne Gentry

Attended a conference here and was very pleased with the quality of service, staff members and the cleanliness of the hotel The view of Austin from the swimming pool was breathtaking, something I will always remember! If I ever travel to Austin again I will definitely stay at this Hilton! Another cool thing is that this hotel is very close to downtown so it was easy to walk to all sorts of fun places Sightseeing, finding lovely souvenirs, touring the Capitol building and eating our way through the excellent restaurants was a pleasurable time to spend our off hours from the conference

Clean and spacious and great location Staff were super friendly Slightly annoying phone call to the room after checkin trying to sell us a time share, but she got the point after the 5th “no

” For clarity – this was all within one phone call Unplugged the phone after that so unsure how pushy they are Incredibly easy to get from the room to the parking garage All round great stay!

Chance Carpenter

Booked our room 3 months in advance When we arrived the front desk informed us that our reservation had been canceled the night before by a third party company and they are overbooked Called the third party booking company and they stated that the reservation is still active and no one cancelled

The hotel said it’s not their problem Spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do The third party booking company wanted to speak to the hotel manager, but he hid in his office and refused Now we are stuck without a room because every hotel in the city is booked for the weekend Sounds to me like the hotel overbooked and canceled our reservation and just decided it was easier to hide than to help us Third party booking company is going to refund us, but we now have no place to stay

Jordan Ortiz

Awful experience, from the misleading events, to the employees not being on the same page, to the cheap couches and furniture Woke up with knots all on my back awful mattress Oh and don’t bring your car because instead of the hotel paying for your validation they charge you 30 bucks a night… then tell you they will cover one night for a 2 hour meeting on your vacation… absolutely will never stay at a club Wyndham again and I will never recommend staying at this “resort” just seemed like they put make up on a pig… just an all around awful experience!

Popped by the Magdalena Bar for drinks and Jenny and Jacob were fantastic They recommended the carnitas tacos which did not disappoint Blue corn tortilla and hot sauce made in house and cabbage grown from they own garden! We had the Springs Eternal and Lady Bird Spritz which were delicious and cooled us down in this Texas heat

Food, service, and drinks were all amazing Highly recommend!

Travis Reiter

We only stayed one night, as a local staycation but thoroughly enjoyed our time here Of course the location is fantastic, being right off South Congress Being one building back made it feel almost quiet and secluded from the S Congress hustle and bustle, but you’re still right in the heart of it

The rooms and overall style/decor was very nice and staff were very friendly We enjoyed the pool area and the snack bar, and Summer House on Music Lane (the full restaurant on-site) was incredible We’ve been back to Summer House twice since our stay at Hotel Magdelena and will be back again

Rebecca Crawford

We booked a last-minute staycation here and we were super happy with everything! The service at the front desk was wonderful every time, we got to luckily check in several hours early! I LOVED the pool! The best thing about this hotel in the location- it’s right on south congress, but since it’s back ever so slightly and they designed the hotel with actual landscape in mind it feels like a complete garden oasis Before we booked we looked over many options in the downtown/soco area, but after staying here i feel very confident it is the BEST place to stay in Austin!

Great stay at The Westin downtown Austin It was very busy so we waited in the bar for an hour or so Had a great time talking with the bartender who was excellent

When our room was ready we were very pleasantly surprised at the wonderful room upgrade It was worth the extra wait for sureAs busy as they were, the service was top notch From the front desk, the bar and at breakfast everyone we talked with was excellentMy only complaint would be that the poor flags on the front of the hotel were in very sad shape Please change those, our country and our veterans deserve it

Jeffrey Taylor

Great location and good basic rooms good for a business or quick leisure stay Housekeeping service inconsistent/unclear — had to ask for rooms to be cleaned for half of my six day stay with no clear policy Gym is nice and new, but a glass prism in hot weather

Great location, but beware it is loud on weekends and one night the noise from the roof leaked all the way down to my room about ten floors down (TVs having a white noise channel should be a hint)

Jennifer Molder

Great friendly service, very nice rooms I booked this hotel because I wanted a nice pool with a bar to spend the day at I was very disappointed that there were no umbrellas and nowhere to escape the brutal sun

Even the private cabanas have pergola roofs and do not provide shade The pool was small, crowded, and could have used a good cleaning

Stayed here for two nights We had a nice stayPros:Location, easy access to walking trail and restaurants and stores

Decor and design were very cool and refreshing for a hotelFront desk and valet staff were EXCEPTIONAL, very nice and helpful when you have questionsFood was great, we ate breakfast and I loved my blueberry pancakes They have quite a nice menu with lots of great optionsCons:We had an unprofessional experience with a staff member at the pool and we notified the front desk of the situation Pool area is on the small side so get there early to reserve a lounge seatThe design is nice but minimalist, the decor looks great but there is no storage for putting clothes away The bathroom in our room was smaller(one vanity) and did not have many amenities (shave kit for men, no make up mirror, qtips etc)Overall a great modern place to stay Expect to pay $$$ for meals and drinks and the vibe is more hip and on trend than low key

John B

This was an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Austin The bar and the service was absolutely amazing An incredible social experience one has to come and see

Service was top-notch from the valet to the front desk The atmosphere is warm and inviting The decor is stunningly well done Will definitely stay here again when I have some more time in Austin

RUSSELL BRADEN

I don’t understand the high rates of this hotel other than being downtown The valet staff was less than professional The front desk staff was exceptional

The rooms were nicely furnished, but for the money nothing special The bar downstairs was so packed that it was impossible to get a drink and more impossible to enjoy the drink in a relaxing enjoyable sitting Perhaps I wasn’t “cool” enough to fit the 28 to 40 crowd who were still in the “i need to impress you” categoryThe restaurants were OK I think but I am not into middle eastern cuisine in a hotel restaurant and I sure am not going to pay Proper rates for Mexican food in the other restaurant when I can find some really good Mexican food for 100% less elsewhereGive me back the “keep Austin weird” vibe and I will be back, but not before

Estefania Larios

This place is just amazing! Stayed in the Mountain Laurel room and has a library Breakfast was delicious and everyone was so attentive! My only complaint is the shower situation, there is no door to the shower stall and the water pressure is so strong, kind of like a pressure washer Also there is no covered parking

Other than that, I really enjoy my time here

ari pramudji

It was way overpriced for the property and the service They are trying to go for the French countryside feel The service at the restaurant was slow

The parking is less than optimal It’s dusty It made me feel like I was in the desert The landscaping is lacking The food was great though I like how they decorated the rooms Very high end The front desk service was lacking It looks like they just hired a bunch of young pretty ladies who have no clue what’s going on I expect a Four Season’s service if I’m paying their prices I felt that I overpaid for this place

Katie Bash

This was the first time my husband and I stayed at this hotel We stay in Austin to visit family at least twice a year and we try to stay at different hotels each time we come We had heard wonderful things about the estate, including how fantastic the restaurant on-premise is (Luties)

I have to tell you though, sadly, we were a bit disappointed with suite and I’m not sure we will be backLets start with the good stuff The location was perfect Very close to downtown, but easy to get up north as well The grounds are absolutely amazing – lovely, inviting and something out of another era We did come when a cold front had hit Austin so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool and gardens, but in the nice weather I can only imagine how wonderful it is Also the valet guys were awesome They always had big smiles and we’re quick to help Lastly, we stayed in a suite in the mansion and had a late night whiskey in the library downstairs They had a wonderful diverse selection of cocktails and we ended up having having a great conversation with one of the staff members, Allen We sat and enjoyed our whistle pig by the fire until we finally made our way up to our room for the night Allen was the best part of our experience at the hotelNow for the not so good stuff From the time we checked in, we just didn’t feel like the front desk staff even cared remotely about our stay We came in about 6pm and there wasn’t anyone around really (other than the person checking us in) We didn’t get that nice and cozy feeling we normally do when we check in somewhere They did walk us to our suite and give us the rundown of how to get room service and such and every time we did call down to the front desk we were helped fairly quicklyWe ordered wine and breakfast while we were there and that was pretty disappointing as well While their cocktail selection was really creative and fun, the wine selection left a lot to be desired Also, the breakfast smoothie (hemp cold brew, banana something) was not very good at allAnd as I mentioned, we stayed in one of the suites in the mansion and even though the decor was lovely to look at, it was about as Uncomfortable as you can get Both my husband and I are very tall and we couldn’t even fit on the couch or the bench in the living room/sitting room area The bed was a four poster bed and looked lovely, but was as hard as a rock My husband got maybe 2 hours of sleep each night we stayed And lastly which was probably the number one thing that will deter us from ever coming back was the bathroom/shower The shower literally had fixtures from 100 years ago There was no water pressure and hot water ran out pretty quickly (maybe 5 minutes) The handheld part of the shower had a leak and water was coming out from everywhere We could barely get clean with the amount of water trickling out Really Disappointing! If we had paid a few hundred dollars for the suite, I don’t think I would have gone to the trouble of posting a review, but this suite was incredibly expensive (over $1500k a night) and was just an incredible letdownI hope they figure out a way to get the look they are going for, but make it more comfortable for the guests that stay there If so, we will defintely give it a second chance!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel This web site will compare countless booking web sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itI wish I had got his name but he was the bartender A Spanish decent guy he did a great job with making sure our food was prepared correctly and the drinks were excellent With great personality

Leigh Bedford

I really like this hotel The room was clean and quiet The staff were super nice

There was a restaurant on premises The food was good but a little pricey I usually just got my meals at nearby fast food places, it was cheaper There is a little convenience store in the lobby and that was good I could grab a hot breakfast taco and a soft drink before starting my day Parking was free and plentiful The hotel is very near I-35, so it’s convenient to almost everything in Austin but it’s far enough south that you can avoid awful Austin traffic

Rob and Meg Hocking Talley

Liz, Jeovanni, and Noah made our stay really awesome! Room is nice and felt cozy The balcony on the sixth floor was great It is small but does the job

Yes, there is noise from the highway but we kinda enjoyed that The location feels safe and is well lit Pool looks awesome and inviting They do seem very short staffed, but they’re doing the best they can and doing it pretty well all things considered

I had an awesome experience at the Lake Austin Spa Resort this week The staff was fantastic – they were welcoming, friendly and willing to make great suggestions on everything from meals to spa treatments Everyone was super – the front desk staff, the food and beverage team, the spa staff, the activities team and the maintenance staff all went above and beyond

Keith Nelson, the resort manager, was particularly greatThe resort is casual, which I love, yet the food and services were top notch They are making noted upgrades and I expect it will be even better on my next visit I highly recommend!

Family GMAIL

Steam shower has tons of mold Swimming pool has algae and needs to be scrubbedThe massage didn’t last the entire time; it was cut by 8 minutes

If you go, ask for a timer or set one on your phoneThe staff is very friendly and welcoming They are trying to make the best of the situation The massage was goodFood and drink are ok A few drinks and we felt nothing and we normally don’t drink so we expected to at least have a buzzThe price…2 massages, lunch for one, and a few cocktails $800 This price includes 23% service/gratuity on everything $35 per person to use the showers and poolThis place needs a full renovation to even justify the price and hype

Kimberly Ketchersid

This was my second and final time using this spa Y’all there are so many better options in Austin; don’t be fooled !The good – my massage was wonderfulThe BAD -Total lack of professionalism by the spa attendants

No tour, no offer of water , nothing! I brought my mom as a guest and we received zero help whatsoever- the facilities – the hot tub was dirty with mold around the steps, the sauna was out of service and the steam room had one flickering light ( out of 3 total, 2 were dead)- the FINALE- undisclosed service charge We even specifically asked if it was included and I was told NO I added gratuity on top of the service charge Called twice to get clarity, even then they refused to disclose what the 23% was used for Until I refused and pressed for how much went to my therapist ( as she deserved it ) But there was no way I ate over $200 worth of trailMix and the amenities were not maintained!Never again

I love everything about this resort It’s a beautiful place I brought my daughter on a mother/daughter trip and we both had a great time

We took several wellness, meditation, yoga, stretch, and pilates classes All were enjoyable The room was very comfortable The device free areas was a nice way to unplug The serenity pool was very pretty and quiet Food was very good as well The Just Cook for Me with Cooper was so much fun She is talented and everything she made was amazing All staff we encountered were kind and helpful I would definitely come back again with my daughter or my spouse I would also enjoy coming back just as much by myself

Loved the resort and the people Everyone was so nice I came for a group retreat so we had our own programming but there are also plenty of classes and things to do

I will say however, that our group meals were underwhelming There was a great buffet so we could have easily gotten our food from the buffet then retired to our group’s room Our catered meals were cold and tasteless I’d return in a heartbeat to this wonderful facility

Spent three nights with the fiancé It was amazing Peaceful, great food, and great activities

Over three days we:- Painted a horse as a living canvas- Horseback riding- Archery class- Two massages each- Kayaked Lake Travis- Pool exercise class- Muscle rolling class- Three different cocktail and spirits classes- Saw the sunrise from the infinity pools and swam laps- Moonlight meditation classes- Probably missing thingsThe food was the best I ever had Everyone was very kind and basically treated you wonderfully

I was there for a convention My wife enjoyed going to the spa and pool area She got a massage one day and thought that was fantastic

I spent all my time in conference rooms The rooms were fine The facility can handle very large conferences from what I could tell The food that they provided for the conference people meals (breakfast and lunches) was good We also went to the hotel restaurant area for some of our meals and that was very good too They have a nice outside corner bar that was always well attended It’s fully covered so it can be year round I would assume Lots of things around the hotel if you want to go to different places to eat or drink All of those were within easy walking distance

One word for this hotel

Spectacular! The architecture and attention to detail is fabulous! Everythingeven down to the decor and lighting has been well thought out!The sconces in the bathroom are fantastic! The headboards on the beds are well-appointed for the Texas ambiance for which they are striving! The bar/lounge is relaxing with it’s artistic fireplace! The service is terrific! Every employee does a fantastic job and is happy to be there! The rooms are very clean and fresh! The location can’t be beat! Right in the middle of the best part of Austin! Great restaurants within walking distance as well as fantastic running and biking paths! Can’t say enough great things about this hotel!

Comfortable and spacious rooms which are well appointed but could maybe use a refresh soon The property is immaculate and the hotel staff is very assiduous The Starbucks in the hotel is handy for a quick coffee but seriously understaffed so you will wait a while

It’s a business hotel, so it feels a bit corporate, but they do a very good job at what they do No complaints at all and we would be happy to stay again

We came to Austin for a wedding and got a special rate at the hotels booked here It was right in the middle of the party district, which was fine with us Also, they had a happy hour every day from 5:00 to 6:00 with free beer and margaritas, and whenever we ask for an early check-in at 9:30 a

m they were able to accommodate us Everything in Austin is expensive, and no matter if you go out to get pizza, ice cream, or barbecue, expect to pay $100 every single time With that in mind, this hotel at their special rate was affordable

Luka

So the cons to this place was there is a college bar right next to it where they blast music all night at insane levels where it makes it very tough to sleep, the music goes on until 3am sometimes which is very annoying The pool itself is nice but it’s small, during the weekend it was too packed where you can’t even get in which is annoying when you pay that much money for the hotel and can’t experience the pool when you want, and finally the valet service is very expensive at 60$ a night and adds up especially if you are going to stay a few nights The rooms themselves were underwhelming and a little small compared to what you would expect

Pros is overall the experience there was solid, the staff is A plus and is very helpful, valet service was nice and prompt getting the car out in a timely manner, everything was very clean and well maintained The amenities areas were also nice and clean The location is also phenomenal and you are in the heart of it all

Gorgeous hotel with incredible staff and beautiful rooms Greeted warmly by the front desk upon arrival with a free room upgrade and information about free drinks and other events going on in the hotel We asked them for restaurant recommendations as it was our first day in Austin and were advised to go to Via 313 Pizza just minutes from the hotel; the food was amazing and we were able to enjoy it in the comfort of the room

The pictures online do not do the grandeur and elegance of the hotel justice Make sure to book a night if you are in the area!

The atmosphere was nice and the hotel was very clean Beautiful hotel The staff were very nice and accommodating

Unfortunately the good review ends there We ate at the restaurant in the lobby Paid 68$ Each for 3 inedible steaks covered in so much spice and salt you couldn’t tell they were steaks The manager was the worst however We have a service dog with us He asked what job he performed which is illegal as hell We told him and he finally left but what the hell? Why don’t you ask a person in a wheelchair why they’re in a wheelchair? The next morning we put out breakfast door tag out before midnight Nobody picked it up If we hadn’t had to take the dog out and seen it was still there then I guess we wouldn’t have gotten breakfast and we had a meeting that morning The eggs were beyond over cooked So in general yes we love the hotel but the kitchen and it’s manager need some work apparently

Room was large, lovely and clean with a huge balcony and fireplace I loved it Service was generally friendly – the one drawback was the check-in process

The man checking me in at the desk asked too many probing questions about my personal life He read the details of my ID aloud and commented on my address saying he knew where it was, then asked who I was “getting away from” at home, along with repeated questions for my plans that night that were beyond what I’ve ever been asked while checking into a hotel I’m sure he was clumsily trying to make awkward small talk, but for the money I paid, I didn’t think this was great guest experience and it started my stay off on an uncomfortable foot Just gentle, hopefully constructive feedback Everything else was wonderful

My wife and I just stayed in the Archer’s Den w/ Balcony Suite between 6/11 to 6/13 The suite is nicely appointed The tub in this suite is phenomenal and excellent for couples to share

The Nespresso machines are a nice touch and we enjoyed using them Now for the bad Our suite was on the Rock Rose side of the hotel So for the 1st night we had to endure the music from the clubs on Rock Rose that only seemed to get louder after 10:00pm and then kept going until 2:00am We didn’t even fall asleep until 2:30am I went down to the lobby in the morning and politely asked to be moved to the same suite on the other side of the hotel which I felt had to be quieter The front desk staff were nice enough to acquiesce to my request They also had our bags moved to the new suite The 2nd night in the suite on the Nordstrom side of the hotel was very quiet compared to the 1st night Unfortunately the water pressure wasn’t great in the 2nd suite and the sprayer head barely sprayed even when redirecting all of the water in the shower through it Both suites had some intermittent cooling issues with A/C during the night I had to sleep on top of the covers due to getting very hot with the thermostat set in the 60’s When you are paying $60000+ a night for your suite, you don’t anticipate dealing with these issuesBest Advice: Make sure to ask for your room to be on the Nordstrom side of the hotel, so you can actually sleep (especially if you are getting any of the suites with balconies) If you are on the Rock Rose side, I recommend staying at one of the clubs/bars on Rock Rose until last call and then going to sleep at 2:30am in your room

Excellent hotel! The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent The lamp in my room wasn’t working so I told the staff and they fixed it immediately The bed was very comfy and the sheets were clean

The bathroom was working properly This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Texas The hotel is a bit pricey but I think it was worth the price I recommend you to stay at this hotel if you are looking for a good place to stay at

*WORST STAY EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL*I have been to Hilton numerous times, and I can’t believe how poorly the staff handle it From the first night when I checked in, I got to my room and the plugs weren’t working and the lights for my nightstand weren’t functioning properly I informed the front desk about this matter and they moved me to a new room

I grab all my belongings and move into the new room, and the worse case happens The A/C doesn’t function and the room had a filthy odorly smell Then I let the staff know of these issues happening I asked Monica and Stephen (the front desk staff) if I can get a refund and cancel the booking for 7/27, and they stated that I won’t be able to due to their 48-72 hours cancellation policy Due to this they decide to move me to a new room the second time I then grab my belongings and move into the room With being the second time moved, I thought I would be satisfied and everything will be okay, until around 11PM, there was a Middle Eastern man that was knocking on my door and was waiting there Immediately, i felt unsafe and I called the front desk Monica picked up and said that she will check it out and let me know, but she never called me back During my check out, I asked the staff if I could speak to the manager, and Monica stated that she would let her manager know of my cell number and that the manager would give me a call back To conclude, I never got a call back from the manager at Hilton Garden Inn Very disappointed I plan on never using Hilton

Sarah Jordan

I love Hilton I stay with them exclusively There are tons of Hilton hotels in this area

I would suggest you pick any of those This property charged me $640 more than the rate I booked with and agreed on They say they did so because when I checked in on the app I added the guest I was with’s name to my stay My stay in a one bedroom king room booked for 2 people… it’s totally bogus I do this every time I book when I check in and have never had an issue before Luckily the Hilton diamond desk saved me and refunded the money But because this hotel was unwilling to refund the money they had to mail me a check vs refunding $640 on my credit card I have never been treated so poorly by Hilton Love the brand Sad that this location is so unfitting of the name

This was my first stay here and the property is great The hotel is fairly new so everything is modern and in great shape Rooms are small (even the Jr suite) but nicely appointed and very comfortable

We had brunch and dinner at Corinne which was very good The menu isn’t too big but the scallops and steak were quite tasty The wine list is decent for a hotel restaurant

Absolutely phenomenal stay Was here for a 3 day work event that allowed for a 2 night stay here, everything was flawless My event was 250 people and check in was courteous and a breeze

Rooms were very well appointed and had a great view of downtown Austin Service was kind and efficient And the food for both breakfast and our takeaway lunch boxes was very well done Even the service at Corinne and the pool upstairs was awesome Gym was large and had more than enough to please anyone Again, a great stay and would be very happy to stay here and have another work related event Keep up the good work!

This new Marriott is gorgeous – absolutely beautifully done Service is great too Just be aware that the beds are not traditional Marriott beds

They are *much* firmer (as in make-you-sore firmer) It’s not for everyone If you can get a corner room with a view, you will love the large windows and view of downtown Austin Breakfast was also yummy and the valet personnel do a great job

Excellent from arrival to check out Service was 10/10 They even had a welcome bag and gifts

Super clean, modern, and comfortable rooms The whole place is gorgeous The restaurant had the best food I had during the whole stay Don’t pass this place up Julian was great! Once they get the courtyard fountains and landscaping up it will be absolutely stunning What a cool place! Thanks for everything And yes, there is a charge for parking – but it isn’t hidden, they tell you before you book Plus you get to park in a secure garage

micah b

The guy at the front desk is the nicest person you will ever meet Rooms were clean, lobby bar is really nice for what it is Incredible salsa at the restaurant

Close enough to be convenient but still away from the homeless population and city bustle Parking garage spots are super tiny but is empty enough that it doesn’t matter too much Building with parking garage elevator isn’t clean and kinda sketch

MC games and more

The rooms were nice The bar and restaurant staff were nice The front desk service was terrible, and you have to request housekeeping

And even then, they just replaced towels and emptied trash Nothing else We were there 3 nights They or extra charges on our cards, which affected the funds we had available with our trip The extra charges are supposed to come off, but not until after the trip!
