My previous review was on how horrible the shuttle service was

I am here to update that When RICHARD and Ms PENNY are driving, you can count on them to be on time every time You can tell that they truly enjoy their job and care about getting people back and forth on timeAs for the hotel staff, Katherine, Keith and Billy have all provided exceptional service each week that I have stayed without fail and are actually the reason that I continue to come back As far as cleanliness of the rooms, its a little inconsistent They could use a little more attention to detail But I always clean my room when I first get in anyway so it doesn’t bother me too much Lastly, the breakfastit’s cute and tasty when you’re staying one week but when you have to stay for a month, it gets a little old and the cooktops to make your own are rarely available

Rooms-Great… Amenities-Great… Food Choices-Mediocre… Shuttle Service-THE WORST I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!! And I’m no Karen, Im actually very patient Day 1- I waited over an hour, they tell you it shows up every 25/45 which is not true, they have to be called Day 2 – I had to return to the airport

Requested 8:00am pick up, was told at 8:20 there was no request on the roster for me Requested a 5:45pm pick up they showed up at 6:20pm No explanation Day 3 – the cycle continued I really hate to pull the race card but literally nothing else makes sense No company can be this incompetent especially with $190/night rates All in all, if you need a nice, clean, modern room this is a great choice If your dependent on the shuttle I would look for other options

Harrison Helterbrand

Great amenities and a great location Catherine at the front desk is always so welcoming! My booking agent made an error almost costing me the reservation, but Catherine swooped in to save the day! The next morning I had a question about the breakfast bar and Stacey showed me how to work the waffle maker, then made sure it made my waffle perfectly Can’t help but feel like I’m home when I’m here

The good, the bad and the smelly I booked this hotel online and thought it said pet free, smoke free Unfortunately, for us as we have allergies, they allow pets in every room

It stinks no matter how they may try to clean it For someone traveling with a pet, you would probably love it here Dog barking everytime you walk down the hallway was not pleasant Breakfast was great Lots of healthy choices Staff is friendlyHotel is only a few years old and already looks beaten down in bathroom vanity area Would we stay here again? No

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay This site will compare thousands of hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I’ve been coming here for a very long time If you stay for a few days you will love it I’m sure!We stayed in one of the blue train cars Yesthey have some rooms inside train cars! It’s very cool and I definitely recommend it for the experience The room is long and narrow, but spacious The steps to get up into the car are a bit steep, but there are rails to help The room has a mini fridge and a Keurig The hotel has neat architecture with the steel beams and stuff from its old depot days We would stay here again, for sure

Reed Fabek

Great location and very unique ambiance The building was previously a train station, has lots of exposed ironwork, a central atrium with a glass ceiling, and train cars which have been converted to guest suites It’s immediately adjacent to the convention center and stadium

There’s an indoor connection to both to keep you out of the weather The rooms are relatively spacious, but definitely comfortable

Patricia Wilson

I thought the hotel was an extremely cool experience It was one of the more unique hotels I’ve ever stayed in The rooms were clean

It was in a good location I thought the check-in and check out went fine There was parking directly across the street There was a refrigerator in the room and a Keurig which I appreciate Beds and pillows were comfortable I have no complaints at all

This Hampton Inn location was wonderful Staff were friendly and helpful Newer construction, very spacious and up-to-date

Room and common areas were clean and “fresh” feeling throughout Fitness center was awesome! Pool looked nice but we didn’t get in Room was clean and pleasant, window had extra privacy curtain that was helpful Bathroom was big and stocked with basics and plenty of towels Some train sounds off in the distance if everything else is off in the room, but it didn’t bother us much Breakfast was great – straightforward spread, but plenty to pick from and a great space to eat

Peggy Tasker

The suite furniture was ok The stuffed chair cushions is so hard it made it very uncomfortable to sit in Love seat wasn’t much better

There was so much space to have 2 comfortable chairs, table lamp, love seat Only 2 small trash cans One very small in the shower area, one underneath the desk No trash can in the large vanity area nor the bar area The 2 queen beds were wonderful! Clean, very cleanThe front desk associates were very friendly & helpful The breakfast bar was greatYes, I would stay there again Go ahead, make a reservation You’ll be glad you did!

Austin Mills

I just attended a work event at this location Absolutely LOVED the layout of the room we were in They already had a TV set up for us and plenty of desks and chairs for an easy start

Upon walking in the door I was immediately greeted by a wonderful young lady working check in and also concessions Side note, I loved that they have concessions right when you walk in, nice touchThey allowed my company to bring snacks and water for the employees, which seems to be rare these days And after the event as I was leaving the reception desk asked how I enjoyed the event, and said they couldn’t wait to work with our company again, mentioning it by name These made me feel that they actually cared about our experience at the venue, not just our money I wish I would’ve gotten her name, she was amazing today Thank you Hampton Inn!

The only reason I gave this beautiful hotel a 4 star rating is because the beds are not very comfortable compared to a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at, and payed less The pillows go completely flat when you lay your head on them They are feather pillows but they are the worst feather pillows I’ve ever slept on

The last think I was say is the bedding is just pretty starchy It’s not at all soft like most hotel beds It was rough Basically, the sleeping experience was not impressive If you value your sleep I would go somewhere else Truly Shower is great, customer service is wonderful, the hotel lounge makes terrific drinks It’s a very nice hotel My husband and I didn’t sleep so well though No big dealjust nice to know before you pay that much to stay somewhere! Take your own pillows at least

I stayed here for a corporate conference and loved every minute of my stay The massive team was there every step of the way to make sure my amenities arrived in my room, the food was delicious, the service was handled with smiles on all faces, etc The new renovations are stunning

I never saw it before they were done but the hotel is gorgeous now! The beds are incredibly comfy and the rooms are beautiful! Thanks for a great stay!

I was just here to support a long time friend She was the keynote for Fast Signs Sales Conference The conference room was spectacular and the refreshments looked amazing

We held our POAC convention at this hotel in Feb 2022The hotel is currently getting a face-lift, but that didn’t stop our wonderful experience

The staff was SO nice and attentive- and they really take pride in their hotel I wish I knew their secret to developing a team that is so dedicated and happy! We had plenty of nice meeting rooms The food was excellent Everything ran like clockworkThere’s a free shuttle that can take you to and from the airport- just call them when you land, or let them know at the hotel desk what time you need to leaveThis hotel is wonderful for your large conference, or nice place to stay close to the airport

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be disappointedThe room was beautiful, immaculate and fresh The staff were incredibly helpful and so pleasant The food from restaurant was delicious No more luggage racks for your suitcase in the room is somewhat frustrating but overall, I highly recommend this hotel❤️‼️

Andi Simmons

Have enjoyed stays at other Crowne Plaza resorts, unfortunately did not enjoy our room at this location on our way back from Florida to Wisconsin on April 4, 2022 Staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was great (salmon entree and burger) and nice to have a hotel with a restaurant/bar The room was pretty horrible

Glass so fogged you couldn’t see out the window, light above the vanity did not work so bathroom was very dark, one lamp that worked and the other without a bulb or a place to plug it in, one outlet with no plate on it that didn’t even function when you plugged something in

I personally would recommend this hotel The hotel is well designed & decorated beautifully The interior is very clean, spacious, & has great lighting

They serve a wide variety of food for breakfast in the morning which include: coffee, tea, juice, fruits, bread, pancake, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etcThere is an event center, business workspace for those who work remotely, a gym, a pool, outdoor seating, & plenty of parking just to name a fewMy only complaint is to pet owners who allow their dog to defecate on the property grounds & don’t clean up after themOwning a pet is a huge responsibility Please clean up after your dog!If not, do not check into a hotel

Schell Fam

We travel often for our sons baseball tournaments This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at It was clean and staff was excellent The happy hour is awesome and the breakfast is delicious!! The Mac and Cheese in the hotel restaurant is super good too

The only feedback I would leave is that they could use more staff in the kitchen during happy hour and breakfast Overall one of our favourite hotels!

Wil Malski

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! Very nice accommodations, awesome made-to-order breakfasts, and a very generous manager’s reception in the evening with drinks and snacks Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful The pool needs to be reserved ahead of time, but that wasn’t an issue and actually worked out nicely because we didn’t have to share it with other people

Everything was clean and in great condition I will definitely look for Embassy Suites hotels going forward

Our visit was amazing! Troy greeted us at the front desk with a smile and was so nice! He gave us a room with a spectacular view of downtown The room was spacious and clean All of the staff were nice and polite

The hotel’s location is perfect for walking around the downtown area We are looking forward to the next time we visit Indy and will definitely be staying here again

Nelly Andrews

Stayed here for 4 nights with family Excellent hotel! Very nice to have the complimentary hot breakfast and complimentary evening reception But, don’t expect much in terms of drinks and snacks at night – just basic items

It’s a complimentary reception though so nothing to complain about Our suite was clean and very spacious The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but not many sofa beds will be The staff was great Other reviews mentioned a small pool, but it’s really not that bad and the water is quite warm For a downtown hotel, the pool is perfect Other reviews mention no housekeeping but it says this on their website and they make you aware at checkin also – if you need something, just ask and they are quick to bring it to your room This location is AWESOME! So easy to walk to many restaurants, bars, and attractions The parking garage has some tight turns so don’t bring a large vehicle in to park if you can help it Other reviews were surprised by the parking charge but it’s clearly listed on their website and it’s in the middle of downtown so it really shouldn’t be a surprise that there’s a cost to park I would definitely stay here again

Summer D

Place was clean and bed was comfortable! Great location walking distance to most all the good restaurants and mall The only issue was A/C wasn’t keeping room cool at all We only stayed one night

We let staff know and they assured us it would be taken care of asap We weren’t there ok g we ought to know if they actually did but overall a nice hotel!

This historical hotel is beautiful and unique The lobby, halls and our room was clean and smelled wonderful That may seem like an odd thing to rave about, but how many times have you stay in a hotel that smells musty or “old” or just dingy? For an old hotel, I assumed it would have that all light funk smells, but I was happily surprised! The location was perfect for downtown

I will agree that the room was small, but I did like the larger bathroom with walk in shower We only stayed one night so we didn’t need much floor space Downtown Indy was very loud and noisy the Saturday night we stayed and there were times we could hear loud music from motorcycles and cars from the street on the 8th floor, but not the usual car and people traffic noise Overall, this hotel did not disappoint

Vera D.

We stayed here for GenCon and really loved the service (they let us check in early after a red eye), breakfast on site (great value for the meal), and location I loved the premium toiletries and it was cozy enough that we were able to use the elevator without much of a wait It was also next door to St Elmo’s and within walking distance of everything we needed

Would stay here again!!

Gorgeous hotel with big rooms Everything is kept very clean & the free breakfast offers a lot of different items to choose from & they all taste good The night shift lady that was working when I checked in was really nice & very helpful – in spite of the fact she said she had just started there recently

Definitely a nice place to stay if you’re wanting to stay near the airport

I would definitely stay at this Delta Hotel again Staff was very friendly and professional My room looked great when I walked in

clean and fresh looking Dinner in the restaurant had a limited menu but food was prepared well (The french fries were cooked and seasoned prefectly!) I wish that the Starbucks was more full service but was glad I was able to quickly grab coffee and a muffin for breakfast

Jesse Jones

Beautiful hotel and really cool restaurant/bar in the lobby with great food The room was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly The only reason it did not get 5 stars was because the view from our room was completely obstructed by another part of the building

When looking at the building from the exterior it looks like this is only the case for a handful of rooms and we were the unlucky ones to get one of those that night

Justin Novak

Don’t stay here There are plenty of hotels right nextdoor It should be easy to give this new hotel a great review

But, no one is paying attention to upkeep While the room is nice, many things were not working My room faced the parking lot with lots of lights, but the blackout shade was broken sitting in the corner The side door key card reader is broken so the most convenient entry doesn’t work There is breakfast for purchase available, but the Starbucks is closed sometimes in the morning and some days it’s open The pantry is nice for snacks and a quick breakfast, but the coffee machine is out of order because it needs to be cleaned Oatmeal and tea are available in the pantry but there is no hot water or a microwave in the pantry or rooms And now there’s no hot water in the hotel The front desk has not called to get this fixed but it’s waiting for maintenance to arrive so there’s no ETA on hot water

Exquisite, sleek, modern, top-notch, premium hotel in the center of Indianapolis! I’ve now visited this hotel twice and experienced excellent service and enjoyable stays The hotel is a beautiful, atrium high-rise hotel Although I’m not sure of the hotels age, it appears to be fairly new

The hotel lobby and adjacent common areas, as well as my guestrooms are immaculate! My guestroom was average in size and included two comfortable double beds, mini refrigerator and modern furnishings The bath was slightly larger than average with a upgraded vanity and amenities Although I didn’t need a room safe nor microwave, my guestroom did not include these amenities The hotel is literally located in the city center, surrounded by countless shopping, restaurant and entertainment possibilities My brief interaction with staff associates was always very pleasant You simply can’t go wrong with the Hyatt brand! I’ve never had any negative issues nor experiences with Hyatt This fabulous hotel and its numerous amenities certainly upholds the quality, pleasant, comfortable experience I expect and eagerly anticipate from the Hyatt Brand The Hyatt Regency Indianapolis receives my highest recommendation!! Thanks to the polite, professional staff associates for a pleasant, peaceful visit!

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your place This website will compare countless booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area

I have been staying here for a long time If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be let downThis is a great hotel within the brand The staff are really friendly and the restaurant options are great I highly recommend checking out the Eagles Nest restaurant on the top floor of the hotel The restaurant rotates and provides one of the best views in the city Parking was a bit overpriced, but if that’s my only complaint, you know it’s a great hotel

Jonathan Bass

Great hotel, great staff from valet’s to front desk to restaurants I did not see housekeeping, but rooms were clean and in good conditionThe Regency Lounge is still closed, but I understand it’s not the right time yet with shortened staff, reduced travelers, and food out in the open isn’t the best

However, it would be nice if they were still accessible You need a key card to get in, and if there’s reduced travelers why not allow them to use as a hang out lounge and just have a mini fridge with bottled water / soda?Tip: Check out Eagle’s Nest! Sadly the room service options for dinner are quite bad I feel I’d have been very happy with the food if I knew of Eagle’s Nest, but I did not until the next morning Dinner room service I’d want to say tasted like microwaved food, but the funny thing is I drove here and actually had to have a microwaved gas station overnight breakfast on the way and that tasted better Breakfast down at the room service restaurant also wasn’t good on Thursday, but it’s not the staff’s fault, so the location still gets 5 stars Friday morning a lady returned her pancakes saying they were too fluffy or something I believe the chief’s name is Martin, as I heard him being told about the issue I’d like to compliment him on my Eggs Benedict It was perfect and I’m guessing he couldn’t have been the same cook from Thursday as it was much better!

My wife and I had a fantastic getaway to Indy for a long weekend The hotel is ideally located near great dining options and lots of fun activities The staff was very friendly and helpful

There is a nice common area next to the lobby with a bar It was perfect for socializing with friends before heading up to the room for the night The rooms are clean, nice, and have a mirror positioned right next to the bed that can be lots of fun if you are staying with your special someone

Unless someone else is paying for your room, you require epic views from a high-rise, or you absolutely can’t leave the building where your event is being held, save your money and sleep somewhere elseThere’s nothing special about this hotel beyond the location and the excellent room views Oh, and the post-shower robe they provide is pretty fluffy, if that’s important to you

The gym is spacious, with good views and free water and towels But there’s no pool or hot tub Apparently there hasn’t been one since it went under renovations before the pandemic, but the elevator sign still lists it as being on floor two The breakfast option at the Italian restaurant is a $28/plate buffet The valet is $55 overnight It may be obvious from the name, but this is not a place to go for value

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place This website will compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! You’re welcome :)! This hotel is one of the best in this area
