If I could give it negative stars I def would Our truck brokedown so we had to find a place to stay in an emergency or else we would have gone elsewhere! This place is filthy!! As in the room probably never gets serviced The entryway floors were practically black with grime

The bathroom smelled like urine and the room carpet was disgusting I had to shower and placed a towel on the floor to avoid getting water everywhere and the towel ended up black!! Please if you can avoid this place It’s cheap but basic cleanliness is severely lacking

Jose Lopetegui

Upon arrival, we noticed the pool was out of order with green algae all in it It was 114 degrees out and we were there for a High School baseball tournament which we had planned to have fun and enjoy the pool in between events As we settled in the room, we noticed the bathroom toilet would not flush

Contacted the front desk and they said there was no one available to fix it, didn’t even have a plunger to let us borrow and try to fix ourselves We had to request to change rooms, they did not even offer Their response was that they had no other rooms available, until they found one in a newly renovated part of the hotel for us We had to change rooms with no luggage dolly provided, all by hand and foot with no help They did not care about any inconvenience on our part Moved rooms with all luggage in 114 degree weather with no help Once in new room, the AC was not on so the room was 120+ degrees inside, we cranked up the AC for hours and the room would not cool off We had to take cold showers with only cold water just to avoid heat exhaustion along with keeping wet cold towels on our heads Finally we called the front desk and asked for an early checkout which was supposed to be for 3 nights because the stay was so awful We had to find accommodations at another hotel, which was difficult as everything was booked The Quality Inn did not show any remorse or apologies for our horrible stay This Hotel should be shut down and the staff should be completely replaced with new better customer service NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I hate writing this but something, many things have got to change The management was great I got my room and it reeked hideously of dirty athletes feet

The odor was unbearable I ran across the street to Home Depot and purchased one can of Febreeze and used most of the contents on the disgusting carpet There was no difference I called the front desk and told them how unsanitary it was I feared fungi contamination They moved me But, I realized that their cleaning service is terrible no matter where they put me The linen smelled of rancid human body oils And the bathroom had an overwhelming odor of urine that extended throughout the room I stayed mostly at my brother’s nearby There was lots of dirt in the corners, baseboards of the entire room and mounds of dirt between furniture The microwave had smudged food fingerprints on the door and control center The office chair was also disgustingly stained Who lives like this? The cleaning, if there was any, was the most inferior cleaning i have ever seen in hospitality or anywhere I wouldn’t let my hands or feet touch anything The cost exceeded the quality at the quality inn

The lady at the front was pleasant when we checked it Let us know times of pool/slide, restaurant and Cafe openOur room carpet had 3 large stains on the floor, with a tough and sticky texture

We have a baby who crawls all around so this was quite a turn off to start out withWhen turning on the light in the bathroom, fridge and AC unit there was a buzzing noise A constant buzzing sound the entire time The bathtub plug that was in the tub did not seal the bath I had to use a plastic cup and some cardboard to get the tub to stay because the plug didn’t work I have two small kids who need take baths One light was burnt out (or dirty so it didn’t work) in the bathroom There were huge chunks of dirt hanging from the vent, looks like it had never been cleanedWe choose this hotel for the slide, come to find out it was only open Saturday/Sunday 10-4 That was fine, we decided to hit up the slide both days Saturday was great, the lifeguard was really nice and helpful But on Sunday the lifeguard left at like 1:30 and never returned So we didn’t even get to enjoy the slide on SundaySame went for the breakfast Coyote Cafe The hours said 6-12 but it closed when we went just before 11I am honestly so disappointed and dissatisfied with my stayI could have gone somewhere for half the price with the condition that this hotel was in The slide is not worth staying here! It’s so gross and dirtyAnd have reached out to customer service and they just forwarded me to the front desk manager, Jasmine who had failed to respond to several emailsVery disappointing

This review will be in two parts One on the hotel and the neighborhoodThe hotel itself is older

From what a local told me it is one of the oldest businesses there It is clean and somewhat updated The room we booked had 2 queen beds and is pretty large The bathroom is old except for the shower tiles We had a street main entrance room which is a nice view The staff is helpful and friendlyWe had a late dinner I had a cowboy burger and my daughter had a pulled pork sandwich Both were okay, and hit the spot when one had not eaten for almost 12 hoursCons is the noise from the highway, other rooms and hallway Location is in an unsafe area Pretty much every local told me not to walk outside of the hotel once it gets dark Even crossing the street in the day was not advised due to the construction on one side of the block then the group of homeless people on the other

Lawrence Talahongva

Decent rooms, some minor damage seen throughout the room and hotel Gym is nice but occasionally the doors won’t open very well especially the rear exit only door sticks to concrete that has raised and prevents from opening more than 6 inches Restaurant is pretty good, service is exceptional

It looks great outside and nice lobby with 3 pools and water slide, tennis courts and racquetball court in gym area It’s nice and may consider a return visit

I absolutely love this place My family and I have been staying here for the past week and I was lucky to get Alyssa at the front desk cuz she is amazing After driving around in the heat trying to find a decent place to stay I was a stressed out mess when I got to the front desk

Alyssa was so sweet and so helpful and very understanding she’s somehow managed to relieve all the stress with her amazing service even though my kids were heathens throughout the whole thing I will definitely stay here again As far as the rooms they’re very clean and having a place to cook meals what’s great There is a laundry room on site and the rooms include a laundry basket which is very convenient I this place if you are in the area you want regret it

Kimber

I badly wanted to give this hotel a 5 star rating The staff was friendly, the room was great! Location was ok Loved that the window opened up to air out the rooms after cooking my meals ( bring your own plates, pot and pans etc- none are provided ) The pool was wonderful

Only one poolside grill worked , but I was fine with that The housekeeping service is where the issues come in… I was there for two and a half weeks on a business trip and my bed sheets NEVER got changed I know that they never were changed because I always leave $10 along with a note thanking them for changing my sheets and saying there is another ten someplace in the bed ( always at the foot) The room was cleaned twice during my stay , each time I came in and checked and the note and money were always there after the room had been cleanedOther than this issue I really enjoyed my stay and still think it’s a great hotelI also loved that the hotel provided a laundry basket The washer and dryer are each $2, and can be paid using an app or with coins

David Gerard

Quiet and cleanBig rooms and modern decorNo free breakfast, but you can order delivery to your room

I’m never disappointed The only thing is that, we have yet to check out their pool Unfortunately it was closed for remodeling

I can’t wait to see what it looks like when it’s done I am a tribal member and I’m not this because it’s my tribe It’s all true facts Thank you so much making my friend feel welcome as us Great hospitality and customer service

Megan Mg

We stayed a few nights at the hotel attached to the casino and did visit the casino in general a couple times The covered parking was spacious(for my vehicle at least) and leads right to the casino but it’s a bit of a walk to the hotel itself so keep that in mind if you have plenty of luggageThere is a late night restaurant open most of the time but closes from 2am-4am I believe but the staff is very accommodating

From the casino to hotel every single staff member I met was just very pleasant and informative Every morning I left the hotel every person I saw on the way out said good morning or hello which just made my dayThe only small downside is that we had spotty cell service inside our room but decent connection closer to the parking garage

Summer Greene

Nicer casino, much nicer than others I believe the building itself is fairly newer but I’m not positive Regardless, it’s very well kept & clean & just nicely done

Every employee I had contact with was excellent & worked hard to make sure my needs were met They take good care of you here & they definitely made me feel like I’m a valued customer

The rooms and beds are fantastic and very plushy comfortable The breakfast was delightful I was surprised how delicious the omelets were

The waffles and bagels were nice There were too many unruly Latinos taking over the pool area with undisciplined kids One kid had a bloody toe going into the pool That’s a hazard The hotel should have some sort of security or lifeguard enforcing the rules I recommend they need to make the pool area 21+ or have adult pool hours

Karene McDonald

We went to see the Bible Museum & it was great!! Got see one page of the Bible translated & that single page had, Jehovah, 13 times Seeing as this is God’s real name it just verified it once moreBeing one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, I found it exciting! The young lady at the front desk was very helpful & kind! Will tell my friends & bring several there!Thank U very kindly for having this display!😁

Gene Derochemont

I booked my room over a week in advance on the Hilton app I checked in digitally the night before my stay and picked my room When I arrived and got to my room, I found it was not the room type I reserved and not the room I picked the night before

I called the front desk and they said I had been “downgraded” and apparently were short on rooms No one bothered to contact me I asked to speak to the manager and got her voicemail An assistant manager called me back about 30 minutes later and said that they had someone stay over an extra night and offered to bill me at the rate this downgraded room was anyway After some persuasion on my part, I did get extra points I personally find it very inconvenient to be downgraded Particularly, when I booked in advance and checked in the night before I feel like that room they extended was my room and if someone wanted to extend without a reservation they should be downgraded I would not recommend staying here if you have a specific room preference as it may not be available when you arrive

Our stay was wonderful! From the valet parking to all the comforts of our room The room was very clean, and accommodating We weren’t expecting the dry air to be so harsh on us, but the front desk was so nice and provided water bottles when needed

Everyone we encountered here was super friendly Tracy at the front desk always had the best customer service! The only complaint I had, was the elevator sound we heard from our room (Our room was right next to the elevator) but it didn’t ruin our stay! I will definitely book here again whenever we are back in this area

Shindale Seale

This hotel is truly a gem! Upon entering, I was greeted by a welcoming staff (at 11:30 PM), who swiftly checked me and my party in and made sure we were aware of all the amenities afforded usWhen we got to our rooms, the decor blew us away! Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, above and beyond what we needed for a turnaround business tripParking was easy and check out was a super cinch

I will definitely stay here again when doing business in the area

Lillian Benitez

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week for my husbands conference The property is beautiful! The room was nice and comfortable but my absolute favorite part of our stay was our bartender, Carla After meeting us ONCE, she remembered our names and what we were drinking

We were talking amongst our colleagues about how we were so impressed by her demeanor and positive attitude no matter how busy she was We kept that bar busy for sure! We always made sure to sit on her side of the bar for excellent service and a smile She definitely needs to be in a position that trains any future staff We will be back for sure!

These suites are spectacular! loved how everything looked from the lobby to the rooms, sheets, curtains, furniture, carpet! walking into our room i felt comfortable putting my stuff on the ground the room was so nice, everything was so well maintained, very clean and the staff members were all so very kind at times i would be leaving my room and saw staff cleaning the rooms and they’d be steaming the carpet and cleaning the room from top to bottom, very pleased and felt comfortable staying there knowing that they complied and deep cleaned the rooms

i honestly have nothing but good things to say about these suites everything to malls and restaurants were nearby so many options booking again come February

Senthil

Stayed at numerous other Spring Hill hotels, however this one was the least enjoyable Rooms are cramped and small, but the price is high The morning meal was great

The front desk personnel were really pleasant and helpful There are plenty of dining options and supermarkets in the area Location and quality of service are the primary factors in the awarding of stars

Francis Burghart

I would NOT recommend this property and I say this as a 110-130 hotel nights/year at Marriott exclusivelyWalked into my suite and I had to install the AC filters (because they were left on the bed) but the system was off and the window was wide open so the room was crazy hotFurther, the refrigerator was unplugged and left wide open so super warm, and there was linen left on the pullout from the previous guest

Price is super cheap for Phoenix but……you get what you pay for At least the bed is comfy!

Astounding!! I am completely floored by this stand alone location The service, genuine cheerfulness and concern we received during our stay have captivated us and brought each of us to say – there is something special here! Every staff member we have encountered from Morgan at the front desk to Tamara & Deb and the sweet ladies in the kitchen have a smile on their face, made us feel so welcome and gone out of their way to make sure we are comfortable Three Cheers to this Residence & the stand alone culture of care they have created to rival the greats of hospitality

Jessica Sapia

Super clean hotel with amazing service They serve hot breakfast daily and it’s delicious Lots of options and they change what’s served daily so you don’t get bored of the same thing

Two bedroom suites have a full kitchen including a dishwasher! Outdoor area has a nice size, clean pool and a beautiful bbq grill area with a fire pit There is also a gym and a laundry room They are pet friendly as well but they do a good job of keeping everything clean Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and will be back

Karl Bean

What a great experience The rooms were big (fit my family of 7 in the 2 room suite) The breakfast was great every day, big portions and hot food and fresh fruit options

The staff was super friendly and helpful Parking was close and easy The pool was a little small but uncrowded and very cleanMy only complaint is not for us: Please fix the air conditioner in the laundry room for those hardworking ladies!! They laughed and didn’t complain but we could feel the warm air when we walked by the laundry

I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel Our AC went out during a heat advisory The front staff accommodated us and treated us like family during our entire stay

The rooms are amazing and spacious, breakfast is tasty, and the pool area is refreshing Upon arrival we received a complimentary adult beverage and the bar attendant was super sweet Paula and Lindy went above and beyond to help us have a beautiful stay along with other front desk staff and housekeeping Thank you all from the bottom of my heart See you y’all soon

Donna Wylie

We told the desk clerk that I have trouble walking and were told “no problem, we’ll put you in a room by the elevator” When we arrived it became apparent that was Literally the Farthest from the truth! The room was a Long walk to the far end of the hall! It was by the stairwell – which is great if you Can climb stairs to the 3rd floor When we questioned the desk attendant we were just told they “hadn’t moved us since we called and booked the room

” I wanted to ask if they had maybe moved the elevator?!! They had no other rooms, it was an emergency trip and we were tired so we stayed ALSO hated how, in order to get a Decent rate, we had to sign up for their rewards They then tried to sell us on some vacation package and when we declined, they asked Why! ???!!! Why because we were there on a family emergency and weren’t thinking vacation Oh and $50 for the pet fee?? Crazy! For that, there should have been biscuits and a dog bed! On the positive side, the room was beautiful and clean and the hot breakfast was great But we won’t stay there again

Bree

Our air conditioning unit went out and we spent the night here with our family pet The room was nice and clean The front desk staff was very friendly, and gave us, a little bag of supplies for our pet

The breakfast was good and consisted of both warm and cold food Great coffee 👍 Location was very convenient, close to grocery store,, Starbucks restaurants

Premier Moments

We had our family reunion here and it was really nice! The rooms were adequately cleaned, they also included a fridge microwave and coffee ☕️ machine with coffee provided Breakfast was good We had a formal dinner there and the food was was pretty good

Glad to have stayed herePlease consider,Be mindful of the area, there appears to be a percentage of homeless who come near the hotel periodically They were not hostile and none so much as talked to us so I would just say be mindful This is in no way a negative reflection of the hotel

Adam Goebel

This hotel isn’t bad Came here for an orientation I guess the photos of remodeled rooms are fake because it still has a dated style with awkward red carpets

Maybe only the furniture was upgraded, but it was clean I liked the small balcony but there is a lot of outside noise leaking through the large glass doorsyou can hear everything outside Anyways I was expecting it to be worse but it was a little better than my expectations at least Definitely over priced

D W

The check in process was smooth Staff is helpful Plenty of parking on the property

Located close to McDonald’s The rooms are cleanAll the benefits are overshadowed by the questionable charging practices I experienced It was noted that there was breakfast available at this location There is, but it costs $10-15 per person, no free continental breakfast available During check in, you are charged a $5 “resort fee” on top of the room rate Upon check out, there is a mysterious $1303 charge that was added when I checked my credit card company charges When I called to ask the hotel, I was told these charges are valid I subsequently emailed the hotel to explain what these charges are I received an email response the same day stating that the $1303 charge was an error and will be removed Though I understand mistakes do happen, I find it troubling that this issue has plagued other visitors based on the reviews I have seen Customer beware!

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your stay This website will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the most well known in this area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be disappointedExcellent stay at this hotel Very friendly and efficient front desk staff Very good breakfast and service Great parking available near a door entrance made getting suitcases into our room The complementary luggage carts made getting onto our room a breeze also

Brittney Cox

As you enter the hotel, the first person to greet you is a local homeless man rummaging through the trash just outside the main doors After you settle into your room that reeks of stale cigarettes and regrets, you will notice the transfer smudges and finger prints on the desk area, it’s like living your very own game of clue Around 2am, you will be awakened by the sound of 2 homeless men fighting each other just across the street or, if you’re lucky like I was, they will be fighting in the parking lot just beneath your window

There are many restaurants located just a short walking distance from the hotel, you will be assigned a homeless buddy that will follow you everywhere you go It’s nice knowing you have a set of eyes on you everywhere you go Speaking of safety, the gas station even has their very own security guard to escort you safely back to your vehicle I paid $250+ a night for this luxury location I’m assuming for the late night shows and personal security from the locals? Unfortunately, due to lack of sleep and personal safety reasons, I will not be returning to this location… ever

It is a much better atmosphere in the summer for couples/ families Winter season seems a tad, too boring I suggest this place for couples specifically that want a relaxing, fun environment with or without golf

Food is great in the main lodge! The breakfast is a must! The steakhouse has a seasonal but exciting menu I still preferred the summer offeringsLive music and atmosphere are great Overall, I am happy with my stays and more I will plan in the future!

I cannot say how beautiful and perfect the Wigwam was for our wedding From the setting to the food, this team did an outstanding job taking care of our group As a February wedding with most guests coming from the Midwest, this resort was exactly what we hoped for

We were looking for a venue where friends and family would be gathering around and enjoying perfect weather, good food, golf, and get to experience the essence of Arizona The Wigwam is the most hidden gem in this state The great rates for hotel rooms, spa, golf, and food our guests had an amazing weekend We highly recommend this property and we look forward to having our anniversaries at the Wigwam each year

Dining or having an event here is probably one of the most romantic and well organized establishments I’ve ever been to and have the pleasure to work for The staff for courteous well-mannered and well-dressed definitely a place to impress the girl of your dreams or the man in your future or for the perfect couple to get away The food is divine and the place is so well kept

Eduardo the event coordinator and manager is a kind and fair man He will ensure that your event goes smoothly and it’s very well planned and that you are given all that you need on your special day Thank you wigwam for bringing your establishment to Arizona for all of us to enjoy

This property was beautiful! Clean, affordable, incredible staff! Sheri was our favorite on our family stay there for our family reunion last month! Dee was funny, Francisco was always helpful, and the other guys and gals were a pleasure too! We truly did enjoy our stay there, from the pool to the rooms, everything was +!🙏🏾♥️🙌🏾

I spend 95 percent of my time traveling for business and have stayed at EVERY chain out there … I was VERY disappointed in this hotel The room was small, the shower head was broken Staff was not friendly or knowledgeable, I asked three different employees where the guest laundry was before the day shift guy was finally able to tell me

The absolute WORST breakfast that I have seen in a while… can’t blame it on Covid any longer I asked my company to move me to a different hotel after week two…

Sunny

There are ants everywhere in the room I complained about it but nothing was done about it This is a new hotel but i am so disappointed that that can’t fumigate the room to get rid of the ant

My advice to visitors is make sure to close your mouth while sleeping to avoid ant crawling into your throatThe breakfast is good though

First off, A++ to the staff It was so refreshing to visit a hotel and have a staff as friendly and helpful as EVERYONE was Always greeting me as I passed, asking how my stay is, just great customer service that should be the norm, but we all know it isn’t

The room was huge, clean, and updated The continental breakfast was pretty good compared to many other hotels ive been to The pool and it’s surrounding area were clean and beautiful as well I also walked from the hotel to the Gila River Arena for a Pearl Jam concert and it wasn’t a bad walk at all Highly recommend this hotel

Aethese

The room I stayed in (big enough for 5 people) was very big and nice for only $170 not including tax! Very good value The only bad parts were the cleanliness of the beds (see attached pictures) They were not very clean but pushing the pillows off to the side and using my own pillow and blanket fixed my issue

That’s my only problem with the place The location is amazing! It’s near many great places The pool is almost perfect! A beautiful place to relax with a hot tub too My only problem is the max depth is 5ft, but I could live with that Besides the cleanliness of the bed, my stay there was amazing!

Check in like normal, first room smelt like smoke even though it was a non smoking All hallways smells like weed, cable box was broken so was given a new room Second room had a used rag in the bathroom and was out fully stock bathroom stuff

Tiles were a bit loose Other guest blew their nose in the pool and there was dead bug in the pool, hot tub was closed Was under the impression that we get a continental breakfast, but it was not in our package

I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it However when I checked in this time, they changed my room without asking me I was told it was my fault, which when pressed further revealed it had nothing to do with me

I wanted a king bed and didn’t care if it was a suite or not I was told that was there was none available If fact, not one was available within 10 miles When I asked to see a manager for the 5th time in this process, I was finally told, he left at 5 (it was 5:20) and would not back until the next morning at 10am I was able to get on the Hilton app and find one less than 3 miles away! I was very disappointed with Faith and her treatment of me Instead of trying to help, she obviously was trying to get me to go away Which I did I really hope they get better training for the people left in charge I also hope Ms Faith learns not to lie or be so dismissive of long time Hilton customers The simple fact is if had they bother to offer me a glass of water, not lied to me and actually helped me instead of pushing me off to help others including the GrubHub guy, I wouldn’t be wasting my time on the review

Ed De La Vara

This place is trash I paid $217 to stay for 7 hours because I booked at 3:30am and got in at 4am and checkout is at 11 No pro rate no discount

No late checkout Room was hot Mini fridge did not work Coffee maker did not work Hidden fees and charges Was told when booking it would be $162 and it ended up being $217 Manager won’t even call me back so I’m blasting them on here Do not stay here

This is a beautiful newer hotel We tried to grab a drink at the bar and a bite to eat but the bartender was serving as both the bartender and the chef so, after a fifteen minute wait, we ended up going elsewhere We could’ve waited a little longer but there was an alarm going off in the lobby the entire time and it was grinding on us

Once they are properly staffed, I can see this location going to five stars

Great new hotel in SurpriseClean and beautiful facilities, decent rooms, excellent room serviceSelf laundry rooms with soap and dryer sheets available

Best part was fresh breakfast made to order My hotel rate was including the breakfast and I was surprised by the food quality and the service Quick and easy and you are on your wayHighly recommended if you are in Surprise Arizona!

We stayed here four very pleasant nightsIn spite of some Covid limitations on the housekeeping and restaurant offerings, we really recommend this hotel! It’s a newer hotel and very quiet while we were thereBreakfast buffet has a $9 charge, but let me tell you, it was worth it after all the meager bagged hotel breakfasts we experienced during Covid

Large variety of pastries and bread, two kinds of yogurt, cooked oatmeal with lots of toppings including walnuts and chia seeds, juices, and four or five fresh fruit choices Angie and Maria were friendly and helpful in getting the breakfast items we wantedWe also throughly enjoyed the service from Orlando and Will in the bar area over several nights They too were very responsive and worked to get our cocktails just right For a small bar, it was well stocked with assortment of beer, wine, and liquors Besides the pool, there are two other outside seating areas We enjoyed the breakfast patio and the fire pit lounge

Was going back and forth on rating for this hotel I’ll start by saying it is super clean and the staff is fantastic! The restaurant/bar has amazing food and drinks and I really enjoyed hang out here after work A couple things lead me to give the hotel a 4 stars and not 5 start rating

My main issue was the noise level I happened to be out for work during the week of spring training and several other events and as this is a popular area for that the hotel was very busy, totally fine I wanted to stay here for access to food and bars, which this hotel does have However, the walls are paper thin and I had early mornings the whole week I was staying I could hear my neighbors TV all night as well as conversations they were having as if they were in my room talking to me and not on the other side of a wall and half way through the week a large amount of families checked in due to a youth baseball tournament in the area, so I had kids running up and down my hall until well after 2am several nights and one night even had children repeatedly knocking on my door and running away While I understand some of these issues are bad parenting and not the fault of the hotel, better sound proofing would go a long way I get that most people were probably staying on vacation and didn’t care about how loud they were or how late they were up but for me it made for restless nights and a really long weekSomething to note (not a complaint but just a good to know) the majority of food/bar options (and stadium), aside from the one at the hotel, are on the other side of the freeway and there is no easy option to walk which I was hoping to do Don’t get me wrong very nice modern hotel but I won’t be using this location for business stays going forward but would recommend for a fun vacation stay if you are not worried about getting to bed after 1-2am

What a wonderful place The workers there were ALL so friendly and welcoming The breakfast burritos were AMAZING! The Crooked Pint restaurant on-site had 30 flavors of beer which was a pleasant surprise!! Kudos to whoever decided to put a little station outside the bathroom for people like me to blow dry their hair

That was so helpful! The beds were so comfy and rooms were spacious I will definitely stay here again

J S

I stayed here with my son while we had some work done on our house about 6 months ago After some initial issues regarding our IHG status benefits, the stay was great Some of the staff were not aware of the benefits but the GM, Laurice was awesome! She was able to accommodate my 4pm check out and even told me about a $20 restaurant credit that I was not aware of

She really went above and beyond Great location and nice clean hotel Would recommend!

Very disappointed with noise of flushing toilet in next room and noise from road outside Lobby was under construction and elevator shook Staff looked and acted as if they were over worked and doing us a favor by checking us in

I love Holiday inn express and after a while decided to leave in the middle of the night And I paid $200 for this expensive experience

Cat Fick

Stayed over the holiday by accident Received complimentary upgrade to a suite which made the extended stay nice Didn’t feel like we were on top of each other

Located in the middle of everything, nothing was far away!! Guest laundry conveniently located and priced decent, 2 of each machine Front desk staff and housekeeping were very accommodating Would recommend this hotel over and over

Judy Pearl

One if the few Holiday Inns that doesn’t advertise “enhanced cleaning” or offer a free breakfast There is good reason for that There was a pod left in the Keurig machine, food in the microwave, soap scum caked on the shower soap dispenser and hair in the sink

Only 1 employee wore a mask No decaffeinated coffee available in my room or down in the lobby No food available to take and go No apologies offered for any of these issues Interstate noise allowed for very little sleep Oh, this was also the most expensive room of 6 nights on the road Keep driving!!!!!

A little off the beaten path as there is nothing in walking distance to do May be an area they are building up but I was hungry late and had no option besides overpriced hotel snacksService was good

The ladies that work at the bistro were courteous and friendly I actually enjoyed the hotel food I ordered Many hotels I find the quality to be suboar especially for the prices chargedRoom was really clean which I appreciated I also loved the thermostat could be changed down to 60 I’m a cold natured person so this was a huge plus!

I love Marriott hotels And I would had stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott down the street if it wasn’t $50 more expensive So what drew me to this particular Marriott branded hotel was the room rate

We stayed one nightThe overall experience was just ok The room layout made no sensein fact horrible room layout My husband had to place the TV on top of a rollout desk so it can face the bed Normally the TV is put right in front of the bed But for some reason it wasn’t at this hotelThere is no place to plug in an USB cord like other modern hotelsThe bathroom was very datedThe pillows felt worn out and flatThe elevator was slow and hotas if it didn’t have any ventilationThe hotel was built in 2008 and it shows It definitely needs a renovationThe front desk receptionist was niceI don’t think I’ll stay at this particular Courtyard Marriott ever again
