Absolutely PHENOMENAL serviceFamily of five here—written by the grumpy teenage sister—who have stayed in their fair share of hotels, my father is handicapped so have to have accessible as well We were originally going to stay at South Cape resort, and after having issues with the room and pool availability (two young and energized boys need this when being cooped up in a hotel room ), we called three or so hotels and settled with this one
Although not many rooms were available due to a hockey tournament recently occupying the hotel, we got a room in the eleventh hour… clean, zero problems, and the boys were still able to swim last night! We were deciding whether to stay at this hotel or find another since one of us kiddos ended up sleeping on the floor last night, and after making small talk about our hotel jumping situation, the staff and manager graciously found us a suite with an extra double attached… one of the rooms for free The staff at the desk were BEYOND kind to us even setting the room discount aside Even passing housekeeping in the hallway was a pleasant experience and I was greeted with a good morning and a smile During room switch, my father and I conversed with the manager about things to do with the family near the hotel, and he gave us recommendations as well as coupons for a few of the places Satisfied with the breakfast as well Pool is warm (according to brothers) and going to the gym later Lobby is clean, rooms are too If I could give the hotel 6 stars I would without hesitation Hands down the best hotel experience my family and I have had Will definitely be coming back if we ever decide to vacation here again Thank you Fairfield!!

It’s a fairly generic Fairfield The rooms are small and standard and the windows don’t even open It’s hard to get in and out of because you can only go one way onto the main street
I preferred the courtyard’s rooms, which are bigger and their pool is much nicer The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful I will stay at the Doubletree next time I’m in the Cape
Mark Lyon
Current room rate 8/18/22 is $400 a night The hotel is old and outdated inside My room faced the road and road noise for any front facing room likely sucks
Stuff is broken in the room and the shampoo and soap were empty The staff was nice and professional It’s pretty clean Not really worth the cost but there’s not a lot of options here

I didn’t stay there I’m just reviewing the service at the bar My husband and I sat down at the bar and there were only 2 other people sitting down
5 employees behind the bar 2 talking to each other Not one acknowledgement or greeting and after 10 minutes we left and went to a bar across the street on the water and had drinks within 2 minutes
Patrick Furey
Raj and his staff/family are so welcoming, polite and informative The Inn is older but very well maintained and cery clean It’s in a perfect location for seeing Hyannis and the surroubdung area, resteraunts, beaches and accessing th Hy-Line ferry to MV or Nantucket
Only down side is, there is no pool We’ll definitely stay again
Daniel Weidman
The Harbor House Inn is in an excellent location, with friendly service, and very clean The location is so good that when my wife and I stayed there for two nights, we didn’t drive anywhere from when we arrived until after we checked out There are many restaurants and sights within walking distance
The room was so clean that it seemed as clean as any hotel room I have stayed in anywhere in the world, and that comment is based on many hotels, such as Marriott hotels in the US This is the first motel or hotel room that I recall having wood floors instead of carpet, and was much nicer to walk on in bare feet than carpet in a hotel room where others have worn shoesThe furniture was useful, including a small table with two chairs, and a comfy armchair with an ottoman

We recently held a family reunion at Red Jacket Beach Resort and I cannot say enough about our time! Our group was 33 people, ranging in age from 1-78, coming the West Coast, Midwest and MA, and we had the best time! The property had so much to offer for everyone; the pools were great, direct access to a huge private beach with a jetty and beach volleyball, bikes for exploring nearby and so much more The rooms good sized, and while a little dated (which you’d expect), were well appointed and very clean The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, the cleaning staff were thorough and kind, and the food and beverage staff were amazing! Food and Beverage manager Karen Rood and her team went above and beyond to accommodate us, and everyone was beyond impressed
I’m so thankful to Karen for all her hard work and planning/communication she did with me to coordinate With a group our size, dining can be tough, but she arranged a wonderful private clambake for us, and everyone enjoyed the daily breakfasts (honestly one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever come across!) The poolside grill, bars, and online ordering from the kitchen – with delivery to anywhere you were on the resort- were awesome, and the staff was so friendly and hard working We were all really impressed and happy with everything and everyone at Red Jacket Beach Resort, and will definitely be back!

Stayed for a couple of nights in July and had an amazing time I read a bunch of the 1 and 2 star reviews and if you had such a problem with this place to leave a review like that you have to re-evaluate what you’re doing in life The huge staff was very friendly and always said hi or held a door for you
The breakfast buffet was well worth the package price The family room we got was really nice having the separate rooms Everything was clean The facilities were great 2 outdoor pools with a beach bar and an indoor pool The landscaping is impeccable Multiple activities for the kids every day like kite making, fishing derby, crafts, etc Free towels on the beach and the staff even comes out and sets up umbrellas for you! The location is great Not a thing to complain about unless you’re someone who goes looking for things to complain about
Josh Smith
Let’s start with pricing, this resort is way to overpriced for what you expect! The rooms are okay But not worth $400 a night! At the front desk there was a lack of information given to us about the resort and things around it etcThe service despite lack of info was great! The staff was kind and even held doors as well as helped
That is really all Staff is great! The location I would say is good for a beach resort The beach is amazing (despite the wind shooting little sand bullets at you which is out of their control I am aware)For the food I would recommend going to a local restaurant since there is a few The food is not as authentic as advertised In total I give this resort a 35/5 Good resort but to a certain point if you get what I mean Would a recommend ? 50/50

Shout out to Michelle at Vesta expertly slinging drinks and food to everyone We were happy to burn our food credits on delicious brick oven pizza and hang out by the fire in the courtyard The housekeeping staff was great tending to requests from our party of seven in adjacent rooms (a great perk with napping babies)
Everyone loved the saltwater pool and the location is very convenient Other great interactions with Matt and Jared at the front desk We would definitely stay here again

The staff at this Hotel is terrible They are rude and poorly trained You must ask for your $400 a night room to be cleaned
I travel frequently and was staying here for a funeral and wanted my bathroom and bedroom cleaned with fresh towels I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON GOOGLE BEFORE When I arrived back mid day the room was not cleaned When I alerted the front desk I got a curt response that they would send some towels and that “they would see if they could get to it” I told them about the funeral When we got back to our room hours later the room still had not been taken care of When I called the front desk to complain the young man offered no apology and actually hung up on me! I have never experience anything like it in 40 years of travel When I went to speak to him he said ” he was not responsible for listening to angry complaints” WOW! what a great staff DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL IT IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE BEACHES THERE ARE OTHER GREAT BED AND BREAKFASTS AND HOTELS IN THE AREA THAT WERE BOOKED THAT WE WOULD HAVE USED BUT FOR THE UNTIMELY DEATHPS> I was supposed to receive a call from the manager about “Joey” who hung up on me–no call ever came

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful Our room was spacious and clean We enjoyed the little library; drank hot chocolate and played board games one afternoon when the weather wasn’t ideal
The fire pit at night was very nice and the view of the harbor is beautiful We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

My husband and I have stayed here three times over the past year, after finding it inearly 2021 as a pandemic getaway (their cleaning procedures made us feel very safe)What we didn’t know that first time is that we would become obsessed with this place It’s our perfect staycation lodging for a weekend to unplug and stare at the ocean
Rooms are clean and beds are comfy Mini-fridges mean we can bring snacks and drinks Beautiful views Lots of restaurants and takeout options in walking distance Lovely fireplace in the library Fire pit outside for warmer months…And the staff! We love the staff, especially Sandy and Janet The two of them always make us feel at home Sandy is the best and took excellent care of us on our last visit, which was super appreciated because I was 9 months pregnant (I had my son 3 days after checking out)Overall, I’d give this place ten stars if I could It’s under new ownership so I hope they don’t change too much

I hate writing bad reviews of things I will say that the staff here are lovely The pool was nice
small but nice The suite was nice and had one of the better patios I’ve had at a resort The suite could use a kitchen area As opposed to a second bathroom The bathrooms were nicely updated but the remaining decor needs updating also The lobby and public spaces were really nice The food and beverage staff were wonderful The really issue was with the upkeep and maintenance of the landscaping There were poison vines growing everywhere My 6 yo was balancing on the parking barriers, not an odd behavior for a 6 yohowever when he tripped, he fell into the landscaping Normally not a big deal but when the gardens are not maintained and you bring a child home with poison ivy, it’s an issue worth mentioning My husband mentioned this to the front desk staff the other day but unsure if it was taken seriously We spent the week on boats so its not like we were hiking in the woods, it’s clear where this came from, as we saw the poison ivy This review really would be better if not for that
Ashley Bilodeau
The staff are very friendly However, the room was really dingy This was after they told us they were upgrading our room
It was dark with gross carpets The mattresses felt like it was 50 yrs old The shower curtain looked as if it had never been changed Was not impressed at all They need to repaint and clean up these out if date gross rooms
Pæddik Möhr
One of the cooler hotel rooms I’ve seen in a while The room is 2 stories and has a vaulted ceiling above the stairwell It’s looks newly renovated, too
The upstairs hangout area is spacious and cozy The bathroom is gorgeous, all glass and stone! When you take into consideration the price of rentals and other hotels in the surrounding area, it’s not that expensive Breakfast was amazing, too

The Pet Friendly Hampton Inn & Suites is a solid choice for families traveling with their pet The Hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming It also provides a complimentary hot breakfast in the morning and fresh baked cookies in the evening
What more can you ask?The only downside is exiting the hotel on route 28 It can be challenging with cars speeding by on both directions with no traffic light
Jessica Miller
After having a bad experience at another hotel close by and traveling over 5 hours, we walked into the Hampton Inn & Suites to be greeted so kindly from Elissa She went above and beyond to make us feel relieved, and helped us book a 3 night stay very last minute The hotel staff was wonderful and willing to help us feel welcome! The room was very clean and the stay was quiet and comfortable

Super friendly staff and excellent amenities They were really sweet and accomodating to us, especially my six-year old daughter We alsp loved making s’mores by the pool and the grilled pineapple! Clean rooms, loved the available toiletries if you forget anything, and thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast buffet and unlimited coffee refills! Also, what a great location to get to restaurants and the downtown Hyannis Main Street area

Water in shower was luke warm Upon telling the front desk the lady said it may not be as hot as you are used to at home, & maybe everyone is using the shower at the same time Unacceptable! My whole family had to take a shower twice in below warm water! This has Never happened at a Marriott hotel we’ve stayed at before and never got a response like this before either! Definitely not worth $360 night

Love this place! It’s always so clean and the staff is always helpful and they keep up with it impeccably It has everything you need right there The units we’ve stayed in have had full kitchens or kitchenettes with all the comforts of home
There’s plenty to do with a pool, beach, mini golf, shuffle board, kayaks and bikes There’s also a really cool sand tunnel and playground for the kids and swings on the beach Amazing sunsets I highly recommend!

My stay here at Green Harbor Resort was amazing My wife and I went to visit Cape Cod for our a weekend getaway, to celebrate our anniversary Our unit was a studio unit #42
It was like a hotel style AirBNB, but cleaner My wife and I loved the layout, and the proximity to the beachAt night, there’s a lit seating area facing the beach, right next to the sand, and it’s amazing and peaceful when the moon is out The staff is also very friendly, helpful and accommodatingThe only issue we had (which is why I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5) is, the room we were in #42, seemed to have a humidity issue When we arrived, we noticed all of the fabrics (towels, bedding, couch, etc) felt almost damp I wondered if they just washed them and smelled the items to see if there was a mildew smell but there was not However, while I was checking the place out and opened a drawer underneath the TV, there was a smell of mildew in that areaThe insulation of the unit is probably air tight, which is probably good in the winter, but makes it a moisture box in the summer They should invest in a dehumidifier unit to help with that Other than that, our stay was amazing

My boyfriend and I were looking for a weekend getaway this past Memorial Day 2022 After reading the great reviews we decided to give Green Harbor a try Best
Decision Ever! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area (the best clam chowder on the planet in Hyannis) and was always available to answer any questions we had during our stay We spent the weekend in the Cape Codder for Two, and it was spacious, incredibly well stocked and pristine The kitchenette allowed us to make homemade meals if we desired and was completely set with pots, pans, utensils, dishes and cookware Towels were replaced every day and we slept comfortably with plenty of room during our stay The grounds were picturesque, and our room was less than a minute stroll to the beach in Lewis Bay There was SO much to do on the resort, such as swimming in the pool, mini golfing, canoeing in the harbor, riding bikes around the bay and getting some sun on the beach Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation, and we will be making Green Harbor a part of our Memorial Day tradition from now on

We had an excellent stay here this weekend We had an oceanfront king and wow – truly oceanfront! Could walk right out to the beach The bed was very comfortable and while the room was a little dated, everything was functional
Food onsite was delicious, as were the bar drinks Resort staff was super friendly and helpful We will be back!

Family of 5:Pros:- Excellent location, close to just about everything, including Skippers, the best seafood meal I’ve ever had;- My kids loved the pool (they’re young and don’t know better);- All the staff were super friendly!Cons:- The price is not at all commensurate with the quality;- The bathtub did not drain;- My feet were dark after walking on the carpet in the room, which was very small;- The air conditioner was dusty and I could not adjust the thermostat;- The furnishings were old and out dated;- The room smelled and felt dirty;- The pool, while nice, was way too crowded and very dirtyOverall, for the $400/night we paid, I would not ever stay here again I would put it into an AirBNB

This place was a last minute booking on a weekday in order to extend our Cape vacation one more day We got lost trying to find it amongst the strand of RJ properties, but found it eventuallyThe room was clean but definitely dated and not a luxury resort by any means
Bed was okay, could be better could be worse Absolutely LOVED waking up and being able to walk right out of the room and onto the beach I got up early and slept on the chair by the beach and just listened to the waves, it was so peaceful By 9 am there were so many families with loud children I had to get up and leave It’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but just be warned! I can’t imagine how busy and crowded it gets on weekends/warmer summer days

Had a really great stay with my kids I love that you can use the amenities at the nearby RJ resorts as well We spent a week here with the only complaint being there was no microwave in the room
Staff was friendly, food was great, everything was clean, and it was not overcrowded Will stay again! Gabriel and Antonio(in Jonah’s pub) were awesome!

Excellent resort and very friendly staff Two pools, indoor and outdoor plus a private beachfront and beach chairs Overall a well maintained resort
Only negative is the very narrow parking spaces They just haven’t kept up with the times that cars are being made wider
Donna Troiano
I can’t rate the resort because I wasn’t able to stay They say it’s pet friendly, so I booked a great ocean front room I have official Emotional Service Support documents for my cat, but was told when I called to confirm, that they don’t honor them
Got charged a cancellation fee which I feel should be waived since they turned me away and lie about being pet friendly

First time to this area and we loved the hotel It was close to ferry, shops, restaurants and essentials The room was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, and enough space for 3 of us to place our luggage and still have ample room to move around
Shower had good pressure and shelving space We were on second floor and the small balcony gave a nice view of foliage and pond in the back Nice fire pit and seating area in back also Never had a problem parking there Would recommend this hotel

Highly recommend! Staff was very friendly and accommodating Room was very clean and comfortable! The beds and pillows were really nice We got a good night’s sleep on them
The inn seemed to be full while we were there, yet there was no bothersome noise at night The bathroom was spacious There was a little deck with a nice view We’ve gone to other nearby motels in the past but this one is by far the best! Will definitely come back here!

This is a wonderful place By far the best place I’ve stayed at on the Cape I’ve stayed at more expensive places that don’t come close to the amenities, friendliness of the staff, or the location of the Cape Sands Inn
The rooms are comfortable and clean There are many amenities: each room has a walkout patio on the first floor or a deck on the upper floor with wonderful views of the waterway; a relaxing outdoor area with a fire pit, Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, barbecue grill and bean bag game The room was very quiet and peaceful There was a coffee pot in the room with coffee, choices of tea and hot chocolate Also an iron and ironing board, and a good size refrigerator, and a dehumidifier They don’t serve breakfast but across the street is a wonderful place – I think it’s called Heavenly breakfast The food was delicious and reasonably priced The hotel’s indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub were clean and very relaxing Collette and the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful We enjoyed every minute we were there and I highly recommend this Inn and the location

Family of four had a great time Our room had a slider which opened up to a grassy area near which we could park our car which was super convenient The water park was great of course
Love that the arcade was open 24 hours Rooms were comfy and the air conditioner was surprisingly easy to manage and control, which oddly enough doesn’t happen a lot My only reason for downgrading from five stars on the room is that the bureaus were quite difficult to open and close and for four people staying in the room We could have used a lot more (and larger) towels and more hangers but overall it was fantastic

Very pleasantly surprised at how well run this establishment is Took my new wife here for our honeymoon because we are still kids at heart and very much enjoyed the water park and poolsPerfect location if you have kids, you’d never have to leave the hotel at all and can keep them busy all day
When we weren’t dodging kids or taking up space in the water slide, there are 2 restaurants and 3 locations to pick up food or drinks Alcohol available at all 3Pools close at 9pm and the restaurants around 9-10pm Once that is over, there is a 24/7 arcade, which has surprisingly a lot to do We spent our late night there, finishing a few drinks and having a great timePrices of food and the room are relatively high (drinks are what you’d expect), however, given how much there is to do I think it’s worth it We didn’t have to leave the property onceOf note, the staff of the restaurants are all adults The lifeguards ranged from older teenagers to young adults This didn’t bother us as we are adults, and shouldn’t bother you if you have kids because there isn’t a blind spot in the whole park The staff were very helpful and friendly They were also vigilant and would blow a whistle when the kids got rowdyGreat experience Will recommend to my friends and will probably be back in the future
Amareliz Lopez
We did not stay in the hotel but rather just bought water park passes for the day I must say that our children enjoyed hours of entertainment The bathrooms were not clean but the rest of the facility was awesome! The staff was great and very attentive
The snack shack was not open as it was a week day? But we were able to get food from the restaurant I would hold off on the clam chowder but the chicken strips were very good Pizza was good also but not cut into slices I do have to say that the big slides they are right for having a 45 inch height requirement but the small slides next to the wave pool should be available to kids smaller than 45 inches We would definitely go back and probably get a room Will review again on our next stay!!!

“The Chapter House” was an unknown gem to us We happened upon it and WOW, what a beautiful home away from home! The historical preservation of the home, along with the modern-day amenities, made “The Chapter House” a perfect get-away The grounds and the back patio offered a tranquil setting after a busy day on the Cape
Daily breakfast included bakery pastries, yogurt parfaits, fresh coffee and a variety of fresh juices Hospitality was in abundance as Jim (Manager) made sure our stay was perfect, along with the other hospitality staff I could go on, but experiencing “The Chapter House”, first-hand, is a must!
Sven Wolpert
We found the staff to be lovely and helpful, and the room and facilities very quaint, however we were disappointed with a few aspects of the room that we feel are very important:1) The hotel needs better noise isolation and heavier doors to keep sound out Every time a neighbouring room opened and closed its door, it slammed loudly and kept us awake If you are a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you
2) Room service is not done daily and we were not sufficiently warned in advance We walked into our rooms to find no towels had been changed, beds weren’t made, etc We referred to the letter left for us in the room and noted that this hotel asks for minimum 24 hours advance notice if guests want their room cleaned3) Air conditioning shut off due to a loss of power at night, and it was around 90F at the time, and the continental breakfast pastries are nice but the room cost does warrant a fuller breakfast offeringOverall, these shortcomings are not acceptable for the price of the rooms
Renee Trafford
This place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming My husband and I were in much need of a relaxing, kid-free night away together, and the Chapter House was the perfect place It definitely has that old New England charm we were hoping for
Upon arrival we were greeted by the manager, who told us our room had been upgraded What a wonderful surprise! He then gave us a tour and showed us to our room in the main house, which was everything we had hoped for and more – very spacious, clean and comfortable There was even a bottle of wine and some chocolates, which my husband had requested He told us if we needed anything, to just text him Breakfast the next morning was a delicious selection of baked goods, fruit and yogurt parfaits, as well as coffee and juice, and we enjoyed eating in the sunroom overlooking the beautiful, sprawling yard My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer, but we are hoping to go back another year I highly recommend considering the Chapter House for a romantic getaway Very nice place to stay

Water park was great for a relaxing day with the kids Inflatable park was good too I wouldn’t come here just for the inflatable park but my kids did have fun for an hour or so
We tried out the outdoor pool at the main hotel and it was clean but looked about 200 years old There was cement from them attempting to make repairs everywhere Just very trashy Water was clean but pool just felt gross because it was cosmetically destroyedwe were at the family rooms which were a block down there not It’s four or five There was no explanation of anything when we checked in Here’s your key That was it We walked around and quickly realized the pool here had no water in it So we would have to use an indoor pool or go to the other hotel?!? we reached our room shortly after and realized there was squished bugs all along the ceiling and spiders EVERYWHERE The mirror above the bed was covered in spider webs The floor was clean but spiders in every corner and squished bugs everywhere Old food in the wall next to the trash can 🤮 I did notify the front desk and they initially told me that house keeping leaves at 3 and there was nothing they can do And then another person popped their head in and said she would contact the manager Well here it is 10:00 and my girls are petrified to go to sleep and NOTHING has been doneLet me just say I did read reviews but there was some good ones so I thought we would give it a try I’m not one to turn something down because of a couple bad reviews but do yourself a favor and avoid staying at the hotel Get day passes to the parks and stay somewhere else this is disgusting and the fact that they did absolutely nothing is unacceptable
J Buyce
The park was nice and the office staff during check in and check out were friendly and helpful but the staff at the park were less then pleasant and the prices are a bit high 3 nights with park passes for 5 people cost $1400 There is no shade unless you want to spend a couple hundred dollars or more to “Rent” a “Cabana”
Our rooms where in another building up the street several hundred yards from the park and main office Our 7 yr old was trying to step up into a bounce house and the staff member said “Go” with an attitude When my wife went up to the window to get slushie drinks a couple staff members were talking and ignored her She went to another window to order drinks and was charged for items she didn’t order Cost $20 for 4 slush drinks that are only $4 a piece Hard to understand what they were saying but she heard them say something about a water which she didn’t order or receive but was charged for one While walking from my truck to our room a staff member in a pickup truck accelerated right Toward me as I was walking across the parking lot as if he was trying to hit me
EPOC 16
The water park was mostly good but it seems like many of the lifeguards have zero care about safety and just stand there while kids do unsafe things 1 of the 2 inflatable water slides were shut down The dry inflatable park was interesting but many of them were very worn out
The velcro wall needs to be replaced Its so worn that the kids couldnt even stick to it at allThe arcade there is small Mostly just ticket games and very few proper arcade games In fact, the only ones were a couple generic racing gamesThe rooms the family rooms basically do the bare minimum If that 1 side table between 2 of the 3 beds So 4 of the 6 people just dont get a side table No lights next to the end bed eitherThe window at night is like a spotlight that lights up the entire room to an annoying amount No curtains and light just goes right through the shades The shades look nice but do nothing to block the really bright lights outside Not a bad thing to have bright lights outside but this picture was taken with a cell phone with all internal lights off and cell phones are notoriously bad at low light pictures without night mode on The picture does not do it justice with how bright it was Then there was clearly water damage at some point and the paint, while not ripped has created a somewhat air bubble in the ceilingThe breakfast why even advertise it? Cereal, bagles, coffee and make yourself waffles
