We stayed at this property while in the Tampa area for a golf weekend What a tremendous staff balancing a bunch of adult golfers and twice as many soccer families Breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful

Bar staff, very friendly and fun Pool area is separated from an outdoor patio, so adults can enjoy the great outdoors without being splashed, while families enjoyed themselves as well Overall, an easy hotel to get to, lots of restaurants nearby Accommodations very comfortable and spacious

This was my first time staying at this hotel Overall, the lobby area was really clean and newThe room was really impressive, starting with the large couch, comfy bed and nice clean bathroom

The reason I provided your location with 2/5 stars was my experience with some of the employees Check out is at 12pm To constantly have housekeeping knock at my door every couple minutes after around 11am is annoying and frustrating That lasthour I shouldn’t be bothered by housekeeping Checkout isn’t until 12pm Then, I go to checkout and the lady is sitting on the phone not even acknowledging me as a guest I wanted to charge my snack to my room then simply checkout and go I had absolutely no interaction with the front desk agent It’s disappointing to see that over the phone guests matter more than the paying guest standing in-front of you After this experience with the employees, I don’t know if I will return back to this hotel

Terra T.

Great place to stay I was happy with it, it’s not a full service Marriot but has continental breakfast It has a pool and 24 hour gym

The bed was very comfortable It included a little bar area with sink, microwave and really cold fridge The only thing I didn’t like was the shower curtain was too short and water got all over the place

Loved the breakfast bar in the morning!! Check in was a bit of an unexpected experience We checked in on time actually a little bit later than we originally anticipated when we got there our room wasn’t ready However, our other party’s room was ready so we asked if we could go up and wait with them

Easy enough right? Well we guessed wrong the manager began to gave us a hard time about this request, demanding that under no circumstances do we speak to the housekeeping because she did not want housekeeping to feel pressured to go faster This was not our intentions at all, but when we got upstairs we realized that housekeeping wasn’t even clean our rooms they in fact had been finished cleaning my room earlier that day? (We knew that this was our room as we were getting a room right next to our friends who also whose room was initially ready) it was just odd? When we went downstairs to get the key to our room the manager gave us an attitude for finding out our room was ready she just was unprepared As for our room, it was clean and nicel really like that instead of giving you disposable shampoos and conditioners they have in a reusable pump bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and they also give you a small bar of Dove soap Personally I think all hotels should adopt this concept to help reduce plastic waste!!

Great Value! It’s kept nice and clean Plus it has all one needs to make a good trip Service is fantastic, Dominica was so nice and extremely considerate! Also Jen was super nice too!! Really great staff, and definitely enjoying my stay

If you are looking for a perfect room, well you can find other options but I will say the value is definitely here, others you will pay a lot extra for not that much more

Lauren Miller

Great experience from check in to check out The front desk staff was very friendly The room was clean

The bed was comfortable I liked the fact that they have black out shades which kept the room really dark in the morning The hot tub and pool were clean Everything was fresh at the breakfast buffet I would definitely stay there again Highly recommended

Doug and Barbara Wagner

We’ve lived in Florida for many years and haven’t done much exploring on the West coast This year, my wife gave me a weekend away for my birthday, so we decided on Tarpon Springs Since we love historic Bed and Breakfast destinations, and the 1910 Inn came up during our search for a place to stay, it seemed the perfect choice

We were not wrong What a great weekend We were the only ones staying and had the whole house to ourselves While we enjoy making new friends, this was a first We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the incredible antique collection The grand piano was a special treat for me to play Annie is the perfect host Barbara and I were debating on who was more excited when we arrived – us or Annie! Great recommendations from her for sites to see and places to eat Seems everyone in Tarpon Springs knows Annie Definitely on the list of places to revisit

Edward Campbell

We had a great stay, Annie was wonderful! The only time we saw her was to pay and get our key, we basically had the whole house to ourselves She also sent messages with great suggestions for things to do and restaurants to try Within 3 blocks of all the bars and restaurants, didn’t have to use our car all weekend

We highly recommend this historic Inn for your stay in Tarpon Springs!!! The nearby motels looked a little dated and not so clean Will definitely stay there again if we hit Tarpon Springs in the future!!!

This is actually my favorite place to go ever! We live in Homosassa where there is a ton of fresh seafood places but we always make our way down to Hudson to eat here… Today it was no different, we had great service as usual Dominique was fabulous! The food was fresh and there was not one thing to complain about I had the seafood platter with the flounder scallops and shrimp and fresh vegetables and I chose the orzo soup over a salad and that chicken orzo soup was amazing! My husband had A ginormous fried grouper sandwich and steak fries which were so perfectly cooked We love this place, do your self a favor and go already!!!

I had the pleasure of being checked in by Anthony who is personable, courteous, and professional He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable before committing to the hotel I appreciate that

I later had an opportunity to meet Janine who was kind, accommodating, and a blessing to talk withFinally, the complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had – they offered a true American breakfast, real juice, quality coffee, and honey for my teaBetween my experience as a whole, the location, and the pricing – I would highly recommend staying here

Peyton Hubble

Great experience here We’re had made a previous booking at a different location, a house through bookingcom, but upon arrival their door lock had died and we were not able to get in

We had flown in that day, drove a couple of hours, and it was like 10 at night when we were arriving I had my 18 month old who just really needed a bed to sleep so I booked this last minute Great experience Front desk guy was personable, funny and accommodating, which for a severely stressed momma meant the world Then didn’t expect the great breakfast the next morning, one of the best breakfasts I have had at a hotel in many years The morning workers were excellent as well, very very nice and I just fell in love Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area!

Ronald Glover

I really enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn the hotel was clean the staff was friendly and forthcoming the breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel in a very long time

A lot of hotels have used the pandemic as a reason to scale back the amenities and services they provide, this hotel remembers what taking care of guests is really about I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Pasco county

Was the most beautiful , clean, attention to detail property I have ever been on!!!It was not only 5 star, first class resort…Captain and his bride were so friendly…

I could not have asked for a nicer place! Was our honeymoon!I’ve been in hospitality for over 45 years!!!! The best!!!!👍👍👍👍👍

Michael Elwood

Have stayed here multiple times past few yrs always enjoyed itThis time however from arriving and waiting almost an hr for someone to give us our room key (they were busy cleaning another room I guess) to no one available in the office several times,to not getting our deposit back from a pontoon we were not able to use because of the weather, this place seems to have slipped backwards unfortunately, should have stayed quaint and personable instead of expanding to other properties, which is where I believe all their attention goes now,SAD!

Ella Spence

Hernando Beach Motel was an experience to stay It was like taking a step back into the past Our room was comfortable and had a small kitchen that came completely stocked with pots and pans so we could cook an amazing dinner too share while we watched the sun set

The staff was very helpful and friendly They also live on site and take care of the motel as their home It’s definately on my list to visit again

Stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and it didn’t disappoint me at all Place is clean, breakfast is decent (I make my own egg and cheese burrito, maybe they can add sour cream next time), love the fireplace at night to keep you warm, reception is very friendly except for one Would be nice if a certain receptionist understands the hospitality work she’s in, a receptionist is the first person that greets you very time you drop by the front desk

She seems to be not happy with her job Asked her if she’s okay one day as she’s got this long face all the time and her response is she’s tired Aren’t we all? I like approaching Jessica and Karen as they always have that welcoming smile on their faces and interacts with the guests when needed, highly commendable Julie their manager is phenomenal I can’t count how many I asked her to change the way my billing is done and she did with patience Would I go back to this place again or recommend it to friends and families? ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY!

kevin drako

Great experience a newer property, solid friendly service, however it was the properties breakfast that won me over The people working the breakfast area always smiling, always offering to help, made me smile to start my day Breakfast choices were excellent and in an age where many places using covid as the reason they cut back, this was one of the best

I enjoyed my breakfast Well done!

Jason PDSI

Was there for two nights last weekend for a fan fest Blown away by the cleanliness and friendly staff Room was EXQUISITE

I’ve never stayed in a room with a full kitchen before, including fridge, oven, and DISHWASHER As you can tell, I don’t travel much, and even when I do, I usually stay at a cheaper motel Continentalbreakfast was biscuits and gravy, eggs, and delicious breakfast sandwiches, as well as oatmeal, bagels, etc Giving it the Dave Meltzer Kenny Omega In The Egg Dome SEVEN STARS

Stayed here the night before and night of my wedding 90% of my out of town guests stayed here as well The hotel was clean and welcoming, the room was more than spacious enough for 7 women to get ready in as well as 7 men to get ready in the room down the hallway

Breakfast was not bad for a complimentary meal Parking was ample and safety was no concern given the area can be a little shady at times My only complaint is that I wanted a king suite for obvious reasons, was given a double queen room this was my fault as I utilized a third party booking site Once arrived, Kevin the front desk concierge tried to accommodate given it was my wedding weekend and I was getting married at the Spartan Manor, unfortunately the rooms were all booked so I appreciated his efforts and kept the party moving the walls are thick as well, we never heard people in the rooms next to us nor did anyone complain about my room which at times did get quite loud Regardless, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, given the price, quality and area you really can’t beat it PS the fluffy stray cats were an added bonus as well!

Alicia Marie Reed

Great stay! Employees were all super nice! Hotel was very clean and neat and we had everything we needed plus some The kids had the best time in the heated pool This is literally our favorite spot! The little apartment set up of these rooms is perfect for out little family

We had an issue with the digital key’s but give me another time or two and I’ll get it figured out!

LaceyL0421

Hotel was reasonably priced and clean Sam and Christopher at the front desk were kind, welcoming and professional Sam recommended a great place for Chinese take-out & The River Rum Bar had great food and scenery

I wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews about the side of town this is located-if you are reading his please read all of those reviews Requested housekeeping (Sam asked them in front of me) for fresh towels and they never showedPeople who are not staying at the hotel also use the pool & BBQ areas I’m not sure if you can rent space or what the deal isGreat breakfast

We usually stay at Comfort Inn but decided to “up our game” on this trip The problem started when we arrived They were resealing the asphalt parking lot so a lot of it was blocked off and what few places were left was taken by cars and trucks parking sideways across multiple parking spaces and still others were blocked by orange cones

The second night, the desk attendant told my daughter to park far away in a dark parking lot Didn’t care about the cars parked sideways Didn’t show any compassion to the situation at all I moved a cone and took a spotThe room was decent The window gave us a great view of the roof of part of the lower building and side of another part of the building The beds, in my opinion, were not as comfortable as the other hotels I mentioned The A/C worked great The room was cool when we entered and it got cooler very fast The thermostat had some blown LCD’s but you can tell the temperature well enoughThe ice machine is right beside the elevatorOne curious thing was that the trash bags were just laid across one lip if the trashcans (bathroom and bedroom cans) I mean, even Motel 6 puts the open bags in the cans so they can be used and trash taken out easily, but these trashcans had the new, unopened bags just draped over one rim Do they expect me to pay more for a room and also open the bags myself? That isn’t going to happenThe bathroom had a hanging “barn door” which was cool The handle to the tub felt loose I thought it could fall off but it didn’t The water pressure was great Good hot water But there was a small sulphur smell to the water This could be a Florida thing because the water at my in-laws smells and tastes the same so can’t hold that against HiltonMy daughter purchased breakfast with the room NO FREE BREAKFAST? Even Quality Inn has free breakfast But at least the breakfast here is real eggs which was nice You can order specially cooked eggs (omelets, over easy, etc) Browned potatoes, bacon, sausages, bagels, muffins, juices (apple, orange, pink grapefruit) I didn’t look at what else was offered And even though the meal was part of the room deal, when we asked for the omelets, we were brought a bill It had “complementary” written across it But 2 omelets was $28? I know it was for the omelets because the second morning we just had the buffet But apparently the bill was brought for a tipI think I’ll stick with my favorite hotels from now on With the parking problem and the lack of concern from the desk clerk and the weird thing with the trash bags, it soured me on “fancier” hotels I’m sorry if the management doesn’t like this review, but this was our stay Don’t like not getting rave reviews, fix the problems mentioned

Family is the word that describes this wonderful hotel Been here on a family emergency this folks has been so helpful showing us how to get around and giving us a ride when we needed During breakfast the young lady name barbie really took good care of of and very knowledgeable about the area and pointed us to right direction as well as taking goodcare of us During breakfast

ask for barbie she’s a peach what a wonderful person Thank you barbie 😊

Christine Wilkins

This was a staycation to visit family and this hotel deserves more than 5 stars The pictures don’t give it justice Our room was thoroughly cleaned and I liked that even the remote was sealed with plastic post pandemic

And the receptionist Agnus (something along those lines) was one of the best receptionist I’ve encountered From greeting as soon as we walked in and from making sure we were ok each time we crossed paths And the breakfast was really good buffet style but wish it was free breakfast but 1294 per person isn’t bad either

My daughter’s family and I met our long time friends in the hotel lobby and enjoyed our visit thoroughly! The lobby’s space has been utilized wonderfully as it offers, on the left, 24hr self-serve coffee and a “mini store” with snacks and sundries you may have forgotten to pack In addition, on the right, guests may choose to eat their breakfast at the 12-14 foot dining table or at the smaller tables Up along the side wall, comfy benches/sofas have been set up so that guests may visit and relax

My stay was from 16-20 Apr 2022 Great location, many restaurants and stores within walking distance Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service especially “Jen”

I did not have room service for my four day stay despite asking a maid two times to clean my room The room was small, pillows were flat and the mattress was very hard No in-room microwave or safe Computers and printer in common area where inoperable and according to the staff had been that way for some timeThe hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room Would not recommend this hotel

We had a great stay at Ashley’s Victorian Haven B&B!My fiancé and myself stayed in the private cottage It is a great space, it’s best features are private kitchen, comfortable bed, and huge shower with double heads Barbara is a great host, with fresh coffee @ 7 and a made from scratch breakfast at 9

Our first morning she prepared a beautiful Quiche, and the second morning melt in your mouth French Toast😋 It was always accompanied by fresh fruit, and Florida orange juice The location is very safe (behind city clerk office) I left the window of my vehicle completely down throughout the night accidentally😔, with no valuables disturbed😃 It is a great location, with only a short walk or drive to all historic Tarpon Springs has to offer We met some great new friends who were also staying at the B&B All around can’t say enough good things about this place Thanks again Barbara, we’ll be back!

My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found Blue Bayou Mary Beth is a fantastic host and an even greater person She is warm, funny, friendly and so accommodating

Her inn is beyond beautiful and you can see it’s transformation was a labor of love Mary Beth was so kind as to let us upgrade to a king bed room since the circumstances permitted it I can’t say enough about how much we loved our experience at Blue Bayou In addition, the inn is super close to everything in Tarpon Springs, including town and the sponge docks Thank you Mary Beth for a wonderful stay at Blue Bayou!

Blue Bayou Inn is a must if you are visiting Tarpon Springs This forever will be the place we stay when visiting the area! Our host Mary Beth was pure joy, and made everything thing so effortless not to mention she made a mean croissant breakfast while we were there! We had stayed here on a vacation , booking room was very easy The staff here was very nice and answered all questions we had with no problem, the room was great and clean The cleaning staff was very nice as well, plus the location was good for the area , I would recommend this place to stay if you are near or in spring hill Florida

I will stay here again if I’m in the area They also have a pool and it was very clean it was so clean you could see the bottom very well, so if you are stay near this place you need to stay here very nice The complentrie breakfast was good it is enough to start your day out

Very nice, clean, updated rooms The standard room with a queen sized bed reminded me of a stateroom on a cruise ship with its small size, but was enough for my wife and I We stayed here for 2 nights because we were visiting Weeki Wachee Springs

For the price, stay here instead of Quality Inn up the road Great micro hotel by Wyndham Other big hotel names should do the same thing in making a smaller version of their big hotels

We stayed here our 4th night on the road and let me just say it This place was exceptional Very clean

Even the fitness center was beautifully maintained The breakfast was better than a restaurant Piping hot and tasty The woman in charge of the whole dining experience was very friendly but not at all invasive She was treated everyone like she was happy they chose to be there We would stay here again I thought I had taken pictures but I guess I didn’t

We can’t recommend this hotel They cancelled our reservations the morning of our arrival

right as we were in the middle of a 12 hour drive to stay with them We had no other options in the area and had to sleep with some friends on their couch Their reasoning for the cancellation they said our booking on Expedia was not a guarantee as we needed 2 beds and a pull-out sofa for my son They said that was a “request” The room was paid for and for all we knew we were set I’ve never had a hotel do this to us before If you booked with them directly you may be fine If you use a third-party website I’d avoid this place You are not a priority

Hotel is clean and everything and have amenities, but the hours are so limited on the pool, it makes it hard to enjoy and of them, especially if you are only staying one night Check in isn’t until 4pm, leaving you 15 hours to swim when the sun sets at 5:30

Or 3 hours if the sun sets at 7 It’s just not accommodating at all Then they tell you (rudely) that you can hang out at the fire pits as long as you don’t “make any noise” Those were the exact words of three person at the front desk We are already dreading our stay and it hasn’t even started yet

We really enjoyed our stay The bathrooms were clean and updated I agreed with another camper that the men’s room could use another stool with the size of the campground

We didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and a lot of people were enjoying it There are a lot of planned activities, a nice library, laundry mat and shuffleboard courts When in the area we’ll return The site we were in could use some gravel over the sand, but we were able to level
