What a find! This gorgeous upscale hotel boasts an incredible (free!) eclectic museum, open to the public This large collection of art, rivals all the museums in town The bar area is unique with an art installation of bees and honeycombs

I was drawn to the exterior of the building with it’s bright green penguins on top, and multiple art installations outside Whether you are lucky enough to be staying at 21C or just visiting the museum or bar, it’s a can’t miss destination Handicap accessible

I love the concept of the hotel; a combined modern-feeling hotel that’s also an art gallery However, the night we stayed there, it happened to be extremely high-priced, even given what the prices seem to typically be (Perhaps it was prom night?) The room was small but clean

There were not many extras-no fridge, no mini-bar, nor very many high-end bath products There was only limited room service and the hotel store had almost nothing available (all at ridiculously overpriced amounts) Even though it was a weekend night, everything closed early The staff was very courteous and I liked the style of the lobby and room very much The hotel has a nice comfortable fitness room, accesible 24-7, but no pool I think the hotel’s strength is its art combined with its location It is within easy walking distance to Compton Gardens and Crystal Bridges art museum and hiking trails, as well as downtown Bentonville/Bentonville Square Having all these things so easily accessible strengthens the art gallery theme of the hotel One can continue to the museum as part of a unified experience and the hotel is close to many good restaurants that are more reasonably priced than The HiveIt’s dog friendly and the rooms are stylish, but we got a Luxury King and though the space was used well, it felt very small It didn’t have any appealing view Nor did it have many features (other than the art work,) one couldn’t find at a standard motel I think if the features in the room could be improved, it would make the price more justifiable I would like to see higher bed and bath products and more bath products in general, more electronic plugs and features, amenities both in the room and in the hotel itself Perhaps some complimentary snacks in the room, a better TV/streaming/cable/movie system, a few extra features to help one sleep, like eye masks or special music, all those little extra things that most hotels in this price range includeThe restaurant in the hotel, the Hive, was very overpriced, even with the comp that the hotel provided, $18 off for each guest I was very disappointed given the reputation of the chef The food was heavy and not very good The wait service in the restaurant wasn’t excellent either There were limited options to choose from both in terms of food and non-alcoholic drinksAlso, check in wasn’t until 4 pm, and check out was 11 am, so I just didn’t feel I got my money’s worth That said, it was an overall positive experience, especially due to the art work, location and courtesy of the staff I think a few minor improvements on the hotel’s end would help justify the price (We paid almost $400 for a Luxury King, for two people, on a weekend night It is possible the prices may have been due to another event going on or that we booked relatively late, but the standard prices seem a bit too steep for what the hotel is currently offering) And while Bentonville is definitely developing, it’s no metropolitan international city, at least not yet For a hotel to justify charging that much, it had to offer just a bit more(Primary artwork was by Wim Botha when we stayed in April)

The property is becoming a bit older but it is clean and the staff at the front desk is wonderful! We had a fluke issue with a toilet and in less than 5 minutes the night manager brought keys to a new room to our door The hotel is in a convenient location to many fun and hip areas in Bentonville as well as being next to a cool park with hiking trails It sits just far enough off a couple of main highways to be convenient but it is so quiet that you feel like you are in the country!

Not the best Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed at Front desk check is not the friendliest The restaurant is kind of weird just right in the middle of the lobby

Pool was ice cold not sure what was going on with thatClean rooms good location if going to the AMPA little add on Talked to the hotel last night 7/4/22 about the $50 dollar CC hold still showing 4 days later on card for 3 rooms I was told by a very nice lady that it was put on my card wrong and they would have to fix it I was told I would receive a call this AM 7/5 did notCalled the hotel again and a nice guy on the phone said It will take 5 DaysI ask for the voice mail of the manager and he transferred me to a full mail boxNot the Hilton I used to knowWant to be fair – it looks like the hold issues have been fixed

I made a reservation in December for a late April stay Two days before my stay was to start I received a phone call from one of the managers Without bothering to identify herself she informed me that she had “good news and bad news” and asked which one I would like first

After being asked to identify herself, she told me she was with the hotel, that they were overbooked, and that she could probably move my reservation to the nearby Homewood SuitesI had several questions along the lines of why, how much, the differences in the properties and locations and she could answer none of them She told me that she would check on it and call me backWithin minutes of hanging up, I received an email from Homewood suites with my new reservation details The price of the new two night stay was almost double my original Hilton quote The Hilton manager, without my agreement, moved me to the other hotel and provided my personal details, including credit card info to that propertyI called the Hilton manager back and stated my displeasure with her actions I asked why I was being moved after making reservations more than 4 months in advance I asked her if all of the reservations made for that weekend, that were not being moved, had been made before me She became very flippant and short and basically said that I would “be surprised” She did not provide an explanation for why my reservation was not being honoredI was in Rogers that weekend for a concert in Fayetteville I believe that I booked my room early, before the property realized it could charge more for that weekend, and I was displaced so that they could accommodate a later reservation at a higher rate I specifically asked this question and it was not answeredAt the end of the day, the manager agreed to pay the difference between the originally booked rate and the new rate at the Homewood Suites and the Homewood Suites was a good stayThe manager at the Hilton was unprofessional, canceled my reservation for no valid reason, and divulged my personal information without my consent Do yourself a favor and go stay at the Homewood Suites – they’ll probably move you there anyway

New property really pretty Front desk staff friendly EXCEPT manager I believe his name started with a J

My company booked this travel stay for me like usual and we had an issue with authorization which was fixed rather quickly on my end The company asked to speak with manager he came out didn’t greet me AT ALL just stared at me I put the phone on speak phone so that we can work together to resolve issue manager never said hello or anything he just stood there If it wasn’t for another agent calling and talking to a more “alive” and friendly staff member at the same time i wouldn’t have gotten into my room in a timely manner to prepare for my program Even though they gave information for authorizing credit card on file the manager still instructed staff member to charge me incidentals (It was a one-night stay) I loved the layout of the room and slept well except for this mark on the bed which looked like a burn or a really bad stain

Long drive from Chicago to Rogers, AR but we made it at 5:30 AMJames check us in and even tried to give us comp for our room since we missed a day Staff are super friendly

Hotel is pretty new Clean rooms and well organized Big hands to James even the GM did not approve the comp Thank you James for making our first visit to AR enjoyable 5 Stars!

Pete Lenz

Newer construction, hotel spaces and rooms are contemporary Rooms quite large Little interaction with staff and no housekeeping service (due to Covid) so no comment

However front desk staff all seemed to dress inappropriately casual The beds are awful! Some sort of memory foam, there is no way to lay down without the bed feeling like it’s an old sagging bed Will not stay here again though I expect to be back in this area multiple times in the coming year

Stayed here overnight while attending a concert at the Walmart AMP There’s likely not a cleaner, friendlier or more efficient place between there and the AMP – in fact, we could see it from our room Free breakfast was great as well, well stocked and fresh

Nothing critical to say about this place I traveled for work for many years and I have to say, this is the BEST Holiday Inn I’ve started at Would stay again & recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Greg Davis

If you HAVE to stay at a holiday inn stay at the one on Walton It’s significantly better and likely cheaper I hope it’s not the same owner as it would inadvertently award horrible management

The one actually in BentonvilleThe gym here is horrendous 3 of the 5 piece s of equipment are broke and at best are home type – not meant to withstand widespread useThe fixtures (chairs, lights, couches) in the room are decrepit I’ll add pictures momentarilyTickets for breakfast are lameBack to the gym – equipment despite acknowledgement by staff over several months hasn’t been addressed Traveling weekly across the country it’s the second worst I’ve ever seenHeavy traffic so you can’t safely walk anywhereTwice my key card didn’t work No it wasn’t by a magnetThe carpet is repulsive and quite frankly an injury and lawsuit concert as it has 2-3 inch bumps all over

If you are looking for a clean, spacious, quiet experience in the Bentonville area, this is a great one! The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the breakfast amazing! I have four teenage boys who were with me and they were all full when we left the breakfast bar But they have choices of waffles, cereals, eggs, biscuits and gravy, donuts and pastries, juices, milk and all were plentiful and well stockedThe pool was open and was enjoyable both in temperature and noise levels

Great place to stay, I’m sure we will do it again

Sydney Archuleta

I have a lot of mix emotions The place was super clean and the bed was amazing We slept so well and really wanted to stay another night

However we stayed at the hotel only for a pool and hot tube but we feel it was a waste of our money There was two boys who had set up computers in the pool area and was playing music super load and singing into microphones and then playing it over and over, other guests was drinking in the pool area and playing there music as load as it could go I some of the staff acted like high school children It it clearly not being ran by professionals and felt like we was in a party college area or a ghetto area mixed Sadly we had to leave the pool area because some young men decided to swim in nothing and my 7 year old was in the pool I was very disappointed that it is so clean, and comfortable but it felt cheap, not well managed and trashy It appears that the staff is living there and are adding to the quilty of the place being less than

I first visited the Comfort Inn Bentonville off exit 88A back in January I was here for 2 weeks, and I had a wonderful experience So much so that when my life imploded due to a divorce, I called them from Washington state and made a plea for help relocating

Not only did the hotel manager show me compassion, but the entire staff wrapped their arms around me once I arrived I made it out here in 2 days and I had a sophisticated plan for work and living The staff, from laundry all the way to management, has been the single most valuable resource around They’ve not only provided me with suggestions to assist me in my success, more importantly they have encouraged me in my pursuit of a new start I cannot say enough about this hotel and it’s staff I will be forever grateful once my journey ends in balance Thank you so much You all know who you are If you need a place to stay in Bentonville Arkansas, make this hotel you’re very first call And oh yeah, the accomations are unparalleled That is no exaggeration

Nice hotel, very friendly staff and a great breakfast Buffett style or have something made up for you washed down with a cup of fresh coffee Excellent fire pit out back for relaxing in the evening

Well equipped gym Rooms are comfortable and very clean Common areas are well maintained Despite being close to some main road intersections rooms are surprisingly quiet

H Loso and S Chimner

No frills hotel No service in rooms still, yet I’m not sure why Exercise room is pretty good, little bit of everything

Water pressure in room was low, snack shop doesn’t sell much of anything so hit a Walmart neighborhood market before your stay It was fine for a few days, but I likely won’t return and certainly skylight stay there for a week or more Need to up their game considering price of the rooms Need and being we’re super comfortable and i couldn’t hear my neighbors Garbage truck picks up dumpsters on Mondays at 4-5am, blech Lots of construction in that area right now Pretty good location for dining options and a short drive to downtown Bentonville

Eric Pertile

I’m amazed that this hotel has such high reviews I’m assuming they must room everyone on the opposite side of the hotel that I stayed on? It literally sounds like my window is open and I am on the highway Every motorcycle, loud truck, or Honda Civic with pipes must reside directly outside this hotel

You can literally hear everything! I would not recommendI’ve been traveling for work and recreation for over 30 years and have never experienced a room this loud before I don’t understand with all the reviews this is not stated at the top of the list?Front desk was no help Just said we’re oversold Then hung up on me No response

We’ve stayed here many times in the past so we expected it to be solid The room was just average, nothing special at all The breakfast is billed as the “best hotel breakfast in town” but even though they say it runs to 10am on Sunday, they don’t replenish anything after about 9, so there was basically nothing left to eat when we got there at 9:30, and the attendant refused to put anything else out

Their canteen hasn’t been stocked in a while so there was no bottled water to buy We won’t be staying here again Don’t waste your money

Darian Collier

Do not create a hotel block here – they will not follow the contract and hold rooms as long as they tell you them will Very unprofessional staffingI had a hotel block contract with them that was made September 2021 for my April 2022 wedding

About four months before my wedding, guests were trying to call to reserve their rooms from the block The hotel had lost the info for the hotel block I had to reset everything up I should have taken this as a sign to find a different hotelThey created a new contract for the hotel block that said they were going to hold my hotel block until April 7, 2022 Meaning guests had until that day to call for their rooms – that the hotel was to hold these rooms until that dateWell early March I had a couple guests try to call to get their rooms and they were told the hotel had already released the rooms and they would have to pay a new rateThe rate they gave kept changing to be higher and higher just because Garth Brooks was also playing that weekend They wanted more money because they knew people would pay to stay to see Garth Brooks Every time a guest called, they would be told a different, higher priceThe manager kept dodging our calls and would not make right to the contract THEIR hotel created for my wedding hotel block Because of this, I had family that could not attend my weddingWould not recommend booking here if it is an important stay

We went in to rent a room from Best Western on Saturday August 20th ,we were looking forward to a little down time in the pool the sign outside was lit saying they had pool and spa ,We got inside I gave the young lady my name, She asked for my card , I gave the lady my card she run the card , this was a debit not credit card, as the lady is taking care of this process off checking us in I asked her where the pool was and she informed me that the pool is down at this point and time , I had not signed any paperwork of any kind I let her know if the pool is down I was going to just go ahead and go to another hotel with a pool , The paperwork that she had placed in front of me I wrote Void on it and had never signed it , she informed me that she had already ran my card and couldn’t stop the transaction until her night manager came in around 12 and he would get it back in my account by Sunday morning , The young lady at the desk said that I would have it back because it would be voided and wouldn’t pulled it out if I was not renting the room , so here I am Monday and now I am being told I will not get my money back until Friday, so they being Best Western is able to automatically take my money and have it immediately without any signature on paper, which means they have no authorization from me to run that card , The paperwork that young lady put in front of me to get me to authorize the card I wrote void on it and she still authorized my card , so now it will be Friday which will be seven days before I get my money back, best Western is trying to tell me that it all depends on how long it will take my bank to give it back to me, but my bank is very good about giving me my money back immediately and they have done so in the past on different things I have ordered that were not in stock, it is my bank policy to immediately put money back in my bank as soon as it’s returned …… Best Western is riding on my $114 for seven days without me getting any interest for them using my Money… I will not be staying at the best Western anymore just lost a loyal customer by being very and loyal

Very nice room, clean, and would be a good place to stay for a while Except! That bed was only slightly softer than your average table Also, I didn’t like that the bathroom light switch is outside the actual bathroom, meaning if you have to go in there in the middle of the night, you are going to flood the sleeping area with light when you turn on the light

But the free breakfast was much better than those usually are, and while I didn’t partake, I saw that the small sundries store by the front desk had a good variety, and they offer several yard games (croquet, beanbag toss, etc) which would be great if you needed to entertain some young ones for a bit (not sure if those cost extra, though)

Kimberly Trell

Check in was very quick , we all were greeted with a smile and our questions were promptly answered The room was clean and they had cleaning wipe stations within the hotel areas They offered board games for free, which the kids loved

Very spacious room and comfy beds The outdoor patio space was really nice, and the landscaping was well kept Friendly and professional staff

Curt McDonald

The hot water in the shower did not work, even though I had hot water in the other faucets in the room I notified the staff Monday morning, and Tuesday morning I didn’t bother notifying the staff Wednesday morning as I was checking out

As a frequent business traveler, I’ve encountered this before Every other hotel was able to address it same day

Room smelled like someone chain smoked a carton of cheap cigarettes right before I checked in After my shower I was walking around the room barefoot and the bottoms of my feet turned black German cockroaches in the kitchen when you turned the light on in the morning

Staff was excellent and helpful It’s just an old facility but they could do with a good steam cleaning of all the carpets and an exterminator Laundry is free which is awesome Only 2 dryers work but it’s free so no complaints Had late checkout but 11 had housekeeping banging on the door Full sized fridge Bed and pillows were very comfortable No bed bugs I checked Food for sale at front desk very expensive

Omy Ramirez

We spent a weekend getaway and the room was super clean The bathroom was remodeled and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave the room I love the kitchen

It has everything you need and even a dishwasher! Adriana checked us in and was super helpful and knowledgeable about area and places to eat We really enjoyed the stay and look forward to coming back soon Thank you IHG

Chris Winnett

Nice place for the price Older but we’ll maintained Close to good places to eat

There was a VCR DVD combo (still looked brand new) in the room but was updated with a flat screen TV You could tell it was very nice at some point in the past However it was very noisy I swear they must have gave dance lessons upstairs all night I would recommend; the odds of noisy neighbors is probably about the same everywhere

Started off our visit a little rocky as our reserved room had cobwebs everywhere and the outlet and lights between the two beds was non-functional However, after talking to the management, they did take care of us and the rest our stay was great! Food options were good but they did repeat everyday The pool was cold but not too bad

Rooms were dated but served their purpose The management and staff are what made this visit a good one Hats off to them!

Paul Leininger

Nice staff — Fran is the best Remembered my floor number a day later, knew better than me how many extra towels I needed for my girls The hotel is good for a town place, nice clean and roomy

Lacks some attention to detail— different color (warmth) LED bulbs makes it look getho Bright white LEDs look like and industrial factory, not a warm hotel Someone should walk the hotel and makes sure everything is attached, connected and screwed in tightly Simple things matter

Had a perfectly lovely weekend stay here Everything is bright, fresh and clean Our king bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely finished out and a good size

Toiletries were good quality Staff responded quickly when we needed more towels That black-out curtain doesn’t mess around! It is easy to oversleep (I might be speaking from experience – ha!) The only thing to note is what is meant by “minimal” rooms — there was no dresser and no closet in our room I have no idea if all rooms are like that or not A handful of hooks on the walls, but if we had been either there any longer than 15 days or had an occasion that called for something other than the casual clothes we had packed, it would have been inconvenient

I will give them another tryBeds were comfortable, rooms were small (but that is okay), breakfast was ready on time and had decent options and fruit, coffee bar was good, rooms were mostly clean (they need to vacuum the edges, there were crumbs and hair in the corners etc), new hotelWe did have to change rooms twice

1st room, ants, not clean2nd room, ac was getting cold BUT I am a seasoned traveler and have a humidity monitor The humidity went all the way up to 83% which is repulsive, I woke up to the smell of wet dog We changed rooms3rd room was greatWalls are thin and there is some highway noise so bring earplugsThere is no awning so if it’s raining you are getting wet, honestly biggest complaintAll that to say I will try it again

Really solid hotel for our overnight stop through Only issue to be aware of – rooms have all vinyl tile, no carpet so it can be a bit loud for footsteps or moving luggage on floors (only reason it is not 5 star) But it also made the rooms feel really clean and modern

Good amenities (pool and gym), quiet area with stuff around it for food or necessities and easy on/off interstate Breakfast was basic (cereal, bagels, fruit and one hot sandwich option) but tasty and, while it would be nice to have coffee machine in the room, the coffee machine in lobby was really nice for fresh coffee

The DT was a very nice hotel! The staff was so friendly and made you feel very welcomed and took great care of us! Even offering a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival! The room was luxurious and very clean! Breakfast was delicious! Great hotel, stayed here for our daughter’s wedding Great location, easy access to all we wanted to do

Our room was a king with the bedroom separate from the lounge area, which was so nice! There was a door that we could shut for privacy My spouse is an early riser and loud, to boot I am a light sleeper

So when he gets up and does his stomping around and coughing, he can do it in the other room and i don’t hear any of it Our room was clean, towels were clean, no complaints! And there was no hot tub in the bathroom as the other reviews say but i don’t know what the big deal is about hot tubs Hot tubs are rarely ever cleaned well/sanitized Why would you want to marinate in a hot soup of bacteria and other people’s dead skin cells? Gross

Surprised again, I was thoroughly impressed by this property All the rooms appeared spacious, cozy, and better than your standard DoubleTree Suites Their staff is pretty good but limited; The airport shuttle services were not able during my stay due to staffing shortage

So, be prepared to rent a car or schedule your favorite rideshare app in advance The hotel seems to have been renovated in the past ten years and has a nice little bar If you’re staying in Bentonville, you’ll be in good hands and made a good decision It does its job and does it moderately well!

The exterior of the building has been recently renovated, so it looks brand new It’s really not It has some older hotel problems, but the room was fine: clean and quiet, with no issues

There is no breakfast, and no place to charge a car overnight I think the pool might be closed? And it’s a little further from downtown than I would have liked Next time I would try to get closer to downtown so we don’t have to drive everywhere

Not impressed with this Marriott Staff was pleasant enough Highway noise in the odd numbered rooms is horrible

No daily turndown service, you have to put in a service ticket to have your room cleaned and trash taken out The location is a joke, the nearest intersection is very difficult to turn left to go into town, nearest convenience store closes at 10 pm, nearest restaurant was very over priced, restaurant in the hotel was over priced as expected but their “Starbucks” coffee was not very good, parking lot is laid out very poorly, landscaping doesn’t exist – so many areas look like recent construction fill Now for the rooms, they are outdated already and not worthy of the Marriot name and price Bathrooms in the two I stayed in were equivalent to a Motel 6, my tv was mounted comically crooked, windows look like trailer windows from the 80’s

Jennifer Deane

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful! However, we discovered our bedsheets and pillows had some kind of red stains all over them – we asked the front desk clerk for new sheets and we changed them ourselves When I completed a survey about our stay and mentioned the incident, the manager didn’t offer a partial refund or do anything about what happened I was surprised because Marriott is typically very professional and has awesome customer service

However, this hotel didn’t even meet basic cleanliness standards and didn’t handle a customer complaint well We definitely won’t be staying here the next time we are visiting NWA

It was OK The staff was very helpful and wonderful and they are pet friendly, which was great But, this is not at all one of the nicer Aloft hotels we’ve stayed at and it’s a bit worn

The grass outside was overgrown, one of our room shades was nearly broken off, one of the wall/bed lights did not work, the safe did not work, and it was fairly loud given the highway proximity I would certainly stay again, but it’s definitely not as nice as other Aloft hotels we’ve been to

Amazing stay!! First time staying in this hotel and I was very pleased Beds were very soft and comfortable Had coffee pot, cups, plenty of towels, 4 pillows to each bed, a gym, pool table and an amazing lobby

Altho they don’t have breakfast they do offer many items in the lobby to buy as well as all the restaurants are so close go enjoy them Staff was so polite and accommodating Rooms are alittle small but I have stayed at many hotels and I will say this is my favorite It does have a 60s vibe which I absolutely loved as well

Drew Currier

Second time staying here, first time was amazing, this time however room 230 had a noise ALL night I couldn’t figure out what it could be, but it sounded like a very loud toilet flushing about once every minute it did it the entire stay all night all morning All most sounded like a sump pump was right outside our window or something

I’m not sure if we’ll give the hotel another try, for someone who LOVES their sleep this was a huge problem, I did not bring it up to staff during the stay

Excellent everything! Cushy and SUPER comfy beds, nice big room And at check in the girl at the counter was so nice!! We had been driving for two days and on our drive here we had slept in our truck because hotels along our journey were all booked up We were exhausted & frazzled

We arrived too early for normal check in which i believe she said is 3pm?? Not positive, but she checked to see if there was a clean room and let us check us in early Super accommodating and nice Convenient location to the airport if you’re flying in to the area, otherwise it’s a quite a drive in it seemed, but totally worth it Overall excellent experience thus far If that changes by morning, I’ll let you know Very happy with this hotel, definitely would stay here again! Goodnight! 🛌 😴 💤

George at the front desk was so kind and welcoming He asked us about our trip and where we were from, and was genuinely interested Everything works great in our room and it was a very clean hotel as well

We also enjoyed the hot tub, as this is the first hotel my husband and I have been to in awhile that has had a working one! Would stay here again if we come back to Bentonville

Warm and welcoming front desk staff (my experience was morning) Breakfast server was super sweet My room didn’t have DND for the door

To my surprise and delight housekeeping lady replenished coffee and took out the trash No one does that anymore! I loved it…thanked and tipped her My room is spacious and the bed/pillows are comfy

Debbie Homans

Wow, what a poor representation for a Sheraton Picked this place to stay because I thought I was getting something better then the average hotel and I was so wrong Checked in on Saturday this past weekend and notified the front desk when the AC didn’t work in our suite and was told we’d have to wait until Monday for a resolution to wit we found completely unacceptable

Make a big enough fuss about it and they changed our room Here we are 4 days later and our room has yet to be cleaned ONCE – only thing they have done is replace towels They have yet to empty the trash in the room, have yet to make the bed and or change the sheets and have yet to even lift a finger to clean the room Called the front desk after day 4 and the receptionist responds with I don’t know their cleaning schedule!! Really????? How about daily – what am I paying for to stay in the same sheets for 8 days with 8 days of trash in the garbage bins? Completely unacceptable and do not recommend at all
