This was our second time at the Saint I brought my lady here the second time to propose

she said yes! She loved it so much the first time we came I knew it was the perfect placeI can’t say enough about how the staff jumped to do everything they could to make this perfect for us Absolutely exceptional service and genuine caringWe stayed in the Lucifer suite which was fantastic and everything my fiance lovesWe will always stay here when we come to NOLA

Troy Doerner

The room – We stayed in the Raphael suite and while the room was large and comfortable parts of it felt ignored and in need of repair/replacement The sofa was a white pleather that was peeling and flaking meaning we could not sit on it without specks sticking on our clothing The shower made a very loud noise anytime it was used and there was a lot of noise from the alley directly outside our window making sleeping in very difficult

Beyond that the room was clean, large and very opulent The bed was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was great at keeping things neatThe staff – The staff at the front desk were AMAZING They were nice and very knowledgeable regarding the surrounding attractions They recommended some great spots we had not previously considered which made our trip all the better

Xenia Fortune

Our first time to New Orleans and Kirsten set us up for the time of our lives! She gave us great tips, recommendations and pointers for the city that all came in handy The design and theme of the hotel is beautiful, rooms were clean, comfy and well serviced Housekeeping was great and accommodating

We were hotel hopping in New Orleans and found this great place right next to or in the French quarter actually This was a great fun place to stay for a night my family enjoyed the place There is no pool but that’s OK because we’re not here to swim

Walking to all of the things that we were interested in was no problem It actually took 2 to 3 times longer because we saw so much other stuff we had to stop and grab some great photos and some tremendously good food I would definitely stay here again

Kenneth Knight

The atmosphere is wonderful at the Cambria Very polite and helpful staff Rooms are comfortable and neat

Food was also very affordable and delicious The bar is a great place to hang out and talk with others The bartender Renee is as beautiful inside as she is on the outside with great personality She gave wonderful tips of things to do and see Definitely will recommend to others!

Cynthia Letting

I decided to stay here because I had a terrible experience at a different hotel and had to leave The staff at Cambria are incredibly kind, especially Sharon who made our stay amazing! Sharon was so caring and really went above and beyond to make sure that we felt safe and taken care of The rooms were spacious and very clean

We even received text messages from the hotel to make sure that we were doing alright and to see if we needed anything like new towels The hotel is in a great area and I would recommend anyone stay here!

I chose to stay at the Roosevelt to get a 5 star experience and it came up a bit lackingI didn’t go with the expectation to be treated like royalty or a celebrity but I just had a higher expectation of the front desk service than what you would receive at a road side motel At check-in for our week long stay in a suite we got nothing from the front desk besides a key to the room

Not even pointed to which elevator to take We felt like we were bothering him just checking inService at breakfast was more of the same where we were sat at a table without a word spoken and no one came back to the table for 10 minutes And, when they did it was just to fill waters without a “you’re welcome” or acknowledgment when I said “thank you” for the refillThe hotel itself was beautiful and you could tell well taken care of The room was great as well And, having an entertaining area with a bathroom separate from the master bathroom is a nice touch for the suite Concierge and bell staff were super friendly as well Location is perfect for those who want to be in French Quarter without worrying about the constant noise of itIs it a horrible hotel? Not at allWould I pay the premium prices again for that level of service? No

Christie Carrington

A great experience at this hotel After two weeks of travel on the road, it was a welcome stay The staff were outstanding

Each one of them made efforts to smile and ensure we were taken care of When the air conditioning was not working in our room, they swiftly moved us to another room that they said was upgraded and much nicer Frankly, we preferred the first room and thought it was much nicer The breakfast cafe is lovely and the bar was great It would have been nice to have some snack food at the bar Note: The pool water was pretty scummy and looked filthy It was not a cool pool so didn’t really take the edge off the very humid and hot weather

Alyssa K

Attended a conference here and had a suite for my 3 night stay Without a doubt, this was the nicest hotel I’ve had the pleasure of staying in here in the States The food at the conference by the hotel’s catering department was consistently deciduous

Our concierge, Jasmine Montana, was a wealth of knowledge and helped me surprise a colleague for her birthday Housekeeping did a phenomenal job every day of keeping my room exceptionally clean The hotel itself is just beautiful It’ll be hard to ever stay anywhere else in New Orleans now that I’ve stayed here

Beautiful property! Great location Smells DELIGHTFUL Everyone was great and welcoming

Would like to send a special shout out to Ray who went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of with holding our bags after checkout and arranging for our transportation to the airport The coffee shop and peacock room was great Would definitely visit again! Only downside is there is no microwave in the room but other than that, no complaints

Joe M.

Nice hotel Recently renovated Staff was great, very helpful and friendly

Beds were comfortable but they’ve done this glued on wicker thing on the headboard Not the best touch Water pressure in shower was also very low No coffee maker in the room but you can go down to the coffee shop for complimentary black coffee This seems pretty standard with Kimpton and Covid Peacock room had great drinks! Location of this hotel is also good for exploring as you are walking distance to both the French quarter and garden district

Star Thomas

This hotel is cool From the check in experience the staff showed professionalism and kindness Which is important to me

The hotel is nice the ambience is nice; however we kept finding random roaches in the room and we reported it our first day and nobody came up to spray nor did they offer us a different room The on the second day we ran across a few more roaches and they told us somebody would check into it, however we are checking out to leave but I feel like our concern wasn’t fully addressed

MeekaAila Adams

Brand wasn’t represented well at this hotel I contacted the hotel 2 days prior to arrival to reserve transportation from the airport because the information in the app stated a reservation was required Front desk staff stated upon calling that I only needed to look for the hotel shuttle at the airport and no reservation was needed

Seemed odd so I mentioned what was stated on the website She assured me that there was a hotel shuttle that would be “easy to find” Well I arrived to the airport and waited for this shuttle for almost an hour before calling the hotel Initially, I was hung up on Called again and was told that the hotel did not have a shuttle They actually used a third party transport service The miscommunication was a great inconvenience I attempted to chat with a manager via the app and waiting about 30 minutes to receive a responsefrom the same front desk person I had spoken with on the phone She mentioned that she was the only one working 2 days later I was finally able to reach a manager, Rita Her excuse was that the hotel was short staffed (this is why I hadn’t been able to reach a manager) She even goes further to state that the mayor opened the city 2 weeks ago, it’s difficult to find people to work and we have to accept what we have to work with Wow Totally unacceptable

I wanted to stay somewhere with some history and style while in town and The Pontchartrain was it!The staff are incredibly accommodating and kind We had drinks and appetizers at the Bayou Bar one afternoon and it was so fun The bartender Brea heard us having a little trouble deciding what to order and said “do you trust me?”

She created the most delicious cocktails That night the bar had a great live band As we came down the elevator they were playing La Vie En Rose, such a moment! Our room was nice and clean and had everything we needed There was surprisingly a mini fridge in our room but it wasn’t very cold Given the age of the hotel, the bathroom didn’t have an a/c vent and oh my word the bathroom would get so hot My toothpaste warmed up being hung so close to the window We had a little trouble with our room a/c keeping the room cold As soon as the sun came up the room started to heat up But the original windows are so pretty that we didn’t say anything about itOne morning we ate at the restaurant’s Silver Whistle Cafe The staff were wonderful and while the food was good, I do think it’s overpricedMake sure to keep cash on hand because the staff are wonderfully helpful and deserve a nice thank you

Erusha Kumar

Even though I had a massive issue with front desk staff (1 person in particular), the hotel is stunning and the rest of the staff and management have been nothing short of amazing Latoya runs an amazing team Everyone from

valet to housekeeping were gems Thank you for resolving all issues in such a professional manner I will definitely be staying here in the future

I can’t even figure out how this hotel has 45 stars! For 300+ a night I could have saved money and stayed at a WAY better hotel like a Marriott or even a MOTEL 6 would have been better! I am all for Nostalgia but the people who acquired this hotel have put very little effort into its much-needed rehabilitation and refurbishing The windows were painted shut with gobs and gobs of paint

The carpet was filthy and there was BLACK mold all around the windows and green mold as well With the windows painted shut and NO ventilation no wonder there is a mold problem There is NO room service whatsoever (Despite some reviews saying there was), no coffee in the room ( How hard is it to put a couple of cups and a Keurig in the room!) The decor is that of thrift stores or dumpster diving at best I came here for a wedding and that was the reason for choosing the hotel but I was so very disappointed Don’t waste your money on this dump!

Stayed here with my wife for 3 nights in May On the positive side, the building itself was beautiful with 14-16 foot ceilings and very spacious verandas, beautiful trees and other flora The common areas were very nice and inviting

Folks staffing the bar and coffee shop were great The room we stayed in was nice although dark with a lack of good lighting throughout It was clean and the bed was very comfortable Bathroom and shower were nice but no shelf or space to place our toiletries AC was fine (it was mid-90’s and humid outside during the day) On the negative side, the elevator wasn’t working and although one of the waiters from the bar helped my wife carry her luggage up to the top of the stairs, we had to make our way back down by ourselves when checking out It was very dark in the corridor and we had to use our cell phone flashlights to figure the numbers on the doors to find our room All in all, I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel and it wasn’t worth the $390/night cost (including taxes) My wife really wanted to stay there and she loved it But, I won’t stay there again at that cost – maybe $225 would be more worth it

Ariss McKalynn

We went here for drinks between excursions on our New Orleans trip—one of our party had been here repeatedly and thought it would be a nice quiet spot The drinks were pretty good, if a bit of a spin on what you typically expect for them! Fun, chill atmosphere with a cool feel Bathrooms were clean and super funky/weird! Would go again

H Marler

The hospitality here is unmatched The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful The food and cocktails will have you wondering when is too soon to return

Rooms give the right amount of old-school charm with modern amenities 12/10 would recommend the Columns Also, they host the best private parties/events!! If you’re considering a brunch, birthday, or wedding look no further than Rachel at The Columns

Room 718 I’m convinced has mold or some other allergen My sister and I stayed 5 nights On the second night it was so bad we could not breathe

The front desk moved us to room 709 which had an air purifier It was better but still bad Bellmen, valet, front desk staff were very nice The location was great and the hotel looks very nice 50$ nightly for incidentals 10$ nightly for a preservation fee (please read the fine print) If they are charging to preserve the building they could do a better job Overall, I would not stay here again The air quality in those rooms are horrible Been to many hotels in my travels and this is something I’ve never experienced

Frank Migliarese Jr.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Stayed for just one night but in that short time was treated the best I have ever been at a hotel Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful Made it seems as it was a pleasure to do their job to make make my experience as comfortable and positive as possible

The men and women of the valet especially were great and welcoming Hotel is beautifully decorated and elegant Room and bathroom were clean and nicely decorated as well Would stay here again given experience and location

So, I first went to Le Pavilion over 10 years ago – it was beautiful (and still is in some ways) in an old world sort of way The lobby is glorious, and the rooms felt old and lived in and early America It’s a haunted hotel, although I’m sad I haven’t seen a ghost

It may be because about 5 or so years ago they renovated all the rooms, modernizing and sanitizing them, and they lost that old world charm It’s sort of sad that it feels like a Holiday Inn now The lobby is still spectacular, but the rooms are bland Sadly the pool was closed while we were there, and the front desk wasn’t very friendly We inquired when we checked in about a military discount because it wasn’t available to select when we booked, but then the person at the front desk said that we needed to do that when we booked – well, then I guess you don’t give a military discount since it’s not possible to get it Let’s just leave it at that, shall we? Nonetheless, I had some wonderful experiences in the past at Le Pavilion, including the fruit basket in my room the 2nd time I went back that had a card that read “Welcome Back, Mr Meek” I still remember that little gesture, and it still makes me smile But that was then, and I don’t think we’ll be staying at Le Pavilion anymore It’s not the same, although I will miss the PB&J happy hour, which is a nice holdover from before all the renovations

We were in town for a wedding and ended up staying here for three nights The hotel has a great location, walking distance to everything but far away so you don’t have to deal with the hustle and bustle You may however, hear the train horns during the night

It didn’t bother us, but I could see it getting annoying The views from the hotel aren’t exactly scenic—it’s mostly a view of a parking lot and a mall, but the inside of the hotel is beautifully decorated and cleanIt’s a boutique hotel, so not many amenities, although there is a small pool and bar on the first floor There isn’t a gym inside the hotel, but you can get a free pass to use the gym in the mall nearby It’s an old-school gym that has everything you need to get a proper workout during your stayOur king room with disability access was spacious with a very comfortable bed (this is coming from a woman who stayed while she was seven months pregnant!) The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom slider door because it didn’t close all the way I love my husband, but both of us want a bit of privacy in the bathroom Oh, and there weren’t enough hooks for us to store our bath towels Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!

Whitney Haynes

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful when answering questions The rooms are clean and beautiful maintaining the old charm of the sugar cane factory that the building used to be It is in a wonderful location so close to the French Quarter

I read reviews about the trains people keeping up at night, but I did not experience this problem Best of all, I brought my two pups that were treated like guest themselves The staff offered us food bowls and beds for them There is a nice little area right outside for them to do their business which is a hard find in New Orleans I cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

Sara Tangen

Hotel One11 was gorgeous, well appointed, amazing amenities, and friendly staff We stayed here for four nights over new years, and it was the perfect launching pad for all of our adventures in New Orleans! I highly recommend this hotel to couples looking for an elegant romantic getaway Others have reviewed this hotel saying the train horns were too loud

Although at first I noticed them when we were awake, they did not wake me at all while I was asleep I would highly recommend staying here and will do so myself again when I come back to New Orleans

Not recommended! Poor communication, rude service, and the gym is NOT free We stayed here for 4 nights during a conference Beforehand, I called to confirm our booking and the agent canceled one of our nights without being asked to do so

It took several call-center managers and 90 minutes on the phone to get it back Upon arrival, the check-in clerk was unfriendly and difficult to understand in the loud space Housekeeping never showed up even though we requested it at check-in Their website doesn’t explain that the fitness room costs $12 per day unless you’re a upper-level Honors member (not the free, basic membership), and they didn’t tell us that until after we’d gotten up early and trudged all the way up and down elevators and across the hotel Then they still didn’t tell us they can’t accept cash for gym accessand by that point, we didn’t have time to work out anyway Our room was decent, except for the loud bathroom fan that ran constantly, even with the light off The river view was nice, but the staff was just rude, rude, rude They really need to learn to communicate accurate information with guests and other staff I definitely wouldn’t come back The Intercontinental half a mile up the street was fabulous — go there instead

Kinlaww6

This is an awesome hotel Customer service was number one From the moment of our arrival until our departure, every aspect of our stay was excellent

As busy as everyone was, I was made to feel like my family and I were the only ones that matter Our stay was made to feel personalized The food was delicious and of course loving the connection from the hotel to the River Walk shopping center This is my third trip to New Orleans and this is the only hotel that I will stay in The river view each morning was breathtaking I can’t wait for my next visit

michelle jones

The city view is amazing! We stayed on the 21st floor the room has floor to ceiling window wall that just captivates with the New Orleans city lights at night! Just stunning! We ordered room service and it was delicious the seafood pasta, Cajun baked catch was amazing enough for two with each order, comes with everything you could want! The prices are commensurate with local restaurants so was surprised with pricing not being overly expensive for Hotel room service! The valet guys are very courteous and prompt! Overall excellent service and amenities! I give it A++! I will only stay here from now on when visiting New Orleans!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Chloe The room was unique and comfortable The staff were really welcoming and accommodating

The food was exceptional, I wish I’d taken a photo of the Eggs Florentine, the most delicious I’ve ever tasted, the chef has a real gift of flavors and textures I couldn’t recommend this enough, wonderful 😊

This establishment was well managed from the moment I walked in, no fussy encounter, welcoming helpful staff, I went to the bar to meet a bunch well acquainted cocktail and wine knowledgeable fun staff They were kind, engaging and fun From the moment I was served at the bar to out front, to staying for dinner their staff were excellent, accommodating

You reminded me after such a lot of wasted time how I love our City and our service industry Great job y’all, well done

Went here on our trip to New Orleans on my birthday for drinks and small plates The drinks were strong but still good! The small plates, including the desserts, with the ice cream sandwich, earl grey molded thing, and others were all great! The bathrooms were super clean and cute, too! We didn’t stay in the hotel, but all four of us agreed it would be an awesome spot!

Extremely clean, comfortable beds – overall excellent hotel! I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and cleanliness is definitely the top priority! This hotel met and exceeded my expectations, which is extremely difficult to do! It’s in a good, safe location The staff were professional and ensured our requests were met The only down side, which is very minor, would be the parking garage isn’t directly attached to the hotel

It is next door, literally the buildings are touching side by side It wasn’t a problem for us, especially when they excelled in all other areas We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay here again when visiting New Orleans area

My family of four stayed one night as we were getting on a cruise ship the next day I thought the hotel was amazing! I knew it was the official hotel of the WWII museum but didn’t realize all the amazing decor they would have I don’t think the pictures do it justice

The rooftop bar has great views at sunset I’m not sure what they pump into the lobby but it smells amazing The wife and will be coming back to stay and spend time at the museum

Located in the downtown area of New Orleans Perfect location as it is close to the central part of New Orleans and a nice walk through Magazine Street which has a lot of cute shops, restaurants and not to mention District Donuts The hotel is beautifully built and the interior is impeccable

The staff is very friendly and accommodating But I think this hotel can use some improvement I think this hotel could be better if it has full room service which they don’t and recommend that all guests go downstairs for anything The toiletries brands could be nicer and bigger for guests It would be helpful to have better amenities like a private business center for those working remotely from the hotel The plugs in the room either work in some areas in the room and also not working in other areas

Hotel is nice Clean I’m normally not one to complain about anything, and maybe it’s just because I’m awake at 4:30am burning up, but for $200 a night you should be able to control the temperature of your room

Also, if you drink something besides juice, you might want to bring it with you because they don’t sell it Then when you wake up from sweating, in the middle of the night, the constant light flashing in the smokealarm will keep youcompany If you stay here, I hope you game better luck

Crystal

Shower did not work The knob that creates the temperature was broken and constantly changed during the shower No complimentary toiletries were in the room at arrival

No shower cap, lotion etc which was odd We stayed 3 nights The second night I heard housekeeping outside the room and went to ask for towels The lady asked if I would like my room cleaned? I said yes please if that was ok, that would be great She said she will be back to do my room So no towels were given and I never saw the lady again As I walked out for the day I ran into another housekeeper and politely asked will someone still be giving clean towels and refreshing the room as offered? She said ok, yes So basically returned to a dirty room with no clean towels and no explanation The room was already overpriced due the holiday weekend but it just wasn’t worth it

I researched so many hotels for our first stay in New Orleans and I am so happy we landed on Maison De La Luz! This hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are luxurious and over the top AMAZING! Every single inch of this hotel is beautifully maintained Most importantly I cannot say enough great things about the employees! The level of customer service is unmatched! They are the kindest people and genuinely are interested how your stay is and what activities you are up to! They take their time to make you feel so special We cannot wait to come back!

Very nice hotel Service was very good All staff was very professional yet warm

Yummy cookies every night was one of my highlights Rooms where beautiful and extremely clean My only complaint is there seemed to be a small disconnect in communication which caused minor annoyances But the staff was quick and eager to reconcile any issue I’d definitely go back I feel like I know them

This is just a heads up If you stay in a room with a street view, the windows are clear Drury Plaza is across the street and certain rooms can see you and your activities during the day/night, if you don’t let your curtains down (Speaking from experience

“Mommy what are they doing” lol) Otherwise,it’s a beautiful place with a great location

From the moment we pulled into the front entrance until we drove away, this hotel was an amazing experience!!! All of the staff were warm, friendly, and extremely professional Our beautiful Superior City-View Room was clean, spacious, had a modern design and a beautiful view of the pool and the Mississippi River We soon realized we needed a refrigerator in our room

They have a tablet at the bedside that guest can use to request anything from room service to shampoo We requested a refrigerator on the tablet and it was delivered in 17 minutes! There were buttons on the wall beside the bed that controlled the lights in the room and even the curtains that opened remotely The Vue Orleans above the hotel was an amazing way to experience the history and charm of New Orleans I am not a fan of the city of New Orleans but this hotel may have changed my mind about visiting again Thank you Four Seasons for making our trip to New Orleans one that we will never forget! ❤️🙏🏾😁

We’re in the middle of our stay; a perfect time to share our perfectly pleasant stay here at the Four Seasons It is my first-ever Four Seasons stay and I’m so glad we’re here While I’m an Ambassador with Marriott and extremely loyal; I think I have a new go-to for vacation hotels

The Four Seasons is an island of respite in New Orleans It’s fresh, bright, airy and clean The pool is an oasis, the bars top notch and the service, first class I’m sure the rest of our visit will be nothing but excellent!

Good afternoon, my son and daughter in law treated me to a night at your hotel They were so excited to share the experience they had the previous weekend To my disappointment my experience was very disappointing

My daughter and I arrived for our 3pm reservation at 3, however we did not get our room until 6pm It would have been much longer had we not complained The management in the lounge area were so wonderful He went got us in a room and made sure we got our luggage by bringing it to us We didn’t get to do anything we had planned for that evening which included dinner in one of the hotel restaurant We were given a late check out but that’s not what I wanted I just wanted to get in my room at a reasonable time do some shopping, enjoy dinner and enjoy the hotel But none of that happen We were to tired from waiting 3 hours and my daughter in law had several glasses of wine in the lounge I need that get a way so badly due to dealing with a lot of stress but it ended up very stressful as well
