The good: Clean room in general Decent location Great last-minute pricing

Good customer service The not so great: You can tell some updates have been done, but certain things about the room show its age The shower was a little moldyThe indoor pool was much smaller than expected, and that entire area was kind of gross The drain on the pool deck was full of hair and the room seemed like no one had bothered to clean it in a very long while

Overpriced & Poor ServicePlease, please, please save your money and take your business elsewhere I booked a room for one night with a romantic package for my birthday and I was so disappointed from beginning to endFirst, the website listed the romantic package as a bottle of champagne along with breakfast served to your room

LIES! The champagne was a very very cheep bottle of J Roget Extra dry champagne (valued at $499 at our local store) and breakfast is a voucher that is used downstairs at the buffet style cafe And no one even bothered to give us the vouchers even after we asked several times and was told that we “should have” received it at check in We just got the constant run aroundSecond, the hotel room was So So So small And the bathroom shower had mold in the tiles The room fixtures where covered in dust and the phone was broken This was a motel quality room at best Our view was nonexistent (a building with a parking lot)Lastly, customer service is the worst Front desk hardly never answers and all the employees seems to be having a bad dayWe have stayed at many hotel in Atlanta and was so excited to visit the Westin My birthday was ruined and my money wasted Please heed my warning and take your business somewhere else

We had a great stay here Room was decent Staff was very nice! One thing I forgot to ask about was Parking

They offer valet and self parking I’m sure you can find a garage yourself to save a bit of money on Parking if you want Valet was only 5 or 10 dollars more than the self park in their garageOverall I would come back Lots to see and do within walking/few mins drive

This 5 star hotel is just phenomenal! Our safety is very important to us so, I love that you need a security card to even get on the elevator to get upstairs where the rooms are I also love that there’s a door bell on every door instead of having to listen out for a knockThe grand entrance and showstopper lobby decor is just stunning

I am all about peace and tranquility, so, I love the fountain outdoor space!

Rosie Cheeks

Parking garage is not connected to building, will have to walk across the street to park in garage Parking is $35/day with no breezeway to keep guest out of weather element is kind of excessive I notified front desk manager to ask gift shop attendee to great guests upon entrance and to offer assistance if needed

The salesperson was on the phone but a simple acknowledgement would have been appreciated 🤷🏽‍♀️ Vending machine options definitely should be available there are over 13 floors of sleeping rooms; this will help guests stay comfortably close to their rooms and grab a snack or beverage to hold them over Staying over three nights should have a benefit of two complimentary breakfast coupons up to the cost of a buffet 🤔 just maybe

My husband and I spent a weekend here and really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and the room as well as the pool area were neat and very clean I loved that there was a bar and restaurant within the hotel One of the best parts was you can valet your car and use the hotel shuttle to get around, which is nice when you don’t want to have to get in all the traffic

My husband and I have been to this hotel about 8 times in the last 6 months and we love it It is pure luxury and the service and rooms are always over the top It is extremely clean and housekeeping is always accommodating

The last time we went we had some very unusual issues like the front desk never getting back to us multiple times, the food store not having drinks on hand, and the valet getting the wrong vehicle I could not bring myself to give 4 stars though because whenever we go we always have such a good time and we feel so well taken care of

Saloni Joshi

This review is for the Spa and Pool My friend and I were very excited to have a spa day for her 30th birthday I had called MULTIPLE times and even communicated with the Supervisor through email quite a bit to make this appointment

We wanted to ensure ALL the amenities were working (especially after Covid) as we wanted the whole Spa experience The day before our appointment, someone called to confirm the appointment They did not tell us that the amenities were out of service during this time When we showed up for our appointments, they told us the steam room, sauna and whirlpool area was down We elected not to get our massage service and were EXTREMELY disappointed by the lack of communication and nothing really being done by the staff to rectify this We took time off work, drove all the way down and all they could do was apologize and even said “oh we’re glad we can take off the cancellation fee for this” We had to cancel our appointment because of them and their lack of communication to us about the amenities! They did let us use the outdated pool where the music was so loud that we called requested them to turn it down, which of course the staff their did nothing about Also their were two guests there that decided to use the outside tranquil pond as their hot tub as they got in and sat in it for 20 minutes or so Just overall extremely disappointed by such a luxury brand Definitely far from luxury

Alexander Reid

I was very satisfied with the staff and their willingness to accommodate They all were friendly and professional Even if I had an issue with something, they were willing to resolve it quickly and offer me something for the inconvenience

Ms Ellen Daniels took great care of us and although this was my first stay at this hotel, it most certainly, will not be my last

I chose the Intercontinental Buckhead for my wedding room block this past weekend and could not have been more impressed and happy with the service From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later, everything was handled better than I could’ve imagined Our luggage was promptly unloaded and brought up to our room

We hosted a welcome reception in the lobby on Friday evening The drinks and service were stellar and all of our guests had a wonderful experience On Saturday, the staff helped our wedding parties get up to our rooms to get ready before our ceremony Brian and Lisa, the event coordinators, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and pleasurable Every guest that stayed at the Intercontinental with us was impressed and said they would be returning during their next visit to Atlanta I could not recommend this hotel more! Thank you to all the staff at the Intercontinental for making our wedding weekend exceptionally unforgettable!

I visited here to celebrate our 21st Anniversary Our experience was very good overallThe staff was friendly and we were greeted warmly at the front desk

We dined in the Americano restaurant in the hotel and had a good experience The only this we had any issue with there was being told our food would come out as courses but the appetizer and entree came out within three minutes of each otherOur room at the hotel was great The room was very nice although it seemed somewhat small The room amenities in the room were very niceWe did have a maintenance issue when I used the shower and found myself standing in 4-inches of water due to the drain not working properlyWe found it odd that the pool closes at 9pm given it’s very light outside at that time during the summer months They should also take a look at the planters out there which didn’t seem very well maintained with the large plants being very dry and brownOverall, we had a nice experience and would keep this location on our list of places to visit againOur overall experience was good

Overall my stay was comfortable They are doing some much needed upgrades Staff chose a newly renovated room for my stay which was acceptable

However, they missed the mark when it came to the small amenities (no luggage rack, no microwave, desk chair seat was hard, toilet could use a sliding door for privacy, mini fridge needed replacing and parking should be discounted for guests even 10% off for parking would do well as a gesture) The bar area could use a serious upgrade but they’ve worked on the foyer which is nice and the atrium is nice also My stay was comfortable but for the money spent I expected a bit more luxury

Great Hotel The rooms were really nice and clean The lobby was and common areas were super nice! The elevators were awesome

People who are complaining that they take too long are impatient and don’t know what they’re talking about I stayed at 3 hotels in downtown Atlanta (all were super busy) and this one had the best elevator service When these hotels get so busy, there is nothing they can do to speed up the elevators and also nothing wrong with the elevators if they take a while It is very typical for these downtown hotels to have really busy elevators sometimes This hotel should NOT modernize their elevators because they work fine and modernizing would take a whole elevator out of service for months which is super inconvenient I’ve seen hotels try upgrading the elevators and it makes the problems WAY worse, if they tried that here it would be a disaster All the bad reviews about the elevators are coming from people who know nothing about elevators and have no clue what they’re saying Plus modernizing is a waste of money I wish they still had a pool but this is still a great hotel and I would recommend staying here

Stephen Rang

The staff was very friendly and approachable and our room was very clean The shower was slow to drain, but it was manageable and we were only there for 2 nights There should have been clearer communication regarding parking and adding parking to your reservation

We were able to do it at the front desk, but would have preferred to have known about the $35/day parking charge ahead of time, especially so we could have added it on to the room reservation at the beginning and saved time waiting in line for the front desk before going to dinner

L Bailey

The restaurants at this hotel are way OVERPRICED!!! The room doesn’t have a microwave What are guests supposed to do when he/she wants to heat up a meal or drink? No housekeeper come by to check if fresh towels are needed If you are staying for a couple of days; surely, he/she will not be using the same towels over and over again

The parking should be not be charged extra for the PRICE of a room per night!!!! That is so absurd Plus the structure of the parking area could have been better The elevator to the parking area had an out of order sign making it difficult to get to your vehicle I had to find the stairs along with some other guests that tried to find his/her vehicle That was so frustrating For the PRICE of this hotel, this could have been better

Absolutely wonderful stay!!! If I could give 10 stars I would I can only imagine the bad reviews are because those people are broke, sad or have never stayed at a 5-star hotel The spa staff was absolutely amazing and the services were even more amazing

Reggie at the front desk was also incredible Any time we had a request the hotel fulfilled it within 10 minutes They even sent someone to the car to grab our clothes that we left in it We will be making this a quarterly trip Thank you very much for the great experience!!!!!!!

Joshua Lindau

Pleasant staff and accommodations as expected We were recognized for our elite status, had our room upgraded, and enjoyed the executive lounge as much as possible, very nice perk to the hotelThe hotel does seem to host some group conventions, and I see other reviews complaining about this, but this is to be expected based on the area of town

Would definitely stay again!

Came in yesterday night from hearing all positive reviews about the outstanding service delivered by the French man I was exceptionally pleased by the service and overall presentation of the hotel Most of all, I got the most warming welcome from the front desk agent Godavious! He spoke about it being his second day but I couldn’t tell because he knew all nearby attractions, details about the overall hotel and an amazing sense of style! I’ll definitely be returning with my family this weekend!

Edit- the manager responded to my review but missed key details It was not that there was a parking fee The parking fee email we received days before we arrived was misleading

The price was incorrect and it did not say PER DAYThe smoke smell was not regular smoke It was weed The people at the pool were smoking weed I changed my stars because even though the manager responded, the actual issues were not addressed The fees were misleading and there was illegal activity on the propertyI believe this hotel could improve greatly with more communication, staff training, and security We received an email before arriving stating that we would have to pay for parking It just stated a cost It did not say per night and the cost was more at the hotel than what the email statedWhen we checked in, we were given no details on how and where to pick up our car When I called down the morning we were needing the car, I was transferred to valet and no one answered It took a good amount of time to figure out where to goWe went to the pool one day and there was a small group there They guys were not swimming They were smoking weed in front of a no smoking sign This happened for at least 45 minutes There was no security presentAll in all we loved our stay There needs to be some improvements to make it better for all Especially for the price you pay

Linda Sherman

Overall, this was a decent hotel The rooms were clean There were a lot of amenities throughout the Atlanta Marriott Marquis

I especially liked the fact that we could walk to food courts without going outside The pool was quite nice – just always crowded I also liked how they had different elevators for different floors – that decreased waiting times Another plus was the many seating/lounging areas on the 3 lower levels The employees that I encountered were very accommodating

annmarie nagelin

The hotel itself is nice The people I encountered were pleasant and helpful The room however was very minimalist in design Unfortunately this means there is very little storage for clothing

There was one small drawer The room was somewhat dark There was a lamp on top of a closet The rug was a little dirty I made myself a coffee in the morning and all the creamers were solid

Really nice hotel, in a great location It is central to the Georgia Aquarium, Coca-cola, and the college football hall of fame They are all within walking distance of the hotel

The room I had was very clean and spacious Also the price was excellent for downtown My only complaint about my stay with is a big concern was it is $45 a night to park your car at the hotel and there is very limited (all most none) parking options other than that So be prepared to get gouged on parking prices Other than that enjoyed my stay

majena groomes

I always look for an Embassy Suites when my family travels The rooms/suites are larger than most and it accommodates us much better than a smaller space The prices are very compatible with even the smaller hotel rooms in the area

The breakfast saves you volumes of money and this hotel kept everything hot and fresh The staff from arrival of valet parking to check in check put and housekeeping was FABULOUS! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN! So many activities and amenities within walking distance as well as Starbucks and Ruth Chris on the premises FABULOUS STAY!

Teresa M. Young

Southern hospitality is alive and well here, the smiles and service never stopped Our event was hosted here, and it was stellar – any event planner knows that the AV system must be good (this one was great!) and the Sales and Catering manager must be responsive (she was amazing!) With the teams behind the scenes, the incredibly clean room, the free (bountiful hot breakfast), I was extremely satisfied! And guess what? The ballrooms were not too hot nor too cold – that is rare! Thank you, Embassy Suites Atlanta at Centennial Olympic Park team!!

David Rierson

Nice clean new hotel Simple room without a lot of amenitiesOutstanding restaurant on site, had a great dinner there

Went the following morning for breakfast, waiting a long time to be seated, then no one came to take our order Only one server was on duty, and when we saw her chatting up another party that came in after us we leftParking is valet only at $45 a night

Mellimel 71

I really want to like this hotel The ambiance is there It’s definitely unique but that’s where it ends

I think because I paid through a 3rd party site, I got the 3rd party treatment and room In order to even get ice I had to make multiple requests with the front desk and wait (and repeat) There’s absolutely no access to a microwave The bed was a big bowl of sadness but since you’re awaken by the loud noises of every door on your floor opening and slamming shut it’s ok because you won’t sleep much The only shining stars were the bartenders at the Betty They were the friendliest people I encountered in my 3 night stay Last thing The rooms were clean but had a mix of old (mostly) and new One of the workers told me I should have had more in my room But I reckon I can’t miss what I’ve never had I’m as disappointed at the fact that I didn’t take pictures as I am that I stayed

Our stay was excellent from the time we checked in to the time we checked out We utilized online check in which allowed me to select a room on the higher floors where we felt we wouldn’t disturb other guests as we do have small children Being able to view the floor layout on the app is definite perk when traveling with small people

When we arrived at the hotel the front staff was friendly and helpful We were able to find parking within the gated garage no problem We found our room and were able to get squared away for the night The room was clean and comfortable The bathroom was well lit and spacious The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and accommodated guests of all ages We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in the Atlanta area

Excellent Hotel, Great Rooms, Great Staff! We took a flight from Arizona to attend a family members graduation from Emory University We were not familiar with the Atlanta area, and were thrilled to find this Hampton Inn based upon reviews on both Google and Trip Advisor When we arrived, the staff member we interfaced with was excellent

great customer interface and pleasant We parked in the parking garage next door, which was affordable, safe, and the next building to the hotel We asked for and received extra towels since we were in and out of the room over a three day periodOur room, which had one king bed, was spacious and nicely appointedWe interfaced with the General Manager, Jerry Roach, who was extremely friendly and who helped us to understand the variety of eating establishments around the immediate areaWe had a rental car and found it quite easy to arrive at the hotel from ATL the ride from the Airport was quick and not complicated at allOur ability to get to the Emory campus quickly was uncomplicated as well Fifteen minutes at most Starbucks is easily accessible by car; approximately 12 minutes away and not hard to findOverall, this experience was a 10/10 Congratulations Mr Roach and your staff for a top notch hotel experience

Just another hotel taking advantage of covid to cut back on amenities and service You have to argue with the front desk to get your room cleaned or towels replaced Even after that, good luck getting housekeeping to show up

In my case, they lied and claimed my do not disturb sign was posted From my room, the elevators were very loud – to the point that it seemed like I was sleeping next to the interstate during peak hours On top of this, there was no hot water or heat for 2 days during my stay Did they offer a refund or new accommodations for this massive inconvenience? Yeah, no You’re better off pitching a tent in Olympic park and showering in the fountain This Westin is a joke yet still charges $250 per night Recommend staying somewhere else Breakfast was consistently good in the cafe Good views from the sundial restaurant

So, to begin with I was checked into a room that hadn’t been cleaned There was trash in the trash cans, the table tops had some kind of dried sticky substance on them, there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor and the bed looked like someone had just taken a nap I tried to reason that maybe they’d turned the covers down for visitors to get into bed easier

NO, this wasn’t that This was a dented pillow where someone had been laying and a bed that someone had hopped out of really quickly They did get me checked into another room within 30 minutes However, I’d made my reservation weeks in advance It shouldn’t have been that hard to check me into a clean room Then there was way too much noise in the halls all evening and valet took forever The view of the city was amazing However, the entire experience for the price was just horrible Completely ghetto hotel, I’ll never stay there again, and if you can avoid it don’t stay here

The hotel itself it’s beautiful with breath taking views , the management was accommodating as well We arrived at 6 pm and stood in line to check in to our room until 7:05 to be told that the deluxe room we booked was no longer available but we would get a king bed room and a $100 hotel credit We were finally able to get our deluxe room as well as the credit

We enjoyed our stay until it was time to get our car from valet , we waited 45 minutes and finally asked where our car was and they said they called our name but most certainly did not What is the point of paying 50 dollars for valet if it’s not going to be convenient when we could’ve parked across the street for 7 bucks Overall experience was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the prices you pay Also we chose to use some of our credit at the bar and waited another 35 minutes for 3 cocktails

Located in Buckhead – the most desirable place to be in Atlanta makes this place a great stay for various activitiesI always liked the AC hotel – modern lobby, efficient service, nice bar, and up to date look and feel This one definitely hit the mark, especially with convenient parking below the hotel Check-in was a bit slow due to demand but no major issues

Bar was nice and fairly crowded, definitely a well frequented hotel Very easy to get into and out of as it wasn’t too largeThe rooms were spacious enough, a bit minimalist but the typical aesthetic for AC Decent size shower, comfortable bed, internet works well Overall good stay

Aaron, the Front Desk Agent, was so awesome Traveling from Michigan, I’ve stayed at this location before and the great customer service he provided is why I’ll always return Due to Covid-19 reasons, my flight was cancelled and I was never going to arrive in Atlanta that weekend

Aaron was able to calm me down, assist with my cancellation and gave some encouraging words too He was very knowledgeable and kind Be proud to have him on your team! Thanks, Aaron!

I love the location for The Best of the South Basketball Tournament because all we have to do is walk straight through the hotel, to The World Congress Center They pretty much had the best price for that immediate area The bed was comfortable, I liked the shower, but the room wasn’t anything special

I was supposed to be in the North Tower, even at check in, the gentleman said North Tower, then proceeded to give me a room in the South Tower What I don’t love is Valet service The men are rude, they drive crazy with the vehicles & I have had damage 2 years in a row from this service It’s too expensive, but at least I know my car is in half way decent hands The restaurants are pretty good, but $30 for breakfast buffet is ridiculous I understand they offer a lot, but I can’t justify paying that per family member I did enjoy the 3 free drink cards for being a Gold Member & Concierge Staff was very nice I was charged $10 from being charged the extra $100 per night for incidentals I’m not sure what it was for & Staff could not tell me what it was for All we did was sleep & shower in the room, due to being at basketball games all day

Upfront disclosure: do not pay for a balcony room, these rooms overlook a food court and the elevators are slow, there are stairs near the elevator Most disappointing is the hotel is lacking updates It felt cheap and not worth the money

I will say the beds were very comfortable Bathrooms in need of updates Expected more I will mention the restaurant near the lobby was by far the best food I’ve had in a long time The food was amazing, burgers were tasty, key lime dessert in the trio was the best

Katy Williams

The service at this hotel is some of the best I have had in Atlanta Everyone at the hotel from the valet, front desk, restaurant workers to the concierge was so helpful and friendly The hotel is extremely busy given its location and yet it never seemed like anyone didn’t have a minute for you or made you feel like they were put out

The rooms are clean and comfortable I also left 2 items in the closet in my guest room and didn’t realize this until I was home I figured, I was out of luck I called the hotel and they located the items and have already sent them in the mail to me the very next morning I highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back and staying here again

Not a Ritz Carlton level facilityRoom furnishings were a bit worn Shower drain slow with water pooling in the basin

No stationary in room, I normally like to post a short letter home whenever I stay out of town No menu in room, just a QR code and no way to place a breakfast order the night before so you have to wake up early to place the order That said, the food came promptly and was very good The table length for me had a malfunctioning drop leaf so I had to sit sideways at the table while eating, a bit annoying The on site amenities outside of dining are sparse and if you are traveling with a statement credit to be spent on site there really isn’t any place to use it other than valet parking and food so that was mildly annoying since my state was short and I had to either use the credit for waste it The only reason this state was not an overall unfavorable one was that the staff were all exceedingly courteous and professional Marriott/Ritz Carlton, I strongly recommend that if you are going to limit the ability to use the statement credits from rewards programs that you allow the traveler to donate remaining statement credits to the staff as a gratuity to split among them It would probably go a long way to help with staff retention Another alternative is to allow the traveler to donate remaining statement credit to charity

Came for Spring Tea in the Georgian room This was my first time having high tea so I didn’t know what to expect but the staff definitely made it an experience to remember My guest was late and I was afraid that we’d lose our reservation, however, everyone was extremely accommodating and low-stress

They seated me with no issues so i could enjoy my tea until my guest arrivedThere was an assortment of treats both savory and sweet waiting at the table when I was seated and the team also brung additional treats to the table to try Everything was really tasty My favorites were the Honey-Hibiscus Profiterole and the Smoked Salmon I also tried a few different teas which were all deliciousI told the servers that it was my birthday and they out-did themselves I expected maybe a little dessert or glass of champagne but they brought me an entire cake complete with candles and singing It was really niceI would highly recommend this experience for a birthday, a nice excuse to dress up or just something fun to do around town

Very nice hotel Staff was kind and helpful My room was very clean and the balcony was beautiful at night

I do wish there was seating on the balcony as if was nice to end the night our there before turning into bed There is a cute bakery across the street with amazing breakfast and lunch choices The hotel is attached to 2 other hotels which makes it nice for dinner/restaurant options There is also a food court connecting the hotels which is open 6am to 6pm on most days CVS was just a 2 min walk from the hotel if you forgot anything Will definitely stay here again!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any hotel They compare hundreds of booking web sites and normally will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of my favorites in the area

I have been staying here for years If you choose this place you will love it I’m sure! The front desk staff are amazing and super friendly! This W hotel definitely needs a renovation, especially inside the rooms/hallways but the exceptional front desk staff made up for itLocation is great for tourist attractions like the aquarium/ Coca Cola world but if you’re looking for walkable shops and restaurants I prefer to stay in midtownThank you for a great stay!

If you’re into a retro contemporary hotel the the W Atlanta is the place to be! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful The rooms, eh

the purple and gray colors were interesting The bed was comfy The shower, all though sleek and modern, needed a door to prevent the water from splashing out on the floor The rooftop pool was fantastic! The food and drinks were good but way over priced, so be prepared to pay All in all, a great stay and would recommend

Angela Froning

I was super disappointed The rooms are really showing signs of age The hotel does not get the traffic it used to on the weekend

I booked a staycation because this used to be a great nightlife spot I was the only person in the bar/restaurant besides someone who was visiting the bartender and she kept disappearing to spend time with him Before checkout, I went to get breakfast and had a bizarre confrontation with someone who works in the kitchen And then waited a very, very long time on my food because they are short staffed Funny how my pricing reflected a full staff Over all, there were about 2x as much staff as guests which is crazy to see and yet no one has any desire to do anything besides just stand behind a desk Oh and the pool area – the once gem of this place – completely run down For $180 a night I may have given 3 stars but for $300+, I was just ripped off Kicker is, I can’t even leave this review on Marriott because I wasn’t “invited” to leave a review Really, Marriott?

The views were awesome I stayed last week here The room was clean and ready when we checked in

It is attached to the mall for some nice shopping! I ordered from the room service menu several times and the service was always pretty fast although once there was an item I didn’t get and another time one of the sides was cold Overall the food has a good flavor I came with my grandma and got a mobility room I was expecting a walk-in shower, which it had, but I also thought the toilet would be higher, which it was not Also when self parking, we had a really hard time navigating to the hotel side with the wheelchair and ramp exit The door leading into the hotel didn’t have a handicapped door if I remember correctly The valet staff was awesome and helpful Best thing about this place was the location

Michael Winkler

Exceptional and friendly customer service From the front door to front desk and restaurant service All we’re incredibly attentive, helpful, smiling and appreciative

So good in fact I struggle with remembering a better experience checking into a hotel Kayla at reception was proactive, engaging and extremely helpful Room was clean and comfortable Highly recommend the hotel A Five star service! Thank you

Tracy

Stayed here for a conference, and paid conference (lower) rates Pretty lobby/bar area, but I missed my complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea service all day at HI Everything is a la cart, and exorbitant

Breakfast room service was one paper cup of coffee, $7, two eggs, bacon, and potatoes $20, plus $4 delivery fee, plus 20% gratuity added Eggs were great, potatoes were cold Room was comfortable, huge TV, mini-fridge Staff was pleasant A shopping center, with a food court, is physically connected to the hotel

TL;DR: HIGHLY recommend for large group events in Decatur!ACCOMMODATIONS & SERVICEThis hotel and staff were EXCELLENT Comfortable and stylish rooms, and staff were very helpful to address any questions or needs We were there for my sister’s wedding and they accommodated the whole family

It has such a comfortable feel with gathering spaces for everyone, large parties or small groups Some rooms have windows overlooking the central community area which I liked, but if that’s not your thing and you want more quiet you may want to request an externally facing room The pool and the gym were also quite nice, and the cafe serves Starbucks beverages which was a nice morning treatPARKING & LOCATIONThere’s ample parking also It’s super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and things to do which was really nice for everyone who was in town We stayed busy and no one had to drive anywhere Also really close to MARTA

Keki B

The accommodations were nice and clean You can tell they take cleanliness very seriously, which is greatly appreciated The room itself was decent

Sort of modern, however, the bed was firm and comfy I did love the hardwood floors That was a very nice touch Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay The $10 parking though, I didn’t love Haha

Tyler Schimmel

Our van broke down on the highway so we had to book a room quickly for the night The customer service was great! When we arrived we were greeted with water and a quick room upgrade I do not remember the mans name, but he was very accommodating

Their service to our room was fast when we asked for anything extra and our room was very clean Although we did not plan on staying here, I would highly recommend it I
