Hotel LeVeque is a gorgeous, refined hotel in downtown Columbus I stayed here for a night in February as a birthday surprise for a friend and the staff were welcoming and helpful in assisting us with our plansOur room was spacious and beautiful and continued the constellation theme throughout

There is a very homey feel in the room as you don’t really hear any of the goings on throughout the rest of the hotelWe were able to grab drinks at the keep and the in house restaurant only enhanced our experienceLike I mentioned, it was a Saturday night in February and I expected there to be valet but there were only piles of snow in any convenient drop-off location in front of the doors There’s a parking garage for the hotel but I wouldn’t classify it as super convenient This would be my only gripeOtherwise it was a great experience!

There will always be negative reviews no matter where you are but I wanted to make sure that I left a genuine review on this hotel

We only stayed for one night, to split up our long 14 hour drive home but I would have stayed much longer if I could’ve Everything was absolutely perfect and shining clean The staff was incredibly nice and helpful Amenities were perfect The pillows were phenomenally comfortable! And the shower was to die for! Everything was just like the pictures! I am not getting anything from the hotel by doing this review, I just want to let everyone know how incredible it was! I hope your stay was as great as ours Thank you Hotel LeVeque and your staff!

Beautiful hotel! Neat, clean, and spacious Staff was kind and helpful The extra fee for the breakfast buffet is absolutely worth paying! The made-to-order omelets were delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, meats, waffles/pancakes, breads/bagels/muffins, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, juice, milk, and coffee

If you don’t want to use valet, there are plenty of parking spaces (they also have a parking deck) Perfect location! Close to everything

I stayed at this hotel for 12 days! It overall would’ve been decent, except for the front desk staff, well one in particular, I think her name was Brenda During one of the many evenings I stayed, there was a party in the “Presidential Suite” across the hall from me I called the front desk to have them come up to address it

I was told by this person, they would call the room I assumed this hotel would have security and they would send them up to the room After another 30 min of no change, I called again and got the same person She told me she would call again, then, also said, she knew who was in that room Almost implying it was a friend or coworker I asked if it would be better if I called the police She told e I wasn’t allowed to call the police Yes NOT ALLOWED!! She told me if I did I would be kicked out along with the people making all the noise I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on an endless hold, so I hung up Immediately after that, the noise stopped This morning, the electricity went out I got the same person when I called down to ask about it She said it was out for everyone and hung up on me No apology, nothing Horrible Horrible customer service Run don’t walk to one of the other many hotels in that area!!!

We stayed here one night and chose it because it was walking distance to Easton Town Center The room was immaculate The hotel lobby was gorgeous

Front desk was helpful and also friendly! The pool was also perfect We didn’t work out in the fitness center, but I did regret not bringing my workout clothes when I saw it When we come back to Columbus, we will definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience at this Hilton property I had never stayed at a Hilton Canopy before, and therefore, wasn’t sure what to expect The hotel was very modern and clean, which I appreciated

It had the feel of a new hotel (not sure if it is or isn’t) There’s a restaurant located inside that had good breakfast for our stay The hotel is also centrally located in downtown, which made it easy for us to walk to our destinations and the area was nice as well Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the vibe of Canopy Overnight valet parking was $33 a night, which felt steep There’s no ATM on-site, so come prepared with cash for tipping

Cody Pritt

This property would be incredible if you could adjust the thermostat The hallways on our floor were set at 70 and showed an actual temperature of 77 Our room was set on 68 and it could not be lowered

It was 90 degrees outside and we were soaking wet with sweat all evening I asked for a fan, but none were available Although it said 68, it felt warmer The rooms themselves were great, spacious, and well kept We had breakfast there and it was also great Given the fact they have their thermostats locked and we were incredibly uncomfortable, I’d not return The Hilton two blocks away is incredible and their thermostats actually allow for air conditioning

Caitlin Taylor

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was phenomenal! Absolutely adored this hotel, my family only stays in Hilton hotel brands and this one did not disappoint! Staff was attentive, answered all my questions, cleanliness was superb, and we loved the room The shower was amazing and their valet was fantastic! Will definitely stay here again if traveling down to Columbus!

So, the hotel is pretty nice and clean But the AC went out in our room and I called the desk at 3:00am to say “Hey we’re roasting in here even though the thermostat is set to 60!” The response was, “I’m just the night clerk, not a mechanic I suggest you open your window

” We did end up doing that but it didn’t help much, it was still hella hot, plus there were no screens on the windows so a couple bugs flew in, AND worse, starting at about 6am, birds and traffic noises began coming through loud and clear! When we checked out, I mentioned it and the clerk said, “Oh yeah the AC went out for the whole hotel last night Sorry ’bout that” Like nothing else? No, “we’ll comp your valet parking for 1 day” “How about a free breakfast voucher?” Nothing For $300 we expected a MUCH better experience!!

Alliyha Taylor-Whetstone

We stayed at the Blackwell Inn on the executive floor The room was spacious and well decorated I loved the bed

The air conditioning was perfect The bathroom had all the items needed (Toothbrush kit, shaving kit, shower bonnet etc) The service was great The entire hotel was clean and smelled fresh We used valet They were fast and efficient I would return for sure

John Saks

The room and hotel were nice My issue was with the hotel desk staff We are concerned about COVID, and the girl at the desk didn’t put on a mask, even though we were wearing masks

I know their guidelines say they don’t have to wear masks, but it would be courteous of them to do it if the customers are wearing masks After all, they are working in the hospitality industry, and catering to customers’ concerns is hospitable

I had a great stay at the Fairfield CMH Airport Each of the Fairfield staff employees I dealt were extremely helpful and friendly I needed to rent a car and the GM took me there himself, I can only assume he has staffing challenges like most in the service industry today, regardless he was happy and quick to assist

Honesty the difference is the quality of staff – most hotel properties are very similar, but the GM must be a good leader because he and his team were spot on

Jenny Spencer

Very attractive exterior and interior Most importantly it is clean and doesn’t look worn-out This is a little inconvenience but the room didn’t have a USB slot so I had to locate a plug end to charge my phone and tablet

The breakfast area has this so I am there to charge my phone On a positive note, the decor is attractive and it’s pleasant to sit in the lobby area

Jessica Lopez

Great place with friendly customer service personnel Very clean rooms Comfortable beds

Close to the airport, but you need to call ahead for the shuttle or you will wait The only downfall is the current construction There are obvious safety hazards including screws protruding from the walls in lobby which easily catch clothing

KGQ NYC

Our experience was excellent We arrived after a very long drive and intended to go straight to bed but loved the ambiance so much that we spent some time exploring the hotel’s common spaces We loved the outdoor lounge as well as the indoor living room and breakfast area

We enjoyed the creative decor in the room and throughout the hotel The pool is small but well maintained and the fitness center is just right The “cafeteria” area offers several packaged food choices, some healthy, some not so much The game room is nicely laid out with teal crushed velvet booths, a pool table, and a few fun games The bar area is vibrant and inviting

Owen Kabelitz

Staff were friendly, location was good, and rooms were great The beds were comfortable and the shower was solid Issues with the bathroom door being hard to close and a few other design quirks with the room

Nothing experience ruining overall The interior and exterior design was simple, efficient, but stylish I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here

Jessica Gurkan

Super minimalistic Let me first say the staff was great! The atmosphere on the 1st floor is a little bit of everything There is a pool table with tables that give a bar like setting, and on the other side of the wall is the breakfast area

The lounge area is very nice but definitely an atmosphere of college feel The elevators are absolutely confusing Great idea with the key card for safety, but the whole set up on the screen confused everyone who had used them Once you get on the floors to your room, halls are very warehouse feeling Rooms are clean but definitely felt like an ikea showroom Very little counter space for anything And very dorm like feeling We wanted to try something different, and this definitely wasOverall, the place was clean Atmosphere was good; just feel short to us when it came to the rooms

It’s way over price I had a one king size bed room The Roman was fine but there’s no microwave, a really small fridge with no freezer space, and no laundry facilities on site

Plus, they take money out of your account on weird days not the day you check in, so my bank account got all messed The staff is fine just know you’re paying a lot of not that much

Vonessa Henry

Room was booked using points, get here and now can’t use the points Room had something brown smeared on the couch, big pieces of crumbs on the floor, fridge did not work From the outside the hotel is really nice but inside is like a motel but with a hotel price

We normally stay at Hyatt House, will continue to stay there That is a 5 star hotel

DJMS PRODUCTIONS

Found spiders in our 1st room In the bed with us and and everything Cob webs everywhere… seems like maintanece said a spider had babies in there right before we arrived 🤷🏾‍♂️ Anyway, housekeeping manager came after maintenance and checked it all out

I took d pics and video All of us were disgusted, but wound up moving us to a room they had me to inspect with them That room was fine, I finally talked to the manager and she offered points to us and I asked for 2 cookies No free night… but I think this was just a one off situation That’s why I gave them 3 stars I still think more could have been done seeing that we were out in a VERY SMALL room when we 1st arrived So this was actually our 3 RD ROOM in this hotel I usually have amazing experiences at any Hyatt Place I stay in and this was the toughest stay I’ve had PS They did give us a free late check out

Wow, what a fantastic hotel It is an impeccably maintained property, in a great location, with awesome views from the guest rooms The lobby and the rooms are wonderfully appointed with high end stylish furniture, and it just has a super chic feel to it

The entire staff was great In particular I want to thank the manager, Christopher, who went out of his way to help and so friendly They were warm and welcoming and extremely accommodating It was awesome Such a great hotel and I can’t recommend it enough I spend a decent amount of time on the road each year, but this place really stands out Looking forward to the next time I’m in Columbus

Tonya Strazdins

My experience at The Joseph was so, so It sits in a prime location close to all of the Short North Columbus Hot Spots and has a door connecting it to The Guild House, a fine dining Cameron Mitchell restaurantThey have valet, who were eager to assist us upon pulling up to the building

The front desk staff were helpful and friendlyThe room was pretty basic, nothing really memorable about it other than the view of 670 (if you’re into watching cars pass by on the freeway) We did hear the people next to us fairly often Our neighbors weren’t purposefully loud, it’s just the walls were so thin, you couldn’t help but hear the people next to you With a nightly fee of close to 400 dollars, you would think they could afford better insulationIn my opinion the price isn’t worth the only amenity of being close to the the short north Book a cheaper hotel elsewhere and uber

Shawn Colligan

Fantastic hotel! The moment you pull up a fantastic, peppy fabulous, bell man greets you and caters to your every needYou walk in the hotel, the look is very swanky yet sophisticatedThe rooms are clean, well lite, and very edgy

The bar in the lobby and the restaurant are fire!Overall the hotel is well worth every pennyWell done!

They only have valet parking $$ In witch they did a fabulous job having our car ready to go out for dinner and in the am when we werrr ready to go So I guess I can’t complain about the valet

The breakfast servers were on it but the food served was not $$ buffet style and it was not hot The room bedding and air quality was great So I slept good A nice full mirror in the sleeping area but no lighting near it

Jessica Kenimer

I had a meeting at the Renaissance Downtown Hotel this morning to tour the facility for the Brady Ware Women’s Leadership Conference we’re hosting there in June The hotel is beautiful and Amanda has been great to work withI was running late for the meeting, it was pouring outside and I didn’t see the “valet parking” sign before entering what I thought was a parking garage

I pulled in and Nick greeted me I asked him for parking suggestions and told him I’d only be at the hotel for about 45 minutes and was running late He was so kind and offered to keep my car nearby for me and validated my parking It was such a kind gesture and took a lot of stress off of me so I could get to my meeting Thanks so much Nick!

M F (Cato)

So I’m here on business and the company has made reservations The company had not paid for the rooms because of some confusion to our reservations We called our travel office and they guaranteed payment

However, the attendant was very reluctant to give us rooms unless we place it on our personal card and then have the company reimburse us Mind you this is a fortune 500 company that keeps its commitments We only had a three hours before we had to travel onward Anyway 2 hours later they received the authorization and then the attendant offered the rooms My colleague accepted but I declined because our limo was due in 30min I will be writing this event to our company and hopefully we drop this hotel for I got no rest but aggravation So much for customer satisfaction or working to resolve issues Horrible job I would have expected better

The staff here were amazing! So welcoming and friendly! I would definitely stay here The great staff made me forget about the insane parking price My room was comfortable and spacious

I loved it here I would come back simply because of the amazing staff Big shout to Amy and all of the front desk staff and of course Johnny and all of the fantastic Bistro staff! Thank you for making my stay great!

Angie Smuin

Terrible location Super loud ALL night long! Room was tiny We had a king bed and there was no room to set up our suitcase

Very small The bed was elevated at the foot No bell hop Had to lug all luggage up stairs to get to the elevator And no breakfast Now let’s not forget the lack of parking There is a tiny spot in front to pull up and valet parking is the only option We had to circle the hotel 4 times just to be able to pull up into the tiny spot We have a brand new 2022 car After being in their valet parking for 4 daysit now has multiple chips in the paint where chunks of paint are gone Along with what looks like someone smashed a car door into our back door When you pick up your car they just hand you the keys and walk away They don’t tell you that they have a sheet where they write down all damage before and after The catch, you don’t get to see it So it is your word against theirs Terrible experience! Now my brand new car has multiple chips and scratches thanks to this hotel and valet service!

Shala Vega

I would say this was a 4 star review but our blanket had a urine stain on it I don’t think it was acted appropriately on by the staff and they are clearly way under staffed to be able to provide the service paid for I’ve had better service at other hotels downtown Columbus that were much cheaper

I do not see me or my friends coming back as the inconvenience was not even apologized for or taken into consideration of how much our stay has costed

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel, more like a 3-star Our room was dated and the AC ran all night trying to cool off our 6th floor room I don’t think the room ever got to the 65 degrees that we set it on

We had breakfast at the restaurant and the food and service were great My only complaint was paying $5 for a small glass of orange juice The food prices seemed fair given the large portions The fitness center was nice and clean with complimentary water The “convenience store” isn’t anything more than non-alcoholic drinks and nuts Overall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but nothing about the hotel was above average

Cynthia Brown

We were there for a wedding, so we made the best of things The hotel staff deserves 5 stars, but the room was definitely not a 4-star While the king bed was quite comfortable, the rest of the room was very old and dated

All electric outlets we could reach were too loose to be comfortable to use Our TV stopped working The prompt response of maintenance determined that the electric outlet no longer worked, but he was able to use another outlet There were no outlets at the desk, so I had to brew coffee in the bathroom using an outlet that sparked sharing that outlet with our charging station The ceiling above the shower was coming down There was no light bright enough for the room so reaching into the black drawer interiors or our suitcases to retrieve garments was quite difficult No mention on the website that housekeeping no longer makes beds/empty trash cans during a stay so 4-night stay meant all trash cans were overflowing by the time we left No mention that ‘winter’ months means valet service only available Thursday-Sunday and Starbucks, restaurant, bar have limited hours if open at all

Elizabeth Lape

The ac doesn’t work well at all When we checked into our room we were a bit confused by the box fan In the room – thank goodness we had it because the room is stuffy and has poor circulationI was hoping it was just our room – but the bar at the restaurant had one too – so it must be ac that needs updates

The service however was great! Staff were friendly and helpful, bar staff wonderful and fun – food at restaurant was great! The rooms were not exactly outdated – but the furniture is a bit worn throughout room and whole hotel Just minor things like worm away paint in furniture and cabinets – just a little Tlc would make it greatHousekeeping did service our room though throughout our 2 night stayNot all the outlets worked – needs updates electrical – there were power strips which i just found strange but understoodI would not stay at this hotel again due to the air not working well I would not classify as a 4 star – maybe 3?Not a terrible experience but not what iWas expecting for a 4 star downtown

Everything was so amazing! The views were so nice! Our room overlooked Goodale Park which is gorgeous this time of year The food was so flavorful and fresh! We left to go bar hopping and ended up coming back because we wanted to enjoy more cocktails and delicious food 😋The staff were all so nice and the location is just a great spot The North Market is across the street and such a fun place to visit

We will definitely be back!

45 Stars, rounding up to 5This hotel is BEAUTIFUL — I love the modern aesthetic

My husband and I booked a corner suite for a weekend anniversary getaway It’s perfectly located just a block west of the Short North, and you can see Nationwide Arena, Crew Stadium, and Clippers Stadium from the hotel — all are a short walk awayLocation aside (and it really is a fantastic location), our suite was INCREDIBLY spacious and well-appointed I found the bed a little hard for my taste, but my husband loved it, so I think it’s a matter of preference The pillows were quite comfortable, and the bedding was immaculately clean We loved the overhead rain showerhead in the bath, and appreciated the wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers — they’re so much better than all those tiny plastic bottles I will say the bathroom floor could do with a little more thorough cleaning; I dropped an earring back and while looking for it, found more debris than I would have liked Otherwise, everything in our suite was comfortable and clean It was also nice and quiet (and we were very concerned about noise given that it was the St Patrick’s Day pub crawl that night)The rooftop bar, Lumin, has fantastic cocktails and a delightful staff We enjoyed drinks and appetizers before we went out for a show, and ended our evening with a nightcap there We’ll definitely return in warmer weather so we can sit outsideThis was a delightful getaway and the AC will be at the top of our list the next time we stay in Columbus

I had a wonderful visit to the AC Hotel I needed to be downtown and it was a perfect location Adjacent to North Market provides lots of interesting food options

I have dietary restrictions and the staff in the dining room were superb and helping me navigate the breakfast buffet Shout out to Marlana and Shay for going above and beyond

I stayed here for 6 nights, and I will attest that location is wonderful However, the hotel leaves a lot to be desired The gym is missing weights, there’s no yoga mats

The room was comfortable but my room had some baseboard trim missing, the shower body soap bottle was detached from the wall and so someone had just propped it up on the shelf Only gave me one hand towel and one wash cloth The worst part was breakfast While it’s great that they were doing “made to order,” every morning there was a big line, which took forever Also, they were missing a bunch of things on the menu Menu advertised Impossible sausage, they didn’t have it, avocado toast was supposed to have sun dried tomato and arugula, and it was simply multi-grain bread with store bought guacamole slathered on and one cold hard boiled egg Bagels, no cream cheese, bagel was barely toasted and still cold in the middle The eggs were greasy I don’t understand how this hotel is approved by the Marriott brand

The hotel was nice and clean Did not try the cafe but the food smelled goodHad a king size bed that was very comfortable, had a couch that could be a sleeper

Bathroom w/shower was great! TV w/great selection of channels Also did not make it to the pool or the exercise room The hotel is in an awesome location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants!

Oh man this was a disappointing experience My normal experience with Courtyards is positive but this place failed to live up to that Let’s dive in

AC Unit:During the night, something in the AC unit produced a sound that I would describe as a monster truck with a helicopter rotary mounted on top This is my main complaint and everything else is a minor annoyanceThe Shower:The lack of water pressure was disappointing but not uncommon What confused me was the lack of body wash in one of the three mounted dispensersThe Bite:After a night of AC terror I found what I believe to be an insect bite on my stomach While I can’t confirm I got it in the hotel I wouldn’t be surprised at this pointIn closing, I had a lovely time here before going to bed but after that it was all downhill I won’t be coming back until some major reservations have been made that are more in par with the standards of Easton

I enjoyed my stay overall The room was pretty nice, a little bit dark though I was disappointed that there weren’t bathtubs but no big deal

The TVs apparently have a way for you to connect your device and stream to it but I could not figure that out at all There weren’t any hotel guides or area guides in the room, not a big deal at all but something that I always enjoy A map of the hotel would have been handy since it took me a while to find the ice machine and other spaces I was there for a conference and multiple people complained that they had no idea where to find the ice machine Again, not a huge problem at all but it would be an easy little change to make life easier Overall, I enjoyed my stay It is in a great location, nearby some of the best restaurants in the city, and I would stay here again

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I was disgusted with the level of customer service from the front desk staff and the cleanliness of the room There was a clear difference in the way in which I was communicated with by the front desk and I made sure to mention that as I checked in and out Maybe a diversity training would be beneficial for staff

In terms of room cleanliness, it looked as if the room hadn’t been cleaned at all Very dusty and hair everywhere from last guest Luckily, I brought my own cleaning products from home in case this happened The point is, I came to this hotel for a meaningful conference, but the hotel didn’t provide a pleasant experience for me Please address!

Nice hotel with beautiful suites We had VIP Suite with separate dining area, wet bar and city views Very clean and well organized

Front desk staff very professional and very friendly We came for the sporting event and loved the idea that hotel is actually connected with the venue so didn’t have to leave building to enter the convention center Hotel itself had a restaurant and a bar with not that many options for dining, that’s probably only negative thing I would see but since it is located in the downtown, there were quite few places you could go to Close to the airport, 15min drive which was very convenient We used hotel car service which was very easy to book and they were also ready for us to leave when we were heading back to the airport Overall great experience

Super trendy The whole aesthetic of the place is 5/5 Very modern

Bartenders whip up some great drinks! The rooms and a little small and lacking a small refrigerator, but honestly that’s the only complaint I haveand if that’s the only complaint, I consider it a perfect experienceThe nice fire to enjoy drinks around was a massive plus!OH andthey really do take care of the cleanliness of the entire hotel and meet the cleaning standards of what is needed to keep covid at bayWe will most definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family!

Team Minney

My husband and I enjoyed our stay They had everything we needed and coffee and bagels for breakfast There is also an awesome restaurant attached but not affiliated

We stayed on a Thursday night on the 7th floor and could still hear the bar below us going til 2:30 So if you are looking for a quiet hotel maybe not this one I also would not bring my kids to this hotel It’s more of a upscale and modern hostel Neat concept and friendly employees You will pay for parking so be prepared

My wife and I stayed for a short trip It was very trendy We had a amazing view

Loved that they give you beer tokens when you check in at the bar The 6th floor terrace was a relaxing spot to hang out The roof top bar Mandrakes was awesome! The view and atmosphere was great and it was a short elevator ride to our room after The short north area is also awesome we did a food tour All the art and shops were nice as well We will definitely be back much more to talk aboutMy only complaint would be I wish the rooms had a mini fridge, but we had a cooler so no problem

Very nice hotel not too far off the toll road My kids were amazed that there were people in suits since we don’t usually stay in fancy hotels The property is shared by a Residence Inn, which might have slightly lower prices

The pool is a little small but was good enough for our needs The executive lounge (if you have enough Marriott status) offered a very good breakfast that filled up all my kids

Kyu Kim

Stayed here while my daughter and I visited OSU

was very impressed ! Rooms are clean and spacious and quiet The bed was super comfortable ! Staff was very accommodating especially the front desk people At first, I had trouble finding parking until I realized they have a huge lot in the back Bar is nice too – we only had their continental breakfast for $13 so can’t really comment on the restaurants However, I would advise eating at a local restaurant as so many great options in Columbus

For a Marriott Hotel, I expected a lot more I’m going to give a fair list of Pro’s and Cons’sPros- Hotel is beautiful, truly feels like your classic Marriott hotel Very modern and updated, lobby furniture is comfortable and lots of plugs

– Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating Nothing felt like a hassle or like we were wrong for asking a question, they were fantastic!-Rooms were clean and well kept upon arrival-Pool was Heated-Fitness center had fresh water and had a decent amount of machinesNow for cons which unfortunately there are more than pros, in order from least importance to most importanceCons-There was no microwave in the rooms Not a big deal but if you’ve already had a shower and you’re in your pj’s, it’s kind of a hassle to put on some sweatpants or a jacket to walk all the way downstairs to the lobby, make your food, and then take it back up At that point it’s not even really hot anymore-Despite the pool being heated, the AC was blowing in the room with the pool which made it kind of cold despite the water being warm-Pool was very small I understand this is more of a “conference” hotel but for a hotel of that size, it should have most definitely been larger-There was no Jacuzzi/Hot tub It’s like they think corporate people don’t like to sit back and relax either, I was very disappointed about that-I didn’t expect complimentary breakfast but holy cow it was $1295 per person if you wanted it And it wasn’t made to order You could walk next door to Bob Evan’s and get a made to order breakfast for about the same price or about $2 more- The shower head had very low water pressure Thankfully my father was traveling with me and was able to tighten it and fix it but if it had just been me I would not have been able to reach it or known to fix it like that-The bathroom door is a sliding glass barn door While it looks cool and is nice, since there is no real door, you can hear everything from the bathroom in the room……-The hotel is very large and the lack of signage makes it very confusing! They need to hand out a little map to everyone when they check in I know many people who got a lost in these combined hotels on this trip Even the elevators were confusing cause they all have weird quirks to them-In order to get daily housekeeping you have to call down to the front desk and “request” it This doesn’t necessarily bother me as they may not have enough resources to clean everybody’s room everyday However if you are someone that wants fresh towels each day you need to request housekeeping What DID bother me is that no one had informed us at check in or any other point that we had to call down and request daily housekeeping Once again, my issue isn’t having to request it, it’s that no one let us know we had to request it in order to receive the service Towards the end of the first day we called to the front desk and asked why there hadn’t been any housekeeping that came by and that’s when they informed us- and put us down for daily housekeeping after that-This is my biggest grievance The temperature and climate in the rooms is out of control The room was literally humid Like the air was thick and damp Made it very hard to sleep The only thing that kind of helped the humidity in the room was turning the air on but oh my gosh it was freezing! There’s only two settings for the AC and the one that blew the air less made the room extremely humid and the other blew freezing cold air on your face the whole night, no matter which way you turned the vents We even tried adjusting the temperature and turning off the fan but it didn’t do much Ultimately left with a choice of freeze or struggle to breathe Absolutely horrible It was not just our room We traveled in a very large party and everyone else said the same thing I literally asked everyone in our party- no jokeI’m giving it a solid 3 out of 5 For a “luxury” brand it was not a “luxury” experienced but it could have been much worse I would not stay here again given the choice

Staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful! From the moment we arrived, the valet was there to assist us, take our bags, help with our mountain bikes, give directions, etc The front desk also went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed Rooms were a bit pricey, but the hotel is in a great location and if the staff is going to be that great, I don’t mind paying extra

We will be back!

Miranda Hult

Our stay was okay My husband and I thought it was outrageous that the hotel charged $3200 per day for valet parking

The valet service is pretty good It seems to be an outside company Other parking options are limited Due to the location of the hotel the unloading/ loading zone is very small You might have to circle around the block until someone leaves, which can be frustrating No one came to our room for housekeeping service I told the housekeeper that we were leaving in an hour and she never came back The iron was broken- had to go to the front desk and ask for a new one If you go down for breakfast you have to pay- no complimentary continental breakfast The shower was terrible, the water trickled out of the shower head The toilet didn’t flush well either Needless to say, I probably won’t go back Thank god, I found wine at DG two blocks up

Bob St. Pierre

Just got back from this place and what a surprise! I’ve stayed at Westin’s before and loved them but not this time I get that it’s being remodeled or renovated but it’s pretty bad They have a sign that apologizes for the inconvenience but they still charge you full price

They don’t have a restaurant or bar open but they do have a small room with tables and they have a tarp draped over part of the room to cover up a bunch of junk and that serves as the place to mingle, I guess The lobby and front desk area is extremely cold, so cold you must wear a jacket or coatWe had two rooms there but I’ll never go back There’s no one around so you have to ring a bell and hope someone hears it!They should either close until the renovation is complete or charge a lot less than full priceThey were not transparent to the extent of the renovations on the website and that just doesn’t sit well with me Too many nice hotels around there so we won’t ever go back to this one
