Spent two nights at this hotel and was pleased with my choice The room was clean and spacious I will say the sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable thing ever

I ended up making a bed on the chaise lounge part of the couch with one of the dining chairs for my feet Luckily I’m short so it worked out perfectly with a great view of the tv The lobby/breakfast had plenty of seating that was not on top of the next table I didn’t try the breakfast but it appeared to have a good variety The little market had your basics too The location was great for me as it was walkable to restaurants and most important for me, at least one local coffee shop The best thing about this hotel was definitely the staff Every single person was super friendly and so helpful These days customer service is not always pleasant, but it is at this hotel!!

Kerry foy

Stayed here at Residence Inn for 10 days on a business trip The service was awesome LaTara was the first person I met to check in and she was so kind, courteous and helpful throughout my entire stay

All the hotel staff was amazing! The room was excellent! The breakfast was very good and the staff preparing it, made it extra special Thank you

Jamie Cook

Nice rooms other than the water damage in the kitchen I loved the two bedroom suite option which made sharing a room with my parents much easier Breakfast is amazing and service was incredibly friendly

The location is nice if you’re visiting a student from UAB and is also located within walking distance from a lot of quality restaurants and bars

Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel The location is great – near lots of restaurant and bars (you can just walk) My room was very spacious, nice and comfortable; and had everything I needed

I was happy to have a kitchenette that included a full fridge Even the common areas were very nice and cleanThe only reason I didn’t give this hotel 5 stars is because the breakfast fell short It just wasn’t that good to me Perhaps, other guests feel differently In the same breath, you’re so close to everything that you can just walk to a breakfast destination I would definitely stay at this Homewood location again

Bathsheba Johnson

I’ve stayed here twice, the rooms are absolutely beautiful and the staff is the friendliest I have ever had! However, the room I had last night needed more cleaning The shower wasn’t very clean in the corners and there were smears on the wall near the bed that I’m going to call chocolate The couch had some stains also that I forgot to photograph

Regardless, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again

Kristine Hansen-Dederick

The hotel itself is nice, but expect zero customer service Only folks I ran into seemed pretty lazy and bored Didn’t seem like too bad of a job, so not sure what the problem is there

Location is great and the rooms are spacious and quiet I can’t get past the bad attitudes though and probably would not stay there again It’s too pricey for that BS

The biggest thing to know is no onsite parking without using their valet service We opted for free street parking and just had to walk which was only inconvenient when bringing our things to the hotel

The hotel itself is staffed with really nice folks The bartender was charismatic and we greatly enjoyed talking to him while enjoying drinks The room itself was very cozy and clean and we over all loved the stay I can’t give 5 stars because there’s not a mini fridge or a microwave in the room That made eating and storing left overs and stuff impossible I would give it 5 stars if those things were added though Perfectly located downtown we walked to a lot of great places with ease

Erin Zulfer

I stayed for 2 weeks for work and I met I think almost everyone at the desk and valet services outside, couldn’t ask for a better group of people Lee, and Harley(I believe his name was) were outside most of time when I was in and out of the hotel, super nice and were able to tell me about the parking situation besides the valet Quentin was behind the bar and was able to recommend tons of cool things to do and makes absolutely incredible cocktails

It did not originally have a mini fridge in the room but I asked the front desk and they were able to send one Cleaning staff was great as wel, thank you so much

Ashley Smith

Very disappointed in my first stay at Kelly Front desk staff were eating food at the desk when I stopped by, had no change for the valet and in general appeared apathetic to guests I had a king room that smelled like mildew

Additionally the nightstand and desk had a liquid on it that I had to wipe off with a towel The linens felt like they had not been washed and gross! And lastly – $35 A DAY for valet – are they high? You don’t pay this in New York City This bones of hotel are stunning yet they need to fix a few basics in cleanliness, customer service and hotel guest basics

I had a wonderful one night stay at the Redmont All of the staff from valet, to front desk, to restaurant staff, were very friendly and helpful This it a downtown hotel and great for business travelers or a weekend getaway

There is a rooftop bar that is supposed to be amazing However it was closed due to the weather and short staffing I had drinks and appetizers in the restaurant Both were very good The room was not large but had a desk and king size bed which was very comfortable The Redmont is on the National Register of Historic Places It is also listed as the most haunted hotel in Alabama I did not see any ghosts Maybe next time…………

Danny Haralson

We didn’t stay here but we will! We’re from Bhm and next time we want a downtown evening, this will be the place Hotel is nice (Hilton Curio) with a long history but the staff was the best! We went (small group 10 +) stopped by roof top bar for a drink Staff opened doors, helped us figure out elevators (only 1 goes to penthouse/ bar) and served drinks

We travel often but think we’ve found a gem right here with service & pleasantness leading the way (how rare!)

Dana Aderhold

The staff at check in was less than helpful The staff at checkout was helpful though Room was dirty

$35 to valet was ridiculous when they are just moving the car to a public parking lot across the street that I could have parked in myself for 1/2 the price Hotel smelled old and musty Homeless people harassing me outside of the hotel I didn’t feel safe and will never be back

Customer service from Victoria (Vicky) was 100/10! She made my partner and I feel so welcome and comfortable! Her attitude was just beautiful 4/5 stars because the room was not as clean as I would have liked There was an old used soap bar left in the bathroom and the shower was a dingy color

Almost as if it were half cleaned Everything else was great! Love the bed and TV!

Kris Olsen

My company has several business interests in Birmingham We have been using this location for years and, under the previous manager (Tillman), we have always found the accommodations nice and professional A few months ago, a new manager (Jessica) took over and everything changed

There is a complete change at the front desk and the new staff act as if customers are an inconvenience They are rude and incompetent We use online reservations and E-check in More often than not, they can’t find our reservations and/or the room we have reserved has been changed to something completely different The side access doors no longer work with your room key The front desk will tell you that the card readers are broken, but you can watch the staff use them regularly You can only use the front door, which requires walking completely around the building regardless of weather The trash cans are routinely overflowing On my last stay, my room (I had E-checked in to a different one prior to arriving) smelled I’m not sure if it was the dirty carpet or a large, stinking bag of trash left outside my door from when I checked in to when I checked out There were bugs on the bed The common areas were dirty My company has been reserving several rooms, several nights a month for a very long time After discussing this with my VP, we will no longer be staying at this location Birmingham has a lot of hotels to choose from There are literally half a dozen within a stone’s throw from this location We won’t put up with this anymore

Ed Jenkins

The staff are all super nice and helpful However, I believe this hotel is in need of a serious deep cleaning The elevators were dirty and smelly, and there were several things in our room that were sub-par

It smelled strongly of an unpleasant air freshener, and many of the surfaces in the room had not been cleaned Also, the hotel overall just needs refreshing with updated furniture and wall coverings It is not up to the standard of most Hampton Inns we have stayed in

Due to being shorthanded we had a little wait for our rooms but Kevin at the front desk was wonderful! Apologized about the room not being ready and offered us a cool drink while we waited He got us into the room as soon as it was ready and it was a really nice one Despite being shorthanded it was still a very clean and comfortable hotel

Highly recommend!

Sandra Bair

I booked this hotel for my grandson who was at a wrestling tournament He said the hotel was ok

that it was comparable to a Comfort Inn We thought the breakfast was included like it typically is at a Holiday Inn but the cost for breakfast was $15 which was too steep for breakfast when you can go just about anywhere and get breakfast cheaper than that The cost of the room was already over $200 and to ask to pay for breakfast as well was I thought too much with the hotel not being anything special I will not recommend anyone staying here

kay richards

This hotel does not reflect the clean standards expected from an IHG property Carpet was filthy, and bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned, upolstery was terribly stained and looked worn out Front desk often left unmanned, while clerk is outside on personal phone

I will not stay at this property again and will be more cautious when selecting IHG properties moving forward For years they have been my go to for the cleanliness and comfort, but in these times I cannot compromise on the cleanliness of my rooms while travelling

My room was clean and nothing was shabby That is the only good thing I can say There was no shampoo

They told me they had run out a couple weeks prior That is hard to believe for a name brand hotel But the least they could have done was tell me before I left home and I could have brought my own shampoo My room faced a 12 lane highway ( yes, 6 lanes in each direction!) The noise was constant and explained why the room had a white noise machine I was attending a seminar and no one in the hotel knew where it was so I had to wander around to find it One of the attendees told me his room rate which was $50/night less than mine He said when he made his reservation he asked if there was a discount rate for attendees I went to the front desk about this, and they told me too bad, nothing they could do I could try calling sales So I did and Sales said I had to register on line which was a lie as the other person I spoke to attending the seminar did not register on line he made his reservation by phone Just a bad experience overall

There is a fine line between a very good hotel and a less than average hotel The check in was very slow, showing that the manager was not willing to come and help check customers in Secondly, there were laundry carts sitting by the elevator

This is evidence of poor housekeeping And, there was molding, or trim pulled off all over my area, including my room It would have been nice for them to inform me there was construction going on, when I checked in There was no TV signal

Whitney D.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the years, and after last night’s stay, I believe they should’ve just remained closed To begin, at checkout I was told that the room choice I booked was no longer available The guy who checked me in was even excited that I decided to only stay one night instead of the two I booked (so obvious they overbooked)

I took the room they had, and we noticed we had no small face towels in our room, so we requested them and were told they were dirty, and that cleaning staff didn’t arrive until the next morning That was fine, so the next morning we called around 7, and we were told they would be in by 8 I then went to the desk at 8:25, and the staff member was purposely rude to myself and everyone else who was in line She even turned her back to me to speak with another staffer, and made it clear she didn’t care She did inform me that cleaning staff didn’t get in until 8:30, before turning her back to me, though I asked if I could give her my room number for towels and she wrote it down By 10:00, still no towels and no word On top of that, water did not get hot (only warm) and the shower had hair in there from the previous people When I went to check out, customer service from her was just as terrible She is so mean to everyone for no reason Why have someone like this working your front desk if you are a 4 star hotel? Very disappointed and surely won’t stay again The Westin has much better service There was also no hair dryer in the room, which was odd I completely understand that by today being Father’s Day, you guys may be short staffed, but there is absolutely a way to inform customers and to have the employees who do come to work offer an apology for the inconvenience Staying at this hotel is no small fee, and I am disgusted I will say the valet team was extremely nice, but most people are when working for tips

We spent a night at this hotel with my child’s school for a class trip The hotel is attached to the mall so that’s was a great perk and the pool and hot tub was really nice Rooms were spacious and clean with a fridge and a decent size bathroom

What was really amazing about this hotel though was the service Everyone was so friendly and helpful, specifically Antoine Longmire who went above and beyond to make sure we got some breakfast, which the buffet was delicious, before heading out the morning we checked out Thank you so much and we appreciate you

shawnna mimms

My Overall experience here was okay The staff was friendly and did there best to accomdate esp because there was a lot going on I was there for a huge bowling tournament

The breakfast was okay but i found hair in my food and threw it out and went out for breakfast The rooms was okay I feel there should be microwaves in the rooms so you don’t have to go all the way downstairs to the lobby to heat up anything I feel there should be vending machines on each floor Also, there were no bathrobes in the room, no in room charger based on a list of what was supposed to be in the room The wifi went down in the middle of a zoom call and had to get it over ride to get back into my meeting The plus side was there was a mall which help to just let the time go by In all the hotel was okay I don’t think I would be staying there again To charge for parking i feel is not needed since your paying for breakfast and all meals and snacks if needed The location is okay but need a car to get around to get food if need be As mentioned it was okay

Kate E. Marshall

Pros: comfy beds, good sized rooms Cons: the fitness center is entirely inadequate Cardio machines need repair and/or replacement and more weights and machines are needed for this hotel to state that it has a gym on site (don’t expect much)

The rooms are not clean (lots of dust, baseboards haven’t been touched in months, smears on tables) The towels are raw and retain stains from the prior guests, and there’s an abundance of a lack of TLC around the building (shoddy repair work, deep cracks on the elevator floor, dirty floors in gym)

The people were very friendly I really liked the front desk staff However, housekeeping never came once when I was there all week, not even to empty the trash cans or give fresh towels

The gym was a joke, half the dumbbells were missing, there were zero mats, etc The room was just ok It’s my understanding there is renovation going on, so some of these issues may be resolved in the future, but if they are under renovation, they should have discounted their rates to reflect that

Robert Deguzman

My mini fridge didn’t work, had no cable in my room, and yes I brought it up to the front desk clerk, maintenance will take care of that as soon as they get in, guess what after spending a whole day training with my company and then we all went out to dinner pretty much didn’t get back to the hotel till about 10:00 maybe close to 11:00 and guess what everybody everything was still broke and my room wasn’t even made the towels that I used for the floor after taking a shower we’re still there The three stars I gave was because it is generally and nice looking hotel but when it comes to issues with hotel guests I do believe they should be a priority because a happy guess as a returning guest am I right I think I amOh and just in case the room that nobody came to fix is 232 but don’t take my word for it come experience it for yourself

Anna May

I will never stay at Aloft in Soho Square ever again My family used them for a hotel block for my wedding this past weekend The service was AWFUL!!! We did not receive the correct rooms we paid for, Kelsey (with marketing and heads up all communication) never returned a single phone call or email regarding booking the conference room space, the bartender did not even know how to make a vodka tonic, and if you speak with Shannon at the front desk she will probably make you cry with her impolite attitude, her eye rolls, and sassy remarks

I wouldn’t want anyone to experience the horrible service we received on the most exciting/special weekends of our lives

I want to especially thank the young lady at the front desk who checked my family and I in earlier in the morning She really went the extra mile and I appreciate her for this It was 8:15 am in the morning – you rock! 😀Great job!

Great service, very clean refreshment room We got a room with a nice view over the golf course A lady who did a check in for us told us that our room is not ready yet probably about 30 minutes or so

So we decided to wait for it As we were waiting about 45 minutes for the room that we were supposed to wait for but then she said we are getting a room downstairs instead Somehow she messed up and gave the room we were waiting for to someone else However, We are Thank you to another Gentleman who fixed it so we have a different room upstairs as we wanted it upstairs with fresh air He even gave us a nice compliment

We loved the breakfast so much we invited family with dietary restrictions to eat there with us Even the gluten, dairy, egg, and nut free relative was happy When we returned home my daughter wouldn’t eat the breakfast I made in the hopes that one of Chef Billy’s delicious omelettes would appear

We also loved the pool and the 4th of July celebrations that took place on the 3rd The only complaint was with housekeeping For some reason this luxury hotel has decided not to clean the rooms every day You have to request every day that you want the room cleaned Even though we went through the motions of requesting the room to be cleaned each day they would not always come That led to having to request more towels and shampoo The shampoo arrived, but not the towels We ended up borrowing towels from the pool area when needed I think the housekeeping issues may be due to staff shortages Overall we would return to Alabama to stay at this hotel It made our trip worthwhile

Shawn

What a beautiful resort Definitely top 10 the best hotels I’ve been fortunate to stay at From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the entire staff from the front desk, bartenders, concierge and maintenance crew was on point

I stayed 2 nights and got to say, I got the best rest I’ve had all year It may have been from all our meetings and training we did during the day But the moment my head hit those comfy pillows, I was out cold The beds are beyond comfy, with the right amount of support The room was amazing and very spacious The pool is amazing and definitely kid friendly The food is top tier as well All of these things are beyond important, especially since I work with one of the most classiest organizations on the planet 🌎, MERCEDES BENZ I attended this year’s EQ Experience and with out a doubt, my manufacturer rolled out the red carpet with our stay at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf ⛳️ course (The Castle)

Stayed here for the last two nights and there is a lot to like about this place Beautiful architecture, nice rooms and great location Could have easily given them 4 stars but their front desk personnel had attitudes and in some cases were plain rude

I’m a lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member and there is a fine line between being a good hotel versus being a great hotel And until the Owners and Management of this hotel require warm customer service this place will always be just a “good” hotel

Barney Moore

Don’t get it twisted, this hotel is not worth your money Clogged drains, cracked sink, cracked toilet, no refrigerator, AC wasn’t working right, very tiny rooms I travel all over the country for work and this was absolutely the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in

Street parking is a pain, not the safest area at night either I found the hotel staff to be kinda rude in general Nothing about this hotel feels historic except maybe the view from the street They serve breakfast on the top floor, so I went up there at 7am and it was 80 degrees in that damn room It’s basically the same terrible breakfast as any other Hampton Inn, but add 10 degrees to the ambient temperature No cold milk or cream at the coffee station, no milk in the fridge, and no fridge in the rooms either Good luck if you stay here I booked 3 nights and dipped out early just to get away from it My best guess is they don’t have the money or staff to properly service the place, but if you’re gonna charge $180/night you better get your act together Beds are so squishy the sheets come popping off Congrats, you’re the worst hotel I’ve been to in 37 nights at Hilton brand hotels in the past few months Now comes the hard part, put some money into this place and make it right Historic shouldn’t mean run-down

Embassy has a reputation of excellence I’ve stayed at many Embassy locations however, my most recent visit to Hoover, left me upset and disappointed! I was unable to check into my room upon arrival, and waited an additional hour and some change before I even saw a room The hallways were filthy, my room was less than clean

There was a stain on the sheets, a splatter of something on the dresser, stains that resembled vomit on the bathroom door, and a spider/cobwebs on the ceiling I was outraged! I was unable to immediately address the situation because I had to rush and get dressed for a function, for which I was 45 minutes late Did I mention my room was unavailable an hour after the original check-in time? Anyway, upon return from my engagement, I had to park in the adjoining parking garage The elevator leaving the garage was filthy and wreaked of urine I felt unsafe! It was accessible without a key card I tried my best to push past the short comings of this location, and consider the hotel may be understaffed I looked forward to a good night’s rest That was short lived! My bed was hard as rocks There was no bounce or give to the mattress To top it off, there was a miniature dog next door barking periodically through out the night It was HORRIBLE! At check out,I expressed my concerns with the attending clerk and he stated I should be compensated for my bad experience He gave me the manager’s card and said he would write a note explaining my concerns He also stated the manager would call me today to discuss how I should be compensated I still haven’t heard from the manager, even after I called and left a voicemail The best thing about my stay was the omelette! I will take my complaints to the next level since local management can’t be bothered I urge corporate to reevaluate the occupancy levels at their hotels If there are 200 rooms, and only 100 guests can be served effectively, do that and maintain a level of excellence until staffing is sufficient

Stan is the man!!! The rooms are clean, modern and very nice The lobby is great But the bar is the BOMB – great food, music and atmosphere and that’s where Stan is

Super personable, professional and friendly We had a great time during our stay in in large part because Stan was so great We’ll be back when we’re in Hoover again and look forward to to hanging out again with the man! Thank you Stan!

We love staying at this hotel This was our 3rd stay here My family and I were in town for my graduation

We did not use many of the amenities this time, but we have used the fitness area and breakfast bar in the past and loved them We would stay here again The location is the perfect distance from UAB schools The rooms have always been clean Our parents are still raving about the comfort level of the mattress and pillows

I booked this hotel largely due to loyalty to the Hilton brand and the strong reviews, and feel obligated to post to warn other travelers This hotel is by NO means worth of anything close to four stars While the hotel is very much “fine” it leaves much to be desired and is by no means worthy of the price tag Hilton places on what is supposedly their “flagship” property in the city

The rooms and decor are dated, and equivalent to a Hampton Inn but double the price The seemingly dumb but surprisingly most impactful negative about the property was the PILLOWS They are effectively as thin as paper once you lay your head on them, and no other pillows are available at the hotel Beyond sleeping with a thin piece of paper as a pillow, the sheets or itchy and might be 50 thread count max, and the A/C was set to 74 when we arrived so the room was sweltering hot No breakfast or snacks are provided regardless of loyalty or rewards status, the coffee machine in the room looks like it came straight from goodwill with only one (terrible) coffee packet thing provided There is NO BODY WASH (???) provided only bars of hand soap, which was shocking in and of itself The CHERRY on top was housekeeping banging on the door at 8am waking us up and interrupt the little sleep we could get on the paper pillows in order to turnover the room, despite the noon checkout time All around one of the more atrocious experiences at a Hilton property and despite the convenient location, will not be one to which I return

We checked in to our room which had the worst smoke smell I have a smoke allergy and immediately felt my eyes itching and watering so I called down to the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms They didn’t have many options and I know it wasn’t easy but she was able to move me to a different room on the same floor and I feel like it was a big upgrade

It was a corner room (and handicap accessible) so it was spacious It didn’t have the smoke smell and it was cleanWe only stayed one night passing through town but not sure I would stay downtown again The walk-ability to restaurants/bars is good lots of options However the street noise is not good All night we could hear cars, people, music and sirensBreakfast was good but there was one lady (rosa maybe?) that was rude and condescending I don’t know what I did to offend her but she followed me around telling me what I did wrong every time I came up to get something No smiles or friendly demeanor whatsoeverParking is $15/night and you get one vehicle per room (small lot) so plan accordingly!

Here for one night There was a member of staff learning to make towel animals as we were checking in I made small talk with him and after we returned from dinner he put two in our room

Very good staff at this hotel The room was clean (had an odd smell in the room, but it wasn’t a bad smell -it might have been a cleaner or something)I would stay here again

Book for my son’s college orientation (go Blazers), the staff(housekeeping, front desk and security) are super friendly and helpful Our room was nice( coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge) The bath area can be a little tricky, if you are a lady and have to shave your legs, there is no where to prop your foot up(know your flexibility limits)

Restaurants are in the immediate area( We tried J Wing’s eatery, they were pretty darn good)

Demetris Butler

I’ve always stayed at this hotel since they opened for business, and never had any issues until now Over the past years I’ve noticed the decline of the upkeep of the rooms I stayed one night and woke up to bites on my my upper and lower arms

Upon inspecting the bed that morning it was bed bugs I was horrified that this hotel does not value the safety and cleanliness of rooms for their customers I hope they take their complaints serious and try to improve with the cleanliness of the rooms Breakfast was ok nothing to get excited about The area don’t bother me, convenient location for track meets I would not be staying at this hotel again, nor do I recommend!!

Breakfast selection was excellent Normally hotel breakfast is difficult for those of us with food allergies, but the Drury hotel offers so many options that I was able to have a great breakfast In the room, my two favorite things were the pillows (soft, but supportive) and an awesome shower

Love the angle of the shower head as well as the water pressure Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub was enjoyed by many guests Next time, I’m bringing my suit! This hotel checks off all of my must-haves for a hotel and at an affordable rate

The entire staff was was friendly and welcoming The General Manager, Melanie, loves her job, and it was obvious that she loves the Hospitality Industry She made us feel so Welcome

The food was good, and we enjoyed talking with several people that we met We will definitely visit again We are locals who were getting a new roof on our home and decided to take a 2 day break while roofers were there Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Adrian Bee

We had a great stay Mattresses were actually comfortable and pillows were nice and fluffy We did not partake in the dinner and drinks provided but we did do the hot breakfast and we were quite impressed with the selection

Because the indoor pool was connected to the outdoor pool, the indoor pool was a bit chillyOverall, we had a fantastic stay and would recommend!

We had one of our nieces’ wedding rehearsal dinner there and many of her future in-laws and friends were staying thereAfter the rehearsal dinner, some of us decided to go down to the lobby on the first floor to sit and talkWe were not particularly being loud or obnoxious or anything

Just sitting at a hotel lounge and having conversations just like hotel guests would do Then the lady at the front desk yelled at us as if we were her students and she’s our teacher, saying that we were being too loud and that we need to quiet down because she can’t hear customers on the phoneWe didn’t say anything the first time and tried to talk little quieter Then, after about 10 minutes, the lady yelled at us again saying that we were being too loud Once again, we were not particularly being loud or obnoxious at all Just having some conversationsI just never had that kind of experience at any hotels anywhere – a front desk clerk telling (yelling at) guests to quiet down at the lobby I mean isn’t that what hotel lobby is for? For guests to sit and have conversations? Then, I tried to talk to her to see what is going on but she would not talk to me by saying that she’s too busy talking to her customers on the phoneI tried to politely ask her who’s the manager on duty is but she would not give me his/her name or the contact information – I guess I can look it up myselfBy then, we all decided that it’s not worth it and just went up to our roomsI asked her name but she kept on waving her finger while she’s talking to someone on the phone and walking away from me She was hiding her name tag with her arm so I couldn’t see her name eitherIt’s probably one of the most unpleasant experiences we’ve ever had staying at a hotelI actually don’t want to give any stars at allThe management needs to train the employees better Where is the customer service We were not there to serve them It’s the other way aroundDo not stay at this hotel

Richard M

Had dinner at the restaurant off the lobby called Ironwood kitchen Food was just ok, nothing special but the cost was extremely high for the meal Three of us with no alcohol, ran $200

00 The service was adequate Save your money as there are so many better restaurants for dinner in the area Stop there at the bar for drinks as that did look inviting
