I would recommend this Staybridge, as it provided a very good value with a convenient location The fact that both breakfast and dinner was provided during my stay made it an even better dealEveryone I came in contact with at this hotel were pleasant and professional

The people management seems to be well taken care of, which goes a long wayMy one complaint is that the facilities were not as clean and maintained as I like This is a quirky particularity of mine, and since no one in my party made a single comment about it, I think it’s just me

Landon Sky

Great staff Nice rooms Would have given five stars if they would have opted for slightly more expensive paper plates and bowls during breakfast

Bowls and plates break in your hands because they are all Styrofoam I almost want to give five stars because the staff is seriously one of the best in all the IHG places I’ve stayed at Would still recommend

Geo Fox

Phenomenal place It is a bit rough around the edges and could use a minor face-lift Other than that, it was great

The staff are simply amazing Whenever a minor issue came up they were quick about resolving the problemBreakfast is on par with IHG hotels Nothing special, but still worthwhileThe pool and hot tub were out of service during my visit, but the adjacent holiday inn allowed access since they are part of the same chain10/10 would recommend

There is always the fear of great rates not matching the quality of a hotel That being said, this is one of the exceptions The rates were wonderful for an impromptu weekend getaway and the room was absolutely amazing

The facility is clean, bright, and fresh It was great to have a place to let the littles wear themselves out, the pool Breakfast was amazing as well Will we be returning in the futurewhen in Colorado Springs? That would be an unequivocal Yes!

Our team just got back from a week retreat in Colorado Springs We absolutely loved our stay here Connie worked with us to get everything set up for all our team members and schedule out the conference rooms and group meals

Everything went so smooth The property has an amazing view The restaurant on site is surprisingly good The kids loved having both the indoor and outdoor pool options The team also liked the ability to take morning and evening hikes right from the property Thank you for making this a memorable stay for our group 🙌

Patti McCumber

I cannot say enough good things about this property We found ourselves stuck in Colorado Springs after a car issue driving from Illinois to move my daughter back to Arizona State University We made a reservation sitting at the car dealer and we were at the check in desk less than 10 minutes later

Lauren greeted us with a huge smile and immediately made us feel better She provided water and along with Patti, the manager, got us a great room with a large workspace we needed The room is clean, comfortable and very well appointed Lauren even checked on us later to see how we are doing and has given us a late check out to hopefully coincide with our car being ready to roll again in the afternoon We ate in the hotel restaurant, and Lance, the bartender, was wonderful as well! I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel We will be back and I will send everyone I know here if they are traveling through Colorado Springs

Dan Hagenow

My wife and I stayed one night here during our honeymoon, and it was by far the best stay of our trip! There were so many things we enjoyed, the outdoor pool/spa is AMAZING, and includes some beautiful mountains views! We got the concierge package, which included snacks, dinner, and breakfast There are also a bunch of hiking trails you can take advantage of as well right outside of their gate! We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone

New hotel in Colorado Springs Absolutely love the Marriott brand The staff was very friendly and accommodating

Was hauling a trailer since I was moving from another state and they told me exactly where to park and made sure I had a room overlooking the parking lot and my vehicle with trailer The room was spacious and the beds comfortable Will definitely be back My only criticism was the surcharge for parking and the lackluster breakfast options I get that we’re still dealing with Covid, but I think for the price point, the investment in a knockout breakfast is a worthy one

John Keen

Horrible service from the GM Ronnie I stayed here on military orders Once mission was complete we had to checkout early

First time in 7 years of military travel that I have been charged a service fee for checking out early The employee was appreciative of my service and she was nice and recommended I leave a note for the GM to waive the fee He chose not to I left a message with him and they have a 48 hour policy to get back to me Its been over a week and have not heard anythingThey are franchise owned GM got my note but would note waive the fee for a military serviceman Assistant GM Jennifer gave me the brush off too Safe to say my team will not be staying here any longer for trips to COS Will not do any business for those that don’t appreciate the duty of those who protect this countryThe hotel itself is fine Quiet and clean for the most part They charge you for parking

Austin Snow

Biggest takeaway: For being the among the priciest of the selection of hotels in the immediate vicinity, it was not on par with what we expect from those same other hotels/brands It’s definitely nice enough, location is great, but wasn’t super impressed after our stay Front desk staff was friendly but couldn’t locate my reservation even though I had checked in through the app the day prior

Bar in the main lobby open in the evening is a nice perk Otherwise felt like the only major “plus” was that the place is “new” The walls and doors felt/sounded thin, could hear everything in the hallway The desk chair/couch looked nice but neither were very comfortable to sit on My bed was quite noisy and the A/C unit worked well but made weird noises all night Room amenities (fridge/microwave) were nice The breakfast was quite underwhelming and simple, although the service was great Will probably look at Hampton/Holiday Inn first next time we are down this way

We just ended our 3-day annual, women’s retreat at the Hideaway We have been coming here since 2003! When we can’t reserve the dates that fit our schedule, we don’t have a retreat! We appreciate everything about The Hideaway (location, clean, comfortable, & amenities) The owner and staff are the best with servant’s hearts

Christine Wavle

Our ministry brought a group of 18 people to The Hideaway in JuneWe seriously could not have asked for a better experience The grounds were beautiful, the beds were incredible (I have back issues and I slept really well), the food was so good, and the staff was very kind

It all seemed too good to be true for the price, but all was completely as promised I would give them 10 stars if I could You seriously won’t regret staying here

serly vj

Love it, love it, love it They have everything you need there Complete kitchenette (my favorite) nice setting room, several hot jacuzzis, lots of small conference rooms

Best viewsMy 1st time in Colorado and we stayed at Garden of the Gods resort We stayed in the king’s room which is a great room, the bathroom is huge and has an amazing jetted bathtub The only downside was the construction

We ate at the rocks, and The kissing camels both were delicious and had wonderful service The beach cafe has a Starbucks and the barista is the sweetest lady We loved starting our morning talking with herMy husband and I spent a day at the spa He got a haircut, and facial and I got a 50-minute massage They have a Himalayan salt room which was wonderfulWe did the falconry excursion and it was worth every penny Also, the Royal Gorge Train in canon city is a neat experienceGOG also offers car service for 75$ we used it to take us to the Rabbit Hole downtown and the restaurant has a great atmosphere along with great food and drinksA tip- we took snacks, and water to keep in our room along with coffee for the coffee machine

Aarti Urs

We visited Colorado Springs for a family vacation with two kids (11 and 4) Every single person in this resort went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and most memorable!! Special shout out to the front desk lady Maria, she was extremely caring and welcoming, next shout out if o Michael the valet person who was very nice and made sure to even wait until we open our room and are satisfied with our room (small gesture but makes a big difference!) Concierge lady Sara was so sweet, walked with me to the spa to make sure i get there and get the appointment

Super sweet waitresses Merillye who offered blanket for my toddler when they saw he was cold, entertained him for a while when i had to take a call

John S

My wife and I went there for a late lunch/early dinner The View is incredible, but the food has no flavor We ordered two “rock burgers” hamburgers which they heat up frozen hamburger patties, don’t season them so they don’t have any taste and change $42 ($19

00 a piece) I asked another person eating in the restaurant how his food was and he said his meat was dry and didn’t have any taste If we ever go back, we will just order drinks and enjoy the view

We had a wonderful stay! The location is great! The lobby was inviting The staff was awesome! Courtney at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The breakfast attendants were on top of it preparing a great breakfast each morning

The rooms were clean and comfy The pool area was small but nice and they allow for adult only swimming from 10pm-12am, it’s nice to let the adults unwind Would stay again!

Jamie Reynolds

The front desk clerk last night was so nice and helpful The breakfast was great Gary and Blanca were running

They were working so hard to keep everything stocked and clean for everyone The rooms are clean The beds are comfortable We originally booked a different hotel that was not good Best Western Plus got us a room in minutes I’m glad we made the switch It was well worth the few extra dollars

Adriana De Jesus

I recently stayed at your hotel on 7-3-22 I would like to first congratulate you on your staff, very professional and cordialThe shower was amazing! Sadly the room was not up to par, is was much smaller than other Best Westerns in the area and I found left over pizza from the previous guest between the wall and the bed

The mattresses need to be updated as they are uncomfortable Breakfast was good, but plastic silverware and paper plates made it less than it could have been It is my opnion that it’s difficult to cut with plastic utensilsThanks for listening to my concerns

We are absolutely thrilled that we booked this hotel to stay at on our vacation Everything was fantastic The breakfasts were great and they have Pizza on site that is delicious

The staff at this hotel are amazing, they always greeted us with a smile and really helped to make our vacation one of the best If you are traveling to Colorado Springs and need a place to stay I would recommend this place over and over again

Dan

Awesome breakfast buffet! One of the best I’ve ever had The pizza at the restaurant was also very good The cons, the google page for this hotel says it has a hot tub, it does not

The deck area around the pool is small, only room enough for a few chairs The parking lot is gravel, I guess due to the construction of adding onto the hotel (it’s not a great look when driving in) They have a bar at the front counter?, seemed strange They are in the process of building a bar just off the front counter No folding luggage racks to set your suitcase on Bathroom was tiny Toilet sticks out in the middle of the room Lighting is terrible Two dimly lit lights flanking the sides of the bathroom mirror Very hard for my wife to apply makeup, bad design If it wasn’t for the breakfast buffet, it’d be a 2

Ronald Lo

Stayed 3 nights The people at the breakfast area are super nice They serve the hot foods now which is fine with me

The place was very clean I did have to park in the gravel in front, wish it was paved, hope they can pave it soon Internet is fast you don’t have to pay for the faster internet They do have a happy hour where there were a couple of people drinking Front desk peeps are super nice and friendly I arrive late around 10:30 PM after working a whole day and flying in and they tried to cheer me up Thanks so much for making they stay as good as can be!

Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at While by no means was it the most flashy or luxurious, it was super comfortable, clean, & cozy With this being said, what made it special was the people who worked there

Out of all the wonderful employees I met, the most memorable was a young woman named Kristen Kristen had everything in check from making sure the daily cookies were out on time, to preparing delicious breakfasts at 4am She went above & beyond everyday to make sure customers were not only satisfied, but felt at home Due to circumstances out of my control, my mother & I were stuck here for about 3 weeks However, day in and day out, Kristen made sure we were comfortable, and even took it upon herself during a very busy shift to fix the computer for me when I needed to hand in a last minute assignment There were days I would come down for breakfast or walk through the lobby where I’d feel miserable, but even on these days, Kristen’s warm, welcoming smile and voice was what constantly kept me going There is a huge difference between catering to your customers needs and CARING for your customers Kristen not only cared for us, but truly was invested in us and wanted us to feel at home every second during our stay there I’m not sure who is reading this right now, but if you are in upper management, I hope you strongly consider giving her a raise and making sure she knows how much she is cherished & appreciated I can honestly say my experience here would not have been the same if it weren’t for this lovely young woman, & I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Colorado Springs

Deb Gaarde

We had our wedding rehearsal dinner in the conference room, and the wedding party stayed at the hotel Kristine H in the front office made sure everything was set up and ready for our celebration She went above and beyond to take care of our needs

“Oh no, we have bottled beer and no bottle opener!” Kristi to the rescue She went over every detail ahead of time so the dinner and the shuttle the next day to the wedding went smoothly Just being around Kristi with her bubbly personality made our stay fun Thank you Kristi and the other friendly and helpful staff at Hilton Hampton Inn

Reid Hollander

We arrived at the hotel around 7:50PM to check in By 8:30PM it was clear no one was working here I waited an hour and ten minutes to check in with no one at the front desk and during this time I called the 800 number and told them I couldn’t check in because no one was here then they would call the front desk to confirm and I would answer

I answered the front desk phone for 45 minutes while waiting to check in because, again, no one was workingI am giving it a 1 star because I couldn’t check into the room I paid $265 for, all the national customer service line would do is “open a case” which will surely go nowhere, the manager on duty who has a “direct line” wouldn’t pick up, and I believe Hampton owes me back wages for answering their phone for 45 minutesI am sorry if you were staying here and called to the front desk for a late check out or toiletries, I was doing the best I could but againI don’t work here I am just a guy trying to check in

Had a fun time! My daughter is 3 and everything is all kid friendly Things to do at all ages Go during the week and sign up for promos to get a good deal

I wouldn’t personally spend more than $200 a night The hotel was nice and the staff was nice Our room was cleaned to standards but they helped to quick the error I would come again and have recommended people, when you get the deal

Rianna King

So much to do and just so much fun for the whole family The staff are always so pleasant and accommodating The room was nice, clean and well insulated so we couldn’t hear our neighbors

They have the water park, mini golf, a ropes course and so much more It’s definitely a place for a multi-night stay As someone who is young at heart, I think I had just as much fun as the kids We are already planning our next trip

Michelle Kohl

The staff is amazing! Everyone was accommodating, friendly and they all went above and beyond! The water park is amazing and this is definitely a great place for families to go for a vacation While it is a bit pricey, you do get what you pay for The only reason I cannot give five stars is because the room was not very clean when we checked in (dirty/stained pillowcases and trash on the floor)

Since they do advertise a certain standard of cleanliness, I expected better It was also a bit frustrating that one of the three elevators was out of service during our stay Waiting for the elevators took up a lot of valuable “play” time But all in all, our family had a fantastic time!

We have stayed at other MCM Grand Hotels but this one kind of blindsided us since it is more of an extended stay arrangement with kitchenettes unlike a standard motel There was no bar in the hotel unlike other MCM Grands with no “happy hour” Free breakfast was very good with multiple selections

Staff was especially friendly and helpful Bathroom was spotless Bed was a good quality brand but hard in the middle Desk/table only had one chair so one of us had to sit on the bed Hotel branding needs to be changed to reflect extended stay facility rather than a standard hotel

Toby Walden

We stayed 3 nights and it was great! Close to lots of things to see and do in Colorado Springs!!! Room had small kitchen with full size fridge and microwave which was fantastic and so handy since my son has food allergies and we have to bring his food with us Room was very clean and included a separate bedroom with king size bed & living room with pull out couch, very spacious and didn’t feel like we were on top of one another like most hotel rooms Staff was very nice and super helpful with recommendations

Felt safe in the area Nice little breakfast offered in the morning before going out for the dayONLY complaint I really have is the traffic noise It sounds like the windows are paper thin and you hear every car, person, motorcycle, etc that’s drives by or that’s outside Luckily we were exhausted so we were able to fall asleep but we were woke up many times throughout the night by traffic noise or people talking loud outside Other than that it’s a great place to stay Thanks so much for a great stay in Colorado Springs!!!

Jessica Everett

I enjoyed staying here The staff was super friendly My bed was pretty comfy and my room was very spacious

I was traveling alone and I felt pretty safe here I had left some pants in one of the drawers in the room, called once I realized and they offered to send them back to me I’m still waiting on them, so hopefully they will send them quickly because I’m running out of jeans Lol I’ll check back in a couple of days

This was our first stop on our trip exploring Colorado and this hotel was perfect! Very clean and the room was huge They had a bar which we visited as soon as we checked in after a long day of travel and the staff was very friendly and helpful The free breakfast in the morning had longer hours than I’ve experienced in the past with great food options

We booked through Hotwire so sometimes the hotels can be disappointing but this one was beyond our expectations for the price Highly recommend!

miguel moreno

Stayed here for 4 nights during my wife’s and I honeymoon-The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Anytime I had a question or needed help the receptionist was always helpful with a great attitude A reason why I always stay at Hyatt’s

5/5-The complimentary breakfast was also very good and exceeded my expectations They offered Cereal, activia yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels, french toast sticks, fruit and coffee 45/4-Where this hotel falls short from other Hyatt’s is the rooms The bedding was low quality and was pretty uncomfortable, thin low quality sheets and low quality pillows and uncomfortable mattress The restroom was extremely small (hard for anyone to maneuver in) and the light for the restroom was very dark Also had a day were the hotel seemed out of hot water and made showering impossible which delayed our second to last day in Colorado springs which was very disappointing and upsetting 2/5Overall this hotel was decent at best Customer service and breakfast was great however it was derailed by a disappointing room stay Compared to other Hyatt hotels (room wise) this was the worst Hyatt I’ve stayed in Really wish they would update some room items like bedding, mattress, and restroom I hoped I read reviews beforehand as my wife and I were expecting a bit nicer hotel room for our honeymoon

Brian Gent

Room was excellent, breakfast was fine My issue was with parking Downtown Co Springs has little parking, and Hyatt simply adds to the problem

Only Valet parking (for a few) or park in a different lot (for a few) Ended up being half the price to park a block away and walk to the hotel Was basically told “well, that’s downtown”which is right, but frustrating

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel First and foremost a huge thank you to Chad, Denise, and Mary for exceptional customer service It’s rare to come across such a find as we did with all 3 of these individuals

As for the hotel itself, our stay was wonderful They have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in The continental breakfast was wonderful with so many options to choose from The entire hotel was so clean and cheerful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home 5 stars 🌟

I was a little disappointed that my conditioner and body wash were out That made for a bad shower and hair day They replaced them at the front desk the next morning, but my shower was fine and my hair was tangled

Other than that, I like that they give you a microwave, which is usually left out at most hotels these days With the fridge, it made the room functional They had a pod coffee maker too I didn’t use it (I hate the environmental impact of pods) Breakfast was decent I was able to make a breakfast sandwich with sausage and a fried egg My daughter enjoyed the pancake maker Good spread Well stocked except for the orange juice They need a better selection of teas (just straight black please)

It was a very nice, updated hotel with a very good breakfast but the reason I gave it only 2 stars was because they forgot to clean our bathroom, restock our toilettes, no coffee cups/pods and the refrigerator was dirty It’s like they changed the bedding but once they got past there it was dirty We had to call and request they come clean and we weren’t even checked in for 30 minutes

We had no towels prior to taking a shower, no extra toilet paper, no soaps and no apologies when we had to go down to the desk the next morning to grab supplies I’m usually not one to complain but when there is feces on the toilet, hair in the sink, shower and floor you can clearly tell they didn’t clean our bathroom prior to us checking in

I was excited to stay here We used to take our kids here and have a great time So my daughter and I decided to take a girl’s trip to Springs Walking into the hotel It is beautifully done in the bottom portion of the lobby area

The elevator in the main lobby was out of use so we had to walk to the end of the hotel to get to our room Not that big of deal I needed the exercise ha Getting into the room at first glance was nice and big! Then as we started to unpack we started to notice a lot of dirtiness I took some pictures Huge curly hair on the TV stand Coffee pot tray was dirty with creamer stuck at bottom Fridge inside was dirty with spilled liquid inside 🤮 Walls and doors were visibly dirty! Could be wiped down easily! Oh I found one eye contact on the floor in the bathroom 👁️ GrossHair matted on one of the comforters Stains all over the carpet One thing I can say is the Beds were divine!! Super comfortable Breakfast is nice a lot of variety Let’s just say overall I was disappointed with the cleanliness of this not so cheap hotel 🤷 I expect this somewhat at an Motel 8

We just got back from staying at this hotel, and what a great experience We brought our dog and were put in a room on the ground floor, close enough to the front door to take her out when she needed to go Ben and his staff were super friendly and very accommodating

We needed to extend our stay because it had snowed and some of our reservations had been cancelled Not only were they able to extend our stay, but the price they gave us was very reasonable This all happened during a very busy week and the hotel was very full, so we really appreciated them accommodating us As usual, the breakfasts were good and the happy hour staff was very nice The location was about 15-20 minutes away from Manitou and touristy things in Colorado Springs, but it was an easy drive I would definitely go back to this hotel I was very surprised at how dog friendly not only the hotel was, but most of Colorado Springs was Our family had a really nice trip and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with or without a dog

This hotel is wonderful It has a lovely sitting area by a large fireplace An indoor pool that goes 7 feet deep and beautiful tropical plants throughout the lounge area

They have a large breakfast in the morning where people have a variety of foods and drinks then, take them to dining tables for breakfast Also, the hotel staff play relaxing music that really helps you to have a nice time The beds and pillows are also very comfortable and soft to lay on The whole hotel has a fresh, clean scent that makes you feel right at home

My family and I had a mini spring break here Only been to the springs for specific trips, never just to play touristI chose this hotel mainly for an indoor pool and the breakfast buffet

Who doesn’t love free foodPros -Free buffet breakfastSwimming pool open to kids until 10 pmVery spacious and open inside the hotelThe restaurant on site is fairly priced and delicious! We got the pizza and loved itThe most FRIENDLY staff I think I have ever encountered at a hotel!Really nice seating area in the common foyer that’s open and comfortableVery good price!ConsThe pool was kinda dirty – maybe just needs to be skimmed more often? They have areas for cash gratuities for the breakfast but do not accept cash at the restaurant so they are very hit or miss for getting change for a tip Would be nice if you could add on to your room bill if they cannot break large billsThose two things are really my only complaints! Obviously my complaints are really on staff more property management I cannot say enough how friendly and helpful and accommodating all of the staff was!

We have stayed here more then a handful of times and have always enjoyed our quite stay They have a great breakfast buffet, and the atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing The pool is always maintained and the rooms are very clean

My only suggestion would be to add pool lights or lights on the tables by the pools till at least 9 pmwe wanted to stay for a longer family swim but felt it was getting dangerous because we couldn’t see our children swimming Other then that no complaints, and would recommend this hotel

I know now why it’s called Residence Inn The room was really nice and clean It was like a studio unit

Kitchen was equipped with stove, a large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and even pots, pans, plates, utensils, dishwashing soap and scrub The room also had complimentary coffee, tea with sugar and creamer Mind this, the room had it’s own fire place! Breakfast was superb and had hearty choices If in another city, I would want to stay at another Residence Inn as well

Room appeared clean on the surface, but pulled back the sheets to a totally disgusting surprise Took a photo and showed to the front desk, who seemed to be apologetic and promised to have the sheets changed Didn’t make a big deal about it even though it was super gross, but everyone makes mistakes, right? However came back to the room at 10pm and the sheets still haven’t been touched

Had to go back to the front desk with my 3 kids to complain Got an insincere apology and handed sheets for me to go change someone else’s filth out myself! If I didn’t have 3 small kids with me so late at night, I would have demanded another room or left for another hotel Totally unacceptable
