Great stay, fun location! This stay was to celebrate a birthday, and the Grove went out of their way to make it specialFront desk staff was very busy when we arrived but they didn’t miss a beat! Room was quiet and comfortable I’m from Caldwell and have always looked at the Grove as one of the elite hotels, and I’m glad I was able to experience that level of service

We look forward to our next stay-cation here Thanks to everyone for making it special!

Donna Agopsowicz

Room was very nice and clean However, housekeeping carts were in the hallway and no one ever came into our room to even ask if we needed anything for our 4 day stay We had to ask several times for towels, soap and wash cloths, etc

Their phones were constantly in use including loud music at times Restaurant was very nice with excellent service Other staff were cheerful and helpful too

Angee Jensen

For the price of our room, I would have expected much softer towels that were much larger We were disappointed that the jacuzzi closed at 10 pm The pillows were way too stuffed and we woke with kinked necks

The bed was comfortable, the view was good, loved the robes, the staff was great! We won’t stay again because there are far better prices that offer really soft towels, 24 hours jacuzzi, and free breakfast, with a room just as pretty

First there are two Holiday Inns right next to each other, so make sure you know if the one you booked is the Express or notThis felt like a new building Nice and clean

It was busy, so parking was tightThe receptionist was friendly As busy as it was, it was fairly quiet when we checked in at 10:30 pm But, whenever the AC turned on it sounded like a jet engine starting up, which woke us up off and on throughout the night Also, in the morning, we could hear people talking in the hallways and heard regular slamming of doors, etc So, not a super quiet place But, our room was clean and comfortable and we were fine with it for an overnight stay

Jordan

Overall very clean, and nice hotel Booked through expedia and was told I needed to pay an extra $25 on top of the hotel stay when arriving to check in Didn’t know that at the time that it was an extra sum of money I had to pay, I thought it may be a place holder for booking through a third party, but it was an extra charge

Wasn’t explained to me well, and didn’t notice till after the stay We get to the room it was exceptionally clean and my partner and I were excited to have a good nights rest before heading home About an hour into our stay (around 7 pm) the upstairs guests were super loud, running in their room, yelling, and honestly sounded like they were destroying the room above us We called around 8 for this because the sound disruption was constant and we wanted to get to sleep early The front desk told us that they weren’t allowed to go and tell the upstairs guests to be quiet because quiet time was from 10 pm to 8 am we requested a change of rooms and they said we weren’t allowed to do that We had about an hour of relief from the disruptive sounds, then they started up again right at 9:30 pm We waited until 10 pm and called the front desk once again because it hadn’t stopped They said they would “do something about it” An hour later still, the constant noise Finally, we called the front desk again, this lady did allow us to change rooms, on the same floor as the disruptive guests but at the opposite end of the hall We packed our stuff and moved to the different room, which was what I assumed was a suite We had breakfast the next morning, which was very filling and tasty The breakfast was the most appealing part of the stay

Sandra Schiavo

The first thing that occurred in the room was when I tried to raise the shade only to have the chain fall down I called maintenance (who cane quickly) and he was not able to fix it, but do a temporary fix We stayed four nights and not once did we get fresh towels or have the trash emptied

The elevator was filthy – not cleaned either having the same stains for 4 days I get we are still in a pandemic and staff is short, but come on…towels should be changed out and trash emptied at least every other day! And how about cleaning the elevators on the night shift?! The bed was comfortable, but the place is VERY NOISY!!!

Not Happy really No instructions on parking, caused stress Room is absolutely unacceptable

There is dried urine on one of the toilets, something leaked From underneath the fridge, it’s not even cooling soda Waxy or oily handprints on headboard and the sheets look like someone has been sleeping on top of them There are dead bugs in the light shades in lobby Hotel staff says there are no guest relation cards to fill out

Barbara Campagna

Our “wellness” room was pleasant enough however, the fitted sheets and two mattress pads were too big for our bed and kept coming off all night for both of us I woke up at least 4 times to fix throughout the night Needless to say, it was not really a “wellness” experience for either of us

The shuttle service only picks up and drops off at the airport (won’t even take you to local restaurants in the freezing cold)On a better note, the front desk staff was greatI was very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend with all the other hotel choices in downtown Boise

This is Hands-Down the best hotel to stay in if your are driving through or visiting Boise The service is awesome, the pool is always clean, the Breakfast is actually to die for (I mean it: all my family lives out of state in Arizona and Oregon When we lived in Utah and used to visit family in Oregon we would always stop and stay at this exact location, and we stayed in two suites for a week when we were buying our house down here

Out of every hotel I have ever been to in what is about 40 cross-country road trips, this breakfast is by far my favorite), and the rooms are cozy and well-furnished This is a fantastic hotel10/10 HIGHLY recommend

David Henson

The only thing I have to mention that was negative is When I first arrived at 4:10pm my room wasn’t ready then they couldn’t issue digital or plastic keys Ethan had to let us in our rooms

Other than that the stay was almost perfect Pillows don’t have enough fill in them The room other than that was great It was a suite so it had a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cabinets Water was warm daily when I took a shower They cleaned my room without asking It is super to close to many restaurants including Twin Peaks and Goodwood BBQ Plenty of fast food joints, gas stations and car washes within a mile or two Place was always clean, BBQ area was great with working grills (gas) Humongous parking area never had to look for a spot, many were always open Breakfast was the standard hotel fare Some type of eggs, sausage, cereal, juices, 24/7 free coffee, yogurt, oatmeal different breads etc When we go back this is the place I’ll be staying

Carlos Reyes

Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk Additionally, I’m usually able to check in prior to the actual check-in time However, I wasn’t able to do so due to the rooms not being ready for about 30-45 minutes after check-in which is at 4pm

Not fun after being on a couple of flights, wanting to drop my things off and eat I was told that the hotel had been booked for the previous night, but at no time during my stay (more than a week), did I ever see that many people at the hotelThe staff was super friendly My room and hotel were clean and location was awesome However, room cleaning staff could’ve had a sense of urgency at any time to show they cared about the job at hand Which showed when my colleague’s room wasn’t cleaned the entire time after asking for it to be cleaned

We love staying here Great price I love the location because it is so nice nice and quiet

It’s away from downtown, but the freeway is so close Continental breakfast is fantastic My kids look forward to it each time we go They had an issue with checking us in because bookingcom had reversed my first and last name around Jasmine was friendly and professional as she was ready to accommodate us with an upgraded room before finding the mix up This will continue to be our go to for all of our Boise visits

Greg Bradley

So this is a two-fold review First my stay Been perfectly quiet and easy the way I needed it after some long travel

The only thing I would comment on about my room was the shower head was a little wonky Otherwise no issues!Second part was regarding a friend All the hotels are booked up and no rooms to be found anywhere I had an old friend in need for a place to stay with her kids They were able to offer her a room for the night and it made a huge difference

Katie K.

We stayed Saturday night to Sunday morningPros: Front desk clerk was knowledgeable and kind Very efficient The beds were nice and the pillows were soft

(Some pillows look soft and then flatten and are hard-not these) It was nice to have a pool and hot tub after a long day Very conveniently located by the soccer fields Breakfast on Sunday was pretty good: Hot eggs, sausage, seasoned potatoes, waffles and cold cereal Apples and oranges for fruitCons: there were a few cons The hot tub seemed broken We got in and turned the bubbles on One of the holes was spewing water Not a huge deal until the temperature skyrocketed and started to almost burn us It was super hotThere was mold on the walls in the bathroom Shower was nice and hot and the shower head was great, just a little concerned with the moldOverall the hotel was a little dated, but the cost, location and front desk made up for it and we’ll be staying here again in the future

This was a fantastic stay for our family of six We reserved a two-queen suite The room was massive, well-appointed, and clean, with excellent blackout curtains

Brandon and Herb at the front desk were friendly, kind, and responsive during our check-in and with some additional requests we had, both in person and over the Marriot app while we were on our wayBreakfast was phenomenal – a variety of hot breakfast sandwiches and quiches, as well as a great oatmeal station, waffles, fruit, and other offerings Min was working at the breakfast lounge when we left, she was incredibly kind and attentive to usWe didn’t use the pool or gym during our short stay, but both looked clean, modern, and well-equipped Unfortunately we only had one night in Boise before having to move on – we wish we could have stayed longer, in no small part because of our stay at this Residence Inn!

Alex C

This Marriott looks nice but is pretty run down and dirty I was especially disappointed with the cleanliness of the room My husband and I stayed one night with our toddler who touches everything

So as a mom, I had to do something about every wall/cabinet/door having all sorts of dirty marks on them Luckily we had a kitchen so I was able to get a rag with soap to wipe everything down Other than that we loved the location as it’s near a lot of great places to eat and things to do Just wish hotels in general would clean more than just surface tops and linens

Amanda Gibbon

This has been the best Residence Inn I’ve been toThe hotel was beautiful and the rooms were above my expectationsThe service was great (thank you for accommodating my early check in, this has been one of the only hotels which has honored this perk I get as an Ambassador)

Next time in Bosie I will certainly stay here again Thank you to all of the wonderful staff!

I stayed here for a few nights for work and enjoyed my stay The front desk staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in early The room accommodations were pretty standard and I got a room with nice mountain views

The lemon water in the lobby was a wonderful touch! The breakfast was pretty standard as well, it was refreshing to see a hotel offering breakfast as many aren’t right now! The location was nice as it was very close to a running trail and it was nice to run through the university campus The workout room was a bit smaller than other hotels I’ve stayed in but I have yet to stay somewhere with a wonderful workout room I would definitely stay here again if in Boise!

AngryVincent 1358

By far the best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at Staff is super friendly Breakfast was great

Checked in 6/6/22 around 7pm and the 2 people at the front desk were super welcoming The next morning the nice lady who was restocking breakfast offered to bring us pancakes since the pancake machine needed restocking The room itself was really nice Super clean and we didn’t hear anyone walking around during the night

Nice mid-sized hotel located a fifteen minute walk south of downtown The hotel was clean and the personnel friendly My room was spacious and as described, and with a balcony door directly to the pleasant courtyard

This courtyard is an oasis which gives shade from the sun and room for a slow pace, and it has a nice fireplace-table lit at nightThere is a fitness room which contains enough equipment in good condition, unfortunately there is no breakfast nor a swimming pool

Jennifer Cassell

Such an excellent experience at this hotel I was here for an extended stay while my husband was at St Lukes hospital for 21 days The staff was amazing and so friendly

I witnessed them treat each guest with the same familiarity and kindness You don’t get that with many hotels Thank you Julie, Jeni and Sebastian for making a Marriott feel like home away from home

Meredith

5 stars for customer service Jay was very responsive via the chat function in the app and made sure the shuttle would be available to pick me up at the airport if needed (in the middle of the night due to a flight delay, no less) He also accommodated my preferred room location

This is an older hotel— rooms are small, have window AC’s, and the TV’s have DirectTV only That said, they are very clean and quiet Great location on the edge of downtown The Bistro staff was also awesome For the reviews commenting on no free breakfast— this is standard for Courtyards

I was in Boise for work, and the job had us staying at the Garden Inn Straight off the bat, the reception folks (I remember Kat by name) were very friendly and welcoming Alongside the reception counter is a little convenience store area with a very diverse set of items for purchase

impressively diverse! The size of the rooms was quite comfortable and the mattress on the queen bed was really nice There were two beds in the room with a total of 8 pillows, out of which maybe two were usable of you wanted any form of cushioningMy room was facing the street, and the sound isolation left much to be desired The shower had very nice hot water, though the dial was a little finickyBreakfast even at $850 was overpriced for what you get, but one of the biggest disappointments was when we first got to the hotel they had this hot chocolate in the hotel that we really enjoyed and complimented then on, by the second day it was goneOverall, a mediocre night sleep

Teiste Brito

Excellent choice if you want to stay in downtown Boise , with so many great restaurants on a walking distance (less than 10 minutes walk)Service is great , the hotel offers breakfast and even have a bar inside , open in the eveningsOnly problem is parkingYoh have to lay 15 dollars per day to stay here and park

But , overall , a great experience

Brooke J. Burns

The hotel staff were amazing! Call ahead to have the shuttle waiting for you at the airport The shuttle driver/maintenance man, Steve, is the bomb! I don’t know many hotels that will shuttle you to dinner so you don’t have to pay for an uber Anytime we needed anything, it was brought to us expeditiously and with a smile! I would not stay anywhere else in Boise!

It was great! Staff is so nice and helpful Rooms are clean and organized and have all the things you might need View is especially nice! Free wifi too! Only thing I would say is to add more main dishes and fruit for breakfast felt like there wasn’t much to choose from

And same thing with coffee they only had decaf and dark roast would love to see a medium roast coffee Other than that it was a great experience definitely coming back

Carrie Pavao

The lobby of this hotel is very nice and clean The staff very friendly We were on the 8th floor in a suite

Spacious and with great views of the mountainsMy only issue was more maintenance and housekeeping related The sink in the wet bar struggles to drain if the faucet turned on Items were left in the fridge upon our arrival And the air vent is right next to the bed so every time it turned on, we were jolted awake by the loud noise of it heating or coolingAll in all a nice place in a great location

Gabby Lara

Finding this hotel was easy; be sharp, as the driveway to the parking, is right off the street No Diamond parking available; maybe just one—that’s just spoiled me talking Heads up, the elevators are right on garage and to get access, you’d need to pick up a dirty phone on wall, (unless you get a digital key when you check in prior to your visit; then you can open the door to elevators with that)

If you haven’t checked in, take the elevators to the first floor, where the lobby is If you’ve checked in digitally, you can go straight to your floorNice floor plan on first floor Great meeting and reception area Room was clean, spacious and comfortable Should’ve checked the alarm clock because it woke me up way too early and couldn’t go back to sleep Many places to eat within walking distance They do serve breakfast, at no cost And they have your average breakfasts; hot and ready Friendly front desk staff, as wellDon’t forget your freshly baked cookie when you check in 😉

I would book here again if I go back to Boise! The service from the staff was on par, they offered shuttles to and from the airport and to our events at Boise State University (my sister and I had graduation ceremonies) making it easy on us, a hot breakfast with an omelette station, an outdoor heated pool next to a bar and restaurant that included service in the pool area, and comfortable rooms We rented bikes from the hotel and rode on the Greenbelt trail that followed the river It was beautiful with the spring flowers in bloom

The hotel is next to a winery, a brewery, and an awesome steakhouse, The Stagecoach Inn making it easy to enjoy getting out of the room without needed a shuttle or taxi The Riverside restaurant was great too! Pleasantly surprised that it was not super expensive but very good food Friends, it is not the newest hotel, but it is well maintained and the staff are friendly Stay here for a great hotel experience

The breakfast was awesome The service was high quality and the people were friendly They provided a free ride to the airport in their shuttle

The bed was comfortable and the pillows fluffy This hotel actually provided room cleaning each day without being asked, just like before Covid hysteriaThey have a heated outdoor pool and hot tub I understand they are building an indoor pool

We love this hotel, it’s our go to place to stay every time we visit Boise The service is outstanding, they always seem properly staffed & everyone is helpful & professional The location can’t be beat, walking distance to lots of great places & a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 2 mile radius & the airport

They have a decent restaurant, a couple good bars, & lots of live music options The rooms are clean, safe, & very comfortable, probably the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept inbut, the showers The only issue I have is with the showers They are terrible! Old, poorly upkept, failing tile, short shower heads (I’m 5’5″ & on my most recent stay I had to duck to wash my hair), just unbelievably bad And it’s just not one room, we’ve stayed over a dozen times & the shower is always a 70s nightmare For $250+ a night I’d really like to feel clean after a shower & I never do It’s maddening

I did an overnight at the Inn at 500 and was very pleasantly surprised about how much I enjoyed the stay The initial welcome was smooth, quick, and the welcome drinks and snacks were a nice intro My room was spacious, very clean, and had a fun travel motif

Loved the balcony and the free non-alcoholic beverages everytime I wandered downtown The location is great for the gardens and museums, and good for the walkable downtown area and Capitol The shower is scrumptious, but I’d like a jetted tub for a suite style room I’d happily stay here again

Melissa Comerford

Rooms were spacious and very clean! The view from our room, facing the Capitol Building with the mountains behind it, was beautiful! I appreciate all the thought and special touches put into the hotel The complimentary drinks and snacks, the two-way butler pantry door, the ice chest with bagged ice in lieu of noisy ice machines, and the large closet space are just a few!

We really liked this hotel! We stay at The Grove usually, or Hotel 43, and In at 500 is a step up in quality The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed with a fireplace and balcony The bathroom is luxurious

They offer complimentary wine or beer at check in as well as snacks and other beverages The bedding is high quality and we slept very well We will be back

I will start with the negative and end on a positive This is our first trip to Boise We made our reservation while in route to the destinations

At check-in we were met by two young desk attendants that smiled while seeming inconvenienced by our arrival Granted, we were literally the only two individuals there When we made our reservation in route, we were sent a confirmation email with the price we would have to pay upon arrival My husband had just spent 11+ hours driving prior to arriving at the hotel and paying for our stay It wasn’t until we were sitting at dinner that he realized we were charged over $40 more than the quoted price When we returned to the hotel, my husband went downstairs and inquired about the additional charge The 20 something-year-old attendant responded in a snarky tone “like we said at check-in we charge 20% more for incidentals “ While we recognize we had spent a lot of hours on the road and they very likely could have said something about this, the tone and the disrespect with which the information was relayed to my husband was unacceptable I would highly recommend customer service training for the two young women tasked with making reservations and taking credit card payments These two young women were our first impression of Boise and of the facility Thankfully, our impression of Boise didn’t end with the negative experience with these two front desk attendants We did find the people at Outback nearby to be engaging, respectful, and highly customer focused The attendants we experienced could learn a great deal from the staff at Outback Now the positive, our room was clean , the air conditioner worked well, the bed and the pillows were wonderful We had a good nights sleep and enjoyed the remainder of our stay Also, when we called to report a screen that was about to fall out of the window, the front desk attendant (Mike) was very kind and appreciative that we let them know before departing

I want to love the hotel because its spacious, in a decent location, it’s been updated and most of the staff was friendly but there’s too much I can’t look past There’s been a pleasing update in most areas, however the overall cleanliness isLACKING and neglect of wear shows in the peeling wall paper, rust in showers, around door frames, deep staining on toilets, closet doors that won’t open or close, stained/worn carpets, bath towels and furniture The 1st room we stayed in smelled damp and of mildew, the carpets were visually stained and unbelievably filthy, a couple of the towels were stained

I used 10-15 lysol wipes (per room) to clean grime off the bathroom counter, door handles and bare floors in both rooms If I hadn’t been moved to another room and had the opportunity to test out a different space I would have left for another hotel When I brought the issues to the attention of front desk staff I felt like one of the staff members were receptive and the other seemed offended (Bailey) Like I mentioned the rooms are spacious The beds were very comfortable (on the firmer side), common areas seem cleaner than rooms The trash cans in the room are really tiny and there is no counter space in the fridge/microwave area In the 2nd room the beds and towels felt and smelled clean The rest of the room appeared clean but most of the hard surfaces were smudged and felt like they had a residue Upon cleaning those spaces I was grossed out by how much filth I had wiped up If the room had just been cleaned I was horrified We found it hard to relax knowing the space was not well kept For upwards of $230 per night this was not the place for us If you don’t mind uncleanliness most of this will not bother you The nicest part of the hotel was the women’s restroom in the lobby It was clean, large, and lovely Breakfast wasn’t anything memorable but the staff was friendly and at checkout the gentleman was courteous and professional

Friendly staff, very helpful However, this place is constantly out of bottled water Globalists are supposed to get two bottles of water every day

I was only able to do this once the entire week goes here Two of the Receptionist stated they did not have the key Why people don’t have keys is crazy; Why bottled water needs to be locked up is Ridiculous The person ordering needs to be retrained Supply chain for beer is not brokenI requested a king size room weeks ahead of time As a globalist, my room was assigned before I got their It was given away before I arrived

Melissa Weick

We stayed 2 nights at $200 a night! On the positive, the room was quiet (we were on the 4th floor) and the room was clean The reasons I am giving such a low rating: 1 We could only control our room temperature to a small degree

We like a cool room to sleep and the temperature would only go down to 66 degrees 2 We went to the bar for a drink and the young man either would not or could not get the type of beer my husband wanted He said they had it but he could not go into the storage room to get it 3 The towels in the room were so old they were frayed and torn 4 There was no maid service I understand things have changed since COVID but there was no sign and no one said a word that there would not be even minimal maid service during our stay 5 The last thing is a remodeling issue Who make the bathroom so small that one needs to maneuver around the toilet in order to close the door? So disappointed Shame on you Hyatt

Ann Cook

It’s the people that really make the place The Hyatt Place/Towne Square is a hotel that feels like homeDanny, Matthew & Amy went out of their way to make my stay comfortable while I was engaging in an important conference

They were sensitive to noticing my needs before I asked and seemed to read my nonverbal and responded with careThe housekeeping staff were looking out for my needs and greeted me kindly at every interaction I’ll be back Thank you!

Worse than a budget hotel but pricier than a nice one Extremely limited parking, so we had to park elsewhere No microwave on room, which should be standard for the price

Front desk not super helpful They threatened to kick us out because baby was making noise Either rooms do not contain noise well or they are extremely sensible First time ever we are treated this way Stay away of this place, there are better options that will treat you properly

Jessica Granger

Terrible experience Checked in after booking online only to find out they were charging extra for parking The room was tiny and nothing special for the 250/night cost

I would not recommend staying here, there are plenty of other great options in the area with friendlier staff that don’t try and make a buck off of you in the stupidest ways

Austin Granger

When we arrived, the scummy staff pulled a rate hike of $12 or $14 per night for a “parking pass” We were actually told both $12 and $14 dollars by the same guy in different sentences, like he had discrepancy to take-em for all they’re worth, but just forgot the first number he threw out there We turned around, walked out the door of the Hyatt, and stayed at the Holiday Inn

Holiday Inn didn’t try to swindle us with hidden fees the moment we checked in Stay there instead; same quality of room, more honest business practice

This hotel was just what we needed for our family trip We were grateful for the family suite (1 king, 2 queens) so there was real beds (instead of a pullout couch) for two parents and four kids It would have been nice if there was a little more privacy between the king room and the other room (large open archway

and giant mirrored closet doors made it hard to have private changing spots, etc) Staff was kind and helpful Housekeeping was only available by requestWe were grateful for the 24 hr pool (3-5ft) and hot tub that was stocked with towels The kids didn’t want to leave! Lobby has coffee, tea, and hot cocoa always available, as well as snacks for purchaseBreakfast was quite enjoyable and had a pretty good variety TIP: don’t wait til the end of the time to get breakfast It seemed that they didn’t refill anything that ran out in the last hour (weekday 6-9) so if you came after 8:30 or so the sausage, biscuits, eggs, and milk were all gone We enjoyed the gravy on potatoes, the waffle maker, the yogurt, the cottage cheese and canned fruit, etc Would have loved some fresh fruit (bananas, clementines, etc)We appreciated having the mini fridge and microwave in the roomAlso, note that they are very pet friendly and we saw a lot of dogs, but our room seemed well cleaned, and looked as if they had just shampooed the chairs possiblyNot the newest or fanciestbut we’d come back!

I was really impressed with this hotel

for a 2-star, it was awesome The complementary breakfast was unexpectedly great, the indoor pool was pretty well-heated, and I kind of prefer the fact that housekeeping services are by request only (because I don’t like getting woken up at 6 AM by housekeeping if I forget to put up the “Do Not Disturb” sign) Front Desk staff was helpful and polite, and they even have a way of letting you text the front desk if you need anything, not that I mind using the telephone, but it was just another way for them to let us know they are serious about customer service Kudos to everyone on management and staff here

Brooklyn Miller

I was immediately impressed when I called the front desk for a reservation and received excellent service from Justin! The stay here continued to be great! Armed and his counterpart at the front desk when we arrived were so kind and helpful! The room was very clean and plenty of room! Definitely pet and child friendly Breakfast was tasty (warm breakfast! Hooray!) And the fitness center was one of the best hotel fitness centers I’ve experienced

The location was easy to find and felt very safe Would absolutely stay here again

My wife and visited Boise for the first time after moving 3 years ago We found this new hotel in downtown Boise The location is wonderful for exploring downtown and quick access to Trader Joe’s to stock up the full size refrigerator in the room

They also have a market for a few items is you don’t wish to go outThe room was very comfortable and the staff made you feel very welcome As we were leaving the hotel to walk to dinner, we found it had started to rain As we passed by the front desk we were offered umbrellas for our walkThere is an attached parking garage which is managed by the city Parking is a reasonable $1500 compared to downtown parking in most cities What makes it better is there is a door at each level of the garage for each floor of the hotel You use your room key card for accessWe would most definitely stay at this hotel on our next trip to Boise We had no issues during our stay and were so pleased at how friendly and helpful everyone we interacted with was

Karo Torossian

The hotel was perfect, with great staff and the most excellent locationThis was our first time at a Home2Suite, and we loved itThe staff was always helpful and friendly; a shoutout to Henry at the front desk was generous and a pleasure to speak to

The Breakfast was nice to have in the AM with the expected hotel optionsLocation of this hotel can’t be beatenParking was great and easy with the parking rap that lets you park on your floorThe pool area was the part we did not use because of the strong chlorine smell; it could use better ventilation

Work2 Live

Great staff this far I actually work for the Hilton at a different location

This location has already outdone a five-star that I stayed at in Chicago! Happy pleasant staff, clean facility, great Shipwreck Pool, state of the art room too!! Can’t wait to try the breakfast 🥞🍳!!! I will say I have two rooms my family and my best friend’s family and the only thing I wish they did have here was a hot tub and a separate room away from all the noise maybe like a mirrored or glass wall between the two or the adults could see the children and relax without all the chaotic noise However to be quite Frank I’m really glad the kids had such a blast!
