The property is set at an amazing location, central to everything is Baltimore I felt immersed in the city with unmatched views on the harbor Accommodations were plush and comfortable

There wasn’t much more that could be asked for To put the icing on the cake Maurice and the rest of the Staff were welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that met and exceeded all expectations The communication, before, and during my stay left quite an impression He is certainly an asset to that hotel The one small critique I have for the property was a lack of TV in the living area facing those gorgeous Harbor Views

Our stay started off a bit rocky because the room we got wasn’t the cleanest The next day i wanted to check out early but Crystal at the front desk was wonderful She was able to switch our room and that just made everything 100x better

The room she moved us to was extremely clean and so much more comfortable we decided to extend our stay by one more day Without Crystal’s help I can honestly say we wouldn’t have stayed Great job in hiring a gem like Crystal She helped us sleep better and enjoy our stay while visiting family

My wife and I booked this hotel in advance for Friday to Monday and everything seemed fine We checked in between 9-10pm on February 18, 2022 with no problems So we proceeded to the room and everything seemed decent

So we took a shower to go out for awhile After getting something to eat and drink then return to the hotel about 1:30am only to find that our hotel door was WIDE OPENED with the deadbolt extended so the door could not close properly because of the extended deadbolt lock, so now anyone and everyone could enter and exit our room at their pleasure Thinking back as we were leaving our room to get something to eat 11:15pm that night, I noticed a couple of rooms down the hallway that was unsecured with the deadbolts extended so the doors couldn’t close all the way but I did not think much about those two unsecured rooms until we returned around 1:30am So Iimmediately go to the front desk to lodge MY COMPLAINT about the door being unsecured The hotel asked if anything was missing and nothing seemed to missing but I did leave several of my personal and business credit in my bag in the hotel room Now I’m extremely concerned about my personal and business financial security being compromised at this point A thief doesn’t need to physically have your cards but just take pictures of those cards and accounts Now at this point I’m trying get something resolved and I will have to notify all my financial institutions about what has occurred at this hotel We’ve now VERY VERY UNHAPPY GUESTS

I was nervous about booking here due to some of the reviews I readbut I’m so glad I did

The hotel itself is located in the business district of MD, so it’s a fairly quiet area that’s tucked away There were a few eateries near by but like we all know the good stuff requires som travel (longest we had to travel was 20minutes) The lobby of the hotel looked like it was being worked on so I was super nervous about the room We were booked for a suite on the fourth floor and it was beautiful! We had a room at the end of the hall and it was directly across from the elevator so that made things ten times more better We couldn’t heard outside noises from the room and because of our location we felt safe in knowing that we wouldn’t have that much foot traffic near our door The room was very spacious and comfortable The carpets and room itself was clean The only problem we had was the tub retaining water, but the front desk quickly resolved the problem in less than 30minutes In all, the room was affordable and exceeded my expectations; I think we found our returning hotel for future visits!

We stayed here with a school group and the service was excellent The staff was kind and helpful Tyrone, Lorenzo, and Wendell were our favorites

We appreciate you guys answering our questions and giving us directions The shuttle was quick to take us to restaurants and stores nearby We have had a great time Strongly recommend this hotel!

Sarah Caskey

Staff is super friendly and welcoming The hotel itself though is very dark same with the rooms, not a big deal but the perception of the lamp shades completely bent out of shape and position, cardboard stuffed between the fan I assume to keep it from rocking, burn holes in the furniture, hair in the towels Rough guests and/or poor attention to detail when maintaining

I checked in late to a room just to get rest before getting back on the road I checked into what I thought was a NON SMOKING HOTEL which I appreciate as a non smoker The rate charged was different than the original amount

My room didn’t have the amenities advertised The shampoo and body wash were both out and also a duplicate shampoo was out, requested that the items be refilled so I could shower and shampoo my hair before leaving for the day Upon checkout my deposit was not refunded due to them claiming that I smoked in the room This is highly offensive and a defamation of my character I don’t smoke nor had I They refused to give me any details about how the housekeeper and housekeeping manager confirmed that the room was smoked in Poor customer service I informed them that I could return and show them proof I didn’t smoke in the room and also that their staff said the manager could issue a refund I was told by one of the managers to dispute it with my credit card company because they won’t refund my money This is a HUGE INCONVENIENCE I shouldn’t have to spend my time this way I have never had any experience like this with any other IHG branded hotel

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Baltimore in August 2022 I had a wonderful experience They took care of everything

My room was nice and spacious with cathedral ceilings that I’ve never seen in a hotel The decor was classy The tile in the bathroom was gorgeous I felt very safe as you had to use your room key to navigate the hotel like in the elevator I will definitely stay there again when I’m in the area

Peter Furdyna

The hotel and all of the staff were excellent We stayed the weekend of 02/04 – 02/06 to help our son and daughter in law with their 4 month old son while they attended a wedding in Baltimore He was getting over a cold which of course turned into a GI thing while we were there

The entire hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, making sure we had plenty of clean towels and supplies to use the in house laundry(which thankfully was right across from our room) Checking out on Sunday upon announcing the room number we were greeted with smiles with the staff asking how the baby was Truly a welcoming hotel The restaurant attached to the hotel was great as well Insider tip, try the buffalo wings It’s tough to get a good wing outside of the upstate NY area, these were the real thing, easily as good as any you’ll get in Buffalo, NY Hats off to whoever executed those If you’re in the Baltimore area looking for a great hotel, stay here, you wont go wrong

Kylie English

We had a great stay here Everyone was very very friendly We loved the staff!!!! The hotel was dog friendly AND didn’t have any weight or breed restrictions which was amazing

Our room was on the 8th floor We ordered dinner and picked it up at the bar downstairs It was very good! I got the chicken Cesar salad and a drink Hotel was quiet at night There were a few hours I was in the room alone and I felt incredibly safe I can’t say this enough but the staff was SO FRIENDLY and cool I liked them all Whatever this hotel is doing please keep doing it We had a great stay here and will absolutely be back if we are visiting the area again

Thank you so much Scott for going the extra mile in making our stay at the Sheraton such a positive experience Upon checkout we experienced an issue utilizing a Marriott e gift card The system was not updated to utilize it

Scott took control of the matter and didn’t want to delay my departureHe assured me it would be taken care of by end of the day He not only took care of the matter he reached out to me at the end of the day as promised to explain how it was handled It is rare anymore to feel that personalized service Scott went the extra mile and it was recognized and appreciated !I truly believe it’s the people that make a difference in a quality stay I can honestly say that Scott and many others at this hotel really made a difference in the enjoyment of our stay We look forward to returning for a 3 week stay as we relocate and we appreciate all the extra TLC we received Thank you again to Scott, Amy at the front desk ,Eduardo at the restaurant and Donna in housekeeping You and your fellow employees certainly made a difference in making our experience so pleasant

Sandra Singleton

We chose because they were a Park/fly hotel, making it wonderful and wise to leave our car while flying to Dallas Their transportation services to and from hotel and airport going and returning were great The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, professional

used to serving travelers Would definitely use again Even where we parked our car it stayed in the same spot, plenty of parking Excellent

Pattie Brubaker

Where do I start

I understood that breakfast was included It was not and they wanted to charge $18 for a buffet that didn’t even look appetizing The coffee was horrible We had a confirmed a late check out of 2:00 pm Room service knocked on our door at least 5 times before 1:30 At 1 pm they turned off our water When I lost my temper with the room service person who yet again knocked on the door at 1:30 the water was turned back on

My bf and I came to town for the reggae festival and we’re very pleased with our stay at the revival The decor and atmosphere were on point and very homey/comfortable We ate at the rooftop restaurant which was phenomenal, had some coffee at the cafe, and were blown away by the speakeasy

The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom had a privacy space with the toilet and shower which is always a perk We loved the valet service (thanks Walter!) The security was also a comfort (room key to enter after hours and to go to certain levels of the hotel)We will be returning and highly recommend

The Elwoods

We have stayed at many hotels in Baltimore while visiting family and Hotel Revival is one of the best It is a gem of a hotel The historic building has been beautifully updated and decorated

The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable The room was very quiet and had a lovely view of the Washington Monument and park We had an amazing meal at Topside But what sets the hotel apart from others is their top notch staff – concierge, valet, housekeeper, bartender, waitstaff – everyone was so friendly and helpful We could not have had a better stay! Thanks Hotel Revival

Joe Dagosta

This hotel was probably the best hotel stay I have had in recent memory You can clearly tell that whoever redesigned this hotel put extensive thought into every single detail from the lobby to the restaurant, bar, and the beautiful rooms The rooms here are absolutely massive, and I was surprised to find pour over coffee I the hotel room and some really nice teas

The bathroom was also huge, and the toiletries were great Everything was clean, and the room was pretty quiet at night I loved all the details in the room including the carpet, bedding, lighting, furniture — everything Even the restaurant space and the speakeasy had so many intricate details I 100% plan on staying here again if we find ourselves back in Baltimore

Perfect location for my needs The hotel needs work and quickly The phone in the room did not work! Couldn’t contact the front desk, so when we needed them we had to go down to the lobby! We had to ask 4-times to get body wash as the previous guests ripped the bottle of the wall in the shower

Awesome bartender! He was all by himself but kept up with everyone in a timely fashionLocation was very convenientThere was a wedding after party in one of the rooms It large l lasted well into the early morning hours The group was extremely loud; making it impossible to rest, sleep and relax! We called down to the lobby using our cell phones and they said there was nothing they could do as it was almost over and those guests were quiet That’s because management was in the lobby and not in the 3rd floor!!! Absurd

Jessica Pereira

At check-in, the gentleman was extremely nice and provided a warm welcome to Baltimore after a day of flight delays The hotel was nice with a clean lobby and nicely furnished room The bathroom left a little to be desired and the wall dispensers in the shower were broken off but it wasn’t a big deal

All in all, the actual stay would have been 4-5 stars, HOWEVER, when I arrived home from my business trip I found that I had been charged $108 and each of my colleagues staying at the same time had charges ranging from $90-210 with no reason or acknowledgment provided by the hotel at check out and itemized receipts never sent by email as promised I don’t know if they think that business travelers won’t be checking statements and that they can just throw random charges onto the room? Because of the shady nature of these additional charges and the time now spent on the phone with Marriott to dispute the charges, my company and our clients will be finding another hotel to use for our Baltimore travel needs

Brian Bittner

Spacious rooms with nice amenities The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read It’s definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling

The staff are cordial and very helpful The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars – just depends on when your stay is

Best hotel experience from the moment we walked in until we checked out! This trip specifically was with our family and it was a large group for a soccer tournament Lobby was big and beautiful with lots of places to hang out as a team Pool was clean and the kids had a blast! Rooms were clean and one minor issue was taken care of right away

Only downside I can think of is rooms need some updating with outlets so don’t forget your charging blocks they do not have usb charging as many other hotelsThe staff, I could right a book on how accommodating and nice they were to not only the adults but the kids I truly felt like the manager was my personal concierge and nothing went unnoticed by this gentleman he was on point at all times! We wonder when he sleeps as he was always there The breakfast and all the amazing waitresses were fabulous, definitely worth the cost!!! Plus they filled up the kids water bottle every morning and the parents coffee cups! I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel they were beyond exceptional and truly made our trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible!

Trish Anna

Everyone who worked here was so nice! The room was very large and clean The bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that I was not aware that I would have to be given a voucher for my food credit since I am a rewards member and was not given one upon check in I didn’t get to use my credit my first night because I was not aware of this policy

The next morning, I asked for the credit , was told “ok”, and thought it would just be added on to my bill at breakfast I was told at the restaurant to go back to the front desk to physically get the voucher for breakfast I did not mention it while i was there I was unaware of how this worked at this particular Hilton property I missed out on my “complimentary” dinner the evening that I checked in which I honestly do not believe is fairThe room was quiet, clean, big, and nice Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice I cannot say enough good about them or the hotel! The hotel is secluded, also

Staff during breakfast were top notch! They were very kind/courteous and made sure that everyone and everything was clean and sanitized for the guestsNewly renovated rooms were gorgeous! Great job updating them However, the only bad thing was that we were there for a week and thought our rooms would be peeked in on (to empty trash or give us fresh towels or more toilet paper, etc

I know with the new Covid protocols that they may not do so regularly, but thought maybe at least once during a week-long stay would have been nice We had to ask for clean towels (since ours would not dry from showering), more soap/shampoo, and toilet paperOne evening, we came back to the room and found that our window and sheers were opened (making the room really muggy), but the room was not refreshed We were confused why someone would come into our room and open our sheers and window Nothing was taken Went to tell the Front Office Manager at the time, but she didn’t have an explanation and seemed to shrug it off It was a little unnerving

I just left this hotel this morning I stayed overnight because I attended a wedding nearby I chatted for an early check-in and that is when the 5 star service begins

Although i did not arrive early due to traffic, my room was ready I stay at a lot of Marriott properties as an Ambassador Elite Traveler and this place is top notch The room was pristine from the kitchen to both bathrooms The bedding was lush and the towels were thick, bright and white I didn’t eat breakfast but I grabbed coffee and sausage on the way out Both were vey high quality Keep it up This franchisee has high standards!

Great place! Definitely worth the price, kind reception, good breakfasts, and pretty clean place No fault of the hotel – but woken in the middle of the night many times to loud cars in the parking and screaming in the hallways I wish the hotel handled that better and also the people who sit/sleep in their cars in the parking lot? They can be a little frightening when you are trying to get home late or leave early

The previous reviews of this hotel must have been paid testimonials, because overall, this was by far the WORST hotel experience I have ever paid for I will NEVER stay at this hotel again, and I recommend that others looking for a more affordable option stick to Holiday Inn At least they give you the basics

I felt like I had just moved into a college dorm room completely unprepared, with nothing but my suitcaseThe Sonesta ES Suites in Columbia Baltimore was very run down The rooms look amazing online, but they are nothing like that in person The least they could have done was ensure the room was cleaned properly But with trash left between the nightstand and bed, missing bar soap and sofa cushions, spotty hot water, and no cable access, it was not up the standards I expect from a hotel The internet is so bad, I had to go to Starbucks everyday to finish my work I would’ve been better off staying at an AirBnB that had no amenities I assumed that a pet friendly hotel would put more effort into cleaning My room smelled like wet dog all 3 weeks I was there I had to light a candle everyday to try to mask the smell There is also no access ice, water or any type of vending There was a water dispenser in the gym, but to be honest, I’m not sure if it was filtered It looked like they had a snack shop at the front desk, but with all the mess behind the counter, I couldn’t really tell if they were selling the snacks, or if they were for the staffThe front desk staff members are very unhelpful and have terrible customer service skills They act like they hate their jobs and doing anything to assist you is a huge inconvenience The manager I spoke with wasn’t friendly and instead of fixing the issues in the room I was given, just put me in another room that had just as many, if not more, issues than my original room The walls are EXTREMELY thin, so much so that you can hear someone sneeze not to mention entire phone conversations The laundry facilities are trash, so you’d be better off washing your clothes in the sink And breakfast was hit or miss I suppose it’s a good option if you want free food, but if you don’t like microwaved eggs and sausage, just use the in-room kitchen to make better food It may take 30 minutes to boil water on the tiny hot plate, but it’s an option I would give zero stars if I could

Based on my experience here, this hotel was pretty good overall Nothing super fancy here 1

) The room I had was nice overall Bed was comfortable Window curtains closed all the way (for those that don’t want light shining through during the night) Everything was pretty clean Shower drain though needed to be fixed; it wouldn’t stay up so the water constantly backed up Mini fridge available in the room Microwave at the front desk area for those that may need it It was pretty quiet which I liked2) Hotel itself was decent Small bar with liquor, wine, etc Breakfast and dinner available, but very limited menu At the front, they also have a small snack/food area with things for purchase Gym was small but good Pool was closed Laundry machines available3) There is free parking Pretty safe business type area Plenty of food spots in the vicinityMore pros than cons Would recommend this location and would stay again if need be

We booked this hotel the morning of our trip and didn’t have a lot of time to research the area First the BAD – This hotel is OLD, BUT they have tried to update the rooms the best they could Our toilet did not flush unless you held the handle down for the entire flush, the bathroom was dirty (baseboard’s had dirt and dust), I killed a large spider in ours, shower dripped so there was standing water

Don’t expect to watch tv, there’s 12 channels with the same show on all day The furniture was dirty and the “closet” was just old and leaning Maybe we got a storage room? There is NO breakfast at all! unless you buy something from their pantry! The GOOD- it was quiet, the heat worked well, bed was okay and close to BWI There are a few food places right around so plenty to grab a bite to eat We only stayed one night as we were picking up our son coming home from overseas If I would have booked more nights, I would have left to find somewhere else cleaner and more up to date

My girlfriend and I recently had a fantastic stay in the Ella Virginia Suite at Rachael’s Dowry Bed and Breakfast Linda is a wonderful host and made it a point to tell us all about the inn’s long and storied history–which was fascinating to hear if you are interested in that sort of thingThe room itself was very clean and super cozy and the breakfast every morning was amazing! It felt very private even though there were multiple other guests staying at the same time

Having on-site parking included is a nice convenience touch, and the inn is located in a great spot in Baltimore It is just a short walk/drive to the inner harbor, with plenty of spots for entertainment, food and drinksIf you are looking for a unique stay in downtown Baltimore, I highly recommend you check out Rachael’s Dowry!

This past weekend was our third time staying at Rachael’s This is our favorite B&B in Baltimore or anywhere The rooms are beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully appointed

The breakfast is delicious The common areas are comfortable We love hearing the history of the house Linda, the owner, is delightful and takes great care of us This past weekend we brought friends with us who had never stayed at Rachael’s, and they had only positive things to say This is a special, lovely place

We just loved our stay! Sadly we only had enough time for 1 night But we would have loved to stay longer!Linda was so great & sweet! She taught us so much about the history in the area & she always had a smile on her face! The breakfast that she made for us was delicious & she was so willing to adjust the time for breakfast for us!Furthermore, the b&b was absolutely beautiful The vintage decorations were breathtaking & knowing where everything came from made it that much more special

The rooms were so so cozy & clean! It was the best! Our next trip is definitely going to be at Rachel’s Dowry!!

Had a chance to stay in March of 2022 for a relaxing overnight The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and accommodating The views of the lake from our finally furnished room were outstanding and we loved watching the snow fall and swirl from our balcony

We had a chance to utilize the bar area for drinks and appetizers and enjoyed spending time with the staff while enjoying the comfort and views from the lounge area We didn’t have an opportunity to utilize the workout area, but took a peek and it is quite impressive We are excited to return once the restaurant fully opens in April Highly recommend the hotel for some of the finest, if not THE finest accommodations in the surrounding area

This hotel is absolutely stunning I was genuinely astounded by the quality of the place from the moment I walked in The atmosphere is modern, yet at the same time comforting, with a feeling of a lodge by the lake

Throughout my stay, I felt as though I was the focus of attention the entire time The staff tended to every need of my family and I, and my parents spoke very highly of the hospitality they experienced They genuinely saved my Christmas, because they put my parents in a good mood from the very start, which made dinner go much more smoothly than I would have expected I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the near future If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend you come here It is truly a hidden gem

Excellent! Had a gathering with friends at Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel and we had a fabulous time! The decor and ambience is delightful – fresh, stylish, contemporary with a warm feel The staff were also very warm and welcoming and totally felt in service to us – caring that we had a great time And a great time we had indeed! The cocktails are very tasty, good beer selection and the food — well, we were Super Impressed with what ‘bar food’ was

We chose to sit in the open, lively seating area near the bar and were SO pleased with the interesting choices and Delicious food – the fried burrata was amazing — and I don’t normally eat fried The grilled vegetable choice was done to perfection, and between the group, we had just about every item on the menu — and everyone was raving about what they had It was such a fun, uplifting, perfect time that we asked for a tour so a few of us could start planning functions there for organizations we are involved in 5 stars! Highly Recommend! Oh yes — and the view is beautiful, as are all the rooms And wait until you see the pool view — WOW! And it’s so fun to see all the old music posters from previous concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion — a little trip down memory lane The attention to detail is apparent — from the stylish shape of the glasses, the silverware — this is a Marriott Autograph hotel that is truly top-notch!

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

The Inn was a great place to stay It’s easy to find off US 29 and my room was comfy, stylish, and very well appointed Also had a small sitting area, which added some delights

The hosts were friendly and took a lot of extra trouble to make sure that I had a gluten-free breakfast I am very grateful for such care There’s a fantastic ancient tree out front which is worth stopping to see My stay was in late October, but I have added going back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio and outdoor space to my bucket list Highly recommend this historic Inn

First the goodThey had last minute availability My flight was delayed 4 hrs, I called the hotel before my flight took off and let them know we would be arriving at 1a and asked if they could setup the crib before we arrived

They did this and also left us extra bedding and blankets The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful  They provide a free 24/7 shuttle to/from BWI and Jack, the shuttle driver, was excellent Our room AC worked well in the summer heat and the bed and bedding were comfortable I absolutely LOVE their soft down pillows Breakfast options were very limited but I did enjoy the oatmeal (I was able to add butter, coconut flakes, shaved nuts and cinnamon) and coffeeThe badIts definitely the most rundown Hyatt Place I have been to Its an older building and the furnishings are very worn, dead bug in the light above the sink, moldy shower tile, carpets and furniture stained, etc  No outlets at the desk and the outlets by the TV near the desk didn’t work The outlet next to the bed was difficult to get to The blackout curtains didn’t quite cover the whole window so light poured in and woke me up at 7am

I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Linthicum MD a few weeks ago and the staff was exceptionally kind The young woman at the reception desk with the long hair and big glasses is an asset to the hotel It was very busy and the rooms were not ready but she handled everything with patience and kindness

The room was very nice and clean and the pillows are great! I will definitely stay there again!

I wish zero stars was an option because 1 star is too many The hotel stunk and smelled liked pot It was dirty and in disrepair

My daughter was threatened by another guest because she thought my daughter was “stalking her luggage cart” when in reality, my daughter was just trying to get the one and only other cart in the entire hotel which just happened to be down the hall past the threatening guest The carpet in our room was stained, the enamel in our tub was chipped, the sink did not drain, and everything looked like it was falling apart We booked for 4 guests and the room had glasses and towels for 2 guests Also the towels were awful They were old and worn out We tried to buy bottled water in the “shop” and we were told to go to 7-11 We paid over $200 for one night I feel like if the hotel doesn’t provide a reasonable representation of what they claim to offer they should have to refund your money since we can’t get a refund if we cancel too late Fair is fair Save your money and stay somewhere else
