Love this hotel! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles and overall courtesy The hotel itself is in a really nice location Everything about the hotel was clean as well, which is a big factor for me while booking a place to stay

After spending a day in the summer sun, it was nice to come back to complementary beer, wine, and refreshments The rooftop bar was perfect for a nightcap before heading to bed I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Charlotte!

The room is very nice, especially the bathroom A minibar is advertised, but there isn’t one in the room The front desk directs you to the bar or some snacks in the lobby

They only have ice machines on every other floor Coffee bar downstairs is very minimal and not very hot, with no oat or almond milk The toilet paper is scratchy In our room, one towel and the duvet were stained The streaming TV service was choppy while trying to watch a movie The location is great, except for the loud cars racing up and down the street all night Valet is $40/day but very attentive and helpful

Camille Carter

So the hotel is well appointed and service was EXTREMELY PERSONABLE The rooms were clean’ish, decorated neatly and spacious Now the bathrooms were out of line

The shower rod kept falling My tub had a very slow drain (disgusting) The shower liner/curtain seemed a little gross I also questioned the cleanliness after seeing a blond hair on the bathroom wall Shower was TINY I always felt safe There was always someone within hearing range to help you out Valet is $40 but they are fast, efficient, and you have come and go privileges

My son and I stayed this weekend Everyone of the staff are friendly and helpful My coffee pot didn’t work and cleaning staff worked to make sure I got what I needed

Ended up it was the electrical outlet Hot water was not working and the engineer made sure that he got it fixed for me and gave me free lunch I appreciate just the kindness Things happen and they break but this staff is top notch!!!! And the food here is amazing Thank y’all for making my stay so comfortable

Nothing spectacular to say about the hotel We booked through AirBnB and that will be the last time I book a hotel through them It was made to seem like it was a normal condo room but in reality it was just a standard king room

Our room had a few flaws for $150 a night, we had the same issue that others have complained about, the headboard was peeling and we woke up with black flakes on our heads and the pillows The beds were not comfortable, they felt like they were just bedding laid on a pull out for a couch The sheets seemed clean, but we didn’t remove the covers and really look Laying in the bed you could see all the dirt on the air vent though that hasn’t been cleaned in a while The room was spacious but could have used a mini fridge instead of a instant espresso machine The bathroom wasn’t bad but the shower floor could use a mat or something, it was super slippery when I walked in and almost fell, I thought it might have been from the cleaner but my partner pointed out it could have been from conditioner from a previous guest and not cleaned at all Finally parking, it’s $25 non-negotiable for parking, $35 for valet It’s worth it to pay $10 more for valet, I didn’t personally park myself but heard it’s a nightmare to get in and out of the parking area We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site, it was far too expensive for us nor did we use the roof top bar because the hotel was packed and riding the elevator, we were constantly stopped by other riders and staff They had 4 elevator, you’d think one would be staff only for this very reason

Jara Flowers

The hotel online looks very nice however in person it’s a different story The parking garage is not very lit and it looks sketchy My room plumbing sucked water was not draining properly

Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you flushed twice The decor was nice looking however the furniture was peeling bed off the headboard The next morning when we woke up we noticed a spot between the beds that looked like dried up vomit that housekeeping did not clean up from previous guests Would not recommend

We came here for a little staycation We had a package for a resort credit and breakfast We spent our day at the spa Saturday

They were excellent This review is not for them The room was your typical hotel room The bed was awful Hard as a rock My husband even asked me at midnight if we wanted to go home The pillows were feather pillows that withered away to nothing when you laid your head on them I’m going to have to rerun to the spa after laying on that rock all night I then tried to use a gift card for portion of our stay After running the card 6 times I was told they couldn’t get it to go through Didn’t bother to call for help to find out why Come to find out my card was charged $1 every time they ran it! For the money I paid this was an awful stay I’ve stayed at hotels that cost way less and had a better experience Not the luxurious stay I was hoping for DisappointedWas also not impressed with the indoor pool and hot tub area Needs a major upgradeCould hear every noise that was made in the hallwayConstruction was the greatest view 👌👌Nothing luxury about this luxury hotel go spend your money somewhere better

I came here for an event and stayed one night When we arrived, and very nice porter took care of everything and took us to our room Rooms were very clean, as well as the overall hotel

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful The view was nice, and the hotel is actively working on making it even better with upgrades The price to performance is quite decent I recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere luxurious to stay!

Worst hotel experience of my life Came down here for a couples vacation planned with the normal activities: sitting by the pool, spa, room service, etc

We were excited to enjoy the full resort experience; boy were we disappointed We originally planned to stay for 3 nights but checked out a day early because the experience was so bad Even checking out required an hour long argument with the manager Let me start from the beginning The room we paid extra for with “views of the golf course” was a construction site No mention of this on the website and certainly not reflected in the nightly rate It was dirty, the bed was hard, the balcony had a colony of roaches living on it Called for pillows at 4pm and never received them We were not notified that housekeeping was by request only and even when we requested it, they never came 20% gratuity included because they know the service is terrible Room service was same quality as a Denny’s When we checked out, the bellboy never showed up after 40 minutes of waiting Only redeeming part of this trip is that the spa experience was great and the staff there were quite nice and talented Everything about staying at the hotel was a nightmare and I will not be staying at another Marriott if this is their definition of ‘luxury’

My husband, my dog, and myself stayed here for 3 days/2 nights Although we did not utilize the pool it looked clean and smelled like the ocean The elevators did not smell bad like in most places, the hallways were very clean

The room was immaculate well stocked, and in great condition The bed was the bed was a little on the harder side but that is just a matter of my preference The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean The exterior was clean We had no issues with any of the staff while we were there Our dog felt welcomed and comfortable All-in-all a wonderful experience and I would definitely visit again

Dom Gray

Horrible! Writing a very honest review to warn people of the state of this hotel When booking I did not get an accurate feel of how bad things are here or I would’ve made sure to avoid this hotel I was very close to leaving and finding better accommodations which is a 1st and I have stayed at various star hotels

Pro- Excellent locationCons- Cleanliness, amenities, air quality on some floors, but 1st and foremost Cleanliness! Our 1st room was so dirty that it seemed like all they did was change the sheets The floors were sticky and nothing was cleaned They did not supply enough towels for our 4 guests and when asked we never received any new ones Thankfully my children were visiting with family at another hotel for a couple of days so we didn’t have to keep begging for common items For this price they should be ashamed to even welcome guests into this place Of course there is a shortage of staff (everywhere) but if you cannot even clean the rooms properly they should limit guests to the staff available Our 2nd room was at least acceptable enough for us to finish off our stay without leaving We considered the pool when booking but would not dare step foot in there The water did not look clean and there was a sock that I’m sure will still be there once we check outThe icing on the cake was housekeeping knocking on the door at 9am on checkout day For this price please book somewhere else unless the location is all you are worried about

Chrisopigi Maggiorou

It was very good when I was there 7 years ago This year I went again, I believe it is very expensive for what they giveThe food it was good

Many closed area at the inside garden area, it was open only the bar area Very good tips the security at the parking lot at night time Very good the girl with the long black hair at the bar at night shift

The Mansion and gardens are exquisitely maintained The staff was super attentive and courteous Our King room on the 3rd floor was beautifully appointed and decorated the bedding was top notch

The also provided very comfortable bath robes The bathroom was spacious and the towels and complimentary toiletries were also very nice What was really amazing was breakfast served in the solarium A great breakfast menu with delicious choices Portions were very generous and included juice and coffeeWe plan to visit again A perfect stay!

Vitalina

The gardens are beautiful towards the end of June but felt mislead about admission on their website It says free to visit just call ahead to check if there are any events, which I did and was told it was a great time to visit Drove pretty far, turns out you can visit but you must pay to take photos

Would be nice if that info was updated under the garden section on their website

The property feels quite new and is well maintained The rooms are quite spacious and the kitchen and living area makes it feel quite comfortableThe check-in process was quick and efficient even though we reached the property quite late

The laundry service at the property did not have half the machines working, and the ones that were working, were not effective Anyways, coming back to the room The bathroom, kitchenette, bed were all of high quality We enjoyed our one night stay at this property

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your place They compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you for sure won’t be let downFriendly staff, spacious, modern rooms The breakfast was good , great location, Ubers were inexpensive to get to other parts of the city and great value for price Building felt secure and safe The pool was just re-opened too which was nice

Indigo Isaac

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House The guest service was friendly, staff friendly, rooms were homey and breakfast was okWhen I checked in I wasn’t informed of the free dinner tasting or the shuttle runs by the lady host but she was relieved of her position shortly after my arrival

I also spoke with the manager about the monthly rate, he said they were sold out until June but they are advertising available rooms that let you book online throughout the entire month when he said they were booked Maybe he was misinformed I’m going to contact him and get clarityOverall, It was a great stay and I would recommend

I won’t be back! I felt they didn’t like Latin people The didn’t have the patience to attend us (as my sisters didn’t speak a good English) and the staff was grumpy! We didn’t feel welcome and after paid we just wanted to leave It wasn’t nice

The hotel was clean though, but it is more for business Didn’t feel it suitable for a family trip hotel

Kristopher Caya

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your hotel They compare hundreds of booking web sites and typically will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you stay for a few nights you definitely won’t be let downI really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Before I arrived, I was upgraded to the Executive level- so I felt like a celebrity The hotel is in a great location, they have great amenities, awesome staff, and also have a pretty tasty restaurant I recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!

Tony Buccheri

We chose this location because of it’s proximity to Bank of America Stadium, and because we were under the impression there was a pool on site for our kids based on the advertising Unfortunately the latter is not true Hotel guests have access to the YMCA across the street which has a lap pool and you have to call them to make reservations to use it and it’s only open limited hours (closed every other hour)! Oh, and kids are not allowed! Had this been clear we would have likely selected a more family friendly location

Don’t make the same mistake we did The refrigerator in our room was working but damaged The breakfast was buffet style and cost $20/person Our kids wanted pancakes and they were all hard as a rock and couldn’t even be cut with a knife The staff were kind enough to get them fresh ones, but the French toast was the same situation and the bacon was cooked to a crisp and so dry you could barely eat it I won’t even go into the other issues on this forum, but word to the wise, at this price point, there are better options, and this is not a good option for families in my opinion

Nice hotel They’ve upgraded and redesigned the rooms since we were here last Love the addition of a big couch in the rooms

One day we had fabulous service that cleaned our room The next day we had very weak service They never emptied the garbage or gave us more toilet paper and we had to call down for some at midnight We never got new plastic cups We ate in the bar one night Most of our food was great but my daughter got the ravioli and we’re pretty sure it gave her food poisoning My husband was the only other person to eat it and he got food poisoning as well Everything else on our trip was shared so we’re pretty sure it was the ravioli

Daniella Cucci

Celeste went above and beyond helping my parents and I get acclimated with the new city Being that I just moved here, she provided me with great recommendations along with advice to ensure I set myself up for success I truly do not believe other hotels have staff members who go out of their way to help Charlotte feel like my new home

It was also great to connect with a fellow New Yorker My family looks forward to staying here again for Celeste Additionally, Manny was very welcoming whenever my mom and I walked in He is a great conversationalist who also provided ample recommendations for my new city Very thankful to have met both of them and look forward to seeing them again soon

Janice Stuckey-Young

The staff was amazing and very helpful/friendly The bar was nice as well The building itself cold use some upgrades/cleaning

Sitting in the bar, the windows were so dirty that the view of the street was severely impacted Let’s clean those so we can really see the city The bed in room 1934, was by far the HARDEST bed I’ve ever slept on I wok up to bruises on my hips from trying to get comfortable with back aches I asked the staff who checked us out if we can get a discount for this issue but no response was given A good night sleep is priceless so if this is important to you, I’d look to find a hotel with better bedding

My wife & I took a day out of town & experience something new in Charlotte We stayed at the Embassy suites in Charlotte/Concord, & was lucky enough to get a front room with a view of a hole on the golf course, Camping World, Hendrick Chevrolet & Charlotte Motor Speedway baby! We visited downtown E Trade street, &Tryon also tried out a couple of Charlotte restaurants while enjoying the free Embassy Suites house drinks after calling it an evening

Had a refreshing shower that almost sent me to the emergency room That’s one slippery when wet bathtub in room 1012, but I caught myself We rested and relaxed, had a good nights sleep In the morning we both really enjoyed our made to order breakfast that came with the room M6 wife had two over easy eggs while I appreciated the skill of the chef, making a delicious bacon & ham with mushrooms, spinach and cheeseWe would love to come back one day & do this all over again

Sonya Fearrington

I went for a convention ; the service was decent considering they were full w/ convention goers & normal hotel guest When we arrived there were no baggage cartsWhen asked if there were additional or when the baggage carts wld be available

We were informed, if not downstairs other hotel guests had the cards; in turn we wld have to waitThat was a bit of a bummer, though we understood given the fullness of the hotel If you didn’t get extra items such as pillows or blankets when you first arrived There were none or minimal after check-in The complimentary breakfast was amazingThe staffing was a bit low, but I believe like w/ everyone it’s due to the pandemic The rooms were nice & clean I would definitely return to patronize them

E C

The front desk staff was exemplary, but we experienced issues with the Rocky Creek Grill and the reception hours Issues we experienced with Rocky Creek Grill were not answering the phone after 5pm and when we arrived at the restaurant, the lights were not on so it did not seem they were open The staff seemed lackadaisical

The impression was they did not want our business so we ate elsewhere As far as the reception, each night there was only one person working the bar area when there should probably have been at least two people, especially on a Friday and Saturday night Each person was overwhelmed but doing the best they could considering the volume of customers they were serving The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very accommodating Overall this hotel definitely could use some renovations We will not consider staying here again

We were only at the Omni for one night and spent a short time in the room All of the staff we interacted with were welcoming and helpful The room was well-appointed and clean

The beds were comfortable The bathroom was beautiful The coin-based art is a nice touch I would love to be able to stay longer to enjoy the amenities and dining optionsI loved the city view from our room It would have been a short walk to the Spectrum Center

Rhino Plumber

The over all experience really The hotel was very noisy and from the walls not sounding insulates and hearing every word people said in the hall and other rooms to every door slam Not counting the pool bar I think maybe the music was coming from most the night

There was a man on the street corner beating a drum for money and you could hear him as if he was in the room with youOnline it did not say the restaurant was closed You have to order at the bar and sit and wait If you need another drink go back to the bar The meal I asked for came wrong and it was not worth getting a new one This was upsetting as we picked this place fore the upscale environment and restaurant Our room view sucked as we looked at the reflection of a next door building I booked way in advance and asked for a high floor with a view The phone in the room didn’t work had to use it on speaker The shower head didn’t work fully and was a weak shower The valet service was nice and the people were great In the end we needed an extra night to finish the convention but debated finding another place to stay With all the gear we had to haul it was not worth moving it and stayed an extra night

Douglas Baldwin

All in all, not a bad hotel The rooms are interestingly shaped due to the interesting shape of the hotel itself Our room looked like it had not be completely cleaned up when we arrived, so someone came up and cleaned it for us (which was much appreciated)

Parking was $45 for the night I think that is the most I have ever paid for parking, so be aware There is no complimentary breakfast, but there are many places to eat around the hotel

Service was wonderful I stayed here last weekend for a conference that is normally once a year, but the past 2 years were cancelled because of the pandemic “No problem” was said over and over again, to accommodate our large group, as we celebrated finally being able to reconnect

We stayed up LATE, chatting at the bar “No problem,” the bar tender said Her service was excellent, her cocktails were top notchI asked, “Can I take my carafe of coffee from breakfast buffet to the conference room for the morning meeting session?” My waitress replied, “No problem” Her service, too, was wonderfulI forgot to request a late check out, which I needed I hustled to the front desk at 11:30, half an hour after I was supposed to have vacated my room “No problem,” the desk associate said, “We’ll take care of you”

Arrived on the afternoon of 2/6 The valet who greeted us was SO nice! Inside staff was nice as well There was a sign about how to properly wear a mask on the desk and yet the concierge had hers below her chin

The room was super clean and comfortable The shower was luxurious PLENTY of room for two peopleThe Coco & the Director staff were AWESOME! What a fun creative spaceValet working Monday afternoon when we checked out was not nice I don’t think he spoke to me at all Maybe he’s having a bad day It was cold and rainy so I’m not singing this review for one rude baker

I could not believe the bad experience I had with such a highly rated hotelFirst, there was confusion at check-in since my company paid for the room but they insisted on my card to pay for the room, not just as a hold, but to debit my account I did not make a scene as I knew I could have my corporate travel agent handle it the next morning but the night desk clerks were just rude after this and not helpful at all when checking in or answering questions about amenities or the area

I got to the room late at night after travel so just wanted to order dinner and relax Turns out, they do not have room service but the website says they do I tried to go to the hotel restaurant, stood at the front door for a while and when no one came to greet/seat me, I went across the street for takeoutI came back and tried to get a water bottle from the vending machine but got a Mtn Dew (not the first complaint on this subject as I found out)They give you one coffee each (1 caff-1 decaf) and two paper cups in your room After the first day when you’ve used your coffee/cups, there is no housekeeping that asks if you would like more (I understand not cleaning each room during stays but replenishing what you’ve used would be nice) I had to wash my paper cup to use again The front desk person later told me you have to request this each time but again, not told to you until you get back from all-day meetings and have no coffee for the next morningThere is a cafe for breakfast/lunch and they were very nice, the food was good and fresh; a welcome change from the rest of the “high-end” hotel and staffThis area of Charlotte is a beautiful city but I have asked my travel coordinators to never book me at this particular hotel again

The food was GREAT however, I had to move rooms twice The first room had scratched and scrapped furniture with big chunks missing There was a noticeable hole cut in the ceiling of the shower with some weird panel situation

The walls had what looked like food and stains Just a yucky room The second room wasn’t AS BAD, but the shower is nasty with grime, rust, and parts of the rubber to keep the water in ripped up which is really a tripping hazard I will be returning to the front desk in hopes they will exchange the room and maybe the third time is a charm The beds are comfortable that’s so far the only pro I have for the room Again hopefully I will be able to exchange for a third time

Great stay for our family of 4 and the dog Staff is amazing, they addressed problems we had immediately Special thank you to Taylor and Shelby for their patience and kindness

We enjoyed the pool and the gym We had a keurig coffee machine Unfortunately we couldn’t rely on the fridge as temperature was fluctuating too much and we had to throw away our food We will be back

This past weekend, myself and three of my good friends visited this location and began our stay for a girls weekend One of the friends from the group booked our room with the Sonesta Hotel and told us that she’d chosen a “nice” hotel Although there were in fact some “nice” aspects of our stay including the staff who were extremely friendly and the lobby which was huge and comfortable, there were also some not so nice aspects of it as well

Upon entering our hotel room, we found that there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom Also, we’d purchased drinks at the gas station nearby and of course wanted to refrigerate them overnight However, we were hesitant as the mini fridge still had someone’s drink they’d purchased from McDonalds still sitting there We were quite skeptical of sleeping in the beds as we felt that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned When we notified the people at the front desk of this negligence, they were, again, super friendly and even offered to get us another room But, there were four of us who’d overpacked and it was too much of a hassle to move all of our belongings we’d just finished unpacking We had explained to the hotel staff that it was too much of an inconvenience for us to up and move somewhere else, which they were understanding of So, we just toughed in out in the current roomEven then, no one ever offered to give us a discount or at least compensate us a day for the lack of cleanliness Some other things I noticed about the building itself (specifically the outside) is that it doesn’t look as glamorous in person as it does in the pictures In fact, the building was in desperate need of a good pressure washing And, the chairs sitting outside of several of the rooms looked as though they hadn’t been sat in in ages Also, the temperature in our room remained on 65 the entire weekend we were there Yet, the the room felt like no air was circulating at all In fact, despite how potentially dangerous it can be, we actually had to prop our door open one night because it was so hot Overall the staff made the experience a comfortable one with their kindness, I wish I’d been assured that the room had been thoroughly cleaned, especially with us still being in the middle of a pandemic Also, I wish more effort was put into making the outside of the building look more welcoming

We recently completed a beautiful wedding at The Ritz Carlton’s Urban Garden As a wedding planner, my experience with Kim, Lesa, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, caring, thoughtful, and thorough From the moment I met the team some time ago, to the moment we were on property conducting the rehearsal and the wedding, the team was prompt in addressing any detail and continually touched based with myself and my team to ensure the couple was happy and the wedding ceremony and reception proceeded flawlessly

The team did not miss a beat with staying on course with the wedding day timeline and the guests continuously told us how pleased they were with all the details and accommodations Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to The Ritz Carlton staff – thank you for everything you do to make wedding days feel so special!

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in It’s right in the middle of Charlotte’s downtown and walking distance from highly rated restaurants and fun things to do like the science museum In the room we had the view was fantastic

You have to pay for parking but we didn’t need to drive most places because the location is so walkableEveryone we interacted with was very nice and accommodating You can tell that the staff are proud of the hotel At night they had cookies out and you can enjoy some very good free tea and coffee any timeThe rooms are amazing I stayed with my husband in the Premier Room, which has one queen bed The furniture was in good condition, very classy but not old There are charging outlets for different types of devices The TV was very nice and had a good sound system A few times I felt like I could hear my neighbors a little bit it wasn’t bad Also I love the shower It had a horizontal showerhead thing so you could get two sources at once Water pressure was greatSo yeah we loved it! Hope we can stay again some day

My sister and I were in town for a girl’s night We booked a room at the Dunhill through a third party, at a discounted rateWe enjoyed our stay! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind

Parking was super easy There’s a garage right behind it and you grab a ticket and they validate it at the front desk There’s a bar in the lobby The room was small but in a quaint-has everything you need-kind of way Very clean I would look into staying again!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any resort They compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rates much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been coming here for years If you choose this place you for sure won’t regret itWe had an unexpected stay in Charlotte due to a cancelled flight (2 days in a row) The service we received was exceptional – given that our flights were a nightmare, the service we received at the Embassy Suites was the silver lining of our trip Patrice and the general manager (I’m sorry I can’t remember your name!) were so genuine and kind with helping us navigate our unexpected second night at what we thought was a sold out hotel The breakfast was included with the stay – it was a buffet style with the option of made-to-order eggs The staff during breakfast were also great The hotel in general is beautiful and generally well kept It’s not often you find a nice hotel with outstanding service I hope to stay again one day

A great hotel experience The room was super clean, comfortable & fresh The bar & restaurant is inviting, spacious & well-appointed

The staff was amiable, highly professional & efficient The location is within walking distance of almost all the downtown attractions The amenities advertised included parking, yet failed to disclose the fee of $30 per night Considering everything, I have overlooked that part

Marlo Palmer

Great hotel in the perfect area Close to a lot of great restaurants and entertainment Room was very spacious and had a great view

I enjoyed the free breakfast every morning It was quite good for the standard hotel breakfast Service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and attentive They even offer a free cocktails hour from 5 to 6:30 The only downfall is they only offer valet at $35 hours a day and that can ad up depending on your stay but overall I would hight recommend staying here We definitely will return on our next visit to Charlotte

It’s definitely a 3 star hotel No microwave or robe in the room The room was clean

The app said I could use my phone as the room key but I didn’t receive the temporary code to my email so I could set it up I knew I put the correct email in because all other communications came just fine I wish there was a self park option instead of valet only Can we have 1 complimentary parking spot per room rented instead of being forced to use the $32/night valet? The breakfast buffet was pretty good except there were no pancakes or eggs Sunny side up offered On Sunday they had Styrofoam plates & plastic utensils only No normal plates like the other days There was only 1 valet attendant Sunday morning when a higher # of guests were checking out There’s only 2 elevators so be prepared to wait in the early evening The floor was sticky in one of them for the 4 days I was there There’s a surface self parking lot near the valet but you have to walk all the way around Can you put some steps in there?

Candy Sheets

Great place Clean and felt safe I was concerned with valet because of previous reviews but had no issues and it was simple, as well as quick

We had forgot a charger in our vehicle and was able to get our key and go to where the vehicle was parked (underground, it seemed) Each car was parked safely and I saw no issues I felt the area was very secure You had to show proof of a ticket before you could even get your keys–so, don’t lose that!Everyone was friendly Free breakfast was simple but delicious Staff was as helpful as they could be (they were busy this particular time)Due to the cost of the rooftop restaurant, we opted to doordash We had no issues both times we did soOnly annoyance was the way an intoxicated patron talked to my daughter (she is an adult but it was a bit much) I would’ve liked staff to have said something to curb such behavior but had it been a major issue–I would’ve handled itI stayed at the Hampton Inn about 6 months prior and, although it cost about $50-60 less per night, it was a far cry from the experience I had at the HyattI would gladly stay in this hotel again

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a hotel They compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for a very long time If you choose this place you definitely will love it I’m sure!Stay HereThis place is perhaps my favorite hotel in all of Charlotte for many reasonsHospitality: The staff here are some of the nicest people I have met They will always go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of As a Hyatt elite member, they always ensure I get the rooms I requested w/ early check in and late check out Out of the many (10+) times I have stayed here, I have yet to run in to a single problem w/ the staff In fact, I look forward to seeing familiar faces at the front desk each time I check inRooms: The rooms are simple If you want lavish finishes and fine art in your room then this isn’t the place for you However, if you want a practical but luxurious space to unwind w/ a gorgeous view of our Charlotte skyline, then you have found the spot The rooms are spacious (some larger than my apartment) and always clean The bed is comfortable, pillows are soft, and honestly I feel like I am at home every time I come here I can’t say I have said that about any other hotelAmenities/Logistics: While they do not offer covered daily self parking (perhaps something they can add later?) There are plenty of surface lots in the area that you can park in The hotel is easily accessible via the elevators right when you walk through the front door and the lobby is beautiful They offer a small gym as well for getting your workout in during your tripOverall: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Charlotte whether for business or pleasure Expect kind, friendly staff, no-fuss beautiful rooms w/ a view, a comfy, clean bed to rest and complimentary breakfast to wake up to! Trust me, you’ll want to keep coming back
