Great proximity to the Disney parks The staff was very friendly The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfy

Really enjoyed the modern showers Breakfast was basic but good The Mickey waffles are a fun touch Parking was easy and free but if you arrive late you may have to park in the upper floors of the garage which wasn’t a big deal for us I’d recommend 100% and will most likely go back at some point

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel One of my best staying in Orlando in recent memories We booked through the Good Neighbor Hotel deal with Disney, which included park tickets

Everyone at this hotel was so helpful and pleasant Truly some of the best hotel team members I’ve ever interacted with The hotel is beautiful Rooms are sufficient for a family of four The free hot breakfast was delicious and well serviced The locations to the parks was really convenient with the cut across Parking at the hotel was really easy My child loved the pool Honestly, enjoyed every minute of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Taylor Kasnik

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! At first I was really bummed we weren’t staying on Disney property but honestly I’m so happy where we ended up We had only a 10-ish minute drive to each park and it was a breeze

not to mention, staying away from all the craziness was a perk, too! The check-in process was so simple and the staff was super nice/helpful Our room was spotless and the beds were so comfy after a day of travel We were super excited to learn our pool had a cabana with food and drinks that was open until 10pm! Their breakfast was THE BEST hotel breakfast I ever had and honestly, I’m not even doing it justice by calling it that The food choices were great, the food was hot, and they kept up on refilling and cleaning the area regularly We already said this will be our designated hotel for Disney stays!

My wife and I stayed at the Dolphin two weeks ago and had an amazing time We were upgraded to a nicer room (no charge) and had an incredible view of the lake and Hollywood Studios area We’ve stayed here multiple times in the past and it’s just as good as staying at an actual Disney property

The location is perfect—a stone’s throw away from Boardwalk and Epcot and a 10-15 minute walk to Hollywood Studios Every morning we’d grab a coffee and walk to Hollywood Studio’s and back…so peaceful along the man-made river The hotel was extremely clean and something about that smell when you walk in the revolving doors…don’t know what it is but I love it!The pool area was great (got busy Friday when a conference crew came in) but the water was clean and warm I recommend for a quieter time go to the dolphin lap pool Sun hits it all day and it’s fewer kidsThe grounds around the hotel were well kept and the lakeside beach was so nice to relax on, especially in the eveningThe only downside—self-parking is $30 a night, but our vehicle was safe and a short walkGlad to see they still require guests and staff to wear a mask in hotel also to keep everyone safeI HIGHLY recommend staying at this resort—the hotel is clean, the staff was polite and professional, great pools, and perfect location!

We just enjoyed a short stay at your Dolphin hotel last week My husband absolutely loves the scent in the lobby of the Dolphin Do you know what the scent is in the Dolphins lobby and where I can purchase it? I am giving the hotel a five star review for the location and the price

At this price it’s a great hotel I’ve stayed at the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary, Beach Club, Old Key West and a lot of other on property Disney hotels Of course the high end hotels are much more luxurious but this was just for 3 nights and we weren’t in the room much anyway We did have to switch rooms at midnight, which I’ve never had to do previously but there was a horrible noise, like a very loud fan that was really annoying Maybe a motor from the fountain but they sent a bellhop up and moved us very quickly with no problem The pool looked very nice but it was in the 50’s and raining most of the time The rooms are small but the views are nice Price and location is outstanding I would stay again

Nicole P

Check in was thankfully easy and quick The outside of the hotel is beautiful They have a strong smelling air fresher when you enter the hotel- nice smell but WAY to strong that can trigger a headache

The room itself wasn’t very clean, bathroom still had hair and dust and mildew on the shower walls Thin walls- kids running up and down the hallways at all times of the evening and VERY early morning yelling “ everyone wake up it’s breakfast time” (side note here with my child and understand kids will be kids but this was unacceptable) Self parking is $32 a day and you have to park an extremely long ways awayThe beds in the room have to be the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on We are still currently here for 1 more night ( 5 nights total) and my son and I have gotten the worse sleep ever! we can not wait to be in our own beds- my son (age 8) said a hospital bed was more comfortablePool area was dirty and staff watching the slide didn’t seem to care about the safety of the children going down the slideOnly Plus side to this place is how close you are to all the Disney parksFor the price you pay and all the added fees – resort fee and parking fee- and horribly uncomfortable beds- this place is not worth itAlso my card was charged 3 times the “$100 holding fee” this is completely unacceptable

This is located close to multiple restaurants and shopping centers For quick last minute items, Target is conveniently located across the street Easy access to main roads makes it very convenient

The hotel was clean Staff was professional and helpful We enjoyed the oversized pool and hot tub Loved the ping pong table!I would definitely come here again!

See Moua

Firstly, the best part about this place is location It’s close to Disney without being on a Disney resort and Target is literally across the street in case you need something Secondly, the rooms were clean

Thirdly, the Continental breakfast was decent, IDK why some people expect a Michelin Star breakfast Fourth, customer service from everyone was great The only negative IMO it’s the shower, the water pressure was too low The tiny spray made showering 2x longer

Julia Cobb

Love this hotel!! I just stayed here for the second time and I truly love it! There is a gorgeous pool, lovely beds and even a coffee shop downstairs that serves Starbucks drinks! The customer service is always excellent My only complaint is that the shower water pressure is very poor Other than that – we love this Springhill suites! ☺️

My wife and I had a great stay We stayed from Wednesday 5/11 through Monday 5/16 The staff was very courteous

My wife and I had an evening flight home and were going to spend some time with our grandkids who lived nearby before heading back to the airport for our evening flight home Unfortunately, we got a call from our son, in the morning, who said our grandkids were sick and had to go to the doctor So my wife and I were not able to visit them I was concerned that my wife and I would have to spend 8 hours at the airport waiting for our return home I called the front desk and spoke to Giselle and told her our situation She was super accommodating and we were able to stay at the hotel a few hours past normal checkout time so we would not be stuck waiting at the airport for many hours My wife and I are truly grateful for Giselle’s customer service and being so accommodating My wife and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting our family in the future Carmen and David P

This hotel is truly phenomenal The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive The pool is a nice depth all the way around with wonderful chairs and canopies

And the cleaning staff were so friendly and attentive! They truly went above and beyond at this hotel And for essentials we forgot, the target has been right next door for drive up orders to stock the fridge As the kids said as they came in “this hotel is so nice” 5 stars!

eveshepherd

This was hands down an amazing stay and experience We were only there one night, close enough to get us to Disney the next morning My son lost his first tooth that night and the staff was suuuuuper helpful in becoming the Tooth fairy

Everyone was amazingly friendly and so helpful We come down to Disney a lot and always stayed in Lake City but decided to give this place a try We will definitely be coming back here for future trips We were also upgraded in our room and the cleaning and room was impeccable in every way

Shanea Johnson

I really enjoyed my stay at this location The staff was friendly and attempted to rectify every request in a timely manner The rooms were clean and I really liked the layout

Alright So let’s start with a review of the water park My kids had a great time

It was really fun for kids of all agesThe rooms are also very nice and roomy Unfortunately, however, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired The floors made our feet black within minutes of taking our shoes off, the sofa bed was so dirty and stained Had loose food and hair on itIt was an overall good experience, but will not be back

Kaylee Cruz

From check-in to check-out, we had such a great time and experience The Front Desk staff was amazing and welcoming The security guards were so friendly

We had a three bedroom (adjoining room) and it was nice and clean, had everything we needed The staff at the bar were great as well and the pool for the kids was kept up nicely and the lifeguards were very attentive We absolutely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait till our next visit!

Esa Loca

This place is a bit dated Rooms definitely need to be upgraded We had a one bedroom

The room in the bedroom was comfy but the pillows were not The pull out sofa was very hard and stained Maintenance did come by after I reported the sofa bed and they laid a brand new mattress on top of the sofa bed We weren’t able to close it the remainder of the stay but it was a good night’s sleep The lagoon area was nice and we enjoyed it They definitely need more umbrellas out there Overall it’s good for the price and the staff was all very welcoming and attentive

The hotel during our stay was amazing! The common areas such as the lobby, gym, and pool area were very clean and organized The room assigned to us was very spacious (we stayed in a King Bed Suite), the kitchen was very organized and fully stocked The bathroom was very well lit and clean

Breakfast was delicious and we were able to take it to our room and enjoy breakfast in bed Overall we were very happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back with our family! Tip: Rooms that overlook the pool have a chance to see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom!

Parker Cantone

Great accommodations and everything felt new and clean The free breakfast was convenient and the location of the hotel is very close to Disney We were also very close to some great food options within walking distance of the hotel and a Target, which was awesome

The pool area was awesome and the bartender at the pool bar was very welcoming and friendly Would definitely stay again!

Arthur de Wolf

We had a fantastic experience Our suite was beautiful, super clean and very comfortable There was a full kitchen with large fridge, a living area with a comfortable couch and large TV, and a bedroom in which we slept very well, with another large TV

Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of options and a Mickey waffle station where an employee was making waffles to order She had 4 waffle irons that could make 4 small Mickey waffles each, and 1 large iron that could make 1 large Mickey waffle There were several toppings, including my favorite strawberry compote as on the Disney cruise ship The location is great as well There is a Target a short walk away and just 10 to 15 minutes driving to the parks This is so much cheaper than staying on Disney property, yet you’re still close and have free Mickey waffles in the morning in a spacious lobby with lots of places to sit instead of a hectic food court at a Disney resort The only downside is that there is not much to do around the hotel in terms of entertainment and dining The area is still being developed You don’t have all the restaurants and mini-golfs you would have on International Drive, but this is not a problem if you intend to eat at Disney and we appreciated the quieter west side of Walt Disney World

Charm Stone

We love this hotel It is an excellent location located close to Disney and Disney Springs area The many pools that you can take advantage of are incredible

There are lazy rivers, slides and kiddie splash areas, along with quite a few regular pool areas This is a great resort for families The restaurants are good value and quite simply you never have to leave It has everything you need right there There are shuttle buses to take you to Disney Parks or Disney Springs We didn’t take advantage We drove to Disney Springs Every employee we came in contact with was extremely professional and friendly Don’t hesitate to visit We have been twice and will definitely visit again

Bri

Gerald at the front desk is exceptional! The rooms were very very clean Nice that they have several pools and 2 lazy rivers, mini golf AND you can see the Epcot fireworks from the back of the hotel Overall great experience

Be aware though that whatever your booking price is there will be resort fees and you will have to pay for parking, so it will end up being more than the initial booking fee (however, I think it’s still worth it)You are able to walk around the property and lake and see turtles and giant carp which we also found neat

Beautiful hotel with dedicated and attentive staff Every interaction with a staff member was pleasant and made us feel like we were a valued guest The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and modern

We visited practically every bar/restaurant in the building and enjoyed each meal and cocktail We also booked a couple’s package at the spa and enjoyed every moment of bliss! Last but certainly not least, the pool area was a fantastic space to relax and soak up the sun Would happily return in the future!

Alexa Lopes

My boyfriend and I stayed there recently and it was an amazing trip We were given a lovely room at check in, Erin was fantastic to work with as well as the other agents throughout our stay Stephanie at the pool was great too, really nice talking to her every time we were there

We had the buffet almost everyday, and I think for the price you pay it was worth it The servers were really nice and there was a wide selection of food in the buffet It’s also a few minutes away from Disney which was a plus for us

BSR

Pretty decent room but the bathroom was a bit small for a luxury hotel and definitely not the highest quality finishing There is a giant outdoor play zone that is cool but not if you are 2 floors above it Fireworks view made up for it though as we were on a high floor

We were only there for one night so it did not bother us but it would be annoying on a longer stay for sureReally delicious food here that was 5 stars all day The beer garden was super chill and the room service was also nice and reasonably priced for USAWould stay here again for sure

I only stayed 1 night but the service was fantastic I walked into the room and I could smell the freshness of the room Completely spotless

I felt very comfortable in the room knowing about all the airborne illnesses going around I can say this place is on top of their game Thank you for making me feel safe and confident in my choice of hotels

Ace Phillips

When first arrived, the receptionist was rather unfriendly and seemed bothered to be of any help The second lady, however–I believe her name was Victoria and was some sort of manager–was understanding and direct The rooms are very modern, the TV selection is great, but the sheets and pillows appeared dirty

Breakfast was pretty good too for a hotel Overall, a pretty good experience, although there’s a Marriott not too far with better service and cleaner beds (but it won’t be as modern)

Ashley

I checked in 4/10/22 between 8:30-9pm It was a very unpleasant experience I have a service animal

Not only did the lady at the front desk ( she wore glasses) ask WHAT MY DISABILITY IS, but she also asked if they had documentation, Per the ADA 2010 revisions: When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task Then she wanted a paper signed for a $75 fee per pet, saying she would “ waive the fee” but no signature was put on said paper stating they would “waive the fee”With ANY service animal you do NOT have to pay any “pet fees” as they are NOT a pet Maybe the front desk lady needs to be trained on what’s allowed to be asked when dealing with service animals Highly unacceptable to ask anyone what their disability is and for documentation for their service animal Other than the unprofessional desk attendant, the room seems to be very clean and so far quietIf any management contacts me, I’ll be glad to update my rating as the rooms are clean it’s the staff that was very unpleasant

We booked the Fairfield Inn for the group rate for our wedding hotel, and they did a really great job for us They were very accommodating to our needs, and sales manager Sandy Gramowski was incredibly helpful setting everything up for us and helping us through the whole process The hotel itself was excellent

Rooms were very clean, staff was super friendly, and the continental breakfast was very good and served for a generously long time, and, in what may seem like a miniscule detail but was a very big deal for me personally, the coffee in the lobby may be the best coffee I’ve ever had in a hotel! They also not only accommodated our dog at the last minute, but welcomed her very happily and gave her a small gift bag of treats, so she recommends it very strongly as well Would definitely stay there again the next time we need a room in Clermont without a doubt

John White

The hotel landscape was beautiful Lobby was beautiful The Breakfast had frozen Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches Not much to choose from

The room was Horrible Bathroom toilet Leaking water very generic bathroom the toilet looks like rust or poop all around the edge The bottom of the tub was stain Brown the mattress was very cheap Along with the furniture in it 19800 dollars a night Too bad it doesn’t allow me to post pictures

Jennifer Nunezdelatorre

One night was 300 and well the pay is not bad if the rooms are great I am not sure of other floors but the first floor was a bad idea The television service was horrible, limited amount of channel

The bed was super hard and pillows almost flat The rooms were not really appealing at all I couldn’t believe this was a Marriott My family stayed across the street and that hotel looked better than ours in a lot of ways The jacuzzi was really the only thing that was enjoyable in our stay

We had the pleasure of staying at Mission Inn while attending a British Car Event in April The mix of old historic Florida with modern day conveniences was outstanding and welcoming Walking the grounds was like a day at the botanical garden

Hard to describe the beauty and ambiance of this magnificent and almost magical location It was a experience no one should miss Now, I need to find a way to golf this one of a kind golf course Maybe my next visit?

I can’t say enough about our experience at the Mission Inn Resort! We had our wedding at one of their venues in December and it was one of the most delightful experience I’ve ever had Jessica from the mission inn weddings sales team could not have been more helpful and transparent on the experience we would have They helped us with great vendors and had everything in order with the hotel and resort to make sure our family was well accommodated

They helped us meet Kelsey, our wedding coordinator, who was our superhero leading up to the big day Kerry our catering manager went above and beyond with her staff to make sure everything went off without a hitch She employed a wonderful staff who were understanding and responsive to everything we addressed I would recommend this resort and experience to everyone and look forward to my next stay!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times The condo rooms are very nice The houses are nice for large families especially the ones with their own pool

There’s plenty to do There are several nice pools, a lake, and a putt putt course It’s a great place for kids and adults We stayed with family on their time share Otherwise I don’t know details about staying here

Nayeli Gonzalez

Really great hotel stay, I was worried it would be terrible from the other reviews but don’t let them fool you The room was clean and the towel were also super clean They have pools that are open quite late and kids can be there the alcohol drinks are also really good

Disney fireworks can also be seen from the back There’s zip lining everything overall a great stay and you can also get complimentary breakfast The front desk was amazing as well very nice guy and super helpful

The rooms were overall nice and clean, we did have a 🪳 sitting on our toothbrush in the middle of the night though So we had to purchase a new one We also did a late night swim in which we were the only ones at the pool one night (pool by the welcome center), the only other person we saw come through was the pool keeper who was cleaning and moving chairs

Needless to say my husband left with no Reef flip flops because they went missing and were never turned in We never even left the pool area without them So definitely be vigilant of ALL of your stuff on this property even around the workers who you should be able to trust The pools were nice Food at Big Kahunas was good The trust issue and the 🪳 are the two big mark downs The lady who we reported the missing shoes to in the check in building was very nice We did sit through a timeshare presentation, the room in which everyone was sitting for their presentation was very loud and distracting, every presenter we’ve sat through (other properties as well) use an aggressive approach so just be aware This approach doesn’t work with us and we have experienced it 3 times total so a recommendation is to use a diff approach potentially because it doesn’t work with everyone, maybe feel out your potential buyers better

Absolutely five stars! Customer service tops the list as it was absolutely exceptional The entire Hotel was immaculately clean and everyone had Smiles on their faces when they greeted guests Rooms were spacious and had wonderful amenities, such as an espresso machine, plum wine machine, Bose speakers and European style showers

Took our kids and had connecting rooms, and it couldn’t have been a better setup Close to everything and yet, if you wanted, you really don’t even have to leave the hotel grounds as there is so much to do for kids of all ages A+

What an amazing place to spend a vacation Everything here is of exceptional quality, the staff are truly friendly, professional and attentiveThe rooms are spacious and clean

Our room had a view of Disney and Epcot, so we got to see the fireworks from our balcony, every nightThe pools had plenty of chairs, towels and a wait staff that brings drinks to your chair The pools are great for families and they even had a pool for over 21 as wellAs we spent most of our vacation visiting the parks, we didn’t have alot of time exploring everything the resort had to offer Next time we intend to spend more time at the resort, because there is so much to do

Christian Roche

Amazing beautiful resort! I visited this resort while on vacation in Orlando and although I had been following the resort since it opened I was completely blown away when I first saw it in person The attention to detail is on another level the lobby had beautiful floors with hand layed mosaic tile, there where plenty of options when it came to food and when I ate at the pool bar the food was great and I was treated to amazing service All in I would highly recommend this resort and i I hope that some day I can stay there and experience it even more

The accommodations were excellent, everything was clean and the amenities were great The pool area and bars/restaurants were all enjoyable Beautiful resort in general

The golf courses are also decent However, the service at the front desk is slow Also, the shuttle service can be unreliable at times Lastly, they try and loop you into the timeshare program with promises of free gifts and discounted golf as you check in The sales representative was not upfront about what he was trying to get me to do, and his manager was even more aggressive I did not appreciate this trying to check in for my vacation only an hour getting off my flight Still had a great trip, but this definitely turned me off

Tim Mumford

We stayed here for 6 days and in those six days we thought everything was pretty okay As many other posters said the decor is quite dated They could really use a better system for calling the front desk

A number of times I tried to call and was on hold for 20 minutes When I hung up and went down there to talk to them there was nobody in line so I’m not sure why I was on hold The pool area is pretty nice but the restaurant could definitely use some work The front desk told me the price line price I got for this place was amazing because they “usually charge $500 a night” which I wouldn’t pay to stay here in a million years It’s definitely a $110 to $150 a night type place As other posters mentioned as well, you do have to pay extra for everything but the pool Overall, for our next Disney trip I will likely stay at a different resort, our trip wasn’t bad but we prefer a higher end resort Checking in at 9:00 pm and getting a sales pitch for timeshares Wasn’t ideal as we were exhausted and just wanted to get our keys and go And having to wait for the shuttle to travel 10 minutes to get you the other side of the resort for pizza or something isn’t ideal either Just my two cents

Krista Acevedo

Wonderful resort close to the parks Although, there is so much to do here that you may not want to leave! With shuttles running between Island River and West Village, you can easily access all the amenities this place has to offer! Pools are wonderful and warm! Rock climbing wall is a great perk! Mini golf is always a fun time! A few arcades for when you want a break from the sun, and all of the restaurants have pretty good food! Really, I do not have any complaints We had a great time!
