We stayed over for a gymnastic meet on 2/20/22 The beds were terrible My wife and I did not sleep wellAs far as cleanliness, The place was cleanThe staff was pleasant The breakfast in the morning was good Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit and gravy, waffle, bread slices and other pastries

I was going to stay at this hotel for a family reunion This place is a dump The couch in our room looked like someone had left body fluids all over it and the curtains too

Roaches were in and on the telephone and crawling everywhere They had to refund my entire stay Please be aware of this nasty hotel Thanks to the front desk clerk Yazzy, because she did everything to accommodate my husband and me

Michelle Phillips

I stayed in this place for 5 days strait My nightly average rate is about $152 This is not cheap and so I expected some quality in everything

However the only quality and to be fair an average quality is the size of the one bedroom studio was acceptable and decent The rest was all of poor or very poor quality and name it: frond desk personal give you fake smile and welcome for acknown reasons , may be they are overbored and they don’t like what they are doing…who knows? When you go to them and complain about something, they pretend they are documenting it on the computer and they promise taking care if it, to find out it was all a joke And this happened to me at least 3 times without any solution to my complaints Story short: issues everywhere: 1) dishwasher rooted inside and stinks I tried to run it empty just to clean it but it would not run 2) coffee maker very dirty and would not work on 2 out of 3 kitchen outlets 3) TV is 36” lg 1990’s style , non-smart of horrible picture and audio quality 4) my bed sheets smells and feels having mold on them I asked multiple times to have them changed: you are talking to a wall 5) bathroom body wash soap dispenser is out of soap I asked the second day to have it filled Again…sorry…sure surewill take care…but nothing of course 6) AC air works fine but very load 7) This hotel to be fair should be no more than $90-100/ night 8) Gym area is a joke: again still with 1990’s rusty equipment full of dust as if no maintenance whatsoever for a long time Don’t think this is a 3 * hotel…it doesn’t look like it It may was sometimes in the 90’s not anymore now days Keep your money and go somewhere else where it’s worth it

Directly across the stress from Hendrick Motorsports and dealerships, minutes away from Charlotte Motor Speedway on the same road Would definitely stay again if we are ever back down to the races Room was bigger than we could have needed with a full kitchen and separate bedroom, super clean and stocked with glassware, utensils, pots and pans, ect

Breakfast was small but well done Nice outdoor patio and gas fire pit, as well as some tables and chairs spread out

Love this hotel! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles and overall courtesy The hotel itself is in a really nice location Everything about the hotel was clean as well, which is a big factor for me while booking a place to stay

After spending a day in the summer sun, it was nice to come back to complementary beer, wine, and refreshments The rooftop bar was perfect for a nightcap before heading to bed I would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I go to Charlotte!

David Guirl

The room is very nice, especially the bathroom A minibar is advertised, but there isn’t one in the room The front desk directs you to the bar or some snacks in the lobby

They only have ice machines on every other floor Coffee bar downstairs is very minimal and not very hot, with no oat or almond milk The toilet paper is scratchy In our room, one towel and the duvet were stained The streaming TV service was choppy while trying to watch a movie The location is great, except for the loud cars racing up and down the street all night Valet is $40/day but very attentive and helpful

Camille Carter

So the hotel is well appointed and service was EXTREMELY PERSONABLE The rooms were clean’ish, decorated neatly and spacious Now the bathrooms were out of line

The shower rod kept falling My tub had a very slow drain (disgusting) The shower liner/curtain seemed a little gross I also questioned the cleanliness after seeing a blond hair on the bathroom wall Shower was TINY I always felt safe There was always someone within hearing range to help you out Valet is $40 but they are fast, efficient, and you have come and go privileges

Nice hotel They’ve upgraded and redesigned the rooms since we were here last Love the addition of a big couch in the rooms

One day we had fabulous service that cleaned our room The next day we had very weak service They never emptied the garbage or gave us more toilet paper and we had to call down for some at midnight We never got new plastic cups We ate in the bar one night Most of our food was great but my daughter got the ravioli and we’re pretty sure it gave her food poisoning My husband was the only other person to eat it and he got food poisoning as well Everything else on our trip was shared so we’re pretty sure it was the ravioli

Daniella Cucci

Celeste went above and beyond helping my parents and I get acclimated with the new city Being that I just moved here, she provided me with great recommendations along with advice to ensure I set myself up for success I truly do not believe other hotels have staff members who go out of their way to help Charlotte feel like my new home

It was also great to connect with a fellow New Yorker My family looks forward to staying here again for Celeste Additionally, Manny was very welcoming whenever my mom and I walked in He is a great conversationalist who also provided ample recommendations for my new city Very thankful to have met both of them and look forward to seeing them again soon

Janice Stuckey-Young

The staff was amazing and very helpful/friendly The bar was nice as well The building itself cold use some upgrades/cleaning

Sitting in the bar, the windows were so dirty that the view of the street was severely impacted Let’s clean those so we can really see the city The bed in room 1934, was by far the HARDEST bed I’ve ever slept on I wok up to bruises on my hips from trying to get comfortable with back aches I asked the staff who checked us out if we can get a discount for this issue but no response was given A good night sleep is priceless so if this is important to you, I’d look to find a hotel with better bedding

After reading some of the reviews I guess I feel really lucky and blessed My hubby and I found everything fine upon our arrival The only complaint we had was the water pressure and it was fixed IMMEDIATELY! The staff was very friendly, our room was clean, as well as the bed

I’m a stickler so I search for everything No bugs were present, no foul odor, no real noise to complain about It was a really good stay for us The guy who checked us in, oh how I wish I could remember his name, was absolutely phenomenal He gave me the best laugh after a very long drive in He treated us with much respect and genuinely appreciated us as I felt he understood the assignment Without me there is no them So thank you front guy for taking care of us so well Of course I’ll be back, can’t let my luck or blessing run out now!! I recommend

Last minute accommodations while on business travel, and I was very pleased You can tell the staff is really trying their best to satisfy customers, even though times are challenging for businesses and adequate staffing coverage The breakfast was all I could hope for at a breakfast-included hotel, but the staff went above & beyond to make sure the guests had all they were looking for

Will remember this for future business travel to the area Thank you hospitality team for doing a great job

Luxury Import Export LLC

Stayed in a king suite for three nights with my family Thankfully no bed bugs or any bugs at all Only complaint I have is within the bathroom

For a king suite, I would’ve expected a tub (not that I would’ve used it) instead of a small, cramped, stand up shower with mold growing along the caulk and a cracked sinkOur microwave had no plate and the fridge was leakingWith that being said, I am extremely grateful that the room itself was in clean condition and we didn’t have any bed bugs That was my biggest worry after reading other reviews I’ve stayed at both here and the Hampton Inn next door when visiting Concord and the breakfast here had a better selection It’s a great central location to EVERYTHING!

My wife and I stayed only for one Saturday night for her birthday I contacted David the general manager to see if we could check in early, the response was instantaneous When we pulled up to the hotel the 2 valets were so gracious in the cold and were very helpful with our luggage

Brandon was at the desk to knock our socks off with his hospitality and knowledge, he spoke to us like old friends The room was immaculate when we arrived, we met a dozen housekeepers during our stay, every one of them were moving fast and very friendly The rooftop bar was well stocked and would be worth the stay in warmer condition The bar in the lobby is a well stocked craft bar with very knowledgeable bartenders, who will creat the best drink in Charlotte We had dinner in Dean’s steakhouse on the first floor Saturday night The staff in the restaurant is second to none, the food was magnificent and delivered at the speed of light There is so much more that I would love to tell about this hotel and a great location but you will have to spend the night yourself I would like to thank the staff, as this is the best night I have spent away from home in many years

Casey Dalal

Had a great one night stay here This is a new modern property with great onsite dining and bar options Titanium benefits were honored as expected and I was upgraded to a nice corner suite

Great check in experience with friendly and welcoming staffLocation is good and within walking distance of most of the downtown area Valet parking through the hotel is available however there is also a self-park garage adjacent to the hotel I would certainly return to this property the next time I’m in the Charlotte area

Yamica D.

This place is amazing!!! Stayed here for a work conference and was met with exceptional customer service of the valet staff, bellmen, & front desk The lobby was clean and smelled soo good! The only disappointment was upon entering the room the bed wasn’t made completely and there were crumbs in certain areas in the room All in all I had a fantastic stay! The rooftop bar is a must see – it really captures the beauty of uptown Charlotte

I also want to make a note of the front desk staff Kendall who was always so pleasant and always made herself available to me which I found comforting Definitely plan on staying here again 🙂

Staff inviting, friendly and warmWe stayed three nights ,and it was quiet and very cozy I love this hotel and it was the most inviting stay I’ve ever hadFront desk (all ) were professional, inviting and friendly More then accommodating and went above and beyond We had a horrible death in our family, and most of us stayed hereThank you all for you’re warm hospitality

Hilton properties are well organized and maintained Service is friendly, caring and courteous The professional organization of all of the diffi price points in their lodging options are excellent

Each has it’s standard setup and offers services for their guests which includes an eating option, sometimes 2, a business area for the clients to use and a fitness center and most have a pool If you haven’t already joined their frequent visitor program then you are missing out

Sarah Brown

We arrived for our stay and the lobby smelled like old cereal, the hallway carpet needed a deep clean We shrugged it off and went up to our room, but the conditions were even worse There was visible black mold on the AC unit, mold around the shower, the carpet felt sticky and everything desperately needed a deep clean

It was clear the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept and mopped in a while and the baseboards had a buildup of dirt Even the wallpaper was dingyI went to the front desk and requested a room change The cleaning staff met us as we were switching rooms and were apologetic about the state of the room and indicated maintenance had been told about the AC unit They asked us to let them know how they could make us comfortable in the next roomUnfortunately, the second room wasn’t any better, except the AC unit did not have mold There was a thick layer of dirt/dust covering the back of the tv/entertainment stand and a panel from the nightstand had fallen off onto the floor The bathroom tub had some sort of dark stain in one corner and mold in the grout as well The shower curtain had visible hair and dust stuck to the plasticAfter a 7 hour drive, we were ready to relax but the state of this hotel was egregious It’s clear that there is very little regular maintenance/upkeep or desire to invest in the upgrade of the overall facility by hotel management We immediately checked out and found another hotel I have never experienced a Hilton location like this in my life Had there been no vacancies in the area, I would’ve absolutely slept in my car

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in It’s right in the middle of Charlotte’s downtown and walking distance from highly rated restaurants and fun things to do like the science museum In the room we had the view was fantastic

You have to pay for parking but we didn’t need to drive most places because the location is so walkableEveryone we interacted with was very nice and accommodating You can tell that the staff are proud of the hotel At night they had cookies out and you can enjoy some very good free tea and coffee any timeThe rooms are amazing I stayed with my husband in the Premier Room, which has one queen bed The furniture was in good condition, very classy but not old There are charging outlets for different types of devices The TV was very nice and had a good sound system A few times I felt like I could hear my neighbors a little bit it wasn’t bad Also I love the shower It had a horizontal showerhead thing so you could get two sources at once Water pressure was greatSo yeah we loved it! Hope we can stay again some day

Chelsea

My sister and I were in town for a girl’s night We booked a room at the Dunhill through a third party, at a discounted rateWe enjoyed our stay! The lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind

Parking was super easy There’s a garage right behind it and you grab a ticket and they validate it at the front desk There’s a bar in the lobby The room was small but in a quaint-has everything you need-kind of way Very clean I would look into staying again!

We recently completed a beautiful wedding at The Ritz Carlton’s Urban Garden As a wedding planner, my experience with Kim, Lesa, and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming, caring, thoughtful, and thorough From the moment I met the team some time ago, to the moment we were on property conducting the rehearsal and the wedding, the team was prompt in addressing any detail and continually touched based with myself and my team to ensure the couple was happy and the wedding ceremony and reception proceeded flawlessly

The team did not miss a beat with staying on course with the wedding day timeline and the guests continuously told us how pleased they were with all the details and accommodations Our heartfelt gratitude goes out to The Ritz Carlton staff – thank you for everything you do to make wedding days feel so special!

It’s a hotel so for the most part everything is as expected However, Amanda! Most hotels are pretty generic and meet the bare minimum The exception to this is when they manage to hire someone amazing! Change is needed to use the laundry machine and I couldn’t find change anywhere

The person up front didn’t have change but Amanda came by to help She called 4 different people and managed to get me 4 dollars of quarters so I could do laundryI came down on several different times and every time I asked her something she tested me as if I was the moody important guest at the hotel and I witnessed her treat others the same exact wayThe amenities don’t set this hotel apart from others The rooms don’t set this hotel apart from others It’s people like Amanda that go so far and beyond to treat their guests like they are the most important people in the hotel that set this place so far above all other hotels

Kim Z

The stay was fair I travel a lot and this is one of the over ranged hotels I stayed in I thought Marriott would would have better services

No microwaves in the rooms and no continental breakfast The bed comfy was fair The housekeeping services were awful The towels were dirty and the sheets were not the best Dirt was on the floors I should stay at the Super 8 for this kind of services I should have changed the room or just went to a different hotel I was tired from traveling I paid too much for these lack of services I stayed at a lot better places for less money ! From the outside it’s looks great !! OUTDATED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LAST TIME EVER staying here when I come back to town !!

Steve L

I have NEVER had such a bad experience with staff at a hotel! I stayed at this hotel on the night of 4/2/2022 after a missed airline connection Because it was the fault of the airline, they gave me a voucher to stay at this hotel and after a LONG day of travel fatigue and standing in lines with other passengers, I dropped in to bed exhausted at midnight Slept in the next am, did my meditation and yoga, then caught a taxi to the airport for a rescheduled flight home

Arrived home and noticed a few days later that there was a $500 charge to my credit card I called the hotel to inquire and the man at the front desk (wish I would have gotten his name!!) rudely informed me that I had violated the non-smoking policy and referred to the form I signed when I checked in He said that because I was smoking in the room, they had charged my account I told him that I do not smoke, never have and that this was ABSOLUTELY not the case!! Still, he insisted that I had smoked in the room and said that “staff” had smelled the smoke! I was incredulous at his insistence and his accusatory stance!! I then inquired of him about their “policy” and asked how it is that I was never even informed of this accusation, but rather there was simply a charge to my credit card NEVER did he back down, apologize, or concede that, at a MINIMUM, a customer should be informed if there was an accusation made against him/her!!! There was NO WAY I was going to allow this mistreatment and I told him so I was prepared to speak with an attorney if it came to that I was so angry at this man’s utter lack of respect for a customer! Ultimately, he agreed (VERY reluctantly!!) to credit the $500 back to my card but not once did he apologize nor back down on his insistence that I had been smoking and that the hotel had a “right” to charge me without even so much as a notification!! AND, another aside– the hair dryer in the room did not work, the bathroom was not as clean as I would have expected and there was no lotion made available as one might expect I don’t usually leave reviews and I certainly wouldn’t have to make an issue about the state of the room itself but I am appalled by the way I was treated I would like to believe that not all their staff is this rude and with such poor customer service acumen and/but I will NEVER choose to stay at a Courtyard by Marriot again!!

The also provided very comfortable bath robes The bathroom was spacious and the towels and complimentary toiletries were also very nice What was really amazing was breakfast served in the solarium A great breakfast menu with delicious choices Portions were very generous and included juice and coffeeWe plan to visit again A perfect stay!

The gardens are beautiful towards the end of June but felt mislead about admission on their website It says free to visit just call ahead to check if there are any events, which I did and was told it was a great time to visit Drove pretty far, turns out you can visit but you must pay to take photos

Would be nice if that info was updated under the garden section on their website

My family had a family reunion in the area and the Hilton was the host hotel I worked with the staff prior to arrival and the service was excellent from start to finish Shannon made sure that our experience was smooth and seamless

Several family members expressed their pleasure with the service of the hotel We had a family member who was vegan and had limited choices for the breakfast buffet I spoke with one of the employees and he, immediately resolved the situation to her liking Great customer service once again! My only suggestion is the need to update The lobby was quite warm the entire weekend The grounds could use some work and pressure washing, but that may take some time to coordinate I would still recommend choosing this hotel

Mrs. Ellis

Nice hotel, quiet rooms, lovely lake view I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t expecting everything at the hotel to be closed already when we arrived early Sunday afternoon We were disappointed because there was no advance notice of this and we had to leave back out for dinner

Seems small, but I had been driving for hours prior to check in and room service would have been appreciated, or at least notice posted on their website so I could grab something for the family prior to arrival

Elizabeth Partain

This was absolutely not worth the price I’ve paid half as much for rooms that were twice as nice When you stay in a Hilton, you expect something above average, and this barely hit average

The room looked like a hospital room, there were stains on the sheet and shower curtain, room service wasn’t available, and the vending machine didn’t even work Definitely not a good experience, and definitely won’t be staying again

Our go to hotel when we have to stay in the Concord area Staff is friendly The woman at the front desk has been there for years and is always pleasant

I have her card but not next to me so sorry that I can’t remember her name Room is always clean Towels are clean Shower is clean and has good water pressure Breakfast is what you expect for a free continental breakfast Our first time staying since Covid and it was just the same as it was before Will go back

If I could give it no stars, I would Rude workers This hotel is suppose to be a pet friendly hotel, don’t stay here if you have pets

The staff was rude about my animal If they even make a whimper, they complain They also take there bleach water and pour it across the parking lot which is unsafe if a dog were to drink it The whole parking lot smells of bleach If you care about your family and furbabies health stay somewhere else

Steve Calloway

The GOOD: Hotel room was clean and roomy The hotel location is perfect for restaurants & stores! The BAD: At check-in, the Front Desk clerk Timothy He was not personable and did not make us feel appreciated as long-term IHG members

He did not even look to see if any upgrades were available, upon my requestThe GOOD: The VERY pleasant check-out Front Desk female clerk!

I stayed here for work this past summer Overall, had a great experience living here The staff is super friendly and accommodating

If your interested in nightlife options, I’d suggest looking elsewhere as there aren’t many options in this part of town, especially not within walking distance But, university city in 10-15 minutes, uptown in 20 so great location overall Only bit of criticism I have is very small There needs to be more carts for bringing in/taking out luggage They only have two for the entire hotel, so if they’re both out you’re out of luck Being an extended stay hotel, many people are staying for a while so consequently have a lot of stuff, so a few additional carts would be good But again, overall great experience!

Tony Smedberg

Friendly, helpful and fun staff who are very nice The place is kind of pricey but the location is real nice and is close to just about everything you will need Although the hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, it is close to many restaurants and the room is real nice, quiet, comfortable and well furnished including a full kitchen setup and a k-cup coffee maker

It is a nice cozy little hotel in a nice location

Brittney Thatch

Very nice property but it’s very loud! First room I was assigned the bathtub was filthy Second room the tv was not working at all! The person in the room above me must had a party because it was stomping all night ! Might I add I waited a while before I was able to check in and check out and clear no one is ever at the front desk ! You will be waiting for a while unless you yell for help or ask someone else for assistance!

My wife & I took a day out of town & experience something new in Charlotte We stayed at the Embassy suites in Charlotte/Concord, & was lucky enough to get a front room with a view of a hole on the golf course, Camping World, Hendrick Chevrolet & Charlotte Motor Speedway baby! We visited downtown E Trade street, &Tryon also tried out a couple of Charlotte restaurants while enjoying the free Embassy Suites house drinks after calling it an evening

Had a refreshing shower that almost sent me to the emergency room That’s one slippery when wet bathtub in room 1012, but I caught myself We rested and relaxed, had a good nights sleep In the morning we both really enjoyed our made to order breakfast that came with the room M6 wife had two over easy eggs while I appreciated the skill of the chef, making a delicious bacon & ham with mushrooms, spinach and cheeseWe would love to come back one day & do this all over again

I went for a convention ; the service was decent considering they were full w/ convention goers & normal hotel guest When we arrived there were no baggage cartsWhen asked if there were additional or when the baggage carts wld be available

We were informed, if not downstairs other hotel guests had the cards; in turn we wld have to waitThat was a bit of a bummer, though we understood given the fullness of the hotel If you didn’t get extra items such as pillows or blankets when you first arrived There were none or minimal after check-in The complimentary breakfast was amazingThe staffing was a bit low, but I believe like w/ everyone it’s due to the pandemic The rooms were nice & clean I would definitely return to patronize them

E C

The front desk staff was exemplary, but we experienced issues with the Rocky Creek Grill and the reception hours Issues we experienced with Rocky Creek Grill were not answering the phone after 5pm and when we arrived at the restaurant, the lights were not on so it did not seem they were open The staff seemed lackadaisical

The impression was they did not want our business so we ate elsewhere As far as the reception, each night there was only one person working the bar area when there should probably have been at least two people, especially on a Friday and Saturday night Each person was overwhelmed but doing the best they could considering the volume of customers they were serving The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were very accommodating Overall this hotel definitely could use some renovations We will not consider staying here again

I enjoy my stays at Homewood Suites It is usually very clean and I appreciate the effort they put into maintaining a good, clean friendly atmosphere The last times I stayed, there were noticeable stains on a few doors and door frames

I understand it though there is a lot of a certain staff is allotted certain time frames to clean_reminders to check behind themselves Also, there should be more focused monitoring of breakfast guests who don’t put on the supplied plastic gloves and keep masks on, as asked to do while gathering breakfast items The areas are clean, staff friendly and service is great!

Homewood Suites in Concord is top notch! From the reception staff to housekeepingMy travel partner and I stayed here literally every other week, a week at a time each time We were never unimpressed

From check-in, the sweet reception staff are 5-stars in themselves <3 and always make it a breeze! Making our way up to our room and every time checking out the room before getting comfy (I’m an avid mattress-flipper) and this is the one and only hotel I’ve stayed in that consistently has stain-free mattresses We’ve probably stayed in at least 20 different rooms in this hotel and NEVER seen a stain, dirt, bugs, etc Every inch of the rooms are sparkling clean, never a fingerprint or dust anywhere Shoutout to housekeeping for that! In the mornings there is a wonderful breakfast (my favs are the western omelette, hash browns with peppers/onions) and of course the waffle maker when having a sweet tooth The linens are soft, pillows are top notch, and rooms are spacious Every time I come in those front doors I want to holler “Honey, I’m home!” The location of the hotel is close to a bunch of food/shopping establishments as well, and of course the speedway so that’s a plus!Shoutout to Amanda, Lindsey, and Tash for always being so welcoming and making Homewood Suites a home-away-from-home! You guys are the best!

Mercedez Allen

LITERALLY one of my FAVORITE hotels I’ve ever stayed at It’s up there with the Four Seasons! The suite was beautiful and I’m picky so trust me you will love it ! Everything in the room was spotless and well taken care of The hotel looks brand new and smells fresh! I was truly at home during my stay

I checked in with Ruthie she was so sweet and welcoming and I checked out with Gen and she was so polite and nice with me and other hotel guest! She asked me how my stay was and I could tell she genuinely cared! I love this hotel! This will be my hotel I stay at anytime I’m in Charlotte/Concord area!

So tonight is our wedding night We were excited to come here after our great wedding We got here and we were supposed to have chilled champagne that our family gave us which was just sitting in the box warm not on ice (also no champagne glasses)

There was no chocolate that was also ordered and supposed to be in the room when we got here and we found out that they gave it away to another guest before we got here The chef was gone so we ended up with a tiny slice of cake We were also supposed to have two bath robes and we got here and there was only one I called the front desk and my mother in law also called them and no one would pick up the phone Finally after 6 minutes a lady answered and was rude about it This room was super expensive and we just wanted a good night We will make the best of it but this place is not worth the money we paid The holiday inn would have done a better job honestly Don’t book here You will be disappointed also to top it all off, they charge you $5 for water

Alison Tribble

This was one of the most excellent hotel experiences I’ve ever had and we have been to several luxury hotels The entire staff, from valet to housekeeping and in between, was beyond kind and helpful and seemed like they genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible Lindsay at the front desk is AMAZING!!! She’s your girl if you need help with anything! The ambiance of the rooftop bar is incredible and the drinks and food there and Mico were delicious! Everything was run like a well oiled machine, we will be staying here again!!

Eric Simpson

Had an amazing stay at the grand bohemian! Didn’t quite know what to expect with it being my first time in a Grand Bohemian hotel but if they all are remotely close to this, I’ve found a new favorite! From the moment I walked through the door I was greeted by the smiling faces of Lauren and Lindsay! I’m not sure when these girls sleep because every interaction I had was with one of the two! From checking in, to asking about the local area, ordering room service, and requesting items to the room, I got to know these ladies very well because they did it all! Unfortunately neither were present as I checked out but I wanted to tell them how much of a positive impact they made on my stay!

This was an awesome stay for our son’s 14th Birthday Celebration! He and our 3 year old loved it! My husband and I loved it as well! Everything was so convenient with the bands, we ordered the birthday package with the decorated door option, he loved it and the cake was so good! (Chocolate) The room was clean and peaceful, so much to do there for the toddlers, and the arcade was nice We will definitely return! Also great customer service from everyone! ❤️

Erin Riley

Someone told me this place was very over priced and the rooms were outdated… My experience was completely opposite! I was very impressed with the room it’s self

It was clean and the decor is charming The only issue I did notice is there was a lot of food left in the bunk bed Like crime from someone eating in bed I brought my 3yr old here to celebrate is birthday and he loved every minute of it The pool was of course our main attraction but we also enjoyed the arcade and bowling We love that the arcade games still actually dispense tickets For my 3yr old that was the best part! He kept yelling “TICKETS!!!” Every time he won 🤣 He loved it The complimentary wolf ears were cute and we took a bunch of pictures in them The gift shop is cute and depending on what you’re looking for it can be a little pricey but not outside of what you would expect to pay at a resort We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the live shows because we were so busy but passing by it was something we decided we definitely would make time for next visit There is something for everyone at The Great Wolf Lodge

Robert Whitney

We went to great wolf lodge with my son’s school for a family day It was truly a great time, there was so much for kids to do from the multiple pools, water slides, games and all around there indoor adventures One day is definitely not enough time to bring it all in and do everything they offer

Me and my family will definitely be going back for a longer stay next time to try out there adventure quest game takes place threw out the whole resort Also they have these really neat wolf slippers in kids and adult sizes

Hotel was clean, staff friendly, easy check in/out I appreciated that even though it is in a busy location, it was quiet in the hotel and quiet at night too Breakfast was good, but could’ve been better; my daughter got an egg that tasted rotten and the sausage looks/tastes like hamburger, is gritty, and was cold right out of what was supposed to be a stream server

I tried to get different pieces still cold They need to tell people when making a reservation, that they will hold additional money for a security deposit Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will stay again

Carli C.

We had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again if we found ourselves in the area The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and updated, and I felt they had a great complimentary breakfast selection We traveled with our daughter and they were able to provide a pack and play that looked practically brand new and I felt very safe having my child sleep in it

Renetta McEachern

Stayed for short weekend Easy check in and check out Great location, very close to Ikea, the University & the Outlet Mall

Rooms were clean Fairly quiet room, didn’t hear much outside noises Their were 3 light bulbs out in my room, two in the room & one in the bathroom We were able to get replacement bulbs pretty quickly I, however, did not like that the fan in the AC unit could not be kept at a constant “on” position and it was loud at night
