Found this hotel last minute, and it did not disappoint! Every expectation of Mayumi was surpassed, from the way the rooms are packaged, included breakfast and manager’s hour – the team at Mayumi are totally focused on the guest I originally booked for 3 nights, but extended to 6 nights as it was so good Location is ideal if you have a car

Will be back

Such a pleasant stay Going in, I wasn’t sure if it could live up to its very high average review score, but Mayumi delivered Just remember this is a boutique hotel on a budget, and you should walk away more than satisfied

Very clean, modern rooms with some nice flourishes – purple ambient lighting, a touchpad to control A/C and shades, and huge flat screen TVs with hundreds of channelsWhile the hotel’s location is not necessarily a selling point, with only a couple plazas and fast food chains within reasonable walking distance, the courtyard they’ve created in the middle of their complex is a welcoming, relaxing oasis for a morning coffee, a midday work call, or an evening drink It’s also a 30 minute drive to LAX which is a huge plus if traveling from out of townManager’s hour (free sake from 5-7pm) and the free Continental breakfast from 7-9am

Eric Holley

Arrived 4 and 1/2 hours before my friend who booked us the rooms I got to the front desk and told them there’s a reservation under my friend’s name for two people, two rooms They said my friend would have to check in first

When I asked why that was there was no good answer I offered to give them my driver’s license, my credit card and $100 just so I could check in a few hours before my friend arrived Instead I had to sit in the hit lobby until he arrived 4 and 1/2 hours later Otherwise great room great location and the rest of the staff was quite accommodating

Had an amazing experience staying here The rooms are so nice and gives a luxury feel, the staff went above and beyond Ryan was great as soon as we pulled up to valet, Ashley was great to speak with when checking in, and Rafael the GM greeted us as we were having drinks at the bar

They offer very unique beverages, I highly recommend the K-pop & lock for ginger lovers They even have iconic movie place cards all throughout the room as well as drink vouchers Across the street there’s an outdoor mall with hundreds of popular stores and places to eat, Rodeo Dr is a short drive away as well as Santa Monica

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are well trained and seem to really enjoy their workThe rooms are spacious, have good views and a nice balcony to enjoy the in room Nespresso each morning The rooftop pool is a perfect place to relax with amazing city views and plenty of loungers and daybedsThe Belgian waiter at Lumiere was very welcoming and knowledgeable on all things throughout the hotel and gave some great recommendations for other activities in the area

The property is wonderful! It’s recently renovated and is so fresh and welcoming The rooms are comfortable, clean and well designed The Food and Beverage team is FANTASTIC! Everyone serving breakfast was kind and warm and attentive

It really enhances the stay I highly recommend the avocado toast! I will absolutely stay here again when back in LA Very convenient to get to LAX as well

Carmen Garcia

I rushed over to this hotel with my luggage in the 90 degree heat after leaving a neighboring hotel where I felt unsafe I arrived sweaty and out of breath and they immediately offered me a giant water bottle and made sure I felt comfortable Danielle, a manager at the front desk, helped me find a room that would work for me and my family that was arriving any minute

She absolutely went above and beyond to help me and was absolutely incredible our entire stay The rest of the staff was very nice but Danielle was incredible Also, she mentioned they had recently renovated and it was in fact beautiful! The pool was not finished but we were not disturbed by any construction Am recommending to all my family!

The interactions with all of the staff were impeccable Being a Diamond member with 100+ nights in 2022, I have to say I am beyond impressed with the high level of service that was provided from front desk to bell hop to house keeping The staff remembered me by name

The rooms were clean spacious updated and with ample amounts of phone outlets The firepit and pool areas were great places to relax after a day of sunshine I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future!

Precious Libra

We came in town for my husband’s birthday We were there for 3 days and had so much fun All of the staff was great

The rooms were clean and the bed is really really comfortable I love the location and the breakfast was really good Rita made sure we got the most out if our cocktails that night The gentleman at the front desk (I forgot his name) was extremely helpful in helping us find a few places to go

lena vasilyeva

I don’t know who wrote 5 star reviews describing a bellhop and service, I found this place very poorly run, dirty, unattended most of the time and very much like a motel When I got there with a huge suitcase I had to drag it over the entrance that’s fitted with boulder-like non-slip feature which is fine if you can get help but there was no one The carpeting on the floor is thick and nothing rolls over it

The carpet on the floor has huge stains and looked very old Breakfast was disgusting, no coffee, no one to ask about it 15 mins later someone appeared to refill the brew Food selection was on the level of an airport motel This place is a rip off Stay away

Freshly renovated The room was really nice Probably my best hotel stay so far in California

I like it better than the courtyard marina del ReyThe room was very quiet and I couldn’t hear loud footsteps above me or people in the room next to meThe service was good and the breakfast at the restaurant was great It is valet only for parking so plan accordingly if that is an issueThe surprise on top was the spray they provide in the rooms to help aid in falling asleep I was skeptical but it worked And have used it at home Great job Marriott

C. Paulsen

The rooms have a nice, roomy, modern design, but like most Marriott hotels, there are some minor cosmetic maintenance issues (baseboard in hallway needing repairs, wallpaper in bathroom peeling on edges) The pool was lovely and well cleaned The restaurant for breakfast was delicious and wait staff super friendly

Most of the staff was great, but there was a problem with my reservation (put me for 1 night instead of the 2 I had reserved) and when I went to fix it, the staff at first didn’t seem to want to help at all – like I was causing problems That was a minor blip to otherwise good experience

TIFFANY GUO

Incredible stay! Service was excellent, rooms were clean, spacious, modern, and it’s quiet in the rooms for a good night’s sleep (I’ve been at one too many hotels where you can hear guests next door entering / exiting their rooms) The only thing that was lacking was the water pressure – showering was not super satisfying with the weak water pressure Despite that, would definitely book here again!

We stayed in a downtown-facing suite which was absolutely gorgeous The view was incredible, and the amenities were above and beyond average The bathroom had several complimentary kits, a robe, slippers, and soft towels

The couch in the living room was very comfortable, the TV was nice, and they also had a Keurig and K-cups in the room (which were not a part of the mini-bar, totally included) The rooms were clean and the shower was even nicer than mine at home We loved InterContinental

What a great stay!! We spent a fantastic weekend here – it was so relaxing and fun! The room was perfect, with great amenities! (Seriously, those are the softest robes I’ve ever felt!)The lobby is airy and bright with a great bar The staff was so friendly and attentive And the location was perfect – we had fun exploring Culver City’s Art District, and then hopped in the car for a quick trip to Beverly Hills! It’s also very dog friendly – our pup was able to come to all our meals with us, and the staff are all dog lovers too!And speaking of meals, the food was awesome! We enjoyed an amazing dinner at Etta

They have a great, creative wine list with so many local wines The pastas were fantastic, and we’re still dreaming about the focaccia bread! Don’t miss the rooftop – the vibes are great, the drinks are top notch and the pancakes at breakfast stole the show!We will absolutely be back soon – what a perfect getaway!

We had an amazing stay here! The vibe is very casual but also upscale, with impeccable service The staff is really helpful, room service was fast and delicious, and housekeeping requests were fulfilled quickly by the friendly staff We stayed in a beautiful 1 bedroom suite (which was spotless) overlooking the pool and the courtyard

Awesome decor with a retro feel The beds and pillows are so comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with modern fixtures, and the toiletry products are great! The restaurant has these super cool cabanas tucked away around the pool – great for a group or semi-private dining This is what a boutique hotel should be 5 stars all the way around – facilities, service, cleanliness, quality and condition

Georgia Little

Very nice hotel I like how the pool is visible as soon as you step into the lobby Our room was in a separate building through an alleyway from the main hotel

It is a lovely room, super comfortable bed and soothing colors I took a nice long bath in the tub (so happy because most hotels today only have showers) and we enjoyed the large patioI would definitely come back!

Russell Dailey

I’ve been a regular traveler for about a decade and have over 1,000 nights at Marriott properties This hotel was the worst experiences I’ve had in those 1,000 nightsI don’t place much blame on the hotel staff, because I believe the issue is that the hotel is well past its prime and in serious need of renovation

The room we were originally given smelled of mildew and strong cleaning supplies and featured stained green carpet and a bathroom that looked like it had seen much better daysThis felt more like a discount motel you pay for by the hour than a 4 star Marriott property We immediately left and went to another hotel and I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to do thatAgain, this is not a comment on the hotel staff, but rather on the quality of the property itself The manager on duty did offer us another room, but after what we experienced with the first room we felt more comfortable leaving

Newly renovated hotel in the heart of Marina Del Rey I booked this beautiful hotel last min for business and it was the best decision ever I met with my clients at the restaurant that overlooks the marina

Great food and drinks AMAZING atmosphere I had the short rib tacos, calamari, Moscow mules & spicy margaritas are to die One of the best residence inns I have been to Short walk to Mother’s beach Great hotel staff Will definitely be back with my family

Stephanie Coleman-Smith

Checked in at roughly 4:45pm, for what was supposed to have been a relaxing overnight stay, after a very stressful day It was anything but

First room, after turning down the bed, I found a nasty looking long thick hair on the sheet Called room service and ask if housekeeping could come up and change the sheets on the bed, while I went down to the restaurant Returned to the room around 8:00pm, exhausted and ready to sleep Unfortunately, housekeeping left the sheets on the kitchenette counter waiting for me, as if expected to change the bed myself Wow…I called down to the front desk to question and complain, as I did not reserve a room and pay room charges as such to have to arrive at the hotel and change what I perceived to be a less than inviting bed The young man at the desk proceeded to explain that it was not out of the ordinary for quest to request new sheets and change the bed themselves, justifying why the sheets were left on the counter An Unacceptable and frankly rude and inconsiderate explanation I tried to explain I wasn’t one of those guest, and that his attention should be directed towards my individual complaint I informed him when booking a room at a hotel, I was looking for, at best, cleanliness, comfort and convenience; otherwise, I would have stayed home He seemed indifferent, and repeated himself Whatever happened to quality customer service in a hospitality environment??? Moreover, at the rate the hotel charges, one would expect no less Well, he put me in another room An old corner room; bad to worst The lights in the bedroom did not work The engineer had to come up and flip the circuit breaker and the blinds on the automatic closure mechanism were inoperable Small TV in the bedroom, where in the first room, it was at least a large 65” inch flat screen, mounted on the wall above The small tv required me to have to prop myself up to see it, as it sat on a low table It should have been mounted on the wall above the table for a comfortable ergonomic view while relaxing in bed It’s unfortunate that under the circumstances, I wasn’t afforded an room upgrade to compensate for the inconvenience and the lack of hospitality This was my second stay, as the first was a month ago and it was exceptional As for the young man at the desk, I suggest more training It’s called hospitality, and a guest should not have to debate an issue of cleanliness and convenience, when the accommodations fail to meet expectations He did comp my parking, which I appreciated, but that did not sway my opinion of the entire experience Needless to say, I will not revisit this hotel again Very disappointed!!!!

Brad Beggs

Beautiful relatively new hotel with large rooms overlooking the marina or city and oceanParking is pricey, but the city of Marina del Ray has several nearby surface lots that charge $6 to $10 for 24 hours, and you can come and go without having to pay again The closest is about a quarter mile north, just south of Mothers Beach, and you can walk along the marina to get to the hotel

There are nice kitchen facilities in your room, and several grocery stores nearby including Trader Joe’s Breakfast is included and is pretty good

A “wedged” shape old building Elegant is a good word for it Inside 1st floor is a bar w various seating, up-scale ambiance; often with a piano player, windows all around

Also small dinning room Staircase up, you’ll find more bar area, more private lounging Next floor or 2 up are offices, and a vault behind cracked open concrete for viewing Then the rooms for the rest Best thing about the hotel is it’s location; nearly dead center downtown Culver City Behind the hotel is a main tentrance to Sony Theatres Hotel has a history of course, beginning with silent films to present Main reason hotel was built was to provide office space and lodging to attract famous people If you want to be “in the center” of nice restaurants n cars n Sony StudiosIt’s the go to Hotel

Garrett Brisbee

The room was pretty nice, having modern touches in an old structure Everything worked and the bed was comfortable I took a point off because of the horrible paint work within our room

For a building that is on the registry of historic places you would think they would hire someone that knows how to actually paint Another small detail is the fact that they didn’t have the check out time posted in the room, which I’m pretty sure it’s law

Flora Demuth

The hotel and rooms are lovely with a few exceptions The old fireplaces in the rooms have been plastered over but, for some insane reason, they left logs sticking straight out of the plasterSecond, the mattresses are super uncomfortable

It feels like you’re lying down in a pile of marshmallows Which sounds comfortable until you get anyone over 40 staying there and I guarantee 90% of those guests have back problems (🙋🏼‍♀️)

Well, We truly enjoyed being able to bring your pet and not worrying about him barking or not being comfortable because they definitely make your pet feel comfortable However the room was incredibly hot and when we called to talk to them about air-conditioning they didn’t do anything about it and they kept putting us on hold which delayed our time to be enjoyed Another thing that we didn’t like was there were no outlets by the mirror for us to be able to use hot tools to get ready

I understand most people get ready in the bathroom but when there’s three women when is showering one wants to be able to do her hair while she is waiting We also called for an extension cord just for them to tell us that they don’t have any but then when I talk to the manager about this prior to leaving she says that they definitely have extension cords I also really feel that not all of the staff was very nice sorry to say this but the women were incredibly rude as the men were incredibly nice I have stayed here before and didn’t mind it then but in the future I would have to reconsider it as it really didn’t put good taste in my mouth So do your diligence if you decide to stay here

Paul De Leon (PhilNY11)

Most probably my go-to hotel everytime I’ll visit LA From a King Essential to a 2 Double Essential Skyline View room How? Coz the front desk staff were so nice

Initially, I’m only staying by myself then for some reason I have two friends coming over and the hotel gladly upgraded me to accommodate them Also, if you have a car to go around (which is everyone in LA) and maybe have something to do in UCLA, then this is the perfect neighborhood for you Very chill and quiet residential area There’s a daily fee but the perks will make up for it

They charge a fee that they don’t tell you about My room was old and when I showered the water completely overflowed into the rest of the bathroom It was literally like a swimming pool

When I went to check in, they didn’t even have my reservation so I had to wait 30 minutes to get check in I was there for one night When I called to get the “guest fee” waived that they did not tell me about – the manager could care less and just kept interrupting me I will not stay here again, nor do I recommend anyone to Only giving 2 stars because the lobby is nicer, but the rooms are bad

I stayed at this hotel coming from Boston and I told them about my recent engagement and they definitely rolled the red carpet for us This was the best experience we’ve had staying at a hotel Best staff ever

From the nice lady checking us in to our amazing housekeeping staff Thank you for making our first time in LA memorable! Please continue to be awesome You will definitely see us again!

Location was perfect Minutes from Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier

You could bike over or even walk We Brought our 7 yr old daughter and she was happy about the water taxi for $1 that you could catch right next to the hotel The hotel itselfI would have a higher review if I did not pay 600 a night Definitely NOT worth that! Hotel is old, boring, beds were comfortable but definitely not queens for the double room Seemed more like full size Not a Ritz Carlton feel at all in hotel Valet was quick with the cars The drains run slow and the refrigerator stunk so bad we could not use it This Ritz is a bare minimum Ritz The staff was nice and courteous We went back and forth with staying at the Marriott across the street for 1/2 the price

Emily Plata

This hotel does not live up to the standards of the Ritz-Carlton name For the price, the stay was not worth it The hotel needs major renovations

Bathroom with a poor quality curtain, only one thin bathrobe Outdated room furniture The balcony to our room had large cement stains and was furnished with cheap decor It was unsettling Please do not stay at this hotel just for the name You are better off staying at a different hotel This felt more like a 3-star hotel I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to caution others to save their money and go elsewhereThe only positive aspect about this hotel was housekeeping and the staff that bring up your room service Nice and attentive hard-working people

If you are at all sensitive to noise while sleeping, do not stay at this hotel My wife and I stayed here after attending a wedding in LA and had one of our worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had The hotel has a nice rooftop, but they play club music from the afternoon through the night

So if you stay on the sixth floor – maybe other floors as well – you can hear the thumping bass through the windows and the walls from the club upstairs On our first night, we dealt with it, but then guests a couple rooms down started screaming in the hallway and on their roof deck from 1 am to 2 am, before we called the front desk twice and then security finally quieted them down We expected Monday night to be more quiet, but it was not In our premium room that we paid extra for an ocean view, we once again experienced thumping bass until midnight By the time we left on Tuesday morning, we had gotten little sleep and were completely exhausted The hotel basically ruined what was up until then a wonderful LA trip Do not stay here unless you want to sleep in basically what amounts to a nightclub I hardly review anything on Google, but I had to leave this review to try to warn future guests

Loved my stay here All of the staff was so efficient, helpful, and friendly Hotel and room was very clean, housekeeping did a great job of tidying up my room while gone

Great location, but definitely opt for valet parking The valet always brought our vehicle in a timely fashion and saved us so much time from trying to find parking The only downside was the one, slow elevator Other than that, I definitely recommend and will stay here again

Latoya Brown

I would have gave it five stars if my ocean view room wasn’t also the view of the parking lot Which had loud people hanging out all during the day and really late at night blasting music from their cars I didn’t expect to hear that kind disturbance right outside my window

I know Venice Beach is a real popular area that’s why I booked this specific hotel because it’s really close to the beach only 5 minutes away from the boardwalk Also the valet parking was great it cost me $49 a night but it was so worth it and the staff is really nice and attentive, the bed is very comfortable and the room is very spaces and clean

I just called the hotel on a business call, hoping to get transferred to one of the managersOf course in order to do this, I had to speak to the front desk I’ve been making a lot of calls to hotels today for work

Not all the front desk agents or managers have been greatHowever, the gentleman at this front desk was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpfulWhen speaking with the AGM, she was genuine and warm Next time I’m in town, I’ll have to book a room! The staff here seems awesome!

Emily Cobb

Really loud, it’s right on a busy road so that noise is expected But the walls are paper thin you can hear footsteps in the room above, walking in the hallways, doors shutting Not a great night sleep

Beds are very soft, which could be hard for some They are also very squeaky The rooms are large and the bathrooms are smallThe front desk however was very friendly and accommodating, staff gets 5 stars Hotel needs a lot of work

Brian Sinclair

There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but it ain’t great either It’s sort of isolated There are no restaurants in the area or place to have a drink, unless you go to the place inside (which closes early)

There is a supermarket across the street that has chips and liquor) The rooms are cramped, but we’re clean The people at the front desk were helpful and although the food options are limited, the people that were there are friendly They serve Starbucks coffee, lattes and some of the basic food options

It was just OK The rooms were clean and I had a good night sleep It is just those little things that could have been just a little better

Friendlier greeting Nice staff, but I personally like a warm smileI was on a floor where the “insides” of the ice machine were exposed and buzzing very loud Not a good presentation as one is headed to the room Did not give me a good first impressionThey have a coffee bar and a restaurant, but they do not offer free coffee in the lobby Not a deal breaker I am just used to getting coffee in the morning from the lobbyWould I stay here again Yes Would it be my first choice, maybe notAgain, this is not a bad review Just a You could do things a little better note

E C

Hotel is very nice great location close to freeways, despite being close to freeways no outside noise, was put in a room close to the elevator, when ac was off we could here the elevator bell when landing on our floor, and we could here the toilet flush from the next room room has a beautiful layout where no space is waisted and it doesn’t feel cramped for a family of 4 Booked a room with a sofa bed but, no sofa bed in a room just a very comfortable small couch Pool area is seems not maintained, plants over growing no towels, chips on chairs

Ice machine wasn’t working on our floor but every other floor seem functional over all great stay and nice view out the window 👌

Being a Marriott member I was looking for a place in LA for a few nights and came across Beverly Hills Marriott Reviews were good, place looked nice so I booked my stay The second I arrived the valet helped me out of my car and into the lobby

The front desk was quick and efficient and got me my room key quickly Went up to a very nice and modern room and everything was cleanI loved my stay here but there was just 1 thing holding me back from giving it 5 starsThe bedExtremely uncomfortable as I prefer firmer mattresses and my back was sore after both nights Also didn’t sleep well because of it too Not sure if they were older mattresses but I was not a fan Loved everything else about this place though and the staff was top notch

Stephen Shao Chi-Ching

In general, room, hotel services, location are pretty goodThe hotel itself is old and I can see some cracks here and there in toilet, but still functional By the way, I think they should renovate their elevator! They provide complementary morning coffee in the lobby (Starbucks) which is nice

However, for a hotel with nearly 300 USD per night, I expected more

Cindy Hynes

Kai and Charlie in Valet were amazing, we stayed the night with a 10-foot trailer in tow along with our pickup truck They were amazingly helpful in getting the car and trailer situated even in a city like Beverly Hills which as you may or may not know is impossible to park a trailer The staff was great, we travel for business often and I would stay there again and again

The rooms were small but clean, staff was friendlyThe only downside they charged my card twice on accident and I am working to get that situated 😉

Great stay at a stylish hotel From the moment we arrived the valet, porters and reception staff were welcoming and helpful, they really make this large hotel feel like a home in the city Rooms were stylishly decorated and very clean

We appreciated the pleasant view The Beverly Hilton is ideally located for sightseeing in both the local area and the wider LA area and acted as a great base for us to spend a week doing this Apart from the rather inefficient and expensive room service (an hour to deliver three coffee’s!) we have absolutely nothing but praise for the hotel, it’s staff and our stay

Christa Settle

We had the most wonderful stay at the Beverly Hilton! Every single member of the staff treated us like royalty and were so kind and accommodating This is the best service I have ever received in my entire life, and I fully believe that anytime I find myself in Los Angeles, the Beverly Hilton will be my home away from home Our room, an executive suite, was so breathtaking

The balcony was a great place to hang out on day and night, and it was also amazing to open all of the sliding glass window doors and have panoramic views of LA while feeling the beautiful weather come through I also loved the pool and everyone there was so nice and accommodating as well It was truly such a treat to stay at the Beverly Hilton for 5 nights We traveled as a way to celebrate our 5 year dating anniversary and my birthday We are already dreaming of and beginning to plan our next stay Thank you all for everything!!

Arushi Bhardwaj

Great location, wonderful staff, and a beautiful lounge area I really enjoyed my stay here It’s probably one of the best Hilton locations! The only recommendation would be to heat up the pool a little bit more as we were freezing (in April)! There was also no help available in finding the pool showers

I really enjoyed my stay here! The location was perfect (a major mall is right across the street) and it was easy to get everywhere I wanted The staff were pleasant and eager to help out The breakfast was just alright nothing extraordinary but good enough to get you out of the door

The waiters seemed partial but I guess it must be nice to relate with someone who speaks your language The only con is that they had agreed to a late check out but called to get me out of my room before the agreed time I wasn’t comfortable with this but overall it was a nice place The gym is also well equipped so pack some workout gear if you can!

Cc Cort

Let’s start by saying not all front desk people had great customer service I only encountered two women that actually gave excellent customer service on Saturday afternoon, and I was able to chat with themUpon arrival when I was checking in the guy from front desk was telling us about the parking, happy hours and complimentary breakfast

So the next morning on Saturday I went down for breakfast little did I know it wasn’t complimentary I had already served myself so it was too late to not pay for it It was $1758, I asked the girl at the front desk about the breakfast and she was very rude ( well I don’t know why he would tell you that) I honestly didn’t find this worth the money The food was not good at all I wasn’t hungry for a (buffet) so it was a waste of moneyThe pool was ok nothing fancy The room is pretty small and getting in and out was hard there’s not much space The beds are super noisy … you do pay for parking daily which I wouldn’t mind paying when the hotel is amazing which it wasn’t…Our keys stop working the next day and they kept doing that the day after, so that was a bummer We had to keep going down to get that fixedThere’s nothing soundproof about this room I could hear everything outside and the top people were super loud around 3 am all the way through the day That was super annoyingOverall, I think the only good experience I had was the two front desk ladies that I was speaking to

T. Dinh

First time staying here and will definitely go back I felt very welcomed when I checked in and the front desk staff were so polite and friendly It wasn’t that forced kind of friendly either

The room was very cute and clean I was very happy to see they served real breakfast and not one of those grab and go bags It was a breakfast buffet with made to order omelets I had mine to go and there were no issues getting that boxed with a cup of OJ for the road I also felt appreciated as a Marriott member and already booked my next stay here for workIt is by the freeway so be sure to have earplugs (I always travel with some) so I did not have any problems with noise as some others have mentioned

Absolutely excellent stay The hotel is beautiful- a good size, has enough variety without being a huge resort The standard is consistently excellent throughout from the staff to the decor to the dining

I don’t think you can honestly fault a thing The staff are all so pleased to serve you and they always say yes! Nothing is too much and you are made to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive This is exactly how a hotel should be run and this is exactly how it feels when somewhere ‘gets it right’If you book to stay here, you won’t regret it and you won’t even think about the price It is worth every penny

Herah Syesy

I am so excited to try this new restaurant! The food here is amazing and they have many options for any dietary need Plus, the service has been great I feel like a king when I walk in with my friends or family after work because of how much attention we get from staff members who take care of us well

While prices may seem steep at first glance, they match how the food was delectable and worth every penny

Steve Jones

This is a beautiful hotel Our room with two Queens was spacious, well-appointed and aesthetically very well conceived and executed But, what really struck me over three-nights of this leisure stay was the ample staffing (finding most hotels still understaffed) and the consistently high-level of attentiveness across the range of service providers: front desk, valets, bellmen, pool attendants, waiters—everyone was engaged without being intrusive

The management team is to be commended for creating a service culture consistently producing excellence
