Loved our stay here! The room was spacious and clean There were two full bathrooms in our room which meant I didn’t have to share with my husband 😂 We had nice view from our living room window where the room itself was extra spacious with a large couch (with pullout sofa bed) and desk

We also had access to the “Club” for a complimentary continental breakfast, snacks and drinks My two favorite things was 1 It is connected to the Galleria Mall and 2 The bathroom attached to the bedroom 😂 Front desk staff was friendly and courteous 10/10 will be staying here again!

When I arrived I couldn’t find parking to check in, you have to park in the underground garage unless you are paying for valet which means you you have a pretty good walk to get into the hotel When I arrived the front desk staff didn’t greet me with the same enthusiasm that I get from other Marriott hotels of the same caliber, not a huge deal but something noticeable if you travel alot and stay in hotels frequently When I got my room key I had to wait about 10min to use the elevator as many of them were broken

Then the elevator I got on wouldn’t take my card (nor that of four other people) so I had to wait for ten other people to get off to go back down Finally after 15min I made it to my room just to discover it had not been cleaned This is a four star hotel that charged $300 a night! It took me another 10min to get back downstairs because of the elevator to ask for a different room which wasn’t even the same type of room I booked My price didn’t change either I had a dinner that I needed to get ready for and this put me way behind schedule not mention throwing off my mental state in what was supposed to be a celebratory occasionIf you are needing a space to host large groups and want to be a near a mall and restaurants this is probably a good place for you The entrance to the hotel is also the entrance to the mall so you will be walking in with your bags alongside a crowd of shoppers If you are a traveler or a business person who needs comfort, efficiency and are used to outstanding customer service for your loyalty with the Marriott brand this may not be the best choice Maybe I came on the wrong day but my experience was not at all good

From the moment we valet parked to reaching the front desk, the valet and front desk staff were both very very inviting, friendly and informative She asked if this was our first stay which it was and than began to give us all the helpful hints and layout of the hotel The hotel was very clean and beautifully decorated Our room was fantastic, comfortable, clean and up to date in design

My husband and I just had a wonderful stay here! Our room was clean and quiet The decor was modern and beautiful The AC was cold (thank goodness because it was 113 degrees outside)! The bed and pillows were comfortable

The staff is so friendly and accommodating The location of the hotel couldn’t be better! So close to everything! We will definitely stay here again!

I went to Dallas for a quick stay, and the Highland was the perfect spot to relax We ate the best dinner at Knife Steakhouse, located inside the hotel I also had a massage at the Spa right before check out that was perfect, and the sauna was super clean

It was too cold to get into the pool, but I did walk by it, and it was super clean The hotel and valet staff were lovelyI would stay here again because I had such a great experience, and it’s a plus they allow dogs 10/10

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary It is a great location though the first time it will be hard to find the turn into the drivewayKnife is a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner

Be aware you can order a half of a saladWe stayed in 719 a spa room with a huge spa tub with shower Be aware that it is a huge climb over the side to take a shower with only the towel rack as a hand rail The room has a refrigerator and coffee maker The only over head lights are in the bath and in the sitting area on the other side of the room The bed has 2 lights on the stands but it is pretty dim at night The desk had 2 open wall outlets for chargingThe staff were great though they did not inform us that the restaurant was closed Mon and Tues due to a lack of staff and for that I took a star away No options were given though there is coffee and tea in the atriumValet only 31dollarsRoom was clean and comfortable with a king bed

First off, the front desk staff was amazing They were super friendly and were able to answer all of our questions upon checking in The lounge was closed, so we did not use that platinum perk

The only part of the hotel we used was the pool and that was also phenomenal We stayed almost until midnight(closing time) and that is when some lady came and very rudely told us to get out We were the only people there and fully intended on leaving at close We didn’t make a big deal out of itWhat sat wrong with us was the water in our room was a dark brown when we went to shower We asked the desk staff and they said to run it until it was clean, so we did Then the next day when we went to shower before checkout, the water was just completely turned off and we were not able to shower before leavingThen when checking out, I looked at my bill and I was charged over $200 for valet for the one night of parking my car I was in a hurry and almost didn’t catch it, but they were able to change it to the correct amount However, I very rarely check my receipts too much at Marriott because I can usually trust that it’s correct Overall, great hotel, but it be of my least favorite experiences at a Marriott in a very long time

Amanda Crenshaw

Absolutely LOVED this hotel Summer and Michelle were so friendly at check in The rooms were beautiful and very spacious

The rooftop pool and bar was fantastic, complete with a DJ! The drinks Mitch and Mois at the French Room bar created were works of art! Corey was our server at breakfast at City Hall and was a pleasure to start our day with Every staff member greeted us with a smile Definitely will return!

Michael Wissel

Hardest review I’ve written, beautiful hotel, great staff, very good coffee shop and restaurant Room was a nice size and very clean Why only 3 stars? We booked a double king bed and when we got there we were told they oversold the double king rooms

They then promised us 2 rooms next door to each other to accommodate, only to say the two rooms were on the same floor but nowhere near each other Not ideal for a family with children We ended up keeping 1 room and getting a roll away bed

Came here with my mother in May last month This could have been a bad experience but a clutch save by Amanda, as well as seeing the rest of the professional staff, turned this into an exceptionally pleasant experience Roland reminds me of the “most interesting man in the world”

He is very professional George is very passionate about his job The trainee Cathy I felt had massive potential The bar tenders Amy and Marion were excellent hosts and entertainingI do have to reiterate how exceptional Amanda was When we had issues, she came and saved the day She really went above and beyond what she could have done The gym was adequate and clean, with modern equipment This place was so incredible!A minor suggestion would be to invest some money in your capital improvements budget and to spruce up the pool area!

Absolutely loved itEverything was good, the food was also goodKatelyn the barista she was also great, a great conversation and her personality is perfect

The only bad experience I had was leaving/checking outI feel like the manager had done very little with the situation I hadI had a bill of $36 for valet, well my situation was that all my funds where on digital cards and the management had made it impossible to checkoutThey don’t expect tap pay, digital cards nor can the card be entered in manuallySo we’ll into an hour I was trying to check out I had become very frustrated but luckily Mr Joseph Pace was great, when we get first arrive he had helped us with our luggage he was just great very respectful and also helpfulMr Joseph was able to get the $36 for valet wave and I was able to finally leave the Marriott and actually return to work and this is after being an hour and a half late so I would really like to thank him and I really appreciate what he had done for me

Karlo Rivera

This place is a little too stuck up for me! Front desk employee was rude Bell hops really didn’t listen and just quickly ran off with our belongings before we were completely unloaded For the cost of the room, you’d think they’ll provide mini fridge and a microwave, or even free wifi! This may sound low class but when you have kids, it definitely helps! The room itself is nice and clean

Bed is comfortable

Shawn McDougal

Don greeted us at Breakfast and made sure we were taken care of Came down at lunch and there he was again smiling from ear to ear making sure we were taken care of He is the poster child for a hotel Manager making sure his guests are well taken care of

Will definately stay here again! We are tour bus drivers and this place is a breath of fresh air! Thank you Don

The bathrooms had the rain shower head which was a nice perk and the beds were firm but comfortable with the down feathered weighted blankets and pillows No microwave in room but available upon request The look had a modern style to it but I rate this a 3 because I reserved and paid in full before arriving for a 1 king-size bed only to find out they didn’t reserve my room

They gave me a double full bed room so I had to change my sleeping arrangements The staff didn’t seem to care, the overall attitude was too bad so sad, you are SOL and amenities were under construction

TyQuan Ware

Cutest hotel ever! Everything is so beautifully designed inside and out They have a club/lounge for those who like to party and right outside they have a beautiful pool, cabanas, with food and drink services! They are pet friendly and even brought a dog bed and treats upon request I should have taken more photos but I was too busy enjoying my mini stay

I brought my friend and she said she felt like we flew to another city The garden outside by the jacuzzi is so gorgeous They also have an upscale restaurant downstairs called the Commons Club I need to come back and explore the rest of the hotel but I was in awe with all of the amenities and beautiful views I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Review for Common Club restaurant on the ground floor, not a review on the hotel Very pretty restaurant, excellent outdoor patio Food was nothing, special but it was tasty

Bagel board had very soft buttery bagels The chicken from the chicken and waffles had a unique and delicious seasoning The servers were very nice but they just did not have enough staff We waited too too long for our drinks, several rounds Once we were done eating we hung around to take pictures, like I said very pretty restaurant Oh and the bartender, I believe his name was Troy, super cool Recommend you sit at the bar for a bit

Stayed here for the price and location I was running the Irving Half Marathon, visiting a client in North Fort Worth, and flying in/out of DFW Close to the airport without airport prices, and it was super easy to jump on the freeway

The hotel itself was nothing special; your typical longer-stay type of place What made it special was the hotel staff They were very professional and kind Room was new-ish, granite countertops were a nice touch that I didn’t expect in this class of hotel Walls were paper thin which was the only downsideI would likely have only rated this 3 stars as I only stayed here for the price, but I was so impressed with the staff that I’ll give it 4 stars

Dee Lane

Positive: Employees were very nice and they do serve some fresh items at breakfastNegative: Window was broken and my toddler cut himself on it There was no glass around so it had been there and no one replaced the windowThere was a lady being arrested next door screaming and pleading for her baby The baby was left screaming with the police until family came

There were several cops

Stephanie C

the location is great, near fast food, shopping and major highways when I pulled in and parked by the stone walls there were 2 cokroaches, the room smells of cigarettes, my 2nd card key didn’t work so I was locked out for a while and when I called to see if there was a room for 2 qeeens vs the queen and pull out I was told they’re booked and was hung up on breakfast was good and they offer a lot of amenities

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare countless hotel sites and normally will have prices much cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This place is the best rated in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedGood hotel, but the best part about it is its staff! Leo who helped us check in was super friendly and courteous He tried his best to accommodate us to stay closer to other family members And we had some good conversations Best hotel staff I ever met Thank you Leo!

LaRie Lindsey

We were disappointed with our stay The room was definitely not clean There was still food from the previous guest in the fridge, hair all over the counter in the bathroom and idek what splattered on the bathroom mirror

The beds were uncomfortable and small It seemed as though the elevators were not all working so traveling up and down took some time We would have taken the stairs but we were on the ninth floor It appears as though maintenance is not being done regularly as the ninth floor hallway had peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, broken outlets and bugs in lights It just wasn’t what I’d expect from a four star hotel and was definitely not worth the money we paid It did have some positive takeaways The lobby was beautiful, the pool was great and the staff were extremely friendly Would I stay again? Probably not

A very nice stay in Downtown Dallas The hotel has their own bar area which is nice and does serve food, but you are also surrounded by many great restaurants The pool is small but does have a great view and plenty of seating in and out of the water

The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed We stayed in a Queen Double room and it was just as expected Every area (including our room) was very clean This was our second stay and we will for sure come again!

Nader & Jessica Chebaro

Overall great hotel The rooms are spacious and clean Hotel location is great with plenty of dining and shopping within walking distance

The only option for parking is to valet at $40 a nightMy biggest complaint is the final bill at checkout I booked a special rate that included the parking fee The total cost with parking and hotel/state taxes was $212 When I went to checkout, my bill reflected $288 I questioned the price with the front desk staff member She acknowledged my special rate and updated the price She then stated the total is $255 Again, I questioned the price and showed her the confirmation email with the price of $212 She clicked a couple of things on the computer and then said “your updated price is $212” I asked what the issue was with the price difference and she said “nothing”I’m just glad I checked my folio before departing the hotel

John Stephens

Have stayed at many Hilton properties, including this one in the past Property is still nice, rooms are a little aged, but clean and comfortable Hotel services is where this stay fell short

Housekeeping is by-request which is my preference, but I made 2 requests during my 4 night stay First time went flawlessly Second time, I was ghosted Not sure, if it was communication failure at the front desk or what I coped Next morning, had to compete with a group of street people at the coffee bar The icing on the cake was at checkout When I asked for help with luggage, I was told that no one was available and a click The brightest spot of the stay was the valet parking group who were friendly and efficient, but I also believe they were employed by a 3rd party contractor

Gorgeous property! We had a wonderful family trip to visit and had 5 room – they places us all on the same floor which was great! My husband and I had a corner deluxe king room and it was beautiful One evening I took advantage of the soaking tub and even had a great view of fireworks happening over the city! We enjoyed the pool, the food and the area Plenty of amenities inside the hotel but also within walking distance

Just stayed here while enjoying a date night with my husband I love the view overlooking the big screen at The Star! The Hotel is nice and comfortable A lot of guests coming for meeting and conventions Full bar inside very good and of course always full at night

A nice patio area with comfortable seats and wonderful fire pit in the middle of the patio for everyone to enjoy Room, we was not lucky at all we open the room door and the room was very nice tree people and only one bed🤦bathroom a little strange logistics but very modern One big wood door to separate the complete bath shower,- sink and toilet no door All space waste and just one person can use at the time because toilet don’t have separation So big and modern but only for one guest Amenities, a not working hairdryer , old and with tapes marks like we’re fixed in some point( I have to call ,11pm for a replacement) a fridge disconnected, try to be nice and useful but the cable was stock behind the furniture and water under fridge( Do guest supposed to do the repairs and inspection after open the room door🤦) Incredible high hotel with so poor services But the braking point was 1- three guest and one bed, attendance at check in don’t even mentioned not even noticed? So right away she order an extra bed?) we have to get the surprise at the moment we open the door and do our own process to go down and be sure the unprofessional desk attendant write the request, wait and be pending the bed was in place at the time we returned 2- a window with a wall view🤷 Who design this hotel? It’s not a cheap hotel at least advance that the second floor rooms have window but not viewvery dissatisfied Having the best expectations for a Hilton, the lobby was so nice and near to nice restaurant and a shock to find so many unnecessary issues to care care for I am a guest not a repair on callanyway no choice to stay 3 daysPlease retrain employees so guests can have more time to enjoy the stay

My husband and i have stayed at this hotel several times and we can’t say enough good things about it! We have also had family and friends stay here when they come to visit The location is great, it’s close to pretty much anything you need It’s beautiful, walking distance to restaurants and shops

The customer service is excellent and it’s super clean I also love the pool hours, most hotel pools close early but this one is open until 11 which is amazing! We live a few miles away but always come to this one when wanting a little getaway, sometimes we prefer this hotel over downtown!

Shehan Fernandez

We had a great stay! I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Dallas/Plano area Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff was friendly and helped us navigate our way to the room The room was without a doubt clean and had pretty much all the necessities

Vending machines were out of stock on multiple floors They do charge an $18 parking fee, and you’re welcome to park your vehicle in the parking lot located at the entrance There are so many restaurants and shops to try around the area as well Overall experience was overwhelmingly positive at this hotel

We were supposed to get two presidential suites with titanium rewards and they only gave us one, after promised, because the other one wasn’t ready

When we got to our “Basic” bedroom we found roaches and told the staff and didn’t do anything about itAt breakfast time the server was very rude to everyone, which I totally understand because he was the only one working but it wasn’t the right way to treat clients

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Dallas West Park Hotel as it was transitioning into the Renaissance The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed the bar area, the new bartender was great! We were even able to check in a couple hours early which was great because our flight landed earlier than expected However, there were a few disappointments during our stay

The first two days there was fire alarm testing and on the second day it went on for three hours! We inquired about this with the front desk and a man assured us it was just the two days of testing and that it would end soon We never received a heads up about this, had we known we would’ve made plans to leave during this time My other big issue was that the day before my check out housekeeping came to my door multiple times, and eventually the hotel management, who asked us if we planned on extending our stay I explained to them that my check out was Tuesday and showed them my confirmation email I had booked through American Express, which they assumed must have been the issue I had to go down to the front desk to rescan my keys and forward my confirmation email to the manager but never received an apology for the inconvenience and misunderstanding The situation made me feel as though I was at fault Beautiful hotel but I don’t think I’ll be staying here again

Brandi

Was less than impressed during my recent stay First of all, everywhere in the hotel is warm The lobby, the rooms, the restaurant

I feel like I couldn’t cool down and it’s only May Our refrigerator in our room didn’t work either You have to manually turn it on? I’ve never seen that before The coffee bar is only open until 11 during the week and the restaurant is only open for breakfast and dinner I was turned away at breakfast when there were people still clearly seated and eating It was 9:45 If you’re thirsty between the hours of the restaurants being closed, good luck getting something to drink (or eat) There are no vending machines and no where to get drinks/food The restaurant smells like an old bowling alley and the sheets smell old and musty The one drink I had at the bar was good, and the dinner menu looked good, but since I didn’t order cannot attest to taste

I highly recommend the Marriott Uptown Dallas We were greeted immediately by the valet He was so helpful getting our luggage out the car

The front desk personnel were warm and welcoming during the check-in process, they even accommodated my request for a high floor room The room was clean, the beds were comfy too We went down to the pool the bartenders were attentive Ms Amy in the Starbucks has the absolute best personality ever We will definitely make this hotel our go to place when we visit Dallas

Breshae Bellamy

Loved our stay here! The housekeeping made our beds everyday and replenished our towels The valet attendant were quick and attentive The pool area was nice, ot rained so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool but we did get enjoy the bar

The bar is in the lobby and the bartender was super personable and she gave us recommendations on placed to go They also extended my check out time by an hour for free The area felt safe and was close to a lot of great restaurants

I stayed here for my birthday weekend and booked with points – so I can’t quite comment on if it was completely worth the price out of pocket – however they did so much to make my short trip betterFirst off I was worried about parking but honestly there was a lot of street parking within a block or too from the hotel – so easy way to offset those feesSecond I told them it was my birthday and they upgraded my room, gave me vouchers for free food and drinks at the restaurant or bar and gave me M lounge access

The lounge was a great way to get a free breakfast and snacks/drinks during the tripLastly the pool area was so well suited for lounging – the deck does get hot – so bring sandals The location made it so easy to find food and drinks – we ended up walking a lot bc of how close everything was The bed is FIRM – which some will either love or hate The front desk staff and lounge staff are very accommodating/friendly The day bar staff is a bit cold/unwelcoming – but they get the job done We would definitely come back – even without the upgrades – if we stayed in the area again

Our stay started well Check in was quick and easy with a friendly employee It was late and we were hungry but all of the restaurants were closed except the bar

It was 10:45pm and we asked what time the kitchen closed They replied 11pm Great! We had 15 minutes For the next 17 minutes, we watched their employees avoid us Once they came over and told us the kitchen was closed, we were obviously angry We told them it was only 2 after 11 and we had been waiting since 10:45 They obviously didn’t care and told us that they can’t take our order after 11 So we leftThe next morning, the breakfast buffet was good and the restaurant employees were all smilingThey didn’t replace the bottled water in our room even after we asked them to and the air conditioner did not cool the roomAverage hotel at best Very surprised that this is a 4-star property Based on my experience, it would be difficult for me to stay here again for the price that I paid

The Soul Pot

We set a reservation here for my sister’s bridal shower The experience was AMAZING from Valet (complimentary with Spa) We were greeted at the door and quickly ushered to our individual rooms

The massage was very relaxing and much needed The facilities were kept very clean The waitresses were always there for anything that you needed I do wish they had more hot tubs and the sauna wasn’t working at the time I believe for as much as we paid EVERYTHING should have been operational and ready for use That was disappointing However, we then went to the brunch at the Outlaw and when I tell you it was SOOOO much food I was overwhelmed with all the food selections Not complaining at all let me add Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely return one day Thank you

Stayed the weekend for a wedding The room service was so good it made me want to leave this review lol I was surprised that the prices were fair as well! The room was great and had a balcony overlooking the pool

The housekeeping crew should definitely be rewarded! They cleaned our room multiple times per day and would organize your things It was wonderful My only complaint was that the bar closed at midnight I later learned that the patio area was still open for drink service but the bar tender just closed the door right when he saw our wedding party approaching and didn’t share any of that info

Victor Poore

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Four Seasons Las Colinas! The location of the resort was convenient as both Dallas and Fort Worth were less than 30 minutes away The service from the bellmen, the golf shop, and the restaurants was Five Star! The cocktails at Outlaw were potent and the meals at Law restaurant were very good 18 holes at the golf course were challenging and the conditions were commendable

When in Dallas, I will make every effort to return here

The Fairmont was amazing From our arrival, we were treated like VIP Valet helped us out of the car and with our luggage

The luggage was promptly brought to our room and unloaded We were brought ice as well We were taken by the shuttle service long as it was within 2 miles The pool was relaxing and really nice The staff was very attentive Room was very clean and had comfortable beds Again upon leaving, valet loaded up our luggage and couldn’t be nicer We will definitely stay here again

Vic Vic

I was setting up a wedding reception The staff seemed decent, if you’re a private vendor the kitchen staff can be upsetting but some were okay Other contractors had a more negative experience but for the most part the overall experience was a 4

They do have nice rooms where they host very nice extravagant parties and such If i was here for leisure and for business I would hope to rate better than a 5 but until I can afford to have a all out party in one of there rooms it will only get a 3 star And they do have valet parking or 7 dollar parking a 4 min walk around the corner They have Starbucks inside, a souvenir shop in side, a snickers Is 4 bucks Bottle of soda 6 bucks Deodorant 6 bucks for small But its conveniently made available and in stock
