Fun atmosphere, and great food The rooms are unique and different We sat at the rooftop bar and enjoyed a beautiful day

They pool seemed nice, though we did not get in The bed is not the best, but it is still good I get the feeling that this can be a pretty loud place, so this may not be for you if you are looking for a quiet retreat For our purposes we really enjoyed it

Wende Walraven

My daughter picked this hotel which is different than where I usually stay It was convenient and easy to get to downtown I am very happy with her choice

The rooms were very clean and unique The roof top pool and bar provide an awesome view of the skyline and the atmosphere was relaxing and extremely laid back The staff was particularly helpful, friendly, and down to earth A very pleasant stay and will stay there again

So

my stay at Canvas Hotel was a lucky accident I got the last room at the last minute and it turns out it was the best room with the best views (512 for your booking pleasure)First the hotel is in an historic landmark building (1910 Sears building) in Dallas so it has this exquisite industrial Brooklyn loft-style feel Think Ace hotel LA or NY but with southern hospitality Big warm welcome, fun, inviting lobby with sofas and pool tables and incredibly high ceilings letting in tons of light My beagle Gigi was warmly welcomed all over the hotelThe service was pre pandemic “it’s all about you vibe” and the food was delicious But the high water mark was the roof top bar and view of Dallas Incredible, like no other in Dallas and with more personality and no Highland Park attitudeIf you are in Dallas, don’t go downtown, go to the Canvas Hotel and just chill out You have the best view of the cityBut I gave this hotel 5 stars not only for the views and food, but because of the people who workThat says something Thank you

My family and I had an issue with our stay at the hotel I was perfectly fine with just informing the staff about the issues without any expectations Alexander who was manning the front desk was very concerned and went to get his GM

I was shocked when Noel Salinas came out of his office on a Sunday morning (not aware of any GM’s working on Sunday mornings)Noel came out and went above and beyond what I would have ever expected His customer service skills and management skills are top tier Alexander was amazing as wellI will try this property again in the future just because they work there Two extremely nice gentlemen

Koren McCollum

Rooms were terrible!! Not clean, bugs, not enough towels and wash cloths for our rooms, along with no air-conditioning There were many complaints at the front desk from others staying in the hotel as well We assumed that with the Hilton name that this hotel would exceed our expectations

We were wrong!! Definitely choose another hotel The only Positive was the staff at the front desk Alexander was extremely polite and kind He did his best in assisting hotel guests in the midst of So many problems

Matt Robichau

Absolute waste of money Don’t know where to start All trash bins outside including by the pool are overflowing

The elevators in the hotel didn’t work when overheated, whatever that meant Nothing like lugging a baseball bag and ice chest up and down flights of stairs when there is an elevator A/C sounded like a Diesel engine the first night and was told no other rooms too move too and no one could help till the morning Breakfast is very expensive including coffee Beds and pillows are not comfortable Commode has a back-flow problem that sounds like it is belching about every 30 minutes Shower pressure goes from high to very minimal while using it, not including you almost have to pull the knob out off the wall to get it to work Stayed here for a tournament and every parent has had the same issues There is a motel 6 across the street that would probably be a better stay Here for a week and emailed the General Manager, with no response back They do have a washer and dryer on site but the dryer doesn’t workOnly thing positive is the front desk staff was very friendly Don’t know his name but he was good at putting out fires While checking in the three people in front of me were asking for refunds Should have read the writing on the wall with that

Scott

Very nice hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and very comfortable We loved the view and the location put us within walking distance of everything we wanted to do on our weekend trip I only dinged them a star because they don’t service the rooms at any time during your visit

Having to remember to request towels, coffee cups, etc, every day was annoying

Christine

I was nearly scared out of staying by some of the reviews but I’m glad I wasn’t It’s a beautiful hotel and really central within Dallas The room was clean and well decorated

The blackout curtains are very effective The closet was huge and generally the room was comfortable Check out and check in were also really easy My only complaint is that there seemed to be no heating in the rooms because it was rather cold I would not recommend bringing a car because it is valet only and the valet is expensive but other than that it’s a great hotel experience

Ronda Martin

This is definitely our go to hotel Downtown Dallas Each time we stayed we are amazed the service is the best The valet goes over and above to make checking on and checking out easy and they are very helpful while we are here

The front desk and the other employees always have a smile and make sure we are satisfied Thank you Magnolia for being accommodating to our situations!!

Benjamin Calderon

Overall the hotel is fair at best The hotel is fairly new and is very well decorated and appointed The on-site restaurants and rooftop lounges are very nice

The rooms themselves are nicely decorated The bathrooms are very spacious and the showers are hot and have a good pressure However for this price point there are a few things that are important to note One the valet service is horrible The price quoted within the app is $39 but in fact the price is actually $49 plus tax The service is extremely slow not sure if it’s because the parking is far or if it’s a staff issue But be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for your vehicle It is recommended that you request a vehicle well in advance of your departure Second we booked a regular king room and in the description it stated it had a desk and a chair in our room had neither Once again at this price point even their basic room should have at least a chair and someplace to write with Overall if you have business in the downtown area I would recommend this hotel, but if your trip to Dallas takes you other parts of the city there are far more higher quality hotels in the area of customer service, especially in the Uptown area of the city

Frank Chen

Great service, great location and great space and decor Stayed in a corner suite and the room was large and had beautiful mid-century modern decor Staff was super professional and went out of their way to ensure you had a great stay

Rooftop pool was very nice, although I didn’t get a chance to go into the water as it was surprisingly chilly The mini bar was surprisingly affordable, which was honestly the biggest shock

Jerold Varghese

Excellent experience!Check in was a very friendly and informative experience We got a room upgrade that gave us a good view on the pool and other building around us The room was very nice and cozy

There was a wedding party at the hotel the same day we checked in so room service was delayedBreakfast was good pool was perfect drinks were good overall an excellent experience Would definitely visit again

Check in was great, I got upgraded to a suite because of a shortage of rooms There was a beautiful shade to block light in the window with a nature scene The shower glass was immaculately clean, no spots or streaks

Room coffee pot was clean and looked pretty new Continental breakfast was a good variety of sweet and savory Different types of bread, fruit, a few varieties of oatmeal, hot coffee, juice, waffles, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and turkey bacon Room was clean and smart TVs were awesome I accidentally left something important behind, and they kept it for me until I returned to pick it up

Samantha Mack

The room that was reserved for us was supposed to have two beds Instead we received one bed and a pull out couch The nighttime clerk refused to take his shades off while speaking to my mother, at 1 am, and indoors

He then claimed he “wasn’t allowed to do a military discount on weekends”, then swiftly switched to “I’m new and I don’t know how to do it” then transitioned to “only managers are allowed to give a military discount” He also was not in a uniform, or professional attire There was conveniently no manager there at that time or during check out

Jorge I Clavell

Normally I stay in Marriott hotel and normally I give 5 stars On this one the location is great and the front desk was very helpful, but the smell in the rooms were weird and you can heard every steps of the people above you I was very hard to sleep plus some sound of vehicles on the street

I guess that’s why is a little bit cheaper than other Marriotts

The cleanest, most comfy and easiest experience ever Best room service and had food options for healthy food Great late night food options

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend The only thing that was somewhat difficult was finding the building to park in and where to walk to the hotel from there There is a parking garage connected to the hotel but you have to walk through a mall food court to get there Not far, but we had to take 2 trips

S S

We opted to stay in an area where we could go to Dallas and Fort WorthPros:LOCATION!!! Quick access to multiple freewaysNew Hotel

So this means that all linens, the bed, the furniture, the lobby all was comfortable and brand new The walls are slightly thin, but it wasn’t annoying Even the elevator had that new smell I should point out- the sofa was curved and cozy! It was really cute and comfyOur room was very spacious and had a nice large TV on a swivel so we could watch from the sofa or the bed The bed was a pillow top firm, which was just my styleGreat friendly service We were greeted each time we left or came back to our roomCons: these are the low points, but not so low they it was disappointing Just something to point outThe pool wasn’t opened yet It was still going through inspectionsBreakfast was not included and costed an additional $15 per person Given that this hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, I’d rather go to a restaurant and pay for a meal there Breakfast is usually included with our stay at other hotelsOverall, we loved this hotel and will gladly come back here We usually choose 4 or 5 star hotels, but this time I opted for convenience and value So glad I did!!

Brian Ganges

I’ve been to this property many times and I generally have a nice experience A few of the guests were a tad bit noisy this time, but it was bearableThe highlight is the service of the front desk staff

Darrian was very helpful at check-in, Jasmine was excellent as she was super attentive and accommodating even at 6am helping me find my earphones that I left in the gym Rachel did a great job, as well, checking me outOverall great stay, great location, and I’m looking forward to staying there again

Staff was fantastic all if them

Room service Receptionist Even the lady that makes a pretty decent included breakfast the room was clean big The shower trickles if you put it on massage the water dosent even hit the back wall About the only complaint My coworker said he complained to the front desk and they changed his room His second room was better but the same water issues

Romario Pedraza

Room was a 35 was clean but little details inside like not very well swept or the bathroom had some corners that needed a little look at Didn’t take pics but it was a place to stay for the night

A 45 on the breakfast they had sausage and eggs and biscuits and gravey The front desk guy was okay but I guess it was his last minutes of work so he was done I didn’t let that bother me he got me my room and key so I was happy Great place to just stay sleep and go

Na Lit

I stayed at this location weeks ago, but I have been too busy in my travels to have left a review sooner My stay at this Desoto Comfort Suites was good The breakfast was okay with a decent variety

I was a really late check in, but I was very pleased with the front desk check in person Joe was a really nice person to greet me with a pleasant and warm welcome Check in was no problem He has outstanding customer service 👏!! His sense of humor was refreshing considering it was late at night His professionalism extended into the early morning when myself and other guests came down for breakfast Unfortunately, when checking out later that day, the front desk service was disappointing It was a female I believe her name was Vett She seemed disengaged and unprofessional This is not good for guests to experience in the morning or anytime of the day We spend our money for comfort and great service all throughout the stay I’ve stayed at many Comfort Suites and Choice hotels, but this location may make me reconsider because the service was inconsistent Joe really made the difference, and I can really appreciate a positive attitude from professionals Please do better and talk with your morning and evening front desk staff I shouldn’t have to go to certain locations for Choice hotels to receive excellent customer service 🙄 😒

My husband and I were hoping to have a relaxing time by the pool for our anniversary weekend and were greatly disappointed We almost got charged to enter the rooftop pool area (Waterproof) until we showed the staff our wristbands (they didn’t even ask if we had any, they just automatically told us it would be $25 to enter) Honestly, not sure the point of the wristbands though because the pool was completely packed, and you had to reserve/pay for seating near it

We decided to try the other pool which A) turns out to be the actual hotel guest pool and B) we only knew existed because our room was facing it I’m not sure which pool was worse? This was basically an apartment complex pool: lounge area, plenty of seating and cabanas (that’s a plus), a covered area for grilling (?), no bar/service, no view, they were out of towels, and you lose sun at like 3:30pm I politely informed the front desk we were not expecting this and that I didn’t see any events listed on the hotel site prior to booking We are obviously stuck there now for 2 nights and it was too late to book something else… I was told that this is a “public hotel,” that it’s “packed almost every weekend” and the events aren’t posted on the site because they are not sponsored by the hotel I was told there wasn’t really anything to be done about it but they would have the manager contact me That was Saturday, I have not yet heard from them We ended up checking out early and purchasing resort passes to The Omni’s pool

Nicole Swart

First, the good: Very nice hotel Very clean, great amenities, and overall a fun vibe Location was very convenient too

The bad: the parking is a bit of a walk and it’s not easy to be able to park by the lobby to get your bags in without having to haul them in from the far away parking lot Overall I’d stay again, but the parking thing is definitely good to know

Brynn Smith

This has been one of the most impressive Hilton stays we’ve had in a while I’d compare it to the service we have received at the Conrad in DC

Check-in process was fluid Since we are Diamond members we were given a great room upgrade, bottled water, and chocolate bars by Luis who was very welcoming He was very thorough in explaining all that the Statler had to offer from restaurants to amenities The room provided the perfect getaway we envisioned I always base my opinion of where we stay on three things: The bathroom, the view, and the quality of sleep The bathroom shower and tub were amazing! Great water pressure! The bed was one of the few hotel beds that I’ve found myself wanting to sleep in on So comfortable! Dallas isn’t too far from where we live, but we will definitely return for a stay-cation in the future!

If I could leave a review with 10 stars I would I absolutely loved my stay hereWhen I stay in hotels I prefer not to be fussed with too much, so this hotel is absolutely perfect for me

Easy check-in with clear instructions and a fast response if you’ve got any questions The room was comfortable and cozy, decorated impeccably The hotel is quiet, not too busy, and the pool was very relaxing I extended my stay on very short notice and they were more than accommodatingOverall, I feel like I found a little hidden gem in Bishop Arts and will definitely be returning in the future as I do come to Dallas regularly

Edward Nieto

This place was absolutely amazing? Staff is extremely friendly and available to help at all hours of the night with fast communication Location is safe and backed with gated parking and pass code locked doors The room is extremely comfortable and clean! For me, it felt like an extension of home where I was and not troubled by odd smiles or peculiar feelings of furniture

The cleanliness was second to none and created a healthy balance of feeling comfortable at home but still excited being on a mini vacation The location was not far from downtown and has pretty drives where you can see the skyline when driving into downtown The environment of the location was quiet and peaceful Overall, I highly recommend staying here Originally, I chose here because I had to for my first Airbnb stay, however, it ended up working out for the best and I will definitely be choosing to stay here again for future stays

Chris Heatherdale

This place is so beautiful A real hidden gem that deserves far more recognition All the rooms have different city themes which we thought was the coolest things

want to feel like you’re in Singapore? Get a Singapore themed room! And so on Highly recommend The staff is extremely friendly, the location is perfectly centralized near all the great places to go to in Bishop Arts and minutes from all the good places to go to in Dallas

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking your room This website will compare hundreds of booking web sites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This place is one of the best in the area

I have been coming here for years If you decide to stay here you for sure won’t be let downAmazing customer centric experience Very clean hotel Went above and beyond and upgraded our rooms, as we were the bride’s family and had the wedding reception at Westin too Quickly and professionally resolved issues with door keys We’ll be back at Westin soon!

Albert Martinez

The bathrooms had the rain shower head which was a nice perk and the beds were firm but comfortable with the down feathered weighted blankets and pillows No microwave in room but available upon request The look had a modern style to it but I rate this a 3 because I reserved and paid in full before arriving for a 1 king-size bed only to find out they didn’t reserve my room

They gave me a double full bed room so I had to change my sleeping arrangements The staff didn’t seem to care, the overall attitude was too bad so sad, you are SOL and amenities were under construction

TyQuan Ware

I would like to thank the staff for making my 3 day staff a pleasant one Very attentive, courteous, thoughtful even a thank you Diana that took care of our breakfast in the morning before a long day that was before us To a clean relaxing room at night

A convenient location near restaurants and Walmart To the shuttle bus drivers that was careful with there cargo as they transported us to and from the hotel I definitely recommend this hotel as far as Security in the parking lot I cannot speak for that since I did not have a vehicle here

Belt Line

The room I had was nice However the front desk is rude and acts like they can’t speak When I would call the front desk from my room if I needed something, the lady would sound impatient and huff and puff and slam the phone

If you don’t know how to service people then quit working in customer service I cannot stand people with stank attitudes especially when I’m always polite I didn’t like the room they put me in because the TV had a big black line on the left side, looks like the previous guest punched it or something Housekeeping did not line the trash bins my second night They didn’t even clean my shower They left dark spots on the shower floor It’s beautiful on the outside but it is a very rachet hotel I would only stay here again if the staff was replaced and had better service

Romario Pedraza

A great place in Desoto Not so bad for a late booking from priceline The hotel does offer breakfast a full breakfast waffles, eggs, sausage and biscuits with gravy

Enjoyed the stay was very comfy The room looked great but the halls smelled kinda odd The hotel looks high end The room we where assigned the door was really hard to get open Maybe because of the weather it set different but it was stuck you really had to pull on it Showers and bathrooms are nice Bed and pillows where comfy I would not mind picking this hotel again Was close to a Walmart that I really needed to go to in the morning Also places to eat as well so really do recommend

Well, the rating was extremely tricky; the hotel grounds were welcoming and nice I really wanted to offer 1 star for the room, but a 4 stars for the hotel desk attendant She appeared to be very new, but helpful and super friendly

She did let me know that this was the only double bed with sofa available for the night, therefore we could not change rooms The room was a different story As soon as we walked in the hand towel in the bathroom was laying on the counter as if it had been used and there were gummy candies on the floor The room did not get cold at all! The room remained damped our entire stay We were in room 421 and the bed on the left is absolutely uncomfortable And yes asked about another room and the attendant let me know that this was the only double bed with sofa available for the night, therefore we could not change rooms These are the reasons I rated our stay a 1 starThanks

When I first walked in the hotel it was looking marvelous and the hotel staff was great The hotel room was great, great size ,great look nice bathroom thumbs up

Now me and my party was looking forward to check out the swimming pool but the main focus was the jacuzzi and it wasn’t working strike number one☝️ Before the night was over some things was crashing the party and it was a bed bug strike number two ✌ Got in touch with the night manager about the situation immediately he had left the front desk and came upstairs and took control the bedbug problem After that we have to sleep on the sofa sleeper the bed was a no go very the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, left the hotel that morning with disappointment and unsatisfactory But my party had left they glasses in the and trying to retrieve them from the lost and found and that was a no-go strike number three👌The reason for the two stars was the staff and the hotel but the room that’s a no-go

Front desk staff were wonderful, personable and helpful Our room was very nice, quiet and comfortable Lots of places to eat nearby

I just wish Home 2 would have some oatmeal at their locations Also, not sure why rooms are painted yellow; would look classier with a light gray or other neutral But those are just tiny details Overall really nice stay Also, free parking Convenient location

Never Again I stayed at this place a dozen times just because of location to work I’m a lifetime platinum member

This place is terrible In July, the rooms are 80 degrees AC is significantly under powered Week of July 4th I has to change 5 rooms to get a room I did not sweat in Garbage in the halls, bathrooms moldy and rusty The place is not maintained

Maria Martinez

Upon check in the front desk agent, I can’t remember her name but it was around 1pm, was extremely kind and excited we were getting married later in the day We went to our room and got ready and she wanted to take some pictures for us before the wedding Honestly it was some of the best pictures we got from that day

Upon return from our wedding there were flowers and a card in our room She went above and beyond to help our special day just a little more special She deserves special recognition and I just wish I remembered her name

For starters, the gorgeous lady (wearing beautiful head dressing) at the front desk was such a delight on arrival and as we were heading out The room was absolutely gorgeous with a kitchen, living room area, comfy bed, and a wonderful bathroom It was perfect for our day getaway from our kiddos

We will definitely book again for when we take the kids to Six Flags here next week The location is absolutely perfect because we could park and walk up as we pleased instead of dealing with downtown Dallas parking/vallet I highly recommend this place!

I think the construction was rushed The rooms are lacking in sensible design decisions The bathroom doesn’t have hanging rods, bars nor hooks for towels or robes

The king suite has 2 TV areas less than 6 feet apart with no division There are soft cushioned seats for dining that have become stained and damaged while guests eat downstairs, the pool is very small compared to other La Quinta locations Breakfast offerings were limited compared to other La Quinta locations but it’s included The room was clean but the bathroom floor needed to be mopped well The shower sliding door was off track The water system on the toilet made the flushing process, a problem Front desk staff was awesome Even the little market was too expensive 1 packet of microwave popcorn was $3 , but Walmart is less than half a mile away

Hmm how can I start…so my boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 days The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful She did tell us that it will be a $50 hold which was no issue

Once we got into the room it was nice but the tub had a really brown/orange stain but we just cleaned the tub and shrugged it off Unfortunately, the heater in our room wasn’t working so we basically was freezing the whole stay! It was also freezing in the hallways so I’m not sure if something was wrong with their heat They’re breakfast was okay …it wasn’t much Once we check out we say our byes A week later I hadn’t received the $50 hold so I call them and I spoke to someone and was told that the reason being was because I was smoking in my room So I kinda get mad and ask her what does she mean because we don’t smoke She proceeds to say that the housekeeper was the one who reported it so I’m just like okay so where the proof because WE DONT SMOKE! The lady then says (with an attitude) well we usually charge $200 for smoking but we only charged you for $50 so I’m just like THAT DONT SOUND RIGHT! If I was smoking you would charge me a smoking fee correct? She then states that I can call the manager and talk to him about it Honestly this whole thing sounds like COMPLETE BS! I DONT recommend anyone staying here For this to be a fairly new hotel it has poor customer service and there are a lot of things that still need fixing I only gave it 2 stars because the room was nice

The handicap room is huge Lots of space for wheelchair and equipment One major concern is the height of the bed

It could easily be lowered by 4-5 inches by taking the legs off and sitting the box and mattress on the floor Present mattress height is 28 inches Lifting a handicap person that high onto a mattress can be dangerous, especially if they cannot walk or stand or they are overweight The commode does not seem to be as tall as the handicap commode in our home The other thing is the breakfast menu Same thing every day Would like a variety Add some fresh fruit Bananas, yogarts, strawberries, blueberries Some toppings for the waffles Just some thoughts This was our first stay We reserved 3 day It is closer to our family

This hotel was really nice The staff was so nice and courteous They made sure they took care of all our needs

Whatever we needed, they were there They didn’t hesitate The rooms were neat and tidy as well as clean The desk clerk gave us the run down of everything we needed to know before we got to our room as well as specials they had that included passes to the water park Will book here again when I come back to town

We rented a room for a baby shower over the weekend and from our initial contact with Haley to contract the room rental all through out our hotel stay

two wordssimply amazing! We felt welcomed upon entry into the doors, constantly asked if we needed help, even the immediate response for an extra blanket Would definitely recommend this location! They are top notched, felt comfortable with the cleanliness level and happy to see a person in the lobby during the later evening hours! Thanks for a great experience!!!

Jennifer Patlin (Roan)

My home had burned down and our insurance selected here for our 10 day stay When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh and exactly what we needed There was only a few things that were needing attention to; when we first got there, went to grab a clean glass from the dishwasher and 3 off then and a bowl were still dirty

3 times we requested room cleaned and each time we were told they put us on the list, they didn’t So it had to be the next day One guy had me do it myself! Gave me wrong size first and then gave me wet bedding I was so tired from cleaning out the burned apartment I just said forget it But it’s a very nice hotel Love the area The breakfast ladies are sweet and it’s a great selection for breakfast!

This hotel is so beautiful and unique art everywhere It has style and creative genius from the artist throughout the hotel The art is uniquely a time piece from Mary Monroe days

Today the front clerk wasn’t that friendly when we checked in and could have left a bad taste in my mouth however; a staff member named David was extremely kind and courteous to show us the entire hotel resort He was patience, great energy, knowledgeable of the history of the hotel He was tired from a long day but took time to help us explore the hotel I will recommend this hotel more than any other hotel Thank you David for making me only wanting to stay at the Lorenzo when I visit DallasProsThe pool closes at 11pmRestaurant inside the hotelHotel decor is modernLocation is 10 mins or less from downtownDecor is phenomenalPricing is reasonable

This hotel is nice for the price But you have to weigh the good and the badProsComfortable bedHas all the kids channels like Disney junior and nick Jr which my kids enjoyedBreakfast is included with your stay (we didn’t ever get to try it so I can’t say if its good or bad)Has a full kitchen which was niceElevator was quickThe pool was cleanConsIf you don’t stay longer than 7 days room service will not come to your room so we had to constantly go downstairs to get towels and toilet paper for our room

The towels were awful Extremely rough feelingThe air conditioning in the room does not go lower than 68 which we were all sweating at nightThe room was definitely on the smaller side with a king bed and pull out bedThere was no bathtub for the kids

My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip Let’s begin with the check in We all had reservations but check in was delayed for one of us and they couldn’t verify my reservation for some reason

The food was not good at all It was like they threw things together to make a meal or it recycled For instance our first night, they served fried rice with black eyed peas and what seemed like eggs in it, tortilla chips with salsa or ranch dressing, pot stickers, veggie patties and a vegetable medley I don’t understand the concept but whatever Why I say it’s recycled? The next day they will serve veggie patties again but cut in half mixed into the vegetable medley This kind of stuff went on for at least two days so I decided not to eat anything in the evening for the rest of my stay Last but not least, the check out My personal credit card was charged even though I gave them the information at check which was confirmed by the employee but couldn’t find it when I wanted to check out They did refund my card but it was such a hassle and it delayed our travel time Good things I can say about my stay, the blueberry muffins were great and the lady in the kitchen from New Orleans was very nice So my stay was “meh”

Britany Willoughby

Our room had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom It felt like a condo, apartment, or home It didn’t feel like a hotel room at all

Incredible views, nicely kept stellar rooms, glass elevators, dining and more will be found here at this beautiful downtown Dallas location We stayed in room 1056 which has beautiful views of the city during the day, and the coolest lit hotels at night! The Hyatt Regency is a beautiful hotel The atrium leading down to the Texas Star is a site to see

Our room was clean and the restrooms were freshly caulked Rooms contain an iron, refrigerator, and hand held driers A microwave can be found downstairs, but are not in individual rooms The mirrors and lights are beautiful and provide indirect lighting for each guest room The Reunion Tower is gorgeous to view or to go up into and see the best views in Dallas, especially at night This hotel offers a variety of conference rooms for all kinds of meetings and events From ballrooms to basic meeting rooms this hotel has it all Beautiful lights and chandeliers are seen around this hotel Certainly worth a visit Up to date and beautiful hotel

This is by far my worst hotel experience The hotel may sit in downtown but there are no restaurants, shops, etc located around the hotel

It sits off in its own little corner Part of the excitement and appeal to staying downtown was the access to explore My fault on choosing this locationSecondly, I paid a large amount to valet only to wait forever for access to my vehicle Ultimately, I had to ask for my keys and go get my own car Now, understand the expense of self-parking vs valet is not a huge difference so why not benefit from valet The room service was not accessible, as neededThirdly, the room is old and furniture is worn Items are not clean The list could go on After a long day of traveling this is not what I wanted to walk in to Overall, I will not return to this hotel One stay is more than enough!

Elmer Boutin

I stayed at the Hyatt for an event that was being held at the hotel It was mostly quite positive with one negativeFirst the good: The people were wonderful and very helpful

There was a nice variety of restaurants, and even the food choices at the event were very good The rooms were quite nice, very clean and had a great view to the south overlooking the freeways (which I prefer to just looking at buildings) The HVAC system was pretty good, keeping the room cool There was also plenty of hot waterOne downside to the rooms: The vinyl covering around the bed frames and on the walls above the beds were dry rotted and flaking Every night before bed I had to sweep the flakes of vinyl that were all over the nicely made bed That really detracted from my experience I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for that

Don’t forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a stay They compare thousands of booking web sites and normally will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you decide to stay here you won’t be disappointedThis is the only hotel I will now stay at in Dallas We booked a suite and it was above and beyond all expectations The staff from valet to front desk was exceptional The room was immaculate and gorgeous We stayed in the original wing and had a direct view of the giant eye ball I cannot recommend this hotel enough

Prof C

We chose the Joule for our Anniversary and our expectations were far surpassed Upon check-in we were given an upgraded room due to a scheduling complication but it would be an understatement to suggest the upgrade selected for us was warranted

nay, the hotel manager went well above our expectations to remedy the situation Regarding the hotel, it was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the room was magnificent Additionally, each element of the hotel experience was brilliantly executed During our stay we utilized valet, sipped drinks by the pool, toasted champagne in the room, and ate breakfast on the terrace; each element served with a care for a customer appreciation generally unrealized by most in the industryI would return and I would highly recommend any friend of mine to stay at the Joule

Sarah Ortiz Shields

We chose The Joule for a birthday celebration trip to Dallas and were not disappointed The Lead Concierge, Nick, helped me arrange a few special somethings for our trip Check in was easy with the valet, and staff were friendly when checking in

When we mentioned we missed the Eyeball last time were were in town, the front desk ensured that we had a corner room overlooking the park and Eyeball The room was very comfortable, the bed was luxurious and soft We had an excellent stay and will definitely be back
