Adrianne’s life hacks Wiliamson

Love it here great staff and perfect location its so nice to have a full size fridge and cook top in the room laundry onsite and nice spacious bathroom bedroom and the couch bed for the little guy two TV’s and good size table to eat and prepare food perfect spot to get away with a 1st grader and at a reasonable price couldn’t be more pleased Only reason not a five star is there is always room for new surprises Love it here would recommend to everyone

Ok after coming several times I have run into my first problem it seems the police like to cruise the parking lot running plates then sit on the street and wait for you to leave and pull you over the harassment alone has detoured my last two bookings somewhere else I was really feeling this place until then🤦🤷😔

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life Starting from the rude staff to the disgusting room to the difficulty of getting cancellation for my second night! Starting from check in the girl at the front desk was so rude and lying (saying there were no more rooms although it mentioned otherwise on their website and expedia or booking, the exact same room! This ended up to be the manager) Ended up getting a disgusting room with spider webs on the bathroom walls, food on the floor, stains and holed on the sofa bed mattress, holes in the curtains, even the tv remote was missing buttons

There was paper work in our room in the bathroom when we checked in!! So obviously this room was never cleaned before we set foot in it! We went and told the manager and she said sorry thats it! We felt disgusted in this room, unsafe and we spent a horrible night trying to get through with expedia to cancel the second night because we were not sleeping a second night in this! The hotel and expedia both gave us a very hard time over this both mentioning that the other has the upper hand and we didn’t sleep even a couple of hours I paid for a worst night ever and even then when I cancelled the second night the hotel insisted that they were never contacted by expedia and expedia is saying the oppositie Such a terrible experience I would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone and especially if you have kids!!

Check in and check out were simple and fast since I was prepaid for a weekend workshop The room was large and clean The king sized bed was very comfortable and the hotel meals were very good

The only negative things were that the ice machine on my floor was out of order and though the TV was nice and large, it didn’t get all the channels on the menu

Nakisha Juarez

I just wanted to express my appreciation for your staffI want to specifically recognize Louis who checked me in and was so kind and accommodating as I checked in at 1amMy upgraded room is just perfect for my stay as I will have quite a few office accessories during my 18 day stay

Printers, monitors, laptops, easels, etc This stay will be packed with work seven days a week and having a space that is comfortable to work in is paramount I’ve stayed here a few times before and the customer service and cleanliness never disappoints!!!Louis went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed upon my early AM check in Thank you Louis, the hospitality industry needs more people like you!!!107 days so far this year and looking forward to adding 18 more at the San Ramon Marriott!

Excellent location, great service, delectable restaurant, and veritable amenities make this Marriott location a great spot to lay your head down for a night or few Entry to the hotel is beautifully nestled between trees and hedges The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and checked me in without a hitch

The room was clean and the temperature ambient The room has ample media options with the ability to log into your Netflix or Amazon Prime account The hotel has a restaurant where you can dine in or place orders to take back to your room (room service still has not resumed at the hotel) The hotel has good internet connection and plenty of parking The location is convenient as there is a target and a mixed-use development with shops and restaurants within walking distance The gym has good equipment and a sauna room A relaxing outdoor seating area next to the pool complements the existing amenities at the hotel Overall, my stay was great, and the hotel is a great option if you are going to be in the area for a short stint or an extended time

HORRIBLE service by one of the front desk ladies I think she greeted me when she was eating something No smiles or anything

Made the start of my trip here a bit unpleasant I also paid online and she said I didn’t so asked that I pay again Guess what– got charged twice for a one-night stayOtherwise, hotel features and amenities are great Breakfast was surprisingly good too!

The WC Marriott is a professional, clean, modern, and respectful establishment Other than the expenses for parking and breakfast, which are slightly annoying, this remains a hotel that goes above and beyond to care for their guestsI appreciate their attention to detail and helpful front desk attitude

Great, useful, cost-saving, and technologically advanced App, too!

Garrett Tisdale

When I checked in the front desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied I walked right into the room of someone who had checked in just a couple hours prior The individual in the room was quite upset and I was surprised to say the least

After checking into the correct room I listened to a dog that was a few rooms down bark for a couple hours continuously Every evening when I got back to the room for 4 nights straight I could hear the same dog barking for an hour or two You must use valet parking which isn’t a big issue at all except for my spare tire that was missing one morning Not sure if the valet staff was involved in taking it or if someone snuck in their parking garage and stole it I heard from multiple other guests that it is common in the area for individuals to have their spare tires stolen when valet parked People never notice the tire missing until they need it I just happened to notice that mine was missing while opening the trunk of my vehicle Make sure you check everyday to see if it has been stolen if you stay here The location is nice but overall I would NOT recommend this hotel

D W

Nice people, The bartender guy was high end, nice guy! limited food options if your staying for more than a day, they serve mostly the same breakfast/dinner options and only a jack in the box in walking distance Room was clean and comfortable, but the lighting was dim, no overhead light Complimentary miniatures where basic

We have noticed there are huge policy differences between Marriott propertiesThis property is surrounded by multiple high end car lots but little else

This hotel continues to be my “go to” whenever I need a restful place to stay The rooms are quite spacious, the beds comfortable, the towels and lines a notch above average

right down to the items in the kitchen area Plenty of desk surface for laptop and/tablet, well lighted, and unlike some of this chain’s competitors the tv is adjustable so that one might enjoy it from a variety of sitting choicesThe breakfast buffet has decent options, the coffee strong without a whisper of bitternessI can’t speak highly enough of the staff here, from front desk to each level of service person they are friendly, responsive and make the stay that much brighter

Kymberli Oakes

Clean, comfortable king bed in room 340 Our teenager gives the fold out soda bed 2 1/2 stars Plentiful, easy, self-parking ($10 charge)

The included breakfast was adequate (oatmeal, cold cereal, scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes, yogurt, bananas, oranges, OJ) The coffee was on the weak side, so plan to head to the nearby Starbucks if you like a caffeine jolt in the morning All staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful Would definitely return the next time we’re in town

The Littlest Dragon

I came during prom week During my stay, the staff were so kind and helpful They were so helpful and I wanted for nothing

At breakfast if I needed help there was always someone there willing to help Things that were empty were filled Even when I tried to clean up a hot chocolate spill from my baby sister, they stopped me and made sure I was okay and commented that they were worried about me fallingRooms were clean, though I do wish they had thicker comforters The only other thing is that the bathroom door lock was very finicky and was hard to unlock The fridge is loud when making ice Overall, fantastic room, fantastic hotel, and I would stay again

I like the mature trees planted around the complex We brought our 2 small dogs and there was lots of places to walk them Lots of parking spaces

The one bedroom was clean but a bit cramped Studios are more spacious even though they have the same square footage The bathrooms are updated I love the blackout curtains, I feel well rested after a good night’s sleepThey serve just regular breakfast everyday The eating area is bright and spaciousWe stayed for one week and our room was cleaned only once and I had to request for it! No one comes to clean everyday so kitchen trash builds up that I had to throw trash in the garbage bins outside The fire alarm went off in our building My husband and son ran out but no one came to tell them what happened or if it was okay to return back inside the building

Jorene Downs

The Pleasanton Residence Inn is an older building but well done remodeling Large, comfortable room An actual seating area plus large desk

Nice kitchenette with dishwasher Well stocked with dishes, pots and pans I like that most of the rooms have a large stall shower instead of a tub shower Great service Easy to access, convenient to 2 main highways, shopping of all kinds just minutes away I just wish it wasn’t literally right next to the highway Traffic noise was not obvious in the room even facing the highway, but step out back and the noise was very obviousRecommended for the longer stay if you plan to do some of your own cooking Nice breakfast options provided and included

Sylvan M

I don’t ever write reviews for places, let alone hotels, but I wanted to go out of my way to shout out two people at the hotel, Vanessa and Wilbert at the front desk Vanessa went out of her way multiple times to help me get a room that I’d like, especially since I was staying longer-term In addition she was so kind, professional, and warm

Management: if she qualifies for any kind of raise or bonus, she deserves it She made my stay much better Same with Wilbert–went above and beyond to help me and was kind, warm, and helpful Both were wonderful and I feel grateful to them–thank youI stayed at this Residence Inn for close to 2 months, from mid October to early December The hotel is recently renovated (and they were still doing some improvements while I was there) to be more sleek and contemporary The breakfast was pretty good–best of many extended stay hotels I’ve stayed in the last 6 months Every day there were scrambled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, plus fresh pastries and waffles, and a rotation of different breakfast sausage/bacon/etc every day The ladies who work the breakfast were lovely, I never caught any of their names, but they were friendly and kind Thank you!

Overall enjoyed my stay as expected While staying at the Hyatt place in Dublin However It was 5am and had just stepped out of my room Sitting in the lobby waiting for breakfast, I was approached by a woman who asked if I stayed here I was asked repeatedly and required to prove it

She then went on to tell me the breakfast hours and so on which I then concluded she works here I stoped her to mentioned that I actually was a former employee and I knew the breakfast hours a light conversation starter at the least, she walked away and then just watched me for an hour and a half from her computerI was clearly profiled by the night audit at the front deskThe other staff were pleasant as always lots of familiar faces it was great to see you all And especially Juliet and Rebecca although they didn’t know me they were very nice! It was wonderful meeting and chatting with you! Thank you for your hospitality! The other who never even introduced herself by name or as a gallery host was Completely unprofessional and it was on multiple occasions she made me feel uncomfortableTo the unknown woman I wish you peace and courage! A wise man said “courage and fear cannot occupy the same space, but courage cannot exist without fear!”I had to ask another employee her name and I kid you not it’s Karen!Would be 5 stars but I had to edit my review after our last encounter

Fernando Lopez

A little bit disappointed, I am staying here for 2 weeks and it the very first time for me a hotel does not have laundromat for guests I will give this place 1star Breakfast started late, they don’t have decaf coffee it’s a horrible disaster

They charge extra for parking, they clean the rooms every 4 days unless you request different and you have to do it every day I don’t recommend this placeI will add that I spent 2 weeks there as per my company, in 2 weeks they only cleaned the room 3 times If my company sends me back for any reason, I will refuse being there I will just go somewhere else

What you expect from a Marriott But while I was there I spilled a full espresso martini on my wife 15 minutes before we had to leave for a wedding rehearsal dinner The staff at the bar here was beyond kind

They got us sparkling water and helped pad the dress, got a big fan to dry the dress, and then without even asking they brought us a new round of espresso martinis – overly kind Thanks again!

PROS:+ Hotel & room look fresh and newly renovated+ Staff was overall friendly and helpful+ Mina (I think that was his name) at the Front Desk was wonderful at asking how the stay was He was professional, classy, and approachable I was amazed how unafraid he was to ask how the stay was 1-10

Hotel workers need to ask this more often! He deserves a raise :)CONS:- Corner suite can be a bit noisy from the Bart, didn’t bother me but can bother light sleepers- Location isn’t exactly walking distance from any restaurants, bars, or groceries- Must pay for parking

Tiara Littleton

Thank you, Mina, for the outstanding customer service from the time I arrived to the time I checked out The hotel was spotless, parking is a little unnecessarily priced, but there is street parking, the continental breakfast was on par, especially for an athlete like myself I like the various options they have available! I definitely look forward to staying here every time I come to the Bay

Tim Riener

This place is just on the outskirts of downtown Walnut Creek But it is also very close to BART All of which means it’s a good place to stay and easy to get to

As Marriotts go it’s about par for the course in terms of cost and quality The parking situation is a little bit dicey, and may have to rely on valet parking Still, on the whole would call this place a good value for the money

Way better places out there – no idea how they have anything above 2 star reviews $150 pet fee that they do not disclose at booking Employees are inept and cannot resolve the smallest of problems

The place was dirty $10 parking charge Simply a terrible place to stay No where near the standards of Marriot The entire experience was terrible from customer service to cleanliness to lack of managers It took three days and multiple phone calls to get a manager on the phone

Orlando Givens

Whatever you do, avoid doing business with these criminals I wish I could give them negative stars My brother warned me about Marriott

Dear God I wish I had listened Under no circumstances will I ever lay my head, or pay for anyone else to lay theirs on one of there pillows ever again This entity sees absolutely no problem with reserving four thousand dollars on your credit card for a bill less than half that amount They think it is perfectly acceptable to hold funds indiscriminately with no logic, or reason Press them on their hyper-aggressive practices and they say it’s their “system” over which they have no control I don’t believe that for a nano-second Save yourself the heartache and stress and simply choose another place to get a decent night’s sleep

D S

This is a fairly recent build of a typical suburban Residence Inn propertyThe location is wonderful, convenient to freeway access by car, and adjacent to a very nice shopping complex on footThe staff is uniformly accommodating and welcoming, adding the “icing on the cake” to what makes this a great choice for your accommodations

This is not like other hotels I have stayed in They did not bring clean towels, change sheets, or replenish toiletries Even when I asked after the second day we stayed for these things, they simply left a pile of towels on the bathroom counter

I had to walk down to the desk to ask for shampoo Additionally the bathroom light was on a sensor that was triggered by opening the bathroom door When we left the bathroom door open overnight, it turned on about every 2 hours I would not recommend staying at this MarriottWhen I told management, they offer me a few points on our membership but did not do anything to make up for the lack of service here at this location I will not be giving them a second chance My advice if you stay here is to bring your own toiletries!

Star Thomas

Okay I guess as far as the room and overall condition of the hotel

it’s great But on a corporate level not so great Meaning I stayed here with a party We had 23 rooms I don’t know and don’t care if we received a discount for the rooms We should have free breakfast Some kind of extra treatment I mean being on the road for 10 years and visiting many hotels and places of all standards I expect something Usually that’s what happens for a party this big There was nothing at all Lolol I mean I would I would’ve given it all stars Not that this matters anyway But just giving a review

The room was clean and spacious Had an iron and ironing board, steamer, as well as a safe A few drawers

I wish there were more hangers There’s a small fridge, a little coffee machine/typical little hotel tea/coffee setup Big mirror was nice Whole hotel has a nice aesthetic per usual for aloftShower has two pumps: 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner and body wash Next to the sink, there’s Drybar soap and lotionI really enjoyed having a little corner bench and table, though I know some guests may prefer a desk I agree with some other reviews that the lights are a little too muchThe light switch includes bathroom and entry but entry lights up the whole room and bathroom is close/very bright The windows offer two options: roll cover down or full on see-through window I don’t know if you can see into the rooms from the outside but it made me uncomfortable so I kept them coveredThe room temperature is fine but it’s noisyUpstairs guests were stomping around for a while every now and again It’s easy to hear neighboring rooms and people talking in the hallway Not as bad as some other places I’ve stayed inThe room lock was a little wonky and it’s hard to push the door handle to get into the roomThere’s an ice machine on every floorThe laundry room is on the fourth floor and requires quarters $2/wash, $2/dry and worked fine One of the dryers was out of service The light switch in there might control the whole hallway of lights I touched a switch out of habit and the hallway went pitch black Not sure why this is guest accessibleElevators are a little slow but work fineThere are signs saying masks are required in public areas but that wasn’t enforced at all and I did not see a single staff member wearing a maskI didn’t visit the gym, pool, or bar but I saw other guests visit those amenities and they seemed pleased

When I checked in on the APP in advance, I was notified that I will receive the mobile key that I requested as soon as my room is ready I requested the check in time of 4:00PM while the earliest check in time is 3:00pm When I did not get the mobile key, prior to arriving to the Hotel, I called the front desk and explained that I am in a rush to get to my room and get ready for a wedding I was attending and I was told that the key will be sent to me in a few minutes

I called back after I did not receive anything, and were told that they were not able to find my cell number (who believes that??) to tell me that they were not able to issue the mobile key until I give them the credit card number and my ID and that’s despite the fact that the credit card number has been provided at the time of booking and I could see on the reservation confirmation that the card is on file (last 4 digits showing) I was reassured that it will be very quick, when I specifically asked if there is a line or going to take a long time to check in when I get there and give them the credit card in person Disappointingly, the same front desk staff that I talked to on the phone,( The name could be provided upon request) first attempts to talk me into upgrading my room when I get there 30 min after my scheduled check in time, so obviously in a hurry; when I decline, she tells me that she does not have a room ready I asked for a supervisor which she refused and stated that a supervisor could not do anything other than what she was doing When I said that she could have told me the room was not ready when I explained my situation on the phone, she told me that she does not appreciate my attitude and I am not being respectful!?!?!? We finally get to our room, still no mobile key though, over an hour later than the original time to an AC which is almost dying, making such frightening noise that we have to turn it off immediately before it blows off We decided not to deal with the staff any more and since we were staying only one night, spent the night without the AC We checked out on mobile app next morning to avoid having to stop by at the front desk

Do not stay here if you have any sort of mobility issues The one elevator is in the far corner of the compound and it’s a very large hotel as far as land area goes The clerks will NOT offer to put you on a first floor or anywhere near the elevator

I wasn’t even warned when checking in about how far the walk was The “restaurant” if you can call it that has four different coffees and a sandwich Also, they don’t serve lunch or dinner on weekends I’ve been to a food truck with a better selection Also, there is nothing complimentary here, not even coffee Won’t be staying here again Very dissatisfied with this stay

Found 3 roaches in one room The lady that came asked “can you kill them” I understand because the room was next to the door The lady asked us so many questions before saying I will find another room

The other room had one I killed it and went about my business The gym set up is nice Beds are comfortable the products set up is good I think if the lady was more like I’m sorry let’s move you instead of making excuses There is a 50/50 chance I’d go back

Our room was broken into The entry was made through the pool side sliding door We had checked the door and left a light on in the room before we left

Cash and a HSA card was taken from my purse which was in our suitcase under clothing I am responsible for my choice to leave my purse in the room however it is reasonable to expect adequate security/ locks from a reputable hotel such as Marriott Bonvoy establishments This breach not only compromised the safety of our property but could have put us in harm way had we been in the room or entering it There is little doubt, for me, this has happened before It is paramount for the hotel to take this seriously and install proper locks It is more than unfortunate we had this experience It has triggered my concern for other guest’s well-being

So far I’ve been here one hour on a four night stay and already regretting being hereI’ve had to park my own vehicleI’ve had to bring my own bags up to my room

The bottle of wine I preordered to be in the room was not there One they overlooked this, second they blamed me for not selecting a certain brand after they finally found my request (later I discovered that there’s only one choice of this type of wine offered here)I’m use to staying in places that this isn’t ever a issue or concern I usually tip out a $100 before I get to my room If there’s a question they call and ask like the wine Not just ignore the special request all togetherStaff have been friendly and the food has been good This is nice at a restaurant but with the previous mentioned issues they fall short of a claimed 4 star hotelStart at the bottom here I guess, everything will be a bonus from here on outUpdate; The hotel did send a complimentary bottle of wine with a nice card The wife was happy about the wine and I appreciated the thought and effort of the card Thus a star addedWhat was not mentioned was that our suite overlooking the beautiful courtyard was subject to hosting events I had to keep the blinds and windows closed for any privacy which is not what I wanted in sunny California, and did nothing for the noise These events were held a little late and early in my opinion to not bother guests 9:30 or so at night before guests left and staff had things cleaned up The doors to the courtyard were located at the wall of our bed So a lot of banging doors between guests and staff leaving while trying to get ready for sleep Thus no additional starsConclusion; 2 1/2 stars, place has potential, food was very good consistently, unsure if we’ll stay again and take the risk

We have been blown away by the hospitality, services, and property (pool/spa, yes!) at Lafayette Park A complete joy to stay here Every member of the front desk staff, in particular, showed our family authentic care and kindness

We took advantage of the area, walking distance to downtown Lafayette and that adorable Headlands Brewery — and the Lafayette Reservoir too! Thank you to Lafayette Park for everything!

This review is for our interaction with Lafayette Park which ultimately led to our inability to stay there As parents to an infant and four year old, we were very much looking forward to a night away Unfortunately, we mistakenly booked for the day of booking rather than the following weekend when we planned on staying

We realized our error a few hours later and immediately called Lafayette refused to work with us We assured them we would be booking again for the correct date to no avail So now we are out almost $300 which will cost us our ability to get away at all We are very saddened that their staunch devotion to their corporate rules won out over common sense and decency Book with caution
