Everything was great on our list visit The most impressive thing was how friendly and accommodating the staff was From the front desk folks to the person keeping the lobby floor dry, they were such great folks

The house keeping staff and the person keeping the items on the breakfast buffet well stocked all took the time to say hello and they went out of there way to make sure we had everything thing we needed I salute all of them and hope that the hotel management appreciates them

Chanel Parker

Nice hotel and good price Pricing online was the same as just walking in and booking a room Front desk Manager Talayna was welcoming and friendly and her staff was too

Room was clean, bathroom was clean One of the curtains had a stain on it at the bottom but guessing that was from the air conditioner/heating unit because it was on the side that was touching the unit Nice breakfast selection and breakfast area was clean Staff cleaned off every table after someone used it Oh one thing they could upgrade is the TV to a bigger size All together good stay and would stay again!!

A typical 2 star hotel Breakfast was a bit limited Only coffee for beverages

Lobby and rooms were modern and overall clean The entrance from the street is a bit odd but not uncommon in the hills of PennsylvaniaBiggest pro = its was fairly quiet and peaceful and the doors have a soft shut (softer than most at least) so you weren’t constantly hearing doors slamming Honorable mention was the fruit infused ice water jug at the front desk Kept my yeti fullBiggest con = when I got in my room it was obvious they had recently shampooed the carpet It was very damp and humid in the room and the carpet was still quite damp even after several nights I was on the first floor and opened my window at night as the temps were cooler in an attempt to get rid of the dampness in the air

I stayed at this place for several months in 2015 From February to October as I recall Back then the place was a dump

Everything was worn out Rust colored water coming out of the showers Little televisions you could barely see Leaking ceilings every single time it rained Parking lot was so bad you had to idle through it out of fear of having your oil pan knocked off I was there again in 2017 just after the new owner/s took over Nothing had changed at that time But now, my hat is off to these new owners This is a completely different place now Before I was embarrassed to tell people where I was staying But the owner of the company where I worked was a cheap fool and I’m sure he still is just like the previous owner Today I would be proud to tell anyone I was staying thereTo the new owners:You have made this place a business to be proud of This place has been brought back to life It’s nice to see you had a vision and made it a reality I applaud you all

My brother had his wedding here and two of the staff were absolutely over the line A male worker grabbed my cousin’s little son by the arm and dragged him to his table yelling at him The little boy was so upset that a stranger had put his hands on him that he did not eat and hardly spoke

A woman who manages the servers reprimanded my brother (the groom) and his new wife for smashing cake in each other’s faces She walked up between them and said, “you can’t do that!” then had the cake taken away Which ruined that entire part of the nightThe staff, besides two, were the major negative part of the experience Also, music was to be played while they walked down the aisle and back and the music never came I will say the food was great, but they need new workers They do not know how to communicate with people and almost hit my niece with a hot container of chicken One staff member continuously was dropping things, getting too close, and spilled multiple cups/plates Not sure if she was nervous or just having a bad day She was extremely nice but very clumsy There was broken glass that one of the children at the wedding was picking up because she dropped a glass Also, what person tells the people paying for the place they can’t do OUR family tradition of smashing the cake? They paid for the event and paid for the cake from a separate location That is my MAJOR complaintIf you are thinking of paying for a wedding here, don’t Honestly, if my family and the bride’s family were not focused on the happiness of marriage the night would have been ruined Overall, the wedding was nice, but the staff was NOT

Ashley Clark

So from what I’ve heard they have a new owner and my cousin was thier first wedding I’ve stay here before and it use to be a lovely place which is why my cousin picked it for his wedding I DO NOT RECOMMEND WEDDINGS BE HELD HERE! The stuff got frustrated with the kids playing qnd running around also at cake cutting time my cousin and his wife cut the cake and because they put cake in each others faces the staff had said thats enough smearing cake and took it from them which the cake was not bought thru them it was from another company

We waited and had to ask for the cake to please be cut and passed out The kids had gotten yelled at multiple time most of the kids were 5 and under my nephew being one of them because he was hiding behind a wall upset and the woman yelled qnd was about to put her hands on him but his brother was right there and we were sitting at the table closest to the wall This was the worst experience I had ever had I would recommend that they fix this with their staff or not to hold weddings at this place Other then that the place was beautiful and the food was ok the staff not so much

Our little family had an amazing vacation at Austin Lake Park! We rented Eagle 1 cabin, and it was just lovely- very clean, amenities that we needed, and lots of options for sleep spaces For our stay, it was me, my husband, and our toddler son Our son had SO MUCH FUN

Even though he wasn’t big enough for the many kids activities the park offered, he still enjoyed roaming the spacious grounds with us nearby, playing on the MANY swing sets, riding with us on the golf cart through the winding paths, splashing around in the creek, waving to all the friendly campers, and swimming in the CLEAN refreshing lake! We plan to make this spot our new annual getaway Very affordable and relaxing spot!

My son in law, my son, and my 2 grand kids stayed at Austin Lake Park We drove up and met Bill

didnt know he was the owner, but he greets every customer at the gate it seems He was kind and welcoming We talked and he told me about his son – whom I met too – Austin, who was equally kind and welcoming Their care for the customers translates to a wonderful camp ground It was clean, fun, organized and safe We have an RV and have stayed at maybe 50 camp grounds, maybe more across the USA This is a top 3 campground I strongly suggest Austin Lake Park Campground Thank you Bill

Mala Corley

Our cabin was immaculate Very nice The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because it boasts three fishing ponds

We found two One of the ponds You are not allowed to fish the biggest area of it because there were permanent travel trailers parked around it The one pond that we were allowed to fish in did have fish We did catch fish It was very nice But if your idea of coming there is three fishing ponds, you might be disappointed The lake also has limited fishing area The rest of the campground is very nice for children As I said, cabins was very clean The entire park was very nice If you are there for mainly fishing, you might want to look elsewhere

We could not have asked for a better hotel for our wedding guests The meeting room had great lighting, and the staff provided great coffee for the bridal party to get ready – just bring mirrors They allowed us to have a nice time with all of our friends and family in the meeting room

Rooms were clean and as expected I think it was Colleen at the front desk who was particularly amazing! Thank you!

Victoria and Kenneth Kelley

Stopped here for the night with all 5 of our kids The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and the staff was top notch! Plenty of space to park a semi as well We ended up having a few conversations with the older lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name, but she was retired and only worked there to have something to do)

I’m telling you, it makes a world of difference when you speak with someone who works because they WANT TO not because they have to She was SUPERB! As truck drivers, we stay all over the US but try to avoid the east as much as possible If we ever come back through here, we will definitely stay here again

Disappointing Customer Service for a Hilton PropertySeveral factors—We have 6 kids so we generally book the largest room or 2 rooms We were told we would have to have our rooms separated by floors, which is a no go with kids Then there was no answer to help accommodate us

Hubby said what about the sister property next door Also said what about switching our room types to get us rooms close together We originally paid for a 1 bedroom suite and a double queen They downsized our room since they didn’t have any rooms close together, but still charged us for the 1 bedroom suite bcus in her words, “it was our decision to change the room” Then, once we were in the rooms, both of them smelled like feet Seriously, like someone had been airing out their smelly feet and trapped it in the rooms My sister, who was also traveling with us, also had a smelly feet room I did ask for housekeeping to come spray air freshener, and a wonderful lady did come up to spraySo in essence, we paid upwards of $500 to smell feet all night and receive poor customer service I usually recommend Hilton properties, but this one misses the mark Go to the Hilton Garden instead

The room was very clean and comfortable I traveled with a friend who has mobility issues A shower chair was placed in the bathtub

Thank you very much for that!! The beds were comfortable While a continental breakfast was served, we opted for something else There was much to love about our over night stay-the quietness of the rooms, the close proximity to the restaurants, stores & of course our main objective, Rogers Flea Market One item my friend noticed missing from our room was the coffee pot that sits in the coffee maker

1 They do not hold to things they agree or verify2 No intentional action to help correct bad situation not fault of guest

I called a week ago before booking room and asked about getting in the room at 6am I even asked if there policy to charge the night before because its 6am She says no it shouldnt be a problem your room would be ready, just write in the notes that your are checking in at 6am This was by the managerI called after booking room wasn’t able to make a note, again verified coming at 6am By Christie yes its fineCalled the day before so saturday 7/16 verified by brooke yes it was okayTODAY 7/17 Now its you cannot get in room at 6am Gentlemen proceeds to say I have to charge you night before Im confused I called mutiple times and it was verified He eventually calls Brooke and she verifies she did say that But then says 7am and charge night beforenot once was that said because I asked that question He thens calls christie she said she never spoke to me but she did I asked the questions before booking with them We were driving and flying and if they did not accomodate I would have called others But because they said and verified mutiple times i did not and booked with them Now my family are up tired as all get out having to wait until 12pm So I will not be ungrateful and appreciate that they are doing that But if this was the case it should have been said from start Its why i kept verifying and it being verified even the day before, so for the day of it being a problem is not acceptable to me Being verified I was told 6am and with no intention of trying to rectify even if it was lets say a miscommunication (Personally I dont like it)I will not be back after our stay here as on principle alone I checked several times going through correct channels And the gentlemen was like I understandi said you dont understand my frustrationNo YOU DONT They basically lied to me and on that will never book Quality Inn Calcutta again as my trust in them is short so therefore my future support will be also

Ignore any bad reviews If you need a place where you can cook this is it The staff is awesome

They’re helpful and genuinely friendly I’ve had a cleaning business, this place is spotless It is not easy to completely clean from top to bottom what essentially is a studio apartment in 3 hours or less It was a gift every week to have the room cleaned while we were out If you’re on the road and need a place for a night or a month the My Place is great

Still excellent food, service and atmosphere Had my best dinner yet late on a Thursday night This is incredibly delicious vegetarian food that any non-vegetarian will love

The desserts are out of this world and there’s something to satisfy everyone with a sweet-tooth Also, the prices are very reasonable Bring your crowd here anytime or for a special occasion You won’t be disappointed This place is really worth checking out I wouldn’t say all this if it wasn’t true because I’m very picky about eating out Bottom line, one of the best eating establishments in the area Don’t overlook this gem of a secret

Julia Shuttic

Oh my gosh! Courthouse is the most amazing vegetarian restaurant All of the food is out of this world The owner takes a great pride in paying attention to every detail regarding the quality of the food, using local, natural and ethical ingredients

You will spend between $15-$22 on an entree, but it will be worth every pennyThe restaurant atmosphere is warm with stunning decor in a historical building that had been tasteful restoredServers are always, friendly, nice and on point with drinks and timing of appetizers and entreesThe deserts are again out of this world I can never go here without ordering the pecan coconut cake!We live an hour away but drive down regularly as this restaurant is just that good!

Holly DeLucia

If you are up for a vegetarian dinner in a nice place, this is the place to go I grew up in Lisbon, and the Courthouse Inn Restaurant is honestly the nicest restaurant in that area They are a bit pricier, but the food and service are excellent

I’ve heard you must be dressed up to go in there, but I don’t know how true that is I wouldn’t want to go to this restaurant without being dressed up It is a great place to take your significant other or parents out to a nice dinner The waitress even made our to go boxes for us I am very happy with my experience here and will be going back

I was here for 3 months for work My room was clean and the staff was always friendly (especially May and Ryan) It has a larger laundry than most and a workout room

It’s in a convenient location and safeThe reason for 3 starsthe manager I asked to have a light in the bathroom changed (not regular bulbs) I told her I worked night, so please don’t have anyone come in the morning I got a call at 10a (didn’t answer) then she sent someone up He apologized because he knew I would be sleepingAfter being there almost 3 months the manager confronted me (In front of people) by the elevator and told me I ruined their sheets and towels with my red hair color If I was going to do that to ask for old ones For one my hair was purple and not red (blue before) I told her I used my own towels and pillow case for that reason She said I was the only one coloring my hair, so it had to be me Really? Because she must be there 24/7 and see everyone I invited her up to look at my dirty towels and bed that wasn’t stained, but she refused I told her it was just shampoo and it washed out anyway It was also never red I guess no one else could’ve spilled a drink and used towels to clean it? I told her I didn’t appreciate her coming at me like that and in front of staff and guests She got an attitude and told me no one was around and not to go there I use my shampoo every couple of days for 3 months and saw her multiple times If there was a problem why did I never hear about it? Because it wasn’t meI enjoyed my stay up till then but because of her, I will never stay there again A couple of my guys also left early because of her That’s a couple of months of income lost because of her attitude I hope that no one else has a need for anything that irritates her and makes her act like that

A decent hotel that obviously caters to the oil and gas industry in the Beaver county area The room was nice and it was affordable they gave us a discount whenever we needed a room because of the ice storms that came through and knocked out our power for a couple days If I had one gripe about the place it would be cleanliness

the bedding and pillows smelled like guys that have been working in the field for a month and didn’t get the shower very often even though we could tell that they had been washed they still had an odor to them especially the pillows As I said previously I understand this hotel does cater primarily to the oil and gas industry workers but you are still a hotel and you also have other guests that stay and I think that should be looked into as far as the washing and cleanliness measures for linens and pillows

cindy Campbell

I can’t begin to tell how very nice the staff was while we stayed there This was my second time staying there within weeks My mom was sick and passed away we had to bring our dog with us because she is a senior dog and needed to be with us

We stayed in the same room both times It was very clean and had everything we needed It was quite and the staff could not have been more accommodating to our needs If every again I need to travel back in the area this will be the first place that I will check on for a room Thank you again for making a heart breaking stay comfortable for us
