Stayed here twice now and have absolutely LOVED the rooms! The decor is more something I’d have in my house and not what you normally see in a hotel The best part? The heated toilet seat & bidet! The concierge lounge is kinda small but the appetizers provided were appreciated The front desk staff was amazing and so welcoming ☺️

There’s public parking just across the street so not horrible 10/10 will be looking forward to my next visit!

Our stay here was generally excellent A big shout out to Mr Pila out front for his kind, helpful demeanor

I expected a grand soaring lobby, but it’s more intimate The building has been beautifully restored The rooms are excellent and decorated in modern Asian-influenced style The bathroom was huge and awesome although the door didn’t lock Our view was of an abandoned historic building across the street, so not too much to look at out the window The bed was a little soft for my taste, but was certainly acceptable Entire hotel was super clean I didn’t really like the automated order-on-your-phone room service I’d rather have a printed menu and a house phone This hotel is convenient to all of downtown and to Busch Stadium

I loved this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer The best thing about our room was the BIDET! The bed was perfect Our room had a record player, AND they included records for us to listen to

There was a TV in the bathroom mirror The shower was amazing–the bathtub and shower were in a huge stall, roomy and comfortable for multiple people I wish the rooftop bar hadn’t been closed for a wedding We’d been looking forward to that It would be nice if they had a separate event space and bar spaceHave cocktails at the downstairs bar–eat somewhere else

This is a beautiful property just off Washington in downtown St Louis Tiny elevators that will just hold two people and the luggage trolley Our room was large and looked just like the picture on the Google link

Everything in the room was functional I was happy with the bed but my wife said it was too soft The only complaints that I have was the view of the neighbors AC units and the fact that there was only one trashcan in the roomWe ate breakfast in the hotel on both days we were there It was delicious and not like typical hotel breakfastThe staff were very courteous and helpful at every turn

Paul Miller

Excellent from the start! They gave a treat bag for both of our dogs Had an area for them to relieve themselves super close by! Even had bags stocked on the trash can Room was spacious & super nice

They have pretty much everything you need inside their hotel & are also centrally located! We will 100% return Also I have to mention how absolutely friendly and helpful the guy at the front desk was

Joyce Hansen

The lobby and entire downstairs was very welcoming and beautiful The hotel has such historic features, primarily seen in the rooms Our room was very cute, I wish it felt more clean, there were handprint stains on the light switches and dusty areas

The bed was nice and comfortable and we slept great The location is great, we were about a 15 minute walk from the arch and food and coffee was a block or so away Staff was nice, helpful and the happy hour in the evening of cookies and milk for the kids was a huge plus!

Dustin Current

The hotel itself was beautiful! The valet service was decent, but the customer service at the front desk and the food/beverage counter needs to improve We felt more like an inconvenience to them rather than a valued patron The room was spacious and accommodating, but lacked a microwave, hair dryer, and body wash was empty

All in all a decent hotel in a great location, but needs improvement to live up to the price point

Heidi George

Staff courtesy was hit or miss, depending on the day The person checking us in was a bit condescending and unhelpful and the valet was too busy on his cell phone to even offer service, not that we wanted it Other people on other days were quite friendly and courteous, opening doors and helping with the luggage cart

The maintenance staff was excellent – fixed the slow-draining sink in our room and left a nice note thanking us for bringing it to their attention The room was smallish but decent, with a nice view of downtown No microwave in the room, which was odd – first time I’ve stayed in a hotel and not had one Overall a comfortable stay

Jay Pietkiewicz

It was OK Room was clean and spacious Decent room amenities, but most of the others for the hotel were closed during our stay

Might have been good to know ahead of time Staff was nice but not very accommodating Asked to pay extra for a rollout bed in a double suite, but was told it would not fit The room had plenty of space So as I said it was OK Would have expected better for the price

I always stay at a Marriott and had never heard of Element before but the had the size of room I need so I figured I give it a try I was extremely pleased! Every one of the staff was very friendly and enjoyed conversations with the guests, it was very clean and bright! The complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, and they always had fruit infused ice wateravailable! But I’d have to say what made our stay amazing was the Upbar and the two bartenders there! David and Joe were two of the most amazing people I have ever met on my travels and I travel a lot! Even though there were only two of them and the bar was always crazy busy they not only kept up so you never waited for drinks or food but they would come up and have conversations with you and make sure you were having the very best time Absolutely amazing people and we left there with new friends! Hands down I will stay here again and look for other element hotels in my travels too

If I could change only one thing it would be that they start maid service back up everyday so your not having to chase down towels and stuff but overall a fantastic experience!

Christina Feldmann

The room in the hotel was fine The lobby is nice We arrived a bit before our room was ready, so they offered for our kids to swim while we waited

The pool was not heated, so that was the first bad experience for us The bathroom in the pool area was “out of order” When we got to our room, it seemed clean and spacious enough We requested additional towels and bed linens for the pull out couch It took a couple hours to get those items Not a good turnaround time at all That evening when we returned to the hotel we left our car to be valeted but the valet was nowhere to be found So, we had to park it ourself due to inadequate staffing at the hotel The hotel clearly states it is a valet only hotel and guests aren’t to self park but we weren’t comfortable leaving our car in the tow away zone out front any longer The room’s air conditioning would not turn on-another discomfort for us We would not likely return to this hotel

Erin Holmes

We got two rooms for four of us that came down for the game on 8-5-22 Check in was smooth, courteous staff, rooms were clean and nice I can see how everyone may not agree with valet only parking but for our needs it was not an issue

The staff working the valet service were courteous The breakfast was a little lackluster in some areas but it did the job The only real complaint any of our group had were the pillows They are rough on the neck because they go flat easily We would stay here again when coming back to town

Had a very memorable service experience here passing through town & booking a room last minute for a discounted rate Unfortunately they were very booked when we arrived & had run out of non smoking rooms (attached to a casino), I wasn’t looking forward to staying in a smoking room so they kindly arranged for me to stay in an upgraded suite that was non smoking The suite was spacious, comfortable, & had a great view

Ordered an amazing crab Cobb salad from room service and had a chance to unwind for a few hours Wouldn’t hesitate to return when I’m in the area Thank you!

R M

I had booked a hotel yesterday for my girlfriend’s bday We enjoyed the Cinder House The only thing we didn’t like were the front desk staff

They were rude and not welcoming I called down and asked where can I find the room snack prices because there wasn’t a menu The lady said she wasn’t sure and asked someone else She then said she’ll bring one up I never received one Then I realized the snack part wasn’t stocked and beverages were missing I called to let them know that and the phone wasn’t answered Two different housekeepers came in at separate times to clean the room, both said they didn’t know anyone had the room and apologized One asked if I needed towels I said yes because the shelve was nearly empty It made me question if the room was completely put together after that, because we had to wait for our room to be cleaned in the first place I then told them about the snack compartment being nearly empty They told me someone would come When that person came they asked me why didn’t I call down I said I did and no one answered We later went downstairs and the ladies had an attitude It was obvious they ignored the phone call My girlfriend had a great time I just wish the front desk people had better customer service skills

Aaron Madden

The hotel is beautiful The design, smell, and architecture is something to see The service not so much

All of the people were very friendly but some of them lacked knowledge They don’t seem to have control over the parking garage as my girlfriend and I waited for 45 minutes to get an attendant in the booth to let us in Amenities and space of the room are amazing You won’t find that in many hotels in STL The food was decent but you would expect higher quality with such prices Again, the service was amazing and they made sure to keep up their customer service I would go back but I’ll try to find something better before I commit

This was an amazing hotel with great customer service, clean rooms, a cozy little restaurant and beautiful art work They do have a little dress shop( it was not open but the clothing was very cute I was very impressed to learn that hotel is also fostering a puppy until its ready for his forever home

Extra bonus points for being a pet lover They do have a gym that was awesome The location is very convenient the fox theater is down the street a plus and there are various restaurants in the area The area was safe and clean The valet was very friendly and helpful It was a great stay and experience

Stacey Watson

Absolutely love this hotel The rooms are immaculate, spacious and colorful The view is great from the room and the roof top

This is my second time coming on a solo weekend getaway and it always gives me what I need I love you can choose the color of your room and the clawfoot bathtub is a must for pure relaxation The lobby is beautifully decorated with modern art and I like how the hotel incorporates touches of local artwork, has an art gallery and exhibits The rooftop bar is a great place and every bartender I’ve had made a great lemon drop Note the rooftop bar is only opened Wed-Sat

Maureen E.

Do not come here on the weekends if you need to get to sleep before midnight While it’s a cool thing to have a rooftop bar, the music— especially the bass— permeates to much lower floors They are nice and offer (useless) earplugs or to change the room, a hassle

But that should not be necessary They should be 100% upfront about loud music from the bar This hotel is way too expensive for this nonsense I don’t care about choosing a color room when what I really need to choose is whether to stay where loud music is a surprise part of the packageIf this was not the case I’d give this hotel a higher rating I’d come here to party, not for anything business related The artwork is beautiful; it’s a good boutique WEEKEND PARTY hotel This needs to be disclosed upfront for guests staying multiple days I wish I left sooner and this was a good experience, but I overstayed until party time

This place was great! My niece hosted a small birthday party here that went very well It was easy getting the girls ready for the pool The pool had access to a restroom across the hall, which we all know how that can go if the restroom isn’t close

Rachel made us feel right at home by being welcoming all while ensuring that we stayed within the guidelines of guest policies I appreciate it when someone in customer service can go above and beyond, maintain their composure, and keep safety in mind Thank you for helping make my niece’s day special

Seth Nichols

Clean rooms, but nothing special The service was excellent Everyone at the front desk was very polite and helpful

Even the cleaning crew was kind and respectful of privacy The location isn’t good if you’re trying to do/see anything interesting easily There’s a Circle K within walking distance and other than that, it’s just off the highway A good 20 minutes to downtown

Jennifer Tab

I usually stay at Holiday inn, it’s reasonable, I’m a member and it’s usually really clean This one was no exception You won’t be disappointed

They may be a little short staffed but everything looks good, the staff are friendly and very courteous The only reason I’m giving it four stars and not five is because breakfast is so expensive But I’ll be back since it’s kind of close to where we need to go when in town, lots of restaurants and shipping nearby

My husband and I just got back from spending four nights at Fleur-de-Lys Mansion while visiting our son and daughter in law in St Louis We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The mansion is beautiful and elegant while also feeling warm and super comfy Our room “the Library” was very large and pretty and the bed and bedding were amazing Leslie and Mark were so welcoming and attentive The breakfasts were delicious and an absolute treat in starting our day This will definitely be our go to for future visits Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Robert Passman

My wife and I stopped at the Mansion on Sunday, March 20,2022 We stayed in the Reservoir Park room which was excellent The bed was a neat old 4 poster queen size bed from a bygone era

We missed that time It was very comfortable and we got a great nights rest The room was comfortable and quietThe location was close to a section of the town with a number of diverse restaurants to choose fromWe were met by Leslie, who together with her husband Mark run the Mansion She gave us a brief description of the Mansion and “it’s” life” from 1915 to the present It was very informative and added to the atmosphere of the MansionWe met her husband Mark for a few moments Mark is a true gourmet chef and served an excellent breakfast in the morning Even with a long day ahead we were very glad we didn’t leave before breakfastWe did arrive early enough to walk around a bit and the neighborhood has many homes with architectures you don’t see just anywhere We felt very good walking aroundWe did walk to dinner which was about 3/4 of a mile from the Mansion Many choices for cuisineIf we pass St Louis on our way home, we will definitely adjust mileage to stay againAlmost forgot – the Mansion is close to Interstate 44 It only took 2-3 minutes after getting off I-44 In the morning, it was another 2 or 3 minutes to get back on I-44

Deborah Calabrese

I had such a wonderful stay at Fleur De Lys Mansion this June Leslie and Mark are wonderful hosts ! They had the perfect balance of making me feel at home , yet very pampered The breakfasts were amazing, and they catered to my dietary needs beyond expectation

The inn is beautiful, and it is situated in a perfect area with beautiful neighborhoods, and parks in walking distance I had a great visit with my son ,and look forward to another stay at Fleur De Lys in the future

Great bar, great front desk staff, very safe, great location Great valet folks–huge hustle by everyone! No room service Absolutely no coffee on a holiday (July 4) unless you walk a block away to Roosters

Housekeeping might consider using a checklist when they close up a room and call it ready We checked in to Room 1518 on Saturday July 2 The automatic dispenser in the shower was empty, the clock was unplugged and the carpet between the beds was sticky like someone spilled a soda Also there was no backup roll of toilet paper I would think a hotel supervisor would check a room or a housekeeper would use a checklist Very easy to fix For this reason and the lack of coffee/room service we won’t stay here again

rita higgs

We were there for a Church Convention and there was this really nice waiter name Orlando He was always right there doing his job, very caring and attentive to the customers He was never rude even when he had to ask us to move to another area with our door dash food

I’ve told everyone about him and if they go there ask for him He’s personality and professionalism handle all of the negativity he received Orlando is a perfect fit for Management position The rooms were old but nice, no microwave and no free parking I’m not used to dealing with that at a Marriott GRAND????

Rachel Rowan

Very pretty Updated And the most social lobby / bar I have ever been to

Very loud But did not transfer to other areas of the hotel Rooms were very nice and comforting while gone for work weekly No water in room like most Marriott’s so that was different Enjoyed the staff – one guy both nights with an overflowing bar area Great job guys!

The property overall was very clean presentable and welcoming I felt hip and cool just walking in The hotel design is very cool with cute little sitting nooks, a large table to sit with friends and play provided games

There is also a fun patio, with comfy chairs and a bean bag game to playThe room was clean and well maintained The design was really interesting It was modern, but still comfortable and coolThe staff was amazing The manager Josh, provided a fun, welcoming atmosphere for all The front desk agents were superbThe parking lot is a few steps away, but Mr Frizzle and his magic school bus, are more then happy to zip you back and forth (The hotel’s van)Overall, I would highly recommend this place! Thanks Josh and your staff for a great stay!

Great experience here We were very warmly welcomed by the staff, and given a room on the 3rd floor Room was more than adequate; large comfy beds, good shower, etc

We enjoyed the pool and found it pretty relaxing and large enough to be comfortableBreakfast was basic but tastyParking is $25 but there is ample street parking (free 7 pm – 8 am) right outside Very good sushi place shares a parking lot

hogfan58

I gave it one star because the bed was comfortablePaid 250 per night that did not include parking for $25Stayed at hotel 2 nights and got charged for three days of parkingTerrible location for people on vacation

It’s about 4 or 5 miles from downtown Probably a good place to stay for business people to stayWas told at check that breakfast was served from 7-11 am but was not told we had to pay for itWe stayed two nights and housekeeping never came in our room I asked at checkout we never got housekeeping services and was told you had to ask or tell them that you wanted your room cleaned and bed made and needed fresh towels New one on meThe attitude at front desk was terribleI would not recommend this place and will never stay at this aloft again

Bri Berens

This hotel is spectacular We came into town to visit the baseball stadium and stayed in one of the suites, and it was one of the more impressive rooms we’ve stayed in during our travels Although it may be loud for some, we loved the energy just outside our window from the game

The location is prime We traveled with two young children and to be able to go in and out of the stadium with the hotel right there was a lifesaver We were also able to be a part of the fun from our balcony or just steps outside of the hotel for games we weren’t going to The accommodations are clean, modern, and spacious and everything in our room was top notchMy only complaints are that this location is hard to get to when they block of streets for baseball games, the front desk said police usually let guests bypass the cones but it was a bit stressful to find our way Also, the hotel put over $1,000 in holds on my card in addition to the full cost of the room, our parking, and our restaurant bill I think it will end up not clearing and the front desk said not to worry about it, but I’ve never had additional holds for close to 100% of our room rate put on my card I’ll be keeping an eye on the pending transactions to make sure they don’t clear as the host assured me they wouldn’tIf we are ever in St Louis again, we would absolutely consider this hotel again Thanks for the memories!

Shaleitha Kohliem

The hotel is gorgeous Spacious and clean I love the restaurant options in the hotel

The hustle and bustle of St Louis, it’s nice not to leave out We had the sweetheart special with the sparkling wine, truffles, and 2:00 pm check out, well worth the money However, I didn’t enjoy the stay because we also paid extra for a city view and our view was a parking garage This may be because the hotel is only 8 stories high Very disappointing

T Clark

If you’re attending a Cardinal’s game, this is the place to stay You cannot get any closer to the stadium Valet parking is quick and easy

Front desk associates were very helpfulYou’re also within easy walking distance to the Arch and City GardenIf you’re staying on a game night, you will be able to hear the noise of the game (we were on the stadium side) I personally liked it, but it is not for everyoneI’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the pillows were not comfortable We only stayed in the room to sleep, and with uncomfortable pillows, it was enough to impact the rating Everything else was great though

Excellent hotel! First time we have stayed with them and really was impressed The room was clean and tidy when we arrived The staff were great and the breakfast was fantastic! They even had a thing called dinner and drinks in the evening

Really enjoyed the stay Had to cut our vacation short and they were great helping us check out early

Becky Vickrey

This is THE BEST hotel! We came for Spring Break We were 17 minutes from Downtown and literally just off the interstate So, let’s talk about how amazing the staff here is

Man They were engaging with my kids The manager was very visible – not just sitting in an office The first night they were booked solid and they let us know that it would probably be busy for food The food served was amazing Always fresh and hot The servers were continually checking to make sure things weren’t low Everyone greeted us in the hall Maintenance workers, housekeeping staff, it made no difference I heard many say they love being here That says so much about the management I would go out of my way to stay here again

A very nice hotel! I enjoyed my stay Fridges were a little small, I couldn’t put a leftover styrofoam box in without taking out the shelves and using them to keep the box from opening fridge door

Room and other parts of hotel smelled funky Kind of like a wet mold The food and the complimentary bar were great! Staff was very nice

Let me start by saying that I like it cold in my room – Our room was not cold at all – However this was because the a/c unit had been struck by lightning The Manager and Engineer came to our room with a fan and explained the situation Let me just tell you typically this would have been a deal breaker for me, but the staff was so GREAT! – Marco, April, Cory and all the rest went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever

The hotel is nice, but the staff makes your stay GREAT!

Excellent hotel in a great location My wife and I (70+ y/o) were able to walk to the Gateway park with no problem The restaurant adjacent to the bar was excellent

The room was small but was but very modern The reason for the 3star rating was the parking fee There is no safe option to the hotel valet parking The fee is $45 Another example of pricing ” because we can”

Brittany Smallberger

For this being a Marriot Hotel I excepted more The rooms were very nice- but we were forced to valet our car The valet was very pushy and just kept telling us to get out of the car and never even gave us another option

Our car also had a significant door ding that we noticed when we got home The valet company “said” they reviewed the footage and nothing happened But when we asked for a copy they said they could not provide it This was a rental car so and we drove it directly from the rental facility to the hotel and never drove it anywhere else during our stay We liked the breakfast- but we were very upset to find that we had to pay an additional 4% fee to use our card It was also extremely loud- they had a speaker blasting at 10am I would expect that in a club- but not for brunch Despite the nice rooms- we would not stay again

My wife and I love the service we’ve received from the staff! We had our wedding and reception here a few years ago and the staff helped to make such an enjoyable experience! I’ve always loved staying at Embassy Suites for their spacious suites but this location is certainly unique building structure, layout, and high ceilings The breakfast is great and they offer delicious cook to order omelettes The evening bar reception Is always a nice touch and the bartender was super friendly despite the number of guests that arrived all at once

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with friendly service!

Worst hotel ever High price No clean room service

Valets parking $42 per day Smelly carpet I found wet towel under dry towel Broken calling light fixture Dirty yellow big stain on standing lights fixtures The refrigerator door is not closed well Push the door very hard to close Couch was tearing All furniture colors are faded Very delayed all service Broken detergent machine when I needed laundry and hotel said the machine is not belong to us Go to dollar store So so dirty swimming pool water Whirlpool pool is broken and water temperature is not warm Let people still using it I don’t understand why this hotel has high reviews I feel like staying a ghost hotel

Jon Rustad

The room was very spacious for our family We also picked a room very close to the pool, on the fifth floor This worked out really well for going to the pool and coming back with the kids

The breakfast was good, my daughter and I went down early and had no weight When the rest of the family went down at 8 o’clock, there was a large line for food and it took about 20 minutes to get through it The front desk is very helpful Beware of parking, the valet overnight parking is $39 We chose to do street parking since it was free from 7 PM to 8 AM and you can use the app to pay for the spot before after that time There is a risk for street parking in a downtown metro area, but we felt safe with the area we were in and saved a lot of money!

Location is great, right next to the arch and within walking distance to Busch Stadium, not a ton of traffic in immediate area The hotel employees were all very nice for the most part but this hotel should not be branded a Hyatt It was dirty, towels all over the hallways, our floor had some nasty sticky patch on the carpet had to cover it with a towel

Bathrooms need updating The employees deserve a better product to sell Was not happy with check-in Get there 20 minutes before 4:00pm told no room available and when asked if I should come back in 20 minutes will it be ready, was told yes Come back in 20 minutes to be told still not ready, that they are light staffed on housekeeping (everyone is) and that they have no clue when we would get into our room We had just driven 8 hours and had a game to go to so she spoke to the manager on our behalf and a room was available Very long lines for everything – Starbucks, breakfast buffet, check-in Parking deck is gross and hot an not enough spaces to accommodate guests, very tight and small underground parking The stairwell is disgusting and they are charging like $40/night! Also, beware staying there on Cardinals game nights, the hotel will be super noisy all hours through the night Overall, even though the employees are good they cannot salvage this hotel, very disappointed in our stay overall especially for the price we paid

We ended up at the Hyatt unexpectedly & were overall happy with our experience We were able to pay $25 to check in early which was greatly appreciated after being up since 3am Our room was ok, view was awesome! The front desk staff were all super nice and helpful

My only real complaint was no extras of any kind-no makeup removing towelettes, lotion, slippers or even extra bedding Maybe it’s a theft or sustainability thing but I guess when I’m spending $300/night I expect those The pillows and bed were also a bit firm but not the worst I’ve experienced Oh, the sports bar downstairs is great! Bartender was nice and helpful

I just had my 4/30/2022 wedding at the Hyatt and it was an amazing experience! Almost all of my guests were from out of town and stayed at the Hyatt Everyone reported great experiences with their rooms and customer service here at the Hyatt In terms of the wedding, wow, Lisa Sabin is so talented at her job

She was incredibly responsive to emails, so detail oriented and organized in planning the whole wedding ceremony and reception In terms of the venue itself, the Gateway East and Terrace was everything we ever imagined for our ceremony and reception with a dance floor and ceremony that felt outside but was still inside The view of the Arch was just a bonus! Everything on our wedding day went so smoothly and I could not recommend Hyatt enough!

What a great experience! The staff went out of their way to insure a great weekend The text concierge option was amazing If I needed something I sent a text and the team at the hotel would respond and answer in minutes

What a nice feature Our suite overlooking the ballpark was really nice One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had…and I’m a hardened business traveler

Kevin Hacker (Khacker)

I went to the Hilton at the Ballpark for a family wedding The venue was very nice

There was plenty of space for the cocktail hour, and dinner The dance floor was a pretty good size There is plenty of room for the electric slide, a beer barrel polk and a disco dance Avoid time was had by all Parking was an amenity of the wedding party Overflow parking directed to Stadium East after valley parking was full I would recommend The Hilton for sure

Matthew Himmelhaver

The first night we were moved twice due issues with our room (smell, toilet that wouldn’t shut off that flooded the room) We were finally put into a room that was less than the category room we paid for That room was dirty (dark dust stuck to the ceiling from air blowing out of AC, dust covering lamps, furniture, etc

) No one offered any apologies until check out when we asked to speak to a manager She was very kind and reduced out rate while covering parking for 2 nights Despite the room issues, we were most disappointed with the front desk staff who offered no apology or seemed concerned about the previous rooms we were placed into They seemed annoyed by us As a diamond rewards member I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties, this was by far the most disappointing Ive never asked to change rooms until this weekend, and it happened twice Great location, but a lot is lacking here Roof top bar is awesome! Breakfast at the restaurant was good

We had a great time This was a halfway point so we only stayed for two nights It was perfect, close to the Arch, close to a lot and plenty to do and see around the hotel itself

The kids had a blast It was not overly pricey The aquarium is small but kinda expected that They did a lot with the small space and was pleasantly surprised by how much they had to do for the kids We enjoyed our stay Staff was very helpful, easy to get lost We had some fun in the beginning finding parking but that was all

preston gustin

Absolutely beautiful hotel, bellhops and front desk attendants were every nice and helpfulThis place however for being as expensive as it is has hardly any amenities No room service, not happy hour or snack bar, breakfast not included (which the staff will lie to you about)

The pool even though it’s not open yet is in a very public place with no lounge areaI feel like this place is just pretty and made for conventions and to get you outFire and Light show was pretty decent, you can also hear it from your hotel roomsOutside of the hotel on the aquarium side is pretty cool with the koi pondAlso all of the restaurants close by 10pmIf you have kids this place may be a better stay for you

Mrs. Jacob Eubanks

What a beautiful place! Had a lovely time BUT don’t let the pics of the rooms fool you Those fancy rooms are only the ones you pay a WHOLE LOT MORE for, the suites

The regular rooms are just that Also, careful with breakfast They made it sound continental when it was actually $36 for 2 buffets A bit aggravated because the front desk made it out to be continental Overall the stay was great, and optically pleasant

I had a weekend getaway for my granddaughters and we all were VERY happy with the stay First of all the cookies are to die for My mouth is drooling now on the keyboard just thinking about them

The girls swam and slept like logs on the comfy bed in the room Sunday morning Porter’s the adjoining restaurant had a buffet breakfast filled with high quality tasty food both hot and cold Not to forget the Starbucks coffee or assortment of teas available Kudos to Kiele who provided top notch assistance in helping me at Porters We will return and I will probably fast first so I won’t feel guilty about eating the great cookies and Porters steak

Brittany Piggee

Property not maintained as well as it should’ve been Trash cans outside the hotel were full to capacity, sidewalks cracked, baseboards were filthy, lighting was horrible, chair in room had a white stain on it (kinda scared to know what it was), headboards were peeling, and the front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly If this place put more time and effort into the hotel’s rooms and hallways as they did in the front lobby, it would be 10x better

It’s definitely time for an upgrade The only thing that was comfortable was the bed We had initially planned to stay three nights, but quickly changed our minds once we saw the hotel and all of its flaws

Vanessa Shackelford

They gave us warm cookies and cold water at the front desk when we checked in The guy that checked us in was honestly really pretentious about us checking in 5 minutes earlier than what we said online Our first room was disappointing for the price we were paying

It didn’t have a refrigerator or a microwave (Personal complaint; all the soaps have lavender in them so I couldn’t use any of it because I’m allergic to lavender) the fan in the air conditioner was broke so it only got more hot in the room They did upgrade us to a room with a couch and fridge/microwave with working air conditioning but the unit was so loud that it woke us up every time it kicked on throughout the night Morning staff was much more pleasant than evening staff Also poor drainage in both bathrooms

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would A friend & I were in town for one night We had a room with a view of the Arch

The room was nice & clean with a beautiful view! All of the staff we met were so nice, friendly & helpful I totally plan on taking my husband there for a weekend awayThe only thing that we thought needs changed are the pool hours Closing the pool at 10? We couldn’t swim because of the amount of kids in the pool and hot tubs It would be nice if the pool area kept open until midnight, but closed to under 18 after 9 or 10, so others without kids could enjoy it

DragonBreath

Excellent experience Clean comfortable and great view of the arch The hotel is right next to the arch grounds

The 5:30 free dinner happy hour was wonderful 3 free drinks! (Attached video) Lobby has a full coffee bar and fountain drinks Had a great conversation with the very friendly front desk clerk and she just randomly upgraded our room for free! I definitely recommend a stay here

Brianna Reno

Greatly enjoyed our time at Drury Inn right next to the Arch The views were amazing, loved walking across the street to the Arch We met family here and had four rooms

We were all on the same floor and it made hanging out together great The staff was extremely nice and we chatted frequently in depth with many of them We stayed over Easter weekend and they were always cleaning and keeping it clean while the surge arrived on Friday and dissipated by Monday Having a full breakfast and full dinner was a great perk! Saved so much money by having two hot meals provided a day (plus adult beverages in the evening) We will be back! The interior was exceptional; we loved the aesthetic of the hotel Keep up the great work!
