I am currently staying at this hotel  I booked for a last minute weekend getaway  When I pulled up the outside was beautiful

Having never stayed here the outside made me feel like I made a great choice Staff was polite at check in which was great as well Upon entering the room there was a pen top on the floor, just assumed housekeeping dropped it on their way out, should have been my 1st clue There was brown hard water stains in the toilet which was a little off putting and both rolls of toilet paper were low There are small splattered stains on the inside of the bathroom door at the bottom Hate to think of what it could be I checked in after 8pm so I was eager to unwind I tried placing my drink in the freezer but it was completely frozen over Sat on the couch and there were stains all over Had to cover it with towels Opened a drawer and there was someone’s birth certificate in there My husband told me not to worry, we can get past those things, it’s just 2 nights and the bed looked very clean and well made The pillows were horrible and I didn’t sleep well at all Today I requested toilet paper and wash clothes After over 30 minutes and 2 calls, I was advised to locate the housekeeper on my floor for assistance So of course I have to get dressed to do so and I obviously needed to use the bathroom 30 minutes ago, instead I’m hunting down housekeeping Needless to say I won’t stay again These may all seem like small things but grouped together they are a big problem and leads to a horrible stay, especially when you pay good money for good service

The rooms were clean and that’s solely where the two stars comes from It was defiantly not worth the price they charged or the amount of stars this hotel received online The bed was hard as a rock, so needless to say sleep was minimal

There literally is a sign posted at the front desk stating I’d you need any extra towels, see the front desk due to house keeping not coming into rooms where guests are there longer than a day We go down to the front desk and the woman told us every towel was in the washer/dryer so they have none To top the cake, house keeping entered our room without knocking We opened the door and the house keeper acted like nothing happened No apology, no nothing except her going on to the next room knocking on the door before entering like you’re supposed to We thought we had found a nice place to stay when we came down here, but we will be continuing our search for other amenities

First off the app allowed me the option to quickly check in and checkout I loved the digital key feature on the app which allowed me to unlock the room door The hotel lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice

The room had hanging curtains that allowed you the option to divide the room The room had a kitchen with a standard size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, large microwave, dishes and utensils You could even request a hot plate burner at the front desk if you wanted to cook I will definitely stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton again

Kevin Monaghan

We cancelled a stay at another area location and chose this one instead The rooms are clean and comfortable and we experienced the front desk staff to be friendly and engaging Joy, in particular, is a true blessing and went above and beyond what could be reasonably expected at check-in to resolve a separate issue for us

She is terrific Travelling with a pet for the first time, we found this easy and convenient and the hotel is remarkably quiet, given it’s pet friendly policy Will definitely be back

Amazing hotel with a great staff! The breakfast bar was always well stocked Rooms were spotless The rooms are well thought out – all of them have a fridge, microwave, and dishwasher

You can request an induction plate from the front desk In addition, they have a great patio space with built in grills! One of the best hotels I have been to!

I stayed here for over a month while I was waiting to move into my house My room was clean, the breakfast employee was incredibly pleasant, and there was plenty of storage However, when I checked out, I accidentally left an expensive Vitamix blender in the room and the hotel couldn’t have been less helpful or interested in returning it to me

I immediately called, provided my room number, and asked for housekeeping to retrieve it They said they’d check and call me back, but I didn’t get a return call After calling again, multiple times, they finally told me it was gone and there was nothing they could do

Lavern Morris

I have been there for almost 2 weeks and am very pleased with the service My suite is spacious and modern I love how the cook top has one large burner and one small, unlike other hotels with 2 same size

The windows are large so the room is bright The gym is way better than many other marriott gyms No coins needed in the laundry room, credit card is fine Special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Shantelle who was so pleasant and helpful at check-in, and Robert who is so patient, courteous and helpful He is one of the best front desk team members I have had anywhere, and I’m an ambassador elite so I have seen a lot

Katie Ray

Pros: The staff was all very warm and friendly The hotel was clean and it was in a convenient location with ample parking Breakfast was included – nothing fancy, but it wasn’t bad either

It may sound silly, but I really liked the water in the lobbyCons: That mattress is one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on and the pillows were lumpy By the end of the week my back was aching

My Mom and I came to Maryland for a Church Youth Revival and last minute we were trying to find a place to stay and then we ended up finding the Laurel Manor BnB! We were so pleased with our stay here and definitely want to come back again! Our hosts Lisa & Dave were both so kind & immediately made us feel at home! We are so thankful for them! Also, the property is so beautiful! Plus, breakfast was so good! You feel like family when you are there!

Seth RIVKIN

Laurel Manor B&B is by far one of the best we’ve ever stayed at! From the well kept grounds and building to the wonderful homemade breakfasts and nighttime brownies, from the wonderful energy to the cleanest rooms we’ve ever seen in any B&B, Laurel Manor is a perfect place to stayOur thanks to Lisa Everett, the owner/operator, who was the perfect host We look forward to staying with you again and than k you for your hospitality!

Cheyenne Deane

Lisa saved my wedding from disaster this weekend when, just a few hours before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, I found out my guests food was completely cold My bridesmaids and I were staying at Laurel Manor House and Lisa and her husband were kind enough to allow us to use their ovensThe B&B is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully run

While we were there even the picky eaters among us enjoyed the hosts wonderful cooking Check in was extremely easy and the electronic door lock made coming in and out a breeze Parking behind the house is easy, spacious and feels secureAll of our rooms were set up as we asked and spotless for our arrivalI highly recommend staying here for anyone who is looking to visit the area or just needs a little vacation

Terrible experience I checked in for 1 night around 8pm and had to be transferred to 3 different rooms until I was in a proper hotel room The first room looking horrific with brown liquid dripping from the ceiling onto a plastic covered bed

The second room didn’t have working A/C, to which the front desk said it’s been broken for awhile Finally made it to the 3rd room around 11pm and it was in working order Not really the night I was looking for after a long days travel Highly recommend NOT staying at this hotel This was simply unacceptable and I will be taking my complaints to corporate

Sabriya Ali

I enjoy my stay very friendly customer service was fabulous and the energy was amazingKeep up the fabulous job Yet l think they need to loosen up on the dress code I enjoy seeing colors l feel as though we’re in a place of being yourself but with professorism

So as long as l can see colors it bright my day

Seth Burke

Front desk staff told us it was cheaper to go online and book however the online booking was very glitchy and we ended up having to have the front desk staff check us in The three people in the back were feet up chatting and didn’t seem too concerned with helping us out Also had a smashed screen outside our window that looked like it had been there for a while

Room was comfy overall

I’m not sure about pets, but they are NOT kid friendly We heard babies crying at 6am and we never said a word, naturally because it is a hotel and people come with their families However, we received 2 complaints in the middle of the afternoon (12:30 and 3:45) when our 3 and 4 year old were laughing and playing in the comfort of the room that we paid for

Not in the hallway, not in the lobby, but in our room We received a call with someone on the other end saying, “can you keep your kids quiet?” When we expressed concerns about this and how the stay was uncomfortable for us, we were told that there are pilots trying to get some sleep When I checked out and again expressed my concern to one of the representatives behind the desk, another woman (not a manager) stood beside her and tried to justify the calls by stating, “we have other paying customers too” I quickly dismissed her and pointed out that it was one of me and two of them and I will finish my discussion with the person that I started my conversation with (which happened to be understanding regarding my complaint) I asked for the manager, who was unavailable on a Monday afternoon, and I left a voicemail with no call back or resolve We also had a teenager who asked to use the pool but was told that it was closed, only to see that it was open for other guests Pick another hotel if you have a family, especially if you have small children The patience and service is less than desirable, to say the leastUpdate…the manager called me back He was apologetic and very professional We received a discount for our trouble and appreciate the response and resolve

Beautiful hotel Great location for my work trip As others have mentioned, walls and doors do not filter sound at all

Normal conversations are heard 3 rooms away Next door room sounds like they are leaning against the wall while talking on the phone This is just normal conversations!!!!! Every door closer is not set properly, so every door slams closed… you can barely prevent it if you are trying to be considerate I’m a big strong guy and those closers would be horrible for a child, handicapable person… Won’t be back

Ellah

Customer service was questionable at first Upon checking in, I stood and waited for the front desk person to acknowledge me for what felt like 5 minutes while talking to a a co-workerBesides that, my hotel experience was pretty good

It was a quick one night stay for work The room was clean and so was the bathroom The decor is fun and modern and location was perfect for what I needed!Disclaimer: if you’re looking for a relaxing hotel for a getaway or staycation if sorts, I would not recommend as it was pretty loud and had tons of kids and families Which isn’t a bad thing of course, but if you want quiet, I would look elsewhere I agree with the other reviewers stating that the walls are pretty thinAll in all, I would visit again

Perfect location for my needs The hotel needs work and quickly The phone in the room did not work! Couldn’t contact the front desk, so when we needed them we had to go down to the lobby! We had to ask 4-times to get body wash as the previous guests ripped the bottle of the wall in the shower

Awesome bartender! He was all by himself but kept up with everyone in a timely fashionLocation was very convenientThere was a wedding after party in one of the rooms It large l lasted well into the early morning hours The group was extremely loud; making it impossible to rest, sleep and relax! We called down to the lobby using our cell phones and they said there was nothing they could do as it was almost over and those guests were quiet That’s because management was in the lobby and not in the 3rd floor!!! Absurd

Jessica Pereira

At check-in, the gentleman was extremely nice and provided a warm welcome to Baltimore after a day of flight delays The hotel was nice with a clean lobby and nicely furnished room The bathroom left a little to be desired and the wall dispensers in the shower were broken off but it wasn’t a big deal

All in all, the actual stay would have been 4-5 stars, HOWEVER, when I arrived home from my business trip I found that I had been charged $108 and each of my colleagues staying at the same time had charges ranging from $90-210 with no reason or acknowledgment provided by the hotel at check out and itemized receipts never sent by email as promised I don’t know if they think that business travelers won’t be checking statements and that they can just throw random charges onto the room? Because of the shady nature of these additional charges and the time now spent on the phone with Marriott to dispute the charges, my company and our clients will be finding another hotel to use for our Baltimore travel needs

Brian Bittner

Spacious rooms with nice amenities The hotel is clean and the small sitting areas available both inside and outside are great to relax and chat or read It’s definitely designed to ease the weariness of travelling

The staff are cordial and very helpful The parking lot is very small but there is a good deal of guests from the airport with no cars – just depends on when your stay is

Best hotel experience from the moment we walked in until we checked out! This trip specifically was with our family and it was a large group for a soccer tournament Lobby was big and beautiful with lots of places to hang out as a team Pool was clean and the kids had a blast! Rooms were clean and one minor issue was taken care of right away

Only downside I can think of is rooms need some updating with outlets so don’t forget your charging blocks they do not have usb charging as many other hotelsThe staff, I could right a book on how accommodating and nice they were to not only the adults but the kids I truly felt like the manager was my personal concierge and nothing went unnoticed by this gentleman he was on point at all times! We wonder when he sleeps as he was always there The breakfast and all the amazing waitresses were fabulous, definitely worth the cost!!! Plus they filled up the kids water bottle every morning and the parents coffee cups! I can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel they were beyond exceptional and truly made our trip as stress free and enjoyable as possible!

Trish Anna

Everyone who worked here was so nice! The room was very large and clean The bed was extremely comfortable! My only complaint is that I was not aware that I would have to be given a voucher for my food credit since I am a rewards member and was not given one upon check in I didn’t get to use my credit my first night because I was not aware of this policy

The next morning, I asked for the credit , was told “ok”, and thought it would just be added on to my bill at breakfast I was told at the restaurant to go back to the front desk to physically get the voucher for breakfast I did not mention it while i was there I was unaware of how this worked at this particular Hilton property I missed out on my “complimentary” dinner the evening that I checked in which I honestly do not believe is fairThe room was quiet, clean, big, and nice Everyone who worked there was extremely friendly, helpful, and nice I cannot say enough good about them or the hotel! The hotel is secluded, also

So this is my story I needed a room close to the surgical center to which I was having surgery early in the morning The center had suggested another place I think they didn’t realize that this place was open which was only 6 minutes away from the center Newly renovated you could smell the newness everything!!! Not even dust, or dirt in the corners of the air-conditioned

Lol This place is really nice Mind you I’m a Picky oneThey serve free breakfast, there’s free parking and most of all a Chinese restaurant, nail salon, Italian restaurant, Cafe that serves brunch, supermarket and others just about 20 yards across the lot walking distance Did I mention a gas station? But my real experience I have to give a 10 to Savannah the desk clerk this woman is The epitome of what customer service It should be From Reserving my room and throughout my stay She was very empathetic to my needsThank you Miss SavannahFYI the pool is openThere’s a gymPrice very reasonableSorry I didn’t take pictures theirs don’t do justice

The hotel wasn’t very clean I stayed for two days No one ever cleaned the dirty towels out the pool/spa room

The outside sitting area was never cleaned A lot of dirty towels sitting outside and on the seats ALOT OF ANTS EVERYWHERE! as soon as we checked in I saw ants crawling on everythingAlso the front desk staff were not friendly I asked if it would be ok for room service to clean my room in the morning because we had trash that was also bringing more ants around I was told no because the room service only cleans rooms that people are checking out of I stayed at plenty of hotels and this was the first I ever heard of thatAlso wanted to add for people maybe booking this hotel for the poolPlease don’t The water was FREEZING The pool room was FREEZING IT was 100 degrees this weekend but the ac is on in pool room and the water is not heated You won’t be able to enjoy the pool especially if you have younger children And the sight of dirty soaking wet towels laying around everywhere was just grossAlso the refrigerator did not get coldBut the hotel was quiet and the pillows were comfortable

TLDR – Great place to stay!Although we only stayed one night we feel the hotel was very accommodating We wanted a place to stay so we could get an early trip to the airport We got a great price to keep our vehicle for a couple days until we returned

Jackie, at the front desk, was extremely courteous and helpful to us The trip to and from the airport in ‘the cookie van’ was prompt and courteous The room was clean and modern The food we ordered from the restaurant in the evening was delicious and the service was greatsame with breakfast in the morning The cookies were a nice touch We’ll stay there again the next time we fly out of BWI

Joseph Elkins

The front desk staff sit “too busy” on their personal phones and lie to people by saying that they don’t have water bottles for guests that pay hundreds of dollars for poor quality beds in rooms with very loud air conditioners and doors/walls through which you can hear every tone some one flushes or is talking Disrespectful staff 24/7 available to charge you $3/20oz water bottle The only great aspect of this experience was the wonderful daytime shuttle driver who is extremely kind and professional

Dimples h

The hotel smelled like gas Spoke with rude Kyle at the front desk about it He stated management was aware as this has been going on for weeks and they were not going to do anything about it

He brushed me off to speak with the next guest that walked up This is very dangerous for the guest and employees to be inThe next day (Sunday) I’m coming out of the bathroom naked and housing keeping is entering my room at 10am I went to the front desk and spoke with a man who stated he was the manager (did not want to provide his name to me) explained to him what happened and why are they entering my room at 10am if check out is not until 12pm He confirmed check out was at 12 and stated house keeping is short staffed I told him there was not an excuse as to why they were entering my room so early He apologized and asked if I wanted coffee or a cookie Like why would I want coffee or a cookie when I was just violated by entering a room we paid forOverall the room was nice! Doubletree needs to do better with their staff

Had a chance to stay in March of 2022 for a relaxing overnight The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and accommodating The views of the lake from our finally furnished room were outstanding and we loved watching the snow fall and swirl from our balcony

We had a chance to utilize the bar area for drinks and appetizers and enjoyed spending time with the staff while enjoying the comfort and views from the lounge area We didn’t have an opportunity to utilize the workout area, but took a peek and it is quite impressive We are excited to return once the restaurant fully opens in April Highly recommend the hotel for some of the finest, if not THE finest accommodations in the surrounding area

Nikola Susic

This hotel is absolutely stunning I was genuinely astounded by the quality of the place from the moment I walked in The atmosphere is modern, yet at the same time comforting, with a feeling of a lodge by the lake

Throughout my stay, I felt as though I was the focus of attention the entire time The staff tended to every need of my family and I, and my parents spoke very highly of the hospitality they experienced They genuinely saved my Christmas, because they put my parents in a good mood from the very start, which made dinner go much more smoothly than I would have expected I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and I will definitely be coming back to stay here in the near future If you are looking for a place to stay, I recommend you come here It is truly a hidden gem

Andrea Baines

Excellent! Had a gathering with friends at Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel and we had a fabulous time! The decor and ambience is delightful – fresh, stylish, contemporary with a warm feel The staff were also very warm and welcoming and totally felt in service to us – caring that we had a great time And a great time we had indeed! The cocktails are very tasty, good beer selection and the food — well, we were Super Impressed with what ‘bar food’ was

We chose to sit in the open, lively seating area near the bar and were SO pleased with the interesting choices and Delicious food – the fried burrata was amazing — and I don’t normally eat fried The grilled vegetable choice was done to perfection, and between the group, we had just about every item on the menu — and everyone was raving about what they had It was such a fun, uplifting, perfect time that we asked for a tour so a few of us could start planning functions there for organizations we are involved in 5 stars! Highly Recommend! Oh yes — and the view is beautiful, as are all the rooms And wait until you see the pool view — WOW! And it’s so fun to see all the old music posters from previous concerts at Merriweather Post Pavilion — a little trip down memory lane The attention to detail is apparent — from the stylish shape of the glasses, the silverware — this is a Marriott Autograph hotel that is truly top-notch!

The only reason that I gave this two stars rather than one because of the staff is really nice But this hotel has seen its better Days The rooms smells molded, it may be the carpet

It was difficult for me to sleep because of the smell I had a headache for the 2 nights that I stayed there My coworkers stated the same thingNormally hotel lobbies are nice and updated Not this one, so you know what you are going to get when you get to your room Even the wallpaper has scratches and dirt on it Horrible!!! Do not stay here unless you live lesser than this!

We booked in to a “suite” which is putting it very modestly The only upgrade was a bit more floor room It was on the fifth floor

There was peeling paint and wallpaper across most of the walls The toilet would not flush and ended up clogging immediately When going to the front desk, clerk was on a smoke break and had to call maintenance personally who was just not at work What kind of Hilton has no maintenance staff? We had to plunge the toilet ourselves Subsequently another person in my party tried to shower and the bath tub backed up When going to plunge to it to maybe try and fix it, black pieces came out of the drain God only knows what those were So we asked to move which they obliged The room the system said was available was not It was filthy and torn apart and smelt like some one had died in it from the hallway Back down to the desk we went They finally seemed to pull enough sense together to get us into a room seeing as how it’s approaching midnight and we’d be lucky if there was any more available The consolation was free ice cream and a changed rate The rate going from 135 to 99 a night In my opinion this place was comparable to a motel 6 which cost 30 dollars a night I probably would have slept better there I like a stiffer bed but I left with back pain The ac wasn’t working properly either as I dropped it to 66 degrees and the ambient temp stayed around 71 Damp and dingy The lobby bathroom stall is falling apart The pool was nice enough with a broken gate The entirety of the hotel comes from a time forgotten which was kinda cool for two minutes until you see how nasty it actually is I guess if I was as drugged as hunter s Thompson in fear and loathing this place would be marvelous But it is indeed a dumpster fire If you have live anywhere close to better than this hotel is not for you

Before a long day of travel, I had booked a room at this hotel for over $200 in hopes of rest before a 7 hour drive the next day I arrived to a chaotic place with people having cookouts and throwing baseballs in the parking lot There was one person working on an incredibly busy night

I tried to go to sleep just before 9pm to no avail There was yelling, screaming, and door slamming I contacted the front desk They sent “security” up to quell the ruckus to no avail The next time I called the lady said she’d have them evicted, but still nothing I called the front desk 8 times over the course of 3 hours and as I write this the noise is still as loud as it was at 9pm This is behavior I expect paying $60 at a Motel 6, but this is a Hilton property charging almost 4 times that amount Stay away from this place if you actually want to sleep

Jesse and Michelle are amazing hosts, very hospitable and warm We booked the whole place for two nights for a party event, and us and all our guests felt comfortable and excited to be there Breakfast was delicious each morning as we all sat in the sun room

The rooms are large, as are the en suite bathrooms The history of the house is fascinating and the grounds are gorgeous

The Inn was a great place to stay It’s easy to find off US 29 and my room was comfy, stylish, and very well appointed Also had a small sitting area, which added some delights

The hosts were friendly and took a lot of extra trouble to make sure that I had a gluten-free breakfast I am very grateful for such care There’s a fantastic ancient tree out front which is worth stopping to see My stay was in late October, but I have added going back in warmer weather to enjoy the patio and outdoor space to my bucket list Highly recommend this historic Inn

First the goodThey had last minute availability My flight was delayed 4 hrs, I called the hotel before my flight took off and let them know we would be arriving at 1a and asked if they could setup the crib before we arrived

They did this and also left us extra bedding and blankets The man at the front desk was friendly and helpful  They provide a free 24/7 shuttle to/from BWI and Jack, the shuttle driver, was excellent Our room AC worked well in the summer heat and the bed and bedding were comfortable I absolutely LOVE their soft down pillows Breakfast options were very limited but I did enjoy the oatmeal (I was able to add butter, coconut flakes, shaved nuts and cinnamon) and coffeeThe badIts definitely the most rundown Hyatt Place I have been to Its an older building and the furnishings are very worn, dead bug in the light above the sink, moldy shower tile, carpets and furniture stained, etc  No outlets at the desk and the outlets by the TV near the desk didn’t work The outlet next to the bed was difficult to get to The blackout curtains didn’t quite cover the whole window so light poured in and woke me up at 7am

I stayed at the Hyatt Place in Linthicum MD a few weeks ago and the staff was exceptionally kind The young woman at the reception desk with the long hair and big glasses is an asset to the hotel It was very busy and the rooms were not ready but she handled everything with patience and kindness

The room was very nice and clean and the pillows are great! I will definitely stay there again!

I wish zero stars was an option because 1 star is too many The hotel stunk and smelled liked pot It was dirty and in disrepair

My daughter was threatened by another guest because she thought my daughter was “stalking her luggage cart” when in reality, my daughter was just trying to get the one and only other cart in the entire hotel which just happened to be down the hall past the threatening guest The carpet in our room was stained, the enamel in our tub was chipped, the sink did not drain, and everything looked like it was falling apart We booked for 4 guests and the room had glasses and towels for 2 guests Also the towels were awful They were old and worn out We tried to buy bottled water in the “shop” and we were told to go to 7-11 We paid over $200 for one night I feel like if the hotel doesn’t provide a reasonable representation of what they claim to offer they should have to refund your money since we can’t get a refund if we cancel too late Fair is fair Save your money and stay somewhere else

Just checked out and I can’t say enough great things about this hotel I love the showers Awesome water pressure and they had updated seamless shower enclosures so there was NO MILDEW 🤩

The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly We were visiting family and the location was perfectWe had a nice corner room and it was very quiet There were a lot of people staying and we heard no outside noiseWe didn’t get a chance to try out the pool or the breakfast buffet but hopefully will get to next time we stay because I will definitely be back!

Nice, quick check in for a one night stay I was surprised to hear that breakfast was from 5:30-8:30

I woke up early after 24 hours of travel so as not to miss itThe hotel’s interior is recently renovated and the room reflected that It was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and toiletries The hotel was quiet, shower was hot, and breakfast was decent My sink was clogged and drained very slowly, too late before I realized it And I think it’s unhygienic to put the coffeemaker in the bathroom

Janeen Maul

This hotel charges a $150 deposit that is returned after 3 to 5 business days It is not listed on the reservation or the confirmation they send Ridiculous considering the room is only $130 per night, I’m a rewards member, booked directly through them with a credit card, and stay frequently at other best westerns without issue

The woman at the front desk was rude, abrupt, and very unhelpful She took a phone call while I was attempting to check in and was rude to that person as well I had her cancel the stay and drove to another best western in Frederick where they treat their guests with respect and don’t charge a ridiculous deposit

The hotel is in need of a deep cleaning It was dusty and visibly dirty base boards, windows etc The bed was worn and the pillows are like small bags of rocks

Super uncomfortable stay Staff wasn’t to friendly and hardly said helloWe’ve stayed here before and each stay has gotten worse The bar tender was on her phone checking out social media while we were trying to get drinks We will not stay again I certainly do not recommend this hotel, there are other options in this area These were my pillows in my picture I literally folded them in half When I asked for new ones, they lady at the front desk was totally annoyed with me They did deliver 2 new pillows that weren’t much better and they said they could only replace 2, so my husband had to tough it out

My first visit to this hotel will be my last I had a bad feeling about this place upon arrival The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful, but the overall experience was terrible

I reserved two rooms and requested either adjoining rooms or rooms next to each other (for me, my daughter(s), and her friends who were celebrating her birthday) They allegedly accommodated my request, however, when my children and I went into one of the rooms, it was already occupied We had to scramble back out of the room as not to disturb the occupant Unfortunately, the only other available room was two floors away from my girls in the second room That didn’t work for us, so we wound up leaving and checking into a nearby hotel I understand an honest mistake, but it was late and we’d had a long day We were ready to hit the showers and go to bed Having to find another hotel after 11P was very inconvenient and even more tiring Also, IDK if the guest in the room we went into was a hard sleeper or what because they didn’t budge when we barged into the room I asked the front desk attendant to check on them I hope they did!

I stayed at this hotel for one night with my family, including two kids, and it was a great option for us The hotel was clean and the check-in was easy and smooth Everyone at the front and bell desks was friendly

Front desk gave my kids “golden tickets” good for a free item at the coffee shop, which made the kids feel special The hotel is directly across the street from Camden Yards and you cannot beat this location if you’re coming into town for a ball gameOur room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable and fit our four people The only available option when I booked was a room with two double beds We would have enjoyed bigger beds but for one night it was perfectly fineI booked a room with a ballpark view and it blew away my kids If you get a different room view there is a great spot on the fourth floor where you can look out into the ballparkThe pool is a lap pool and less than 4 feet deep at all spots It was enough for a short time with the kids to get some energy out but not big enough to spend an afternoon or any extended period of time

Aaron Chau

Great hotel! The experience was seamless from check in to check out It’s also really close to the harbor so it was neat to explore/walk around the neighborhoodThe rooms were large and clean

Many of them have an amazing view of the ballpark A few drawbacks though – the air conditioner was kinda on the weak side and the showerhead (or water pressure) can be improvedThe breakfast was only buffet style I wasn’t aware of this ahead of time and since we were pressed for time, we skipped it Thankfully, the lobby also had a grab-n-go cafe with breakfast sandwiches and drinks!Parking was also quite cheap for a downtown hotel So no complaints there! The garage was easy to navigate and there are more than enough spaces

S R

The mixed reviews made me a little nervous, but overall it was a great stay I booked some sort of special that came with a plush animal & never got it, so if you see that, don’t bother Room was nice, kids like the pool despite the filtration system needing a check as the water wasn’t a clear as it should be

There is a restaurant/bar area open that had a delicious breakfast & everyone that worked there was friendly I highly recommend using the app to check in & out of the hotel I did have to go to the front desk twice & both people working were nice & we received requested towels promptlyThe hotels located is awesome, walking distance to the Babe Ruth museum & directly across from Camden Yards

Lots of great things about this hotel Very, very welcoming, professional, helpful staff, including shuttle drivers Convenient location close to airport and places to eat

My sole, one and only complaint is that I had to make a cleaning request several times over the course of almost 3 days I honestly would have had no problem doing it myself if they’d have let me borrow the cleaning supplies 😂 Even with this though, the staff was genuinely apologetic and did end up getting it taken care of Being away from home for work can be draining These folks did an overall fantastic job making it a pleasant experience Google doesn’t let you do 1/2 stars, but I’d give 45 stars if possible

This is my first time doing this for the Honor Flights of Veteran’s I had no say in the choice of the places we visited or where we stayed I was just more than thrilled to be able to go see the memorial places and statues, that have been built for us veteran’s

The hotel is definitely off the beaten path The entrance is of no difference to most of any of the 100`s of hotel’s I have stayed in, throughout the years The reception area or front desk, is not big The help was good and pleasant, upon my arrival at noon Apparently me and third floors are a thing The room is nicely proportioned The bathroom has nice big shower with glass doors, but yet once again, there is a problem The toilet is placed just as you enter to the left, in that you will have to close the door to be able to use it I understand that, but come on So now the bed area, and the flat screen tv Another big sized one, approximately 48 inches or more I did scroll through the channels and saw a lot of available channels Unfortunately it’s been 4 days since I was there, so my memory is not good of what was in the room, but I do recall a fridge, but no microwave Dang, I don’t recall any coffeemaker The heating cooling unit seemed to be a little loud The room I was in, had no view outside The shower was good with a decent amount of pressure Continental breakfast is good with the usual stuff of scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast sticks, bacon, and the bread stuffs Coffee, strong or decaffeinated, or just hot water, and OJSo, all in all, I had a very memorable visit to Baltimore and Washington DC Thanks to all the people that gave me, an honored Vietnam War veteran, the help I need in this time of memory’s God bless you

Rob Barrett

This is a large hotel with a restaurant, bar and pool There are restaurants and bars within walking distance We stayed for one night because we had to fly out early the next morning

The server and cook at breakfast were excellent! We told them we had to leave early and she got our order in quickly it came out in a few minutes steaming hot; it was good!
