Service was incredible! Made the reservation through my Marriott Bonvoy app and was able to check in through the app as well as give my ETA and was assigned a specific room which is also provided, upgraded my room because of my Ambassador status and could also use the digital key on my phone! Was so incredibly easy and such a smooth check in and out! Was given a welcome bag when I did bring my luggage in from car! Impeccable service! The hotel was extremely clean! No garbageSmelled incredibleHave a game room with a pool table, a huge outdoor patio, swimming pool and hot tub inside, breakfast as well as a laundry room with several washers and dryers!I will be staying here again!Thank you!

Great hotel, ideal for a long-term stayOur room was spacious, with kitchenette stocked so we could do some light cooking Service was friendly and helpful

Breakfast was a highlight — they rotate some of the hot food so it’s different day to dayNice gym and pool, plus some outdoor seating with fire bit and mini basketball courtLocation is solid — right off the highway, and less than a mile from a ton of restaurants and a few grocery stores Only drawback is the sidewalk isn’t completed all the way to the nearby shopping development, so the walk there isn’t as pleasant as it could be

Joseph Soriano

I don’t think I could’ve asked for anything more The lobby was beautiful, the room had anything I needed, the service was courteous, and the breakfast was pretty goodThe pool was a decent temperature, there were many different general amenities, basketball court, outdoor patio, grills, indoor dining areas, billiards room

This hotel stay stands out in my memory

The Hotel is fairly new and the furnishings and public spaces all in good condition As a former hotel manager I notice a things that many miss I think what you definitely can’t hide is the staff

I was very please to see polite, efficient people who make eye contact and can answer most questions efficiently The only thing I was disappointed about was the breakfast, having everything packaged is understandable Making my final comment is Covid related, the breakfast was due to safety as was many items in the room I will return and I fell they are handling the additional needs of the virus well

Shannon Cook

Pulled into this hotel at 5:30am, every hotel for 50 miles was sold out When I called he exclaimed that he had one room left and he would hold it for us We were greeted kindly upon arrival, he was quick and efficient to check us in and get us to bed

The room was clean, bed was comfy, we had everything that we needed When checking out the woman was sweet, the breakfast was packaged but was sufficient and the man running that was very helpful! Would stay here again!! Thank you!

Without a doubt, the best stay I’ve had in a long time Location was close to my destination and food options I loved that breakfast was included which is not common these days

The room was big and I enjoyed the kitchen as well I did request a higher floor which I did getThe two negatives I had were there seemed to be a sports group in town They were loud while we tried to sleep and they didn’t offer housekeeping (even though I asked) I didn’t like putting my trash outside of my door or going down to the front desk and ask for sheets after I discovered a small blood stain I understand the world we live in but its one of the perks I do miss I think if you aren’t going to offer housekeeping than the least that can happen is to make sure the lines are clan and don’t have any kind of stains Overall, I would stay again and plan too

Endeavor Aerial Photography (Endeavor UAS)

This was our first stay at a TownePlace Suites As other reviews mentioned, the location is currently undergoing a renovation We did not encounter any issues related to that and it did not impact our stay at all

The room was spacious and clean The sofa bed, which we utilized because of the size of our family, was a bit disappointing and (according to my son) very uncomfortable I thought perhaps the mattress was missing, but was told that it was simply a “new design” Sometimes new is not betterThe pool was a bit disappointing and the pool itself, although not filthy, was not the cleanest we’ve encountered There was also a lack of sufficient towels Needless to say, we did not stay long at allBreakfast was decent with options for microwaved breakfast sandwiches or a pre-packaged quiche, among the typical pastries, oatmeal, and cereal The sandwiches and quiche had ingredients listed on the package, which is important for us due to some specific dietary restrictionsThe staff was very friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze

N PF

The hotel room was very nice I was greeted warmly by Alaina and Ryan They were always helpful and pleasant

Thanks for everything guys! The hotel was under renovation during our visit, but I did not hear any noise from the 4th floor The breakfast was great, but not many options, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby Room service is not available daily, but the staff was very helpful with making sure that we had any and all supplies that we needed, they took time to bring it to us within minutes of asking I will certainly return

We found this amazing place on a whim Luckily someone had cancelled there reservation and in less than 24 hours we arrived It’s not easy to plan far in advance with 3 kids under the age 5

This place made everything so worth it We booked our reservation with the owner Monique She was detail oriented and nice to talk with Chris welcomed us with wine and warm cookies Breakfast was superb We stayed in The Turret room The house was beautiful and our room smelled really good The room necessities were a bonus The robe material was heavy and warm Close proximity to downtown We walked to Magoo’s for dinner We look forward to visiting again and thank you for welcoming us

Allison Jervis

My husband and I were traveling through Maryland for our honeymoon and decided to make this cute place our first stop Do yourself a favor and stop here too Monique the owner and Christopher were such wonderful hosts and were very kind and professional

They cooked the most delicious breakfast for us and made us feel like royalty The house has a collected and vintage feel while still being very clean and cozy We were able to walk to a nice dinner and see the neighborhood which was very fun! Also Violet the dog deserves 5 stars for being a sweetheart

Kathy Alba

10 Clarke mixes old world charm and modern amenities We were graciously greeted by Christopher who introduced us to what the property had to offer Next we were treated to iced tea, red or white wine and freshly baked cookies in the parlor where we chatted with another guest

Our room, Poet’s suite was spacious and clean The linens were good quality and the bed and pillows were comfortable Soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer were provided10 Clarke is nicely situated and we walked downtown to stroll around the Carroll Creek area Later in the evening we walked to dinner at one of the many fine restaurants Frederick has to offer After returning from dinner, we noticed the party lights in the back yard It is a spacious area with patio table and chairs and multiple seating areas that are perfect for fair weather enjoyment among the trees and plantingsThe next morning we met Rachael, the property manager and hostess, who presented a wonderful breakfast of her nicely prepared house specialty items The food exceeded all expectations and was complimented by her gracious and warm manner Breakfast was served in the formal dining room with lovely table settings10 Clarke checks all the boxes and is a place to visit and return to We plan to return and bring friends

Catherine Pellicane

Pleasantly surprised Best Fairfield Inn I have stayed at The beds, pillows and blankets-were amazingly comfortable

The continental breakfast food was different than the norm: fresh burrito egg sandwiches, hot bagels with egg bacon or turkey bacon and cheese etc a whole variety all fresh and delicious The staff super friendly and accommodating The place was quiet although I could hear people walking in room upstairs One thing to fix: room smelled too much of cleaning solution so need to tone that down But I still rate you 5 stars

Scott Ruch

Experienced a hint of attitude when I arrived to ask for room keys since I already checked in on the app Where I also had to be the one to ask for help while the two young lady’s just sat at the counter The room they put me in is right behind the elevator, so everytime someone uses the elevator, it wakes you up with a loud compressor sound

Will not be staying here ever again As a loyalty member I would expect better, but as an intelligent individual I would expect to make this room into a maintenance room for maids or something It’s that bad

Janine Beatty

I wish I had a better experience at this hotel in May 2022 I stayed at a few Marriott’s in Frederick over the years, especially when I am going to festivals at Linganore The lobby is tight, strangely set-up, and one small elevator

The rooms are ok, but very uncomfortable pull out couch Also, there seems to be a leaking issue that causes weird smells in the rooms It was apparent the hotel staff were aware of the issue, but not very willing to fix things without being prompted Honestly, the worst part of my stay was the hotel staff I am not sure if it was a bad night, but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced My family had 5 different rooms and checked in at various times The one constant was the attitude from the staff They were rude, condescending, and overall nasty to our whole party I should of canceled when a day before check-in, I received an email saying that my room rates were being changed because I had too many rooms After calling and emailing about the changing my rate and the ridiculousness of getting an email one day before my trip, I was finally able to speak to an assistant manager who corrected everything I met with the property manager the next day and explained all the issues, which are more than I’m detailing here She apologized and said she would speak with the staff She also went over what should of happened This was fine, but I also would of expected more from Marriott Either way, this property is off my list Do yourself a favor and stay at the Marriott SpringHill about 10 mins away or the Residence Inn next door

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights for a wedding weekend Terrific clean room, great service Good location

Explored charming downtown Frederick for the first time on Friday, took a Lyft Loved the town, vibe, restaurant food was outstanding, architecture, happy hours Attending a local wedding the next day in the country and it was delightful Lots of guests also stayed there Very kind and nice staff Lobby has some foods and drinks available all the time Would stay there again!

Paige Glidden

Stayed for one night and it was great We checked in using the app and exclusively used the digital key, so the only interaction with staff was in the morning when one of the staff members setting up breakfast said good morning, but that was a positive experience The room was spacious and bathroom was much nicer than I anticipated

Check in/out and accessing our room was seamless

Lesley Amy

Nice place to crash for one night after a wedding, but I wouldn’t want to stay more than one night We could hear the pipes though the walls and ceiling all night, and the AC was cold but it still felt humid I informed the front desk at checkout that the shower head in our room needed cleaning, and they immediately wrote a note to handle, and they were so nice, so I’ll give the staff an A+

Great experience! I hosted my friend’s baby shower at Springfield Manor Winery The baby shower was a huge success Everything went perfectly; the food was delicious, the drinks were great, the space was beautiful and the staff was awesome! I worked with Valerie and she was very flexible with us and made sure to have a solid back up plan in place for us in the case of inclement weather, even worked with us to make “game time” decisions right before the shower began

She even shared suggestions of how we can work the drinks and food into the shower to make it easier on us Our baby shower guests genuinely enjoyed their time there and I had a very good experienceThank you to Valerie and the whole team!

Whitney Carstetter

Came here with my lady friends yesterday The manor was beautiful outside I’m sure the inside was gorgeous but they had a wedding going on so we weren’t able to venture in

The barn was really pretty inside It was really crowded and couldn’t hear any of our conversations but the atmosphere was fun Had the cocktail flight and only liked two of the four but the Ukraine drink was delicious!!We plan to come back for the lavender festival! We definitely recommend experiencing the place if you haven’t been before

Vincent Barr

Went here with my significant other for drinks and food and left extremely satisfied! I tried two beers, but my favorite was the double scoop, which was a mango ice cream blonde Wings were pretty good as well The view is amazing! Easy to get to as well since it is right off 15

I drove 40 minutes to get there but definitely worth the drive!

Robert Heim (Bob H)

The bed was very comfortable and the suite was nice except for the noise of the toilet flushA few disappointments spoiled our stayThe lack of carts and no way to obtain the use for one in reasonable time, I tried for 40 minutes

The exercise room and hallways are dirty: mirrors and windows disgustingly dirty in the exercise room and the two clocks in that room were dead There were no towels and no way to clean my sweat off the items that I used; not a good practice for any gymOur room had things in the dishwasher when we arrived it took a while to discover why these items were “missing” and I wasn’t sure that they had been washedAlso, the climate control for our room should have come with some instructions It was set for heat but became unbearably warm until I set the control for cool with continuous fan (not automatic) If you explain the best settings for comfortable climate it would have helped immenselyAlso, the supply of some breakfast food had run out at 9:30AM I sampled the sausage and eggs but they were terrible – tasted like they had been overcooked and sitting for 24 hours The apple I tasted was soft and near to spoilage, clearly way past edible

Roxanne Richardson

The dining room and front desk staff were always welcoming and friendly I’m a single mother with 4 kids that was staying there while our house was being repaired The manager was my only issue at this hotel

One of my kids was playing with a light outside the hotel I was getting my child and the manager came out of the hotel and said he couldn’t play with it, which I knew I told her thank you and I was taking care of it She kept approaching my child even after repeated attempts of me asking her to stop and back away She got an attitude and gave me a dirty look before going back inside We saw her in the hallway later that day and she turned her nose up at us and didn’t speak Part of the headboard fell off from above my bed and bruised my daughter’s cheek There was a screw missing that was supposed to be holding it up I reported it to the front desk My insurance calls to inform me we have to relocate Management from the hotel never reached out to me, came to my room, called or anything She was peeking around corners in the lobby and office when she saw us arrive back at the hotel I informed my insurance person that I didn’t have a vehicle, it was raining and they had not set up the reservation for another hotel My insurance asked the manager for us to check out the next day and she refused Her exact words were, “that’s not my problem We’ll allow a late check out but they have to get out today” Poor customer service to throw your “power” around because you’re upset about a situation I will be calling corporate and the Better Business Bureau I will never recommend this hotel as long as she is the manager

Carolyn Privitera

First of all, the property was clean and the staff was very professional But that’s about it!Upon check in, I was told that there is no daily housekeeping staff so the room doesn’t get cleaned or sheets changed everyday so if I needed anything such as towels or paper products

just to come down to the front desk and ask for them and they would give me whatever I needed I stayed 3 nightsno housekeeping services were provided during my entire stay! Half of the electricity in my room did not work and a lampshade was missing on the lamp near the bed I reported these issues the very next day day after my first night I was told since it was a Sunday, the issues probably would not get addressed by maintenance until Monday I also at the same time, obtained towels, tissues and toilet paper from the front desk and proceeded to carry it back to my room On Sunday night, I went to turn on the TVit didn’t work I figured out the remote control needed batteries On Monday morning while I was collect more towels and paper products for my room, I explained the situation to the front desk I was told that they would report it but if it wasn’t taken care ofthey could give me batteries to replace in the remote I explained that the remote need a screw driver to get to the batteries and was toldOhwe can give you the batteries and a small screw driver for you to take back to your room The electricity and the TV remote situation was never addressedThis was a horrible experienceI give myself better service in my own home !

Check in at the 24/7 diner! Hotel was clean, nice price Bathroom was recently renovated and had a large shower/bath Air Conditioning was irregular – thermostat seemed to not control it well

There was no on-site maintenance, and no amenities such as a lounge or pool There is a vending machine, laundry, and small fitness center with a couple treadmills There is also a patio with a grill on the bottom level Don’t expect to walk anywhere in town except the diner and Adele’s next door – there are so sidewalks and “downtown” is a few neighborhoods over Best to drive to this site

Nice rooms comfortable beds but when I reserved the room I paid for the “romance package” chocolate covered strawberries wine and roses were to be waiting in our room on the bed also breakfast room service and a late check out When my wife and I arrived there was no such thing as a romance package

we did not get any of the extras I had hoped for no room service there was wine available in the lobby and the maids pounded on our door every hour like the police! Our quiet romantic evening and morning was a let down We have 5 kids and was really looking forward to a quiet morning sleeping in but it didn’t happen thanks to the maids probably won’t visit this hotel again

Shearmene Steals

The hot tub was closed, couldn’t use the gym due to the pungent sewer odor, the pool also smelled bad after being in it for 30 minutes, the computers were also not working during breakfast at the hotel the waitress was very polite and helpful as well as the dining staff however the cook did not get my orders correct He made me wait 40 minutes to recieve my breakfast after preparing food for other guest at the hotel, although I was first to order

Todd Hess

I spend 80% of my time living out of Hiltons So I know what to expectPositive:Rooms are largeHousekeeping staff does a great job

Negative:Maintenance needs in the rooms need attentionMaintenance again, the spa out of orderFront desk lady was very rude when we arrivedOne of the reasons why we chose a Garden Inn, is because they have a onsite pub when we come home in the evening we can have a drink before retiring We were told us guest we’re not allowed to have drinks because they had rented it out for a private party The manager argued that he could reduce our accommodations anytime he wanted We’re paying for something we’re not gettingI recommend you do not stay here Just stay at the Hampton, that’s the service level you get Why Pay More

Lovely place! Our family had a great time My kids enjoyed fishing, playing games at the arcade, swimming in the pool, eating ice cream, and cooking on the campfire at night! I got all of the top scores on Donkey Kong, so, when I return, I will be checking to see if anyone beats my scores! We ended up here because we needed a local spot families could enjoy that was dog friendly The cost was quite reasonable and it worked out great for us! There’s also a nearby grocery store, so you still have access to civilization

Katie Holland

Our family has been to Ole Mink Farm several times in the last few years and we’ve always enjoyed our stays The cabins are cute and most supplies are provided for you, although you do need to bring your own sheets and towels – we always bring sleeping bags for kiddos to make it easier There are bathrooms w/ showers if needed, a game room, a pool, and plenty of outdoor activities in the area

We mostly enjoy sitting on the porch, sipping coffee or wine, and playing games, enjoying nature, and making new friends The staff are always wonderful, and the front office has basic necessities including meat, fresh produce and ice-cream 🙂 We’ll be back soon!

Anita Andrade

This was our second stay at Ole Mink Farm The Irons Family are always so kind and accommodating to our needs Each time we have rented a pet-friendly cabin, it is always pristine

The kitchen at Coffee Hollow is lovely and all we needed to bring was food The furniture was very comfortable We brought 3 teenage girls for a birthday weekend and they loved the assortment of board games and hiking in the area We look forward to booking our next stay and reccomend Coffee Hollow Lodge for a large party
