The New Inn is a true oasis in Temecula As soon as we arrived, we were greeted with a private check-in process and complementary champagne The room itself is gorgeous – vaulted ceilings, indoor/outdoor shower, large lounging space, outdoor patio with a private fire pit, and an unbeatable view

The construction feels new and the amenities are luxurious On top of all this, the service is what really makes a splash Norma went out of her way to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay, including a spontaneous in-room dining with wine pairing on short notice We spent 2 nights here and wish we could have stayed longer – we’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the unforgettable experience

Truly relaxing! Beautiful room with scenic views and daily hummingbird visits! Woke to hot air balloons flying across the early morning sky Star gazed at night while sitting next to our private fire pit Need something? Wendy and Norma were welcoming, attentive and friendly! Enjoyed an afternoon respite in the heated round pool with family thanks to Alicia’s hospitality! Just wished we could have stayed longer! Can’t wait to return!

The New Inn was AMAZING Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night The check-in office was closing a little early the day we got there, so they texted us all of the information that we needed to get into the property and our room

When we arrived a very nice lady was just getting there to start her shift She dropped everything she was doing to show us to our room and give us a tour The New Inn was located in a secluded area, but it was still just 10 minutes to the main strip of wineries I had picked this place based on the pictures of the relaxing bathtub, but we also enjoyed the private patio, outdoor shower, and fire pit We would love to go back and stay there for a week!

Beautiful bed and breakfast Rooms were spacious and elegant with huge bathrooms, individual fireplaces, and balconies or patios for each room The complimentary breakfast was always delicious, and they had great wine for tastings

Staff was friendly and helpful We did a lot of wine tastings, and this was the only one that provided free palate cleansing crackers Good discount for multiple bottles

Sary Lee

Had an amazing stay here The room was cozy and comfortable Seemed like a brand new bed! I loved the fireplace and the jetted tub

Enjoying the patio in the evening with wine and morning with coffee was perfect Their complimentary breakfast was delicious Front desk and breakfast room employees were all very friendly We loved our little getaway here and will definitely be recommending it to others! Thank you!

If you are looking for something small and quaint, this is the place for you I booked our stay via Hotelscom

Parking: Plenty AND it’s free!General Area/Front Desk: Check in was a breeze But, I think I would have been frustrated if we would have arrived later as nobody is at the front all of the time, you have to call It wasn’t a big deal for us as we didn’t need anything I absolutely fell in love with simplistic yet welcoming scenes inside The general areas/niches were tastefully decorated with wine themed wall decor and the cutest sofa tables, credenzas, accent tables and leather chairsThe Room: The room was spacious King bed, fireplace, side tables, small fridge, and dresser I can’t comment on the bed because it doesn’t matter where I stay, I’m never comfortable in anything other than my own bed The closet was small and did not have enough hangers The bathroom was large but a little odd in how it was designed There were two sinks, a jacuzzi tub (which we didn’t use, I stay away from them as I think they are a petri dish of stuff I don’t want to know about), a toilet and a shower One thing I would have changed about the layout is put the toilet behind a door and place a hanger next to the shower so there is a place to hang your towel The shower could have used a thorough cleaning on the ceiling as you could see mold beginning to form It looked like someone new at painting had painted the bathroomyou could see their mistakes, it was pretty obvious The balcony had a table and two chairs which was perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening As prior reviewers have stated, the walls are a little thinnow and again I could hear noises from the room next to us I feel bad for the the people next to us, they probably heard my hubby snoring most of the night! But heck, after a few glasses of wine, I didn’t hear a thing!Breakfast: Service was amazing! The area was clean and the food was good too We visited in April so we sat inside If you can, sit outside It increases the ambiance and maybe you will catch a hot air balloon or two taking off My only recommendation to the kitchen, add gluten free optionsWine Tasting: Well, we were the only ones there at 10 am, which was fun We completely forgot about our free glass until we came home! Maybe I can collect on it another day The wines were good, but we definitely need to go back because I don’t think my taste buds were operational at 10 am!Anniversary: This little trip was for our 20 year anniversary I ordered a basket along with some decorative touches This included 2 rose pillows, heart decor on the bed and three battery operated lights The cutest part – the front desk calling me to see when we were arriving to make sure the champagne was chilled Oh and I didn’t pick up because I thought it was a scam call Nevertheless, we were welcomed by a chilled bottle of champagne to start our adventure! So, if this place was so amazing, why the 4? Well, the mold on the ceiling really freaked me out It tells me the cleaning staff is not paying attention to detail Then, the schlepping of our luggage up the stairs Granted, it was only 14 steps, but when you have packed for a week (clothing for warm and cold temperatures so suitcases were heavier then normal) it kinda puts a damper on day 1Would I stay here again? Absolutely, it’s close to the other wineries, easy on the wallet and we Ubered everywhere we went I can’t wait to stop again when the grapes have ripened!Check out my pics!

We had a great stay at Ponte Decided late to make our way to Temecula and found a room with ease for 2-nights Our room was clean and had a view of the winery & vineyard next door

The grounds are well kept and beautiful We received credit for the Bouquet Restaurant and it did not disappoint Had brunch both days before hitting the nearby wineries It was also a treat to see all the hot air balloons floating over the inn each morning You could almost touch them on their descend Happy to book another couple nights here next time we’re in town

While traveling with my son, we stayed here for a night My first priority was safety, after staying at a previous hotel that I did not feel safe at this was a concern The staff were welcoming and very friendly

They allowed us to check in early My kiddo used the pool, the room was clean and no noise at night, was able to sleep soundly There are 2 charging spots for electric cras, unfortunately they were taken by the time I had to charge my car The room had a full on kitchen and refrigerator, was very surprised Oh and it looks like pets/ dogs are allowed I saw a few guest with their dogs If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely consider staying here again!

I am having a bad experience at this location I’ve been to Woodland Hills location and had a good experience there so i was surprised at my experience here First of all, they allowed early check but the room was literally right in front of the two elevators and ice machine

We have a special need child and hearing ding sounds all night would be a big issue and i explained the situation and they said that was only room available for early check in So we said that we will wait till 4pm check in for a different room and she said that they cannot be guaranteed another room even at 4pm check in because the hotels is full Since we didn’t want to argue, we took the room Surely enough the elevator was dinging throughout and we constantly heard group of people talking while waiting for the elevator When we tried to use the kitchen knife, there were green molds that couldn’t be removed with dishwashing soap and when the maintenance lady came to exchange it she exclaimed “that is disgusting!” and apologized I also got multiple insect bites the first day and caught a mosquito the second day hoping that it was culprit and not something else The second day, my son wanted to swim, since that was the whole point of the trip (as i mentioned that i have a special need child) the pool was not available, it was 5pm, because they had to clean it(the pool hours are from 8am to 10pm) So the the third day, i asked for a late checkout at 1pm since i had promised my son that he will be able to swim for the missed swimming time and the same lady who rejected all my requests said that the hotel is full and he can only have a late check out at 12pm Full hotel on Wednesdaythere were only few people seen at breakfast hour and no one at the pool

E Boehm

The service was good when we checked in and the hotels in a great location I think But the rooms although nice are very dirty with multiple stains on the carpet in the bedrooms and the family room Also the sofa had stains all over both sides of the cushions

The sink was plugged up in the bathroom and although somebody came up to clean it when I complained but they said they couldn’t try to clean the carpets till the next day but they couldn’t guarantee they get any of the stains out Not an acceptable answer Not for $250 a night We were told that they tried to clean the stains but they don’t come out Which is not an acceptableanswer The hotel is only 3 years old we checked in for a half an hour and checked out again and went back to the Staybridge sweets in Temecula which was so much better than this place I would never say it this hotel

Barbie Connelly

We had an outstanding time for the week that we were at Europa During our registration Kelsey was extremely accommodating and gave us quite a bit of information on where to visit in the area The two wineries at the location were excellent, as was the restaurant

We had dinner every night at Bolero and it was fantastic I would definitely like to mention Aaron, a staff member who spent so much time with us giving us lots of history about the area and San Diego He also told us great restaurants to eat at for lunch at Old Town, Every day he was extremely kind and went out of his way to make sure we were having the best time ever The hotel is very lucky to have such an outstanding employee has Aaron

Mary Zunino

We did a wine tasting at Bolero with Rachael She was excellent We visited 11 wineries during our stay and she was by far the best

Her knowledge, her concern for making sure we tried what our taste buds like was exceptional We love reds, deep, full bodied This was the only place we bought wine Definitely will come back here Ask for Rachael, you won’t be disappointed!

Danielle Retter

We come here frequently because of the friendly servers and the consistency of the service This isn’t your run of the mill restaurant You’re paying for a high quality meal in a beautiful authentic Spain setting

The head Chef, Chef Hani, is really down to earth and takes great pride in his food You’ll frequently see him greeting guests because he truly seems to care about the satisfaction of his guests

Nicholas Cox

Rented a small conference room here to film a deposition; so I don’t know what the actual rooms are like The lobby is beautiful Friendly staff

They only gave us access to the free/open “lobby” wifi It seems to be working well, I just wish we could have been given access to a more secure networkThe coffee in the breakfast area is fresh and tasty Which is important because I take it blackLots of options for food nearby Whatever you’re into, looks like they might have it

My wife and I stayed at the Inn at Europa Village for three nights and we loved it The inn is up on a hill overlooking the valley below and all of the room have been redone We stayed in the Vineyard Master Suite with a large living room, a very nice bathroom with a large walk in shower, a large bedroom with a fireplace, and a very large balcony that overlooked the vineyards and valley below; it was fabulous! That also have a very nice jacuzzi that was the perfect place to watch the sun set

Daley Dodd

The customer service is poor I think it starts with their management We asked for later checkout because there was a medical need, and they said they have a strict 11 am check-out

In the hospitality business, you should try to accommodate guests, and managers are there to create solutions instead of making guests upset We got the excuse that the hotel is too small to accommodate late checkouts There were other issues as wellRegarding their phone recording, they stated that check-in was at 3 PM, and once we arrived at the location it was 4:000 pm I think part is that they are under staffed The same person answering phones is doing check-in’s

Rekha Nilkanth

Beautiful building – room was spacious Balcony was nice to haveRoom had basic things but no fridge or TV in the room

TV was in great room and a common fridge for all guests Coffee machine in dinning area but no sink to put your used cups Someone comes and picks them up every so often, I guess

Nice getaway from LA Don’t try to check in early Even though rooms are available, they say they will text you (not!) when your room is ready

Prices are good until they add in tax, tourism assessment, and Resort fee Had to run the hot water for about 5 minutes to get it for my showerOverall, I’ll go back now that I know the gameTheir restaurant is fantastic!

Alexander Marjorie

This is an overpriced motel When we arrived for check in (a few minutes past 4pm) we were told our room was not ready – our room was not ready for another hour Do you think they somehow compensated us for the inconvenience? No, they actually sent a check out message stating to make sure we checked out on time because they were fully booked – the audacity

The rooms are clearly old and have not been kept up The small and air stuffy The water in our rooms did not properly drain, creating a disgusting puddle at the bottom of the tub Also, keep in mind this is a popular golfing location so you may not even find parking near your room because all the golfers take them We regretted so much not booking our getaway earlier so we could snag a better hotel Would not stay here again

Andrei Thompson

Up front for the tasting experience here:If you are coming just for tasting, I think you will have a wonderful time I have been here several times before for tasting There is a wide variety of wines and you will likely enjoy some of the wines out of the bunch

The grounds are beautiful to explore and walk and the staff is very friendly and helpfulAs for the resort experience:I stayed in one of the Villas for 2 nights for a wedding and overall it was really quite wonderful I really loved this place and there are probably so many more pros than this, but I would like to elaborate on some of the cons because they seem so out of place with the rest of the wonderful stuff here I didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, spa, nor pool but I am sure they are lovely Starting with pros:Pros:- Room was spacious- Beautiful view on the semi-private patio- Loved the spa tub and shower- Had all necessary basic amenities like mini fridge and wine glasses in room- When I got service, wonderful service!!!Cons:- This place feels like it was not built for walking to and from the tasting part of the resort and the villa At the villa, you have to pass through the carports with no easy walkway around the cars, then walk on streets to the main hotel at least from where I was staying It seems very weird to build a property like this around a car especially when ALCOHOL is involved- There was no convenient place to put any of my towels other than bath towels I lay my hand towel on the surface of the bathroom counter which I think is questionable for sanitation Also, some of the towels just fell on the ground through the metal basket underneath the sink when I was trying to grab a washcloth It would be nice if it was better contained because I am not going to use a towel that falls on the bathroom floor- I only had one hand soap out of the three sinks I had in the villa Basically only one sink was viable for hand washing I was a bit too busy because of the wedding weekend to go to the front desk to ask for more- Calling the front desk with my room phone always resulted in a busy signal- Coffee maker was broken but at least there was coffee in the lobby- TV was at basically the worst angle for my king bed and the couch in the villa Not too big of a problem because I was so busy that weekendA word of advice for getting around how jarringly hard they make it to get from the villas to the tasting room: buy a couple bottles during the day and bring them back to the room before it closes The room service wines are up charged probably 10-20 dollars depending on the bottle for the convenience of staying back in your roomMaybe it could use a dedicated person golf carting villa residents to and from the winery during the dayAnyway, despite the negatives I have, I would probably come back in the future, but with tempered expectations It sort of depends though, because it might not be as well worth the money outside of the hotel block rateThanks for reading and I hope some of my words were helpful!

7/5/22My friend used her membership to let my husband and I book a two-night stay at the resort It was the LONGEST two nights of my life!We made reservations to eat brunch at the Vineyard Rose Restaurant on-site before checking-in The outdoor dining area is in need of some serious upgrades, with the ceiling caving in and all

They lay the silverware on the table, outside of the cloth napkins, waiting for guests arrival, which kind of disturbed me with Covid still on the rise and the confident little brown birds, jumping all over the tables and chairs, the whole timeCheck-in was seamless However, one of the elevators was broken, so we waited patiently for the one working elevator, each time we ventured outsideWe came back to eat at Vineyard Rose for Intermezzo and checked in as a walk-in for dinner The service was hit and miss We lucked up with one really friendly server during Intermezzo, who also made amazing drinks It was too bad the hotel has no microwave in sight to warm up your leftovers or pop popcorn (like we had planned to do)One of the first thing I noticed after using the restroom and washing my hands, was the makeup on the hand towel I don’t wear makeup Also, the carpet and furniture were visibly stainedDuring our stay, we could literally hear each time our neighbors turned on their water and took showers The A/C made an obnoxiously loud noise, every time it came on during the first night The second night, we got to listen to it make this annoying ticking/popping noise, ALL night longThe bed was SO hard, I woke up both days with sore arms/shoulders, and back We found out that the tub in the bathroom was not a jacuzzi tub, like we thought The last night of our stay, we went to the pool area at 8:20pm for a soak in the jacuzzi before bed The pool guy was cleaning it and said that it closed at 8pm, which contradicted the 9pm closing time posted on the pool gate entranceThe spa was closed during our visit because it was a holiday weekend, so I couldn’t have paid for a $155 massage or use the spa amenities, even if I wanted toThe room setup and the balcony view was impressive, but that was about it Definitely not worth the $800 I paid for a relaxing weekend getaway

George Ventura

My wife and I had a great time The whole staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating Especially Michael at the front desk

Definitely went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of The resort is super clean, pretty, and totally relaxing The pool staff did a great job too We don’t get to get out often because of babies and Michael and everyone else made it so worth the time away Thanks again everyone

This review is long overdue Our stay was Absolutely Phenomenal!!! The view was breathtaking! My daughter and I visited in July of 2021 We stayed for almost a week and we can’t say enough about Domaine Chardonnay

Laura’s food was fresh and delicious every single day Laura and Mike were pleasant, welcoming, and very accommodating We cannot wait to return!

Michael Mire

One of the BEST luxury estate suites we have ever experienced! We felt special and spoiled!Domaine Chardonnay far exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were very high First off, the room we had (Vineyard Suite) was superb The attention to details and comfort is wonderful to experience

Very spacious room with a delightful soaking tub, a spacious separate shower, double vanity, and walk in closet The king size bed is as comfortable as can be The private patio has a spacious love seat and foot bench plus a small table and chairs for twoThe patio overlooks the vineyards with the mountains in the background It is a great place to relax in the early morning with coffee or late afternoon to watch the sunset Each morning there were hot air balloons right over the hill, so close you could wave at the people in the balloon basket! The morning breakfast was always exceptional, and the owners, Laura and Mike, are simply the most accommodating inn keepers possible We splurged and stayed five nights and hated when it was time to head home, wish our stay was longer! This was our first time to Domaine Chardonnay, but it won’t be our last!!!

Megan Donahue

Just book this place already!!! I looked and looked at this property before finally pulling the trigger and booking our stay I am so glad we picked this place! One of the first comments I made after seeing the room was “I have no idea how this place is even prettier than the photos!!!” The breakfasts are to die for- I am definitely missing that now that I’m back home

The views of the vineyard and valley are amazing and the location is super convenient Absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Domaine Chardonnay Laura was such an amazing host! We can’t wait to come back PS try their wine- best wine we had during our trip to Temecula

I think it should be included in your overpriced charges Had ants in my room, which I stayed with my sister for a wedding We had to move our room, very inconvenient After having our flight delayed We checked in and room was given away This was for a family wedding The garbage by the elevator on second floor stunk so bad They did not clean it, because it was only half full Where is their nose Nice people the workers But this hotel needs to have some more experience workers Just so you are aware You cannot charge those type of prices when your establishment is not working up to par I have stayed at less priced hotels, whose employees are on target for professionalism They were charging 300+ per night Not impressed Your bar drinks were over-priced Ask for late checkout could not accommodate after staying 4 nights We had a family wedding But others in the wedding party did not enjoy their breakfast So we all, close family members decided not to have your breakfast again So we met up at other restaurants Your idea of family enjoyment, Leave a lot to be desired Your pool made up for your other shortcomings I managed a small hotel, and because, we took care of our guest, we had a lot of repeat guest, especially the young professionals You need to change your management, to oversee the employees Not staying their again, even at a cheaper rate Sorry, it’s my opinion

Stayed there for a week and house keeping only came by 3 days out of the whole week we stayed there I liked how they had an ice machine, microwave, and a small fridge and provided a quick buffet style breakfast Not that there was much to choose from and get full off of

Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, prepackaged muffins, prepackaged bagel, small cream cheese packets, cereal, milk, yogurt, apple and orange juice, coffee, oranges and bananas

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel , however I give it four stars because there was something on the shower handle that was very unpleasant to turn the knob from hot to cold because of whatever is on the handle I took photos so that hopefully they get this corrected asap Other than that the room itself is nice and cozy the beds are pretty comfortable and I can appreciate the space

The ONLY reason I paid what I did for a 1 night stay was to have a Spa tub in our room The staff was very friendly when we arrived, room was clean and we settled in I filled up the spa, turned on the jets and the tub instantly had debris shot into the water

At first I thought it was mold from the pipes Turned out to be a bunch of rose petals and 2 big pieces of thin plastic Not knowing what this was at first we decided NOT to use the tub at all When checking out I reported the issue and even had a plastic bag with some of the debris I had collected I was given a weak apology and offered “points” Haven’t seen any points on my account Could have given me a discount or maybe a free night or discounted stay*UPDATE*After being contacted by Hilton support this matter has been resolved I am therefore updating my review and adding stars I can’t give 5 since I feel this should have never happened to begin with

Room was very nice and food was delicious but no housekeeping services were provided Stayed in a room for a whole week and never had the room cleaned once The front desk explained that the room only gets cleaned before and after the stay

I had to pay laundry fees to have the room towels washedRather look else where if you want a hotel that offers room service

No hot water Room had a jacuzzi and was not given a discount Shower walls had hair from previous occupants

Room needed maintenance, especially restroom TV kept turning on and off Staff was not friendly Called front desk to report issues and I was placed on a long hold because she had a customer in front of her (as if I wasn’t a customer too?)Don’t recommend this place My first and lastvisit Thanks Hampton Inn for making my anniversary memorable 👎

Immaculately clean from the floors to the gambling machinesThe staff is great and very helpful,The food in several of the restaurants was not so good and something that management has to look into because a high quality casino like Pechanga has to be 100% from front to back, in and out,One very important thing that stands out is paying $800 for the well drinks while gambling on a three day and two night stay is not cool at all since the amount of time that we spent in the casino definitely means that we left a very good amount of money

Will we come back, of course but we will be visiting other casinos in the area first,

We came in July We made reservations online and luckily I took a screenshot of the order confirmation because I never received an email receipt or anythingChecking in was good

The hotel looked clean and shiny and was covered with artwork Parts of it even look like a little museum with artifacts in casesThe room was nice There wasn’t a tub but the shower had a good water pressure The view was pretty They weren’t doing house keeping while we were staying but if we needed extra towels we just rang the front deskThere are plenty of restaurants, I highly suggest getting reservations on the weekend because during dinnertime everywhere had an hour long wait The food court was good Plenty of places to sit and eat

Great place, depending on the reason your visiting If you are going there solely to gamble, the place is gigantic with hundreds of machines Sounds like a great thing, but is definitely overwhelming

Super hit and miss, some days you’ll feel like you’re doing pretty well and leave even and most other days It just seems like you’re paying the bills there or paying into the renovations that are constantly going onNow if you’re going there for a retreat and staying in the hotel, I definitely would give it a 5 out of 5 The hotel is beautiful and brand new and is very well taken care of The pools are amazing, especially the pool side bar! Great for people of all ages Food is excellent and so is the restaurants You honestly cannot go wrong
