Stayed there for a week Some of the staff was nice and friendly One of the front desk lady (blonde hair) same one everybody else is complaining about very rude didn’t want to service anyone after dialing 0 for them to come out the backYou had to ask for housekeeping, pool towelsHot tub was brokenRoom was dusty upon arrivalBefore checking out front desk sent housekeeping to my room stating I was due to check out and my reservation said different after showing my reservation I was still booked for a extra night

Tiffany P

First let me preface this that the front desk staff was absoluteley overwhelmed and understaffed They tried their best to accommodate us We booked a family suite and upon our arrival found our room to be smoked in and the toilet dirty

We asked for a room change and were place in a king room The room below us smoked in their bathroom all night rendering our bathroom unusable The pool was absolutely filthy They only positives were my kids enjoyed the slide and the breakfast was your standard hotel food Upon checkout the manager didn’t have the courtesy to come and apologize but the front desk girl was a sweetheart We will never be staying here again!

We have previously stayed at this hotel and it had a great location and pool I had called about getting a room reserved for 6/11 and before I could even finish my question Lisa or Linda interrupted and said we have no rooms available I had already checked the website that said they did

So I booked rooms online and called back to ask about the possibility of the rooms beings close together Then Lisa/Linda went on to tell me that this is a corporate website and she wasn’t sure how I booked a room because they are completely full and they couldn’t help me out and that she was the manager on site at the time She was very rude and confrontational I informed her we would just book elsewhere and that her attitude was unnecessary since I in no way yelled or became angry with her I understand that things go over capacity and get booked up, but just a simple I’m sorry for all this confusion from the staff and I would still consider staying at this hotel again For future visits we’ll be staying somewhere else, where the staff can at least politely interact with someone

We LOVED our stay here Our room was clean, spacious, beautiful and you could tell it hadn’t been smoked it (SUPER PLUS) They had complimentary drinks and breakfast

MsVicki the breakfast attendand was so nice and attentive to my children and I She was so nice and pleasant which was refreshing because everyone isn’t always nice when they see my large brown family The pool was nice and heated The jacuzzi actually worked and it was relaxing to say the least I would like to see the pool be a little more handicap accessible Met a nice woman who was in a wheelchair and it was a little struggle for her to comfortably access the jacuzzi without her partner Other than that We loved everything about our stay We are avid choice members for a reason

Yvonne Kimminau

My room was very clean and well appointed The front desk and breakfast room staff were very accommodating, helpful and kind Bed was really comfortable

Only problem I encountered was that my room was on the side of the hotel that backs up to the interstate and the windows are not of high quality, so at times the traffic noise was very loud I would suggest replacing the windows on the interstate side of the hotel with soundproof windows

Gabby Gabby

Rooms were super small No counter space Sheets would not stay on the beds and there were plenty of them, and revealed stains on mattresses not to mention the bedding itself had tears and stuffing was visible

The pool was ice cold Breakfast was really good I’ll give them that Tiny eat in kitchen so was a bit crowded and had to move slowly Best part of this hotel its centrally located across Greeley Mall! Has some nice restaurants walking distance and a Walmart not to far down the road

Comfy chairs with tables and plugs in case you have work to do on a laptop The marble spiral staircase is so pretty The staff are super friendly and helpful (They brought a microwave to our room since we have dietary restrictions) Rooms were quiet and clean and aesthetically pleasing Great location in heart of downtown We walked to live music in the square and delicious restaurants

My trip to Fort Collins was unplanned My stay at the Elizabeth was to find a place of Serenity and peace, and a change of scenery before i could return home The hotel provided the serenity, peace of mind, and change of scenery I was looking for

The hotel has a fun and whimsical design which was beyond beautiful The on-site restaurant provided wonderful meals The hotel, restaurant, and room was very clean I would stay here again, if my travels ever bring me back to Fort Collins The hotel has parking in the parking garage next door The surrounding down town area is cute and quaint and very walkable The eventide late night entertainment district surrounds the hotel, and allows for a night out on footPS The hotel has record players in everyone room In the lobby is a huge vinyl collection that you can check out and take back tobyour room to play They also have a number guitars in the same area you can check out and take up to the room and play and then return at a later time This hotel is worth the stay, make it a must stay for you Make your own memories here

I was here in early April for a wedding and reception and I just have to say how completely impressed I was by the bar/restaurant staff working there Jodi and Anna are absolute rock stars They deserve awards and a paid vacation after having to deal with my extended family and their shenanigan’s

Just the two of them managed to keep on top of drink orders, food orders (which they also cooked!), remembered names and preferences, checked in regularly and dealt with what was probably a way busier night than they anticipatedCannot say enough good things about them, Jodi and Anna Seriously the best bar staff I have ever encountered

Sophia Johansen

The staff at this property was very friendly and accommodating It was clean and in a great location Honestly what made our hotel stay was the evening bar tender Jody! She was so amazing- friendly and made the best margaritas

Very rare to find anyone in hospitality to beat her Honestly I would book again based on the service and attitude of Jody!!

Kevin the manager hands down is one of the best front desk/ managers of any hotels we been at and we travel a lot There was a computer era or glitch and our reservation wasn’t showing us so Kevin called corporate and got us taken care of ASAP This hotel is so beautiful and well maintained ,rooms are very nice and the staff are all awesome

Love the Starbucks they have and the bistro of choices, the bar as well to have a drink This is more than a 5 star service and location and beds are A+ If we could give this hotel and Kevin a 10 Star rating its well deserved Totally would recommend this hotel its a must if in Loveland area Thank you Kevin for such great hospitality and to your staff We will be back ,The Arredondo Family

No drinks available for purchase unless you have dollars or change Black suv which belongs to the other cleaning lady sits in the parking lot all evening and her husband lets the kids play in the grass while he cleans out the car & he mean mugs your guest Two toilet paper rolls, both had been used from previous guests almost to the end

Loud noises coming from various rooms as if construction projects were being completed all afternoon and into evening Got woken up abruptly at 8:50am with a key card tapping on my door from the maid with two toned hair(blond & Black) wondering if we were ready to go We said no Fell back asleep & she came back 15 minutes later at 9:10am to check if we were ready to go again by tapping the key card on my door again Brought it up to front desk, the dude acted as if it was my fault for not putting the do not disturb up Mind you… breakfast hasn’t even ended at this point I paid almost $200 for one night Check out is at 11 and I deserve not to be disrupted until then even WITHOUT a do not disturb hanging from my door It’s not like this was a courtesy check to freshen up my room My checkout time was literally in two hours Super disrespectful and they do it because they want to go home early Also, don’t act like you’ve never seen my name on your guest list I was in room 211 on July 20th-21st under Chris W Won’t be back!

We had to make a quick run to Greeley from Central Arizona Our son recommended Best Western (that’s where he was staying) Great choice! The place was impeccably clean, our suite spacious, and the hot breakfast food choices diverse

This is only a two-star hotel? You could have fooled us I’ve stayed in some three-stars that weren’t as nice as this one Good job, Best Western!

I stayed overnight to take my kiddo to an appointment at the children’s hospital We got there late and went straight to sleep The next morning we woke up to get ready

I had my kiddo in the bath tub when I noticed small bugs all over I immediately got him out of the tub and called front desk They sent housekeeping and the ladies came and saw all the bugs and said they were going to send maintenance An hour later maintenance never showed up and nobody else did either Needless to say I paid for a hotel and was unable to even shower or utilize the bathroom The pillows smelled terrible and the room in general was old Will not ever stay here again

Can’t share details of my experience I was traveling with a group and booked my room there more than a month in advance through a travel site, made a down-payment and had a confirmation number Two days before my scheduled visit I received an email, not a phone call, telling me that they can no longer accommodate my reservation, that they were not obligated to honor any reservations made through a travel site

They found a nearby hotel with a similar room that was available, but I had to call them to reserve my room and make payment This was incredibly inconvenient for me as I recently had a knee replacement and had to walk to and from the hotel to meet up with the group that was staying there I e-mailed them about my incredibly disappointing experience, but have not received a reply

I was absolutely blown away by the hospitality and cleanliness of this property Traveling for work staying at Marriots two or three times a week, I usually stay at Farfeilds when I just need a place to crash and shower However, the genuine service of this staff rivals that of 600$/night Marriott luxury resorts I have stayed at

I was blown away with how accommodating they were The great restaurant recommendations were just the cherry on top! I will definitely be returning next time I drive through

Elizabeth Moyta

After a week long vacation in Colorado Springs and a separate night here in Denver, I am slowly becoming a very big fan of Fairfield Inn

the Marriot corporate seems to neglect these “economy” hotels for resources but the staff is literally incomparable I’ve never experienced such a degree of effort and concern for guests at any of the high end Marriott venues This Fairfield did not disappoint The staff acts as a tight knit group that is genuinely bent on catering to their guestsAlso – a special shout out should go to the young woman working about early dinner time on June 20 (Monday) I stood in line in the lobby for *some* time in line, waiting on strange, rude, unaware, and otherwise obscure individuals and simply radiating the most kindness and patience despite the fact that she obviously was handling eight tasks at once and had already answered their question six times That woman is a gem I was delighted to check in with her And the night staff tonight is beyond accommodating as well I beginning to become a fan of fairfields not for the marriot but for the staff

It’s always a pleasure staying at a Choice Hotel Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly & helpful I only gave 4 stars because the indoor pool area could have been better

What few chairs there were are torn and the water in the pool was pretty chilly In addition, the tile floor surrounding the pool is extremely slippery and probably hazardous to anyone who is not sure-footed Overall, I would recommend this hotel, however

Lennie t

We booked this as a cheap hotel and didn’t have much expectation The guy at the front desk was not professional and had more street talk in language and not as strangers with courtesy It was not fully occupied and we made a request of rooms (not to be near another family)

However, he did not check room numbers until after we already had room assigned and then said we would be okay, though the twist not met When we got to our room, it was propped open The room was clean, but it looked like repairs have been done several times in the corner of the room and then just slapped back together instead of actually doing it right Breakfast was included, but the freshest using food was the mini box of fruit loops At check out, I asked if I could grab 1 box of fruit loops for the road The lady at the desk (assume manager) said no, they already set up for tomorrow and is all inventoried so I was not allowed to have one Amazing how 1 box that probably cost $30 was such an issue and she went on about itI would not stay here again Not even for the value

A Martinez

The location and price was decent compared to many in the area Front desk girl was very nice Room was decently clean, many reviews stated dirty sheet but that was not the case

Room smelled of some overwhelming sweet spray Hot tub was not warm and the pool was very cold There was no hot breakfast… waffle maker was broken and they didn’t offer eggs or pretty much anything besides juice, yogurt and cereal I wouldn’t stay here again

Nice place food amenities

breakfast wasn’t bad Great customer servicethere was a minor hiccup checking in but they resolved it It was about 1 in the morning when I checked in and the manager was needed I was surprised to see that he answered his phone that late and worked with the front desk to resolve my issue till it was resolved My company uses a travel agency to book hotels for me so I have no say so where I stay but if it were possible to request where I stay I would ask for kiva again!!!!

Management is terrible They are scammers and will lie just to charge your card more Next door neighbor complained about our baby crying for 15 minutes at 11:30

The manager decided to refund the guy next door and his exact words were that it should not come out of his pocket so he was going to charge for an extra night Also the breakfast area is way too small

Many thanks to Zak! Not only was he working the front desk, he took our order for room service and also delivered our food to the room If the hotel is understaffed, you would never know it All employees were super friendly and helpful

The lobby was very nice and our room was extremely clean We traveled with a small dog and loved having no carpet in the room Everything seemed very new and updated Overall it was a very nice place to stay

becky long

We found our room through a third party site but will likely stay here every time we visit Ft Collins Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable and the design was modern and very appealing The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing

Everyone on staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable We felt very welcome It was wonderful to have Starbucks in the hotel so we could get good coffee first thing in the morning without having to leave the building and they were even open at 6:30 on a Saturday!

Best hotel I have ever stayed at Nice deep pool inside and out Hot tub was great

The shower is AMAZING and actually have decent quality shampoo and conditioner (although very perfumey) but my hair isn’t gross like every other hotel shampoo and conditioner I usually try to use my own but forgot I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotels due to not very comfortable and lights coming in and loud but I did not have those problems here I actually got some decent sleep Highly recommend this hotel

I would give them 48 stars if that was an option Almost everything was great

The room was cold at night even after raising the thermostat, but I asked the night manager for a couple of blankets and he was happy to provide them They have a pool but no hot tub The breakfast is quite good, and the manager’s reception is a good opportunity to relax Overall, a very nice hotel

I frequently come to the Windsor, CO area 5-6 times per year for the last 2 years on business With one exception, I have always stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Loveland The hotel is close to my business locations in Windsor and only minutes away from company headquarters in Ft Collins

It is a great central locationThe hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and provides all the amenities that I require while traveling on the road The front desk staff is extremely pleasant, while maintaining a professional demeanor Although I never see the housekeeping staff, they have always done an outstanding job in maintaining my room in as clean a manner as possible, particularly the bathroom which I scrutinize very carefully in any hotel where I stayThe only meal that I eat here is breakfast and again, the cook staff are pleasant in the morning and provide great food allowing me to start my day on a pleasant note My rating is clearly 5 / 5 stars – Outstanding!

Very nice hotel The young man that checked us in, Tone, deserves a raise!! Rooms were very clean No weird smells in the halls

Was very quiet Pool was a bit small but it’s indoors so it was ok The large covered front porch, complete with rocking chairs was awesome Smoking area on one side We appreciated that since it was cold and rainy Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

Jessi Lynn

Toilet overflowing They had me collect a plunger to clear it It didn’t work

They offered a snake I declined They had one employee with a full hotel Seriously? So my options were to carry sewage soaked towels downstairs and sleep in the room without a functional toilet or leave Either way we paid in full So at 11pm we left Luckily we had a friend who let us crash on their floor Their toilet is workingOn that notethe front desk gentleman was lovely and kind The breakfast was lame The room looked clean otherwise

Erin Gamerdinger

The dirtiest hotel we have stayed at The floors were stained and looked disgusting Our comforter had a huge stain and it was noisy at night

Breakfast was horrible and once they were out, food wasn’t restocked We went down around 645 and 7 each morning Pool was also closed for a day Definitely not the hotel I was expecting for our first family vacation out of state

We recently had to stay here for 5 days due to our bathroom being remodeled The hotel is clean, inviting and has many amenities The best part about this hotel is the staff I have never encountered anything like this before but each and every staff person I encountered from the front desk to the housekeepers to security to breakfast staff has some of the most outstanding customer service around not only that they were all very friendly and eager to help

I wish I would have written down each person’s name the she is absolutely amazing person that I had the most interaction with was Victoria from the front desk

Scott LaCosse

The hotel is new and modern but I do have two issues with the room: 1) the air conditioner in the room is super loud, it will keep you up at night and 2) the shower has no door, it’s more of a half wall and the bathroom floor will get very wet As for the service, it was pretty bad I stayed there 4 nights on my last visit and my room was only cleaned once

I hate it when I have to constantly go and complain You expect these things to get done The next time I go to Loveland I will be going somewhere else

Marcy Ferchak

Amber from the kitchen was wonderful to our family Vincent was a great bartenderThe new guy Jim who is being trained on afternoon shift, was horrible to me

Told me to shut up after berating meBecause of this fact I will no longer stay at this hotel The managers did nothing about this incident, Jim should not be in hospitality

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at for the price The room was very clean, well adorned, and the layout was very good We had a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dishwasher in the room with utensils included

There was also a double cup coffee maker as well The bed was a bit hard but not badThe hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful The hotel itself is beautifully adorned with pictures and other items making it look very nice The dining area was quite large which is a welcome experience compared to other places we’ve been cramed in for a “breakfast included ” hotel There was even a coffee and bar service area located here and the kady running it is fantastic! Just outside of this area is a large patio with two BBQ grills and even a fire table! Wow! The breakfast itself was good for the free breakfast routine I kick myself for not taking pictures When we return here for business or pleasure we will definitely seek this place out as our first choiceTripple thumbs up!

Overall it’s a holiday inn express Decent rooms, very clean Complimentary breakfast is good with standard options

Pool has a water slide and a hot tub which was nice for my husbands back The real plus side for the stay was the hotel staff We decided to extend our stay for 1 day and the staff was very accommodating and extended our stay in the same room with no fuss Have to give an amazing shout out to Shane the regional manager We had a slight issue with our key cards which the staff fixed no problem but before they could assist us the front desk was attempting to resolve an issue of floor level with a hostile customer When Shane came out he politely dismissed the customer for being rude and disrespectful to the staff and asked her to find a different hotel for her stay 100% a manager that cares about the treatment of his staff

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed in My only complaint is that it’s slightly more expensive than it probably should be I paid roughly $150 for one night that came with no breakfast or extras

There was a nice tiny pool and hot tub which I used, but other than that not a whole lot extraThere was one issue and I really should have rated this stay a three star instead I reserved a room with a king bed What I received instead was a room with two queen beds I was by myself so it wasn’t a big deal I didn’t need a huge bed, but if I had my wife with me I would have been annoyed

This hotel in the staff who work there are wonderful They reached out to me twice before my arrival to see if there was anything I needed, and they were very attentive to my needs while I was at the hotel The hotel is very comfortable, with nice features

The price was very good to compared to nearby locations that didn’t look nearly as nice as the Cambria

BEWARE! This hotel will not be kind if you make an honest mistake in booking even when you give them notice of the error and you try to correct itI booked tickets through a company online and mistakenly selected the wrong day (I selected the day I was making the reservation instead of the following day as my arrival day) I called the hotel right away to let them know that I wouldn’t be arriving the night it was booked, but rather the night after and that I was working with the 3rd party who I purchased the tickets through to fix the error

3rd party was willing to get on the phone with me the next day (day after I was suppose to stay) to help work out the issue I wasn’t asking for a refund I was simply wanting to change my check in day I called at 8am, 9am, 10am and finally around 11am the manager made it in according to the front desk clerk I was told by this hotel that because I was a no show and because I didn’t let them know ahead of time they could not switch my check in day I explained that I did call the night before to let them know the situation and that I wouldn’t be coming in that night, but rather would be arriving the following night Explained I could provide them with proof of my phone call to the hotel the night before They wouldn’t budge They were very rude to me on the phone and the front desk clerk hung up on me They kept my $250 dollars and didn’t feel bad about it A mother/daughter trip I had planned out was ruined and never happenedI will never recommend nor stay at this chain of hotels if this is how they are to their paying customers

When we arrived they could not find my reservation After a little back and forth the desk clerk gave us a reduced price We had a very nice room that was nice and clean

The next morning the higher charge was on the credit card So we got the manager and he very quickly and efficiently corrected it Thanks for making our stay pleasant and we will recommend you

The reviews and being pet friendly was primarily what brought us to this La Quinta The hotel is definitely dated, but they did do a decent renovation for an older hotel The room was very clean, the sheets, pillows, and the bed were comfortable

The shower and bathroom were also clean I’m pretty picky when it comes to the places that I stay, so I was a little concerned but was surprised for such a clean environment We travel with our Golden Retriever, and I’m so grateful for the refundable $75 pet deposit after 48 hours, especially when we travel I would stay there again

Booked this last minute on a road trip Pricing was great for one night Staff was really nice & helpful

Hotel lobby was a little deceiving The rooms aren’t as nice Our tub was leaking water all night Rooms could use an update Sheets aren’t the most comfy, but it worked for a one night stay Complimentary breakfast was nice It’s buffet style with waffles, cereal, eggs, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, etc worth one night, but wouldn’t stay longer

“Stayed” at this hotel due to historic nature on my wedding night in early June What a huge disappointment The canopy bed was broken, couldn’t even sit on the bed without it knocking against the wall let alone turn over

No staff on site to discuss the issues with Ended up just going home after trying to sleep for 2 hours What a waste of time and money
