This hotel is beautifully designed and CLEAN! We had an amazing 7 night stay in their 2 queen suite that was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 sm children) Guest Services were always great! Breakfast was okay but their after 5pm bar made up for that The location is perfect, with easy access to I-69 and is surrounded by pretty good restaurants that are within walking distance! A couple of favorites is Torchy’s and 1933 Lounge

IKEA is walking distance as well!!! yes, IKEA!! I don’t recommend bringing more than 1 child under 5 here without 2 adults per kid though! LOL :[

Very clean room, beautifully decorated and layout Kitchenette even had a dishwasher! King bed comfortable but thought pillows were a bit too “heavy” and not fluffy Bathroom and shower were awesome! Lots of towels and accessories

Staff was GREAT! Friendly even when they were busy Very quiet in this hotel and had great soundproofing To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Hot!! Roasted potatoes were delicious and crisp, eggs were great and everything was fresh and hot It was a wonderful surprise during Covid 5 star Hyatt for sure

Nice room,s quiet location, only bad thing i couldpossibly say is i hate that they do not have weekly rates and so it get costly quick

have to edit original review after my beastie allowing me to wait for her in her room (and get ready till she came back we were meeting there to ride together to a birthday party) and after being there less than 10 mins the lady grin the office came banging in the door said we weren’t not registered for the room and kicking us out my necklace got left on the bed it was 100% irreplaceable with handmade Axe (i dint have a Pic but looks like the axe from thundercats and has red wood handle) and 3 knives (pictures below) that my fiance had made me as a gift himself and in a chain that i was given years ago by someone very important to me I was told nothing was doing in the room i know 100% for sure exactly where it had been laid

I bet this place was nice in its hay day Now not so much Lacking in basic upkeep and maintenence

Pool shutdown, old tennis courts is now storage of junk Basketball hoops aren’t level Beach is deteriorating and swimming area is basically a gross pond Mini golf looked okay but shop was closed Bathrooms were outdated and dirtyCampsite was a mud pit, water was not clean and clear, litter was basically everywhere I filled a whole bag in a 5 min walk to my siteNeedless to say its over priced $46/night and could use owners that actually care

I would give 0 stars!! We went to check in and we should have walked away then, but we decided to try it So after checking in, we went to room and as soon as my husband turned on the lights when he opened the door roaches ran!! That is absolutely disgusting and if I going to pay for a place it damn sure won’t have roaches The only positive to this place was the after hour staff lady was kind

We got our money back and we left Do not waste you time or money even trying to go to this place It’s obvious there are really no requirements to this place I will sleep in my car if that’s the only place available!!

Kelly Meenach

Location is good because there is a Dollar General, gas station and Belle Tire (which has FREE AIR) right next door Also, witin a mile or 2 east or west of this location is few more gas stations, car wash, Aldi’s and fast food places Good if you are to stay here maybe 1 or 2 nights

Some guests live here and some are just staying a night or two But, if you need a place to stay temporarily or even a while is almost $2,000 a month

Michael Oconnor

Front desk staff were very nice Hotel was pretty dirty from first appearancesRoom I had , smelled like sewage Stains all over walls , strained sheets

Wifi is beyond slow , don’t except to do business calls here unless you wana pay for better internet Overall place is dirty , I’d you need a cheap place to stay go for it I needed a place to stay but didn’t stay here Supposedly getting refund , checked in and out same day within an hour

The rooms were not suites as advertised! Only two queen size beds and a bathroom, no living room and/or kitchen at all The building itself is relatively old, saw lots of wear and tear on the furniture Visible dirt and stink marks on bedsheet, towels and chair in the room

The floor was sticky and again with visible stink marks on it When I first walked in, the bathroom and sink seemed clean, but it was definitely not it when I looked carefully I saw two long hair hanging on the bathtub and watermark around the toilet Limited options for breakfast They only had eggs, French toast sticks, cereal, sausage, mini muffins, bread slice, yogurt, but they did not have whole milk Only 2% milk was offered and it was running low The staff was friendly and refilled the milk when I requested it The front desk staff was very cool, did not make me feel welcoming Will not go back in the future

Shaunna Bining

Went on a trip with my team and stayed in this hotel Worse experience ever There was mold found in the showers, weird stains everywhere, terrible service, and bad breakfast

The pool was also meant to be heated but it was unbearably cold! The showers didn’t have good water pressure There were also drunk men knocking on doors at night and someone smoked in the hallway and it made the whole place smell The front desk took forever to check us in, and the workers were just not were welcoming The only good thing was the beds, super comfy Do not recommend this hotel

Elysha Manns

First of all, this is NOT a Country Inn and Suites They are clean, have an incredible breakfast and friendly staff So, I trusted that I could stay here with my seven month old on our way to visit family

Do not stay here! It is not a Country Inn and Suites It is a dirty( pretty sure they weren’t changing the linens), unfriendly, and stressful stay I went to get breakfast at 9:30 and they had cleaned it up They weren’t helpful when we asked for extra towels, asked for new sheets because they were dirty, and asked for somethings to be put out with the breakfast Do not think this is a normal Country Inn and Suites They should not be allowed to use that name If I could give 0 stars, I would

So accommodating to nursing mothers! Fridge in room actually freezes plus the staff helped store supply in downstairs freezer Traveling as a nursing mom is hard, but this was by far the best and most accommodating hotel stay I have ever experiencedNot to mention the facility is very clean, newly remodeled and the breakfast buffet is great

The food is the real deal and they stock many milk-alternatives, including oat milk!

Paul Day

We took our kids (4 and 2) to swim and get out of the house for a night during winter Pool was warm and wet, that’s all you need from a pool Although we did notice that the flooring around the pool was slicker than most materials

Not sure what it was, all pools get slick, but this one was moresoWe live locally, and have been to all the hotels in the vicinity Breakfast was decent Excellent selection of toppings for yogurt and oatmeal Waffle maker was exactly that Ice maker was solid, and the beds were soft This hotel doesn’t stand out from the rest nearby, but it wasn’t bad

Lily Grace Productions (Random Playlist Girl)

It’s a very nice hotel The lobby has a place to sit down and wait or rest and chill The rooms were great

They have a closet in the room This place definitely deserves the good ratings AND OH THE FOOD BOI THE FOOD😭 BREAKFAST THEY HAD CHOCOLATE CHIP SCONES They were super delicious But THE O J!! WAS SO SO GOOD IT TASTED FRICKEN FRESH LIKE HOW?! It was not too sweet or acidic like some orange juice 10/10!! They had lots of other breakfast options as well

So far so good Not as nice as the photos make it out to be, but they are undergoing an obvious rehab of the property Have dealt with Jay and Leonard and they both have been outstanding and kind

Enjoying our stay thus far and plan to return next weekend with the kinds for Memorial Day Playgrounds, kayak access to Sugar Creek Super dog and family friendly Be aware primitive sites can get VERY muddy in wet weather and sites are poorly marked throughout the property Restrooms are clean and the little cabins are cozy and cute We are hammock campers so if you are too, insure a wooded site We are strung up on a central loop at site 106 and it has ample room and plenty of stringing options Lots of wildlife Lots of year round campers and LOTS of kids! Your children won’t be bored! Enjoy this little backwoods campground I look forward to seeing the long term improvements in the future as it is obviously underway to replace quite a bit of antiquated things on the property, but it appears as if the current renovations are being done with class and forethought Thanks S&H! We will see you again next week!

This was a business-related trip for us in which we were booked monthly We signed a contract for site #122 3/6/22-4/6/22 with the option of extending each month $92000 a month, $50 electric deposit and $50 a month electricity

10 days into our stay we were told we would have to move sites as the site they booked us in had now become a VIP site The new site we were being asked to move to was very small, full of trash and nothing compared to the site we were in In addition to the condition of the site we work 12 hours a day 7 days a week and would not have the time to move I explained this would be a huge inconvenience and we would prefer to stay in our current site I was told that would not be an option unless we paid $2200 a month We were not going to pay that rate so I asked to have our rate switched to the weekly rate and we would pay for 2 weeks and leave I was told that was not an option either The laundry facilities were not available and the water tasted and smelled like dirt even with our filter on When it rains the entire campground floods including the sites and Putt Putt area The employees who worked there were kind and I understand they were just doing what management told them to do Based on the way the owners operate this company we decided to cut our losses and move locations I believe this facility has potential to be a good place but unfortunately the owners are only interested in increasing their revenue at all costs This facility is rundown, overpriced and not worth the hassle

clint eastwood

S&H are the fun guys Exceeded my expectations and with the equipment thats available for the kids is great Picnic tables, chairs, fire pits and places everywhere for you to sit and hang out

Owner is around and not hidden in a bunker like other campgrounds which is super helpful The staff are nice, laid back and very proactive After a couple months here our daughter loves this place and we will miss it!

The room was nice I just wish that they had a little kitchenette and better coffee options The staff was very nice and professional besides one customer service rep, I think her name is Theresa or something, she was so engulfed in her fon while she was working at the desk, she did not and could not greet the customers because she was so busy looking at social media

Besides that, I would stay there again

Greg Judd

Pretty average budget hotel Our room was not especially clean Checked in about 11:00 at night as we were travelling

Front desk guy was eating when we walked in (no big deal), and continued to eat while checking us in In the morning I came down to the lobby for coffee and there’s the front desk guy sleeping in the chair in the lobby Shortly after, I went to the front desk to get some towels, nobody there Waited about 10 minutes, and here’s comes front desk guy from the restroom, rubbing his stomach and grimacing He gives me the towels and tells me he’s going back to the bathroom Real classy

Great hotel choice – upscale but affordable Every employee I dealt with was very friendly Room was clean and spacious

I did not hear any noise from the hallway or neighbors Bathroom products were quality Water pressure was good I agree with others, could have gotten hotterOverall great stay and will return!

Victoria Rutledge

Courtyard Fishers is a well kept property located in a parking lot not far off the freeway It doesn’t sound great but it really kind of was There are a ton of good restaurants within a 5 minute walk and the rooms are actually quite nice

The best thing about the hotel is the people I had contacted the hotel in advance to try to arrange rooms for our party I spoke with the GM, Michelle, and she couldn’t have been nicer She took care of everything for us when the ambassador team failed to be able to do so The front desk was so sweet at check in and really made us feel welcome Throughout our stay, we felt cared for and valued I will definitely return next time I’m in the area

Autumn Cordova

This is a nice, newer courtyard close to the freeway It is next to a grocery store and many food places nearby as well During our stay we didn’t hear any noise from the freeway or anyone in our rooms next door

It was pleasant The front desk staff were courteous, professional, and attentive Easy parking The breakfast buffet was basic with the scrambled eggs, croissants, fruit, cereals, yogurts, a sausage and potato mix although not what we would consider freshly made- it’s the same quality as you would get at any hotel for the complimentary breakfast The one thing is that they didn’t have complimentary coffee They do have a Starbucks kiosk machine, you can purchase on through that- it wasn’t too bad in comparison to Starbucks and does beat the watered down complimentary coffee that is usually served They also have a barista here during breakfast, again for purchase- no free coffee Overall rooms were really clean and spacious, and well planned out when put together and built A lot of smalls little things they added that make things easier for you during your stay on your room I would definitely come back and stay here again

We were in Indianapolis for a wedding and initially planned to stay at the bride and groom’s house We found out after the wedding reception that their A/C had gone out, and we needed to find a place to stay Upon arriving at the Hyatt with nothing but the clothes on our back, the staff greeted us at nearly midnight and treated us as well as any customer with prior reservations

They made the process of getting a room for the night effortless and within about 5 minutes of arrival, we were already checked in The room was great with tons of space The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a nice modern feel We felt at home in the HyattWe got a full night’s sleep and then woke up to a nice continental breakfast bar with just about anything you’d need From dry cereal options, eggs, sausage, pancakes, and anything else you’d want, it was all readily available and freshly cooked After breakfast we were able to easily check out and continue our trip I can’t thank the staff enough My only regret is that I did not get their names to thank them personally The nighttime staff of 5/20/22 and the morning staff of 5/21/22 were very welcoming and took what could have been a stressful night, and instead made us feel at home over 500 miles from where we live

Wow! What a hotel!! My husbands company set him up here for a continuing education course and I tagged along It wasn’t even a room, it was a full apartment! Dishwasher, stove and all! Everything you think you need is supplied! The amenities are fantastic! There’s a full gym, laundry area, a pool, a restaurant (free delicious breakfast), the dinner menu is small but yummy! (The other restaurants in the vicinity were all amazing!) The hotel itself was immaculate! Very clean! The staff was beyond friendly! I’m going to try to name a few: Donna Rose, Ami, Theresa, K, Jojo, I know I’m forgetting a few but they were all wonderful! Such service and manners! I really can’t say enough good things! It was a great week, I really felt at home not at a hotel!

Don Peters

2 things I judge a Hotel on Comfort of the bed and The quality of the shower The bed here was good, not great but good

The shower was horrible There was decent force behind the shower water but the quantity of water was extremely low The room was spacious and I did like the couch in it It had a high quality TV with decent station choices but only comfortably visible from 1 bed not both

From beginning to end our stay was enjoyable The room and everything in building itself was great, but their staff there made the biggest impression on us They made it the comfortable stay we hoped for

After a couple of nights we decided to stay a couple more nights We stopped at the desk to let the attendant know and she updated our reservations After not seeing it reflected on our credit card we spoke with Jordan the next morning after breakfast and he checked it out and actually got us a better nightly rate by adding the 2 nights to the original 5 day reservation! No surprise now since we saw him wear many hats while we were there He was everywhere Also, the breakfast was great every morning We were there for a week and were greeted by the kitchen staff each morning They were all great as well We have a special needs daughter and Linda came over to our table every morning that she was at work to make sure we were good Can’t say enough about her and the rest of those hard working ladies And last but not least the housekeeping staff was courteous and there for us when we needed a few items from them Everything and everyone was exceptional and it makes for a great environment We will definitely stay there again if we need to on our next trip to Indy If this review needs to be verified the name on our reservation is Charlotte Lookingbill

Dorcas Fields

Really nice handicap accessible room Large bathroom with seat in the shower Very nice sitting area with couch, coffee table, 1 end table, lights at each end of the couch

A small table with 2 chairs and a light King bed with 2 night stands and lights Small sink, fridge with freezer, and coffee maker with decaf and regular coffee to choose from A good size closet with mirrored sliding doors I would have liked an over head light because I like a lot of light

Brad Huston

We had a very nice stay Lovely whirlpool room made for a nice romantic getaway Friendly service

On the downside, the fireplace in the room doesn’t work, and the lightbulbs are all CFLs, which are proven to be bad for your health I have a diagnosed sensitivity to florescent light The hotel didn’t have a single LED or incandescent bulb I could use in my room I will need to remember to bring my own next time A few gluten free items at breakfast would have been nice too These things, of course, are not typical, so no big downgrade in rating Nice hotel overall

We needed a room to get our 90 year old great grandmother together with her new 3 month old grandson She was unable to make the long trip to there house and we didn’t want to take the grandson into an assisted living at this time The Hampton got us a room outside of the “normal” times and it was a great place to have the get together

The staff did an excellent job of accommodating us outside of the normal check in and check out times The day turned out perfect

Jeff Six

Keyless entry was not working, and they only give you two towels in a king bed, jacuzzi tub room Everything else met expectationsHowever I am giving it a good review because this Hampton serves breakfast until 10:00

As retirees on a road trip, we do not want to have to be at breakfast before 9:00 So thank you; all hotels should honor this time frame

Teairra McDonald

My stay was not good Prior to entering the lobby I noticed the front entrance doors were dirty and in need of cleaning I overlooked it and proceeded to check-in

Once in my room, I noticed a musty smell Overnight we noticed the toilet and bathroom sink was clogged We notified the front desk the next morning and was moved to a different room Well, the room that we moved to had no working air conditioner It was 80 degrees outside on this day Maintenance attempted to fix it but, was not successful The night was miserable We were offered a complimentary fan that did not work and was told we would only be charged for one night opposed to two nightsI received the receipt with a charge for one night but, my credit card was charged for two nightsI will follow my instincts new time…book a different hotelPS The hotel staff was awesome Unfortunately, management sucks!! I have yet to receive my refund for one night

Bed and pillows were the best part of this hotel Very comfortable! Breakfast was fine The two stars are for lack of cleanliness

The room was grimy Bring slippers and sanitizing wipes if you stay on the first floor, which is apparently reserved for truckers, construction workers, and parties We were there for a funeral, so we didn’t have time to complain or look elsewhere
