It’s in the perfect spot just down from all the local attractions, a simple walk away from anything you would need The parking garage is a bit of a walk but honestly not bad The rooms themselves are very nice with their own AC and wonderful bathrooms

I slept like a baby on the beds tooWe visited the food and bar place at the ground floor and while the food wasn’t anything crazy good it had a cute atmosphere and sweet wait staffAll of that with a lovely view I’m completely happy with my stay here!

Courtney Wyman

Nice place Great location! Two complimentary drinks on the house which was very nice Great restaurant with a nice band

We weren’t offered a TV Guide or a guide to the hotel so we never got to see the pool The worst part were the elevators being so slow but a minor inconvenience We were in walking distance of pretty much everything! Nice place to stay

Pedro Garcia

Free breakfast was excellent Seasoned potatoes, scrambled eggs, juices, coffee Other choices

5 stars for breakfast Beds and pillows are comfy 3 star rating was because only one elevator was working and in the room I saw a large cockroach Lastly only two bath towels in the room were available even though we were party of four, but every hotel we stayed at did this

This is our second time staying at the Hotel Hale and I can’t stop gushing about how wonderful it is It is amazing to stay in the beautiful and historic bath house where hot mineral water is piped right into the private tubs in each room The owners have really put so much care into every detail and curated such a lovely experience

From the locally crafted toiletries that are in the rooms to the house mix used in the Bloody Mary’s in the restaurantevery detail is next level special And absolutely try the gooey butter cake offered in the lobby!! The owners and staff are all very welcoming and fun We will be booking our next stay very soon

Amanda Jones

This small boutique hotel is worth it in every way They bring you coffee or tea in the morning, and a small breakfast is included in your stay It was yummy

The soaking tub fed by the hot springs is worth it’s weight in cold!! I also enjoyed their service and attention to detail My only suggestion is they need a full length mirror for us girls somewhere in room The hotel has wood floors that creak so you can here people moving/working in the morning but noise is always a part of hotels In the perfect location for shopping, spas, hikes and meals, along with great service, this hotel is perfect for any Hot Springs stay

Rick Ojeda

We were pleasantly surprised with this boutique hotel The inside of the rooms take you back to a bygone eraThe beds were very comfortable and used Comphy brand sheets and towels

The check in procedure was effortless due to the assistance of Sergio, who was one of the best clerks we have ever dealt with He was very informative and knowledgeable and is a credit to the hotelMy wife forgot her favorite pillow and unlike most hotels, the housekeeper went out of her way to get it back to herWe also woke up late and the manager made sure we received our breakfast even though we were 1/2,an hour lateThe only downside to the hotel is the staff has absolutely no access to cash to give change if you want to tip the valetHeather, the valet was very understanding and should be commendedOver all, It was a great experience and I would highly recommend Hotel Hale

My wife and I absolutely cannot say enough about this wonderful placeThis was our second time here We stayed in Nana the first time and Dogwood this time, 11

12&1320, after a multi-day trip on the Natchez Trace I wonder where we be next time This will be our regular stopping point on our way home from future rides on the eastern half of the US Our first trip we planned rides around northern Arkansas This time we had been riding for several days and all we did here was bird watch, chipmunk watch, and nap It is only 100 yards or so from the highway, but still so serene and relaxingMike & Rhonda are superb hosts and a genuinely warm couple We look forward to visiting them in the future

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel The rooms were very spacious and clean The staff was very professional and friendly

It was so nice having a separate sitting room from the bedroom I also liked the layout of the hotel It has a huge inner courtyard where you can go and hang out with friends The breakfast was comprised of a variety of options- eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, etc i would definitely stay here again!

R C

This hotel is in a great spot and likely was great in its day Unfortunately, Like most things in hot springs it is more than dated Our carpet had stains and tears

Our drapes had tears Our couch hide a bed had a huge stain in mattress The bathtub had deep staining Amazingly it didn’t smell and I felt it was clean enough to stay but it was incredibly worn outSkip the breakfast! Even the fresh made pancakes were to rubbery to cut with a fork alone The rest went downhill drastically from thereThe pool area was nice and it is easy to park and get around or I’d have given it one star The staff was working hard on a busy weekend and was prompt and courteous always

Amber Autry

We are an Embassy family and stayed at many This one was the best Very clean, rooms were perfect, breakfast was spot on

Only complaint is the Happy Hour staff on Saturday night The gentlemen was very nice and polite but the 2 ladies were kinda down The older lady was flat out rude trying to get myself and my boyfriend a drink Was told I could only get 1 Went back to the guy and got both Other than that incident great and will be back

More like 45 stars because things are rarely perfect, but my husband and I were very happy with our stay here!! We tried to pick the cheapest place that didn’t look sketchy This hotel was affordable, incredibly clean, and had super friendly staff

From the front desk check-in to the delicious, and wide-variety breakfast, our whole experience was positive The hotel is, as the name implies, a bit smaller, but still had a mini fridge, microwave, tv, etc The only thing we missed was an iron With that being said, we’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

wikeywikey whick

Very cleancheck in guy was great and I liked that he took the time to take my reservation over the phone instead of just handing me over to a call center

breakfast is good rooms are comfy this property is a newer one so it’s really nice It’s next to a BBQ place and Arby’s that u can walk toac works really well in 100 degree temps holds 70 degrees with no problem and u could go lowerprice point is good for this location

Emily Kosub

First, I’m going to start with the positive points of this hotel The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the hotel is very pretty However, the negatives outweigh the positives

This hotel isn’t in a great area Since it is next to a busy road there is tons of road noise and traffic Plus the racetrack is right down the roadThe hotel isn’t kids friendly and there aren’t very many bathtubs unless you get a king-size bed with your room Almost everyone I have seen at this hotel is here for business, not a vacation It has a bachelor pad feel since there are so many men on business at this hotel Another issue is the hotel has several bad neighborhoods behind it The rooms are simple, minimalist, and laid out well The rooms are a little smallIf you use Google to find food, you will most likely go through these neighborhoods to get to the place you chose to eat There are also a lot of streetwalkers because of the many neighborhoods behind the hotel Which is normal, Google will take you the quickest route even if it is a bad areaFinally, this hotel is great for business travelers But not for family travelers It is well priced and very affordable The staff was very friendly and answered any questions that I had All the beds are firm mattresses and firm pillows

We stayed a few days at Prospect Place and loved it It is walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions The house is beautiful and very well kept

We loved Mike and Kelly! They were very friendly and helpful We were traveling with two teenagers that were able to stay in an adjoining room with twin beds and their own bathroom Everyone felt right at home during our stay I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone spending time in Hot Springs!

Rebecca Southern

Gorgeous , comfortable room in a tastefully kept historic house in Hot Springs AR Breakfast was incredible; very tasty, attractive, lovely setting, balanced, and with recipes that I’d like to try ! Thank you for endless spring water, coffee and teas; thanks for available snacks Mike and Kelly were most gracious host and hostess

Next time will take advantage of swimming and discounts at the Quapaw Bath House Looking forward to seeing you again!

Samsung Tv

Considering the price both hotel & food, is overpriced The food was uninteresting and the service was slow Our room was small, with a private bathroom down the hall

Poor solution when travelling as a family We had requested to be moved to a better room, with private bath, when availebleThis and other request was beyond the capacity of the staff, eventhough the hotel was half empty

We always have an amazing experience at The Waters Hotel, but last night they went above and beyond! Let me start by saying that I LOVE staying here! The valets are fantastic, so friendly and fast, always smiling! The food is amazing and the servers are attentive! We had a small group on the rooftop and couldn’t have been more impressed with the setup, service, delicious desserts and the amazing views The heaters kept us warm and there were many memories made! Can’t wait to visit again!

Mikerra Tindle

This hotel was near so many tourist things to do that we walked a lot of it Even has hiking trails directly behind the hotel The restaurant on top has great cocktails and a great view of Bathhouse Row

The Avenue accessed through the lobby has delicious breakfast The staff was all friendly and welcoming Pay for the Valet! It was worth every penny and your vehicle is parked close and is safeThe room was a solo king bed and the room was huge Great water pressure and shower head We also had a decent view on the 5th floor

Chris

Stayed in August, great location near bath houses and hiking trails Common areas show their age but rooms are quite modern and roomy Air conditioning worked great

Rolling door on bathroom was awkward Shower floor is a little uneven Parking was valet only at $28 a day which seemed comparable to others in the area Parking area was not covered but buildings and trees provided shade to cars majority of day Parking area was very close to hotel so easy to access vehicle if u forgot something Would not recommend rooftop bar for food Cocktails were ok But would probably just do beers

The Reserve at Hot Springs is truly an experience you won’t forget Everything from the beautiful landscaping to the gourmet breakfasts felt welcoming and relaxing The Reserve is a wonderful example of true southern hospitality

I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I walked inside to the moment I walked out Mark and Rhonda did an excellent job rehabilitating the home while preserving and documenting its history Our room had so many little luxurious details that would often be overlooked by other hotels I would recommend The Reserve in a heartbeat to any of my friends, and certainly would love to come back again

Sara Furlich

Our stay at The Reserve was exceptional! I wish we had booked for longer The restoration of the house and grounds was perfectly executed The food was amazing

Mark and Rhonda were attentive and friendly They wanted to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect My husband doesn’t like to make a big deal about his food allergies and just usually makes due, but they truly wanted to cater to his needs Highly recommend We will be coming back and exploring the local golf courses and lakes

Jessica Darling

Amazing stay! Every detail at The Reserve has been well thought out and planned meticulously! We were on a road trip from Dallas, TX to Nashville, TN and were looking for a luxurious stop on the way My husband and I are very fastidious and we were blown away by the accommodations, 3 course breakfast (5-Star IMO), the afternoon delights, well-designed butler’s pantry and overall ease and comfort of the entire property We stayed in a suite and had plenty of space for spreading out

We both work from home and the owners, Rhonda and Mark, showed us several places around The Reserve where we could take calls while enjoying the property and working When we wanted to venture out, Kelly was able to recommend restaurants, and other places of interest unique to Hot Springs Caitlin was amazing at giving me a tour of the property and highlighting the history, as well as things to do Had we known there was so much to do and enjoy we would have planned a longer visit I definitely want to try the bath houses next Thank you SO much to everyone at The Reserve!

It was a good enough place for an overnight stay It’s kind of middle of the road is not horrible but it’s not really top-notch The bed was comfortable the rooms were clean, but like the towels were getting old and had strings hanging off of them

The biggest problem I had is that their hot water tank must not be very big because other people had hot water that I talked to and I had none so no shower for me which was a bummer

Leila O’Malley

Our rom upon arrival was filled with mosquitoes, and I mean hundreds We had to call the front desk and they “conveniently “ has some spray So we sprayed the room down and had to leave for at least 45 minutes to let it work

Then next morning we wanted to get a workout in Their fitness room was packed full of old furniture, so no workout for usThe continental breakfast consisted of prepackaged mini muffins a few types of cereal and plain oatmeal packets

Happy Go Lucky

Mrs/Miss (sorry; I’m not sure!) Crabtree who works at the Inn is an absolute angel She made my first day in Hot Springs Village feel so welcoming and “at home”

She told me all about the town and made me feel comfortable The Village Inn building/rooms were clean and nice with a pretty, rocky, woodsy view—but Miss Crabtree made it all prettier!

We went to Hot Springs for a birthday weekend, and stayed here I will recommend it to anyone I know who visits Hot Springs in the future! I loved the property; visually it was very pleasant, well lit at night and has excellent attention to details And everything was so CLEAN! Not a bit of trash to be found outside and inside was pristine! We ate at Best Cafe for brunch, and the food was excellent

Staying here made the short trip so relaxing—highly recommend!

Emily Morris (auntiem)

Sparkling clean Even the back of my TV was clean Beautiful cottages

Big Bathroom Plenty of room Couch, table, desk, TV table, big closet, larger than normal refrigerator, good microwave, coffee maker Never heard a neighbor or any noise Great restaurant attached Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area Walking distance to many things I can’t recommend staying here more They did a great job with the recent remodel It’s adorable

Christene Zagone

We booked the Best Court Cottages for my daughter’s destination wedding to Hot Springs Everything could not have been more perfect! She got married at St John the Baptist Catholic Church, literally across the street! All my family and friends were very impressed with the Cottages and also the Best Court Café

The Best Court is very unique, and the rooms were a great size! We also took advantage of the porches and garages to be able to visit! Matt went above and beyond the entire weekend! He helped with our goodie bags when our guests checked in, and kept my sister informed of any news we needed to know! The location is perfect, as it is close enough to Bathhouse Row, but parking is not a problem! Thanks so much for giving us very fond memories of a wonderful wedding weekend!
