Obviously this place has been here for years wont lie was apprehensive pulling up Steve checked me in was super friendly Walked into room and did double take

The room was very nice and had modern design throughout Was very pleasantly surprised Front desk staff are ALL very friendly Grounds are very well kept would come back for sure

Michael Leahy

In between no where and no where elseCurrently under new ownership and they have remodeled all the roomsThe management is a great resource

The contractors were pretty shabbyRooms are clean and there is a mystic attraction to this facillity others have stated it is a great place to see ghosts Not for us, it has its challenges but consider the price the room value is much higher than they chargeWe showed up on a bus tour with 50 guestsWas this an awesome Stop?Overall this place is a great one to stop overnightThanks go out to a great staff

This hotel is comfortable and we’ll appointed However, the service is poor The hot breakfast is great, but the food ran out within an hour of serving

I had to chase people down just to get a plate and to check outThere is a restaurant, but only one cook and poorly planned food Most items were marked off on the menu My dinner was fish tacos which were cold and rubbery I’m very disappointed in the food service I was here 2 years ago and it was wonderful Not now

Clean, Kind and Comfortable! I felt very welcome here! The family who owns and runs this hotel is so very kind and clearly they take pride and care into cleanliness Soft bedroom and bathroom linens and comfortable sleep The price is very affordable for what you get

Thank you guys so much! (It was a pleasure to speak about Royal Enfield motorbikes with you!) Much love!

Worst motel I ever been to in my whole entire life I mean this junk is worse than motel 6 89$ a night in something like that was the worst money I’ve ever spent

The room was dirty, bed frames looked like they been chewed up and had bugs There was dead bugs on the window (inside of the hotel) They know it’s very disgusting in there and that’s why they tell you “no refund” before you purchase a room I would rather throw my money in a trash can than spend it on this hotel ever again It’s shameful and doesn’t deserve to be still standing The room stunk, I couldn’t say I felt comfortable even breathing in that room (34) It was all type of white paint on the walls It honestly looks like a cracked down dope dealer place Never in my life will I ever stay here again and neither do I recommend anyone spending a penny at this place What a shame

Super safe, security is really tight which I was worried about not being very familiar with Brawley Sam is amazing and willing to work with you, very kind The housekeeping staff is on point and makes sure you have everything you need

Overall a very pleasant stay the peace of mind makes all the difference in he world AND your right across the street from gas stations and Vons so you needed for nothing Economy size washer with the ability to specify the kind of wash your clothes need, drying is free and fast and has the same ability for specific dry time and heat My own washer dryer weren’t half as high tech which was really nice too

The first thing I noticed when we entered the building was the smell Or lack thereof No musty cigarette smell

No overpowering perfume cleaner smell Just clean The front lobby was appealing and bright Employee at front desk was helpful when I asked for an accessible room Walking in to the room, again, that light, clean smell Room was easy to control temperature, bed was comfy, nice amenities in bathroom Pool and hot tub were clean and very welcome after a long day Hubby was unable to get in to the fitness room with his wheelchair In the morning, the free breakfast was actually a real breakfast, not a granola bar in a sack We had some problems with our wheelchair lift, and the woman at the front desk graciously let us leave the wheelchair there for a couple hours while we had it fixed I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling along I-10 It’s a few miles south, but worth the detour

Made a room reservation the day before mom and I arrived for our scheduled check in; We really appreciated everyone on staff for being so helpful, being handicapped accessible and providing elevators; Breakfast was amazing and mom couldn’t stop sharing how glad she was that we spent the night hereComing from Los Angeles to Mexico, then back to Los Angeles the next day; I really appreciated being able to get some sleep before check out and answering all my concerns and questions in a timely mannerWe definitely plan to reserve again, the next time we need a room to sleep in

Thank you, we are very thankful to have found this place

The hotel was great They didn’t have room service but it wasn’t a problem, they had little bitty kitchens Complete with pots, pans & utensils too

Also they had cute little coffee makers We’re not used to not having room service but we made do with these fantastic little suites! I recommend them! Also they had a fantastic little gym I got a great workout on their Matrix equipment I will return there when we go visit my husbands family again I loved it here 😊🙏❤️

No hot water for 3 days and counting Dish washer leaks all over the floor Hand rails in the stair wells were falling off

Air conditioner was incredibly loud TV pops and turns off every so often This is a newer hotel and looks good but it is obvious that maintenance is lacking I cannot believe that Marriott allows their name to be on this place For reference I travel frequently and spend 3-6 months in hotels each year, have for the last 30 years This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in inside the US

We used to stay here a couple times a year, but after this stay, we will not be back It is under new management, the rates are twice what they used to be The restaurant is permanently closed

The room was not clean (hair and dead bugs on the floor) It was full of worker guys, all hanging out in the parking lot and the balconies and the pool, talking and drinking all night It did not feel safe, having to push through a crowd of men to get to my room, with them all knowing I was staying by myself Wifi did not work It’s sad

Ben Richey

Have stayed at a lot of hotels in the last couple years (work requires a lot of travel) By far one of the best I have stayed in and doesn’t break the budget From the time you check in til the time you check out they take care of everyone here

Rooms are clean and up to date with appliances, and beddingBathrooms are clean and showers work greatRoom cleanings can be requested but are usually every other day (unless you put your sign up) and they are very thorough and the room is spotless when you come backThey have hot breakfasts every morning and it’s a rotating menu From sausage and egg sandwiches to chorizo burritos They are made there on the spot and always freshParking is safe here as well no issues with any body looking around the vehicles Also many cameras are on the premises to keep an eye on thingsOverall great hotel and if your passing through or just looking for somewhere to stay I definitely recommend this hotel You won’t be disappointed

The hotel is nice Rooms were clean and the atmosphere was good The breakfast was fair

The downside was that the pool was closed and the fitness center needs work I don’t mind paying nearly 200 dollars for a room if all the amenities listed were provided in good shape I almost feel like there should be pricing adjustments when the pool is closed Additionally, a quick inspection of the fitness equipment would tell you they need attentionAll in all, the night stay was goodbut not for a 200 dollar price point unless the pool was open

Our room was very clean Quiet all night Staff was very friendly

The hotel is also pet friendly Our bathroom in our room was fantastic! The shower had high pressure and there was an exhaust fan in our bathroom as well! A rare sight in most hotels The room also had a ceiling fan Not sure if that’s super safe but we liked it They also have a BBQ grill out back with a gazebo to use! Plenty of parking even for RVs Everyone on the staff we saw was constantly cleaning I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Truly a gem in Brawley We came down for Woodland Hunt Club While our stay was only for one evening 2 January and we departed early the next morning, we were very comfortable

Check in was pain-free, staff was very pleasant I was able to park my truck in full view from my room at all times Room was very comfortable, bonus points for Direct TV in the room Because my morning is not complete without the strongest coffee known to man, the in room microwave was welcome in heating up my water to make my coffee In conclusion I believe this property is probably the best choice for an overnight stay in the Gem Of The Imperial Valley

Not the best Marriot hotel When you pay $270 a night it should be at least a 3 star hotel This is not

Broken lamps in the room, dripping water in the bathroom, gym has broken equipment I don’t expect top hotels in El Centro but for the price you expect alot moreIf your in the area stay next door at the Fairfield It’s alot nicer and cost the sameStaff is nice but does not make up for the overpricingNot the best Marriot hotel When you pay $270 a night it should be at least a 3 star hotel This is not Broken lamps in the room, dripping water in the bathroom, gym has broken equipment I don’t expect top hotels in El Centro but for the price you expect alot moreIf your in the area stay next door at the Residence Inn It’s alot nicer and cost the sameStaff is nice but does not make up for the overpricing

Stayed here for a month and it was wonderful Super friendly residents, large dog walk area, swimming pool, ping pong, and horseshoes 2 restroom areas, 2 laundry areas run by a card

The blue angels train right over the place on Thursday and Saturday, it’s so cool Pretty quiet at night and even during the day Weather was great and sunny all through February, just a bit windy some days Great place to stay!

Jelnikel Smith

The resort is very well kept It is easy to find The management team was very friendly

It has complete hook ups The lake is a good size and we caught two good sized fish There is a pool but I dont remember seeing a playground however resort sits behind a huge park I felt very secure I would recommend to anyone for a gateway to visit for a night or two

V Gunthner

We came to work for a few days Had an online reservation, but when we arrived our space was taken Office had to take all my information again over the phone

Office closed at 4 so we were not given gate card to get in Had to leave work early the next day to get to the office before closing $20 deposit for the card for a 4 day stay It was a hassle trying to work around office hours to get our $20 back! Not recommended for short stays Showers were old with very slow hot water Nothing but a small store in the area
