I honestly can’t complain The lobby is small, cozy, and very inviting, you are immediately met with a happy face ready to help you through a smooth check in process Once you’re handed your keys, you’ll find yourself in a nicely lit hallway with easy directions to your room

The rooms are VERY cozy and the beds are SO comfy The stand up shower is an excellent idea and it’s truly beautiful The rooms are a really great size with plenty of space and seating area! The nice A/C and heating is a perfect touch I would delivery stay here again!

We booked for just a night to explore Jackson Hole for a weekend What a comfy and inviting hotel! The rustic mountain decor really brings the local culture and landscape to life The room was clean and well kept

The elevators and lobbies were also well maintained and clean Be sure to check out their spa pool during your visit! Additionally, the front lobby offers delicious coffee, cookies, and hot coco for most of the day We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area!

We had a great stay at the Wyoming Inn in June 2022 The room was very clean and the cleaning staff did a great job each day The front desk personnel were helpful

The location is very good It’s a short drive to the Jackson town square It is very convenient to everything My only criticism, and it is extremely minor, is that most of the rooms have bad views overlooking the parking lotThe highlight of the hotel is its restaurant, the Whistling Grizzly It was fantastic We got 4 meals from there, 2 dinners, a picnic lunch, and a breakfast All were great I will do a separate thorough review of the restaurant, but it will get 5 starsI would stay here again and it will be the 1st place I check when returning to Jackson

My husband and I spent a week at the White Buffalo Club at the end of January for our honeymoon It was an amazing experience, even given the staffing shortage due to the pandemic Everyone there made us feel special and welcome

We had a particularly great experience with Tom, who was driving the shuttle Tom was one of our favorite parts of our trip He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us a lot of great advice and opinions He was also very accommodating We preferred to stay downtown rather than up the mountain, and there was so much to do within walking distance Perfect location We will definitely be back

Steve Manuel

‘ll start with the good The hotel and the rooms are very nice and the staff was very helpful The rooms are decorated nicely and are very clean

However, there were 2 deal breakers First of all, the elevator was out of order I felt that this should have been disclosed prior to our stay I have a disability and it was very hard to walk up and down several flights of steps to my room without help from my family The staff did help us with the luggage, but had I known about the broken elevator, I would have picked another hotel to stay at Secondly, the hotel is on a truck route If you stay here, you will hear the trucks going by all throughout the day, starting as early as 5:00 am in the morning If you’re expecting to sleep in or take a nap, this will be a problem unless you stay in one of the few back side rooms If they remedy these issues, it would be a very nice place to stay But with these unresolved problems, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time

Katie Makurat

This place is

confusing It’s a beautiful hotel, the rooms were clean and updated It felt like there was nobody there besides the house keeping (who were very friendly) My biggest complaint is that the elevator was broken during the duration of our stay (July 1-5) We were staying there for our destination wedding and had a lot of bags, boxes, etc and people coming to the room for hair/makeup When I asked the people at the front desk (when I could find them) about the elevator there seemed to not be any urgency to get it repairedThe front desk people were at times, hard to locate One of the front desk employees was very rude to one of my friends when my friend arrived to get ready for the wedding with me We were on the 3rd floor (when again, with no elevator got a little old) I don’t think I saw maybe more than one other patron of the hotel on the 3rd floor the whole time we stayed theremaybe people are opting to stay at other more highly rated hotelsOverall, a nice facility We got a drink at the restaurant and people were complimenting the food It just feltempty, cold, and non-inviting

Find somewhere else I was so looking forward to staying at this beautiful historic inn, however, our experience was dismal The only answer anyone at the front desk would offer is “I don’t know”

The breakfast we ordered the night before didn’t show up, when asked why or if it would the next morning, the answer was “I don’t know” When asked why the shuttle never collected us at scheduled time from ski field the answer was, “I’m not a shuttle driver” They simply didn’t care, and beyond being unhelpful, were just rude When paying for a nice vacation and you’re excited about visiting Jackson, this was a huge disappointment

Rob Crisp

My wife and I just had the tremendous pleasure of a 3 day stay at The Wort in Jackson, MT From the moment we arrived our hosts let us know with every detail how welcomed and appreciated we were The entire hotel, from the lobby with the warmth of their fireplaces, to our room was superbly appointed with decor that is charming as it is comfortable

The food at their Silver Dollar Grill was delicious and the live music after dinner was a real treat As we checked out, Sinjin (a delightful fella) at the front desk said, “You’ll always have a home at The Wort” Thank you Sinjin and to all the fine folks at your wonderful hotel, yes we will!

We recently stayed at Hotel Jackson for our honeymoon and planning another trip in the summer The staff at the hotel makes your experience memorable! All of the bellmen (Henry was super helpful!) and Francesca/Stanley at the front desk Location is close to all of the best restaurants and lots to do

Came to stay at Hotel Jackson for about 6 days and the staff there were absolutely amazing Shagun and Franseca were amazing to deal with at the front t desk Literally anything I needed reserved or helped with they found a way for me

Eli was an awesome server at there restaurant that will make you laugh And the bellman Billy was really accommodating took us places we should definitely see and helped us out through the whole stay Thank you guys for the phenomenal experience I’ll be back every year!-Mr Singh

Connie Clarke

Let me start by saying the person who took room photos should have been paid more The room we stayed was average in size, tidy but avg Small electric fireplace under tv but otherwise nothing else special

Seating for balcony did not come until the day we left We looked forward to dining at Figs but the food was plain My husband thought the falafel was good, meal tasted pretty bland A few days after check-in we requested our vehicle so we could see local sites It came to us scratched and with obvious footprints on the bumper Reported it to front desk Told Mgr would contact us Front desk person, Juno, told by mgr to have us fill out a form No one apologized No one took responsibility No person asked what happened

The rooms are very nice, and the resort has an amazing view! However, the wait staff is not very attentive As a 5 star resort with a hefty price tag per night, I was not impressed! This was not the same service that was received three years ago We constantly had to chase people down to get drinks or food

Three years ago, they knew our names, what room we were in, and chased US down to help us The food was good, but different! Not what I was expecting for staying here The valet people were the most helpful! So sad Such a beautiful location, and it really has gone downhill

Diede van Lamoen

Absolutely terrible Far cry from what it should be for the price point and definitely nowhere close to what Aman normally provides The room was tired and needed a revamp

Service is poor Restaurant is under staffed and food was mediocre It’s a 25 min ride to the resort, shuttles were dirty (think stale beer left from previous shuttle run) Private shuttle to the airport couldn’t be bothered to help with luggage Overall very disappointing

divyam hansaria

My girlfriend took me here to celebrate my birthday We loved our stay at here; The check in experience was unlike any other hotel we’ve been to There was no lines or anything, it felt very personal

The hotel sits at a gorgeous location facing the grand Tetons and the views from all around are amazing This is the only place in USA were we have seen a proper infinity pool with breathtaking views from it of the mountains There also was a open hot water pool which makes it a great place to take in the views at night They even serve you food and alcohol in the pool if you want, so we enjoyed some drinks in the pool facing the sunset The restaurant had a big variety of food available and everything else was also available on request, we could get food served anywhere on the property My girlfriend also arranged for a private dinner for us which they setup outside on a lovely evening We also enjoyed couples massages and both therapists were amazing, very prompt and professional Service was just amazing The day we wanted to go to Yellowstone, they cleaned our car, put water bottles inside and had it parked outside the hotel gate for us in the morning, we wanted to eat Indian food so they had someone from the hotel go to Jackson to pickup Indian food for us I have never seen service like this before Such a unique experience, totally worth the money if you want to pamper yourself or a loved one

In-between seasons, post-skiing reservations netted a calm, quiet night’s stay and virtually a private restaurant breakfastBreakfast is served @ 8 am, so we toured a couple of early morning Grand Teton sights, returning in time for a great, off-the-menu breakfast of our choice–no wonky waffles or hardboiled eggs from a buffet serviceStaff couldn’t have been more welcoming! Any season would be the right time here

Cambria Peterson

Will be coming back to this place as long as I possibly can! The staff were so incredibly kind and gracious, they loved making conversation with all the guests and going out of their way to remember everyone personally The house dogs were adorable and made our day multiple times The complimentary breakfast was superb and the dining room had the greatest ambiance

Special thanks to Dominic for the blueberry muffins!

Leah Goldman

Beautiful property with old Austrian ski charm right in the central base of Teton village Loved the comfortable bed and hot tub access but service was so sub-par it hindered the experience Evening check in person (6pm) came out after 5 minutes of waiting, actively chewing his food, and helped us with a cold attitude while letting the phones ring off the hook

Upon exiting and entering no staff greeted or welcomed us as we passed them Just not the hospitality that one expects at this price point, even if it’s the off season Morning staff seemed cheerier Breakfast was included but of mediocre quality Would return to the area, but probably choose another place to stay

Hard not to love this place which keeps us coming back Great food and service I highly recommend the wilderness safari they coordinated for us

Great guide and overall experience I usually drive myself around but the guide took us to a bunch of new places and the wildlife sightings were amazing Checkin staff were fantastic and the restaurants great as always

Cécile OSTI

Beautiful hotel, great service and food but it is time to step into the next level of eco responsibility : it is not acceptable any more to have a very strong air conditioning running (while the temperature outside is perfectly cool), and permanent gas fires outside and in the rooms, heating the air and which are not possible to switch off, even during the night Soaps used one time and changed every day, 2 plastic straws for each glass, … and multiple little attentions that were probably very appreciated years ago but which should now evolveThis is a long and complicated journey but it should be started by the leaders

Thank you for your attention!

Great location being seconds away from the ski lift as it is a resort hotel Got a nice upgrade when checking in which was a welcome supply Little pricey but that is expected during the peak season

Rooms were clean and service was great as provided daily Adequate supply of restaurant choices around the hotel Highly recommended and will definitely stay again

J Levy

Love it Convenience and kindness of staff couldn’t be better Rooms are a bit pricey (high season) but super comfy, well stocked and perfectly furnished

I love the boot warmers in the room and the Murphy bed is super comfy Right in the heart of all the action in Jackson Hole mountain resort but still quiet and peaceful in the room Tonight we will dine in the restaurant but the food looks amazing and smells delicious The hostess last night was super accommodating and tried to accommodate us as best she could even though they were fully booked Greetings when we arrived early couldn’t have been better – we didn’t expect our room but they had one available and as such were happy to accommodate This place is truly a gem!

Definitely recommend upgrading to a one bedroom suite if going with the family Only issue is the hot tub Very unusual for a ski resort to not allow those under 18 to use the hot tub The location is also a bit tricky as it’s not directly near the lifts so requires a bit of walking Other than that definitely would recommend and would stay again

It was an interesting experience We didn’t stay at the resort So this review is for the spa

We sat in the lobby for a bit and was greeted by the therapists who escort us to the big therapy room with a soaking tub In my experience, the first stop would be the locker room so we can undressed, get into our robes and sandals Then, we can proceed with the services Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here at this spa For such a nice therapy room our clothes were all over the couch because we weren’t escorted to the locker room (yes there is a locker room) Since my fiancé and I had to split up after our soak I had to leave the room (in the provided robe, which was very soft, and no slippers) The massage was fine, nothing to write home about Once I was done I, once again, I barefooted through the spa back to the big therapy room to put on my clothes For my fiancé, he said his therapist was all over the place Ultimately, it was not worth the $600 tab as we had better experiences at other spas

LOVED! We had the most amazing time in Jackson and the hotel was lovely The staff was super nice and accommodating and the customer service superb They helped us with transportation and things to do and were always available via the chat in the app to get us what we needed

The hotel is brand new and the rooms are beautiful We were upgraded to a suite and it was perfect for our trip Great location right in town with so many amazing restaurants in walking distance

So far so good! Pam & Liza made National Hot Chocolate Day last Monday, more fun!Noah is an entertaining bell hop, James is a welcoming front deskNice interiors, pantry is a nice little touch on every floor & the bagged ice is a good amenity (esp with COVID hotels closed their ice machine), bath products are a good scent, towels & sheets are soft enough The pool, jacuzzi & gym are a perfectly sized (for winter “crowd”)

Black tie service is worth the resort fee for the skiers Location is perfectly central but complimentary town car service is a great option for our dinner dress ups

Beautiful hotel in an ideal location Walking distance to everything in Jackson, including Snow King Mountain for activities Close the the highways to get you to any other activities

The styling of the hotel is also quite beautiful Modern, with a western flair The only thing I can say is weird is that in our bedroom, there seemed to be a motion sensor that turned off the bedroom lights and TV So a few times, while relaxing after some adventure, I’d be in bed watching TV and then it would go off I’d have to get up to trigger it again I never found out where the sensor actually isbut while weird, it did not detract from our stayFinally, we really enjoyed the restaurant: Bistro The food was great Room service was prepared and delivered fairly quicklyOh, and last finally, the staff was all nice, professional, and helpful

Not awful but not great Most of the staff at the front desk were great but the first person I encountered was less than polite or kind There are definitely some artistic liberties taken with the pictures on the website vs

the hotel as I saw it Our room was not cleaned and we had to go down and ask for towels at the front desk While there, 2 other people asked for the same thing I can understand if they were short staffed but it would have been nice to have a note saying that or telling us upon check-in We are reasonable and would have understood The final off-putting item was the change machine for the laundry room They had no change nor did they have any change at the front desk Our tour guide the day before said WY has more banks than gas stationsif this is true, it is unacceptable not to have change for the washer and dryer The pool was nice and the hot tubs were cozy and warm The breakfast was average but nothing too special Given the amount of money per night, we expected a little more than what we rec’d

Sharon Smith

Very nice! The beds super comfortable It’s so quiet, we were on the bottom floor, no noise from above or beside us or in the hallway And judging from the parking the hotel was full

We stayed off season so the rate was very reasonable for such a nice placeThe breakfast was also above and beyond delicious Two types of eggs, potatoes, sausage & bacon, sliced fruit, toast, bagles, muffinsOne of the nicest hotels in Jackson

Alan Robertson

Stayed here for a week, and was very pleased with our accommodationsThe staff was courteous and friendly, and the rooms were very nice, as you’d expect for a relatively new resortOverall, the facilities and amenities are great, and the complimentary breakfast is very good

My only complaint is that I wish there were more of a “grand lodge” style common area There are a couple of nooks with comfy seating, but there wouldn’t be enough during peak seasonOverall, would recommend, and would stay here again on our next visit to the area
