We stayed here for our mini vacation and loved itOur room was spacious and even the blinds were clean! There’s plenty of room on the property to take dogs outAll the staff were very friendly which is always really important to me

We’ll be backThis spunky guy was in the lobby 😂😂

Karen Salazar

The person at reception was incredibly nice; they were so approachable and helpful We only stayed for a night, but the rooms were nice and clean Our parents’ room smelled a bit like a dog, so that’s why a 4/5 stars

The pool itself was a bit dirty, not super, and warm The breakfast was pretty good; they had the typical cereal, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, muffins, toast, coffee, and juice If anything, their backdoor wasn’t closed, which made us feel uneasy

Ally Ellington

Very nice hotel Giving 5 stars only because other issues were little things Room was very nice

It was very dark room Kind of outdated The breakfast was really good! The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool area seemed dirty and the water seemed murky/nasty Other than that it was a nice stay and checked off our boxes

This place was a wonderful surprise! I had to quickly plan a very last minute stay in the Kerrville/Ingram/Hunt area and it seemed cabins and cabin communities were more prominent than traditional hotels I chose Roddy based purely on the photos from their website and the fact they had WiFi since I would be working while I was there Btw the internet worked great

I’d never stayed in a cabin before and wasn’t sure what to expect but was blown away, with the kitchen specifically It had everything you could imagine you’d ever need, including a pizza slicer! All we had to do was take food and drink, the rest was already there We enjoyed the pools a couple of times (the one closer to the office was our favorite), but unfortunately that was all we had time for in terms of fun My family plans to go back in the near future for an actual vacation so that we can enjoy more than just the comfy cabin On that note we stayed in the Roost cabin and it was very tidy and a great amount of space for three people Honestly, when we were leaving I saw online that there was a cabin still available for the weekend and highly considered booking and just moving our bags over, we just didn’t want to leave! I don’t know if all communities like this are as great but this definitely was a super experience I want to do again

Was looking for an authentic Texas experience for my kids coming to visit us for the first time and this was excellent! Due to the pandemic they had postponed and then the cabin we chose was occupied so they upgraded them to the Pecan Springs Farm and it was so spacious and beautiful! What an awesome experience for them Will definitely be back!!

We had a blast! It was our second time visiting this location, but our first time in a travel trailer We either rode our bikes or walked everywhere Most activities are an easy walk

Nice walking paths plus playgrounds for this kiddos Our 7 and 4yo loved playing the river (it’s currently very low) and the water slides The hikes and the views of the Guadalupe were my personal favorite Lifeguards were a bit short staffed for a weekend but the guys working worked very hard!

BennyValle07

Great family camping trip as always! We enjoyed the water park and private cabana allowed us a place to relax from the heat and still stay pool side The ranger station is well stocked with food items, drinks and ice cream for the kids! We enjoyed all the amenities from the jump pad to the mini golf The Guadalupe river on site was especially fun for our family to explore by swimming and fishing

We had a great time and look forward to coming every summer!

Amanda Kaminski

This was our second vacation to this park We have an RV, and stayed in a Best Premium RV Site The site was pretty level, we didn’t have to use leveling blocks

The hookups were easily accessible, I didn’t have to have Sewer, water, and electrical running all over the place The yard was a good size, and the trees well maintained The park has lots of amenities: laundry, family restrooms w/showers, 5 pools, including an indoor with hot tub, 4 slides, a splash pad with dump bucket and slides and water cannons, picnic areas, tables and chairs set up along the river for scenic meals, swings with peaceful river views, direct river access Now, it is shallow, so your kayak isn’t going to get far, but a tube to float with your friends and family will work perfect They have a stone fire pizza restaurant and a pub for the adults, and Lazer tag when you’ve had about enough of your kid bragging that he is boss at Call of Duty so you’ve gotta show him who is Boss This park does allow personal golf carts and I highly recommend that you bring yours or rent one, especially if you have a hard time getting around If you’re good on a bicycle or scooter, those are good options too, your wallet will thank you We had a great time, spent nearly two weeks at the park, and booked next year before we left This is one of the family’s favorite campgrounds to go to

For Kerrville and surrounding area, I couldn’t have done better Service was pretty good, room size was large, and the hotel grounds were quiet Yeah looking around at the property, the outside definitely needs an overhaul but it looks like they’re slowly building up the property

Our room looks to have been recently refurnished Everything was pretty nice overall, air condition was ice cold on a day when it felt like the desert outside Way better than our experience than what we had at one of San Antone’s finer hotels and priced accordingly

Ben

Stayed here twice in a 2 week period Staff was friendly and nice The first room we had was clean and very comfy beds

The place is older but that’s ok The pool was good but by end of the weekend it was cloudy and smelledSecond stay here was through our companies travel department Not sure if that impacts the room assignment or not The room was very old needed a good cleaning and had the most uncomfortable bed No headboard the nightstand was not sturdy and minimal lighting Ice machines definitely need a cleaning as wellWould consider staying here again if the Leicestershire was right but would ask for an updated room with the nicer beds for sure

Cathi O’Bannon

Rooms are sufficiently appointed, ac worked well but the pool was quite dirty and the pool towels are like hand towel size Also, hot tub was lukewarm with locked controls Our stay was Easter wknd so I am also considering that, despite the many guests who braved the temperatures of an early swim season

Husband enjoyed the bar and pool table area

Beautiful clean park with spacious concrete pads, clean pool, bath & showers We stayed in the adult only section which provided a patio set vs a picnic table The store is well stocked with essentials and non-essentials at reasonable prices

Staff is very hospitable and friendly We will certainly place this resort on our return list!

Minnie Mason

If you’re looking for a place to have a party or rally this is a good choice If you want a quite relaxing weekend keep looking This place is neat and clean but unless you’re in the adult only area it’s basically a trailer park, 5:30am you’ll hear the diesel trucks fired up to get to work

Evening will find dogs, kids on scooters and bicycles and remote-control cars racing up and down the street There’s no playground so the kids living here need someplace to play So if you don’t mind the occasional ball bouncing off the side of your coach this might be the place for you I’ll look elseware

Stacie Erickson

This is a beautiful, clean park Our site was very large with a nice patio set It’s a huge park and the laundry room was quite far from our site, but that’s not a deal breaker for us

The only issue we had were the dates They had us coming in a week later than what I booked Unfortunately were weren’t able to stay for the 3 nights that we had planned We had to leave after 2 nights, as our spot was spoken for We would love to come back again and spend more time

I work for a land development company and we have taken many trips to Kerrville in the last 2-3 years Bonnie Middleton has helped me with our large group bookings for each trip and I have to say that she is one of the most polite and accommodating people I have ever met in the hotel industry!! She really goes above and beyond to take care of us every time we travel to Kerrville and the Hampton Inn has become our favorite spot because of her! Bonnie, thank you so much for always being there when we need you! You deserve a HUGE raise!

I booked for the Biker Rally 2 weeks ago on Expedia The manager called us yesterday to tell us we did not have a room because they decided to book a special event this weekend We said this is not expectable, she said it would be $300

00 more for the room we said no, then she said they did not have the room we booked and for more money they could give us a room with a queen rather than a king bed You could tell by her tone and all the blocks she kept throwing at us she did not want us there she was trying to discourage us we finally told her fine you got your way we will not stay, she was happy as could be l am not sure how they do business but we have never been there maybe they do not like bikers? Now they have not credited our money she sais =d she would asap it has been charged and we have no room My wife booked this as my birthday weekend at the rally now we have to make other plans with 60000 less dollars in our account due to this horrible place or manager not sure which oneBe ware you can not even count on the price or the room when booked through a travel sightI hope this saves someone from frustration and confusion at a later dateKent

Voted BEST COMEDY show & GOURMET BREAKFAST Chef Darlene rolled out scratch dough before my eyes and made a quiche that melted in my mouth She reduced blueberries in apple cider vinegar and produced a world class gourmet pop tart – I wanted more, but too busy stuffing a breakfast enchalida in my pie hole

The manager is a Hill Country treasure from Scotland Sara – a natural story teller – she shoots straight and directs a great crew of people Irene is hilarious and goes with the comedy triage – she makes sure the rooms are awesome – which they are It’s quiet, clean, full of nature, and rustic It probably needs some work, and I hope the owner puts the cash into it Definately worth saving Visit, don’t complain, be still and watch the deer, goats, cats, black squirrels etc Very little internet, phone, or annoying people

Pool area is outstanding!!Wife & I came here to celebrate our 43 anniversary and I informed the resort of this When we arrived, we was surprised to find a beautiful balloon display with the number 43 and a box of chocolates Also there was a bottle of wine and a candy & nut tray for us too

This was very, very nice and much appreciated! Thank you Worldmark!!

It is a very nice place But, it is not a hotel There are individual condos equipped with kitchens

There are also areas where you can Grill So, if you’re staying for a few days you need to make sure you bring groceries or plan on eating all meals out The major drawback is location but the other thing is the condos are spread throughout the property The pool and other amenities are off by themselves

I rate this place a two star only because the staff are friendly and the rooms which we stayed in was a suite and it was quite spacious We loved the fact that is had two tv’s and a sofa bed that has its own privacy The room was a bit dirty, shower head was an eye sore

The pool needs maintenance as well Breakfast was very basic they had eggs and sausage and waffles Apples and some yogurts Overall we had a decent stay…or so we think

Jennifer Gray

Hotel was clean but the faint scent of bleach was not pleasant Room was spacious and very comfortably Refrigerator was very wobbly but all was in working order

Breakfast was average for hotels Need new cereal dispensers, took 2-3 minutes to get a very small amount out Lady working in the breakfast area was watching the clock like a hawk As soon as it was 930, she started putting things away

Lauren Boross

The front desk staff were so friendly We got stuck overnight on I-10 during the ice storm and showed up the next day needing sleep and a bathroom and shower ASAP and they were quick to set us up!! The shower has excellent water pressure and temperature Good location

Didn’t hear much noise from neighbors and appreciate that they accept small dogs for a fee Just what we needed, especially after 2 nights of bad hotel stays in another hotel chain and a night in the car! Thank you!!

rooms old, smelly, torn carpet sink cracked no maid service available, the hotel left a note asking the guests to take out their own trash & dirty towels! the hotel should Have reduced our nightly fee for having to provide our own maid SERVICE! Then they have the gall to charge you an extra $2500 2 insure that there is no “damage” done to the room during your stay- heck the rooms are falling apart to begin with!!
