It was a beautiful place, but we went on September 16th and a lot of restaurants were closed until October, which should have been told to us in advance Paying $1,250 dollars a night for a courtyard villa you should have all your amenities available to you It is my friends Birthday today and we had reservations for a restaurant that had closed the day before we got there

Absolutely beautiful! I attended a networking event that was indoors/outdoors and it was one of the coolest experiences I’ve had in South Florida, and I’ve lived in Miami my whole life! The view of the water and various portions of the magnificent Miami skylines were breathtaking to say the least! The staff were also very accommodating and I will never be able to think of any complaint or criticism of any kind from my experience at this beautiful location! If you ever get the chance to go please do, definitely a bucket list type of adventure!

Lorena Gordon Brown

The rooms at one point were probably really nice Would rate them as 4 stars at the presentThe Sun for the pool deck is now blocked by the under construction Aston Martin Building next door

Not their fault but def something to note if you want to take advantage of pool from 8-11 in the morning Sun on other side of building in the afternoonWe were lucky with the valet but some in our party were not as lucky Waited an hour for his car trying to take his daughter to urgent careAttended a wedding which was great!! Beautiful ballroom and service during the eventFloors were dirty in our room when we arrived and there was still trash from the previous party in the room No body wash, just one bar of soap you have to use at both the sink and in the shower They can do better in this areaSummary: This was probably really nice before COVID Service around the hospitality industry is down as whole and they are no exception The under construction building blocks out sun for what probably used to be a great pool deck which was a major bummer for our stay

The Absolute Best

The service is incredible (shout out to Isaiah, spelling?) and everyone else at the front desk who made us feel so warm and welcome and at home after many days of flight cancellations We needed that and are so grateful! The views and hotel rooms are also amazing and it is walking distance to so many great spots Highly recommend!

It’s not worth it I do not recommend this place Melissa has horrible customer service

They over charged 8100 for room service we never received They had the audacity to blame me for not receiving the food, when it took over an hour to deliver a pizza and wings We were told not to worry about it and they will remove it That wasn’t the case We were LIED to And it is a violation of their policy to charge for services not signed for They charge a resort fee… but there is No RESORT They have a pool That’s it Overall it’s not worth they hype or the money Save your money and go to a more worthy, customer driven hotel Melissa does not have any customer service skills The valet lady was RUDE, and the valley take 20-30 minutes! They offer free rose at social hour but it was so cheap and disgusting, I was not able to drink my glass This is not a 5 start resort, this is not qualityAlso, I paid for water views and received a pool view When I called down to complain upon entering the room the lady tried to convince me it is a water view However, I explained I can’t see the water, I only see the pool She claimed that’s is the water viewAfter some back and forth she reluctantly offered to move my room the next day, to a room WITH a water viewThere are 2 pools but the pool with the cabanas is only for residents, the smaller pool, without cabanas was the one we were allowed use I felt segregatedThe rate is not 200 a night, after all the fees and 50$ parking it’s closer to 400$ a nightBeware! Go to a MUCH nicer, better, more accommodating hotel for this rate

We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come againIf you’re looking for 5 star luxury and plan to spend most of your trip in your hotel room, then you’re better off in the Ritz Carlton next door If you’re looking for clean, basic but functional rooms that are literally 10 seconds from a 5 star beach, with easy access to restaurants and shops, then this is for you

The service is great too, we had a slight issue with noisy neighbours on arrival and the manager moved us without any fussA great little motel

IF you want to be able to walk out directly from your room and have the ocean right there, a large pool, and an amazing garden with old growth trees and lots of room for your kids to run around this place is amazing There is a super friendly family atmosphere This place is not for people who want a super fancy, expensive hotel

WE have taken our family here three years in a row Our kids love that we can walk to beach, restaurants, and a great public playground We are a family that likes to camp and doesn’t like to waist money on things that don’t improve our life If you are of the same mind set go here If you want expensive, fancy, and snobby then don’t go here Best experience for the price

I stayed in Room 803 corner room facing the main road The front desk staff was nice and attentive They provided me with suggestions for breakfast, lunch and dinner

The hotel smelled clean the entire time I stayed there The staff was constantly cleaning I LOVED IT!! The room was on the smaller side, but the bathroom more than made up for it I did not have any issues with the hot water I traveled with my 6-year-old son and the only complaint I’d have was the noise (planes, cars, normal sounds you get staying downtown), which isn’t the hotel’s fault Yes, there is a residence next door, but I never felt unsafe, again traveling with my son alone We walked to nearby restaurants, we walked back to the hotel from a Miami Heat game and at no point did I not feel safe Stay here and enjoy yourself!

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking a place They compare hundreds of hotel sites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This place is the best rated in this area

I’ve been staying here for a long time If you stay for a few days you definitely won’t be disappointedEveryone at the front desk was very kind with us, especially Isabella she was very sweet and helpful the room was very nice and clean, the buffet breakfast A M A Z I N G so much variety, and the location is very near to everything The only little detail I wasn´t crazy about was the glass wall in the bathroom, you don´t want anybody watching you poop, even though if is your partner!, besides that detail everything was perfect

Rob

My wife and I stayed one night before going on our honeymoon cruise the next day Lady at the front was very nice and let us check in early, more happened that I don’t want to say because I’m not sure if she was allowed to do it It was unexpected but also very appreciated, as for the room we stayed in it was clean, had a great view, and the bed was super comfortable

Overall it was a great experience and when we visit Miami again we will definitely be staying here!

If you’re thinking about staying here, DO IT!!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful – from the lobby to the room – every part of The Savoy has amazing decorations!! The pools were our favorite part – it felt like we were in paradise!!! The service was also exceptional – every single person we talked to was helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed The food was also incredible – the fries are a must haveWe loved our room – it was exactly as pictured and described!! The pink mural wall was my favorite part

One minor thing was that we could hear noise above us late into the night Other than that, everything was amazing!!!

Fell completely in love with the Savoy Everything from the eclectic, classy, vintage lobby, to the amazing 2 room suite- which was perfectly nerdy in the best way There are books everywhere, classics, true crime, even Harry Potter

Even the bathroom, which was modern, still felt somehow antiqueThe pool bar was great, Wallace (the bartender) was wonderful and made us feel very welcome and very much at home The pool itself was refreshing and surrounded by beautiful greenery, outfitted with multiple areas with loungers and chairs But the best part was without a doubt the beach experience Beautiful clear blue water as far as the eye could see Guests had free access to loungers and umbrellas There was a waiter on hand all day serving drinks and food The menu provided a wide variety of options Burgers to Sushi and everything in between So no need to cut your beach day short I hope to make the Savoy a yearly home away from home

Location the main attraction Also view from the room is simply amazing, you can stay for hours just looking the city from the balcony Rooms are nice and spacious but the quality of everything in the room is coming from a two stars motel

Bed sheets are awful, the quality of the mattress is also way under the level you expect from this building For the last two days almost half of the elevators were broken therefore going up to your room or down to the lobby was like going in rush hour in some big city metro (subway) Price vs quality balance is far from good

I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels before and this one is surely not a 5-star hotel even though they’re designated as such Service was terrible for the most part New hires at the front desk did not know the answers to my questions, they did not address every concern I had while checking out, and I felt I was talking to a wall

The attendant’s eyes were lost, she had no idea what to do when I asked about simple room charges, I was so tired I just left Food selection was very limited and the menu description barely resembled the actual food There is no in-room dining from 11 am-5:30 pm, so if you’re hungry during those times you’ll have to order in or go to their restaurant 😓 the staff doesn’t wear/use uniforms, they wear what they want and they look scrappy There is no mini bar in the room and when we requested a bottle opener they stated they would bring one once we ordered food, but we wanted to drink some of our own wine before ordering We had to go downstairs with the bottle so they could uncork it for us Bc they would not lend us a bottle opener In my room, one closet light was out, the toilet would not drain correctly and water would just run unless I moved the handle The shower was not perfectly clean as there were parts in between the tile that were black and pink as when someone doesn’t scrub them Room service came and just left a pile of towels by the bathtub, they didn’t even have the decency of hanging them where they belong or folding them appropriately They would take forever to come and pick up the dirty dishes, and one has to place the dirty dishes outside the door I will never book here again

Ioana Rider

Less than impressed Room wasn’t ready at 4 pm check in so we had to wait over half an hour They said we were getting a $100 dining credit but then they forgot to apply it to the room

The bath tub faucet came off and we couldn’t use it The mattress was incredibly hard and uncomfortable Woke up with back pain The restaurant was good but nothing special Definitely very overpriced Not worth the over $750 paid for one night There are much better options in Brickell Will not stay here again

I’ve been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you won’t regret itA 20 something year old hotel with open spaces and water features this property is large, clean, and relaxing The room was perfect for our 1st night after our long plane ride It was comfortable and quiet I hardly ever heard another person and we arrived in the middle of spring break We will come again if we travel this way again

Daniel Rocha

Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful Efficient in cleaning the rooms and help at the conference rooms as well The room although great and clean, had a weird layout in the bathroom making the shower stall very small, and the height of the shower very low

The location is great Walking distance from the mais street in the grove Lots of things to do around and close to the water front too

Channa Borman

Beautifully appointed rooms, elegant lobby, delicious food at the restaurant, great service from front desk staff But maybe most fun feature was the hospitality of the bellman Steven who gave us great restaurant recommendations when he took our luggage to the room and was hilarious in his descriptions of the options Great choice

Can’t go wrong here

Such a nice, quiet, clean hotel! Stayed during Ultra Music Festival and it wasn’t busy or chaotic at all Staff were very nice, attentive and welcoming Room was super quiet despite construction on a building next door (which you can see and hear from the pool area but wasn’t too bad)

We stayed in a deluxe king room and it was huge, basically a studio apartment Even came with a washer-dryer combo, kitchenette with sink, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and fridge and an espresso machine with decaf and regular plus creamer/sugar/sweeteners There are little amenities for purchase in the dresser including a charging kit Brickell City Center is next door with lots of shops and restaurants Everything is within walking distance The pool was pretty quiet most days and easy to get a cabana There is a small shallow walk in pool and a bigger 4 foot deep pool adjacent Hotel guests don’t have access to the rooftop pool at the very top floor, that is only for residents (who have their own entrance and elevator to the building) Will definitely stay again!

MJ

I stayed at The Lux for my birthday and let me tell you I was treated like a Queen from the moment I walked in by Mario! He made sure he met all of my expectations and did it with a smile The pool area was my favorite, not to mention the nice balcony area to catch those sunsets If you’re looking for a great place to stay

this hotel is a must! Thanks Mario and Jose for a great birthday weekend!

Janean Gardner

Rooms are very spacious and well decorated The roof top pool is beautiful but this is not the right time of the year to think for one minute it will be a relaxing experience There is a new building being constructed right next door, so it is extremely loud when laying out at the pool

Also the staff/hotel are very particular about only giving there guest one towel There is no one here and I can’t get an extra towel? This would never happen at the W First and Last for me

My husband & I stayed here Sunday-Thursday because I had a procedure Monday that required me to be on bed rest The welcome was very gracious & kind We got exactly what we wanted- peace & quiet

The hotel was clean & the staff was kind I especially liked the window sill/sofa in the room to get a little sun while I was on rest! When it came to the food- we couldn’t go wrong We tried almost everything at Edge during breakfast, lunch & dinner & everything was delectableMy only issue would be the valet I’ve always been hesitant to do valet (no matter the level of the hotel) & this left another bad mark on me My app notified me that my car was unlocked & had the windows down all night When I woke up I notified the front desk & they resolved it, but I truly believe that’s something shouldn’t have occurred My car now has a peculiar smell

We stayed at the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell for two weeks this June From the moment of our arrival to check-out, we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay The entire staff went above and beyond to make our entire family comfortable and satisfied

From meeting our every need to sending a sizable chocolate tennis racket arrangement when my daughter got into medical school, the staff exceeded our expectations in every possible manner The food and drink was world-class—the chefs and bartenders worked tirelessly to prepare meals and beverages to our specific preferences While the entire staff was fantastic, Santa was a particular highlight of our stay Throughout our trip, she ensured we were always taken care of, from valet to housekeeping, restaurant booking and much more The manager at the pool was equally wonderful, and helped us book a last-minute reservation at an extremely popular restaurant in Miami The housekeeping staff was clean, efficient, and incredibly warm to each member of our family—always doing their best to meet our various needs I give my highest recommendation to the Four Seasons Miami-Brickell and look forward to returning as soon as possible for another stay

My literal favorite hotel in Miami I know most people think “I want to be on the beach”, but for me the service, and feel here is just 10/10The pool is beautiful and gives you an amazing day in the sun

You are always a quick hop to the beach as wellI can not express enough how much I love and recommend this hotel! Safe travels

Older hotel but I believe they are in the process of renovations Lighting in the rooms need to be updated and brighter especially in the bathroom and entry hallway and closet Although I could see brighter lights would have been better

Also, it would be nice if they cleaned the windows mine were rather dirty The customer service was excellent Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful No matter the time or day front desk was willing and able to engage Great job people!!!

I personally went to the Spa to book a massage for my wife and the attendant looked at her schedule and booked it for 4 pm along with my credit card info About 2 hours later we find out from the attendant that they could not honor our appointment because the masseuse scheduled to do it left to go to a “sister property” They offered to change the reservation for the following day but we would be leaving by then

I explained our displeasure with this and asked why we were not told about this when we booked it the response we received is that their scheduling system does not let them know when the masseuse is scheduled elsewhere! I am completely flabbergasted by this response and cannot help but wonder how a hotel with such a reputation to uphold could run such and AMATEUR operation? Somehow we are considered lesser clients than the sister hotel that we were left for When I asked to speak to the manager we were told by the attendant that he would email us and they also gave us his email to contact him As of now, we have received no contact email from him or any other communication Please understand that I am writing this with no prejudice of this location and no hidden agenda This is totally unacceptable behavior for a place of this category and they need to be called out on this I hope this helps others who are trying to book the same spa Beware!

The room/suite is old and dated ! Very old fashioned and run down … the bar super quiet and bad drinks ; tonight the server told me they have nothing but Chardonnay which I don’t drink and later the other waiter says that’s not true, I got my glass of yummy wine but what a zoo! The pool is not appealing at all in a roof top with fake grass !The bathroom doesn’t even have towel hooks or cabinets to put your clothes away in a suite ! Won’t be back

The property is beautiful and in a great location My room was spacious and clean However, the hotel is in need of cosmetic refreshing

The furniture in the lobby is worn, the ceiling vents in the meeting rooms are surrounded by black dirt, and the public bathrooms look “tired” I expected more from a luxury hotel Also, the elevators can be very slow More than once, there were 20 people waiting in line to get on the elevators in the lobby, even though there are six elevators available At one point, hotel staff let us use the service elevator, which was appreciated There were a few times that I had to wait several minutes for an elevator to pick me up on the 24th floor My colleagues said the same thing happened to them I didn’t receive an emailed receipt from the hotel and had to call twice to have one sent to me Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again

We came to vacation to visit my family that lives in in Miami and decided to stay a hotel for part of the trip This hotel is so nice, the pool is heated and the gym is clean and has brand new equipment The rooms are clean and comfortable

We paid for vip club access and got breakfast, tea time and happy hour throughout the day Fernando was our server for tea time and happy hour and he was very friendly and professional I’m very impressed with he level of service in the hotel

Amazing Hotel in the Heart of Downtown MiamiGreat bed with great sheets helped us sleep really well – and isn’t that the most important thing! The artwork and exclusive vibe is great, but you do share the facilities with the JW Marriott including the exec lounge and the pool, etc

But again, the bed was great, the room is really cool and modern and it’s a great stay!

Dontbother asking

I left a $3,500 USD Dior suit jacket in the room When I arrived at the airport I realized it and called the front desk to ask to keep my jacket safe My jacket was “not found” according to staff

There is a bunch of thieves working here Do not forget anything in your room at this hotel The staff was very unprofessional about helping me locate my suit jacket

Chris Then

I booked a weekend getaway My flight gets canceled, and I’m unable to travel I called Amex travel which connected me to the hotel to get a refund or reschedule the trip The hotel stated they were not going to refund nor reschedule the trip

What kind of customer of service is this? By far the worst customer service I’ve experience I’ll never booked at the hotel Beaux Arts!!!

Grateful to have stayed at this boutique hotel The decor is fun and playful, and the overall vibe of this place is awesome I chose this hotel for my second half of my cosmetic surgery recovery when I could be on my own and am so happy with my choice

The bed is super comfy (medium plush), blankets plush, pillows plush and the air conditioning quiet They accommodated my request for a quiet room at the end of the hall (I could not hear any street traffic) A mini fridge comes in the room but they were able to bring a slightly bigger one to my room as I need to eat a few special things after my surgery that needed to be kept cold Even the spare blanket they brought was cozy unlike typical crunchy blankets hotels give you when you ask for a second blanket If eating healthy is important to you as was for me post-surgery there are so many healthy dining and smoothie spots around Plus, the location doesn’t get any better! Special thank to Kat/Cat the supervisor/manager for her efforts to make my stay more comfortable She went above and beyond when she truly did not have to Your kindness meant the world to me ❤️ Happy to have found what I deem the best south beach Miami hotel for the value paid

Andrea Baccarelli

Booking this place was our best decision ever It is beautifully decorated, brand new, immaculately clean, close to the beach, and has an amazing swimming pool next to a top notch restaurant and bar Stay was just amazing

Each room also gets two complementary loungers and an umbrella at the nearby beach (5 minutes walk) The area is just lovely the right mix of fun and relax (whichever you are looking for, you can have either around here) The room was small but beautiful and very quiet Amazing design and decor

I can’t wait to come and stay again! What a beautiful property From the rooms, to the restaurant and outdoor space, you can tell a lot of attention to detail went into this space Everything was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly

There is a definite party vibe at the hotel but the rooms were nice and quiet and it was easy to get a good night sleep on the cozy bed If you do like to sip drinks and party by the pool this is the spot for you A lot of fun! They also offered free workout classes that I highly recommend We’ll definitely be back again to hang by the pool and enjoy the atmosphere

Our room was very clean and relaxing The roof top pool was an added bonus, it’s small but very relaxing and has a nice view Quick walk to the beach and plenty of great restaurants near by Perfect location I would highly recommend this hotel

Great view, great customer service, just limited since it’s a boutique hotel 1 block away from the beach Each room has a balcony

Quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to the more populated area of South Beach Surrounded by lots of restaurants You’re above Prime 112 and across the street from another Prime restaurant We went downstairs, ate, and took leftovers back to the room The room had a mini fridge and microwave, so we were Set! We look forward to going back

Me and my friend stayed here for my birthday and we had an amazing stay It’s under a restaurant but it was not ever too loud or too much They make you feel safe and comfortable and we appreciated the location was at the end of ocean drive so it was away from some of the chaos you see in Miami

We would definitely stay here again, thank you !

Always a pleasure going there for the weekend Decided to go Sunday to get a massage with my wife Omar was always great as usual

My wife’s massage was not that good but she said the massage therapist was very friendly and nice It’s almost like a hit and miss with the massage therapists Some are great and some are average For the money you’re paying for the service you would figure they all should be good But I must say that they are all friendly, kind and respectful The spa attendants are always great!!!We also had lunch at the Dune’s beach bar We were seated by Sammy who was very nice We waited about 15 minutes to be attended too and no one came I went to Sammy and mentioned to him that no one has come to serve us, The server who came to us saw us originally but never came to us when we were there Food was great and the service was good after the factDoesn’t change my perspective on the Ritz Will always go there for a nice little getaway Everyone there is always great Look forward to going again soon

Faizah S

It was our first time staying here and had some expectations that were by no means extra-ordinary What we expected was a nice room, friendly service, great amenities, some perks, but all we got was a king size room no larger or better than any other standard hotel, and absolutely nothing else! Service was horrible – housekeeping and food service staff were nice but no one else was helpful or friendly, there are much nicer beaches in Miami to stay at, the restaurants were not appealingTwo things that stood out during our stay- 1

They offered us drinks on arrival so hubby asked for a pepsi and they wouldn’t give him one, said they couldn’t do that? Don’t offer someone a drink then refused to give it to them… very rude and unprofessional 2 When we got to our room, saw the bathroom was dirty so called front desk to request cleaning just for the bathroom I had to request twice and no one came until an hour and half later! We couldn’t use the bathroom or freshen up when we got thereThis hotel is not worth the price or the time, there are better resorts and hotels to have a relaxing, fun stay at, with much more to offer

Gary Meech

Arrived very late/early morning, very tired but the overnight staff and manager where great! Easy and quick check in The lobby was very spacious and clean Elevator kept stopping at each floor on the way to my floor (odd) but room is amazing

View from the balcony is equally amazing Here for a conference but I could see hanging out here for a relaxing weekend

From the moment that we arrived until the moment that we checked out, the staff was extremely kind, pleasant, and accommodating One staff member in particular, Alan, was especially gracious He honestly made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel

In addition, the hotel is in a great, central location It’s very clean and the pool is amazing But for our family, the impeccable customer service trumps it all SLS Brickell is definitely our go-to hotel when in Miami

Emily Bailey

I absolutely LOVE this hotel! The manager, Jameisha, literally made our stay! She was amazing and very kind! She went out of her way to help us and truly made our stay phenomenal By far one of the loveliest humans we met in Miami! On top of that, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area The rooms are huge and very pretty

Would highly recommend staying here!

Bryan McDaniel

Our stay at the SLS Brickell was due to our flight(s) being canceled by our airline after our cruise (I believe that I read that more than 10,000 flights were canceled nationwide that weekend) We decided that we would simply try to make the best of a trying situation, and go stay in a nice hotel in downtown Miami until we could make alternative arrangements for another flightAfter reading reviews online about various hotels in downtown Miami we chose Brickell due to it’s location and positive reviews

The room was nice, large, and very clean The balcony was absolutely huge with excellent views of the city The Italian restaurant and bar just off the lobby (Fi’lia) had wonderful food, drinks and serviceI can’t speak highly enough of the staff When we checked in late that evening we were exhausted, and the only clothes that we had were the clothes which we were wearing The staff were friendly, professional and even offered shopping suggestions where we might acquire additional clothing the following day I would especially like to commend Daniela and Isabel They were wonderful, and are a credit to their professionThanks to the SLS Brickell for turning our difficult and tiring situation into a pleasant experience
