Great hotel Very friendly staff and great location The bar is very nice, it also revolves while you sit

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel The entire place is beautiful!! The room was so unique and decorated beautifully The bathroom was amazing, had a shower with 4 different shower heads, a desperate big jacuzzi tub with shutters to look into the bedroom

The room service was excellent The revolving bar had the sweetest bartender The rooftop lounge the VUE was great, the big huge bonfire on the outdoor deck was an awesome place to spend some time The indoor/outdoor hot springs hot tub was a spa experience included with the stay

Enjoyed our stay The room is very spacious and well organized There are two entries to the room and several exists to the parking

The pool side entry of the room is what we liked You can get a beautiful view of the garden alongside pool The fitness center is clean and nice The location of this hotel is perfect for shopping and lot of food options around

Alexis Walker

The customer service is Awesome! Every employee I spoke with was polite and usefulIn terms of the room, I was disappointed I stayed on the second floor with my family, including our pet

On our way to the room, we noticed none of the doors open automatically The doors are heavy and none are open with a door stopper either I found it tiresome to constantly have to struggle opening the door and pushing my baby’s stroller through the doorwayThe cleanliness of the room was good-clean sheet, towels No bugs or anything either Overall, the rooms should be updatedAnother thing that made my stay difficult was the access to a microwave There are only two microwaves, which are located in front of the front desk, which is such an inconvenience Imagine being on one side of the hotel and having to constantly go to the front desk to use the microwave—food, sterilizing bottles, etc I think there should be a microwave on each floor for guestsBuffalo is my hometown, and I always wanted to stay at this hotel—meaning excited However, I feel this hotel was top notch and prime 5-10 years ago, but now it could use some updates

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend 2022 We were greeted with smiles and a lovely welcome This always sets the tone for me when I visit a hotel

The hotel beautifully decorated, and our room was spacious and clean Our favorite part of our visit, besides the free warm cookies, was our (Choice of) free breakfast Not only was the menu full of delicious options, but the service was fantastic We really got to know Veronica and Ashley during our 4 breakfast visits They were so friendly, professional, and always ready with a hot pot of coffee We loved chatting with them, and thought they were great ambassadors for the Marriott brand We will stay at this hotel again!

Lindsay Hyatt

I was looking for a clean, comfortable local spot for a solo weekend getaway and I found it at Reikart House The hotel is exquisite- beautiful, impeccably clean, and my room was perfectly appointed with a nice view, too! As my first post-pandemic stay, I was nervous about checking into a room that wasn’t cleaned properly but mine was spotless The only downside was there was no available room service

Jazzboline restaurant is adjacent to the hotel, which is great but it is expensive and you have to pick it up in-person The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating all weekend I will definitely stay here again!

Henry Betzner

We live in Connecticut My wife said let’s go to Niagara Falls I chose to stay about 25 minutes from the falls at the Reikart House

I was apprehensive Well, it was GREAT Things are just done right there When we got to the room she said, ” you finally dug into your pocket, and I love it”Staff was great, Bed was great

Mo Jo (Mojo)

This hotel needs work If you like the smell of dirty feet from old carpet in room, paper thin walls, a worn old skinny mattress, and scratchy thin sheets this is the place for you I expect more from a hotel with the Hampton name on it

Also, this hotel is not cheapUpdate, so the housekeeping staff is responsible for quality of mattresses, and sheets? And replacing ridiculously old smelly carpet?

Janice Watson

The room was nice with the exception of no phone in the room, the room service is nonexistent and if you wish the room to be serviced you must call the front desk to request service This is due to the Covid issueThe breakfast bar has a good selection and there is fresh coffee and fruit available all day

There were basketball teams staying at the same time we were there and you had to get to the breakfast early The kids had healthy appetites but were very politeThe front desk is pleasant and very helpful in answering our questionsCheck out was very simple and easy

Donna Mergenhagen

While the physical property is convenient and well maintained, the “free breakfast” amenity is problematic The staff member administering the service either wore no mask or the mask below her nose Guests and other staff consistently followed guidelines, but the food handler did not

She was also observed doing housekeeping (mopping and sweeping) in the lobby area and returning to serve, heat and handle food without washing or sanitizing her hands Although the observations were reported to the desk, the unsanitary behavior continued She needs to be provided food service training or to be moved to other responsibilities

Aloft Downtown Buffalo is an amazing hotel! I had a four night stay amd the staff was extremely nice from the moment I exited the elevator up until I checked out The hotel is very clean and great amenities! I was fortunate enough to stay in a corner suite with ceiling to floor windows surrounding the hotel This location is perfect for anyone staying in Buffalo – the hotel location is defiantly the social spot, there’s multiple bars and restaurants connecting the hotel

Great happy hours until 8pm I’m the evening as wellstay here and you will not be disappointed at all! I will be returning on my next visits to Buffalo

jason coleates

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly Great location with numerous entertainment and food options on site The in hotel bar/restaurant, VICE, has a trendy vibe with plenty of seating

Ordered a wood fired pizza which was very mediocre You would swear that they were a ghost kitchen for Dominoes if the oven was not in plain site Bartenders were attentive and drinks were acceptable After a couple of drinks I was approached by one of their in house security staff He proceeded to strike up a political conversation with me regurgitating the past weeks episodes of Tucker Carlson in one long moronic rant I could tell that he was not capable of critical thinking and did not grab a drink to talk politics with staff so I finished my drink and headed out As I walked out I saw him move on to a couple at a table to continue spreading his gospel All set with that place

Perseverence Opportunity

Stayed for 3 nights in AloftAfter a much delayed arrival time at two, there was a receptionist available to check us in quicklyThe room was very spacious

with two very comfortable beds The bathroom was clean with a large shower and large sinkHowever, I noticed that the paint in the room was falling off in some areas and there was a large amount of fruit flies present Minor problems though

This is a pretty solid hotel, easily one of the best in the Hamburg/Orchard Park area, so the bad reviews are kind of bizarre to seeThe price ain’t bad I’ve stayed at much worse places for much more money

The value here is really about on par with what it should beThe staff isn’t overly friendly, but they aren’t rude or off-putting either They get the job done for what their job isOur room was clean, modern enough, and we were relieved to find coffee in there because we’ve recently had a string of hotels that did NOT have coffee in the roomI think what was particularly above average was the bed It was one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in All the traveling we’ve ever done all over the country, dozens of different hotels, and this is a bed we’ll remember as one of the bestHowever, I was disappointed in the breakfast I was really looking forward to breakfast because it seemed they have a decent one as far as free hotel breakfasts go, but there wasn’t much The pancake machine wasn’t working, the metal containers were empty… Basically just a muffin and yogurt with coffee

Chelsea Baro

The rooms were clean and the bed VERY comfortable! The showers do take a few minutes to heat up, but once they get there they too are very nice However, the biggest plus of this hotel was the breakfast and the little lady with white hair and gold earrings working it The breakfast had multiple options for my boyfriend who has severe food sensitivities, an accommodation we are not at all used to in a hotel breakfast, which was PHENOMENAL! And the lady working was attentive, sweet, and went above and beyond for everyone attending the breakfast

We are very happy with our stay here

I regret being compelled to review this hotel in this way, but given the unacceptable circumstance, have no choice but to inform other of my experienceAs a real estate investor, I oftentimes find myself in many cities that are unknown to me When choosing my temporary residence, there are two things that I prioritize…1

The property must be smoke free2 The property must be among the highest guest reviewed properties in the given area3 Noon check-outThat’s itI choose to stay in the highest rated, smoke-free property that allows for a noon checkout To find the highest rated property, I look here – Where you’re reading this review right nowAll of that said, the stay was mediocre Not bad, not great The staff were, for the most part, cheerful The room was, acceptably clean, absent some (what I can only imagine) ketchup(?) splattered on the ceiling… I only seen it, after my second day in the room; a non-issueMy real trouble, comes post-checkout I departed the hotel at 11:30 AM on Saturday morningThree hours later, reviewing the expenses of the trip, I discovered that the hotel had billed me $27572 This amount was in-addition to the $33944 that I had paid to Expedia for the two-night stayI immediately called the property to inquire about the added charge and was told that there was nothing that could be done until a manager could *possibly* process a refund, on TuesdayNow, I’m not in a position where I’m drastically affected by a few hundred dollars being unusable for a number of days – but I have been in my lifetime I know that if this “mistake” happened to me, it’s happened to others Others who very well may not realize it until it’s too late, or not recognize it at all… And worse, people whose lives could be drastically impacted by not having access to their own money, when they reasonably and rightfully should expect toImagine a scenario where a guest of this hotel departs, flys across the country, and then are declined an Uber from the airport – because their bank account has insufficient fundsIt’s well past 48-hours since they’ve charged me the extra $275 – I’ve yet to receive the refund I’ve yet to receive a phone call, apology, email or textAs a guest who is adamant about leaving the room in the condition I found it, only staying in the highest rated properties, who is smoke-free, quiet and what I can only imagine an “ideal” guest… It’s starting to seem like their *real* ideal guest is one that doesn’t recognize they’ve been charged hundreds of dollars – for no reason at allIt seems sort of unbelievable that no system or brand standard exists within the Holiday Inn ecosphere that eliminates double or inadvertent billing If they do, I can only assume the extra charge was intentional, unjustified, and not an isolated incident – if this is true, and discovered to be the case, it would constitute theft, fraud or both

I was a bit uneasy after reading a few horror reviews from recent visitors Upon arrival the hotel looked promising as the lobby and hallways appeared to be clean and well maintainedHowever once we got into the room we were assigned, there was food crumbs on the floor and the bathroom floor was sticky/grimy

We went down to the front desk, got a new room and Steve was awesome plus apologetic He mentioned if we had any more issues, they had plenty of rooms available at the moment The second room was great, clean, sheets smelled fresh but realized there was no fridge to hold milk for our toddlerAgain, we called front desk and this time, it was quite a condescending tone from Paul He mentioned not every room has a mini fridge and microwave He so called “offered” for us to keep our toddler’s milk at the fridge at the front As a parent, I am not comfortable leaving my toddlers milk like this Paul went even further and said he knows we are only staying for one night and cannot keep giving us a new roomI was very taken back by this, I paid for this room As a matter of fact, he didn’t give me anything but a horrible feeling that I cannot trust this hotel againMy apologies for housekeeping at this point, I’m going to be using a lot of ice tonight to keep the milk cold and will never be returning to this hotel even if it was free

Matt C

I booked two rooms on a weekend the rate was between $150 and $160 for the night This hotel is located just off the I-290 in Amherst, and thankfully is far enough from the interstate, you cannot really hear much trafficOur experience with check-in was positive

The staff were helpful and answered any questions we had without issueOn arrival, the exterior and the property generally look nice Same with the lobby and hallways It ends thereOur first impression of the rooms is that they are small There’s not much room to move around once you get a family inside with any luggageThe interior of the room was lacklustre to say the least The laminate floor was dirty, with giant gaps to stub your toes on The furniture is well used, and abused, and appeared to be hastily wiped down but not cleaned fullyThe minifridge was clean, but the freezer inside was full of frost The coffee maker was dirty and didn’t look appealing to use at allThe TV worked, but froze up intermittently, becoming frustrating to deal withThe bathroom is incredibly small, like REALLY small – with a toilet and small shower stall, barely big enough for a grown adult to fit in Anyone with physical ailments or a larger person would have a tough time making it workThere was hair on the floor of the shower stall, and on the bathroom floor The corners of the floor, behind the toilet were dirty and full of dustWe booked a room for two adults and two kids, but the room only had two towels Again, the staff were helpful and arranged to get us more, but was disappointing this wasn’t taken care of as part of the bookingThe beds themselves were clean, but underneath the beds (yes, there’s an underneath the bed at this hotel) were disgusting Tons of dust and dirtBoth of the two rooms we booked were on the same state of cleanlinessWe had no problems with noise, other than hearing the toilet flush periodically from the room aboveWe checked out the pool area It was generally clean, but appears that some areas are in need of being freshened upI’ve stayed at a number of other Hilton hotels in the past, and have always had a great stay Unfortunately this one missed the mark completely I would not return to this hotel again, nor would I recommend it

Joshua Wakelin

This was a great place to stay

yes the furniture isn’t new, yes it could use a touch up of paint here or there, but honestly it’s not the RitzThe place was clean and the staff were amazingly polite and accommodatingI’ve stayed in many hotels over the years and I can honestly say I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Got the room with double beds but they were full mattresses, not queens so it was a pretty bad night sleep On top of that the room looked out over the parking lot and there are no blackout curtains so we had blinding light from the parking lot coming in all nightIt was clean and safe but unless you’re hard up, I’d recommend finding other lodging

Cameo VanDenBosch

The weekday breakfast lady is amazingBut the rooms are dirty with stained furniture, the elevators are nasty, the black out curtains are riped upThe toilet wasn’t attached very well to the floorI will never stay here againYes you pay for what you get and at $40000 per night I would have expected a cleaner hotel in generalWhen we talked to the GM she said we will have maintinece come look, as we were leaving she said we were able to find a pair of black out curtains which one do you want us to change out

Don’t waist your money stay someplace else

We chose the Hampton Inn because unlike most hotels that offer two double beds, the Hampton offers two queen size beds – which makes for a much more comfortable sleep with 4 people in the room Additionally, they offer a 12pm checkout which is later than most hotels When traveling with kids, the later checkout time is most appreciated

Beds and bedding was clean and comfortable Breakfast in the morning was fine, although a little crowded Staff were very friendly and helpful which was refreshing A few items did need some attention: our bathtub drained slowly so by the time I was done showering the tub was almost full The bathroom fan didn’t work which made the room a little humid There was a ball of someone else’s dirty socks under the AC unit The pool was murky and greenish and really needs a proper shock treatment Nothing major All in all a good stay Would stay again

kortney marwood

The staff was very friendly and helpful We were not a fan of the sliding bathroom door as it didn’t block out sound from from the bathroom The room was on the small side for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids)

The fridge was also pretty small, but these were minor things The pool was nice The breakfast was good and had a variety The wifi worked wellOur air conditioning died at 3 am The front desk clerk came up and tried to help us fix it, but it continued to blow hot air, so we turned it off The hotel was full so they could not offer us another room The manager was apologetic the next morning and reduced our bill substantially I think it was a fluke and they did their best to fix it

Karen Johnson

Really nice, clean facility Easy on/off from major highways, anything you could want or need nearby Nice buffet breakfast was included and honestly it was so nice to see thst small return to normal even though we only grabbed coffee

Front desk attendant was so nice Overall a good stayDownsidesyou’re near the airport so it is noisy; bathroom is small and has no place for your “stuff”; pool was small so if you’re traveling with a team (we were) be aware

NYC Girl

I spent a generous amount of money to book at this place I asked for my room to be refreshed and for them to enter the room Upon check-in, the man at the front desk said that my rooms would, in fact, be refreshed by housekeeping

I believed him The next day, I went out for the day and came back—however, both of my rooms were not cleaned No towels were replaced It’s weird because the man at the check-in counter informed me that my rooms would be refreshedWhen I later inquired about it, he said that they are busy and could not even get me towels for another 1-2 hours I don’t want to be the difficult customer, but I am upset and VERY disappointed by this treatmentI have never stayed at a hotel (of any level or rating) who treated me like this I felt uncomfortable asking for anything else afterwards because I am not one to cause dramaThis definitely did not leave a good taste for me I will not be staying at this hotel again

Eden Nohra

This is absolutely not a 45 star hotelIt is a 3 star at the most

Look at the quality of the breakfast items Look at the quality of service Look at the quality of the front office Look at the items in the bathroomI would like to see this hotel immediately evaluated for it’s star rating—–I spoke to the manager, Matthew he assured me that the items of breakfast are under review, the staff is undergoing new training, and the housekeeping is re expanding to what it used to be Therefore I will amend my star rating to a 4 They deserve the benefit of the doubt

Ivan B

No microwaves in the room was a major inconvenience having to go downstairs to the lobby 2-3x/day to warm up food or water for tea Also, the decaf coffee and hot water were not replenished too often It appears maybe 1-2x then they’re just removed altogether

Also, there was this boys baseball team staying here Unfortunately they were quite loud as were some of the kids Running up and down the halls, letting doors slam behind them multiple times and this continued into the night from 10-11 pm They also made a mess in the hallway with chips on the floor, etc There needs to be better enforcement and rule regulation in situations like this Other than these things, it was a pretty good stay It’s a beautiful location and the overall decor is good

I decided to try the Pure Living room type due to sensitivities and allergies I will say it was one of the best nights sleep my family had! The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh everywhere you want The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive

I want to specifically point out Nathan who was a chef in the breakfast area He was in charge of the made to order omelet station The omelets were amazing He was so professional and courteous and honestly, I have no idea how he kept up with the crowd, but he made it look easy Thanks to all staff for an amazing experience in Buffalo!

This was a fantastic hotel! The service was outstanding in every way Our favorite surprise was the personalized omelette cook! It was honestly the best omelette I’ve ever had!!! The complimentary drinks and snacks was a very nice surprise as well We were disappointed that the pool was closed, but we understand that was due to renovations

The valet service was a little inexpensive, however the service made it absolutely worth it!! The rooms were spacious and very clean All in all this was the best hotel over ever stayed at and definitely will look for this specific hotel when we travel in the future

We had a wonderful time All the staff are amazing, informative and helpful, Tessa, Leah, Danny, Chris, etc The hotel rooms need some love and upgrades to bring them into the 21st century

We had this weird sliding shower door for our tub that was old and mildewy at the bottom and no fan in the bathroom Our room had a really odd layout and instead of maximizing the square footage of the room they crammed everything on one side of the room, leaving a huge amount of unused space There are no fridges in the rooms, no hallway/entry light inside the room and the dresser was super small for the size of the room The food and service are great, love the atmosphere and location The dining room/lounge and the bar are very nice There’s a pool table in the bar that is not necessary Takes up space that could be used for additional tables and it’s not a good quality table Elegant yet not too formal Excellent breakfast and coffee

I just got back from a one night stay here, and my goodness do I wish I was staying a week! I truly don’t know where to begin with my raving reviewService – 12/10 best service I have received at any hotel or resort I have ever stay at The staff was so kind and helpful, and made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable (they were so funny too!)

Value- 12/10 incredible quality A chauffeur service, complementary drinks, above and beyond service, incredible complementary breakfast need I say more?Location – LOVED the spot Not too close to downtown, but a perfect walk to either downtown or Elmwood Village Also so conveniently located to the boarder!I will stay here every time I visit Buffalo in the future And would 200% recommend The Mansion on Delaware to family and friends

My son and I stayed at The Mansion in April 2022 for one night, on our way to Toronto After driving all day from NC this was the best place to spend the night From the moment you arrive someone is there to wait on you, hand and foot

The check in process was quick and easy Our bags were taken inside from the car and up to our room The room was not huge, but just what we needed for a night The bathroom was large and updated I would have liked a little more water pressure in the shower but that is the only complaint We utilized the concierge service and booked a ride to dinner (you need to pre-book to guarantee availability) Our driver was so friendly and knowledgeable and shared a lot with us about the city as we went A quick phone call after dinner and we were picked up I enjoyed my complimentary beverage at the bar while we played pool Breakfast was superb There were two options that could be customized as it was made fresh for you The staff went above and beyond, and the entire feel of the place was relaxed and luxurious As weary travelers a night of being catered to was the perfect stop on our trip

The hotel is predictable Not a bad thing, just exactly what you expect from a Courtyard Location is great with lots to do in walking distance

The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars from me is the check in experience I’m lifetime platinum elite with Marriott Not only did the guy checking me in not mention anything, he didn’t offer me a welcome gift as I’m become accustomed to expecting And who knows if an upgrade was available, but I surely wasn’t offered oneI usually stay at the Marriott across the street and figured I’d save a few bucks on this trip Guess as the saying goes, you get what you pay for

Robin Greulich

The room was clean and nice but it never got warm The staff was not very attentive The Starbucks had a very limited menu and a long wait

Second day they were out of creamerThe gym was small but adequate The hot tub was closed for repairs

Deepak Chodha

Overpriced and doesn’t deserve to be a Marriott ChainBooking shows King bed but Queen bed in the roomRoom didn’t have basic amenities like shower gel, laundary bag

When requested for dental kit, had to wait 2hours They don’t even keep bathroom sleepersNo concierge to advise travellersNo noise cancellation rooms, probably no padding between room walls We couldn’t sleep because we could hear next room people chatting whole night

Last Thanksgiving my family had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional Marriott The hotel manager, Huseyin was helpful and accommodating as he ensured the stay would exceed our expectations He succeeded! The Front Desk Supervisor, Casey should also be commended for excellent hospitality

We were welcomed warmly and placed in the room we reserved upon arrival Our room was immaculate and our view of the lake was extraordinary! The hotel staff continued to provide superior service Towels were delivered within minutes of my request, suggestions for nearby food and entertainment options were offered with enthusiasm, and the bartenders and servers at the restaurant were friendly and well-organized I’m confident that my upcoming trip back will be just as wonderful Just this morning, Brittany at the front desk helped to confirm my reservation and patiently answered my questions As a loyal Bonvoy member, the Marriott Buffalo LECOM Harborcenter has earned a FIVE-STAR ***** review from every member of our family See you soon Buffalo!

My close friend had a hotel party here recently Rooms were clean Showers properly cleaned( you can tell someone took the time to clean the tub and walls, unlike some other hotels)

Experienced the Pool at night Was warm and clean Not to much chlorine in the pool, ( no hurt eyes) Surrounding pool area clean and kept decently dry During the night the pool was not busy at all It was nice to have the pool to ourselves!

Gabriella Kaecher (Gab)

Rooms a bit outdatedcarpets could use good cleaning Lot of stains

Room wasn’t as clean as it could have been Staff very friendly Breakfast was very good, lot of selection Even had gluten free cereal and sugar free syrup for the waffles Pool was disappointing Water very cold and hot tub jets didn’t workBut overall was satisfactory

Nice & spacious room (& shower) Good breakfast after a restful night with comfortable pillows and bed Worth the price

However, the hotel is a little hard to find from the road at night thoughThe best part is what I found at the desk: a little card of being alert for “Human Trafficking” (pictures) 5 stars +

Close to downtown Buffalo, the airport and Niagara FallsHighly recommend this hotelOnly complaint TV remote has no working guide or info on channels and programming Not a biggie but annoyingStaff is great at all service tiersSTAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!

Clean room, bed and everything Nice foyer, there is a restaurant in the building which is pretty pricey The food is great but not for the price and the wine is also expensive at the bar

The location was good except that leaving the parking lot can be a challenge since you are pulling out straight into traffic All in all I would stay there again but would like to experience different hotels in the area
