Great motel Owners live on-site and really take their time to cultivate very healthy yard plants Haven’t seen a single bug or pest after 2 weeks of stay, and that’s rare with these locally-owned motels

The staff really take their time to fill in the cracks here, and it shows Even the live-in staff are cheery and seem to be always having a great time

So it’s a clean motel it is older but maintenance seams to be a priority to the owner… however my first night couldn’t sleep at all the walls carry noise and my neighbors where fighting and making love after and then fighting again the second night not much better as the walls are just thin and every sound travels through the building …Again nice and clean

Security did a good job making sure everyone followed the rules I would have given 5 stars except guests were allowed to smoke and a few times their ashes went into the pool Also, the DJ was playing some good music but I could have had a little better variety

Some say it’s run down, others say it’s rustic It’s a matter of perspective The cabins, motel, store and diner look like they’re straight out of 1985

No, the place isn’t updated with the latest and greatest, but you’re also not paying the premium prices of resorts that have all the bells and whistlesWhy stay here? If you want a secluded/out of the way resort that has all the basic amenities, this is it Lots of RV spots located all throughout the park Some are high on a hill overlooking the lake, some are right on the water and plenty are in between And if you don’t have an RV, there are the cabins, which are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom mobile/manufactured homes The full fridge is nice so that you can bring all your food and drinks and not have to worry about constantly buying ice to keep things coldIf you like to boat, swim, fish, zip around on your PWC or just get away and relax near the water, this is a great place at a good priceSunrise is my favorite time of the day

Poor Management & Rude Employees!For the first time ever, I feel compelled to write a review about Black Meadow Landing I was completely blown away by the lack of customer service & employee rudeness From the moment you check in, you can tell the resort is run by people with power trips and rules that if not followed, you will be kicked out

Never mind, there’s no refund, if you leave early I didn’t read any reviews before going, however, I honestly don’t know if that would’ve made a difference since we were there with a group I was not surprised to see more negative, than positive comments below And like the others, we also won’t be going back Even if the same group, all families, plan another trip there I doubt management will care The reality is Black Meadow Landing makes most of their money from the Snowbirds and it’s obvious they don’t like the summer crowd My husband and I are just a few years away from retirement and we’re old school Now a days, it’s hard to find good customer service, but why give our business to those that clearly don’t want it

We are so disappointed with this place We booked (and paid $100 deposit each-$300 total), and got confirmation in January 2022 for 3 RV spots for 3 nights over Memorial Day weekend We called 12 days ahead of our arrival, and thank goodness we did, only to be told, 2 of the 3 RV spots had been canceled! WHAT!!?? Of course they could not articulate who or why they were canceled

After much back and forth with them, which btw, management wouldn’t engage with us 🤔, they were not able to accommodate our 3 RV group so we were not able to go How on earth can a good decent business just up and cancel your reservations? Oh, I know, they don’t care, or the manager wanted to move someone they knew in??? Awful awful management Would not recommend because, guess what, you may or may not have a spot after driving hours

This is a slightly delayed review as my visit was back in October of 2021 The location is great! Customer service was also great! When we got to our room the door was slightly open, it was night time, and when I reached in to flip the light

nothing 😲 So we went back to the front desk, and they had maintenance there right away Checked the room, and fixed the light The room itself was huge It was two rooms converted into a suite It was very dated though, and was kind of musty smelling The onsite restaurant was great though Had a nice dinner there Breakfast was also very good

Upon check out the concierge was very rude, disrespectful and didn’t want to help The room was alright, definitely not worth what we paid But the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was incredibly friendly which is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning

We were a little disappointed when we had multiple staff knock on our door to remind us of check out at 11 We have a big family and take our time It was frustrating when We still had plenty of time

Nice Hotel at a nice location however the lady at the front desk had no interest in helping us find our room The room numbers are laid out poorly with meaningless arrows pointing nowhere on the building Two other guests were having the same problem

An extremely helpful house keeper helped us find our room Didn’t get her name but the older lady even carried one of our bags up the stairs! An extremely great help!!!

Breakfast was perfect a small selection of the basic breakfast essentials to start your day Prices were Excellent I usually book 2/3 rooms family of 6 so everywhere I got I look for best bang for my buck This was the perfect spot We rented a boat from Wet Monkey which is only 5 min drive so after a day on the boat getting to the room drop off luggage and then get in the pool was only about 20min 😃

My smart TV didn’t quite work, and the door lock was being finicky, (though it I found a way to get it to lock) and one of the employees (manager?) came over within an hour to try to reprogram my door lock Everyone I met was kind and helpful and I’d definitely recommend this hotel The mattresses are all new and comfortable and I was told they are getting new sheets and comforters soon; for now they’re using the original sheets

When we got there it was clear that the front desk woman (who came from the back) was asleep She then proceeded to tell us we didn’t have a reservation for about 15 minutes (despite being the woman who checked us in)Her partner then came out My husband let them know that he was no longer interested in staying despite them continuing to search for our reservation They then finally find it and try to hand my husband the key We told them no thank you and they proceeded to yell at us because “we had no compassion because they were sick” Of course we had no idea they were sick so when I replied “perhaps you should temporarily shut down while you recover” they proceeded to scream at us to leave We had our four year old with us and it is unfortunate she had to witness all of thisTo say they were unprofessional was an under statement I hope this review saves someone from spending their hard earned money on this experience

This is the perfect place to stay at for either spring break or if you are planning on just having somewhere to sleep at night The hotel was nice and spacious, comfortably fit me and two other friends, the air conditioning is COLD Not only that but the manager of this hotel is one of the nicest men ive ever met

He was super understanding, gave me and my friends really helpful tips on how not to get arrested at night, where to go to party, and is just a super funny dude in general I can tell he really cares about his guests and really wants every guest that stays to have a wonderful time at his hotel and town 10/10 would recommend

We have stayed here a few times before andabsolutely loved it This stay leaves a lot to bedesired When you’re paying over $300 a night, things should be better

The pool opens at 7 am, but the water slide doesn’t open until 12:30 and was closed at 5 You have to get pool towels from the poolside bar which is down a level and leave your room keyWe went down to get towels and the poolside bar was closed at 10 am So then had to go to the lobby to find out why, they said it doesn’t open until 12:30 Then we waited for 15 minutes at the lobby counterbecause the towels from the previous day weren’t done drying So inconvenient and totally unacceptable! We also called for a rollaway bed, and they charge $20 a day, and the employee who delivered it, argued with us about blankets and pillows for it No maid service, and had to call twice for clean towels before they brought them On top of that,they started using wristbands and were constantly bugging us to see them while we were in the poolNow, I’m 60 years old, not 16 This visit has left a bad taste in my mouth If you don’t have the staff to run things properly, then you should lower your prices

What a great place and friendly people too The Hidden Palms are 1 bedroom condos, full amenities They are individually owned places so each place has different furnishings

We have stayed here once or twice a year for the last 5-6 years Always on a Saturday and Sunday night because we like the swap meet on Sunday mornings The past two years have presented problems, mainly because there is no on-site management to control noise

Parents getting drunk and in the pool well after midnight, and kids running around yelling, and the parents yelling at people who complain It’s dramatically gone downhill We witnessed condo owners asking the kids to quiet down, and the parents (who have been drinking all night) abusing the owners and swearing at them We called management and left messages with them, and texted them as well, but no response We are sad to say that we will never stay here again, and in fact, will attempt to contact ownership to complain about this

I would have left There was crusted something stuck to table, I sanitizer wipes, so wiped everything down When I went to shower, shower was stained (see photo) towels had black stains (see photo) 2 lamps missing light bulbs, floor was not cleaned When walking on floor feet turned black, and to wash again and wear shoes at all times You can see the black marks on sheets from feet prior to realizing it had happened Would not recommend

High end owned resort Most spots have casitas Hard to book a spot unless someone is renting one out, all individual owners

Lots of activities in prime time, two pools, but no on site food or store Its high up on the north side, so when we were there for two months it was quite windy, but hot in March and April Every one is very friendly though

We have stayed as renters at RV resort for four years during the winter and have enjoyed ourselves each time immensely The two swimming pools are great as well as the hot tubsThe people are friendly and there are lots of activities to enjoy

The grounds are kept immaculate and the shower facilities are heavenlyYou have to rent off owners so the prices vary depending on what the lot has for facilitiesIf you are looking for a place that has everything and is very clean I would highly recommend it

Was trying to rent from private party Wanted to look at facility Called office to sign in

Lady would not listen, but kept saying they had nothing to do with rentals We tried to get across we wanted to look at facility such as office ect She would not let us in So renter lost customer and we are at different park on the Island for 6 months next year Did not sound like a place you would want to be Probably why all the rentals and for sales

We stayed at this hotel last Friday night Staff was great! Professional and friendly We paid a little extra to get a room with the London Bridge view

While the drawback is no patio/balcony, the view was really nice The room was a nice size and clean; bed was comfortable, and bathroom was nicely stocked with body wash, shampoo and conditioner Air conditioner worked great! Breakfast was included which was pretty good I got a kick out of the pancake machine! Ha! We booked this room at the last minute and I must say, we really enjoyed our stay! And thank you for the military discount, much appreciated! 🙂

I did my research before I made the reservation This is one of the best hotels in Lake Havasu area The hotel is extremely close to the visitor center and other activities (such as the dock for different boat tours)

I am platinum member of IHG, and I got the top floor with London bridge view (awesome) The breakfast is really great, offers a variety of food that meets not only ours but also our two small kid’s needs The hotel is pretty new Our room was very clean and spacious with comfortable beds My husband and son did also try the hotel pool, it was great Overall, we were happy with our stay and will be back again in a year or two when the kids are older and we want to stay on the lake for more days!

08/06/2022For two days (8/3-5/2022) our employer put us up in this beautiful resort Sadly, the pool was not in service The Inn is located a walk away from the London Bridge and boardwalk

The hotel is centered around numerous stores and eating establishmentsThe lobby has comfortable seating and houses a business working station for computer and business work The dining area was kept immaculately clean Decent size brightly lit with comfortable seating There is an outside eating section facing the boardwalk Complimentary breakfast was provided each morning with a variety of freshly served delicious choices The self-serve buffet area was beautifully set up and arranged The entire dining area remained fully stocked and sparkly clean with each visit Shout out to the lovely ladies running the kitchen and buffetThe room was clean spacious and had the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay (microwave, coffee with maker, mini refrigerator etc) The two queen size beds and bedding were fresh and comfortable Large TV screen with lots of channels to view The bathroom has a plus size shower and complimentary toiletries The water, mountains and beautiful landscape was the view from the windowFriendly safety suggestion: The slippery shower floor could really use non-slip strips to avoid slip and falls while washingEvery employee I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and helpful Everyone enjoyed their visit Me and my family have added this Holiday Inn to our favorite’s list We will be visiting often
