We’ve stayed at a few Hampton Inns and had less than enjoyable experiences THIS LOCATION IS GREAT From front desk, to condition of the gym & condition of the hotel room itself

There is direct elevator access to the parking garage which is amazing We came with our 2 dogs and we loved our time here for 4 daysPeople saying the parking is tight – it’s not so bad, but definitely not great for huge cars / trucks

Jane Li

I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone The price is reasonable, and the service is wonderful The staff was every helpful when our car wouldn’t start in their garage

They asked the technician to check what was wrong and provided whatever the information we needed to get the problem fixed We appreciate their service and help very much

Jade Alder

I really don’t understand how our experience was so different from people that have left positive reviews The room was dated and the bed sank in the middle & was creaky any time you turned over The shower was gross and I took a pic of the remote because it was so disgusting I couldn’t believe it

We couldn’t park in the garage because so many cars were double parked The only positive thing about this place was the location in relation to visiting my family Otherwise, I would not recommend anyone stay here I don’t expect 5 stars with this kind of price, but feel that the standards for cleanliness and EXTREMELY low, especially just coming out of a pandemic

A very nice clean hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful It has a lovely pool and hot tub Our room was clean and organized

The breakfast was great, with a nice selection of items, hot and coldA great hotel if you can’t get into the casino or want a cheaper alternative There is also a free shuttle bus to the casino and bingo hall But be aware it can get busy with sport events teams My only criticism is the parking stalls are a little too narrow and parking can be limited

Charlie Liu

I was pleasantly surprised about this hotel The price was actually on the low side, so I was pretty skeptical about renting it out for a night The location is awesome since it is right off the freeway, and there are some food options about 10 feet away

The parking was plenty for most part, and the staff told me that I could park downstairs in an enclosed parking lot that requires an active hotel key The rooms were clean, and they had a lot of free drink options as well as a good water fountain for refilling reusable water containersWe called and got an early check-in, which the staff allowed us to check in as early as 11am – completely unheard of especially during a holiday weekend where all the rooms were supposedly rented outWhere I was caught off guard was actually their breakfast Holy heck it was a feast I normally don’t associate inexpensive hotels with food but their gravy and biscuits were top notch – paired with sausages and scrambled eggs – I had to fight myself to not eat moreOverall, very pleased with our stay Looking forward to coming back here on our next trip up to Canada

Michael Batu

The staff were very nice and accommodating The breakfast wasn’t bad Parking is complimentary

The area is fairly safe just in case you’re concerned leaving your car in their parking lot Great location: near Tulalip casino, outlet mall, and lots of good restaurants nearby The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the washroom toilet is not 100% clean when we checked in Also the building itself looks old and inside it smells like an old building Other than that everything is good! Will definitely check in again

This hotel was pretty clean Once you’ve stayed in a gross Vegas hotel you appreciate the efforts housekeepers take to keep things clean The staff here is great

Small issues were that the body wash container was bone dry empty when we checked in Hot tub wasn’t functional for the three nights we stayed Breakfast was on the better side of the ones I’ve had in hotels Egg white omelettes and ready made oatmeal was a nice surprise The gal running the breakfast fast room was super and had such a pleasant attitudeShe greeted us each morning and she was always busy keeping things stocked and fresh Breakfast tables were cleaned immediately when someone left The bed was comfortable for someone with bad arthritis and the chaise lounge was a nice touch I needed a little more light to work at the desk, but the shades rolled up and we had a few surprising sunny afternoons Convenience store and restaurants within walking distanceEverything worked out well for a great stay Will definitely chose this location again Thank you!

Marie Alie

I can’t say anything but good things about this hotel! The man behind the desk was so helpful and the hotel itself was one of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed in Our room was by the freeway which sucked a bit but the overall stay was great I accidentally left something behind after checkout and the employee (I believe his name is Jeff

?) Was so sweet and so helpful to ship my item back to me I will definitely stay here when given the chance to again and highly recommend it ! It has a pool and a jacuzzi and there’s a lot of bars and restaurants 3 minutes away (driving) Thank you so much :)))

We needed to be in WA state for the month of May to move our business With two small dogs, it can be difficult to find accommodations that are pet friendly and also like home The Grayson was just what we needed

although our dogs are not socialized enough to mingle with the others that were there during our stay We felt at home from the moment we got there The kitchen is large and can accommodate numerous people at any given time Especially when Mariam serves up her incredible Sunday Brunch We had been initially concerned that having shared bathrooms would be an issue, but in an entire month we only have one occasion where we needed to use a different bathroom than the one next to our bedroom We met some wonderful people while there and are still in touch with a number of them We would return for a long visit any time that space was available Many thanks to all the folks at Grayson that made our stay so comfortable

Lori Sommer

Graysons made our trip relaxing! We stayed 4 days and really enjoyed our time in the home Miriam and her family were very nice and we had some good conversations The food was beautifully prepared and tasted fabulous! We loved the dogs and cats and met the geckos

The chickens were fun to watch while swinging in the loveseats The bed was comfortable too We’d stay again for sure and the location is convenient The Sunday brunch was amazing!

Molly K. Bozeman

I have traveled the world, but found the Grayson to be one of the most unique and truly comfortable stays in my entire life, so close to home! The decor is magnificent and the family welcomes you like one of their own Even though I only stayed two days, it truly felt like a full vacation to rejuvenate in a time of need The jacuzzi experience and breakfast were amazing

Mariam’s life wisdom and attention to my needs were unrivaled I even got to bring home a new family member bunny rabbit from their homestead This place will forever be in my heart The farm life, gardens, firepit, playground, and beautiful surroundings are so wonderful I can’t wait to take my son and husband here for a relaxing getaway someday or I may just keep this little oasis to myself for self-care retreats, we will see! 🙂

My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks while our house was getting work done and the place was very clean and staff were super helpful! Housekeeping came often and restocked, did dishes, made bed, ect everyday and deap cleaned every week We did not use the pool or gym but had no issues with laundry or breakfast The staff were helpful with checking in, helping us with billing, and always very kind

We had no issues with parking or the location, it is right off the freeway and near the mall so everything was easy to get to

Jax Margeson

This is a nice hotel, it has a funky smell though that seems to be throughout the entire building I stayed in a sweet for 1 night my dog was an extra $20 to have in the room Room was large with large TV bit just felt outdated still

Bed was loud and creaky and someone’s socks were in one of the drawers from a previous visitor so that tells me rooms weren’t to clean But overall not a bad stay they had a amazing breakfast and it was very quiet and comfy

rueben goodgion

I called in the morning to book a room The lady that answered the phone was vary polite and with ease took care of us Some people comment on the odd smell in the hotel I think that would be due to the way they clean the bedsheets and towls I wouldn’t say it’s an issue just something different

Other then that the pool was Great and the Hot tub was just as good Breakfast went well, hot coffee to go with it I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel A little outdated but works for me Good prices too

Samantha Kaonis

Way over priced for the quality of the hotel The bathroom was dirty when we checked in, the whole place just had a funky smell, and the hallways were packed with new furniture waiting to be put into the rooms, and the shower didn’t drainThe staff was always friendly though which was a plus

Overall great experience Had an extended stay due to work and the staff here were great Everything from room cleanliness to the breakfast crew was great

Small workout room was perfect with up to date machines and provided towels with a dedicated water cooler Indoor pool with a jacuzzi worked well and was kept clean The water pressure was a little low but I could fit under the shower head so it really wasn’t much of an issue for me So many things within walking distance as well Thank you for a great experience

phyllis rothwell

Nice no frills hotelThe greatest breakfast ever! There was even an omelette bar!The room was clean and comfortable The staff was warm and welcoming

I was a little upset about the jets not working on the hot tub but ended up not using it anywayI would recommend this hotel to my friends

Angela Loushin

The Queen bed room was a good size and had comfortable beds Air conditioner worked, which was nice Room was clean, but I did notice they don’t vacuume under the skirt of the bed

Front desk service was good I did request towels and never received them though Pool was nice but globs of hair was around it, which was gross Hot tub jets weren’t working Breakfast buffet was good My one complaint is proper service precautions The servers and cooks weren’t wearing mask or gloves and one worker was sniffling, which made me nervous to eat the food At these times customers want to see more precautions taken Location is near restaurants, which was convenient

It’s a really nice hotel with friendly staff and a nice secure gated parking option The room was really amazing! The beds were super comfortable and everything was really clean The bathroom and shower was very clean! My only complaint is that the microwave in the lobby was dirty but that’s definitely not a deal breaker

The free coffee was really good! We will definitely stay here again

Tony Sherman

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Delta Hotel in Everett The place was very clean, rooms were spacious, easy access to local freeway and majority of the staff was friendly They have a fairly nice breakfast buffet and nice little bar downstairs

The only negative was with Kelly, who was one of the staff who handled the breakfast buffet, was not very friendly I asked her for a to go coffee cup so I could take my coffee up to room and it was if I asked her for free breakfast for life! I saw her interact with other customers and all I can say is she should not be interacting with any customers Kelly aside, we had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again

hans lynch

Quite possibly the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in at this price point The interior of the hotel is simple but nice My room was excellent with a couch and sitting chair

Bed was super comfortable Overall very clean and spaciousThere is a restaurant/bar in the hotel which is above average Food is good and they have a reasonably good beer selection

Nicole Aston

The hotel was clean, rooms were modern, and the bed very comfortable The breakfast basket was awesome and I loved getting breakfast that way! However, the area is extremely noisy, with very loud sounds occurring all night (loud enough to wake you at 3 AM), and construction right outside I also had an unfortunate incident with staff where they entered my room (despite the do not disturb sign) while I was changing, and did not leave immediately when I screamed and tried to cover myself

The woman working the front desk was extremely kind and helpful and helped resolve the situation

Shelly H

Great stay, great room!Check-in and out was easy, staff was friendly We liked the contact-free complimentary breakfasts Pleasently surprised by presentation

We choose a king suite as my daughter and I traveled with our cousin on this trip Ample space We loved the fireplace! We had a couple of meals on the hotels outdoor lanai because it was nice and warm! Didn’t get to explore the hotel other than that but it does appear that there are a few meeting roomsA great space to come back to after a long day of visiting with other extended familyWe look forward to visiting again!

J T

Had a wonderful stay here! We were welcomed by Tracy who was amazing! She was very friendly and helpful! Her personality easily started off our stay here on a great note Other than the nice rooms, she is one of the reasons we’d come back! The room was very clean and comfortable It has everything you need (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, tv, fridge)

My only complaint is that there was no options to have tea (herbal nor caffeinated) in the morningThe inn is located in a great location as it is walking distance from rest of the marina and restaurants I would recommend this place for a nice stay with your significant other or even for a family stay

What a beautiful place The view from our room of the lake was awesome It’s just a very cool building, with a ton of character

Booking was super easy online, there was an issue with one room so they called me and we got it fixed with no issue I got a text asking when we were expecting to be there, I let them know and they actually got the room ready early for us Great place I would recommend! The snacks were great too!

Every single person that works at this hotel is SO kind and inviting I can’t emphasize that enough, and what a huge difference it makes! Not to mention, their lobby is AMAZINGLY designed, the rooms comfy and reasonable, we got a room with a jetted tub and it is amazing (although the water pressure in the shower part of it could be better, but nothing too bad!) Their little section with amenities is second to none! And reasonably priced! Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long long time!

CeCe See

My husband and I recently stayed here with our daughter The staff was incredible They made sure every time we were in the lobby that we had everything we needed for our stay and immediately provided extras when we asked

Everyone was extremely pleasant and friendly to speak with They even went out of their way to get extra pool toys for our daughter She had a blast and it is all thanks to the wonderful staff Thank you all so much

Jayyy_CreekSquad

This hotel and their staff is truly amazing!! We had a wedding block on rooms and they took care of all of us including myself and my bride! Jenny is in charge of the wedding blocks and stuff and she’s truly one of a kind!! And Alex the manager!! He’s truly a great human and even funnier individual!!! We will definitely be staying here anytime we’re up that way!!

I’ve been wanting to stay here for a while, but finally did it! This place was really nice, a lot to look at whether in daylight or at night My favorite part was the colored water fountains shooting out of the ground at night Only part that I think could have been better was the size of the room

I imagined it to be bigger, but was pretty small for a hotel room at that price Other than that, it was a great experience, even the food in the hotel restaurant was great You should definitely check it out!

Nancy Zabel

The staff was wonderful, especially the servers in the Jetty restaurant Limited staffing so they were working 12 hour shifts but they were still friendly The food was good

That’s the only thing we liked about this $$$ hotelHalls are VERY noisy because doors must slam to close and all voices echo loudly It’s very hard to squeeze into the shower because the shower door leaves no room The rolling bathroom door smashed our friend’s hand No amenities- no paper, pens or local information in the rooms The phone didn’t work, we told them but it wasn’t looked into We had to turn off the heat/air because the fan blew cold air even when we turned up the heat Not enough cleaning staff so we didn’t get fresh towels or cupsThere were 20 of us in our group staying at this hotel and we all felt the same We checked out a day early

Bonni van de Wouw

Came for a one night stay for spring break with my kids Arrived for check in at 3pm, our room wasn’t ready yet There was a shift change and the receptionist didn’t know we were waiting (?) so we continued to wait until I finally asked if our room was ready and it was (30 minute wait)

Room was nice Housekeeping staff was so friendly and sweet Breakfast at the Jetty restaurant was underwhelming Only one waitress on shift Had to wait to be seated when the dining room only had three tables seated They were out of wheat bread, apple juice 🙁 When I got my breakfast my potatoes were cold/old and my omelette was watery Coffee wasn’t hot Pool was great Kids loved it Although in the morning they were out of clean towels For the price of the room, I’m not sure I’d return

Beautiful hotel! It’s unassuming from the outside but the inside is very elegant The views are showstopping and the amenities are some of the best I’ve seen Would have loved to bring that espresso machine in the suite home with me! I stayed in two different rooms, one was a queen & the other a corner king room

The queen was nice with french doors for a view of the seaside, regular percolator, and usual amenities at $230/night for week nights The corner king suite was literally the perfect get away with a kitchenette, espresso maker, dishes, a fireplace, stunning views, and a jacuzzi tub for 450/night weekend night Absolutely recommend & would love to visit again!

Wayne O

We stayed here on a Saturday night Very cool location, especially if you get a water viewIt is right next door to an Ivar’s restaurant and the Diamond Knot Brewing Company across the street

The Mukilteo Lighthouse and Lighthouse Park is a block awayOur room was clean and well appointed, we could watch the ferry traffic and have a good bay viewThere is covered parking and a good breakfast (typical of Silver Cloud) with good optionsWe’ll be back!

Chris Daigle

The Silver cloud Inn What a nice place to rest your head for the night or even a week I spent 3 nights there, in a corner room with water front views

We were close to the peer, so we watched people fish, and others just taking in the views The rooms are quite up to date, very nice and clean, nice big walk in shower They also offer a morning breakfast with you stay There is dining right next door to the inn, very good food also Sea food, steaks, and so much more The hotel lobby also has water front view There is a large gas fireplace to cossey up to They were in the process of getting a liquor license I hope they can get it done There is covered parking for your ride also Great handy cap access ability The working light house is just a short walking distance away Lots of good history there Put your car on the ferry and discover all that there is over there to see Its worth the time, great food, lots of shopping and antique shops

This is a great hotel, well up the standards I have found at this chain over the last 20 years The rooms are large and airy with an office and a high backed chair in most roomsThe linens are impeccable and the beds are comfortable

On this visit I was in a room close to the elevator and was apprehensive about the noise But I never heard itThe rooms are well equipped with roomy showers and adequate closet space with enough hangarsI ate a full breakfast which was excellent and served cheerfully by attentive staffA great stay at a competitive pric

3 stars for cleanliness and comfortable beds Overall, just ok for the high price You can easily find another hotel that offers free parking and breakfast, which I would do if I were to look in that area again

We got two rooms, called to request connecting rooms, called to verify the two rooms we wanted were a connecting room option, again asked for connecting rooms on day of check in, and at check in we were placed two floors apart from each other, not even the same floor! One room was a one bedroom king corner suite, which was much smaller than what it looked like in pictures, and only had a twin size pullout The fridge is tiny, like cans of soda or a couple water bottles only Our other room was a king and when I opened the drapes, our room was in some sort of corner, and our window could see into another room It was weird The pool is pretty small but we were the only ones in at the time so it was a perfect size for just my family Overall, if you are a family with kids I would look elsewhere There are better options at the same price point of this hotel Not much going on here

Great place to stay Clean, modern and comfortable This time we got the room with the view of the police station, usually we get the view of the water which is nicer

There is a great breakfast place, Childrens museum and Shack art gallery within walking distance, which made it great for staying with kids Pool is on the smaller side I love that you can crack open the windows in the room :)All in all – this is a great place to stay
