The staff at this hotel were awesome They were very helpful with finding local activities The morning breakfasts were well tended and had a couple of gluten free options–Udi’s bagels, eggs, and yogurt

The hotel was super clean and well taken care of It was nice to have Netflix in our room The rooms were very clean and the beds were fairly comfortableMy only dislikes about the room was no matter how well closed the shower door was, there was always a puddle on the floor, after I also wasn’t crazy for the wall-mounted soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers They are a great idea for freeing up counter space, but they dripped after every use

What a great find! We recently stayed here with another family and could not have been happier Cory at check in was awesome, he gave us great dinner recommendations (The Italian lodge in adjoining the property was a diamond in the rough we would have never considered without his insisting on it), he had a full hotel and did not stop moving effortlessly between cleaning up the tables in the breakfast area, gathering more pool towels when needed and checking out guests purchasing drinks and snacks at the front desk The rooms were IMMACULATE! know the hotel is fairly new but with all the talk of staffing issues you would have never known it here as the rooms and guest’s areas were very clean

The breakfast in the morning was getting wiped out pretty quickly with a full hotel with TONS of families but Kiersten did a great job of keeping things filled and tables were quickly wiped down as people got up This will definitely be our go to Hotel in the Hershey area

Rooms are clean and the staff is genuine and helpful Breakfast is very well attended as well as the pool in the evening There is no lifeguard or observance of the “pool rules” so pay close attention to your children/grandchildren

On one night of our stay a large group of unsupervised children were roaming tge halls running and yelling at each other up until 10pm the staff seemed ineffective at dealing with this even though the parents of the children should have their heads checked Breakfast has many items including sundae toppings for the make your own pancakesThe hotel is close to everything worth doing or seeing in Hershey and was not a bad experience

Staff was friendly and location was great Arcade room with mini golf and basketball was a nice plus to burn an hour with kids since the park opens so late We had a suite which would ideally allow our children to sleep in a separate space from us

But the sleeper couch was extremely uncomfortable, smelled, and was outdated so we all ended up in the bed anyways The room itself was disgusting It was dark, musty smelling, and felt dirty When we got to the room for check-in the door was not fully closed so anyone could get in The ceiling obviously had water damage at some point and the patch work was not good The floors had dead spots and the carpet was gross There were random stains on things (lamp shades and walls etc) The door to the patio had a gap when closed which allowed for bugs to get in The bathroom toilet was missing the seat cover and also didn’t feel very clean The room had a great sized fridge/freezer and small kitchen area which was very nice to have But overall we could not wait to check out To be fair we never raised our concerns to the hotel staff to try and rectify the issue but walking around the hotel gave similar outdated and dirty vibes so we didn’t have the will to say anything Overall the price was fair in comparison to everything else and could be a great location if they did some updating and deep clean

Marsha P

I was skeptical about booking here because some negative reviews I am so glad I went ahead and booked it! I was so pleased with our stay! The location of the hotel was very convenient to Hershey Luka (at the front desk) was very helpful

He explained everything well The room was very spacious and clean The floor we stayed on was very quiet The beds were super comfortable! I loved the whole mini golf area Super cute Also the pool was busy but looked fun Everything was great For breakfast they had muffins (prepackaged due to covid) they were pretty delicious I will definitely be back in the summer Highly recommend especially for the price

Julie N

The main reason why this place was OK was for the amenities – pool with slide, mini golf, etc My kids enjoyed that The staff is nice and rooms were big enough

However, I wouldn’t say the room was thoroughly cleaned For example, there were ( what looked like) tooth paste splatter around the sink The coffee pot was sticky Things like that The breakfast was atrocious Unless the only thing you enjoy eating are pancakes and rotten apples The frozen breakfast sandwiches you have to heat in microwave are so unappealing The coffee didn’t even taste like coffee They also ran out of towels in the entire hotel and coming home after a long day at Hershey, all the garbage was still overflowing in our garbage can They said they don’t provide housekeeping?!?!?! I will definitely NOT be returning

We recently stayed to do a quick get away weekend Fantastic property, warm atmosphere, old world charm, impeccably clean, fantastic owners! I could go on but I think you get the idea…

We loved the place Rooms were spotless and the property is well kept Breakfast in the morning was top notch and any special requests were quickly taken care of by the owners To top it all off there is a brewery onsite (see review for Black Forest Brewery) We will be coming back!!

Paul Austin

Charming inn that was cozy inside Convenient location walking distance of downtown, and with brewery on the property Easy drive to many attractions

All rooms had character Nicely furnished but not modern We enjoyed running each morning along the Linear Trail Hosts were very friendly, and cooked great breakfastsBack yard had fire pit and wind chimes which was very pleasant

Alison Mancuso

We stayed for 2 nights to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday weekend The property was lovely- our room (the Tranquility Cottage) was cozy and so nicely laid out The hosts were friendly and helpful

Our room had both a fire place and jacuzzi tub that were very easy to use and enjoy Breakfast was served each morning in the dining room and featured fresh fruit, a tasty pumpkin bread and a filling breakfast entree The brewery is literally right outside the door! The food and service at the brewery were great The main street of Ephrata is a short walk and had a couple of cute places to grab a bite to eat Short drive to Lancaster City to see the Lancaster Central Market and some shops I am certain we will return!

I mean just the best Greeted upon entry, given water and cookies, lobby is warm and welcoming, beautifully designed, has a Starbucks, pool, gym, laundry

I didn’t want to leave! Our room was clean and I felt safe staying there, meaning it was sanitized properly Our room was a queen with a pull out couch which is so convenient Bed was comfortable and we had enough towels and toilet paper for the three days that we were there Recycling bin in the room is awesome! Also had a microwave and teeny fridge and I love the fact that I can watch Netflix on the television!

Anthony Serafino

Was initially hesitant about staying here because of the reviews about cleanliness Got there, the room, and bath room were clean, modern and comfortable Didn’t have any problems with the cleanliness at all

The staff was very friendly, greeting everyone with a smile and friendly hotel The front desk was always managed, and the clerk made sure that we were happy with the stay Didn’t get to use many of the amenities, but it looked like a nice pool area, and courtyard with fire pit Had breakfast in the hotel one morning, prepared quickly The barista who made my drinks made sure that I was pleased with them They were good A little pricey on breakfast, but it’s to be expected in a resort hotelThe hotel was at the end of downtown Hershey, close to the attractions and easy to get in and out ofOnly downside was low water pressure in the shower And the shower / bathroom is quite large, so the bathroom didn’t get very warm

Someone

Stay here every year! Nice place as the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean The room was a bit chilly when we arrived but it warmed up fast Very sanitary, with staff actively cleaning almost everything in sight

The gym and pool are well built and fully stocked The market and bistro are both cheap Overall a 9/10 Coming back next year!

I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again I had car problems on the road and was not able to get to the hotel Instead of being understanding and caring we were charged 1/2 of the stay fee

This is not a customer friendly businessIn response to your comment, I called to cancel at around 5:30 not 10:00 I was in a position I could not control

Michael Girardo

I have stayed at Hampton Inn up and down the East Coast and Pennsylvania The nice thing about Hampton Inn is they are always consistent The quality of the rooms, the hotel and the staff are always good

Hampton Inn is generally a little more expensive, but is worth itWe checked in on a Wednesday We did contactless checkin which was a breeze They did change my room from 1st floor to 3rd floor, I didn’t want to deal with the elevator or stairs, but then realized at least we wouldn’t hear the people above us since there is no 4th floorFortunately, when we arrived, the Digital Key worked properly There were a few times during our visit that the digital key icon said waiting on key (or something like that) and I had to wait 10-15 seconds for it to correct itself Sharing the key was pretty effortless as wellThe room was clean and cool It was a nice size room with a big desk and office chair and a second chair I am not a fan of sitting in bed, so the extra chairs were appreciated There didn’t appear to be any damage to the room and everything that should be there was The TV was big, although we didn’t use itThe breakfast was surprisingly good We were there for 3 mornings and the breakfast was different each day, which was great They always had oatmeal and cold cereals as well as waffles They did have different waffles at least two morningsI do have 2 complaints and that is the reason for only 4 stars The first was the squealing shower Our shower squealed all the time Every once in a while it would quiet for a minute or two, but otherwise it squealed I even heard the room next to us had a squealing shower tooThe second complaint is the pillows The pillows are terrible They are too soft Each bed had 4 pillows Why not a combination of pillows, 2 medium, 1 firm and 1 soft? Every Hampton Inn I have stayed at has the same pillows, at least they are consistentThe staff here was very friendly I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn, just bring your own pillows if you don’t like soft pillows 🙂

This was a getaway weekend for my wife’s birthday The Londonderry Inn was perfect and exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Wild West room and loved it! The breakfast was superb and the hosts Sharon and Bob were very attentive and welcoming! Thank you to all the staff! Thank you for excellent communication through helpful emails and texts! We had an amazing time and will return for a future stay!

My wife found the Londonderry Inn while searching for a B&B in the Hershey area that had Tesla chargers We LOVED the room we stayed in, all in white, with very tasteful and comfortable decorating The breakfast the next morning surpassed anything we’ve had at a B&B! The brule grapefruit was a hit with everyone! We met the owner as we were checking out and he was very nice and helpful

We’ll definitely be back!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a night while in the area for a concert at Hershey Stadium Such a well welcomed place since the moment we walked in Don was exceptional from greeting us to being our server in the morning

Amazing 1st B&B we stayed and loved it much better then a hotel The 24 hour snacks and drinks was a great touch especially coming back in late The homemade breakfast was exceptional as well and was very yummy The Amish Room where we stayed was such a cool place with all the decor that was there and bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless Will definitely be back next time we go to a concert or so in the area! Thank you!

Ainsley Hallett

Outstanding customer service, beautiful set up and very comfortable rooms My wife and I lodged here for my daughter’s weddinf and it was fantastic Breakfast in the morning was great – I highly recommend the blueberry French toast! We woke up every morning to enjoy the morning sun with our coffee; either in the garden or on the covered back porch

Don and his family were very attentive and obviously put a lot into the customers Rooms were quaint with their own personality and the landscaping outside made you want to just relax on the gazebo or by the herb garden For newlyweds, I recommend one of the rooms in the back cottage If you want a relaxing stay with a great meal and outstanding service, this is the perfect place to stay!

Gresa Mustafa

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Hershey park We got in very late at night and Don accommodated us by giving us perfect check in instructions after hours We drive a Tesla so we were so happy to find out that we had charging available overnight that worked perfectly

Our room was clean upon arrival, breakfast was delicious, hospitality was great The inn is unique, very on brand with the area and we’d return if in the area again Thank you Don and Ellen for our stay

The hotel is the best by all means Service is great facilities are sparkled clean, room are awesome and they look so new and well maintainedFree breakfast where you can choose from delicious hot options

Customer service at the front desk are so friendly and professional House keeping know how to do their job very well Barking lot is huge And the best yet is their indoor swimming pool, very clean and big Definitely recommend this hotel even if it 17 mintues away from Hershey Park

Wendy W

This hotel was a perfect location, 10 minutes from Hershey We were there to visit with family nearby and to celebrate my grandsons 4th birthday! The breakfast attendant Cathy went over and above, she stayed open for breakfast even after the time to close and she asked the front desk clerk for a Hershey bar for my grandson to help celebrate his birthday! So sweet! The room was perfect for what we needed and even though the pool was a little cool, it was clean and the hot tub helped to warm you up! Towels were provided after you went swimming which was nice and we liked that there was water and coffee and hot tea 24 hours a day at the lobby

David Couch

The desk clerks were very receptive and welcoming When asked, they made some dining recommendations for dinner; I was hungry The rooms were cleaned which helps to enjoy a good nights rest

The reason I have 4 stars, is due to the television service: No Guide to view and the channel selection process was very slow to react and at times when going through the channels the system seem to get hiccup and revert back to the channel I was at It was just as well, I needed a good nights sleep, so I just turned it off

This place was a great place to stay Breakfast was sausage and eggs, with cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit and various pastries, along with make your own waffles The staff were really excellent, very friendly and made us feel like part of their family

Larger rooms than anticipated, so it was spacious for a family with two large kiddos to stay for a bit Had a good size mini fridge and coffee maker Will definitely look forward to returning!

rafael Ocana

The room was great and clean The reason it gets demoted a star is mainly because the showers need to be fixed due to the mechanism in the faucet being faulty I only stayed one night and it was quite peaceful

Probably the best super 8 I’ve been and I’ve been to quite a few in my life Great, cheap place to sleep at that is only 7 mimutes away from Hershey Park, so I highly recommend!

Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I would recommend Lititz Springs Inn to anyone looking for a reception venue, or for any other large gathering They are incredibly affordable and the level of service and attention to detail is top notch Jeff made the entire process fun and enjoyable – we always looked forward to our meetings

He answered any questions we had and handled any changes so well The staff here is fantastic and will truly make your wedding the best day ever For weeks afterwards, people told us how fun it was, how delicious the food was, and how helpful the entire staff was Being able to stay upstairs after the wedding was also wonderful There isn’t anything I’d change about it!My husband and I also often eat here and at Bulls Head – it’s one of the reasons we chose to have our reception here The food is always delicious and the staff in both restaurants are fantastic We love going here!

Mary Ann Brown

I stayed 1 night at the Litiz Springs Inn and Spa The lobby was very quaint with a sitting area I loved the room set up with the sleeping area then a sitting area with a desk then the bathroom area

The room was very clean and smelled freshThe staff is outstanding I forgot something, in the room, that was very valuable to me They found it and mailed it to me They took the time to package it in many layers of wrappings to make sure it arrived unbrokenI’m filled with so much gratitude 🙏Thank youI would definitely stay at the Inn againThey also had dining areas inside which was more formal, a bar earache and an outdoor sitting areaJust an amazing place!!

sheldon klinger

The building is absolutely beautiful The food quality and service is much lower than averageThey had two tomatoe based soups, one being Minestrone and the other tomatoes bisque

Both were not good, even for those who like tomatoes I was told that the crab cakes are great, but they were mostly filler The lamb was tough and the sides were mediocre, to be positive No one at our table thought that the food was even average The dessert was below average, at bestThere are so many better choices in the area I have no problem paying a premium for great food This place is high in price and extremely low in food qualityThe service was ok She gave one of our party an attitude The service was good at times, and very slow at othersIt is my opinion that they need to hire a good chef and improve the food quality drastically Also, they need better management, in my opinion The place has definitely declined recently

Clean, comfortable, accommodatingThe room looks like the photos, is completely cleaned, and had absolutely no problems with check in or the room The gentleman Logan at the check in desk was very polite and accommodating We were able to see the rooms prior to checking in and all questioned were answered promptly and fully

There’s a full breakfast in the morning and a pool The hotel appears to be clean and well maintained Great place to stay

Tori O

I stayed for one night (Sunday to Monday):Relatively new property The exterior is nice and well kept The interior lobby was also well kept and clean

The front desk agent, didn’t catch his name, was very friendly, quick and helpful The fitness room was nicer than most hotelsThe room was an overall B As a pet friendly hotel I expect some animal hair But the shower was completely filled with it And the bedding is tucked in a way that you don’t see the comforter However, when I untucked the top flat sheet there was a orange stain on the comforter The fan stayed on all night despite the setting on heatThe walls were very thin I could hear the conversations of the people next door as well as the running in the hallway above

Anastasia Paszkiewicz

This hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was so friendly I’m not typically a guest at Best Western hotel customer – picked this one because of location – what a wonderful discovery Great location, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, indoor pool! Great place for pets and family, and down the road from the park!Their reservation service will price match from valid online offers — I sent a saved HTML of payment page just before payment with online with cheapest e-booking, and they matched!Call ahead if you have a larger dog (read their online policy) but management was very accommodating, and most pleasant to speak to Has a great spot for your pooch to walk and poop with a lawn behind the hotel away from traffic — but don’t forget to bring a baggie as their dispenser near the garbage was empty for my stay Still, the lawn was poop free

Indoor pool was clean and comfortable, and the loin-spawn had a blast using it I did not try to bring the dog into the pool, and I would not recommend itBreakfast service was tasty, and well kept, and would also recommend that over local restaurants for the convenience and cost savings for larger groups Food service ran like clockwork thanks to Donna, the Breakfast Manager for my visitOnly complaint might be thin walls for my room, but it wasn’t really an issue after 9 pmI plan to stay again

Langly Boops

I wanted to rate this higher but I just can’t in good faith do that cause the beds were so bad, you’re better off sleeping on the floor Why were they so hard??? I’m glad I was there for just 1 night cause I can’t imagine being there longer than that I also woke up with backaches and the a/c kept turning off and on keeping me and my family up all night

It wasn’t a fun timeThe complimentary breakfast was good and the staff was very nice but the main reason you go to an inn is to sleep If you can’t sleep then it defeats the purpose So yeah Please spend more money on better mattresses

T. Michael Rearic

Very nice hotel Everything was clean and the staff was great The complimentary breakfast was a little lacking, as they all are but, the restaurant next door serves the best breakfast I have ever eaten in a restaurant

We came to Hershey for a concert and the hotel was exactly ONE mile from the Hershey theater Parking was easy Trip was great Thanks, Hampton Inn

Beautiful hotel, beautiful views, great food options inside and around Minutes away from Hershey park, and near everything else important! Great pools and spa, friendly staff and beautiful seating areas both inside and outside Stayed in a suite and was thoroughly impressed

large rooms and clean bathroom! Ice machine was a little far, but nothing crazy Highly recommend staying here if you can!

I stayed at the Hotel Hershey for a week and had an outstanding time The pool was fun, not too cold and had 2 water slides The pool wasn’t to deep, so it‘s more safe for little kids

But evening it was deep there are a lot of life guards around the pool The Iberian Lounge had a good selection of drinks and the hotel had many places to get snacks and eat The hotel is very close to Hershey Park so you can take a short bus trip there Overall the hotel was a very good experience with good food and lots of fun

It’s like walking back into time – more appealing to adults then children This was our first visit so I wasn’t sure if this or the lodge would be a better choice for us There was quite a bit to do with my son

He loved the pool with the water slides, the pool tables and shuffleboard, the ping pong tables and corn hole boards that were set up in the courtyard You will need reservations for the restaurants and they have dress codes, which I should have researched a bit more in advance, so we stuck to the room service option, which was very delicious

Many of us stayed at this hotel in April 2022There were several sports teams in the area due to multiple tournamentsThis hotel is by far the least accommodating for families of any of the hotels in the area

For starters the hotel lobby closes at 10pm to everyone including adults Yet there is no policy posted on this And if you ask to see the policy they can’t produce one and then call the police on you This is all after the desk clerks call and outright lie to their manager Who in-turn says over the phone that he sets the policyThen they harass You the next morning about checking out even though you were given a late checkout This is just two of the issues…Many complaints have been filed with Hiltons corporate office including directly to the CEO to absolutely no avail His corporate office executive customer service has proven to be absolutely worthless (very disappointed) There’s been no resolution or no real attempt at one So with that, it’s been decided to take it to the boards and let others know about this absolutely horrible service and that even in the small town there are much better options The Hilton chain has lost its customer serviceThis was not a one time stay at Hilton, this is how they treat gold and diamond members

I stay at Hamptons whenever I am out at town, almost exclusively This Hampton unfortunately was probably the worst out of the ones I have stayed at Trash was overfilled on the 2nd floor clearly for some time as the entire hallway smelled awful

The carpet was sticky in the room I stayed in, unpatched holes in the wall, a sliding barn door for the bathroom that fell off the rail consistently due to improper installation, and beds were incredibly uncomfortable Other maintenance issues were noticed causing a concern for ownership and what other shortcuts are made in the daily operation This Hampton hotel would be a 0/5 if it weren’t for friendly staff when we came in Would not recommend to anyone and certainly won’t stay again when I come back

Happy with this standard Hampton experience It seems the property is emerging from the pandemic with some of the usual challenges related to staffing, supply chain issues, and hospitality logistics I stayed over the New Year’s holiday weekend and was disappointed with no breakfast being served on New Year’s Day

The Diamond Line assisted us with securing Grab and Go bags that morning The heated pool was enjoyable
