I would say this is definitely one of the better and more fairly priced hotels in Los Angeles The rooms are nice and big, especially if you ended up getting the suite like my friends and I did when we visited Los Angeles The continental breakfast is tasty and plentiful

The views are absolutely fantastic and the neighborhood around this place was surprisingly decent despite all you hear about Downtown LA I would keep in mind that traveling at night by yourself isn’t ideal since this is near the heart of Downtown LA so fruit for thought just in case Other than that, this is a very solid hotel It has a Starbucks, pizza place, and a Jersey Mike’s within the hotel so it’s definitely convenient for anyone who likes those places It has a somewhat fairly priced little goodie shop near the front desk with a good amount of snack, drink, and even medicine options to choose from so that’s also convenient Overall, just be mindful of your surroundings and make the best out of this hotel! It really is a solid hotel to book and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a premium experience at a fair price!

Awesome hotel with free shuttle to LAX We stayed in the accessible room and it was excellent Our flight was very late and the shuttle got us to the hotel quickly

Staff was friendly and allowed us to park out front fora couple hours after we rented a vehicle and still needed to pack up the room Finding the shuttle was very difficult with the construction at LAX, so ask before you start walking if you aren’t sure where to go

My family and I stayed here 7/16-7/17 To their credit, we arrived early and they were able to put us in one of our two rooms for an added fee That is pretty much where the positive experience ended

The room is more expensive— by close to 100 dollars per room, than the other hotels nearby, and they require an incidental expenses hold of $300 per room For that we hoped to have a pleasant experience We are a family of 6, and booked the property in part because of on site restaurants and a pool for the kids The pool is laughably small — clearly only there to check the box for hotel amenities The air conditioning cannot keep up with the demand for rooms— both of our rooms were uncomfortably hot (76-77 degrees Fahrenheit) and decreasing the temperature on the thermostat had no effectThe hotel’s only actual restaurant closes between 10 and 5 and there is also no room service during those hours We ended up walking over to another nearby hotel that actually had an open restaurant to have lunch That evening, we did both order room service for the kids and also went to the restaurant for dinner The food is mediocre at best with expected high prices (hamburger and French fries for $25), and the $16 per drink cocktails were frankly just not well made Neither refrigerator worked in our rooms The bathrooms and rooms appear nice, but the shower head was awful, spitting out water in all directions There were issues checking into our second room, and once we were given keys we arrived to find the room had not been cleaned and we needed to continue to waitAfter dinner, we needed to get to bed for an early flight At 11:47pm the room doorbell rang and there was a family outside of our room My husband thought they had the wrong room number 5 minutes later another knock at the door was the desk agent, stating that she didn’t know why we were in this room and asking to see our IDs We explained that they placed us in this room and gave us room keys, and my husband showed his ID We left the next morning at 5The shuttle and shuttle driver were helpful, which was nice However the overall experience was not good and for a total of $400 per room I would have expected a higher degree of competence and a restaurant to actually be open and serve reasonably good food and drinksWe were meant to stay here for another night on the way back and canceled our subsequent reservation Hilton should be able to perform better than this

Room was nice, but there several small things I would have expected to be in the room of this caliber No ice bucket, not enough charging outlets or towels Also we found strands of hair all over the bathroom 🤮 Lastly, the pool had much to be desired

My bathroom is bigger than their pool And to top it off there were no lounge chairs or umbrellas in the tables It just looked unkempt and dirty Not impressed! I would have thought Hilton was better than this However the location was perfect if you needed to get to the airport quick, you could make it their in 5 minutes with their free shuttle

Our flight got cancelled so our family decided to stay here for the night since it was so close to the airport for our flight the next morning Having the shuttle service to and from the hotel was very convenient especially since we had two toddlers with us The rooms were very clean and updated and there were lots of food options nearby as well as a Coffee Bean in the hotel

I never leave reviews for anything, but this hotel pushed me to the absolute limit forcing me to leave one for the very first time I know you might be tempted to stay in this hotel because of the relatively low price and the pictures online looking somewhat nice and appealing; however, it’s important to look at the big picture Where to start as soon as we got to our room, the room was messy with used and wet towels everywhere, the sheets were undone, there were tissues on the floor, and the entire room smelled gross We asked to get moved to another room and while the other room seemed clean, utilities like the lamp and ironing board were broken, not to mention that this hotel has very small, dark rooms and the worst cleaning service from any hotel I have ever stayed at I asked to get my room cleaned before I left the hotel for several hours, but the lady only put clean towels on the bed and took out the trash I did not get newly cleaned sheets, bags for the trash cans, she left all the wet towels on the bathroom floor, etc And just to add to the list, just trying to get out of the parking lot was a complete nightmare The machine did not work, and I had to call customer support every time for me to exit the parking lot I saw many other guests experiencing the same issue as I did every single time I exited or enteredIt’s safe to say that I’ll never stay in this hotel again, and I recommend you stay far away from it as well The low price might be tempting but trust me, it’s not worth saving a couple of bucks in exchange for such a poor hotel experience


Stayed just one night because of the proximity of the airport Great stay! Comfy beds, free pet stay (seriously this is why I chose this hotel as I was moving my cat from the US to Europe and honestly was applied by some hotels charging hefty amount as a pet fee) The hotel is clean and modern looking

They offered a shuttle service to the international departure terminal at LAX which was super convenient I would most definitely stay here again

This hotel was beautiful!! The decor was high end, the rooms were very nice Even the restaurant in the lobby had high end options The front desk staff and valet staff were helpful as well

The only problem was the shuttle They said it runs every 25-30 minutes, with multiple shuttles running at the same time We waited 40 minutes for our shuttle Just keep this in mind if you’re scheduling a trip to the airport and have to arrive at a certain time! Plan extra time!

Right next to LAX which didn’t matter to us but is super convenient for a person traveling! You can’t hear the planes either which I was very surprised about Hotel was clean Free breakfast was good

Great place for an overnight layover at LAX! Shuttle was convenient, hotel was very nice and service was AMAZING the bell hop and shuttle drivers were so helpful! No microwaves in room, but there is one on the sixth floor in the ice and vending area Food at the restaurant Cafe is pretty expensive, but what do you expect in LA right? Shuttle bus gets pretty full so plan ahead to be early it might take two trips before you can fit

This place had a lot of pros and cons On the pro side it still had the airport shuttle and many of the other hotels did not Also when my flight was suddenly changed as I was getting ready to walk out the door to go to the airport, the hotel gave me a late check-out time allowing me to stay until it was time for me to leave

On the negative side the advertisement indicated that there would be free breakfast which I take into account when booking in the overall cost This hotel no longer has free breakfast and the breakfast is fairly expensive around $20 Also the bed was not very comfortable and there was absolutely no hot water in the morning The top two things I take into account when looking for a hotel are a comfortable bed and a hot shower I gave this hotel 4 stars because of the fact that they extended my time and the staff were very friendly and helpful and I greatly appreciated that It really outweighed all of the other negatives

First the good: bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and the airport was closeThen the bad:1) the shower had spray going up on the ceiling and you could see the water marks from where it hadn’t been cleaned previously2) either the conditioner and body wash dispensers were broken or the cleaning staff never filled them (and I’m not sure which scenario is worse)

Additionally, the dispensers were locked to the wall so you couldn’t even try shaking it While I do carry my own products, it’s not something I usually check before getting in the shower, especially at a hotel that calls itself “Regency”3) the phone didn’t work Like, there was *no* power and no way to try plugging it in somewhere else By the time I realized this (due to wanting a wake-up call and again, who would check if the phone works at a posh hotel), there was no point in trying to get a new room since I’d have to be up in 4 hours4) tried turning off the lights and searched all over before realizing that one light had the switch *on* it unlike every other light in the room that had a switch on the wall Then tried turning off the final light (that had a dimmer) only to find it didn’t turn all the way off! It got stuck in a nightlight setting or something Flipped the switch multiple times and finally it turned offIf this was a budget hotel, I’d probably give it more stars but if I’m paying premium prices, I expect a premium product Would not recommend and would only stay here if literally every other hotel near LAX was booked

Last Friday, our late flight from LAX to LAS was cancelled – the last one out on Delta I quickly booked this hotel so we would not have to sleep on an airport floor or in an airport chair I’m so glad I booked this hotel

When we walked in the desk agent, Danielle, greeted us and asked how we were doing When I told her about the cancellation and how stressed we were – without us asking – she gave us two vouchers for breakfast (was not included in our quick reservation) and a late check out because we still needed to sort out a car to drive home She also gave us extra bottles of water, and couldn’t have been more empathetic and helpful I can’t tell you how fabulous it was to be treated so well, after being treated so poorly by DeltaThe hotel room itself was very good as was the breakfast the next day The waiter that gave us coffee, etc was also very cheerful and helpful but I didn’t get his name It’s definitely a good place to go especially during these days of endless flight cancellations

I just stayed there for a week and it was a really great hotel I know it’s not fashionable to stay by the airport, but I was working in different parts of LA and it was relatively convenient, even in traffic The building seems brand new and the room was in great shape

The value for the money was amazing I chose this place over others because the reviews of the other comparably priced hotels all mentioned noise, which there was none of at the Cambria I’ll definitely stay there again The mattress in my room could have used an update, but otherwise I have nothing bad to say

My view is a bit skewed since I had an upgraded room Very comfortable space and bed Nice views of Burbank and downtown LA skylines

Customer service was good and everyone was very nice Nice Starbucks in the lobby and plenty of dining options My stay would have been a five if they could have just got my room key right I had multiple trips to the front desk to fix my electronic key they provide on my phone and nobody answers the front desk phone

Enjoyed having 3 restaurants available to me but I only used one of them The bellmen were excellent and always willing to help me with my bags The front desk help were kind as well Vaccination proof was later required for use of restaurants and the exercise room later on in my stay as LA County started that requirement I was able to stay several weeks at this hotel

When I checked in there was one guy working his tail off but the line was 6 people long He was efficient and courteous despite the challengeTheir little store and the small “cafe” were great to have I ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was made fresh, warm, and deliciousThe shuttle to LAX comes every 20 minutes so that was also convenient The driver was friendly and helpfulWe were very busy while in LA, and this was the perfect place to stay near the airportAfter I returned home I had a question about the bill The accounting person emailed me immediatelyThe service here was exceptionally good, which is rare these days with staffing shortages So appreciated!!

The rooms are big, clean, and relatively nicely decorated My stay was comfortable and the staff were all friendly The walls are pretty thin though and it’s pretty easy to hear people in other rooms

The bar/”restaurant” is pretty abismal; not many options and it’s right in the middle of the walkway lobby There’s no real kitchen either, the food is all thrown together and cooked in subway style convection ovensOverall, not bad, but I will likely stay in the Hyatt right next door for future visits

This hotel is awesome! For starters, parking is in the back of the hotel, its inside the parking garage, it may not look like it belongs to the hotel but they do share it with a different company You have to sign in first and pay for parking at the front desk and they give you a card to get in and out of the parking garage There is lots of parking at all times so do not worry about space

The hotel itself is very clean and quite and doesnt stink It’s very professional and looks high class and its very fancy and clean The rooms are very spacious and have a kitchen and a great view Overall it was a 10/10 experience and a great stay!

My room was a spacious suite with 2 beds Room was updated and modern Deducting one star for front desk staff not mentioning the complimentary breakfast or where it was at and also the limited menu and mediocre food quality and service at the downstairs restaurant

I ordered the hummus plate and it was a plate with hummus, a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette and crispy pita chips The hummus did not taste even as good as hummus from Costco

I had a wonderful experience We booked at another hotel but things did not work out last minute so on scrambling to find a hotel we were directed to the Hampton The room price was very practical, the staff was accommodating and incredibly polite

We took a random trip to LA for the day, and it was supposed to be for a night We loved this stay so much we stayed and extra 3 days lol But the staff was nice, breakfast was amazing and had plenty of options

hotel is horrible! sheets are disgusting and they have lots of bugs in the rooms! sheets aren’t washed and mattress have stains as well couches were also ripped up too horrible customer service and wi-fi is horrible

Was told not possible ok fine I will deal with it (Note I booked online paid with 1 CC) Get to the was given another room ok with 2 Queen beds not what I wanted but ok I’m tired and done Used another CC for the “incidentals” Then about 30 mins later get my CC alert they charged for the Room and Incidentals Still unsure if I was charged twice2) After all the drama of getting to the room which I will give credit the beds were comfortable I have a bad knee and back this bed I slept on my back for the 1st time in a while3) Woke up ready to start my day and no water pressure look at the photoI am sorry overall 2 starts because of the bed only This place and most of these IHG hotels need a Customer service overhaul I have more issues that I will not put on this post but they need to think of people 1st let alone customers I see they show they are LGBTQ friendly I appreciate that how about Handicap people friendly? This is kind of unfair, we’re visiting from Las Vegas/Nevada and the only thing I can really compare to is world class hotelsPros:Nice looks, setup close to the airport (we were in town on business AT the airport, that was awesome), food in the morning with, interior design looks nice There was a painting class in the lobby “sip n paint” people ordered drinks at their bar

The atmosphere was pleasant Hotel staff were friendly All in all, I really only had 2 issues with the place, and 1 desire missedCons:1 Price point(s), if you book the same price for 200$ in Vegas; you can either expect a mini penthouse or comps for shows/foods, 200 for just the room/no pool, that’s excessive Price point also means 26$ to park my own car is a little crazy Valet services are free where I come from, they make great tips Parking on the street side is literally free, 26$ is excessive Price point also means not charging 10$ for a beer in the lobby “convenience” store, that’s excessive2 Paper thin walls; listening to every guest entering and exiting, ambulances, fire trucks; definitely woke us more then once It wasn’t usually doors slamming, it was the locking mechanisms and handles At 2am nobody wants to hear shotguns rack, you know? (“Clack-clack”) metal on metalDesire missed; we’re here as a family not much to do as a family No pool, exercise room isn’t exactly fun for a kid, paint n sip class (kids shouldn’t be surrounded by alcohol in the lobby/bar lobby… I wouldn’t call that kid friendly but not a con for an adult), try and make them feel welcome go to the 99Cent store, grab some coloring books and cheap washable markers/offer it to them There just really wasn’t anything available to entertain a kid


First time at this property, second time staying at the AC brand of hotels If you have an early flight out of LAX, this place is perfect as it’s only one mile from the airportThe hotel feels really new and is in very good shape

The rooftop bar was perfect for a late night drink and bite to eat Super friendly and helpful staff Room was clean and comfortable
