This place is great! The rooms are clean and have a washer and dryer with full kitchen There is an outdoor pool, hot tub and they have the best breakfast of any hotel I have been at!!Bonus!! Also pet friendly and have soft serve, coffee and slushies available all day!!

Sarah Rundlett

The only reason I give them a two is the staff was polite Management and/or corporate set their staff up to fail I made reservations 5 days in advance and confirmed that my guest was going to be able to check in before for me with front desk staff

Front desk staff assured me that my guest would be able to check in, that the front desk staff made a note in the reservation, and that I would just have to present the credit card when I arrived at the hotel My guest was not able to check in prior to be even after offering to put it on her own card Front desk staff did not call me to confirm that afternoon when my guest got there front desk did not attempt to mitigate this whatsoever Upon checking in myself that evening I waited for 45 minutes to get a hotel room because evidently the hotel was overbooked because of some kind of mixup with booking service (Expedia) The front desk staff did not receive support from their manager Front desk staff actually reached out to management multiple times who didn’t answer their phone Upon checking out the following day I still had not been able to speak to the manager about my complaints regarding my guest not being able to check in and having to wait 45 minutes to get a room which I had made a reservation for Front desk manager has still not called me back after leaving my number with request for them to call me when they finally decided to come to work The room was clean and well furnished Staff polite

Amazing service at the front desk!We booked on a 3rd party site that had a mix up on our room type The front desk staff gladly made it right and went above and beyond to fixed the mistake made by the 3rd party site We’ve stayed here many times over the last 10 years and it just gets better each visit! The facilities are getting a really nice upgrade, and the amenities are great! This is one of our favorite home-away-from-home stays!

Overall solid experience Pool was a bit small, but it was clean and warm and the kids had fun and the price was right We were going through North of town but the rate drew us south and to be honest it only added 15 min to our drive in the morning

Breakfast was your standard hotel fare but at least they had one compared to most that still claim they don’t because of covid

Carlee Maynard

Great place to stop for our cross country drive Kind front desk, affordable, and an amazing bed for much needed sleep! The only part keeping me from giving that final star was a few upkeep portions of the room that weren’t necessary for our one night stay, but could use some TLC nonetheless (the remote was fidgety, bedside lamp and phone were unplugged for some reason, and there were some light stains on the couch) But like I said, not a huge deal for us, and everything else was great!!We also felt very safe in the location, which is important when you’re not from the area

🙂

Low class lobby atmosphere, with music playing loudly I’m a Titanium member, and I booked 2 rooms I asked for connecting rooms when I booked (via live chat – they responded and said “thanks for letting us know”)

At check in, we found out they put us on two separate FLOORS, however they said had rooms available on the same floor (but not connecting) if we wanted to switch them So they obviously completely disregarded my request for connecting rooms We canceled our stay at check in, and left I didn’t want to spend another 10 seconds in that obnoxious lobby Just like walking into a grocery storeThey were way understaffed for the hour that we showed up, as well A line in the lobby, phone ringing, and one girl tending the desk She was great, kind and patient, but they should be giving her some backup at 5PM

Stayed for 3 nights in June 2022, for work Typical Holiday Inn, room was spacious and clean, bathroom was clean with Bath & Body Works products (it’s the little things) It is also in a very safe, nice area of town

A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance Pool was not operational which was a bummer The on-site restaurant also had some limited hours No free breakfast, either

Pearl White

Not a bad Holiday Inn Not the best one I have stayed at though There is parking for large vehicles, but it’s a tight entrance and so hard to get to the parking Semi’s are out of the question

The staff is very welcoming and helpful The room is nice There was damage to the bottom of the bathroom door Which was unsightly The rest was what was expected Nothing more

Nina Rangel-Perez

I agree with those who have talked about the cleanliness of this hotel The room had a stench and the carpet was not one that you wanted to walk on barefoot When staying somewhere else, you want to feel comfortable

Definitely wasn’t comfortable For the price of this stay per night, we expected more The hotel was not exceptional for the going rate We did not complain nor plan to complain until we were forced to stay or pay for another night We paid $220 per night and weren’t able to check out the last night as our team didn’t need to stay an additional night The weekend before we stayed at a hotel in the same situation and were able to check out by checkout time without being charged They wouldn’t let us check out They made us pay for another night and wouldn’t budge I will no longer support IHG hotels especially in this region

The staff was very helpful and extremely friendly, they accommodated my room request to be close to the elevator and next to each other Breakfast was top notch with many choices The family enjoyed the option of the swimming pool

We did not take advantage of this but the concept of having games available to play while staying at the hotel is a great option I have stayed at this Hampton Inn several times and it never disappoints We will gladly stay here again

Colette Erck

This is a very nice hotel and we got a good price too It’s very easy to find and secluded parking lot The place feels very safe

I would not recommend staying at this hotel The bathroom was not clean upon check-in Housekeeping only tidied up during a 5-day visit one time

There was no sanitizer in the stations, and the hotel reeked of cigarette smoke The business center computer was signed out, and no one was at the desk to assist I was told a manager would contact me regarding the cleanliness of the room and have yet to be contacted It’s been almost 2 weeks I am new to the IHG family, but if this is the norm, I’ll stick with Marriott

Victoria Laux

Incorrect room, terrible breakfastWe booked a “2 QUEEN BEDS 2 BEDROOM SUITE”, and were given a studio with 2 queen beds 4 feet apart, no separate bedrooms We had already hauled all our stuff up after driving all day and had a child who needed to get to the bathroom, so we didn’t try to fix that after arriving for our one night stayThere wasn’t anyone at the front desk to talk to in the morning the 4 times we checked between 8 and 9:30, when we needed to head out on the road again

At 8am, breakfast had no hot items (no eggs, no sausage or bacon, no biscuits), no milk, no pancakes (machine was broken), and no orange juice A few milk cartons were finally set out 15 minutes later – mostly chocolate, when everyone was stuck with cereal or cinnamon rolls for breakfast

I love this hotel It’s extremely clean, employees are exceptional, location is good The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because I wanted room service this morning and it’s unavailable and the a/c works but it’s not 65 degrees in here as the thermostat says more like 73

It’s quiet, comfy beds, good coffee in room It gets a 47 in my book I will be back and make it a regular stop on my trips back East

The Bad: It used to feel so special staying at this hotel Unfortunately, it is in desperate need of updates and a deep clean The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, there was rust around the tub, the floor was stained with some kind of substance, there was garbage under our sofa (visible when walking in the room), and it was generally just not clean

It was also loud, but that was from children and street noise, so I don’t fault the hotel for thatThe Good: The staff was wonderful and very welcoming! Everyone we met was so kind and we appreciated thatBreakfast was absolutely fantastic! Kudos to the chefs for my delicious made to order French toast and bacon! This property has potential to be great again I really hope they make all of the necessary updates to make it as good as it used to be

Katy Ramsey

Highly impressed with this hotel this week We picked this hotel to host a business meeting because they are the only Hilton hotel in town that responded to me when I asked about renting a boardroom The embassy would’ve been my first choice anyway but I appreciate the fact that Dana was very easy to work with and helped me coordinate everything to set up my meeting

She was quick to respond and happy to answer all my questions Add in all the usual Embassy things like 2 room suites, cook to order breakfast, evening reception with free drinks and snacks, indoor poor and on-site restaurant On top of all of this, we actually were here during a tornado and the hotel‘s response to the very scary sirens going off was to clearly communicate with the overhead speaker, quickly set us up in a boardroom where they brought us and waters and snacks and kept us comfortable while we rode out the wild weather Everyone was very calm and handled this perfectly! Big props to the staff at this hotel for making our stay all around excellent!

Fantastic service and amenities and the cocktails at the bar were great Whomever put the cocktail selection together on the menu has excellent tasteThe heated flooring and walk-in glass shower with two shower heads were really nice however the bathroom door itself had a major flaw because the sliding door to our bathroom had a gap in it that allows the person outside the bathroom to see in and allows sounds to travel easily outside the bathroom

Hotel management should seriously consider some sort of fix that would make the bathrooms more private because this flaw marred an otherwise wonderful experienceThere was no menu for room service in the

Brian Ehlenbach

Overall an outstanding experience Service was the highlight as well as cleanliness Rooms and amenities were all up to date

Their lounge and bar were wonderful, with an amazing assortment of signature cocktails The parking ramp was attached making it easy to load / unload luggage The hotel was located within walking distance of many restaurants, and the front desk was very helpful with recommendations

Marc Kelley

Nice and modern – no value Bathtubs are huge and beds are comfortable Parking? Extra

Snacks laid out in your room? Extra Breakfast? Extra I feel like I paid more and got lessThe bathroom door sits directly across from the beds and is a barn door style rolling smoked glass door Which means, it doesn’t fully close leaving a good gap on either side, there is no noise cancellation, and when the light is on in the bathroom the entire room is lit upNone of these things would be deal-breakers if it was my wife and I looking for just a nice stay But, considering they were listed on HotWire where room details are withheld and I brought my family – it was rather frustrating

Pros:The staff were extremely nice and pleasant and accommodatingClean hotel, good breakfastCons:Beds are too soft

Our hips are definitely hurting todayRoom was too hot AC went on and off all night with the big clunk This morning I asked the front desk about not being able to turn the AC down Evidently I could have called the front desk last night and complained and THEN they would have allowed us to turn it down lower Good to know after a lousy night’s sleep

Pleasant clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and plenty of space for itemsThe lobby is spacious and comfortable

Pool area is small but hot tub is nice and warm! While gym is small, hotel offers guest pass to local gym!!!Nearby are several places including Target, a grocer and McDonalds Location is on south side of Lincoln, near where Nebraska Highway hits the countryside

Rooms have good space, the beds are really comfy Plenty of parking Breakfast was good

Conveniently located, reasonably priced in the Haymarket entertainment district of Lincoln Easy walk to all kinds of restaurants Felt welcomed in June by staff wearing T-shirts with the hotel name in rainbow letters plus rainbow balloons and decorations

Coffee amalgams all day, but with 105 degree temps, we washed they had made cold drinks absolutely, too Great view from our to floor room

Courtney H

I booked a hotel room here a couple months back for a stay in September and was informed yesterday that we would not be able to check in until 7:00 pm due to a large group checking out late at 4:00 pm This changed our original plans so I asked if there would be any discount applied due to the inconvenience They told me they were sorry to inform me that they do not offer discounts for late check ins

Quite interesting since the late check in was due to other customer’s plans I decided $265 for one night when we couldn’t check in until 7:00 pm (not by our choice) wasn’t worth it so canceled the room and will find somewhere else to stay How disappointing!

Very nice hotel in a great area of Lincoln Visit was during the State basketball tournament and although the prices were higher it wasn’t unfair like some Lincoln hotels Service was great, as were rooms and other facilities

Breakfast was the usual but good with good selection Linda who assisted with our checkout and changing reservations was great I great representative for Hyatt

Aria Blair

It’s clean, comfortable and modern, and in a wonderful location The bathrooms are terrible though I’m not sure why they thought glass doors were a good idea

(Especially since my room has a broken lock)Also the shower was basically impossible to use because the water pressure was so restricted, I honestly could have done a better job washing my hair in the sinkI don’t feel uncomfortable staying here as a trans woman though, and that’s pretty great when I’m traveling so far outside of friendly states

Michelle

Wow, I just had the worst experience talking with Dennis at the front desk on the property If I could give No Stars, that’s what I would have rated this Hyatt Place My personal circumstances changed and was in need of a room while attending a wedding across the street

I was too late in booking the block of rooms set aside for it, but called the property to see if there was any way they could assist me I was very pleasant with each of the three people I was transferred to Then, I reached Dennis He basically chastised me and said next time I attend a wedding I better make sure I call three or four weeks in advance His response was basically “TOO BAD-You Missed It” and said there was only $399/night rooms left When I said that was going to be too expensive, he told me I could go check with other hotels He would not let me speak to a manager for further assistance and didn’t even let me finish my sentence before talking over me and hanging up This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had!

The refrigerator was non-functional when we entered the room, and nothing would get it to work, despite adjusting temp control, turning off/on, unplugging & replugging in When I brought the matter up to the front desk for a solution, they just said, “Oh yeah The refrigerators don’t work too well

” Other than that, the shower was hot, beds were comf, AC worked great Just wish we hadn’t had to throw out the food we’d brought in, as we’d selected this lodging on the basis of its having a refrigerator

The staff here is EXCELLENT The hotel itself is not the newest or fanciest, but it is clean and nice The beds were comfy

The elevator was a bit small and kind of scary (that could just be my fear of dying in one) but the stairs were great! The pool area and fitness room were adequate I found breakfast to be wonderful! Biscuits were mouth-watering, gravy was tasty and the coffee was strong Our tv did not work and the very nice front desk guy tried several times to fix it It didn’t get fixed but it didn’t end up affecting our stay like we originally thought it would as the walls were very thin The location was GREAT!! Food and shopping close by Would definitely stay here again

Hollee Klesh

No idea where Google got the idea this place is a 3-star hotel If you’re used to staying in hotels from the $70-90 range this place is probably just about fine for you; I’m accustomed to a range about $50 above that so it’s definitely going to inform this review The hotel as a whole is quite dated and worn down

Our room was musty, the AC wasn’t strong enough to cool the whole room, and the bathroom smelled pretty strongly of chlorine (presumably from the pool despite being on the third floor) Part of the carpet outside our bathroom was inexplicably damp and a little sticky Walls are thin so you’ll hear everything that goes on in the hallway and probably the rooms around you On the upside it was clean enough, not sparkling but acceptable, and there were no bugs Breakfast was good and we did get a good deal on the room ($84) from the friendly folks at the front counter It’s a pretty basic room that functioned to sleep in but I wouldn’t go back

Beth Rogers

Bed was hard, carpet felt gross, couch was scratchy Tv could’ve been better You can hear alot of noise from other rooms and kids in hallways

Breakfast wasn’t very good for what little they had which wasn’t much Pastries looked terrible for what little they had And the light comes on in the bathroom every time you open the door, which is very annoying, especially at night!

We got moved to another room no questions asked The day off check out, I slipped and hurt my knee at the front desk because of water on the floor that was from my son’s swim suit The front desk worker jumped right to action to help me It was so worth it And I well refer any and all of my friends to this Hotel Their management was the most understanding people that I know!!!! Thank you for the amazing time

I would never stay here again It has good reviews but I don’t see how There’s was old food in our fridge when we opened it

There were only about 4 tissues in the Kleenex box One partial roll of toilet paper That was the first hour At about 915pm the trains started rolling by! Either spend another $20 for a better room or save $40 and get a 2 star room This place is a one star

Stayed here 3 days with my grandchildren , their parents were packing to move so we decided to get the kids away lol They Loved the pool! The rooms were spacious and everyone was very friendly I was worried about pets be allowed and being noisy but it was very quiet and we slept great in their comfortable beds

I would of given this hotel 5 stars but was not impressed with their breakfast, the sausage had a weird taste and the omelets had peppers in itwas the same thing every day I would definitely stay here again, just go somewhere else for breakfast 🏊‍♀️ 🛌 🐕 🐈 👍🧳

There were spider webs and insects in the stairwell! I found bugs in my room I moved the dresser to get to an outlet and there was a used, dirty mask and it was just dirty The carpet was stained and the bathtub was stained as well

Also, the breakfast was not great It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either I will say that staff is very kind and helpful They are truly a great group of people! But overall, I wouldn’t stay again

Folks at the front desk were very helpful Brand new hotel? No, but well kept from what I could see Can’t speak to breakfast, but will update on that later

Stopped on our cross country trip 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog My number 1 priority is safety and my number 2 is cleanliness

I can say this hotel looks brand new Its back in a little area that I felt safe letting the dog out at night The rooms were clean The breakfast was nice and the employees were pleasant! Would stay again if ever driving through Lincoln And now I think I’m a Best Western fan for our next trip next month!
