Good experience for the most part Shortly after checking , another couple was checked into our room ( to all of our surprise) When there was a cancelled guacamole event, they brought us wonderful guacamole and chips

A couple of days later , we brought our daughters but the chips were stale and the staff acted very cold when told about it nice room and convenient location

Lexie Mason Swistak

We are celebrating our wedding anniversary here this weekend & staying 2 nights Our room had a damaged bathtub with a hole in it I really wanted to take a bubble bath because I cannot take one at home

My tub at home is just too small for me to take a comfortable bath so baths are something I look forward to on vacay The staff was helpful when my husband brought up the issue & moved us to another room Unfortunately the second tub was damaged as well I am sadly left with no bubble bath & disappointed but we do love the location of this hotel and the beds are very comfortable so it’s not a train wreck I would just say that improvement is needed here

Nice hotel, very clean and comfortable Beautiful location too We did have an issue with customer service at the restaurants and the manager, Hunter

I reached out to the GM, Curtis, and he made it all right and gave excellent customer service! Matt and Kurt at guest services were both amazing, Laura at check in was great and has a fun energy! Wayne was also great and helped me with my issues with the restaurants If we are back in the area anytime in the future we would give it another try! We love Hilton properties and they always have great customer service which is a MUST in the hospitality industry!

The Really Honest Traveller

It was fine, nothing really stood out about it It’s for sure not a bad hotel, just nothing great about it It was clean, friendly staff, nice views of the mountains on one side of the hotel

Breckenridge Brewing Company is the hotel restaurant which is sweet Very large hotel so getting to your room can take a bit Not much within walking distance WiFi was good I think the shower pressure was good, I can’t remember If I had to I’d stay here again I would but I prefer hotels closer to stuff to walk to

Jaime McClellan

The location was great Hot breakfast was amazing! Kitchenette had everything we needed to feel at home Loved the separate bedroom

Staff was so helpful The queen bed in the bedroom was so comfortable I slept great every night The only issue we had was so sorry excuse for a mattress on the sleeper sofa It was thin like a mattress topper around the edges and even thinner in the middle You could feel coils in it My daughter ended up closing it up and sleeping on the sofa each night I was surprised This place was so nice in every other area I have slept on SUPER comfortable sofa beds in hotels We have never had an issue

Kerrey Jorgensen

Great room: comfy beds, nice shower, quietLocation: centrally located with all of Denver and surrounding attractions being an half hour/90 minutes away, AMAZING view If they have mountain facing available- definitely pay the extra bitStaff: very friendly, accommodating, and informative

Kat Hanson

I’ve been a fan of Staybridge Suites for years because I feel like our family always gets a lot of room for the money This location didn’t disappoint, everything was set up great, the suite was spacious and everything was perfectly clean The one thing that I found disappointing was the evening social and breakfast offered

Both used to be AMAZING at every Staybridge Suites location we stayed at pre-covid I understand the pandemic changed a lot of things, but to be perfectly honest, it feels like the ownership has become very comfortable with a very scaled down version of both because it saves them money I found that extremely underwhelming and disappointing

JESSE HARRIS

Excellent staff, even though they were short handed Rooms were spacious and relaxing Pool lacks a hot tub but was great for having a birthday pool party

Breakfast was kinda blah but plentiful Limited seating in the lobby but we were able to take it back to the roomWould definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone

Cache Hancey

The hotel is very accommodating The rooms are spacious with lots of storageThe employees went above and beyond with our service

They were always available and quick to help with anything that we neededMy only issue with the rooms is that the TV’s size and placement is a bit unconventional Other than that, it’s a great option

Kari Shallow

I stayed here, during a life emergency, for 10 days and I didn’t want to leave The tiny hiccups that occurred were handled promptly, and politely, by the front desk I didn’t get their names, but there were 3 desk guys (blonde, long hair, and one with glasses) and the lady who helped me at breakfast were all very accommodating and kind

My room was perfect, the location was great, and if the emergency repeats itself I will be back My ONLY complaint is that the pool is too cold After a few weeks of hotel life, this is the one pool I couldn’t tolerate longer than 2 minutes Thank you for a great stay!

We booked a mountain view room with a balcony for 4 nights The hotel pictures of the mountain and balcony were very deceiving The balcony was very small and you could only stand on it

We had no privacy as people checking in and out the hotel seemed to be looking at us A chair was not allowed on the balcony because of safety issues The pictures fail to show the huge parking lot, congestive street traffic, a neighborhood across from the hotel The mountain view is further away than the picture shows Be sure to call ahead and ask if the shuttle will be running on the days you visit The shuttle driver was nice, helpful and came back quickly when we were ready to be picked up The bartenders were very nice and the Wings and Fries were Awesome The front desk staff were nice I am a Hilton honors member and upon checkout apparently, the rates were higher than any rates the front desk clerk had seen in a few years Her eyes bucked, she wished she could do something to lower the cost, but could not I thought I was getting a deal I will book via another source next time The 5th and last night was spent at Embassy Suites Denver Airport and had a better view and a shuttle that takes you to the airport

Michelle Kentgen

Had an amazing stay here with my husband for a couple nights Drew at the front desk was super helpful and friendly We were welcomed with warm cookies and enjoyed the outdoor balcony

Mattress was a little firm for me, but other than that it was a great stay Note we didn’t have a car or rental so didn’t have to pay for parking which would’ve been annoying But the hotel is walking distance to the train station which is nice

Skylor Kendrick

I liked the location it was very clean around the place and I felt safe, and it was close enough to walk to Fiddlers Green I walked back to the hotel at 11:00 pm and I felt that it was a well lit road and was safe The hotel and room were clean

Not 5 stars, I wish they didn’t make me pay parking and had breakfast available Plus I could hear the patrons at the bar when I went to bed I would stay again if I’m in that area

We arrived early Our room was not ready The communication was great to let us know and they were able to hold our bags while we went out to grab lunch

When we returned the employees remembered us and brought our belongings out before we even got up to the counter We had a great conversation with Cherish who I believe is the manager (or one of them) She was super informative, polite, kind, genuine, and clearly put forth amazing efforts to make this hotel the experience it is for us The dedication she has to ensuring every visitor has a great experience was clearly visible and noticed They gave us directions to places without seeming annoyed or like they had 1000 other things to do or other people to help The staff was impressive for a lack of more description Location is great and so many places to walk to from here I would 100% stay here on my next visit Love, love, love the positive energy in this building!!

Miranda G

We loved almost everything about this hotel and we will stay againThe location is excellent! Easy to get to both Denver and places like Red rocks and GoldenOur kitchen wasn’t cleaned or stocked when we got there; stuff was in the fridge from the previous person and crumbs on the table

One glass and no regular coffee Not a huge deal at all Some things in the room could use updating, but still very comfortable and spaciousOur only complaint was the broken pool heater and the breakfast clerk She was too gruff and started removing food the second the clock said breakfast was over We were afraid to ask for refills of milk because she was rather snappy A little customer service training would be helpful for herOtherwise, this a perfect for your family visit to Denver!

Kevin Granato

Definitely the best place to stay if your coming for a vacation So close to everything downtown without the traffic and congestion Located right in the middle of an awesome shopping center with all kinds of restaurants and shops

Perfect if you want to visit downtown every day or take trips to Boulder, Colorado Springs, or the mountains Free breakfast is a plus too! Parking is a little tight, but we never had an issue finding a spot Rooms and staff are great too!

Recently spent a week here whilst on holiday in DenverVery good experience from start to finishGreat location just outside the centre, definitely need a car to get around

As I was staying for a longer period, the hotel kindly waived the daily $15 parking feeI was also upgraded to a larger room with a kitchen area which was most welcomePleasant and helpful staff throughout, from the reception to the house keeping teamWould not hesitate to stay again if nearby

Brockman Group

The hotel is nice, our room was comfortable and roomy enough for 4 people The only downside was the maid service We had to ask to get our room cleaned several times

They didn’t change our sheets, we had to always ask for additional towels, (there was 4 people in the room, we needed more towels), and when they did clean they didn’t clean the floors very well If the cleaning issue could get resolved in the future, this would be a great place to stay

Phil Camp

Zero complaints, easy booking and check-in, clean, comfortable room with all the amenities (mini-fridge, safe, iron & board, hair dryer, etc), good pillow selection and comfortable bed, nice finishes If I needed to reach for a complaint it might be low ceilings in the entry & bathroom

The location is quiet, the restaurant and bar are solid The prices and food are decent Overall good value, service and experience

Great location Hit a theme park then Dave & Busters which is just right up the road from this hotel Rooms were clean

We did however book a deluxe suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa couch that turned into a double bed At check in, they tried to book us in a king bed room Showed reservation for a deluxe room with the 2 queens and a sofa couch Gentleman at desk was a little irritated about me wanted what I booked ahead of time When we entered our room, we had the 2 queen but only a tiny little chair as opposed to the sofa couch We made it work tho Overall was a good hotel Has a coffee shop and a bar located downstairs A pool and a hot tub

The prices keep going up everything I stay here but overall a beautiful hotel but again for the price rooms are small I stay here often the restaurant The narrative is pretty cool try the Moscow mules they have some good one’s Breakfast avocado toast is great

Again drinks and food are very pricey $16 a drink pretty steep The desk and room are so tight I can’t pull my chair out It runs unto the bed Again do not take this as negative I made it work And I stay here often just letting you know what your in for Gym climb machine looks awesome but has never worked since I have been coming here Valet is pricey parking on the street is pricey as well I have stayed all over the world so if I pay a high price I require the accommodations to match the prices, with service food, gym, amenities, room, and all aspects, that is why I’m being a little tough on this hotel as for the money I do expect more on all aspects The food is great and the bartender are great Again overall you won’t be disappointed unless your standards are as high as mine haha I’ll be back love it! Stop raising the prices

Ashley D

We had a good stay at the Jacquard, this June 2022 The hotel is relatively new and well maintained Like most downtown facilities, it’s hard to find parking, so the valet is a must

Overall we had a pleasant experience and the staff was accommodating The downside is that everything was too understaffed and small Three elevators struggle to keep up, the rooftop pool is a wonderful concept though it should be three times the size, along with the rooftop bar I think a lot of people who weren’t hotel guests were using the facility, and it was busting at the seams The suites are small compared to hotels outside of the downtown area On the plus side, everything is within walking distance The mall is a block away, restaurants abound everywhere and there is decent small business shopping in Cherry Creek as well Walking times to the whole area are within 10 minutes, so we never needed to move our vehicle for our entire stay

Dominic McAuliffe

I have to say, I was SERIOUSLY impressed before I even walked in the door, the valet was extremely courteous and helpful Then when I entered I was blown away by the sophisticated decor and design for the entire place The art, the flooring, the gorgeous mural painted on the 20 foot ceiling in our room! Whoever designed this place, kudos to you

The staff were exceptional to me and my family I don’t think I’ve ever met such a pleasant staff If you stay here, don’t dare hesitate not to visit the lovely restaurant by the lobby, the stunning rooftop pool/bar, or the well equipped fitness center My only complaint is that I’m terrified on automatic rotating doors hahaha Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I will never be staying at another hotel while visiting Red Rocks every again It made getting to and from the venue so incredibly easy The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we had any questions answered and were comfortable

The rooms are massive and honestly if I could just live in one, I would There is a great restaurant on location too called Nomad—the bartenders were such a blast, drinks were amazing and food was even better They make sure to have burritos ready for you after you return from shows too There is a nice gas station just right across the way, a couple of restaurants and a brewery You don’t have to go far to enjoy your stay Seriously, this place is incredible Can’t wait to be back!

Clayton Ormsby

A fantastic hotel that provided the best experience I could imagine A perfect place to set up base for experiencing Red Rocks Amphitheatre, with a very handy shuttle bus service door to door Caitlin and her team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and right at home at Origin Hotel Red Rocks

Wonderful service, super comfortable rooms, and a fantastic bar and restaurant We will definitely come back again

Cindi Mcknight

We spent an excellent weekend at the Halcyon hotel in Cherry Creek for a wedding They had happy hour free wine and AM free coffees The rooftop pool was gorgeous and winter soaking in the hot tub was fantastic! Activities and a rooftop bar

The attached restaurant had great food and drinks Also the best location with a lot of choices for food and entertainment near by Caution they can’t park pick up trucks!! But the valet went out of his way to help us get a spot on the street and set up pay parking on our phone It worked well and was less expensive than the parking garage at the end of the street

Danielle Dougherty

I stayed there last month for a mini honeymoon We were really disappointed with the customer service and lack of communicationPro: the hotel is really beautiful

It’s decorated impeccably and has some great amenities including the gear garage and free coffeeCon: the service was not great Absolutely not what we would expect for boutique hotel We felt like we were inconveniencing when we had a question We were asked if we were checking out consistently in our 4 day stay We waisted 15 minutes to get a initial service at Quality Italian I contacted they hotel 3 Times about a pricing issue without responseFriendliness of most of the staff (not all) was just not great I didn’t feel welcomed

Julia Griffin

We checked into our room and thought the turntable and records were a fun amenity However, the turntable did not work

someone came to pick it up but did not leave a replacement Also, the gear locker was a nice feature; however, after asking the front desk for access, no one ever showed up to unlock and let us in Unfortunately there wasn’t much availability for use of the rooftop pool, as there were a large group of drunk women celebrating a birthday, who essentially took over the pool It was a very overpriced stay for not having the ability to enjoy the amenities

Not sure what qualifies the hotel as 4 stars The bar is a bit over priced; although, the food is good The rooms are a bit dated

A/C didn’t really feel like it was pushing any cool air out Sound deadening within the rooms was practically non existent The mirror in the bathroom makes a screeching noise when powered on The tubs spout was disconnected from the wall Really it was nothing special and the room was one of the lesser impressive rooms I have stayed in Ie Just finished a stay in a local 2 star hotel, and it blew this room out of the parkLet me tell you where this Hotel did shine though Jonathan Abbot The guy is charismatic, personable, super helpful, smiley, cheerful, and was awesome to work with All the way around – damn good people Had I been in a position to, I would have attempted to recruit him on the spot One of the rare and far few between people that leave an impression For that alone, I gave 4 stars over the 2 I felt the facilities kind have deservedWith that said, thank you Jonathan for the tremendous experience

Was a 5-star hotel before; however, there are now a number of problems that drop it to 41 The biggest problem was having to leave your driver’s license at front desk to get a pool towel

Not only is this inconvenient and takes up overloaded front desk staff time but is illegal and prone to identity theft issues If you want to do towel check, follow Waldorf Astria policy and just ask for room # and name and put on a list They can scratch off list when they return it They had two people just in charge of the pool area though not like the lone front desk person here So, for small staffed hotel would not recommend doing at all2 Heat coming out of vents in halls and common space was 95F and halls were so hot that the house keeping staff was having to open the windows in hallways to get heat out throwing money out the window The heat needs to be turned down especially since rates are going up You can replace all pool towels several times a month for this loss3 Last two times I came recommended adding second caffeinated coffee pot to the breakfast area but has not happened On weekend coffee was out over 80% of the time and breakfast server was not able to keep up The long distance from where coffee was made in breakfast area to front desk also contributed to not keeping up4 The hot food in breakfast area was out of stock most of the time during weekend This is due to half size replacement containers Please use full size like all other Hampton Inns5 Now that construction has started on North Side again Dust has become a problem Recommend like Embassy Suites to sell rooms with air filters to fix this as well as a good upsell6 Letting unqualified people substitute at front desk One time I came down to complain about the heat hotel (#2) was wasting in hallway and young girl with glasses never at front desk before (Maybe Overworked Breakfast Server) said “No one else has that problem” I think the owner, management company or whoever pays electric bill would disagreeGood news is that elevator 2 did not trap me in it this time Both elevators, though slow, functioned properly

Perfect customer service; 1st class all the way I brought an ARMY veterans group here for a 4-day reunion in July, 2022 Staff was perfect; so was the facilities

Breakfast was good I cannot imagine better treatment anywhere, and I have stayed in 5-star facilities in Tokyo I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in the Denver area

Clean rooms, friendly staff Jamie was very helpful at the front desk There’s plenty of parking around the complex and a load in area near the front of the hotel

The rooms have kitchens with refrigerators and stoves and dishes etc There’s a small pool located in the center of the complex that’s never too crowded There’s barbeque pits located near the pool that you can use when needed There’s also a gym located near the main office There’s a small convenience store and a complimentary breakfast buffet for guests also You might want to get a room further from the highway if you want extra quiet, but the highway noise didn’t bother me and I was right next to it There’s nearby restaurants and a movie theater and an event center with bowling and arcade style games located within walking distance This hotel is also pet friendly which makes it convenient for those traveling with pets I will stay here again

I would not even momentarily consider returning to this dumpThis place is ruined with cigarette smoke, and appears to be “the local dive”, where “that type” of people like to stayThe hallways are dark and gloomy, and often smell like cigarettes

I saw a guy in his 20s, wearing an oversized winter coat, looking lost, boarding the elevator with a cigarette in his mouth I notified the front desk about this, and asked them to send security to our building They didn’t even replyI’m a Marriott gold elite member, and I requested a late checkout 3 times throughout my stay: once in my reservation, and twice via chat They didn’t even respondOne of the toilets was clogged upon check-in, and one of the showers was backed up throughout our 2 night stayThis hotel is basically a run down, lower-class apartment building Absolutely nothing like any of the other Residence Inns we’ve stayed at, and far from the Marriott brand standard Priced at nearly double the last one we stayed at, in Bismarck, ND, which was exceptionally clean, new, and well-maintainedTo be clear, these problems don’t strike me as the fault of housekeeping whatsoever Even upon close examination of my 2 bedroom suite, they definitely did their job, and did it as well as they couldRegardless, I would definitely not recommend staying here One star for a gross-feeling, poorly-soundproofed, poorly-maintained hotel, with a sketchy and borderline disturbing vibe to it, and most importantly, a non-communicative front desk

Friday was my very first visit here and let me tell you this place is a magical slice of paradise I wound up staying the night I loved it so much The staff here treat you like family and I love them they’re so nice

The wonderful ladies at the front desk call me Just Joe, they asked me what my name was and what I perfered to be called by and I smiled and told them just Joe lol so that’s my name there and I love it😁 Some of the most wonderful people you’ll ever meet The food is delicious and the ice cream shop is amazing too If you are looking for a magical getaway vacation in the breath taking beautiful mountains this certainly is the place Out of all the places I’ve visited and reviewed this is by far my favorite! I highly recommend coming here, and will be looking forward to becoming a member Also for parents, this is one of the most kid friendly places I have seen I witnessed the community here treat children as if they were their own, there’s even a kids play room and everything, I would have no problems letting my son play and have fun here anytime The community here reminds me of the good old days when you could leave your house and car unlocked and not even have to worry about it I met so many nice down to earth great people here it was awesome There’s not enough star’s available to give this place the great review it deserves honestly Thank you so much for this amazing experience Mountain Air Ranch I greatly appreciate it 🙏

This has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time ! In addition to the clean rooms, hallways, and lobby, the staff was extremely friendly and professional! They all seemed happy to be there and happy to help They have more than once went above and beyond to make our stay safe, easy, and fun! The pool are was lovely and clean, perfect to relax as well! 10/10 would stay here again and I will be recommending to all my friends and family

This may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly! The bartenders/waitresses, the front desk staff, the Starbucks barista, everyone! So happy to help and accommodating with all our questions, came here from Chicago and will be choosing this hotel each time I come to Denver! Couldn’t recommend this place more Rooms are very clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries 10/10

I stayed here for three nights for a business trip The experience was quite disappointing Sheraton is supposed to be one of the “premium” bands in the Marriott family and yet it is more like a motel on the i25

The hotel needs serious renovation and repair There is only one elevator working and the carpet wore out in the lobby The club lounge was closed with no service The outdoor swimming pool looked unclean and there were a few dead bugs in the water The room was not very sound proof and I heard occasionally dog barking and people coughing in the nearby rooms There was not house keeping service eitherThe staff were very friendly though I guess they were very short staffed and could not offer full service Overall, the hotel does not represent a good Sheraton brand

I loved when my company provided me with a free room here! It was so elegant and clean! I didn’t want to leave! The room was nice and cozy! I only was in it for a day but it was amazing! I definitely will have to book with this hotel again when I go on vacation l!The reason I didn’t give more stars, was because the water left a sticky film on our skin Felt like inhad been swimming in the ocean I brought this to staffs attention they assured me it will be looked into
