Had an amazing experience staying here The rooms are so nice and gives a luxury feel, the staff went above and beyond Ryan was great as soon as we pulled up to valet, Ashley was great to speak with when checking in, and Rafael the GM greeted us as we were having drinks at the bar

They offer very unique beverages, I highly recommend the K-pop & lock for ginger lovers They even have iconic movie place cards all throughout the room as well as drink vouchers Across the street there’s an outdoor mall with hundreds of popular stores and places to eat, Rodeo Dr is a short drive away as well as Santa Monica

Absolute perfection This hotel strives for greatness and goes above and beyond to offer impeccable and truly top-tier service The staff are extremely experienced, elegant, and sensible and make you feel both special and at ease the moment you arrive

From the valet desk, where they will greet you by name, to the pool, where they offer outstanding food and drinks, the staff seeks to satisfy your every whim (room service even went so far as to procure ingredients for a dish we requested) The Four Seasons LA is a centrally-located bastion of calm, an oasis within walking distance of all the charm and fun of Beverly Hills

Ryan Seangio

The Four Seasons Los Angeles was phenomenal and truly lives up to the brands standards The level of attention to detail and service is top notch! Special thanks to Nathan from concierge who went above and beyond to make us feel special From the moment we arrived we were greeted with glass of champagne, and escorted to our Wellness room which was just a few steps to the pool, and had a wonderful balcony overlooking Beverly Hills

Nathan also went out of his way to coordinate a special welcome amenity for us which was incredible This will always be my go-to stay in LA from now on!

Herah Syesy

The Four Seasons Hotel is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the city The location could not be better – just steps from everything that downtown has to offer, including all of its wonderful fountains! Bed was very comfortable

They have a rooftop with a pool that has a restaurant and bar Excellent location located in the heart of Hollywood… we could walk to a lot of places ! We will be staying here again when we come back to LA Thank you to the Dream team !!!

Recently stayed at the West Hollywood Dream hotel As someone who travels very often, we were not impressed with our stay When we checked into our room it was hot and the AC was not working

After calling front desk twice they were able to get this fixed After traveling all day from the east coast we needed a shower before heading to dinner The water would not go hot or warm We called front desk and let them know we had no hot water When we returned from dinner the shower would still not go hot The next morning before checking out the shower was still cold We were able to get warm water by leaving the shower running for 15 min, then taking a shower Considering the amount we paid for a boutique hotel, you expect these simple things to work The lobby and rooftop are beautiful, hopefully the dream management team can work out these kinks for future guests

Room on 1009 has the best view of the nice buildings and city life Stayed for two nights and its perfect Room was very clean and spacious

Having a corner room and large windows in 3 corners means lovely views of LA downtown The bed and sheets are comfortable Two sinks and spacious restroom was gracious Very nice experience: customer service, room, location (surrounded by great restaurants and whole foods walking distance is a plus), and the Roof top views and the bar really top it all like cherry on top! Wow, thanks for the wonderful experience, highly recommended!

Krystal

Great central downtown location across the street from Whole Foods and close proximity to then LA Live I stayed in the single room and overall enjoyed the experience The hotel has a unique hipster vibe

One downside was the city noise due to the location so it’s definitely not a tranquil experience But other than that I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area

Tom Small

I travelled from the uk with two friends for super-bowl weekend and stayed at the freehand for 3 nights before moving on! and what a weekend it was , location is superb with the hotels aesthetic and rooftop bar definitely exceeding an already exciting expectation This gem is a little slice of LA as you imagine! Probably the best rooftop bar in LA! Rooms were very nice clean and comfortable and the vibe was awesome! Will definitely be returning in the future! Thanks so much for making my first time in LA great!

Beautiful Bell

I had a great and refreshing stay at this Hotel, The staff was amazing You can tell they enjoy their Job The hotel was clean and in a nice location

The room was nice and spacious, We were in a junior suite My view from the 12th floor was beautiful I travel a lot and unfortunately stay at Hotels a lot, this is easily one of my favorite properties The restaurant staff were always amazing as well

Ronald Whedon

The good: The hotel is in very good condition The rooms, except the shower, had no bugs, stains or odors The air conditioning is not a window unit

The beds seem to be an ok fluffy pillow top mattress with a deluxe comforter and goose-down-like pillows I slept well This hotel is in a nice areaThe bad: There is no swimming pool or hot tub If you’ve driven there, valet parking is offered for $19 per day You may park your own vehicle for $1875 per day if valet isn’t for you Hilton tried to charge for valet and self for all days Hilton will charge your card $50 per day at check-in for incidentals deposit my charge was removed after checkout The shower was showing its age with light rust on the lower enclosure, degraded caulking and lightly darkened for traffic area I will stay somewhere else on my next visit

Carolyn Stifflear

Starting with the staff, they immediately thanked me as an honors member Upgraded my room to a spacious and beautifully decorated suite Every team member was courteous and very tentative to making sure I was happy duringmy entire stay

Well doneParking on site: the valet service was extremely affordableQuiet rooms with great views and blackout curtains to sleep in Comfortable bed and pillows Love the walk in shower and spacious vanityThe housekeeping staff was friendly and prompt to fulfill special requestsThis location has many great restaurants and a Starbucks within a few minutes walk Shopping nearby, also within walking Beauty, liquor store, housewares, bank, shoes, clothing and a hardware store

I apologize for not taking more photos I enjoyed my massage at the spa it was absolutely delightful The massage therapist was very good

However I would say that they weigh overcharged for their services I very much enjoyed their food there breakfast is all I ate there and light bites for lunch at the pool everything was delicious The rooftop bar is fun however the pool is very small It seems much larger on their website in the pictures but it’s quite small The views from up there beautiful The staff is great Very good service Unfortunately though the drinks again are completely overpriced The bathtub was amazing in the bathroom the lighting could have been much better in the bathroom for being able to see myself as I was getting ready The room itself was nice but it could have been a little nicer and larger for the amount of money that they’re charging the small patio space was nice which is what they call a terrace but it also could have been a little bigger what some nice plants floral plants would have been nice it would have been a nice touch All in all I enjoyed my stay there

YR

I would definitely stay here again for the location and the rooms It’s a great decor and a beautiful environment in and around the hotel I enjoyed the stay very much

The cons here are the service and the pool area The staff at registration are not very friendly and accommodating and the pool is quite small and the sunbathing area was full and I had to wait about an hour for a spot there My biggest complaint was not really a fault of the hotels completely but I had some emergency business that came up and I needed to stay in the room an extra 45 minutes or so The hotel was very far from full so there was really no emergency to vacate the room right away There were literally at least 8 notifications from different members of the staff asking when I plan on leaving and each of them said okay when I asked for an extra hour I literally checked out and left 45 minutes after my scheduled checkout so I’m not sure what all the aggression was about

J C

Front desk amazing, restaurant in lobby top tier, rooftop pool service 0 The service on the rooftop is horrible No greeting s no acknowledgment and I was there over half an hour and not serviced

It was like another world from the service and amazing hospitality in the lobby areas There was a women on the rooftop her name was I think Bethlaham she was fantastic but the other staff really didn’t mirror the luxury experience I had seen from others Not welcoming at all and we were there to celebrate a special occasion The rest of the staff was great but the rooftop pool servers team by so much

Very nice, but pricey, beach hotel Expected an exceptional stay for our honeymoon for what we were paying but left rather disappointed However, we did enjoy the great views of the beach and ocean, complimentary bike rentals, excellent outdoor pool and bar area, and the nice restaurants and food options

Cons:-Room was not ready at check in time-Our flight home was delayed and we requested to stay an additional night but they were rude about it and less than accommodatingPros:-Upgraded our room-Excellent service from the staff (minus the front desk lady when we inquired about an additional night) Some of the staff even knew us by name before we left

Jem G

This is the only place to stay in Santa Monica Obviously, the location can’t be beat Staff were amazing, the place felt really welcoming

Room always looked spotless and the house keeping staff we met were super friendly Concierge helped me set up some surfing lessons and gave us some pointers on where to go diving (though sadly couldn’t help us arrange the ferry out) Breakfasts at Coast were excellent too, with fab service Can’t wait to come back!

Max Sanna

Amazingly well kept hotel, with excellent service all around in a great location right on the boardwalk Food is great, and the rooms are spacious yet very cosy and will let you have a very good sleepThe gym is decent and provides the basics you’d expect in a hotel gym, and is very clean

Perhaps the pool could use a little renovation but it’s still very niceI look forward to stay here again!

Vibe Tribe Tarot

I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had The staff is so friendly; everyone I interacted with seemed to be genuinely happy and it’s good feelings all around Every question I asked was met with a “yes, absolutely” and a smile

We arrived a little early, could we check in? Yes We wanted to keep our car and bags there while we explored the city before we left but had already checked out No problem! They stored everything until the evening At breakfast I said I would pick off my my partners plate, they split the order and added an extra egg without us asking instead Thirsty? Bottled water is waiting for you and free and always available at the front desk if you would like more They offer a free car service within 3 miles, give drink vouchers for the restaurant (which serves lovely food) and the rooms are clean and comfortable Didn’t get woken up by thin walls…check out is noon I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and that’s rare Awesome place I wish every hotel was like this We decided that this is the hotel chain we will stay in whenever we have the chance

শরিফ রাজ

Booked the room at the last minute and got a very competitive rate Staff was welcoming upon check-in, and we took their advice about having dinner at the hotel restaurant Food was tasty and priced fairly for LA

The room was pretty standard, yet the bed was comfy and the shower hot The only negative was that the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty However, as there was body wash, I didn’t really careOverall, a positive stay and I would select them again

Liezel

Nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff Rooms are spacious and clean Good view over plaza and it is conveniently located between South Olive and South Grand

Also, right next to MOMA It’s menu selections are simple but well selected We did not use it but the conference facilities are really good Nice to have a fully functional gym and business center also

Awesome hotel! Great views and a beautiful room Honestly, I was sad my husband and I both had to work throughout the trip because it would have been fun to explore the hotel more With that said, a lot was closed due to covid

When we got there late, nothing was open so we had to go outside the hotel to find food and drinks, but it’s close to everything so not a big deal Beds were comfy, valet was helpful and professional We did grab drinks and snacks at the hotel lobby bar the next evening and everything was delicious! Service was great too! Next time we are in Hollywood we will definitely consider staying here again Thanks for a great midweek trip!

Paula Hlavacek

I have LOVED my experience here at the W Hollywood hotel! That staff is super friendly, kind, sweet! The rooms are amazing and so beautiful The beds are some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! The roof top pool is super fun and chic with weekend events The summer times would be amazing here! Would definitely come back to stay here again

Chinsin Sim

My partner and I had an amazing time at the W Hollywood It is incredibly well located in Hollywood There’s a Trader Joe’s nearby, and a ton of nearby restaurants, if you’re looking for a quick bite

Our suite was absolutely gorgeous Huge, spacious and just an overall, W-vibe aesthetic The bed was super comfortable as well The room, however, is a bit dated and may need some additional renovations A few of our shades and blind devices didn’t work, and we worked with the maintenance team to be creative during our stay We did wish the room had black out curtains, as my partner had trouble sleeping on the weekendThe most amazing part of this stay was probably our check-in process The staff was super pleasant, patient and welcomed us They instantly made us feel at home The second most amazing part of the stay was the Concierge We were a tad bit late for breakfast, and the team worked their magic to accommodate our requestsWe’re definitely coming back to the W Hollywood Y’all rock! Thank you going above and beyond for your clients

Great place to celebrate and for very large conference Lots of versatility from small to very large meeting spaces ADA accessibility for elders and disabled

Needed for distance between rooms and conference areas Beautiful 32 + Sky lounge facility; Location near plenty of eateries, shops, sports complex, theater and arts venues Near busy trafficked fwys Plan for travel times Great rooms and service experience It’s LA Live!!!

Katharine Hernandez

I work in hotels I am not the easiest person to please at a hotel I was very satisfied with my experience

Location was central, rooms were clean, staff was excellent, informative, receptive Room service is through the roof expensive $45 for two glasses of wine But, it’s technically a Ritz-Carlton property as well So I guess that’s to be expected I also feel like they could up their linens game Other than that, top notch

Samir Atiya

When entering, the hotel staff is friendly and eager to help The front desk staff are quick to check you in and explain the amenities they have The pool was closed but I was offered a complementary access to the Ritz-Carleton pool which was a nice gesture

The room is clean and everything is tidy as expected of this caliber of hotel Room service is also quick to answerThe main floor has a coffee shop, restaurant, and gift shop The hotel is also centrally located so it’s easy to exploreI would stay here again and would highly recommend it

Perfect hotel for the night before an early flight, especially on Southwest It’s an easy 10 minute walk to terminal 1This appears to be an older building, but the interior is very nice and new

We had a room on the south side of the hotel with great views of planes landing and taking offOur room with 2 queen beds not only had a table between the beds but also small tables on the outer sides of both beds With plenty of outlets everywhereRoom service was delicious and quick Paula was very helpful in taking our order and very pleasant when delivering itThe only negative was the rather large gap when the sliding door to the bathroom was closed

El S

First the good: bed was comfortable, shower was warm, and the airport was closeThen the bad:1) the shower had spray going up on the ceiling and you could see the water marks from where it hadn’t been cleaned previously2) either the conditioner and body wash dispensers were broken or the cleaning staff never filled them (and I’m not sure which scenario is worse)

Additionally, the dispensers were locked to the wall so you couldn’t even try shaking it While I do carry my own products, it’s not something I usually check before getting in the shower, especially at a hotel that calls itself “Regency”3) the phone didn’t work Like, there was *no* power and no way to try plugging it in somewhere else By the time I realized this (due to wanting a wake-up call and again, who would check if the phone works at a posh hotel), there was no point in trying to get a new room since I’d have to be up in 4 hours4) tried turning off the lights and searched all over before realizing that one light had the switch *on* it unlike every other light in the room that had a switch on the wall Then tried turning off the final light (that had a dimmer) only to find it didn’t turn all the way off! It got stuck in a nightlight setting or something Flipped the switch multiple times and finally it turned offIf this was a budget hotel, I’d probably give it more stars but if I’m paying premium prices, I expect a premium product Would not recommend and would only stay here if literally every other hotel near LAX was booked

Last Friday, our late flight from LAX to LAS was cancelled – the last one out on Delta I quickly booked this hotel so we would not have to sleep on an airport floor or in an airport chair I’m so glad I booked this hotel

When we walked in the desk agent, Danielle, greeted us and asked how we were doing When I told her about the cancellation and how stressed we were – without us asking – she gave us two vouchers for breakfast (was not included in our quick reservation) and a late check out because we still needed to sort out a car to drive home She also gave us extra bottles of water, and couldn’t have been more empathetic and helpful I can’t tell you how fabulous it was to be treated so well, after being treated so poorly by DeltaThe hotel room itself was very good as was the breakfast the next day The waiter that gave us coffee, etc was also very cheerful and helpful but I didn’t get his name It’s definitely a good place to go especially during these days of endless flight cancellations

I stayed at this hotel coming from Boston and I told them about my recent engagement and they definitely rolled the red carpet for us This was the best experience we’ve had staying at a hotel Best staff ever

From the nice lady checking us in to our amazing housekeeping staff Thank you for making our first time in LA memorable! Please continue to be awesome You will definitely see us again!

Location was perfect Minutes from Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier

You could bike over or even walk We Brought our 7 yr old daughter and she was happy about the water taxi for $1 that you could catch right next to the hotel The hotel itselfI would have a higher review if I did not pay 600 a night Definitely NOT worth that! Hotel is old, boring, beds were comfortable but definitely not queens for the double room Seemed more like full size Not a Ritz Carlton feel at all in hotel Valet was quick with the cars The drains run slow and the refrigerator stunk so bad we could not use it This Ritz is a bare minimum Ritz The staff was nice and courteous We went back and forth with staying at the Marriott across the street for 1/2 the price

Emily Plata

This hotel does not live up to the standards of the Ritz-Carlton name For the price, the stay was not worth it The hotel needs major renovations

Bathroom with a poor quality curtain, only one thin bathrobe Outdated room furniture The balcony to our room had large cement stains and was furnished with cheap decor It was unsettling Please do not stay at this hotel just for the name You are better off staying at a different hotel This felt more like a 3-star hotel I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I want to caution others to save their money and go elsewhereThe only positive aspect about this hotel was housekeeping and the staff that bring up your room service Nice and attentive hard-working people

Absolutely excellent stay The hotel is beautiful- a good size, has enough variety without being a huge resort The standard is consistently excellent throughout from the staff to the decor to the dining

I don’t think you can honestly fault a thing The staff are all so pleased to serve you and they always say yes! Nothing is too much and you are made to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive This is exactly how a hotel should be run and this is exactly how it feels when somewhere ‘gets it right’If you book to stay here, you won’t regret it and you won’t even think about the price It is worth every penny

Herah Syesy

I am so excited to try this new restaurant! The food here is amazing and they have many options for any dietary need Plus, the service has been great I feel like a king when I walk in with my friends or family after work because of how much attention we get from staff members who take care of us well

While prices may seem steep at first glance, they match how the food was delectable and worth every penny

Steve Jones

This is a beautiful hotel Our room with two Queens was spacious, well-appointed and aesthetically very well conceived and executed But, what really struck me over three-nights of this leisure stay was the ample staffing (finding most hotels still understaffed) and the consistently high-level of attentiveness across the range of service providers: front desk, valets, bellmen, pool attendants, waiters—everyone was engaged without being intrusive

The management team is to be commended for creating a service culture consistently producing excellence

My husband and I were not staying at the hotel but we wanted to go and have a drink at The Polo Lounge (for the experience ya know) in the evening We walked in late afternoon to inquire after a long hike in Malibu and we were greeted by a woman at the front desk She was so pleasant and tbh I was shocked at how well she treated us given

She politely told us that if we wanted to come back in the evening, we’d have to change our attire, but not in an offensive way at all We also knew that our current attire was not appropriate for the lounge We returned that evening showered and dressed up and the same woman greeted us and walked us to the Polo Lounge She even complimented on how good we looked! We were lucky as there were two open seats at the bar so we sat down and the bartender immediately asked us if we wanted a drink We ordered two drinks, dessert, and coffee chatted with the bartender, and really just enjoyed the experience The level of attentiveness and customer service was beyond expected It was a lovely ending to our trip before heading back to Canada the next day Thank you for the wonderful experience I am happy to see that all guests are treated EQUALLY

The place is wonderful, and it makes you feel like going back in time with the portraits of some of the most influential Hollywood stars back then, and from nowIt was a good experience for me, because it was my first time in California I wish it would had been better, and more relaxing

I didn’t have the best company to enjoy the most of itIt is a great place Luxurious, great pool, nice bar Nice eating area for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner

Jason Hanold

The Pink Palace remains as an exceptional and unique place to stay and experience We travel the world, stick to 5-star hotels and resorts, and no place has this sense of place and home While it is still a celebrity playground, one need not be a celebrity to receive exceptional treatment

Dino Rudolf was consistently attentive, and the staff in the Polo Lounge were wonderful over several evenings We will be back many times in the future As our 12 year old son asked “can we be like Howard Hughes and live here on and off for the next 30 years?”

Hotel Casa del Mar in Santa Monica is incredibly charming This cozy spot offers a very unique “Mediterranean Beachy” vibe with panoramic ocean views The location is absolutely fabulous and the restaurant options within the hotel are just enough

The lobby is absolutely stunning and really makes you feel right at home The hotel floors and the rooms are a little bit dated but obviously very well maintained The bed wasn’t overly comfortable (it moved every time you moved throughout the night), we had issues with our TV the first two nights (it wouldn’t even turn on, they had to send maintenance to take a look at it), you can hear a lot of the other guests in their rooms (the walls are pretty thin) I found the bar and restaurant service to be a bit slow The valet service was greatThe staff was just okay, not overly friendly or accommodating I actually think they were understaffed during the days that we were thereIt wasn’t the exact experience that we were looking for but we still enjoyed our stay as much as we could have

This is a review for Santa Barbara location Front desk staff was very helpful Breakfast was alright, good coffee and OJ

Would be nice to have almond milk as an option Room was clean Location was great and easy access to restaurants Parking was good I parked on the street no problem Maid service cleaned our room very quickly after putting the sign on the door Free wine was nice touch each evening Bed and pillows were comfortable

Eugenia Murray-McGinnis

I just cannot say enough about the Hotel Casa Del Mar! All the way from the check in process through the check out process everything was done at the very highest of standards Our room was decorated In a coastal theme with beautiful soothing blues and comfortable beds We sat by the poolside during the during the day and lounged in the lobby listening to live music in the evening

We really didn’t have to leave the hotel to enjoy Santa Monica, but we did :-)We had breakfast one morning downstairs by the beach and then the next morning at shutters Both were comparable but we preferred the outdoor seating on the beach at Casa Del MarWe only have one dish and that was the steamed clams in the lobby and they were fabulousOur plan is to stay here from now on when we visit Santa Monica
