Had a great stay here with 4 of us for 4 nights The location is great as you’re able to head downstairs to access the subway without going outside, as well as being walking distance from many popular sites The room itself was more spacious than I was expecting, with a view of the Chrysler Building, and we appreciated the large closet for storing our luggage

Staff were friendly, the room was very clean (and housekeeping services were taking place daily), and beds were very comfortable

Stayed here one night for Valentines Day in 2022The place feels slightly poorly maintained Lots of scratches in the woodwork, stains and marks

More than you’d expect to see in a hotel of this caliberHowever, I’m still giving it 5 stars because all my experiences with the staff were perfection from the moment I walked in the door Room service breakfast was wonderful and immaculately prepared and presented Loved our view of Central Park I wish to god I didn’t have to also see Trump tower, but I got over it The sun rose right in front of us over Central Park LovelyThe gym and pool areas are very well maintained The pool was divine and once again the staff at the gym area were top notch

Bill Dong

Generally good experience overall The rooms and ambiance speak for themselves so I’ll focus more on a few problem I encountered Note the 4 star rating, obviously none of these were deal breakers

1 A group of wedding guests who I can only guess has lost their most basic social awareness to an abundance of drinks decided to make a town hall out of our quiet floor around 1:30AM Not a wonderful experience, especially for people whose sleep are not easily returned to once disrupted A call to the front desk returned the assurance that further disturbances will be addressed by a staff member At this point the damage was done and it was no use to pursue it much further2 The room service staff knocked on and tried to open my door on the first two days of our stay, despite our “Privacy” light being on the whole time I was only talking business meetings so it was no great offense, but imagine people enjoying a time of intimacy being so abruptly disturbed HOWEVER, I need to heavily emphasize that the room service staff, all staff in fact, were extortionately polite and helpful They work hard enough trying to keep us pesky guests happy so I understand if a little mistake is made on occasion

Chiana M

I had the most amazing stay at the Mandarin The staff was absolutely amazing From the outstanding doormen to the front desk and concierge

Special thank you to Daniel who went out of his way to send me a birthday card, dessert and champagne I stayed here for my birthday weekend just to enjoy a solo getaway The spa was just try it! I will only stay at the Mandarin in NY moving forward! Thank you for making my solo birthday special xo

Excellent central location Rooms were clean The temperature in the rooms were too warm for us and unfortunately we could not turn it down

The beds were very comfortable The view was fantastic The lounge was comfortable, but needs more staff at breakfast I had to eat at an uncleared table The coffee machine did not work on one day also

Clauds V

I couldn’t have asked for a better hotel while I stayed in Manhattan The staff was very friendly and helpful The rooms were very modern and immaculate

I had a view from my bedroom of Times Square, which was the best part! I felt very safe because after-hours, you need your room key to enter the building and use the elevators There is a bar that serves food and drinks in the evening, and a fitness center Each morning the hotel offers complimentary water bottles and breakfast on the terrace Visitors can also sit and eat on the balcony overlooking the cityso lovely! They offered a variety of choices for breakfast and it was a great way to start off my morning I couldn’t have asked for a better experience I will definitely be returning to the West house hotel in the future

Michael Jones

My wife, daughter, and I stayed for 4 nights I’m not sure it’s a 5-star hotel It’s a boutique hotel, so generally more compact size in the lobby and dining area compared to a big true 5/star hotel

Staff was pretty friendly and helpful Room was semi-clean with general cleanliness, but furniture is old and could see crumbs in cracks of tables I believe the resident fee recently went from $30 to $50 We lucked out with booking still being $30 Not a bad deal if you use it for breakfast and light evening meal Plus all you can drink beer and wine Very convenient location with subway entrance almost at front door and Times Square 10 minute walk and Central Park a few blocks north We enjoyed our stay

Fabulous hotel in a very central Midtown location on Times Square The basic rooms are very small so difficult if you have lots of luggage and also have glass toilets and showers, so not very private We upgraded to a to a large suite which was fabulous, very roomy and had a separate bathroom

The staff were super helpful and nothing was too much to ask for The breakfast was also great

Queen Of the South

Jewel of a hotel right in the middle of the action The pleasant scent of the hotel greets you every time you enter The staff makes it a memorable experience with Johnny and Fernando greeting you and ready to give you food recommendations

Communicating with the front desk via the mobile app was easy and they catered to every request we had The concierge desk was effective and got us the luxurious and safe transportation we were looking forLovely hotel!

Stayed here with the wife for one night on Friday 6/24 I am Marriott platinum – used a free night that was about to expire Great location right on Times Square

Perfect location if you are seeing a Broadway show, which we did (Mr Saturday Night – terrific show, with Billy Crystal) Got 1,000 points at check-in – no breakfast option Was not offered an upgrade Rooms are small – make that very small – but very modern and clean Bed was firm but comfy Terrace restaurant has a good but expensive breakfast Try the skillet cake with lemon zest-infused ricotta Excellent All hotel associates we encountered were helpful and courteous

EXCEPTIONAL! The team at the ritz central park gives a level of service and positive attitude that leaves you in shock My girlfriend and I were celebrating our four year anniversary, and we made a note that we were both vegan The General Manager Douglas, the chef Andrew and the pastry chef Anthony went out of their way to make things special

The actually went out special to find tofu and vegan meats to make us a hot tofu scramble and delicious vegan bacon and sausage Andrew’s preparation and presentation was impeccable And, this morning, the pastry chef Anthony brought us our homemade vegan biscotti, along with extra for our flight home Amazing! Besides the food, it was just the “over the top” service For example, I asked Daniel the concierge if they had an “Edge” shaving gel, because I forgot mine, most hotel shaving creams cut my face He said he would take care of it To my complete surprise, I went outside to enjoy the the sunshine, and saw Daniel hustling up 6th ave with my gel Amazing, unprecedented service The front desk staff, the restaurant managers, and all of the concierges were amazing We will absolutely stay there again, and highly recommend it to all!

The lobby is impressive when you walk in, a classic 1930’s feel and that sets the trend for the rest of the hotel My room was spacious and despite it looking vintage it had plenty of charging points and electrical sockets Just perfect for a business trip

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a good size with everything working perfectly Above all everything was cleaned to a high standard which is probably one of the most important things when staying at a hotelI would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy staying here again!

BB

Large hotel, with helpful front staff Room rate was on the higher side than we normally like to pay We like to travel by car, parking is expensive, worked out to $92 Canadian a night! We found the bell hops to be very courteous and front desk associates helpful and understanding (especially when someone decided to remove bottles from the mini bar without reading that you’re automatically charged for them)

Rooms are clean, well decorated Bathroom is good size, clean, well appointedMy only complaint would be the size of the shared double bed The hotel description says the room sleeps three, which is good for us,but the double beds are small in size and make for an uncomfortable sleep for 2 We overall liked the hotel and it’s location to various points of interest, but would not stay again unless we splurge for a more expensive room with larger beds

Magda DK

The InterContinental Barclay is a beautiful, very, well kept hotel Very classy & chic!Great location- walking distance to pretty much everythingThe hotel is very clean, has no weird smells

Room is extremely clean & beautiful It’s been all updated and remodeled! I love this place Booked it because I am travelling with my son and he is passionate about music We are currently staying here and so far, it has been amazing

What I love about it is everyone who works here is very upbeat and friendly and tries his very best to help give you a good experience Service is great, food is very good, room service is fast The hotel is brand new and that definitely is a plus The beds are very comfy We’ll be back!

Staying here for 4 nights, long weekend visiting and exploring New York Booked the Hard Rock Hotel about 3 months ago, when it had … no reviews, no real pictures, only artist impressions, which did look very nice So very excited to come over from the Netherlands and jump into this new hotel; I did not worry as I had seen the one in Ibiza, which is great

Our impressions: Marvelous environment, with such a great atmosphere, all focused around music and a lot of luxurious and modern styling as you would expect HRH We did the right thing, you can book a lot of other hotels which may be nice for same price, but have very outdated furniture The rooftop bar is great, beautiful to see Staff is nice, and rooms offer a lot of space compared to previous stays in NYC Breakfast a little pricey, but for such an environment expected Exploring the artist stuff in the hotel is nice, brings back memories, Being one of the first guests, we are not disappointed Very well recommended

Les K

Stayed 2 nights Hotel is brand new Really nice 2 queen room

Somewhat small compared to other locations, but normal for NYC AC was great Location was very close to subway just around the corner Also short walk to Times Square and Broadway theaters Pizza place next door was fast and delicious Also very convenient deli/store right next door Family loved it overall Front desk was nice Coffee shop very nice though coffee was not quite hot and the latte cups were half foam Being critical, Elevators are a little frustrating Key card needs to be read before you can select your room and it doesn’t seem to read easily It’s also only on one side in the elevator so you see everyone struggling with trying to rotate into the corner to take their turn striking their key card and then selecting their floor It’s more awkward than it sounds You kind of have to see it

Boutique hotel feel upon entry… INCREDIBLE staff that actually care and listen to your needs and wants Extremely luxurious

I have stayed here 4x already and it keeps getting better… the staff genuinely care about any concerns you have and the rooms are beautiful Guest relations team is top notch along with the Concierge If you want a true luxury hotel this is one of the top options in Manhattan but it does not come cheap

C Mumm

Actually the two women bartenders were superb They concocted perfect Manhattans with a different twist

The service at dinner was excellent- the young man was from Ixtapa Foodwise-it was just ok except for the caviar which doesnt take culinary talent but does take presentation skills The sauce for the baby size beef tenderloin was tasteless, it was vapid The meat was over cooked The white asparagus was good but the artichoke was betterA special note on the graciousness of the bartenders A rather obnoxious man wanted 2400 dollar glasses of Macallan25 year old scotch Politely, they made sure the man was aware of its cost He was rather off-putting to the staff and the clientele but the staff handled the buffoon with pure grace as he changed his order I applaud those women

This was my second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint The rooms are beautiful and gorgeously decorated Oh, the Japanese toilet! All bathroom amenities were a nice size and lovely

When we checked in they asked if we wanted housekeeping services and we said yes Some services are cancelled because of Covid but none of those affected our stay We had breakfast in the Lamb’s Club and it was delicious (although expensive) The next day we ate elsewhere for less as there are so many places to eat nearby! The staff were very pleasant and helpful I can’t wait to go back again

This was our first stay at the Chatwal and we are already planning a return trip soon Every aspect of our stay was excellent The staff, the space, the servers in the restaurant and bar were all top notch

The hotel itself is so well taken care of and the King Deluxe room was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave The design of the closures and cabinets are perfect The Lamb’s Club serves delicious food

Welcomed by the lovely and attentive staff, checked in and swept off to our room within minutes – the team has set up champagne and flowers for us Every time we left, our room was cleaned/bed made, it was magical We weren’t even seeing any shows, but the location grabbed our attention because of how close it is to multiple subway lines

The room was quiet, you wouldn’t even know you were in the middle of Times Square

First of all, I am job seeker, that’s why I’m writing to you1 I was trained in this job and my experience is always in this field

Why can’t I apply for this job in America? I have worked enough in Turkey2 It is so called a global world, but while you can do any job in our country, we can’t work in a job other than Turkish restaurants when we come to your country? Even though we know the job, we can’t get a job in our field of expertise!3 If you think I can’t do it, give a chance and see Otherwise, you will never reach global talents If what you have is enough for you, go ahead I am comfortable in my own country And I do not think that I will disturb my comfort for unqualified jobs that are not my area of expertiseThe more steps you come to me, the more I will come to you

From check in to check out, our experience at Four Seasons was incredible Everyone was very welcoming and polite when we first walked in The hotel was very clean and smelled good

Our check in was super-fast and easy, they even upgraded us to a beautiful corner room The man who was helping us was Turkish; and I also am Turkish so 10+ points for thatAfter checking us in he walked us to our room on the fifteenth floor and showed us how to use the elevator My boyfriend had requested a champagne bottle to the room upon arrival, but because they upgraded our room the bottle wasn’t there Since it was supposed to be a surprise and it got messed up, they brought us up a complimentary bottle with macaroons and waterWe had a small issue with the iPad in the room, it wasn’t charging correctly and within 20 minutes IT resolved the issue for usWe then ordered room service, we ordered the Ahi Tuna Tartare, Faroe Island Salmon Tartare, Spaghetti Pomodoro, Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Macaroni & Cheese and Parmesan Truffle Fries They took my order through text message, fast and easy The food arrived in less then 45 minutes They brought the food on a beautiful set up table and took out the food from a heater below I was not expecting that kind of set up, but I will say everything we ate was amazingly goodThe room had a queen-sized bed, loaded mini bar, espresso machine, television in bathroom, bathtub, private toilet, separate shower, pillows were super soft, bed was very comfortableWe went to check out the pool and spa, indoor pool was big, and they gave towels and canned waterWe only stayed for a night, but all in all it was a fantastic experience We had such an amazing time that we made a new rule that every year we need to stay here for our anniversary Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice hotel Downtown 10/10!!PS They do not have parking but there is a parking garage right next door, we paid around $8500 for overnight parking

Wow! I would give it 10 stars if I could I stayed here for three nights From start to finish, it was absolutely incredible

My favorite stay in NYC The hotel suite had stunning views, great amenities and extremely clean Housekeeping were the best I have experienced in years The bed so comfortable and the whole “sleep” concept – I slept so well! The staff are extremely helpful and approachable The spa was gorgeous The whole hotel lived up to its name of a 5 star luxury hotel The food was also fresh and delicious The only thing I would add is that even for hotel guests, they give you a 90 minute slot for the subbed not great if you want to relax for a few hours and enjoy the sunshine They should make this clearly for hotel guests as I am sure, like me, a lot of people book this place as they are looking for a pool for the summer time Other than this, this is my number one choice of hotel in NY and I can not wait to come back!

One of the best US hotel stays I’ve ever had—perhaps the best? The rooms are extremely large for New York City and are outfitted with all modern finishes

It is controlled completely via iPad Complimentary laundry service for your gym clothes is a great touch The service is impeccable and all of the staff members are willing to go above and beyond This is a hotel that feels more like a small, ultra-modernresort inside a very large city

Julz Elmore

I will definitely love to stay here againThe only issue was on arrival at 4 on a Monday the room wasn’t ready The hotel is very chic

The cleanliness was throughout the hotel Check in was on the 25th floor Then another set of elevators up to the rooms The view from the lobby and restaurant was of the vessel The rooms were normal size but full of technology The lights were all with a button panel, the shower glass could frost if you wanted, black out shades were just a click The teas and options were eco friendly The bed was a shade uncomfortable The shower had three shower heads to choose from

This hotel is an exceptional experience I’ve stayed at many hotels in NYC and the Baccarat is outstanding in every way From the moment we walked in until the day we checked out we felt taken care of

The suites are very large, excellent bedding, great bathroom, and the Baccarat crystal is a fine touch throughout For a couple looking for an escape this hotel is a top notch option, but I would never stay here with my children Spa and pool are excellent While I didn’t use the gym, the facility looked great The one thing you need to be comfortable with is that this place is very expensive across the board Don’t come to the Baccarat thinking you can save a buck here or there, you’re going to have to be comfortable with paying premium prices but you will also receive a premium experience Totally worth it and I hope to find may way back there again

Personalized lush service at its finest No I wasn’t lucky enough to stay here but enjoyed the bar immensely From the minute I approached the entrance of the hotel I knew this was going to be a great experience

Nice men in suits welcomed me with open arms and once inside I got the same treatment by the gentleman in the lobby He explained how to get where I was going without me having to ask When I got up to the salon /bar area I was blown away with a beautifully decorated interior There’s also a lovely patio as well The bar staff is friendly and there is an extensive selection of alcohol choices I also appreciate that they have some very creative non alcoholic options offered All of the drinks present very enticingly Also served with nuts & olives on the side Just an fyi there is a bar food menu in the back after the drinks I was also told I could order off of the salon menu as well I could sit where and eat wherever They are about the customer being “comfortable and relaxed” , Oh and before I forget they are very wheelchair accessible I noticed tables that looked to be a perfect height for someone in a wheelchair to be able to eat/drink easily Truly one of my best experiences in the city as of yet I look forward to coming to dine with you soon , Baccarat Many Thanks

I am looking for a nice hotel for my friends and I to stay at in a few months when we visit NYC for my birthday, and the good reviews encouraged me to call them to ask about their rates I have been trying to call them for three days now and no one picks up the phone I’m not sure what’s going on, but this is concerning given the level of service they are supposed to provide

At this point, I will be looking at other hotels
