The staff was outstanding! My room was clean, as well the beds were so comfortableI have stayed in several hotels while travelingVery few hotels had comfortable beds, to where your body was so damn relaxed, you just did not want to move

My girls’ loved swimming in the heated pool, while meeting new friendsOut on one of the patios, you can sit around a fire pit and just shoot the breeze all night long, if you wanted too There was no time limits of when the patio closedThe breakfast was good and the coffee was too This was our second time within the past two months staying at this hotel

Remember to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay This web site will compare thousands of booking web sites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the best in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few days you for sure won’t be disappointedI called ahead to ask that we have a room by the elevators and was assured we did At time of check in we were 1 room from the end of the hall way opposite of elevator I informed the gentleman of what I was promised and he stated there was nothing he could do about it We were four and there were only towels for 3 I was also told that breakfast was included with our stay as it has been with all our stays at different Hilton properties BUT was told as we approached breakfast area that free breakfast was not included

Overall, I enjoyed my stayPros:- Beautiful hotel in a great location Easy access to highways and close to shopping, food and entertainment

– Room was comfortable and clean Equipped with microwave, fridge and Keurig Good water pressure in the shower- Breakfast attendant was very helpfulCons:- I didn’t like $895 for cereal, toast and some fruit- 50% of the time I stopped by the front desk, it was empty Once I did see a sign that they had stepped away but every other time, I had to look around to find the staff member When I did hunt down the one guy, he wasn’t exactly friendly when I mentioned that I had been looking around for him But everyone is entitled to a bad day, I suppose- On the day I was checking out, housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:30 am and then again an hour later They were polite each time but if check out is 11 am, I didn’t really appreciate the constant checking on my room before that time

What a great experience at The Sanford House Inn! The hosts were kind, welcoming, and accommodating during our stay in the Bristol Cottage The cottage was decorated very nicely, clean, and had all the amenities we needed It was nice to walk around in the courtyard and secret garden while sipping on some wine

The courtyard also looked like a very nice location to hold an event Breakfast was a great way to start the day with ample seating, a rotating menu, and friendly service Also, we enjoyed the location as it was only a few blocks from a brewery, coffee shops, restaurants, and other businesses Our schedule was a bit packed so we did not get a chance to try the services at the Spa

Rhonda Hughes

The overall experience could have been so much better if not for the individual quality of the services My husband bought me a full day package which was $400 + with gratuity and only two services were top notch and they were both provided by Margo She did an excellent job with massage and body scrub

I was happy with the chef’s preparation of a vegan lunch but I was not offered dessert and watched the neighboring couple have sorbet, chocolate cake and strawberries for dessert so I assumed I would be offered fruit or at least strawberries but I was not offered anythingThe pedicure room was not large enough for both technicians, so every time the other tech needed to get by , my service had to stop so the tech could get up and allow the other one to pass , including to go ” tinkle” which she announced loudly to her last clientThe other nail tech also audibly dominated the room , which was not conducive to relaxation and adjusted the room temperature to suit her because she was hot I mentioned twice afterwards that my legs were cold because of it, but was never acknowledgedMy husband had paid extra for ” hot rocks” that were actually only warm Serena did a nice manicure though and is super sweetThe facial was the biggest disappointment I’ve never had a tech put a mask on and tell me to find my happy place while they leave the room For half the price, I’ve either had them massage my neck, arms and or hands during masking and for $80 , very little was actually done No extractions although I asked about it and no massage other than cleansing My face isn’t exfoliated or hydrated Normally my face is glowing and super hydrated after a facial, so total waste of time and money on that !The environment was super nice if only the services were as good as they claim to be My husband is so upset

Beautiful Villa and feel at home stay Comfortable bed, great jacuzzi and the lay out was perfect Not too small not too big, you’ll want to stay another night

We had reservations for the restaurant but they let us have dinner to go in the villa which was great as they worked with us to make it happen The dinner was great as well as the cheese cake We really enjoyed our quiet and private stay Will definitely be back and highly recommend for a wknd get away from kids or a nice romantic evening to yourselves

Nicole Pennetta

Check in was great, I got upgraded to a suite because of a shortage of rooms There was a beautiful shade to block light in the window with a nature scene The shower glass was immaculately clean, no spots or streaks

Room coffee pot was clean and looked pretty new Continental breakfast was a good variety of sweet and savory Different types of bread, fruit, a few varieties of oatmeal, hot coffee, juice, waffles, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and turkey bacon Room was clean and smart TVs were awesome I accidentally left something important behind, and they kept it for me until I returned to pick it up

Samantha Mack

The room that was reserved for us was supposed to have two beds Instead we received one bed and a pull out couch The nighttime clerk refused to take his shades off while speaking to my mother, at 1 am, and indoors

He then claimed he “wasn’t allowed to do a military discount on weekends”, then swiftly switched to “I’m new and I don’t know how to do it” then transitioned to “only managers are allowed to give a military discount” He also was not in a uniform, or professional attire There was conveniently no manager there at that time or during check out

Jorge I Clavell

Normally I stay in Marriott hotel and normally I give 5 stars On this one the location is great and the front desk was very helpful, but the smell in the rooms were weird and you can heard every steps of the people above you I was very hard to sleep plus some sound of vehicles on the street

I guess that’s why is a little bit cheaper than other Marriotts

The guy who checked us is was super nice It was 2am in the morning and the guy was very nice and super sweet The location was so great right next to the center place we wanted to go to the next day

Rooms on point the pillow and the bedding was so so comfortable really liked it and slept like a baby The room nice very clean The lobby and all was clean People and service was nice They do have parking you have to pay but worth it

Nora Hernandez98th 8ii

Firstly, I would like to thank Patrick and Alex for all their help! They were both willing & eager to satisfy me as a guest & ensured I was taken care of The hotel itself was very nice! Rooms were comfortable & I had a great view on the 12th floor!BUT

I only stayed one night & left early to work & happened to forget my purse in the room & money was taken from it & also a credit card!! The fact someone went threw my personal belongings makes me u comfortable! I’m hoping whom ever it was is held accountable!

Stewart Merrell

The lobby area for the south tower elevator is not very inviting The rooms feel like they were partially remodeled about 4+ years ago but everything is super dark and heavy feeling My A/c filters were completely caked with dust I had to wash them to get the room to cool down and to get the “closed up” room smell out of the air

the overall overhead lighting in the rooms entry area needs to be updated and actually usable

The cleanest, most comfy and easiest experience ever Best room service and had food options for healthy food Great late night food options

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Highly recommend The only thing that was somewhat difficult was finding the building to park in and where to walk to the hotel from there There is a parking garage connected to the hotel but you have to walk through a mall food court to get there Not far, but we had to take 2 trips

S S

We opted to stay in an area where we could go to Dallas and Fort WorthPros:LOCATION!!! Quick access to multiple freewaysNew Hotel

So this means that all linens, the bed, the furniture, the lobby all was comfortable and brand new The walls are slightly thin, but it wasn’t annoying Even the elevator had that new smell I should point out- the sofa was curved and cozy! It was really cute and comfyOur room was very spacious and had a nice large TV on a swivel so we could watch from the sofa or the bed The bed was a pillow top firm, which was just my styleGreat friendly service We were greeted each time we left or came back to our roomCons: these are the low points, but not so low they it was disappointing Just something to point outThe pool wasn’t opened yet It was still going through inspectionsBreakfast was not included and costed an additional $15 per person Given that this hotel is within walking distance to many restaurants, I’d rather go to a restaurant and pay for a meal there Breakfast is usually included with our stay at other hotelsOverall, we loved this hotel and will gladly come back here We usually choose 4 or 5 star hotels, but this time I opted for convenience and value So glad I did!!

Brian Ganges

I’ve been to this property many times and I generally have a nice experience A few of the guests were a tad bit noisy this time, but it was bearableThe highlight is the service of the front desk staff

Darrian was very helpful at check-in, Jasmine was excellent as she was super attentive and accommodating even at 6am helping me find my earphones that I left in the gym Rachel did a great job, as well, checking me outOverall great stay, great location, and I’m looking forward to staying there again

Nice clean room Staff helpful and nice Easy and pleasant check in

The breakfast in the morning was typical hotel buffet in warmers Biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs, cold cereal, juice and coffee Parking was great Lobby nice Outlet mall close Food places close as wellWould stay here again if I had to return to the area

Milton Hope

Making a trip from San Antonio up to play golf in this area Did a little research found this was a fairly convenient and highly rated hotel After a couple of days here definitely holds its own as a very nice hotel

Very spacious room Everybody that I’ve dealt with on the staff has been friendly Comfortable king size bed in the room there’s a refrigerator microwave working table large screen tv There’s no restaurants within walking distance but there are several places to drive to within 2 to 5 minutes Breakfast was your basic biscuits gravy sausage cereal waffles Good to have a real breakfast back in the hotels It has a physical fitness room but no swimming pool but that’s okay Plenty of parking and the lighting outside in the parking lot is very very good It is Well lit at night Water pressure is good and the bath towels are fairly nice as well they’re not the typical scratchy thin hotel towels If you’re in the Grand prairie area definitely recommend this It’s right on I-20 so you can get to many places just by hopping right on the highway outside the door

Candi Harwell

The gentleman that checked my husband and I into the hotel, was very considerate, and showed exceptional customer service skills I believe his name was Jules The hotel itself was very clean and rooms were extremely comfortable

Will always stay here for any future travelsVictor & Candi

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏᴄᴏm when booking any stay They compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of the most well known in the area

I have been staying here for years If you stay for a few nights you will love it I’m sure! The deluxe suite with jacuzzi was spacious and very nice Very clean Front desk ladies were very nice I will definitely be back Hopefully next time I will try and go to the restarting and club Heard it was nice

Catherine R.

FYI – There is no spa I really liked my jacuzzi suite The jacuzzi tub was huge! The only issue was the water kept draining and I kept having to refill the tub (waste of water)

The tub kept draining even though I had the stopper in it Because of that the jacuzzi jets would spray into my face essentially making me feel like I was drowning So, I had to soak in the tub without them on Still a great room though

Santino

Absolute the worst hotel experience ever! How does this have 4 star overall review here is mind blowingI was charged twice at the bar in which they refused to give refund stating it was a hold and would go away (it didn’t, had to dispute through bank)Restaurant and bar employees lacked menu knowledge and experience

I back to my hotel 2am with AC not working properly, the person working front desk was incompetent and could not get the keys to work to move me to another room Absolutely crazy! Ended up having to go to another hotel at 3 am Of course they didn’t give refund and had to dispute that aswellThis hotel is nice, just lacks qualified owner, manger and employees to run the place Do NOT stay here!

We rented 2 cabins One homestead and 1 Premium king cabin Our cabin floors and sheets were dirty, we brought extra sheets thank goodness but the cabin needs a good wipe down

Our homestead was very small, smaller then the pictures eluded My husband is 6 ft tall and didn’t clear under the doorways When we first got there the initial cabin they had us in was around a construction zone and had do not enter tape around it, but the staff was so crazy nice and helpful too and changed our location The place is old and overpriced though It’s like a summer camp place and the apps are nice for all the fun things they have, but all the attractions they have are very old and dirty The golf carts were nice to have The petting zoo was nice Some of the things in the cabins didn’t worklike light switches, the back burner on stove, locks on the door, screen doors have holes or were missing Don’t go with grand expectations, it’s camping, but our family had fun It’s good for an overnight but we wouldn’t pay money to do that again

Travis Reid

Overall it was pretty good Only issues were zero music playing at Pirates cove water park and the water park being closed early one day for weather The weather was 10 miles out and actually cleared up nice and sunny within minutes but the life guards were celebrating when it started sprinkling

I overheard then say things like “yes! It’s only 2 hours until close so we should just keep it closed”, “finally, I hope we are shutting down” I mean, I get the safety factor for sure and I also get the young teens being excited to not workMaybe suggest to the staff that it’s not very professional nor considerate to the guests to do that Also, they have a nice DJ booth in Pirates Cove I’d suggest paying something, even a playlist, anythingOther than those, the park was huge compared to some others Pretty maintained and pretty clean (other than the several long term guest’s sites, those were a little clustered) Everyone was nice when talking with them Lots and lots of new additions coming (being built) now which will make this park pretty dang awesome Paintball and the other games were fun!

Brianna Glasenapp

Our family of 5 stayed for a week and had an absolutely wonderful time The staff was super friendly and helpful The cabin was beautiful and spacious

The water park was awesome and there was something for all my kids (ages 3-14) to do The camp grounds were clean and well maintained Staff engaged with the kids during the activities which is a plus All the crafts and extra activities are either included or only cost a small fee which was well worth it The family dance party was so much fun and the dj was fantastic with keeping the crowd pumped up We had so much fun during our stay and will definitely be back!!!!

I lived here in 1990 before the hotel was restored The Grahams have transformed it into the best version of itself The place is full of history from as far back as 1894

The current owners are the very best of people and will take excellent care of you If I was visiting town for a sports event or a convention this would be my first choice to stay at

Abbey Storm

Great value! Very home-like atmosphere, yet maintains professionalism as well The innkeepers are sweet couple who live in another building on property Upon check-in, you get physical keys (one to a shared back door and one to your room) and access to mini fridges filled with soda, water, beer, and wine

In the upstairs common area is a Keurig station with coffee, tea, and cocoa The rooms are upscale (lots of hardwood), fully updated, and clean There were robes in the closet and full-sized toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash in the bathroom The bed was super comfortableHaving plenty of off-street parking was a great amenity in such a busy part of town Easy walking distance to the University of Texas at Arlington, and a short drive to the stadiumsBreakfast is included and was delicious Coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bacon, and homemade breakfast casserole was served family style at a table set for six They will cater to any special dietary needs as requested!10% discount for active duty or retired military (with military ID) if you purchase on their website! We had a great stay! My husband and I stayed for a week for work and the staff was absolutely incredible The rooms were big but a little outdated, not that that hindered our stay at all Diana and Precious at the front desk were always so amazing! They helped with anything and everything and always had a contagious smile! With the odd work hours only got to have the breakfast once but the Texas shaped waffles were so cute!! Over all we would definitely choose to stay here in the future as well as recommend it to others!!!!

Robin Nolen

We have been a Marriott rewards member for many years and I’ve never been this disappointed Rooms were dirty They apparently ran out of hand soap

Dirty bathrooms Room is cleaned every 3 days Room smelled horrible Do better !!! Breakfast was a joke Out of so many things including sugar and creamer If you’re in the area, stay elsewhere

Brandon green

The property is maintained very well All common areas are free of any debris or trash The room I booked was available immediately upon arrival and was very clean

Parking along the front is almost always full and challenging to find a spot but there are plenty of spaces along the rear of the property Will definitely return during another visit to the DFW market

The room was clean and the pool The hot tub was hot which is a good thing!! The pool area temperature was warm and my son loved it! The pool water was warm I felt like the bathroom was not clean enough

I seen hair in the tub, on a couple of towels and on the walls I like how it had a kitchen area and a refrigerator with ice in it This hotel was better than the Crown Plaza We went to six flags and we try to find a hotel with a indoor pool and a hot tub This hotel had a basketball court too The staff was nice

Steven Lopez

The front desk lady stopped me and I looked a little off but I came to take care of my kids here with the mother of my children I didn’t sleep here but I came to spend the day with my kids I wanted to grab some of their breakfast and she told me I can’t because I’m not staying there

It was a young black woman I never been treated this way by any employee from a hotel We come to lots of hotels and this never happens to me We are gonna swim if they have swimming pools So my question is now Can I go swimming qith my kids? I didn’t stay here so am I excluded from the swimming pool now? I have a gash on my forehead so I guess I look like trouble to her I don’t get it I feel so judged

shana kharineh

They have rodents need I say more And when it was brought up to the attention of the staff at the front desk His whole demeanor was basically what do you want me to do about it

Didn’t offer to get me a new room didn’t offer to come clear it out NothingThis whole stay was such a bust

We stayed in this hotel for almost a week It is nice, clean, modern look, rooms were good, bathroom was nice, great breakfast options and staff was very polite Pool was good and overall amenities were great

The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is the fact that in the lobby/dining area they had Newsmax channel on all day, every day It is a notorious, very biased network, with questionable sources and conspiracy theories on air I don’t know who thought that was a good idea to have, was it the management, a guest that complained and demanded it being on, I don’t know I was shocked to see that on at all times at a reputable hotel chain I get switching what is playing on tv day to day to please every flavor, but on at all times was odd I would think something more neutral would be on, generic local Channel 1, 2, 3, whatever it is, some light entertainment, comedy etc But this was definitely a turn off Other than that good hotel

As of 7/12/2022, this hotel is amazing! So quiet, renovated nicely, and it was so comfortableI would definitely stay here again

I was in town for a business trip and chose this hotel as it was close to the location I would be working atThe hotel hasn’t been open very long so the rooms are clean Not signs or wear and tear

The desk area in room was great for getting work done and the couch gives a great option for relaxing without having to be in bedThe staff are friendly and helpfulThe pool appeared clean, although it was too cold to use And there is a nice fire pit and sitting area for enjoying time outdoorsThe location is convenient to highways, restaurants and shoppingI will absolutely stay here again and would recommend to others

This hotel was really nice The staff was so nice and courteous They made sure they took care of all our needs

Whatever we needed, they were there They didn’t hesitate The rooms were neat and tidy as well as clean The desk clerk gave us the run down of everything we needed to know before we got to our room as well as specials they had that included passes to the water park Will book here again when I come back to town

We rented a room for a baby shower over the weekend and from our initial contact with Haley to contract the room rental all through out our hotel stay

two wordssimply amazing! We felt welcomed upon entry into the doors, constantly asked if we needed help, even the immediate response for an extra blanket Would definitely recommend this location! They are top notched, felt comfortable with the cleanliness level and happy to see a person in the lobby during the later evening hours! Thanks for a great experience!!!

My home had burned down and our insurance selected here for our 10 day stay When we arrived, the room was clean, fresh and exactly what we needed There was only a few things that were needing attention to; when we first got there, went to grab a clean glass from the dishwasher and 3 off then and a bowl were still dirty

3 times we requested room cleaned and each time we were told they put us on the list, they didn’t So it had to be the next day One guy had me do it myself! Gave me wrong size first and then gave me wet bedding I was so tired from cleaning out the burned apartment I just said forget it But it’s a very nice hotel Love the area The breakfast ladies are sweet and it’s a great selection for breakfast!

Beautiful hotel right across from the Conference Center The beds are incredibly comfortable and the robes are so soft! Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy while also being respectful with all of mine and my roommates belongings We had a lot of makeup, hair products, shoes, and clothes everywhere from changing multiple times a day for events… Truly felt like we had maid service

They deserve extra praise! 10/10 would recommend

I mean

the room was nice and the view was okay, but it’s a bit dated for the price Our room was pretty clean and very comfortable The floors were really dirty and I had to clean the hair and trash off the floor I noticed the dirty floors in the hallway also There was something that I hope was just chocolate on the light switch that I used a sanitized wipe to clean off I do like that they use large bottles in the shower that they refill rather than individual bottles which tend to just get tossed out The room was nice and cool, well appointed I forgot my macaroons in the fridge, so, hopefully they found them 😅 the lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff was amazing and answered all my tedious questions Room service was excellent 👌 👏 great food! This was our second visit and I’m thinking there’s no need to upgrade to a corner room for the view next time Valet service was also nice

I did not stay in a room, my family went for Mother’s Day brunch and it was fabulous The flowers and ice sculptures were beautiful! The food was fantastic, so many options to choose from, and there was even a section of items for children My children enjoyed decorating their own cookie! The service was great, everyone was very nice and polite

This is our second year in a row for brunch on Mother’s Day and can’t wait for next year!

This hotel is nice for the price But you have to weigh the good and the badProsComfortable bedHas all the kids channels like Disney junior and nick Jr which my kids enjoyedBreakfast is included with your stay (we didn’t ever get to try it so I can’t say if its good or bad)Has a full kitchen which was niceElevator was quickThe pool was cleanConsIf you don’t stay longer than 7 days room service will not come to your room so we had to constantly go downstairs to get towels and toilet paper for our room

The towels were awful Extremely rough feelingThe air conditioning in the room does not go lower than 68 which we were all sweating at nightThe room was definitely on the smaller side with a king bed and pull out bedThere was no bathtub for the kids

My coworkers and I stayed here for a business trip Let’s begin with the check in We all had reservations but check in was delayed for one of us and they couldn’t verify my reservation for some reason

The food was not good at all It was like they threw things together to make a meal or it recycled For instance our first night, they served fried rice with black eyed peas and what seemed like eggs in it, tortilla chips with salsa or ranch dressing, pot stickers, veggie patties and a vegetable medley I don’t understand the concept but whatever Why I say it’s recycled? The next day they will serve veggie patties again but cut in half mixed into the vegetable medley This kind of stuff went on for at least two days so I decided not to eat anything in the evening for the rest of my stay Last but not least, the check out My personal credit card was charged even though I gave them the information at check which was confirmed by the employee but couldn’t find it when I wanted to check out They did refund my card but it was such a hassle and it delayed our travel time Good things I can say about my stay, the blueberry muffins were great and the lady in the kitchen from New Orleans was very nice So my stay was “meh”

Absolutely love this hotel My husband is working in Dallas TX and I flew out to spend time with him He’s been staying here for a couple months and it’s great

He’s stayed at a couple other places before and they have nothing on this place Breakfast is amazing every morning Rooms are gorgeous It’s so clean and beautiful It’s affordable as well! Our room had a full kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom It felt like a condo, apartment, or home It didn’t feel like a hotel room at all

Staff at check in was nice but Valet was not trustworthyI had my fragrance spray from The George stolen from my vehicleI called to notify staff and they said it was not their responsibility and that they were not associated with Valet, it had been too long

Microwave did not work, shower door was always ajar and water was over flowing on to the floor making it hazardous for meI would not recommend that anyone stay here foe the amount you payThe sheets did not seem to smell so clean either but I gave this hotel the benefit of the doubt and I was highly disappointedI would rate this half a star if I couldThe bartender was on his phone the majority of the time and did not greet us as we walked byI had better service at the bar up the streetI would recommend to pay a little more for a better experience

I travel a lot It’s hard being on the road and hotels either make the trip or break the trip depending on the experience It is not the case here

It was top notch all the way, from the moment I walked in the door The first interaction set the mood for my time here and it carried all throughout the visit The staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable They were personable and friendly and I had a great experience I will be back

This was a great hotel especially for such a great price We stayed 3 nights and would highly recommend It is central to downtown so you can walk to endless entertainment

Shout-out to Steven at the front desk (he seems to do a bit of everything though) for helping make our stay special! He was extremely cheerful, accomodating, and honest He had great advice and really went out of his way to be helpful every time we saw him They are lucky to have him as an employee!
