Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights Our room had a separate patio area which was great The room itself was clean and comfortable, especially the bed

The dinner was amazing I had the fried chicken, which came with the best mac and cheese you’ll ever eat The waitress was informative and very friendly Breakfast was also a pleasureI think the best part of the experience is the staff Every single staff member had a smile on their face and went above and beyond to give you that southern hospitality I wish I could list all their names!

We have stayed here four times However, on our fourth time of staying here , our truck was robbed We always used the valet service

I don’t know if the valet service did not lock our truck or if someone helped themselves to what was inside of the truck Your keys are not locked up Your keys are accessible to many hotel staff members We did not want to accuse anyone, but law enforcement was never contacted The only person contacted was the manager we were told I left a voicemail and a note for the manager to call me, but still have not heard anything from anyone at the hotel We did file a police report and received much more help than the hotel staff at the front desk Our rooms have always been great and the bar staff has always been friendly and wonderful! To be such a prestigious hotel, the security needs some improvement considering your surroundings

Amazing history pictures from back to early 1900’s everywhere i went Every hallway, lobby, elevator, grounds – spotless

Greeted by Jimmy who helped with bags, and also provided the free Valet service Very helpful in fact, JD, Charlie and all of the Valet crew were helpful, courteous, and made us feel like a welcomed guest The hotel has had a total refresh/remodel and it showsWe were greeted with champagne in the lobby We had the queen with balcony quaint, spotless roomWe were immediately assisted with luggage when it was time to check out, and the car was waiting for us We will return for sure

Positives very good breakfast, they bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and friendly

Negative the was supposed to be open till 11pm but staff left at 9, the pool area was very messy with wet towels and left behind items The main complaint is with the room Although nice to the eye There were red stains all over the floor, the closet door would not stay shut every time you came in the room or left it would smash in to it it was a glass door too It was rigged up in some way but it was not holding second the shower curtain had mold and mildew on it To me that the worst part No one wants to shower with mold Makes me cringes to think it never was washed or changed Over all it was nice looking but lacking in areas it was ok for 1 night stay but I probably wouldn’t stay there again

Honestly, my trip was a mess and felt exhausting That was until I met Logan This man is a hero and a legend

Logan’s service made me feel so welcome and so happy to stay I wish I could explain more about how amazing my customer service experience was with this man He helped me with everything I needed, never seemed bothered, and was just here to make my trip an absolute blast If I could rate the employees at this establishment, he was an absolute 11/10If the management needs to reach me, feel free to respond, otherwise- Logan if you’re reading this, keep being you

Danelle Farmer

The marketed free breakfast buffet was terrible My kids opted for cereal instead but only had 2 boxes of the kind the liked When asked if they had another box, she said no, but I guarantee they put more out tomorrow

The milk cartons were frozen, the drink machine was not working so we were told we could get drinks out of the cooler behind the bar When my husband grabbed a Coca Cola from said cooler, he was reprimanded and asked to put it back Confused, we were then told that we could only have juice from that cooler and the bar tender was supposed to remove the sodas the night before Not my problem Everyone has an attitude and one of the workers was even watching her iPad in the dining area when clearly they didn’t have enough food to last another hour of breakfast hours Terrible service Will not be back Room was clean though

The location was awesome This spot is central to/for everything Augusta My only disappointment, no breakfast

Otherwise no complaints The staff is courteous and eager to help Make sure you give permission to clean your room (covid protocol) My stay was nice, just hanging out As I stated this hotel is a stone’s throw from restaurants, bars, and just about everything else If you are visiting depending upon your time of the year beware of the heat, triple digit days But a nice dip in the pool will take care of that Get out and explore Augusta is waiting

We live in town but wanted a weekend away from the teenagers that rule my house The room was clean and in order, the staff was friendly There is wear and tear in the building that should be addressed but I understand that it’s not supposed to be a five star resort

My only real gripes with my stay was that the hot tub was out of order and the club lounge was only stocked with bottled water They had two oranges in a bowl and a tea/coffee area No snacks or extra beverages I travel a lot for my job and stay almost exclusively at Marriott hotels I have titanium elite status with them and expect great service This is the most empty club lounge I’ve ever seen and I traveled doing government work durttbe height of COVID I’m kinda unhappy about the stay really and wish it had been different

Rob T

Rooms are comfortable and clean, but technology is slightly lagging iPhone clock with charging port but didn’t fit new models No USB ports I’m room, make sure you have a wall adapter

Very close and convenient to I-20 but the parking lot can be confusing 3 hotels share same area with entrances not clearly marked Bartender was very nice with great service

Catherine Acevedo

The hotel overall is nice and clean The rooms are spacious and have a great layout to optimize that space The furniture and walls in two out of the three rooms in my group had some spots and stains that likely could have been resolved with some elbow grease but otherwise they appeared clean

A hotel this size in such a warm humid climate should probably have a larger pool to adequately accommodate their guests This one was so small that barely more than a few people could use it at a time so my family wasn’t able to fit in

yazmeng chou

Most of the staff was nice although some were very very weird I hate how there are a lot of construction workers starring you down and hanging out outside at night One worker told us to get out when we can and best to believe we definitely did

The dog room was RINK! There is weed smells in the hallway I hated it there We needed up staying one night out of the two The lobby is nice and that’s it I gave it to starts for the nice staff ig The sheets were clean It’s A hotel for If you’re not staying in the room most of time

K.A. Fabricators LLC

The worse experience at this Best Western location Front desk was very rude and did not know how to do their job Charged my credit card and did not let me know until I let them know

I used my points for the first night but still charged my card I am a Diamond Select and should not have been charged Very very unprofessional staff here Nasty stay and will NEVER stay here I feel bad for the people that are going to be staying here for the Masters, will be getting charged for every little thing here Rates will probably be 1,00000 for a nasty hotel DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!

Spacious room! VERY comfortable beds and pillows (I am picky)! Very nice small kitchen Refrigerator/freezer is PLENTY big! We’re not talking about a dorm fridge Freezer on the bottom

Room was very clean!I have only one small complaint The bathroom was a little tight I felt that the toilet was too close to the vanity/sink I didn’t have a problem with it (5’10”, 180), but a gravitationally/horizontally challenged guest mightWith that said, I would unconditionally recommend this property! The next time I am at The Masters, I will be booking a room here!

Carl Heck

I would avoid at all costs The first time I stayed at the hotel – it was excellent My last experience was an absolute disaster

The room blinds didn’t work leaving guests the ability to see into your room They then moved me to a room that smelled of cigarettes Wasn’t thanked for Hilton Status New management is definitely needed

Rdan Golden-Castaño

The rooms and service are greatThe digital key works on outer doors, but may not work for the roomThe laundry machines require an app to use, CSC Go, which will steal your money through overcharging for a wash or dry cycle and by requiring excess money to be “loaded” to the app

We attended the Augusta University spring commencement here We were able to park across the street (Reynolds St parking deck), and we used the bridge to cross over The convention center (with the exception of the bathroom) was very clean

Lots of natural lightMy only complaints were the bathrooms and the “clear back policy”The foyer/lobby has what you could consider (I guess) universal bathrooms – bathroom with two stalls that could be for either men or women It was a bit comfortable especially as I entered the bathroom and a man exited the stall and left pee all on the toilet seat and the floor I also wouldn’t have felt comfortable letting my elementary-aged niece use those restrooms by herself But, that’s just meThe school told graduates to notify family members of the center’s clear back policy While my family and I adhered to the guidelines, many others did not So, I’m not really sure if the policy is actually enforced

Rachel Mack

I have had several great stays here for work My room has been clean every time The bed (and sheets!) are super comfy

Rooms are fairly big and updated The hotel also has a lovely restaurant and coffee shop on site, which helps tremendously for work travel The location is great – a 5-10 minute walk to downtown and it’s literally located right on the riverwalk The staff is also very helpful Also has a nice workout room Great hotel!

Holly C (DethHolly)

The room was nice, we did notice some trash from the previous guest and the floors were sticky when we first entered but the bed and bathroom were very clean They don’t have daily room service though which I thought was odd for such a pricey hotel, especially if you’re staying multiple daysThe toilet clogged on our first night and the WiFi went down for several hours but they did manage to get it back up

But my biggest complaint is that there was no microwave in our room Maybe a minor inconvenience for some but I’m one who eats leftovers and nothing like cold Chinese foodThe staff were friendly and one of the best parts about our stay

My stay is always amazing The rooms are always clean and the staff is polite and courteousOn my most recent stay I left my bag

I was so nervous but when I called Ahmed tried to keep me calm as Tristan the General manager located my bad I am very impressed with the integrity of this company Thank you Ahmed, Tristan and Ebony Great team!

Drew Wally

I stayed here for a full consecutive year from AUG2021 – AUG2022 with my organization and I had a great experience with the staff, rooms, cleanliness, and food I would like to take the time to thank Ivy and Anita for being so kind, accommodating and helpful, they are the perfect staff to represent Residence Inn I want to thank the kitchen and cleaning staff as well for always greeting me throughout the day and their quality of work

Every single holiday the staff would thank us for our stay and leave cards in our room signed by all the staff They also had bags of candy and other thoughtful stuff throughout the year for us which made being away from home much easier Some of the people I am with had to depart to other locations briefly, but the staff made sure they would have a room when they got back and accommodated our constantly changing schedule All of the amenities were functioning throughout our entire stay thanks to their engineers If a washer or dryer went down, within a day or two it was fixed I had a door battery die for my lock after hours and the engineer drove all the way from home to come here and fix it for me Extremely nice of him and I appreciate him doing that since I had to depart early that morning and needed my room to be locked that day I would come back and stay here again just to see the staff I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the Augusta area It is in a central location, minutes from the highway but nicely insulated and quiet I don’t hear the other guests in their rooms and the rooms are spacious All the rooms are equipped with dishes and cutlery complimented by a fridge, freezer, stove top / microwave The TV rotates 360 degrees to allow you to watch TV from bed or from the huge computer desk The dresser and nightstands have deep drawers that are hard to fill I probably dumped 3 weeks’ worth of clothes in them and still have room for more The Mirror Closet is also big and comes with 10-12 hangers

Toby Weaver

The Residence Inn has truly been my home away from home My stays at this hotel have ranged from 1night to 3 months at a time The smiling faces of the staff tell me that they love what they do and operate daily in a stress free environment because it’s also the feeling you get when walking in the building

The cool modern decor and spacious rooms combined with various sections of stylish seating for folks to gather and conversate gives me a warm feeling like the words “Brotherly Love” do when spokenMy work has moved me all around and my life has carried me out to some of the strangest places, but at least I can feel safe and relaxed thanks to the awesome Staff at this beautiful Residence Inn location! I know without question that whenever I need a place to stay in Augusta, I will feel just like I’m at home here ☺️❤️

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay The breakfast selection was ok: my friend wishes there was more selections, but I was very satisfied with the options I especially enjoyed the waffles: I would’ve liked more fruits and syrup options if they could possibly work that in

But no complaints Our room was really clean the beds were very comfortable The provided body wash, conditioner and shampoo smelled really great! The staff were really nice and personable The area was safe and quiet Overall, an excellent stay Recommend this hotel for short term stays

Monica Mutemwa

I stayed here this past weekend and had no issues with the place The only problem I have is that I realized that I forgot my laptop in the room after I had checked out and called the front desk to see whether the house keeping people had turned it in Michael informed me that there was no laptop turned in and even went to check to see if it was still in my room

He didn’t find it and said that he would bring it up in the meeting tomorrow to see if anyone came forward about the issue Someone from housekeeping must have the laptop because I can see that the last activity on the device was yesterday at 10:34am I was already checked out and on the road by then so it has to be someone who found it and accessed it I thought that people who have some human decency would report and turn in something that is not rightfully theirs Hoping that Michael can assist me with tracking down where it is

Great Hotel with great staff!A BIG shout out to the young lady at the desk when I arrived She went above and beyond her job responsibility, and with a smile on her face and a sweet personality! She assisted me in getting my things to my room since no carts were available and made sure I was settled and had everything I needed for my stayMost Choice Hotels are great, this one was SUPERB!It was clean, friendly, great amenities, and the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! Please do something special for this young lady because she deserves it!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Matthew

We try to stay in Choice Hotels when we can however this one was sketchy at best All the windows were masked over so no view at all (No email or notification that they are under any construction) When we arrived to our room the door was open and the room was incredibly small like this was originally an Inn & Suites and they converted the small rooms to “suites”

The alarm clock was hanging off the table and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall There was old urine on the back of the toilet which took away all confidence that the room was clean After being in the car all day it was a disappointment On a good note the staff seemed very pleasant and the young lady working the front desk was very nice

Matthew Forester

Throughout my stay, I have interacted with the staff, and found everyone to be professional and kind with their serviceOne thing I noticed, the front desk staff was exceptional in their professional actions towards customers, even with some challenging circumstances For seeing this from everyone I saw at the front desk, it shows highly of themselves and their managers

I would definitely stay at this hotel when I am in the Augusta GA area

This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had I recently stayed in a holiday inn in a much smaller city and had a better experience than I had hereVibes are off in the entire hotel

My partner and I are calling it the “hotel California” Check in was awful, at a super busy time of day, so that part is understandable The room wasn’t clean, the couch had stains The bar staff was very friendly and was definitely the high point of our stayWe had breakfast at Salt and Marrow the next morning and it was terrible I mean, really terrible They had a menu out for something that wasn’t actually stocked, and the staff should be much more capable than they were To be such a “fancy” hotel at the price we paid I’d expect a well-oiled machine It absolutely was not There was a couple that sat near us that was clearly unhappy as well I’m from the North Augusta area and am seriously disappointed in this experience considering it’s supposed to be such a high point of the city with the other new developments

Veterans Pressure Washing LLC

This has to be the most professionally managed high end hotel The staff including the General Manager Greg maintain extremely high standards Lobby, restaurant, pool, rooftop bar, and all other common areas were extremely clean

I love the ambiance of the outdoor space Lots to do in the area as well Restaurants, Augusta Greenway trail, Green Jackets stadium, The amphitheater, everything walking distance This has got to be the perfect location I am very impressed with this facility

Coach Clark

This hotel had a great lobby however the rooms were over hyped Staff was great but for 15000 I was not impressed

Shower floor were dirty and vomit was on curtains At night you could smell the Marijuana in the hallway It was just not a great stay for the money The restaurant smelled good but over priced Hard to buy food there when you see employees from your room window taking it home Next time I visit I will just pick a cheap room I see now, must of the so called nice ones are just over priced Housekeeping missed this! Vomit stains!

I had mistakenly booked an earlier date which I was unaware of until I arrived The desk clerks, one whose shift had just ended, and the other whose had just begun, went out of their way to assist me, correct my error, and book me for the two nights I had intended! Much thanks to themI enjoyed my stay and only had one glitch, a broken ironing board, but it was quickly replaced by one in a vacant room

I look forward to July 2023, when I will be returning for the annual event that I attended this year Thanks, Baymont!

Ashlyn Williams

The floors were filthy

Didn’t even look like it was swept, much less mopped There was dirt pushed into the corners of the room like they got lazy with the dust pan All the surfaces were dusty The wall had splash marks around the trash can area I got 2 rags and some disinfectant spray from the staff and both rags were black after When I asked for the cleaning supplies, they didn’t even bother to offer to clean for us or give us a new room Nothing was said when I brought the dirty rags back eitherThe bed was comfy but I couldn’t help but wonder whether or not they even bothered to change the sheets They looked and smelled clean besides some make up stains on the pillows Loved that they had black out curtainsThe breakfast was pretty good compared to most Eggs with cheese, sausage gravy biscuits, waffles, cereal They were out of juice and no fruit, sadly

Lady Kayak Angler

Clean and comfortable place to stay for one night It is also very quiet Seems to mainly be business people who are traveling and staying, which is a good thing

There’s also a gas station and Wendy’s within walking distanceI would recommend staying here for non vacation purposes If you are on vacation, you might want to stay elsewhere

The coffee served at the lobby “bistro” comes in a Starbucks cup but it’s definitely not the same as you will find at an actual Starbucks cafe The food being served there looked like it was straight out of the microwave and cost twice the average meal price so I chose to have breakfast elsewhere Also, beware of the “convenience” store in the lobby, they will charge you $48 for six cans of beer

I chose this hotel mostly because it had the best looking pool in the area but upon my arrival I discovered the pool is closed for repairs Although the amenities were disappointing, I must say that the rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable

William Eaton

Nice facility Clean One lady on staff will tell you they don’t have rooms if you ask for a room with out reservations

Seems lazy like she didn’t want to use a computer Think she is a she might be a he I had to go outside, make reservations on my phone and then walk back in with a reservation She is unprofessional and lazy Marriott member I stay at this particular courtyard at least four times a month

Denise Johnson

I have stayed at numerous Marriott properties and this was by far the worse The mattress was horrible So bad, my back began to hurt

It was as if I were sleeping directly on the bed springs In addition, the toilet would keep running and eventually, it wouldn’t flush at all We called once, the repairman came immediately, but we just started fixing it ourselvesAlthough I was staying on points, I was thoroughly disappointed and will not be staying at this location again I reported my disappointed at checkout, and the compensation was 250 points A total slap in the face and definitely not up to par with normal Marriott customer service

This place needs major renovations done The entrance to hotel is probably the cleanest part of our stay The desk chair in our room was dirty, It was something sticky on the headboard and I was scared to take my shoes off

It’s so much rust in the bathroom, the door was damaged it looks like they spray painted the walls & bathtub I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s mold on the ceilings It was the only hotel that I could get at the last minute but i was ready to go as soon as we checked in It was quiet the bed looked clean Everything else had light dust on it The breakfast was goodJanet was the only staff member that looked like she worked there Everyone else had on street clothes or wasn’t in proper business attire (even a uniform) Staff was nice but if I ever come back it WONT BE AT THIS LOCATION Yikes!

My wife and I got one of the king room suites When we arrived, an hour after check in time they said they didn’t think our room was ready yet So they checked and it was but when we got to our room it was not 100% clean

The floor was sticky and needed to be clean There were towels that were dirty and had other peoples hair and make up on it The extra pillows that they had in the room also had dirty pillow cases on them so I couldn’t use them We asked to get our room clean and when we came back from our day there was a cup with our candy in it that we did not fill up The room was cleaner this time then when we first got it but the couch was still dirty, the carpet was still sticky and we felt violated from them eating our candy! I have never felt like someone went through my belongings in any stay at any hotel ever Corporate needs to check this location asap! The only thing we enjoyed was the comfortable bed and cleanliness of the bed and that there was a waffle house walking distance!

I was in town for business and the hotel & suite was much better than I was expecting! Microwave, 4 ft fridge with freezer space, Keurig, massive shower stall, hair dryer, comfortable bed, seating area, desk and wall mounted, movable tvSoap, shampoo & conditioner (minis come in every hotel) but they had full bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, mouth wash, lotion and I was so thankful for the make up wipes because I forgot mine! It was too cold to swim in March but being a Florida girl at heart, I had to check out the pool & pool deck It warmed my heart to see the wheel chair lift pool side, I even took posted a picture of it

It’s something majority of hotels don’t even consider The hotel and the pool desk are both wheelchair accessible

I travel for work 3-4 days a week and I have stayed here on a couple occasions The front desk service is exceptional I waited approx 15 min while the housekeeping supervisor inspected our room to ensure it was ready and without asking, the front desk gave me either a free drink or free meal at the hotel bar to use during my stay

One of the bartenders was extremely friendly and entertaining! The pool is clean, breakfast is fresh and the rooms are immaculate The view is great for the area It is very pet friendly with plenty of grass and dog poop bags supplied with garbage cans outside Highly recommend Pet fee is $75 for our 2 dogs for 1-6 day stay and then more if you stay longer than that You can not beat that Most places is $30/night

The customer service has been exceptionally great The hotel is really clean and I look forward to having a drink or two at the bar this weekendUpdate: the water has not been hot consistently and taking showers hasn’t been the most pleasant

I was informed that they were going to send someone out to look into it I’ll keep updating this post until I leave The service here is still great

Very friendly staff and extremely clean hotel They have an indoor pool which is definitely a bonus and the breakfast area is great They had scrambled eggs and sausages and biscuits and gravy

They also have to go bags and you can just grab and go if you need to Staff in the breakfast area was extremely helpful and friendly and even offered my grandson’s extra cinnamon rolls when they were closing up Would definitely visit this location again The only downside I could see was that it is very close to the freeway and you can hear some of the road noise There are three or four other hotels right near there but I thought this one seems like a good one This pleasantly surprised me

I’ll start with the pros of this hotel The front desk people are very nice It is super close to the highway for easy access and plenty of parking

There are lots of restaurants nearby to choose from The room is clean and no bad smells There is a working fridge and microwave in the room And the pool is great! Nice and big, warm, and indoors with a small hot tub as well Unfortunately the pool itself wasn’t the cleanest The TV in the room is small The decor is a bit dated, not very good carpet in the hallway Breakfast was the worst part of the experience by far It ends at 9:30, we got down there at 9 No cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy was out, pancake making machine “does not work,” and nothing got refilled in the last half hour except one coffee container The kids were very disappointed Part of the reason we choose holiday inn express hotels is for the breakfast, and this one was a huge letdown The two guys working the breakfast service did not seem to care at all, didn’t smile, poor customer service Everyone else working in the hotel that we came across is friendly and helpful Overall, the pool is the best part

Lino Sanchez

The room was very clean and comfortable Everything was fine until the next morning when we were checking out The front desk manager was very rude and insensitive to my service dog

She followed me outside the hotel as I was walking my dog and asked if I was a guest I answered yes She then proceeded to tell me that dogs were not allowed I said that they were according to the website and IHGShe said that it was not soBut it is I said She was pretty much calling me a liarI told her that I have stayed at many IHG Holiday Inn Express hotels and never had a problem The clerk at the front desk was aware that I had a service dog and he said that they didn’t discriminate against service animals

I my fiancée lost her keys in the area and came here to check and see if anyone turned in some The woman that answered the intercom had a snappy tone and answered my question as quick as I asked, which told me she never looked in the first place When I requested she take a look to see if anyone turned in keys in their designated lost and found, she stopped responding

And to think I was excited about having my entire wedding party staying in this hotel later this year I do not recommend anyone coming to this hotel if you want quality service

Our trip to Augusta was very busy all day long with appointments, oh, so when we got to the hotel it was like a Haven We had covered parking well-lighted, great service at the front desk, and when we got to our room,we had a beautiful panoramic view of Augusta from the 5th floorThe bed was comfortable and I loved the pillows, as well as the shower

So all in all we really enjoyed our room in Augusta

DeCarlos Moore

Came here directly from a visit in VA where I stayed at the Homewood suites in Chesapeake My advice is to avoid that location like the plague I actually cancelled my next two hotel visits and switched to the Hyatt house

Best decision I made the whole trip These are so much nicer that the Hyatt house is going to be my hotel of choice going forward

We stayed here last weekend for a wedding (ceremony and reception were both located here as well)Beds are pretty firm Some people I know loved it; I’m more of a soft mattress sleeper

There are no refrigerators in the room I was planning on having one for storing breastmilk but ended up not needing one I’m sure if I did the staff would have accommodated in some way because they were AMAZING The hospitality, service just top notch The owner was so personable, even holding and playing with my 8 month old while I put breakfast on my plate The building and grounds are gorgeous and it’s located in a great part of N Augusta – close to many restaurants and stores It’s less than 20 minutes to the airport If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, just stay here

Beautiful historical property with period pieces throughout rooms Pictures don’t do it justice Very clean and awesome complimentaries

My boyfriend and I stay there whenever we come to town to visit my family bcs family house is already full John Felak, the Innkeeper became a friend and makes the Lookaway Inn a home away from home Great place perfect for wedding parties or other celebratory events Breakfast is continental with eggs made to order with berries and great coffee Walking distance to downtown N Augusta and only a few miles to downtown Augusta with many restaurants and quaint shops I can’t say enough!! You have to stay there yourself

Marilyn Doolan

My husband and I returned for four days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and his birthday As was the case with our first visit, we had a lovely time The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed and the location is very convenient

John and Mary and their staff (Linda and Jonathon) are all very friendly and made us feel at home John generously offered us tickets to the minor league games that are nearby and to the art museum Finally, the food was excellent, both John and Linda cooked us eggs and pancakes which were deliciaus We recommend this lovely inn to anyone seeking a nice getaway

The room was not cleaned and the housekeeping manager IGNORED the managers directive to get it cleaned up It had hair in the bathroom, dirty carpet, nasty seat in the chair and smelled of dog The manager doesn’t run this place

Housekeeping does what they want We got comped one free night & cleaned it ourselves The night auditor was exceptional and I feel she tried her best

This hotel is in a great location It seemed central to everything we needed The room standards and employee service were definitely not what we were expecting or had experienced in other Hilton owned properties

I asked to speak to a manager for two days and one never showed up My wife and I ended up cleaning and servicing our room ourselves We requested our room to be cleaned for two days On the third day they attempted a cleaning but it was not completed

Doodle Bentham

Shanitra at the front desk was a total life saver, my wife is disabled and when our vehicle broke down she let us stay in the lobby in the air conditioning while we sorted transportation and other issues Honestly with out her, I don’t know what I would have done Her patience and helpfulness make her wonderful management material

Thank you so much Home2 suites by Hilton

I loved that my room had windows that faced indoors, kinda like Embassy Suites My boyfriend and I slept so good! The best was comfortable and the room was clean, as well as the bathroom The house keeping staff were the friendliest! And the front desk staff were extremely helpful, they also were very accommodating

I enjoyed my cookies, and the fitness room There was an indoor pool as well, although I didn’t get in, it did look pretty cool and inviting I would love to, and will stay their again Oh!!! The hotel is close to everything, food, coffee, shopping, movies! It’s the bomb-dot-com

Paula Hollifield

The room itself was clean except when we returned at the end of the day, everything was as we left it but the bed was stripped and unmade and our dirty towels were still in the floor! Apparently there was a miscommunication and we were not checked in for our second night; but our card was charged! After clearing everything up the front desk girl came and made up the bed and left clean linens She was very nice and apologetic All in all, a nice room

Clean and comfortable Front desk was helpful and courteous at check in and thereafter We would stay again Ridiculous cost for breakfast so we skipped that, no good coffee but very good cookies!

Sal Oliveri

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional During check-in I requested a mini fridge and it was brought up within 10 minutes of getting into my room My (nonsmoking) room was clean, however it smelled like someone had smoked a cigar in it a couple days ago

The hotel and my room seemed a bit run down and could have used better maintenance For example, my door was difficult to close completely and a couple of the lights in my room did not work I definitely don’t think the accommodations were worth the price I paid
